Energy Update: Timeline Bleedthroughs & Metasoul Karmic Transformation Opportunities

The veils are thinning and lifting BIG time in response to these ongoingly strong cosmic energies. These are the veils of amnesia that we chose, each of us, to place over our access to remembering and connecting to all of the timeline expressions of our Higher Self. These veils were always meant to be temporary….until our individual choice in this timeline to dissolve them. There is not a punishment in this being veiled, yet rather a complete dedication from our soul to REALLY experience and immerse in the 3D experience.
 
The picture that I have been offered (and seems to be validating itself with those who resonant with it) is that from your Metasoul source (the first individuated source of you coming out from Divine Source) there are many fractals or fragments projected out into many different timelines, eras, and dimensions. We each have our own individual Metasoul (so this is a reality ‘underneath’ the Oversoul groups) and do not share them with another soul. These fractal projections off of the same Metasoul is what we call, ‘Metasoul aspects or Metasoul brothers and sisters.’ These are what have been commonly called, ‘past lives.’
 
However, there is not anything ‘past’ about these aspects as time is not actually linear in the way it has been presented to us in 3D reality. All of your Metasoul aspects are ALIVE and active in the NOW, which means that they are currently experiencing all the intensities of whatever timeline they are in. With the veils thinning so much on your consciousness, these Metasoul timelines are no longer patiently waiting for you to go see a past life regression therapist or to just engage with them once in awhile for remembering. The scenes and themes and often INTENSE emotions from these timelines are coming through in the NOW and basically demanding to be seen/felt, and connected with.
 
These timelines are overlaying onto your current reality and can amplify whatever is going on there. This can be INTENSE! These timeline bleed throughs can activate undigested emotional wounds and traumas in your 3D self, through part expressions such as the Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father, etc. These 3D wounded experiences are actually Metasoul recapitulations and patterns that were chosen to be triggered so that they could be felt and healed. What I have been noticing in recent sessions with women is that with all of this chakra vortexes activation through SOULar energies, they are more able to see, hear, and feel these other timelines. They are experiencing this as sometimes disturbing, intense, and very uncomfortable body pain, emotional pain, and relationship pain/difficulties. They aren’t recognizing or connecting these pains to a Metasoul timeline, so they often suffer in these states without understanding what is going on. In session space, we are able to bridge to these timelines together and connect with the Metasoul sister or brother who needs them, starting with a connection to their Protector/Gatekeeper (more below). This is the beginning of a connection between them that eventually leads to a soul gift exchange AND quantum healing of karma, as I have experienced myself over and over again. You can actually change and collapse the timelines of your Metasoul through loving intervention and ‘rescue’ of your Metasoul aspects when needed. THIS is quantum healing that also impacts the collective experience of these timelines.
 
Here are some ways that you can tell that a Metasoul aspect timeline is bleeding through to your current reality:
 
– Intense dreams that feel very ‘real’ and like they are happening in the Now. This can be the experience of nightmares that are actually scenes that are ‘fixed’ or ‘stuck’ in your Metasoul due to undigested trauma.
 
– Seeing scenes of intense circumstances that ‘overlay’ onto your reality, such as being hanged, persecuted, desire for suicide (or actually committing it.) This may feel more like you are ‘watching a movie’ then actually feeling like something you have experienced.
 
– Being drawn to particular timelines in a strong way, such as studying intensely about Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt, Atlantis, etc. Synchroniticies may connect you to this particular timeline as well, such as meeting people who are also drawn to them, seeing random images that ‘pop up’ on the internet connected to them, receiving ‘names’ with origins to them, etc.
 
– Big waves of emotional reactions and triggers that you wouldn’t normally react to so strongly. The tendency can be to want to ‘shut down’ these emotions or ‘raise your frequency’ above them, yet, actually, these emotions can be felt and digested if you connect to your Metasoul aspect who is experiencing them.
 
– Frequent or chronic body pain, especially in the muscles and joints, that isn’t relieved by traditional or even alternative means. This is increasing as our bodies go through a transformational process from carbon to becoming crystalline. Yet, also, intense body pain can be a manifestation of unfelt Metasoul overlays into your energy field and body. Traumatic experiences in other timelines (such as being hung or burned at the stake) can actually manifest as body pain THIS life. The more traumatic the experience is on the Metasoul aspect’s body, the more possible this is.
 
– Activation of childhood memories of abuse and feeling like you are ‘there’ again. The Metasoul trauma amplifies any unfelt and undigested trauma in your 3D-based parts too. Parts of you can loop in these traumatic scenes so you may be reliving them again in this way.
 
There are also Metasoul aspects that come from higher consciousness frequency timelines and are meant to serve as guides for you and to your Metasoul. These are aspects that don’t have the same need for karmic healing as their consciousness has ascended the incarnational, wound-playout cycle in that way. Examples of these Metasoul aspect timelines that are benevolent and love-based are Star BEings such as Arcturians, Pleiadians, Sirians, Mantids/Founders, and timelines such as Lemuria. Often what you have related to as a Spirit Guide is actually an aspect from your Metasoul.
 
One of the ways that you can gain more fluid access to your Metasoul timelines is to connect and negotiate with your Protector/Gatekeeper part of your Metasoul who has been ‘in charge’ of them. The Gatekeeper Metasoul aspect is often VERY overwhelmed by all the bleed throughs happening right now and doesn’t know how to modulate or help filter what is coming through. You can start by connecting with your Protector in a loving and compassionate way to allow them to become a guide for you to the timelines that need you, rather than a guard. All of this activation and lifting of the veil is happening to accelerate the process of feeling and transmuting karma trauma. This is a VERY self loving decision and choice by your Metasoul to have this process consciously awaken to you and with you in this Now. The opportunities for TRULY healing karma are huge right now, which is an essential aspect of the Ascension process. Navigating this opportunity through connection with your Metasoul aspects directly and the timelines that they are living in allows for an expedited, often feeling miraculous level of transformation! AND, it just seems to keep getting more ripe, clear, and ready for the transmuting!
 
Becoming 5D is to recognize how multidimensional your BEing actually is and to be OPEN to these other timeline realities as your ‘new normal’. Embracing them with love, inviting them to connect with you. Forming a unifying team of both 3D parts of yourself (that eventually integrate) and Metasoul aspects moves you into a wholeness of BEing.
 
You are coming back together again, one fractal at a time….returning to the Divine essence from which you came and arising into the Infinite Love frequency again!

Energy Update: Timelines Bleeding Through Offering Deep Karmic Healing And Unification Of Your Metasoul

Timelines have been bleeding through so much in the last week. Timelines in which aspects from your Metasoul are reaching into, coming into, your everyday space and your consciousness. Metasoul has been described to me, remembered by me, as our individuated soul source UP in a much higher dimensional frequency. Your Metasoul Aspects are fractals or projections from this Metasoul source into unlimited number of timelines and eras. This is your individual Metasoul and you do not share it with anyone else, unlike the Monad Soul Group picture, which is at a higher frequency. It also differs from the Twin Flame picture, in which you would ‘share’ a Metasoul with someone else who has incarnated into the same timeline as you, although it has been offered to me that your Metasoul can be strongly connected to another person’s Metasoul with many ‘counterpart pairings’ in many timelines. More about connecting with 3D parts and Metasoul aspects here: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts

All these Metasoul timeline expressions are happening in the Now and none are truly ‘ancient’ or ‘in the past.’ We have been so conditioned to linear time and ‘history’ and ‘time spans’ in 3D consciousness that even religions and spirituality can tend to relate with ‘past lives’ rather than actually feeling that these timeline expressions are happening in the Now.

The Ascension process that is ongoingly raising and expanding our awareness and consciousness (and Gaia’s vibration too) is allowing for more experience of these other timeline realities. The compartments that used to be held in place by the ‘veil of amnesia’ within us are now flooding. We are waking up. We are remembering. We are actually FEELING these other realities as if they were our own and we are living them out. The need before to undergo some kind of hypnosis process or past life regression is not as necessary because access to what had previously been repressed or suppressed is opening up now on its own.

It is becoming possible now to connect consciously with your Metasoul Aspects that exist in these other timelines. You can then feel their pains, their struggles, their tears, and ‘shift’ and change their timelines if they and you desire to do so. This is truly quantum healing that happens in an organic way as you open up to these multidimensional realities. This conscious connection also allows you to separate from the often very intense (and sometimes very dark and dense) timelines that are not yours, yet exist for a Metasoul sister or brother of yours as their reality. Relating with these timelines as happening for your Metasoul Aspects rather than as your ‘past lives’ is more effective and allows for more objective healing and less ‘fusion’ to the realities. You become more compassionate witness to what you discover rather than having to process and digest as much as your own.

A key compontent of this Metasoul healing is the healing, awakening, and connecting with your 3D Inner Protector, who then transmutes into your Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper of the Metasoul is a specific fractal aspect that has been ‘assigned’ by the Divine and by your Metasoul/Higher Self to protect and guard the timelines and awareness of them. The Gatekeeper moving from guard to guide is a significant awakening that leads to fluid access to your Metasoul and mega leaps in your consciousness too. Healing karma is possible now in ways that we haven’t known before, not since the Atlantis falling timeline. Each Metasoul aspect holds and vibrates a karmic theme and serves as a piece of your overall soul puzzle coming together. As you connect with them, they awaken to your reality and all the other Metasoul aspects as well. Your Metasoul becomes this unified, powerful, and amazing ‘team’ leading the next and next exploration into healing timelines. What had previously felt murky and overwhelming in terms of soul themes and karmic reactions now becomes more and more trackable, healable, and obvious to you.

I’ve been connecting with these aspects for a few years, establishing deep and meaningful relationships with many of them. I’ve written about this process of connection in my books if you are interested to learn more. I believe there are over 17 of my Metasoul sisters at this point that have awakened and I recently started a spreadsheet just to track them all (although they live in my heart deeply!) One from Avalon timeline; an Arcturian, Pleaidian, Lemurian, three from ‘Ancient Greece’ timelines, etc. Much of the healing and galactic love ambassadorship work that my Metasoul is engaged with is now happening beyond my conscious awareness of it. I can feel the positive effects of it though when I check in with my Metasoul ‘team’ on a near daily basis. I can let go of what isn’t my responsibility to respond to from this dimension, being a “Gaian” (as the Metasouls call me) and tasked as I am with such a challenging process of Ascension in my timeline.

This also takes ‘shadow work’ to a much deeper level as you connect with energies such as Archons, Dracos, Reptilians, and more within your Metasoul. You connect in a way that is not polarized to fear or push away or ‘casting out’, yet to embrace them, understand them, and offer compassion. This is what the Divine Mother has offered for me and to me and with me over and over. I am finding this unification of what could be called ‘malevolent’ or ‘shadow’ aspects back into the heart of my Metasoul to be deeply touching and nourishing.  These aspects most seem to want forgiveness for what they have done and been involved with. My heart full of Mother’s forgiveness of me (You are ALREADY forgiven, She says over and over), then it is an overflow that I can offer these ostracized and disowned aspects of my Metasoul.

This Metasoul healing process offers SO MUCH self empowerment and access to the gifts that live in both the shadows and in the light. With the thinning out of densities that used to cloak these realities so much more, we are being given an opportunity to heal themes and patterns in a way we have never done before. This feels crucial to happen on a personal level AND on a collective level as we continue to ascend. Our personal healing IS collective healing, especially when it is engaged with on the Metasoul level as ALL the Metasouls ultimately come from the same Divine Source. This is a path to return to wholeness from within, from the grounds of your soul, watered by the LOVE from your heart…..arising into the 5D sacred human that it is now possible to BEcome more and more.

Energy Update: Galactic And Personal Alignments

Galactic Alignment frequencies are happening in the Cosmos and the INNER Cosmos too. These are occurring over these next days (activated since the Super Moon, 12:12 Divine Feminine INtegration energies) and extending through the December 21 Solstice and into MORE Super Moon energy integrations in January. This is an alignment of Gaia (Feminine), the Moon (Feminine), the Sun/Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine), and the Galactic Center (Feminine/Masculine Balance/Zero Point). Seemingly and previously divergent energies and timelines come together, creating a bridging way toward Unity.
 
This Galactic Alignment offers a sense of the Divine Align energy that wants to bring us all together while honoring our individual expressions, especially our gender expression. Gender expression clashes are where the deepest densities and polarizations exist in our collective and personal emotional bodies. Healing our gender expression woundings is a ripe ground right now, as represented in the collective disclosure of sexual abuse that is currently happening. This disclosure invites us to feel what has been our experiences of these kind of abuses, on both sides of the ‘coin’, from this life and from our Metasoul/other lifetimes. Feeling these textures leads us to parts of us with feelings of distrust that stem from betrayal, dominance, and suppression. Being ‘in synch’ at a Cosmic level provides a sense for us of what this might feel and look like for each of us as this alignment is embodied from within. You may be feeling a press from these energies, especially related to romantic relationships and the completion of them or just difficulties and increasing conflicts and tensions.
 
These energies are always personal. They can be taken in and applied in a personal way by asking questions like these, “How do these energies relate to me and my ongoing awakening/Ascension process? How am I (and parts of me) being impacted by these energies? What are these energies inviting me (and parts of me) to feel?”
 
This inner alignment shows up in healing the splits that exist in the emotional body from unhealed traumas from 3D childhood experiences from this life. Inner alignment occurs as you are with your Inner Child or your Inner Teenager that still need you and are stuck in energetically charged scenes that keep their frequencies from being current and in the flow of Now. You can tell what these scenes are by the stories that come to you (with usually newly fresh feeling tears and emotions) when someone asks you about what causes pain from your childhood/teenagehood. These are fresh emotions because the traumas still exist in the now; they are not ‘past’ at all; and parts of you are living them out in seemingly endless loops of suffering. This inner alignment also expresses in the healing of the other lifetimes in your Metasoul (individuated soul source) of persecution and, again, the betrayals of trust and love that led to them. This is coming up for me with the revelation of a Metasoul pairing between Raphael and I offering these themes for us to feel into. The two Metasoul Aspects that we are starting to feel bleed through are needing our healing, feeling, and BEing with them in order to shift their timeline and heal some karmic binds between our Metasouls on a quantum level. When I feel this timeline (which is in the early 100 AD’s in Ireland), I can feel the sadness and loneliness of my Metasoul Aspect named Beatrice who just wants to experience love and the offering of her Celtic healing gifts, which are very controversial and forbidden by the Christian Roman rulers. Beatrice is in love with a man (from Raphael’s Metasoul) who is ‘destined’ to betray her and she risks this in order to experience even temporary moments of bliss with him…especially in bed with their ginger-colored cat lying between them.
 
I’ll be sharing more about Beatrice in the future as her timeline becomes clearer to me and our connection together deepens. I like to share what my personal process is around being with my Metasoul Aspects (and other parts too) as it offers a window into how you could work with these energies yourself and become your own space holder for these movements that bring such gifts of inner alignment. And, also, to give you a sense of what it feels like to receive support from us as facilitators to bridge to these places inside yourself during SoulFullHeart sessions.
 
Our Metasoul Aspects also express in projections into higher consciousness timelines, such as I shared about this week in connecting with my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect named Beslopah, who awakened me in a deeper way to my Merkabah or 5D (and higher) light body vehicle. Both Beslopah and Beatrice have gifts for me and for each other, even as one is in higher vibrational frequencies of consciousness and the other is in lower ones due to undigested karmic wounding. Alignment happens from within as we embrace these divergent frequencies in our Metasouls and bring them together with love.
 
Alignment from within creates a space where love can bloom, grow, and show us that the previous misalignments were only temporary and served our growth. Love wants to align us. To bring us into flow with our Divine Essence again. To bring us into the Now moment as a unifying Sacred Human consciousness that celebrates the gender form that have chosen to express and BE!

Abundance Unity Begins From Within Your Metasoul: Messages From Sirius During Lion’s Gate

I had such a beautiful, awe inspiring, and just plain glorious experience this morning that I don’t really know HOW to share about it, yet I feel inspired to try as it might serve as a beacon of possibility experience for you and wherever you are in your ascension journey. As I shared yesterday, the energy waves downloading from the Lion/Lioness energies were tumbling me, shifting me…inviting me into merging timelines and more experience of the non-linear reality OF reality (beyond the 3D fixed time picture.) I felt downloads and upgrades happening without a clear sense of tracking much or being able to share about it with any clarity (which sometimes is the best kind of sharing and where the ‘most effective’ teaching comes from as the mind gets out of the way!).
 
As soon as I went within and closed my eyes this morning, I felt an energy shift UP that I recognize from connecting with Metatron, high frequency guides/aspects, Star BEings. I was in a room without walls, felt like a grand ballroom or, really, a queen’s court. Standing at the front of the ‘room’ with a penetrating regal manner was a gorgeous looking and feeling lioness/humanoid with bluish skin. I felt her immediately as my Metasoul sister/guide/other lifetime aspect from Sirius. I have been interested and curious to meet my Metasoul aspect from Sirius especially with the portal opening and alignment with that planet at this time. It was ‘on my list’ and I just waited for the right time, trusting the Divine timing around it.
 
She introduced herself as “Sela” and the name reverberated through me as the familiar reUNION feelings of connecting with another aspect of my Metasoul brought up deep tears of joy mixed with sadness. Sela’s presence was queenly, regal, calm and graceful…everything that I wish to be and even feel to be in some moments as more of these higher vibrational frequencies of queen come into my this life body from integrating aspects of myself. She was very clear and wise, speaking to me immediately and directly. Sometimes, the messages are foggy or unclear, yet hers was very clear to me as was the whole experience that followed.
 
She offered me a very validating message that had deep personal meaning for me and went in on waves of love. Her reflections were then supported with every Metasoul aspect that I have connected with coming into the circle and offering me love. I was just awe struck by how their energies filling the space with so many different textures of consciousness and possibilities for humanity as we bring these into our fields more and more in a conscious way. The nature-based goodness of Lemuria as represented in Rae-Na, my Lemurian aspect. The wisdom and awe inspiring technology of the Arcturians in Binkh. The lessons and energetic powers of Atlantis in Mareeka. The choice points and transformation of the Reptilians in Shana. And many other beloved aspects too…
 
This is not ‘past’ at all or in our ‘history’….these frequencies live in us, in our Metasoul, like petals of our flower, we are all connected to these frequencies within us in a VERY personal way. One of the messages I received today was the importance of this Metasoul picture as it offers us permission and invitation to really GO INTO our soul’s legacy, to heal on much deeper, quantum levels than we have ever been able to before the karmic pains and woundings that live there. This Metasoul focus goes heart in heart with our emotional body/this life healing process and one serves the other and blend and weave beautifully together.
 
I got the very visceral sense of support and interest that BEings from these civilizations and timelines have in what is happening in our now. Sela offered that Sirians also have gone through many phases in which they were battling against themselves and others and understand how challenging this transition from 3D to higher is that we currently making right now. They are here to serve us, help us, and support us. As are all the others too. It seems that the more open we are to the INNER connection to these aspects inside of us and the integration of our galactic self…the more we can access the incredible resource of support that they can provide us. There were many other messages and pieces to this experience that I will share in future writings too. 
 
The sense of the abundance that is unity and the unity that is possible in abundance is moving through my heart in this moment in huge waves. AND, this is moving through from inside of me to me and not dependent on any other person..although it is hugely supported by others and sometimes we SO need a guide to help us navigate this inner terrain (as I did for many years and provide for others). This is the wonderful, empowering aspect of all of this! Access to this heaven is within you. Heaven HAS to start from within you as you cannot experience it without that increasing experience of unity abundance that arises from feeling ALL that needs and wants to come up to receive your love.
 
Today’s experience and ongoing flood of goodness energies into me is my gift for being open to feeling it ALL…the aches, the pains, the sorrows, the shadows, the losses, the completions, the tiredness, the tears, the fears, the knots, the binds, the set backs, the frustrations. Plus, all the goodnesses too! To feel it ALL and bring it into the light of our hearts and into LOVE….and the gift in return IS love that is self generated, pours out from growing self worth, and is Infinite in what it offers you from you BY you!!

Reconciling Our Soul Stories As We Heal and Grow

Being invited into more love. More goodness. More Self.  It is all right there for us to embrace and embody.  It is not some fairy tale that we live, in this moment, in abundant joy.  We ARE it.  Even when you feel less than it, you are in it.  Always. So how can that be if we feel less than that feeling of joy?

We have all been through much as souls this life and others.  We are coming to terms with all that we have experienced. For those that have chosen to partake in this grand ascension of humanity, we are being asked to balance the books, so to speak.  What in the shadow part of our ledger are we needing to reconcile? To feel? To forgive ourselves for? To let go of? Can we let in the light and love side with reverence and awe? I feel a grand accounting happening for us all.  It is not a “good” or “bad” reconciliation.  That feels too elementary to me.

We are being asked by our Divine parents to grow up and grow open. Leave the chains of suffering behind and fully inhabit our true gifts.  But to do that we need to take responsibility for what is real inside of us.  To own that we are the ultimate creators of our experience.  I have felt intense waves of thought patterns that translate into a lowered frequency.  I have felt fear and self-judgment wanting to find some way into my being.  Without having a conscious way of holding or releasing these energies, it can be so easy to project them onto something else outside of us and fuse to the din.

These energies are a part of a story.  My story.  The one that I am creating in this moment in multiple lives and dimensions.  I feel the Metasoul aspects of me that need to be integrated into my open human heart.  To be felt in their brokenness and weariness.  To change the timelines with them and invite them into greener pastures.  Into more light. This is the reconciliation.   The maturation of our hearts and souls into a new dimension of responsivity to what is moving through us in real time.  From this experience of our fractiled selves we pick up the pieces and bring them back into wholeness.  We remember the gifts that we had long forgotten were ours from the beginning.

All of this is accessed consciously through our imaginations. We have it all in our inner Akashic records.  The DNA of our souls experience.  I feel like a little pod floating around my inner galaxy ready to give love to all the carbon that has been there as a way to experience this dimension.  The crystal palaces within start to shine and glisten with new hope of a new human on a new Earth.  The joy starts to come back.  It starts to fill the empty spaces where there was once fear.  A hum starts to reemerge inside my body and I feel higher and lighter again.

The soldier of another life lets go of his orders, his need to march on, and his compulsion to strategize and  mentalize.  He is looking forward to going home.  To reunite with the love of his life in a paradisaical valley of evergreen and wildflowers.  The gift of persistence and dedication remain, but in a flow of choice and stillness.  An example of wounded masculine energy that finding his way out of the trenches and into the gentler and yet passionate lands of the sacred.  He has reconciled himself to this new life and will only come out for the pursuit and loyalty of Love.

Okay, so I had no idea where this was going and it all feels so perfect to me.  Writing from where my heart and soul is wanting to go.  This is new for me.  Not having a particular direction or certainty of what the heck I am writing about. I like that. Something arose for me and it is a beautiful example of what I experience in SoulFullHeart.  It is a magical world that has all the makings of an epic movie directed by you for an audience of you.  Oh…and you get to help heal the collective on top of that! Not bad for a day’s “work”.  🙂

A ReLOVEution To End Inner Violence And Violence-Based Choices

Our suffering so often comes from violent choices.

Violence is chosen when parts of us decide to bury themselves, to bury their pain, covering it up, numbing it out, putting makeup on it, pretending it either doesn’t exist, or in some cases hiding it in plain sight through sabotage of this relationship or that job or through self-harm in the form of addiction of any kind.

Violence is chosen when parts of us decide to see the world as personally oppressive, racking up reason after reason, building a case for their victimhood, making it inevitable that an intense push-away always becomes necessary and the world feels like ‘us’ against ‘them’. As we assuage the battles within, there ARE times sometimes when we receive violence and abuse or aggression from others and DO need to advocate, to turn away, to all-out walk away from what needs to collapse for the sake of our self-worth and also at times our survival. Sometimes this has a violent playout and fallout. If this situation lasts, there is likely some deeper violence still happening within, because this relationship on the outside represents a battle raging on the inside. It is a climate that your parts have gotten used to… and have not learned how to be or even imagined how to be anything different towards each other.

Violence is chosen when parts of us hold rigidly onto ways of seeing and feeling others. In some cases, parts don’t want to feel others’ perspectives, or, would prefer to feign compassion rather than be in the process that allows them to feel genuine compassion for the first time. This serves as a numbing of the self. It is a focus on keeping the victim inside alive and pushing away the budding King or Queen of heart and soul. It is also violent when we try to press our point of view on another who isn’t ready or doesn’t want to take it in. It is violent too, to use aggressive energy behind our words and point of view. These examples are another way to become numb to the needs of others and the ways in which they need to walk out what they are walking out, without name-calling or unfair readouts. This is a hard thing to avoid doing when we have so much tension inside from us to us and part to part… this does move over time though and is so important to keep feeling as it comes up.

Violence is chosen by choosing to eat foods that are violent to the planet and/or to our bodies. I don’t offer this as a piece to feel shame over, but rather something to just feel into. It does feel important to let this in and to make new choices, feeling the parts of you that have resistance to this along the way, so that they can come with you and not feel as if THEY are experiencing violence against THEM, as this dynamic can happen too…

Violence and revenge in different forms have become a strong underpinning in our cultures worldwide. It is a way to see war as an option, protests as the only means of revolution, and aggressive, ambitious efforts the only way to be ‘successful’.

A reLOVEution can be and IS so different than this… than even those subtle twinges of wanting to fight fire with fire in some way. There is a way that we can stand up for ourselves through boundaries and vulnerability that doesn’t need to result in withholding love in any way. We can find a way to teach ourselves new ways of being in life and in LOVE without committing any sort of violence, suppression or oppression inside.

This is as much an ongoing process for me as it likely is for you too. I have had many years inside of a process of peeling back the layers of inner violence and battles and even recently have felt a Metasoul aspect that still lives in the era of Women’s Suffrage in the UK. Really intense timeline, that one. Talk about fighting fire with fire! She and I have been able to feel that there IS an alternative to these violent means of ‘fighting’… feeling how bringing vulnerability is actually the key to deep inner and outer change. She is still being convinced of the truth of this, as she understandably lives in an intense time and hasn’t really seen this in action, but she is trying and that is enough for me to feel something MORE wanting to come and be inside of me and thus from me to others too. I actually feel her helping me write this piece today… it’s helping her digest her reality and new possibilities that are arising for her and for others.

A new, violence-less horizon is calling, wanting to help us end our personal and collective suffering… how deeply you are able to heed this call is a very personal choice and it feels like any healing of this on any level of your being is a fantastic start!

Non-Linear Time As An Invitation To Quantum Responsibility

Linear time has been a hard one for my 3D self to let go of.  It is still necessary to keep track of “time” as I, like us all, have responsibilities that are connected to it.  I am healing my way into a more fluid relationship to it, but it can be a challenge.  This becomes so much more pronounced when I feel this in relation to soul history. I can feel the aspects of me that are so entrenched in this idea that things have already happened and cannot be changed or shifted.  It energizes a very hopeless and fearful reality that can bleed into my own consciousness as Gabriel.  This can be a bit crazy-making at times that only serve to lower my frequency and enable a timeline that is really not desirable.  

It has been suggested that we must “ride out” these waves and let them pass through us like a major weather front.  Or maybe we just find other means to bypass or transcend these “negative” emotions and only stay in the lighter half of our being.  There is so much more at play here that we are being gifted access to.  We are being given the opportunity to directly feel and heal our “past” in the Now and the karma that has been attached to it.  It is not so much spending years with these aspects but feeling the core of what is keeping them in a suffering loop and offering or open hearts for them to land in.  It is also about helping them to see another way of being that can shift the “timeline” that we are on together.  

When we see time in this way, that all things are occurring in THIS moment, and is not weighted down with concrete shoes, we arrive at an opportunity for Quantum Responsibility.  We are such powerful creators and not hopeless victims.  None of our aspects are.  We GET to remake this thing!  We are being offered this by all of our guides, angels, and star being selves.  They are looking to us to help co-create something new together by realizing we ARE both sides of the coin.  We are US and THEM.  All in this moment…right now.  

So as we go through our day we are also signing treaties, fighting wars, giving birth, inventing new technology, traveling in space, and losing and falling in love.  With an awakened sense of Self we can be with these lives and choose to be with them in a way that serves both us and them.  We may fall into a difficult time and just need to collapse into something and that can be supported with guidance and self-love.  We can also connect in sacred space that is more created.  No rules just feeling.  

What feels important is that we assume this role with a sense of Divine purpose and invitation.  We don’t have to be so serious about it that is consumes our life, but hold it as a daily feeling journey that brings more healing to our hearts and souls, and effects the the greater whole of our current NOW.  We are on the cusp of some great movements collectively and it all depends on our own personal willingness to feel it and shift it to a timeline that is more desirable than the one you may find yourself in.  It does not happen overnight but can happen exponentially more when intention and choice are made conscious as often as possible.

Collapse Experiences Coming Through From Other Lifetimes For Feeling, Healing And Recreating

Entire planets blowing up, others nearly being destroyed with mass exodus to new planets…..Atlantis crumbling and drowning, Lemuria sinking into the sea…..these images have been moving through my consciousness lately. I am receiving writings from others that help fill in some of the picture, along with visions offered during meditation while also accessing my own soul’s experience of these timelines.

It seems this is a phase of FEELING and BEING with the trauma that is in our Metasoul line by aspects of us that are experiencing these collapse timelines in the Now. With the overall lifting and thinning of the veils of amnesia, we can access these ‘memories’ with much more clarity and feeling sense then we could before.

These memories of planetary implosions and civilizations ending is in the cellular memory of our collective unconscious. It lives there inside of us, pulsating and vibrating at a certain frequency until we become more conscious of it, elicit it, connect to the parts of us in our Metasoul that ARE experiencing it.

We are invited to feel that these events didn’t happen in an ancient past, yet rather as time becomes less and less linear in how we relate with it….are happening in the present. This is not ‘ancient history’, as so many people offer. It is not something that happened 500,000 years ago or 1 million years ago or even 15,000 years ago, even as that can be hard for our minds to grasp and understand as we receive so much conditioning in 3D reality toward linear time.

Collapses of the old are an aspect of the death and rebirth process of awakening. they are an important aspect of ascension, whether they are happening on a global, planetary level or in our personal lives. It is necessary for that which has become outgrown, outdated, served its purpose, to no longer BE and to make room then for the NEW. We choose to experience this through our Metasoul in many different scenarios and expressions. This can be very difficult to reconcile without conscious connection and healing around it.

‘Bleed through’ from these others lifetimes is happening at deeper levels right now as the influxes of light and love support us to hold space for this soul exploration. These other lifetimes can bleed into our present life without us understanding WHY some of the emotions we are feeling or ways we are seeing the world or how we are experiencing relationships with others are there. Aspects of us in other lifetimes can feel like victims, be very highly traumatized, feel large amounts of guilt and shame and responsibility related to the ROLES they are playing relate to these collapse events. These undigested feelings and karmic binds then come through to influence and impact our experience of present day reality and our emotional responses too.

Our Metasoul aspects MAY be playing a major role in the collapse of civilizations. These aspects of us wear both hats; they are on both ‘sides’. This helps us to feel that no BEing is truly EVIL, just able to embrace and express more degrees of fear or love in any moment. As we connect with these ‘shadow’ aspects in our Metasoul line, we become more compassionate toward these expressions in this life. We can relax the ‘good against evil’ pictures, the need to ‘go to battle’ (even for love) against others, and we can more FEEL where the expressions of outer violence comes from and is ultimately rooted INSIDE in unworthiness, fear, disconnect, and undigested pain. As we understand and LOVE the expression of the demonic, we can more authentically and purely embody the angelic.

Without consciously connecting to our collapse experiences from other lifetimes, we can project ‘collapse scenarios’ onto our present world. The 3D timeline IS collapsing in many ways as more souls de-energize and raise their consciousness beyond it. Yet, the picture of worldwide collapse of industrial systems leading to scenarios of mass starvation and death CAN BE greatly influenced by unfelt collapse experiences in our soul legacy. This sense of ‘doom and gloom’ can also be planted there by fear-based BEings who have agendas toward creating these scenarios. This planting finds fertile soil in the unfelt and undigested trauma experiences from our souls.

In SoulFullHeart, we offer a process to connect with your Metasoul aspects during spaceholding sessions in a way that allows for mutual healing, gift exchange, and even complete ‘recreation’ of timeline experience around collapse. We negotiate with your soul guardian/Inner Protector aspect first to ‘allow’ access to your Metasoul line and your soul aspects, as often they are usually fiercely guarded and protected until we are ‘ready’ to remember.

I have been connecting recently with Mareeka, my Metasoul aspect who lives during the time of Atlantis falling. I experienced the ‘fall’ with her, collapsing rubble all around us and drowning in tidal waves of water. It was very intense and, then, I was guided by Archangel Metatron that we could ‘change the timeline’. I helped Mareeka let go of a relationship that was no longer serving her (with a Metasoul aspect of Raphael’s actually). I empowered her so that she could ‘escape’ the fall of Atlantis before it happened (which she felt was just her ‘fate’). We changed the timeline and she is now sailing on her way to the ‘new world’ and a different outcome. It will be very interesting to see how this impacts my present life experience of reality!

If time is not linear and if everything we experience is our creation, then it seems that we CAN alter ALL timelines and move into Infinite Possibilities of experiences from there. Imagine if more and more of us did this and we were able then to heal events such as the ‘fall of Atlantis’ from our collective cellular memory and collective emotional body? I feel this IS possible or at least this is the timeline that I am offering to those of you who resonate with it. As we remember our way back to Infinite Love, we can feel and heal the impact of the collapses that were necessary along the journey, yet no longer reflect who we really ARE.

Bridging To Our Metasoul Aspects Through Sacred Union Within And With Our Counterpart Mate

I allow Mareeka’s energies to be in this most intimate space between my beloved mate Raphael and I during our love making together because I feel that she needs it. Her sadness and mourning over her separation from her greatest love, Maliki, have been with me for a couple of days now, flitting in and out during moments that trigger it to come up. Now, she is taking in the love, the passion, the connection, the intimacy that flows between Raphael and I. Maliki’s energies come through Raphael to meet and connect with Mareeka’s. The language of Atlantis flows from both of our mouths and creates a spiraling energy in the air between us….. feeling both familiar, foreign, and also very powerful.

Mareeka’s energies come through me because I invite them in. Mareeka is a Metasoul sister of mine who lives during the time of the last era of Atlantis before it collapses. Mareeka is what has commonly been called a ‘past life.’ I have been offered that in higher dimensional consciousness there is no linear time, so, therefore, the energies of these soul experiences and expressions live in the Now. Relating to them that way rather than in the ‘past’ recognizes the impact that their ‘bleeding through’ has on us in our current lifetimes. Our Metasoul is the higher dimensional Soul source from which we are a fractal projected out from with many expressions off of each of our Metasouls into different timelines spanning parallel universes, species, planets, and dimensions. Raphael has been connecting with Maliki, who is a Metasoul brother of his and High Priest/King in Atlantis that is initially very in love with Mareeka, yet ends up falling under the influence of shadow-based Reptilians and transforms into Mordecai. Mordecai seems to have a pivotal role in the collapse of Atlantis, has become estranged from Mareeka, and eventually spirals into madness as his inner darkness takes over. It ‘sounds’ like a fiction story, I know, yet the textures of this are very real as they ground into my heart and Raphael’s too. During some moments of conflict and tension between Raphael and I recently, we eventually identified that it had been mostly Mareeka and Mordecai coming through us to create this ‘crazy making’ kind of sense that what we are in conflict about wasn’t from or about this lifetime at all.

I wanted to share more about this process of connecting with Metasoul aspects as it unfolds in a real time process for me with Mareeka. This is the same as the process for being with subpersonalities or parts of you that originate from this life experiences that have created stuck energies within your emotional body. I hold Mareeka with tenderness and I bring her into my everyday life. She went to the beach with me yesterday, just as she joined Raphael and I in the bedroom. She was listening during my recent space holding sessions. She offered her opinions on my hair style, my clothing, my living space (which didn’t meet with her approval since she is used to fine and beautiful physical settings and I live in a very simple apartment in the moment.) I connected with her again in the early morning and she thanked me very much for bringing her into my world. She said that it is offering her peace to feel how the love between her and Maliki lives on through Raphael and I.

I cannot change the collapse of Atlantis or Mareeka’s destiny to die with it. I cannot change Maliki’s transformation into Mordecai and her loss of him. Her and I both know this and have tearfully accepted it. Yet, I can help to heal with her some of her heart pains, offer my compassion and companionship, and allow a bridge for her to her beloved through the heart of mine, Raphael. In exchange, she is sharing and infusing me with her exquisite sense of beauty, her regal Queen essence, and her very powerful access to Cosmic Divine Energies. Mareeka may be heart broken in one way, but she is also a very gifted priestess, initiate, and teacher. As our love for each other grows in this organic way through regular and committed connection, so do the gifts between us flow both ways more fluidly.

I feel that sharing about my experience with Mareeka is the most transparent way that I can teach about and offer this connection process with a Metasoul sister or brother as a clear and very effective path to heal that which has previously felt evasive, murky, and difficult to relate with.  These energies from the Metasoul can bleed into this life, pushing up intense reactions and triggers without you really understanding why or where they come from. Some of the emotions that the Metasoul coming through can push up are depression, despair, not wanting to ‘live’ or of wanting to go home, rage that doesn’t seem to connect to any present life triggers or conditions, distrust of life/others/the Divine.

This seems to be especially true during sacred union connections for which the partners are what we call, “Counterpart souls”, as I feel that Raphael and I are to each other. Counterpart souls share many timelines together with corresponding Metasoul expressions in opposite gender pairings during these lifetimes. One seems to ‘choose’ masculine expression and the other feminine. I began to notice a couple of years ago that whenever a new soul aspect would come through, there would be a corresponding masculine aspect that Raphael would feel deep resonance with or connect with first, which would then open out my connection. We have experienced this with Pleiadian Metasoul aspects (Leeza and Leviathan), Arcturian (Binkh and Pantha), ‘historical’ Boudicca and Prasutagus, ‘religious’ Martin Luther and Katharina, Avalon (Morgaine and Arthur) and others. Sometimes we are experiencing these energies in an archetypal way rather than associating that our Metasoul has necessarily been each of these.

Each connection with these Metasoul pairings infuses our this life relationship with expanding frequencies of soul connection, soul purpose clarity, healing of karmic binds and patterns, and can be linked to emotional wounding expressions from this life too. Raphael and I are starting to put together a book about Sacred Union, which will include much more about this exploration into being Counterpart Souls and how it contrasts from the Twin Flame paradigm.

Connection with Metasoul aspects becomes more possible as you deepen access to your Inner Protector or Soul Guardian (which we also call a ‘daemon). Your Soul Guardian acts as a gatekeeper to your Metasoul line, protecting and regulating what you can remember and when. Direct negotiation with this aspect of yourself and also consciously healing your emotional body allows the pipeline of access to these soul frequencies to come through. Your Soul Guardian needs to feel that you can emotionally handle it, that you are supported by Divine guides for the exploration, and that you are genuinely interested in your own healing.

Much of what we experience as suffering in our lives comes from not being consciously connected to the source of that suffering. Becoming conscious and LOVING what we discover allows for the suffering to move into frequencies of aliveness, joy, magic, intimacy, soul gift expression, and deeper inhabitation of our sacred humanity!

Healing From The Fall Of Atlantis And Connecting With Our Metasoul

My heart is holding some sadness today. A sadness of not being able to alter a soul play out in my Metasoul (the higher dimensional Soul source from which we are a fractal projected out from it.) I have heard for so long of the ‘fall of Atlantis’, yet it has often felt vague, something murky or more like fantasy. As my personal veil is lifting and the inner disclosure process invites me in (which I wrote about recently), I am receiving downloads from other lifetimes to feel and digest that feel grounded in my emotional body and even in my physical body. In this phase, after much emotional body healing and other soul theme healing, I am being invited to feel the fall of Atlantis and the role of my Metasoul within that.

I have been connecting with Mareeka, my Metasoul sister from the last era of Atlantis. I call them ‘Metasoul sisters’, or fractal projections from the same Metasoul or soul source, rather than ‘past lives’ because, in fifth dimensional experience, time is not linear and there is no ‘past’. Our Metasoul sisters (or brothers if you are a man) are living out their lives in other time periods or timelines, other dimensions, other galaxies. They are living out as Star BEings (Arcturian, Pleiadians, Reptilian and many others). They are living out as Angels, Fairies, Elementals, etc.

Each projection of our Metasoul contains energy, has experiences that are both intense and wonderful, holds expression of our soul gifts in some form or another. It seems that connecting with them consciously through journaling and meditation visits, which I have been doing for a few years now, brings in the possibilities of a deep healing of karmic binds and patterns that are looping through our ‘Metasoul line’. Conscious connection allows for emotional healing of what has been previously not digested. Mutual exchange of gifts and consciousness expansion is another aspect of it. This depends on the consciousness level of the Metasoul sister or brother and what they have ‘signed up’ to experience in their life.

I also like holding these soul projections this way rather than as ‘my past lives’ because it allows for more objectivity. This can especially be important if the lifetime is one where the Metasoul has chosen to experience being famous or is connecting to a Universal ray or Archetypal expression (such as Yeshua, Mother Mary, Joan Of Arc, etc.) Rather than feeling that you ‘were’ this person or famous figure, you can feel how they share a Metasoul with you, so you are VERY connected and yet separate too. This helps the ego from attaching to the other lifetime in a self image-based way and for YOU to hold space for the healing exploration.

I shared tears with Mareeka in the early morning dawn today, quietly talking out loud to her. She is mourning the ‘fall of Atlantis’, which she can ‘see’ very clearly is going to happen (even though it hasn’t happened yet in her timeline.) She is mourning a split between her and her once beloved soul mate Maliki, who has become ‘under the influence’ of shadow-based Reptilians (they are NOT all shadow-based, but these ones were called to serve a specific purpose of collapsing Atlantis.) She offers me a picture of an Atlantis that has fallen already from its Golden Age. There are power struggles, dark magics being used and abused, and much deception going on. It feels very much like our current 3D world actually, which it feels like is going through its own ‘fall’ to arise out of the ashes into more of the higher vibrational frequencies of the Golden Atlantis.

I feel how I cannot ‘prevent’ the fall of Atlantis and I cannot alter Mareeka’s experience of her own timeline playing out as it is meant to. But, I feel her with my heart, I offer her compassion, and I connect some textures to my relationship with Raphael in the ‘trailing edge’ of our bond to what Mareeka is experiencing. Maliki seems to be the Metasoul brother to Raphael. Being Counterpart Souls to each other, Raphael and I share many Metasoul chapters together, with his Metasoul brother being the masculine expression of my feminine Metasoul sister. I haven’t received support yet or guidance of confirmation for the Twin Flame picture as it is presented with a masculine and feminine projection coming from the same soul and then choosing to incarnate during the same timeline. That is for another writing to explore though!

I feel there is a gift in feeling these textures with Mareeka and that it connects to my everyday experience in this life and in my relationship with Raphael. Intense energies moved through us yesterday and even conflict and I believe an aspect of this was Mareeka and Maliki’s tensions coming ‘through’ us. This is why I ‘went in’ today to feel my side of this and to create some space between me and Mareeka so that she did not project her wounding and pain onto my relationship with Raphael. I feel this happens often in relationships where the partners are not consciously healing their soul and heart. I believe this deeper feeling and healing access to our other Metasoul connections in other lifetimes is a big reason why Raphael and I experience the nourishing bond that we do in most moments, along with healing our emotional bodies through parts work.

Energies of PURE love and light from the Divine are making it safe for all of us to go into our other lifetimes WHILE healing our emotional body in this life. We can trust that wherever we need to go into the shadows of our soul and heart will be held with love. We can weave between the heart and soul this way; we can create a self loving bridge to hold these inner explorations. We can open out into consciousness experiences from BEing at greater depths then have EVER been possible before in our human experiment. The Divine is holding space for these dive downs into ourselves and the emerging sacred human that arises as an expression of Infinite Love for which we ARE.
