Creating Space For Love & Truth Within: A Poem

Find that purchase of space in your heart
To truly let that truth of yours in.

The truth your parts hold back
Out of fear of losing
And the fear of the love that could come in.

It’s a process of feeling
The spaces and places that have been hard to feel.

It’s a phase of awakening
To what has been avoided
Even with the sense that the collapse
Leads inevitably to a rebuilding
And a letting in of more than you’ve ever imagined.

It’s time in this sacred Now
To go where parts of you don’t feel they can go.
To feel the pain of the trauma
That hasn’t been safe to feel. 
The fear of your pain’s alchemy
And capacity to deeply change your life,
Your heart,
Your entire being
Is a real thing
And unfolds the rarity
And uniqueness
Of the heart you most deeply have.

Resurrect that sense of love
The knowing of the love that you are
And let it guide your next journey’s steps
Into the unknown and uncontrollable
Awakening to the more compassionate,
Willing,
And love-serving you
That no one can give you
Except you.

Find that buy-in, that investment
In the truth of your being
To truly let yourself be moved
In the way your soul 
Has always intended.

Returning To Divine Mother: A Poem

To truly let Her in… you become the poet and the dancer of heart and the deep journeyer of soul.

To truly let Her in… the sword is dropped as you surrender to the embrace of a love and acceptance you’ve forgotten you were worthy of.

To truly let Her move you… means burning away that which doesn’t align as you surrender to the fire of boundary-setting (with care) and the illumination of that which has been in shadow.

This is what it means to be with the Divine Mother in all of her forms and faces… and to begin to understand that you are part of that too.

For Jelelle Awen on her birthday…

I had to write you something new this year. I was going to go find the poem I wrote for you before, but because you and I are both in such brand new phases right now, I wanted to write something that reflects our re-arising and reNEWing relationship, while honouring all of our phases together so far over the last few years and all of the challenges we have faced in ourselves and in our bond too.

I am truly, deeply honoured by your powerful presence in my life and the ongoing love and support you ripple out to me in many levels both subtle and obvious.

I have witnessed your growth and healing as you’ve witnessed and helped facilitate my own. I am blessed to call you both “friend” and “teacher” and take neither honour for granted.

It’s not just another trip around the sun

It’s a further dip into the waves of your personal sun

The one that shines brightly

And beacons us all homeward

To our unique heart-homes withIN.

You serve love through the YINspiration

You’ve cultivated,

Worked for,

Planted within your heart and soul bed

Of growth

and dynamic leavings and enterings, both.

You YINspire my own trajectories

And adventures

Inside

And within the love flow between us

Which reflects and informs

All other relationships

I could ever have and do have

In my life and heart today.

You are the continued template

Even as you always give me back to me

And encourage my own uniqueness to shine

And evolve

And grow.

To say I’ve learned a ton from you

Would understate the value

Of everything you’ve led

And continue to lead

With the strength of a lioness

And the softness of a swan.

A Love Transmission For These Times Of Chaos, Change, Evolution (Poem)

Swirling, changing, 
Ever-shifting sands
Of foundations won and lost,
Forged and fought for,
Brought in on waves of alchemy
And set to sail away again.

The ship of your homecoming
Finds those resonant tides
Of needed and necessary movement
Toward everything
Every part, piece, aspect,
You have, are
And will yet uncover yourself to BE.

Life is a recovery dance
Of unknown,
Magic-pitched pipes
No one has ever played before
And yet they are being played just the same
In every cell of your being
In every dimension of your soul…

Love, catch the wave before you
Or wait now for another.
At every turn
The maybes move
As the drawbridge beckons you homeward.

Beloved, now could be your time
The war is over if you choose it.
The battles fought and won
Are reconciled
In the depths of healing soil
Built to bring more depth within.
Your time to re-anchor in new horizons
Could be now…
Or the next now.
Any now of your choosing
As you cannot help
But engage in the process
Of the healing waves coming
In whatever ways felt into.
You’ll know your time,
Your chance,
Your phase,
In ways your mind won’t grasp
Yet your heart will sanctify
And claim…
You’ll know, beloved,
That it’s your growth moment
And the pulse of new blood
Will be unavoidable.

Yet beloved,
Feel this…
You are loved beyond the love you’ve known.
You are needed beyond the needs of others.
You are held beyond the scope of your beholding.
And you are brought into your power
In every step you take towards more love
More worth
And more beyond all you’ve been taught
Is all you’ll ever have…

The Hearth Of My Opening Heart: A Poem

Tremors move from your heart space to mine.
An overflow. A love place.
A warm hut with a burning fire.
I seek to understand what I cannot yet,
what I may not ever,
what I may know in spite of myself.
There is a garden behind the heart door.
A secret wooden manifestation of many years of collapsing memories and ever-arising lessons.
Love waits for me there,
with more surprises,
with tourniquets,
with salves,
with the ointment of new life and renewal of my essence’s light.

As the door creaks open wide,
I feel the dust fall from my shoulders, into my healing palms Where I can see it.
Where I can feel it.
Where I can touch its textures and hold it close
As it cries full tears of rippling red shadow pulses and black and blue figures dusty in their own rite
Peeling off the once invisible armors they treasured for so long.

Disarmed yet newly anchored in the safety of my own now opening heart
I rest amongst the silk cushions and wait by the roar of the fireplace
Until you come knocking.

After filling your pockets with your own dusty past and present
And rimming your heart with the sugar-coated candy of a caramel-filled chocolate,
Bringing your sticky-sweetness out to be tasted,
I will meet you here, my love.

In brightness and darkness, with sweets and savories I will wait.
I will work.
I will pry my heart open first for me,
Then for you,
And together we will find the fumbling and not-knowing
To be the greatest fun we ever had
And the biggest challenge we have ever faced,
And the greatest dragon we have ever owned on our own, Together, and with the Divine.

Re-Learning Love As Sacred Humans: A Poem

As we love each other more… we let go without fear or tugging.

As we love each other more… we empower instead of enable.

As we love each other more… our words to one another are not empty.

As we love each other more… the eyes of love are the ones we wear and we see each other for who we are.

As we love each other more… we recognize the difference between caretaking and caregiving.

As we love OURSELVES more… we, ad infinitum, love each other more…

… and in this love, we find
even more of ourselves
than we ever thought we would ever see,
feel, and heal
before we realized
that loving more
means
we will never know love in the less.

Lion’s Gate Transmission From Our Sirian Lion-Selves

Together we join
through ourselves
in unison of voice.
Each call moves forth
from the heart
as we link together
to feel the creation of the next magic moments.

We ‘roar’
and our ‘roars’ have great impact.

We ‘roar’ to call in the New
We ‘roar’ to clear the old…

We ‘roar’ not to frighten
but to embolden ourselves,
to call on the sacred strength
for boundaries
for growth choices
for remembering our worth.

We ‘roar’
feeling the love of the higher dimensions
and the grief of what is let go
to move ever higher.

We ‘roar’ to remember
to learn,
to teach.

In this phase,
we offer our ‘roar’ to you…

We join our sacred voices
with yours
as you declare ‘no more’
inside
and with your world
you’ve co-created.

We join
offering our peaceful hearts
that had great pain like yours…
that also learned to let go
of fear
of war
of a need to be hidden…
of a need to be arrogant
of a need to do more
than just BE
and connect…

We join
and we cry out in ‘roars’
greater
yet softer
than those you’ve known,
and this memory
of your power
as sacred humans,
is the one we hold for you
reminding you
that you will return here
and the process is Now.

You are loved…
you ARE LOVE…
and you cannot avoid
the gift of this rediscovery.

Much love to you,
with you
on this,
your ‘Cosmic Christmas/New Year’!

More than the labels assigned to you
and assigned to yourself.
More than the construction of self-image,
the self-perceived reasons to only ever be
“beautiful”, “handsome”, “fit”, “successful”…

Worthy.

By a certain standard only…
held as important by parts of you
that are so much more
than they think they are too.

You are more,
ever more,
not less…
never less.

The Universe
of you
wants you to remember
this…
feel this deeply,
bring this into your everyday,
your walking-around space
and sacred human BEing-ness
that you are always meant to BEcome more of…
the most you could ever imagine
with the least outward effort needed
yet the most profound inward inhabitation.

You already are
STUNNING…
the multi-verse
is struck by you
as you rise up to shine
as the truly human,
deeply beloved
mirror of LOVE
that you ARE.
As part of a powerful collective
WHOLE-li-ness
that joins with you in celebration
of the wonder of the human race
the places where we are growing up
to move into
and the evermore loving dimensions
that open
up more in the consciousness
of all that is ready to perceive
and receive
MORE love…

When You’ve Had Enough Of ‘Never Enough’: A Poem

This long-held mirror, cracks under the hard gaze

of a conditioning that says,

“you’ll never be enough”.

 

The distorted propensity

of not seeing, yet wanting to be seen

and running away still

clings to the self-made ceiling of wanton leadership like ivy.

A stinging, ringing voice that says,

“you’ll never do enough”.

 

The panic of the beating heartbeat inside the soul-beat of consciousness,

the fears of parts, aspects, voices,

sing the words of what they really want

yet with verses of “that, I’ll never have”.

A thousand empty self-promises

somehow grip motivation’s doorway saying,

“you’ll never have enough”.

 

Yet,

sweet fruit of the womb of the Divine,

you’re not here to only be this

or be what you’ve been told you are…

what parts of you are convinced you can only ever be or not be.

You’re here,

Divine son and daughter,

to remember the ceiling was claimed on purpose

and the closed doorways are held shut

by the choice of avoidance

and the lens of lack.

 

Love bursts through and in, in any moment that it can,

reaching a hand to you that says,

“sweet beloved, you ARE enough”…

and the reactions that come from this awakening,

felt in tremors of the physical, the emotional, the spiritual,

 

are the shudders of a heart learning to let in

REAL love,

once and ever… again.

Divine Rebirth From Within: A Poem

What once slumbered

Now arises…

 

A fear of choking

of not surviving

the molten movement underneath,

bubbles up

to lay in waiting arms

of the forward invite.

 

Pressing through and into

the chambers once shutter-closed,

the fiery heat of new burnings

birth into the hearth

of the awakening heart

with quaking parts.

 

Passion rises from the ashes

of a red-hot flame

meant to leave the false,

the no-longer tolerable,

behind

with NO-MORE-OF-THIS-ness

leading and loving

its way into the new.

 

The NOW of the NEW

arises

with the dawning silver crescent

in the heart-sun’s moon

leading

lighting the way

to the re-birthing place

of the reborn Sacred Human

you always somehow

knew…

and grew…

INto. ❤
