Loving Your Rage To Reveal Your Truth, Heal Hurts, And End Abusive Patterns In Relationships

There could be emotions running the range of irritation, frustration, to outright rage expressing for you or toward you…pushed up by the FULL moon, Scorpio, death/rebirth energies. The Divine Feminine is holding compassionate space for these feelings to come UP and OUT. These emotions aren’t ‘negative’ or ‘dark’, yet, rather more ‘polarized to fear’ and, very often, ‘suppressed.’ Suppressed emotions usually have actually VERY good reason for being there once you are willing to actually feel them. They have just been so put down and capped by often the Protector part of you (due to 3D conditioning that offers they are not OK or acceptable), that they come out stronger when they finally are allowed to express.

Rage is a denser expression, a more 3D fear-based energy, that actually transmutes and transforms to passionate truth telling as your frequency of self love rises. There is nothing ‘bad’ about anger or rage in its essence. When your truth has been put away or smothered or covered or conformed into “social correctness’, then parts of you don’t know how to express your emotional truth (esp.) without the anger. Anger seems to often be a more ‘surface’ or off gassing emotion that is covering over a past hurt or trauma.

If this trauma didn’t get emotionally digested by you on the Higher Heart/5D Self level or by your caregivers if it happened during your childhood, then it remains in your emotional body. The anger is often the Protector in a stance of, ‘I will not allow anymore hurt’ covering over the emotional reality of a part of you that says, ‘I still feel deeply hurt by this or that’. If healthy boundaries were not set and advocated for in the MOMENT of the hurt with others or from one part of you to another, then the suppressed rage protection over hurt dynamic is a ripe on to develop. Many parts can be stuck in these ‘scenes’ of hurt and shame and suppressed truth telling/advocacy and play them over and over like a loop that may be conscious to you or may not be. This looping leads to the outward, in the moment manifestation of rage that you may not even be able to track or understand as the deeper roots and causes are hidden.

Connecting with the parts that hold rage and WHY they feel it can move these frequencies into conscious, higher vibrational ones of healthy advocacy and passionate truth telling. Connecting directly to these parts of yourself serves to unfreeze these trauma moments and bring them into the present Now…..and also stops the looping patterns as well. Doing this BEFORE the triggers and constellated reactions allows you to establish a ‘non-charged ground’ of deeper connection within yourself. This is about identifying which part of you is feeling the rage and WHY, such as your Protector, your Punisher, your Inner Teenager or Inner Mother/Father. You can journal directly with your rage too! Just let it rip out on the page and respond to the ‘truth’ that comes pouring out with compassion and curiosity. You might feel immediately a direct connection of the rage to a particular situation or it may just be an overall reaction to living in 3D and the difficulties of incarnating here.

These rage reactions seem to be especially coming up in romantic relationships and marriages lately and over the last year. This could be a clash and thrash energy between two souls who have drifted out of true partnership with each other, where one is awakening and the other is not. You could have parts of you that are ‘overstaying’ in this relationship ground that YOU know has been outgrown and no longer serves you. Sometimes, these conflicts can be a necessary catalytic movement to bring you closer to each other (only if held with MUCH love and respect and good will remains strong between you and them.)

When these clashes move into abusive and even violent frequencies toward yourself or between you and your partner, it is TIME to complete the relationship….esp. if this is an ongoing pattern. This outward violence (whether physical, emotional, mental) is a mirror to you of an inward violence going on between parts of you to other parts of you. This outward reflection is offering a going within to heal phase for you, to deeply connect with the parts of you that are in trauma, in pain, in hurt, and NEED your love and comforting and compassion. These parts of you need you to ‘clear the decks’ of outward conflict brought in by the relationship so they can actually lean into you with trust that leads to growth.

You cannot extend anything to anyone that you have not offered to yourself primarily and firstly. It is like trying to get water from an empty well. Responding to anger frequencies that come up in you with immediate curiosity and a self loving boundary allows you to experience a filling UP of love more and more. THEN, when you are in relationship from this place, you are able to offer transaction of love from an overflowing ease, grace, compassion, and support for yourself AND your partner. Why would you settle for anything less than this?

5D relationships live in these grounds of mutual respect and growth. They are more SACRED than SCARED. Anything lesser than this in experience is ripe for completing, letting go, and moving on. Negotiation with parts of yourself that are understandably attached to the relationship can help in this letting go. It is MUCH better to be alone (and ultimately very much more nourishing) then to be in relationships where fear-polarized frequencies dominate the dynamic. This offers a huge release for your partner as well, even if parts of them struggle to accept it or move on or initially support the completion.

I have served several women in the completion phases of their relationships when they needed/wanted to end them and it is a sacred phase (often an understandably intense one!) to walk through with them. I support their growing truth, self worth, advocacy, and a compassionate/merciful navigation for both themselves and their partners. Full Moon Codes Support BEcoming Our Service Of Love Selves

I felt the energies of the full moon starting to beam down last night, woken up in the night by Her illumination. I was able to drift back to sleep listening to soothing music as I wanted to take in more of what She had to offer into my unconscious mind/heart/body.  I can feel how today, April 29th, is a good one to go INward, open up to 5D and higher journeys, open up to feelings, open up to realizations/revelations and inspirations!
 
I am feeling so grateful and blessed in this NOW moment of love coming up from within and coming UP to be shared with others in service through SoulFullHeart, nearly every day with sessions and/or an Unity Meditation call or a radio interview. I am grateful for this NOW moment of BEing invited to step up and share, as we all are who have been awakening to who we really ARE as love.
 
These powerful full moon codes are supporting us becoming our service of love/5D selves! They offer Divine Feminine support for integration after so much Sacred Masculine activation energies from the sun recently. It is the important integration process (letting in) that allows us to truly change and transform into our Service Of Love Self in more and more moments! The more deeply we have embraced the integration phase, the more we can bring all those light codes into our every living cell, emotional bodies, and chakra vortexes.

THIS reason, to serve love as our highest purpose and calling….THIS reason wants to rumble through your life and offer changes to the how and the why and the way you have lived. THIS reason wants to invite you to complete relationships that don’t serve love yet instead distract you, suppress you, shrink you. THIS reason wants you to claim what you most WANT and DESIRE and DESERVE in union with others and with yourself. THIS reason wants you to claim your soul gifts, express your soul gifts, feel and heal the karmic binds from other lifetimes that suppress you and block you and keep you hidden.

Love can only be served more purely from a heart that is healing and IN JOY from that healing, from light that shines from being with the dark, from what is revealed from being with shadow. Love can only be served more purely from a self that is being deconstructed, dismantled with love and by love, to reveal the self that is NOT driven by unconscious wounding, material gain, and self image but rather is pure in its motive to serve love in all moments, including to self.

THIS service of love from an increasingly PURE heart and soul is the invitation to embody your sacred humanity.

THIS is what the Universe, Divine Source, your guides/Metasoul Aspects, your star families, your soul families are waiting for you to BE and to do.

THIS is what you have signed up to do and why you are here in the NOW at this moment of great transition, turmoil, death and rebirth, of collective and galactic awakening and growing!

Energy Update: Good News Love Waves Coming In

The ‘good’ news, yes, is the SOULar winds picking UP again, plus a full moon coming on April 29th offering much needed lunar/Divine Feminine frequencies. This is preparing us for what feels like a significant portal opening on 5/5 that offers a ‘next level’ embodiment of your Higher Self and connection to your galactic self and star family. These energies coming in stronger CAN be good news if you feel them and let them in that way. Even the body symptoms you might experience of light headedness, shift in sleep patterns, appetite changes, mega drowsiness, head aches and muscle pains. Even the emotional body releases of what was in shadow of shame, guilt, anger, frustration. Even the relationship break downs and break ups that can push up so much to be felt inside. Even the job/money livelihood dissatisfaction rumbles and scarcity pictures coming into awareness.
This is ALL good news because it is about experiencing deeper and deeper layers of 3D conditioning/parts of you to BEcome more of your essence again as INfinite Love, yet now within your human body. These energies provide a loving container to hold these explorations and journeys. The good news is the support that the Universe and the Divine provides for this transition and shift. The support comes in these SOULar AND Lunar frequencies bringing in Divine Masculine activations and the Divine Feminine INtegrations. Bringing in more balance into your whole BEing.
This may not feel like good news to parts of you, especially if these energies are inviting you to move into a death and rebirth cycle. Listen to the voice that feels overwhelmed and lost. Feel this voice as a beloved part of you that needs YOU. You can hold much compassionate for the parts of you that have been invested in your life up to this point and all the settings and stages you’ve chosen there. This is only the death of what is false to your authentic BEing now. This is the loss of only what no longer resonates to the same vibrations as you. Of course this can be VERY painful to experience if another person is involved. Long-term marriages and relationships are completing in this way now as what is REAL is able to be felt, seen, and acknowledged. You may be leading this completion, which also can be challenged to accept as the self loving thing to do for both you AND your partner. Trust that if you are wanting to experience more love, you are providing a merciful completing for both you and your partner.
PURE love, as offered by these cosmic energies, reveals what isn’t from and of that substance. What was previously able to be settled for in terms of crumbs of nourishment no longer IS when you start letting in the full meal love deal of these energies. This, again, is GOOD news as your digestive system (on all body levels) wants and needs more! Crumbs are no longer enough. You want a bountiful bounty of love and goodness and resonance….in ALL relationships and especially with yourself and with every part of you to another.
Let in the love bounty of these energies and be with any parts of that experience them as LESS than this. Bridge to them from your soul consciousness that gets what GOOD news this whole process is, one that you have so bravely committed to as a soul. Connect to the Divine GIFT being offered in this NOW to all parts of you in ALL timelines of your Metasoul expression.

Unanchoring From 3D Timelines Into Co-creation of 5D New Earth Timelines

The previously beloved timelines are becoming outgrown now. These timelines, mostly anchored in 3D consciousness reality, were activated by versions of you that needed them once. The specific settings and details of their environments served to support situations and experiences that you chose on a soul level to experience this life for certain phases. The people in these timelines agreed to be there and go through the duality and polarization between love and fear experiment with you.
 
You co-created these timelines together that would most allow you to heal wounds and traumas based in the emotional body of your Metasoul/Higher Self source. The density of 3D creates a viable ground to ‘land’ into these woundings and offers the opportunity to really viscerally feel them. In this way, 3D is NOT bad, just very different and denser than what our souls are mostly used to in other fractal expressions. It is actually a polarized conditioning that has us judge 3D as ‘bad’ rather than seeing that we chose it on a soul level for the opportunities that it offers to REALLY feel and heal and complete wound-based patterns and legacies.
 
As your soul essence comes IN more to your consciousness and your vibrational frequency begins to rise, these more 3D based timelines don’t resonate in the same ways anymore. You start to create 4D-based timelines through growing spiritual interests, desires to heal and be healthy, and embracing the Divine Feminine process of death and rebirth to burn off the ‘old’ and arise into the new. Rather than creating a harmonious blend, the 3D timelines vibrate with more and more dissonance when you are in them.
 
Others that are STILL anchored in these lower frequency timelines remain in synch with them….yet YOU are shifting and changing. This doesn’t make the souls who are still resonant to the 3D timelines ‘lesser’ than you, they are just choosing to remain longer in these frequencies for their own growth. Again, both the coming togethers and the completions have been agreed to on the soul level…..no one is abandoning anyone else or betraying anyone else or actually rejecting anyone else although it can feel that way to 3D-based parts of you and them.
 
Experiencing this growing dissonance can be very challenging for the parts of you that are still attached to the pervious timelines and relationships that are anchored into them. Parts of you feel the comfort of them and the safety…..the KNOWN of the exchanges and transactions that vibrate at a 3D level. And, mass consciousness is still predominately anchored here, so there is LOTS of collective support for these timelines.
 
Parts of you (and your soul) are becoming more consciously unhappy though, wanting more, dreaming of MORE, aching for love and soul resonance. Awakening experiences such as Kundalini surges, non-duality driplines, glimpses of Divine realization of Oneness are all serving to create your NEW, higher vibrationally-based timeline. You start to draw relationships that are more resonant in these higher vibe timelines…….with souls that, again, have agreed to BE with you in this next phase of the experiment.
 
Negotiation with the parts of you that are attached to these more 3D-based timelines can help with the transition into the NEW. You can connect with a Protector part of you that has just become used to being guarded, used to feeling like you are being ‘attacked’, used to being misunderstood as all aspects of 3D reality (and experiences from your Metasoul/other timelines too). You can offer this part of you compassionate love from your heart that appreciates ALL the Protector has held and responded to. You are inviting them to start to rest from being so vigilant and to trust YOU (your growing 5D Self) to set boundaries when necessary, to make self loving choices, and to be the main caregiver of all the other parts of you (such as the Inner Child). You can get to know the Punisher part of you too that has learned to judge or BE judged by others as part of 3D conditioning.
 
These parts of you can move into the NEW timelines too, bridged to it by your love and acceptance and embracement of them. These INtense SOULar, Lunar, and Gaian energies are supporting the creation of soul-based timelines that resonant in ALL areas of your life. These NEW timelines offer a mirror reflection of your goodness and worth in ALL of your relationships. These NEW timelines offer no longer being able to tolerate ANY patterns and playouts of abuse, either with others and within yourself. These NEW timelines activate for you if it is your soul’s choice time for them to manifest and you will be offered much support for their arising manifestation.
 
These 4D and transitioning to 5D timelines, more than anything else, offer LOVE and an experience of yourself as Infinite Love in Sacred Human Form. Make them real through your love-based choices. Create them through letting go of what previously was anchored into fear polarization. BEcome them in THIS now as you offer love to ALL parts of you and to others!

Energy Update: Gaia’s Resonance Frequency Spikes To Support Integration

HIGH Schumann resonance since early this morning of April 23rd! This is Gaia’s vibrational frequency….which used to hover around 7.8 HZ and is now been going UP in spikes reaching even 50s (I believe, maybe higher too) for the last year. It feels to me like this is the actual ‘proof’ of Gaia’s continual ascension out of 3D frequency and into 4D and beyond. Conscious states have vibrational frequency. This is why listening to high vibrational music UPS your frequency, alters your consciousness, and connects you to higher dimensional BEings too.

I feel this sweet sense that this resonance spike is also in response to ALL of the love and attention that Gaia received yesterday during the Earth Day celebrations. All that love raised her UP……as love always does!

You may be impacted by the increasing Gaia frequency in different ways. It can create this elevation of mood, energy, sense of bliss and joy. It can also require some acclimation and bring on a feeling of being ‘ungrounded.’ This makes sense as Gaia is the frequency, our home frequency, that we tune into and ‘ground’ to. Her raising UP might be disorientating until we get more used to it.

Going inward and asking to connect with Gaia’s current frequency can help with this calibration. You can also connect to Her ever evolving vibration through the grounding cord that extends from your base chakra to deep into Inner Earth/Gaia. There is also a Gaia chakra about two feet below your feet that you can activate and visualize swirling and being cleared with white light. Doing this can synch you up more with Her again in a way that also raises your personal frequency too. And helps with the collective integration too!

Gaia is yin energy ultimately and all about INtegration. It feels like Her frequencies are increasing too to assist us with the integration of ALL those SOULar activations that we received last week from the SOUlar winds, geomagnetic storms, and shockwave too. THAT was a lot of upgrading and activating to come into all of our bodies and especially it felt like our chakras….moving them into the formation of what I am seeing as three chakra vortexs: personal sun, higher heart, and Gaia. Being with higher frequency yin energies invites us into more stillness, BEingness, receptivity, and feeling states. To FEEL what is real in our hearts and in our parts too and respond with love to it ALL.

Embracing Resistances During This Huge UPgrading Process

HUGE upgrades to ALL of our bodies possible right now during this intense passage of high SOULar winds, geomagnetic shiftings as Gaia ascends/shifts her magnetics, coronal holes to make us WHOLE release more sacred masculine frequencies to heal the collective energies….wow! AND, a meteor shower from Lyra is coming into our skies with the best times to see it before sunset on Sunday, April 22nd.
 
This cosmic weather activity is getting and keeping my attention personally, as I can feel my DNA and my intuitive capacities tuning into it and being upgraded by it. I was able to serve a beautiful soul in session space yesterday morning and then spent the whole day after that in meditative download and journey space. Much conferencing and partying with my star family too. There is a party vibe in the moment with our Star BEing allies/families, along with a good kind of urgency about the accelerating shiftings going on for us Gaians.
 
Guidance from star family led me to explore more about the Lyra constellation yesterday, without even KNOWing that there was a meteor shower from there going on in OUR skies right now! I love it when that happens! I am getting more sense of our galactic cosmologies and origins as connected to Lyra. Well, ONE truth anyway that seems to resonant for me and what my Metasoul/Higher Self is connected to. It may resonant for you too and put some pieces together. I’ll be sharing more about that as it digests for me and lands more in my heart.
 
What IS in my heart today is a piece that I was feeling with my star family about resistance and what I have been offering during session space too. I sense that these cosmic energies are pushing up MORE resistant frequencies that live and vibrate in our emotional bodies, Metasouls, physical bodies, etc. to be felt and responded to. As we go into our ‘next levels’, the previous ‘levels’ start pushing up oil.
 
Resistance has been a result of our 3D experiment into duality and polarity…it vibrates at both the collective and personal levels. Resistance happens as seemingly ‘opposing’ forces push against each other. It is one polarity of positive and one of negative meeting another. Resistance comes from fear, yes…..it is a resistance to experiencing love-based frequencies that want to shift it and transform it into love. Yet, what I feel is even a deeper invitation related to resistance is to explore how you RELATE with it.
 
Resistance can take the form of panic, distrust, anxiety, contention, feelings of being ‘attacked’, wanting control, suspicion, etc. Resistance can also manifest in the physical body as muscle tensions and pains, headaches and migraines, flus and colds and anything that ‘attacks’ the immune system. Resistance can manifest in the experience of ‘negative’ entities or other spirits ‘attacking’ you or implanting things ‘against your will’.
 
If you resist your resistance, then….more resistance is created. Or, as I have called it before, fear is holding the space for more fear. BUT, if you feel resistance as actually having GOOD reason for being there and if you respond to resistance with curiosity and self love, then you are able to actually get to the concerns that are underneath the resistance. It is usually the Protector part that has resistance and that is because of ‘past’ hurts or pains or traumas that the Protector is concerned you will experience again.
 
The Protector can put up resistant feelings as a smokescreen to block whatever you are trying to do or BE because it is primarily concerned that you and other parts of you will get hurt again. This is especially the case if you are stepping into your bigness in some new way, wanting to serve love again, aligning with your soul purpose, letting in NEW relationships that are based on love and soul resonance. These are ultimately growthful and good things for you, yet the Protector part of you might not ‘get’ that at first.
 
Sometimes, though, resistance is a good kind of warning sign from your Protector that something is not right or good or resonant for you. When you can check in and negotiate with your Protector, asking them, “What are you concerned about right now as I can feel your resistance to this?” and they can respond……THEN you can start to feel where the actual source of these feelings are coming from. And you can negotiate with this part of you from there and move through the resistance that way, either by not doing whatever it was or by doing it or by a middle ground. Really, it was the being willing to feel the resistance and where it comes from that moves it. It is not ‘fusing’ to the resistance, yet having a relationship WITH it that allows it to open out into love again. More about the Protector and other parts here: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts.

Ultimately, polarity wants to move into balance. We find that balance from WITHIN through the feeling and BEing with the push and pulls from inside. These Ascension energies of PURE light and love will reveal the resistances from within for you to be curious about, to respond with compassion……to not resist your resistance, yet rather embrace it and the parts that hold it.

Energy Update: Interplanetary Shock Wave Brings Collective UPgrades

Interplanetary SHOCK wave came in last night on April 19th that quadrupled the density of the SOULar winds that were flowing in and around Gaia. The magnetic fields near these winds intensified 10 times what they were…opening up the way for a stronger geomagnetic storm. There may have been a SOULar flare connected to this (a coronal mass ejection or CME)….probably would have been minor, yet enough to cause the shock wave. LOTS of plasma released with these energies which usually means and leads to UPgrades!

With UPgrading like this, you may experience mega sleepiness and just HAVE to crash, cannot remain conscious and walking around. I just ‘slept’ 13 hours!! Yet, it was not just sleeping, it was journeying, it was visiting Star Family for a kind of conference and supportive talk. It was also lots of astral self travel, connecting and networking with souls that are in common soul purpose of serving love with me.

All this sleeping came after a POWERFUL and wonderful experience during the Enlightened Loveheart & Soul Show appearance that Raphael and I did yesterday with Crystalline Diamondloveheart as our host. I could feel the expansion of our souls to hold and reach and transmit to a wider audience, which is part of the manifestation of our highest timeline here as galactic ambassadors. My guidance this week from Star Family has been that today, April 20th, would offer a collective opporTUNITY for connection on a deeper level to your 5D self or Higher Self consciousness coming into your body. Even those souls that are not yet awakening will feel ‘different’ or ‘altered’ today. If they follow the bread crumbs that their higher self leaves for them, they could start going down the path of awakening TODAY, whatever that means for them! You may be asked questions from souls that previously haven’t seemed interested in your ‘spiritual interests’ or disclosure or ascension. Being open hearted and warm and compassionate toward them benefits YOU too. Becoming a bridge will be a more regularly occurring activity for all of us.

Today, with this extra BOOST of plasma and geomagnetics, you can open up and receive more star DNA upgrades in particular. Also, there is an invitation to feel whatever remains in shadow in your emotional body that wants your love and attention to move out of resistance and fear. These energies help to illuminate that for sure! This is a day to be very gentle with the physical body….probably lighter eating, more sleep, less stress, less outbound activities if possible…..no matter what your ‘schedule’ might offer you were meant to do today. A good day to go deeply inward, for hours even, into drift space, into meditative space, into the inner realms even if you cannot connect consciously to what is ‘happening’ to you as you do this. Good day to shut off the mental body for awhile and just float….on Gaia if possible.

One of my beloved Star Family guides offers this message to share, “Hello to all of you brave Gaians who are ahead of the curve in this ascension movement! We celebrate you souls who have chosen in this timeline to experience the ascension of your every living cell and Gaia’s too. We honor you souls who have chosen to become Christed, become Crystalline, become galactic, WHILE retaining and amplifying the BEST of what makes you human. Your capacities for human compassion and forgiveness now can extend to YOURSELF first. And then create a bridge to others with your glowing and flowing self love heart.

These energies from the cosmos support this inner awakening, this inner reclaiming, this inner reunion of all the parts that need you inside. Your star family is there to help you and serve you in this process, when you are ready to reconnect with them.

Energy Update: Higher Heart Collective And Personal Healing

The geomagnetics are picking up…..Body toxicities may flush up again too from these…..flu-like, migraines/headaches, etc. as the cells clean out the memories of sickness and disease and any deathstyles that you may have chosen in the past. You may have felt them in the night and found that you couldn’t sleep too deeply. Like a hum moving through or a buzz….lighting up the cells, stirring up DNA, activating crystals. I was awake around 2:00am feeling like I had eaten sugar or drank caffeine, even though I had not. I listened to soothing music and eventually drifted back to sleep again.
 
I also felt a sadness move through my Higher Heart that felt connected to the emotional body pieces that I have been feeling more with women in sessions lately. Now that we are a couple months into regular, weekly sessions together, there is an opportunity to feel through the tender places connected with core woundings that just SO need love and attention and have often been layered over by Protectors. Getting to these deeper places is a relief and offers such a big release and I always feel honored to witness, hold space, and offer my heart/soul to serve these movements.
 
Also, I was digesting a touching movement with Raphael Awen and Gabriel Heartman yesterday that I helped bridge to as we connected to the sacred masculine Metasoul frequency. These two beautiful men who have been in my life longer than any others are leading and exploring NEW frequencies of sacred masculine based in vulnerability AND strength that arises from within and in brotherhood together. They are truly kings of the heart and soul, which was so evidenced in their experience of THREE timelines overlaying each other in which they connected to Metasoul brothers of theirs (similar to past lives only happening in the Now and from the same soul source yet NOT them).
 
The three of us went to these battlefields and invited the putting down of arms, weapons, and battling….which these brave Metasoul brothers accepted and are now in recovery. It was beautiful!! So much more I could share about this yet it feels likely that they will write about it soon. Tonight (April 19th) is when the windstream carrying pure sun codes from the widening coronal holes to make us WHOLE will really be coming in….to probably be felt more strongly even tomorrow. I feel as if those of us ahead of the curve in ascension feel these energies on the tip or leading edge of them, before they really ‘land’ in the atmosphere where they are then received and experienced more collectively.
 
April 20th feels important though….offering more of a collective infusion and activation to be felt by more souls than ever. Consciously felt. Some souls will still see and experience this at a 3D level, yet more will be asking if there is something deeper going on. The cries of the world ARE loud and getting louder, yet more hearts and souls are awakening within themselves to answer these cries and to respond to them with love and compassion.
 
More rumbling activities are happening in political disclosure (as it moves from 3D into 4D transitional phase) so this may be connected. These energies offer activations of choice points based in serving love and moving the ascension process onward….whatever that means in each particular situation.

Energy Update: Another New Earth Now Wave of SOULar Winds/Storms Coming In

SOULar winds incoming again starting today (April 18th)!! Maybe you are already feeling them? These gusties are bringing in a geomagnetic storm with them that is flowing out from WIDE coronal holes in the sun’s surface. This will probably extend for three days through April 20th. And, this is after last week when so many souls felt and were impacted by the winds and geomagnetics that came in with them!

You will probably experience these energies on a physical level again through light headedness, change in sleep patterns, even your organs and nervous/respiratory systems going through shifts and changes as more Star DNA is activated on the multidimensional level. There can also be rushes of BLISS and PURE joy with these energies too. Whatever is UP to be amplified in your feeling consciousness states in the Now is coming forward.

Aches and pains can continue in the chakra vortex areas that are being activated right now, what I am calling the Personal Sun, Higher Heart, and Gaia vortexes. I felt for over two years that the chakras were shifting and received a clearer picture of that in the last couple of months. Here is a guided meditation where I bridge to these NEW chakra vortexes to allow for deeper activation and integration of these recent ascension energies:

Actual SOULar activity in terms of flares and sunspots is minimal right now, so some are feeling that the activation waves are not what they were expecting as connected to the solar ‘event’ they’ve been anticipating for awhile now. My sense is that these winds are meant to bring in more subtle possibilities of transformation rather than a sudden and one time soular FLASH that changes all of society in an instant. I’m still not receiving that sense of a one-time ‘event’ that shifts everything. Many souls would not be emotionally ready for that and it could cause huge chaos and collapse of our current 3D-based industrial systems too.

Rather there is a sense of step by step, sometimes gradual and sometimes more accelerated, activations and then integrations that are available to us in waves. This is being paced, timed and calibrated to our collective consciousness and what we can actually let in and digest. AND, it is also individually experienced at the depths and levels of where each soul is at in their awakening journey. Your personal navigation is greatly respected, as is the soul’s choices around timing and pace. This process is held by our Higher Selves, by our star families, and by the Divine with MUCH love and compassion for the impact on us.

These waves of energy carried on these winds ARE powerful and can be life changing IF you are ready to take them in that way. They can provide a boost to your soul-based clarities, illumination of your deepest desires and passions, and support your need for deep self love. There may be more personal negotiation to do with your Inner Protector and other parts of you that are still attached to 3D life, relationships, and careers before life changes can be made or the next level of 5D consciousness truly embodied. To really anchor into 5D reality as your ‘everyday’ one requires that previous 3D anchors have been let go of and this can be a very painful and difficult process. So, while part of you may be impatient for New Earth consciousness to BE yours in all moments, there may be other parts of you that are still holding on for reassurance and safety reasons that run deep in your emotional body.

It seems that this is how disclosure of Star BEing reality, technologies, and alliances is being approached as well. There is much sorting through and negotiation of where, how much, and in what ways to bridge star BEing awareness to Gaians. This is being held for application to the collective consciousness AND in the approach to each person as well. Increased star family contact through dreams is happening for those who are ready for it. And some contact in the physical as well, although this is not the favored approach in the moment as it causes more emotional reactivity and even shock/trauma to parts of us. Also, etheric journeys through meditative states are providing ‘easier’ access to star family reunions, contact memories, abduction traumas, and abandonment wounding. This is an important aspect of ‘shadow work’.

I offer here a guided meditation to open up access to your shadow aspects and whatever needs to be seen there around this may come forward for you to feel:

These kind of self-lead journeys with your Protector  aspect coming along release sometimes traumatic and sometimes very uplifting scenes and emotional states that have been previously buried in your subconscious mind and emotional body.  You are held with MUCH love and care during these movements by your Higher Self and Divine Guides/Aspects, so you can trust that you CAN handle whatever needs to come up and be felt by you.

Staying in heart-based appreciation and trust around these energies allows for a deeper letting in and embodiment of them. These energies are happening WITH you and not ‘to’ you or ‘against’ you. Ultimately, these energies ARE you.

Acknowledge the impacts of these energies on your physical/emotional/chakra bodies, yet also hold in heart that you are choosing to be impacted by them. Embrace the transformational shifts that come as a result of them rather than resist them. Respond with love to the parts of you that may be fearful or resistant or just distrustful of the Ascension process…or are afraid that they will be ‘left behind’.

You are BEcoming LOVE in this Now and as you more deeply realize this, gratitude becomes more and more your ready response.
