The Sobering, Activating, And Powerfully Burning Solar Eclipse Energies

Darkness, sobriety, landing in what’s real. The bursting of much-beloved (though sometimes also resented) bubbles of what parts of you had held as reality.

This is the energy of the Dark Mother/Madonna face of Divine Mother, powerful and unsentimental yet deeply loving. This is the invitation back inward from this upcoming Solar Eclipse, on the feminine (moon) side of it.

Support to keep feeling what’s real and to make space for the pain that surfaces, yet to FEEL and let in that you ARE supported and deeply loved…

This is the energy of the Father Sun/Metatron face of the Divine Father, helping you activate and step into NEW timelines even through the rubble of what has just crumbled and deeply feeling you and your parts in the sobriety and sadness. This is the invitation of going inward and yet not hiding your newly awakening desires and the Phoenix within you, another energy offered by this upcoming Eclipse. This time from the masculine (sun) side of it.

I feel the sobriety and continuing mirror of this Eclipse and what these energies are offering rumbling through as I write this. It can certainly feel intense at times, especially if you’re shifting from an outward focus and going back inward. This is something I’ve experienced personally with almost every phase of shifting timelines so for me this is an ongoing invitation to keep bringing it ALL back inward, taking in ALL of life’s reflections and letting them help and support me to cultivate more love inside of me, less suffering, more significant movement into the NEW.

Important cosmic events like this Eclipse help bring us back to the foundations upon which we’ve been relating to life and love. They have a way of encouraging old phases and relationships to burn up so we can all begin to see what’s been REAL about them, especially how parts of us have been relating to it all. The masculine and feminine parts of you have their own personal ways with which they relate to all of life and also to each other. It’s important to feel the polarity dance of these energies inside of you in order to understand more of what could be happening, why you could be drawing or not drawing what you are on the outside.

I’m finding it especially important and clarifying to check in daily with these energies inside, to see how they’re doing and if they’re flowing together or not. It’s a way to see the ‘state of your INNER union’, if you will. 🙂 Sometimes my masculine is frustrated with my feminine or vice versa. Sometimes one is overwhelming the other instead of actually caring about their impact on each other. When they dance in more harmony and balance and love, alchemy happens. More moments of joy happen. Life just generally feels more empowering and so much better, even if there are still some sobering circumstances moving through.

Eclipses especially seem to bring messages of inner masculine/feminine polarities… the dance between feeling and doing, going inward and flowing outward, INtegration and ACTivation. It’s a highly creative and alchemical time too, even if there’s deep and necessary mourning. There’s always something about returning back home to yourself, your parts, your heart and soul and the consciousness it truly embodies right NOW that helps you step into whatever is ‘next level’ for you, especially next level of love inside.

Much love to you during this much needed and alive, though quite sobering Eclipse phase… collectively and personally. ❤

I Wish You Could See Yourself As I Do: Message From Archangel Metatron

Two years ago this touching message came through Archangel Metatron to me and I typed it out with tears streaming down my face…. I’m resharing now as it still rings so true in the heart space…..so much love for us and AS us and with us!

I wish you could SEE yourself as I do.

I wish that you could SEE your light that wants to glow, show, come through every living cell. A star in human form, walking around star shine BEAMING, and star dust stuff in your every molecule of DNA.

I wish you could FEEL yourself as I can.

I wish that you could feel your precious human heart that is the JEWEL of your species, that which makes you a beacon in all the Universes. Every tear containing the codes to unlock compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and empathy. So many levels and layers to each feeling!

I wish you could BE yourself as I perceive you to BE.

I wish that you could be authentic without hiding, conforming, shrinking, or denying to anyone or anything. Your self consciousness or self judgement held by parts of you could be released and healed and your TRUE self FREE to BE in all moments.

I wish you could REMEMBER yourself as I remember you.

I wish that you could remember you are a reflection of Divine Source, that you ARE Infinite Love in human form. Your reclaiming of your birthright around this embodiment providing waves of trust and support as you undergo your journey of awakening and remembering.

I wish you could SERVE yourself as I serve you.

I wish that you could serve love TO yourself and all the parts of you that need your compassion, care, and re-parenting. That you could serve love to all the soul aspects from your Metasoul that are hurting, in trauma, suffering, all alone, existing in many timelines.

These wishes are what the Divine holds for you, every individual human, in Its heart for you. These wishes are what the Angels, your Star Family and love-based Ethereal BEings hold for you. To ARISE into the seeing, feeling, serving, and being of what is the BEST of who and what you all ARE.

These are desires from an Infinite Love source for which there are no conditions to qualify to BE with Its love. The Divine holds this potential and capacity for EVERY soul incarnate with Gaia. The Divine lets go of attaching to your outcomes or your choices. The Divine invites you into experiencing the Infinite potential of yourself even as it respects your sovereignty.

Many more of you are LIVING into this. Many more of you are seeing, feeling, being, remembering AND serving your sacred humanity. Many more of you are asking for the love from Angels, Spirit Guides, Star Family…….whatever forms of the Divine that you can more feel and BE with and BEcome too.

Many more of you are claiming your soul purpose here, serving love to yourself and with others, and offering a WAY for others to come WITH you.

Many more of you are so bravely feeling and healing your way forward. You are letting go of what does not come from love in order to let in MORE love. You are aligning your lives to Divine purpose and Infinite Love source.

I hold my wishes for Humanity, as do so many BEings across the Planets/Galaxies/Dimensions/Universes. The Divine holds these wishes for you. We meet and match any NEW and higher vibrational expressions and realities that you are open to receiving.

We are Birthing sacred humanity together with YOU and the gifts on both sides hold Infinite Possibilities of LOVE! And, So It Is and So we ARE! ~

Divine Father Message For Today’s Solstice: Your New Day Is Dawning

There’s a strong energy today from Divine Father in many different faces. He is here to celebrate the Solstice with us while holding space too for whatever is coming up from within us to be felt and held in our hearts. Maybe you’re more in a mourning phase rather than a celebration, or maybe you’ve just come through a rebirth canal and are feeling renewed and relieved. In either case, Father is very much here to be in all of that with you and with every part of you in reaction to it.

He is offering in the moment,

“Beloved of my very being…

I know the realizations hurt. I know the celebrations can be bittersweet. I know you have lost loved ones unfairly, I know it can feel nearly impossible to believe in Love, I know it hurts sometimes to even just wake up in the morning.

I also offer, however, that no matter what you’re facing or even celebrating, you’re meant to be exactly where you are.

You may feel like a rat in a labyrinth of sorts, yet every turn you choose, you’re on your way to a new phase, a new day, a new release into something higher and better than what you’ve yet experienced. You may feel like things cannot possibly BE any better than they are, yet even this is another stop on the journey that undulates, expands, and contracts. You are always on your way somewhere. You are never abandoned. I AM here, I AM with you, I AM holding you, even when it’s hard to feel as if I could be anywhere at all.

The night ends. The new day dawns. You are not ever ending, though your current phase may be… you are always and forever on your journey, infinitely growing, infinitely finding your way, infinitely deepening in the gravitas of the love that you ARE.

With so much LOVE, so much encouragement, so much support for you to BE where you are and even who you are in this moment,

This Solstice feels as if it brings with it a poignant rebirth. The birth contractions are real and many of you have been experiencing them deeply, as have I, yet His presence is here and now, holding our hands with every new step we take.

Though His presence can be controversial because of much projection onto Him, he invites us all individually to keep letting Him in however we can. This may mean that feeling Him is more triggering than comforting for a time, yet I feel deeply that he gets why that is and holds space even for the angst that needs to be vented without judgement, only presence.

Maybe today you’ll feel His presence in the sun shining on your skin, your plants, your swimming pool. Maybe today you’ll feel His arms around your shoulders as you sob and cry out against the unfairness parts of you are feeling about life right now. Maybe today you’ll feel him cheering alongside you as you move into the dawning of your new day.

The night is not endless. The new day must dawn. And in that entire process, He is here to love you as you courageously choose to just keep going, whatever that means for you in this moment.

It’s Worth It To Keep Feeling: A Message From The Divine

“It will be worth it,” the Divine offers, “just keep feeling”.

We dive in. We swim in the emotional waves, exploring the caves and crevices long-hidden beneath them. Parts of us feel as if they are drowning at times in the intensity, but then the wave ebbs and they surface, breathing new air.

It’s worth it because the new air is worth it. It’s fresher, cleaner, purer than what you settled for before. It reminds you that everything you feel has magic in it and revelations too that relieve so much even if the revealing is bittersweet to taste.

Each wave of feeling has its own power and place in your heart where it wants to be held.

Not bypassed.

Not fixed, nor gotten rid of.

Just held. Honoured. Loved.

“You’re worth it all,” the Divine reminds us, “and you’ll soon have it all, sooner than you think, if you keep feeling, trusting, being, and loving everything you are”.

6 Things To Remember On 6/6

1) It’s just as important to take the time to breathe, integrate, INjoy, as it is to dig deep and continue to uncover/discover what it is you came here to do but more importantly, what/who you came here to BE.

2) Feeling what is true is more important than ‘truth’ based on facts. Whether or not your intuitions, gut instincts, senses of things are exactly ‘right-on’ with what science or other sources are saying is THE truth, YOUR truth is what is the most important in this Now moment and is subject to change as you do.

3) Serving the body vessel is one of the most critical things you can do for your overall well-being, especially as parts of you feel the trauma they’ve long held or hidden in a deeper way (which so often will reveal itself through the body somehow). One of the most essential ways to love yourself and them UP is to love the body. Doing yoga, even for 10-20min a day, is one way. Feeling into eating lighter, more nutrient-dense, and non-violent foods is also helpful… and eating less in general can be too as this aids detox symptoms in so many ways!

4) Every day is sacred… every day is a portal/gateway into new possibilities and alchemy, into new revelations of Love…

5) Being YOUnique is what you came here to do… to return to Oneness and Unity within so you can return to Oneness and Unity outside of you while taking everything you have learned, remembered, revealed on the inside with you.

6) You are always loved, always supported, even during those times when you feel as if the Divine is far, far away. You are, beyond any shadow of a doubt, LOVED… just for being WHO you are and WHERE you are right now, bravely walking out everything you are.

Divine Support: A Poem

You are always supported

Through the pain,

Through the suffering,

Through the aches

And the joys and bliss too.

You are returning to who

You are

Through the feeling-scape

Of that beautiful,

Opening,

And healing heart.

Finding your way

Often through brambles

Sticky saps

And tugs from the past

Yet supported

You walk

Even while stumbling.

This humbling path

Of your healing

Brings the by-product

Of ascending.

Moving into frequencies

You know

More than you may remember

In this or any moment.

Flow onward loved one,

Go inward

Move forward and UPward!

Keep your gaze to the Sun!

And soon

The feelings return

To the numbed places

Where memories of your glorious light

Will shine

Once more

And perhaps

…Ever and always,

Moving Beyond The Stickiness Of Lower 4D Consciousness

4D consciousness, especially Lower 4D, is a place where parts of you or aspects of your soul dwell and fixate on something they feel isn’t working for them, usually outside of you. When they’re in this dimensional space, which is more of a frequency and consciousness moving through you instead of a literal ‘place’,  they tend to feel that they want something about themselves or life around them to change PRONTO and they don’t necessarily want to wait very long for that change to happen. There can be an urgency about it, like something needs to shift right NOW, coupled with a fear that things will NEVER change, that life as you now know it and how it’s configured (and especially the way these parts/aspects seem to be feeling about it) will never shift into what you/they really want.

In 4D consciousness, especially lower 4D, it’s easy to forget that what everything, every piece of your walking-around consciousness within you really wants is love… and that there is a piece of not feeling truly worthy of it until this unworthiness can be deeply felt and held and the process of learning to trust love again is walked out, step by step.

It can feel sometimes like you’re drowning in plasma when these energies come up, as 4D consciousness is like a thick fog at times, shrouding what’s good and trustworthy and often projecting a ton of your own shadow onto something or someone outside of you. The wrestling with life, with love, with energies, is always playing out somewhere inside.

It seems like this experience of 4D is peaking in a way right now. It’s wanting us to move beyond it, even though it can feel as sticky as flypaper with so much darkness still purging and shadows still emerging, which is actually very compelling. It has such a strong gravitational pull that is hard to extract from or bring love to at times. It has a feeling of an endless abyss or void where pain can just writhe and squirm forever. Yet, it wants us to move beyond it and take it with us somehow so we can heal it starting from our own inner draw to be in it.

Connecting with different aspects of you from other timelines/lifetimes and especially those in galactic warfare, like any Orion aspect stuck in a battle of sorts that you may have come online right now (as I’m starting to really feel inside myself) can help you understand your own pull towards this darkness and why it’s there. Any of the darker timelines your soul has experienced, including in the dark side of Hollywood (one I’m learning that my soul knows well) or the underbelly of politics in any era or phase of ‘time’, are coming to light now as they need to start being held with love and compassion. We cannot damn them, for we are damning ourselves if we do. We can only open our hearts to feel them, to let in the remorseful tears, and to let Divine love help us hold everything that is just aching to be held.

Now is the perfect time to start really feeling all of this, as the support seems to be there from the incoming energies and, like always, from the Divine. We are ALL being challenged to walk out what we teach or offer to others, to fill in any gaps of integrity with our real-life experience in every arena of healing and moving back into love in ALL ways and on ALL levels of our being. This is next-level love ambassadorship and Service of Love and we’re all invited to take our next steps inward that bring us into alignment with an ever-purifying self-love overflow that can’t help but serve and support others to cultivate the same within them.

Energies Encourage You To Take A ‘Leap Of Faith’ Into Your New Timeline

Plans are moving forward pretty quickly lately… feeling like we are living in several timelines at once feels apt to say, considering that that is the nature of shifting timelines.

Much to let in as we keep letting go… remembering that the grieving process is as sacred as the excitement for the new. All parts have their own reactions to change, to risk-taking, to moving forward and onward… and ultimately UPward as we deepen our heart and soul’s trust in the Divine and the incoming Higher Timeline.

I felt so many tremors and tensions yesterday… like an earthquake was moving through while the logistical choices, research, etc were felt into by Gabriel and me as we co-lead our next movements toward Europe as not just a destination, but somewhere to BE for as long as we can be. Somewhere to continue to upgrade our service of love, somewhere to continue to explore the timelines and lifetimes alive in a geography so rich with ‘history’ that isn’t really ‘past’ at all but billowing and vibrating in the NOW.

This is a time when in some ways we are being asked to jump. To take a leap of faith and trust, even if that feels beyond reach for parts of us in moments as anxieties about money or the ‘how’s’ of everything surface. This is not just a process for us personally along with beloveds of ours who we will be making this shift with, but also for many others who are at the crux of big changes and collapses of their current timelines.

To unplug, to move on from, your current and known reality always requires a leap of faith. This faith is not just in some force or power outside of you, but in YOU and your soul, ultimately. It is an invitation to take some known risks, to be at the edge of discomfort and explore it all. To get curious about what’s rumbling and how deep instead of avoiding the rumble and what it brings up.

There’s so much more on the other side of each process, no matter how big, that we inhabit around action-taking, next steps, ways to approach our impending timeline possibilities. There’s so much MORE that we get to BE and experience ourselves as once we are through the forest of choice points and challenges that come up with every big life change.

To not be alone in this feels big… to recognize that feeling parts of you is actually another way to feel accompanied, along with feeling Star Family and Metasoul Aspects of you in other lifetimes too. There’s a lot of support coming in to help you feel through it all and the support you need in human form could be at your doorstep too…

The corridor of big life change is opening up. Will you take your next step into it, even if for now that step feels small?

No choice is as small as it might seem… it’s all rooted somewhere in your soul, as it navigates its own sacred way back to the love it knows so well. One felt step at a time. ❤️

Sweet one,
Divine child,

King,

Priest,
Priestess,
Servant of love,
Instrument of peace…
All this and infinite too…
Remembering your Divinity
Is the process

4/4: Reminder Of Divine Love & Support During Intense Phases

So much of who we are going to be on the other side of this lengthy and often intense Ascension process is shrouded in uncertainty. I don’t get that we’re actually meant to ‘know’ much about this bigger picture of who we are and are not. Just like a toddler learning to toddle, so we are love itself learning how to love again.

We cannot avoid the trips and falls, but we can keep getting back up, building strength, growing resolve, and choosing to keep seeing the world differently… especially the world within each of us, learning about ourselves and others along the way.

I remember the first time I was given this picture by the Divine of a toddler learning to walk… I was on a ‘break’ from my SoulFullHeart process, taking space to be on my own solo adventure in Mexico. It was my birthday. I felt so sad… so many tears coming up, with parts of me that felt like they were failing. Feeling so lonely and missing those I had been so close to but was now pushing away from out of a need to grow ‘on my own’ for a while.

I remember laying in bed, sobbing, and being offered this picture of a mother and father bending down at one side of the room, calling to the little girl in front of them to keep getting back up again and to take that next step. She kept falling down but eventually got to them and together they celebrated this incredible milestone of ‘first steps’.

The Divine offered me the sense that I was the toddler in this picture, that everyone must learn to walk before they can run and that this is exactly the process of healing, evolving, and growing on every level that everyone must be with. I was offered that the Divine has infinite patience for this process, celebrating every aspect of it… every breakthrough, realization, or even ‘fall’ we endure as we all learn to get back up again, trust again, and believe in love again.

More tears came as I felt the infinite love and support I was surrounded by, especially during a time when parts of me felt so much self-punishment around the sabotage of an old life picture and a feeling like I was doing everything I ‘shouldn’t’. I felt so comforted by this message and especially felt the young parts of me that had been caught in the cross-fire of all of the recent changes, landing in the loving laps of the Divine Mother and Father, both.

If we all, in this very humbling process of Ascension, can remember that in the bigger picture we really ARE all ‘toddlers’ in many ways, we can go back to the feeling our souls so know of being loved for everything we ARE, even when it might feel like the world has gone dark and there is nothing left of love or goodness.

No matter how often we may seem to fall into more cycles of death and rebirth, thrashing out about this or that, feeling the cries of the world, or feeling the cries of our inner world, this is all part of the picture of learning to walk in love again. We do get to point out what isn’t love and sometimes that comes with charge and contention. Yet, we do get to find the softness and vulnerability again too, that often comes from the tender and usually rather young parts inside that are so ready to be connected to love again, to help bridge YOU and other parts of you back to love again, and to not only be healed but offer healing to others too.

It may feel sometimes like you are stumbling, fumbling, tumbling on your way back to love… yet the invitation is always there to begin to feel this process differently, to feel the parts of you that have a hard time letting this in and that are used to feeling so much punishment/criticism instead…. to feel the young parts too, like the Inner Child or Inner Teenager, who have been affected by this energy and who need so much to get back to the roots of love. It’s times like these when so much is perhaps moving through and shifting in your life, that remembering humility is the key to walking with it instead of running away from it, and extracting all of the gifts from every experience you may find yourself in. ❤
