Shadow Exploration Guided Meditation Group Call w/ Raphael & Jelelle Awen: November 7th, 2021

Your shadow – or that which is currently not conscious to you – often contains aspects of you that have been disowned, put away, judged, rejected, protected, forgotten about and suppressed. The shadow is not evil or harmful, yet it can contain ‘backed up energies’ that have been judged as not appropriate such as rage, shame, suicidal thoughts/tendencies, sexual impulses, and more. In this backed-up unconscious state, these shadow frequencies can bleed through in patterns of destructive behaviors toward yourself or others, suffering loops, heaviness and depression, anxiety and panic attacks, addictions, and much more.

Also in shadow can be your soul gifts, soul purpose clarities, and your ‘power’. There are always ‘good reasons’ for this putting away into shadow based on conditioning you’ve received from 3D life and even other lifetimes/timelines, in addition to undigested traumas and karmic patterns.The Ascension process invites you to uncover, feel, and integrate your shadow aspects with love, compassion, and curiosity. Rather than bypass the shadow, it is about embracing it with self-love and Divine support. It seems very timely to be exploring it with so much of it coming UP in our collective right now!

Raphael and I will co-host a Shadow Exploration group meditation call over Zoom on Sunday, November 7th, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm WEST (Lisbon, Portugal timezone)/12:00pm EST/9:00am PST. Gabriel Amara and Kasha Rokshana also join us to share their experience of the meditation, along with their own personal deepenings in shadow exploration.

We will talk about how we define the ‘shadow’ and how the SoulFullHeart process opens up access to these previously inaccessible and veiled grounds through a gentle yet powerful negotiation with your Inner Protector or Gatekeeper. The Inner Protector and Gatekeeper are hesitant to go into the shadow as they don’t want you (or other parts of you such as the Inner Child) to become overloaded and overwhelmed by these energies as they come through. Through a negotiation with your Divine Self leading, the Protector will then allow you to connect with these shadow aspects as needed, from this life and other lifetimes, in a way that is empowering and manageable. We will also share about our personal experiences with deepening grounds of shadow exploration from this life and other lifetimes over the last 15 years together as a couple and as individuals in our processes.

During this group call, we will provide a guided meditation journey in a safe energetic space to meet or connect with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper. We will then go on a ‘deep dive’ into your consciousness with powerful and proven imagery/visualizations that allows for new revelations of whatever wants to come through of your shadow to connect with you. We will also repeat ‘recoding’ affirmations as mantras, together as a group and with the Divine, that assist in this exploration and healing.

You can receive these frequencies live with us (highly recommended) or take in the recording afterwards. If you attend the live group, you’ll have the opportunity to share with us about what you experienced during the meditation and receive feedback/next steps of integration from us.

There are many different influences that impact us on our awakening and Ascension journey, all with bigger purposes to that end. Some are easier for parts of us to trust than others while others need us to calibrate to them more before we can let them in. Some are necessary for a phase until we feel ready to move onto something else, still seeking out ‘THE’ path or process or way of life that will offer us the most alignment with our soul and our deepest growth, along with a sense of being so sincerely cared for that our deepest wounds can come forward to be felt and healed.

I’ve found that the relationship to/embodiment of SoulFullHeart really is unique to every being who comes in the door through sessions, group calls, etc, yet also has a thread of resonance that brings us all together, no matter how close you feel to come to the fire of the essence of this process which really IS a ‘way of life’ that can align with you in the ways you’ve been needing (though this isn’t true for everyone, of course). It’s triggering, it’s gentle, and it’s very alive. The energy of care from all of us who offer this work in service of love to others AND ourselves/each other really can work quickly depending on what’s ripe to be felt in you and what’s ready, with breathing, to finally be seen.

Moving From Practice To Embodiment Of Your Spirituality

“It’s time to move from practice to embodiment.” ~

I felt this multi-layered message come through yesterday, just before holding a session with a sweet soul who is definitely on a new leg of her journey with this very thing. I feel the truth of it still moving through me too and the different resistances that parts of us can have to truly embodying whatever our spiritual, healing, Ascension ‘practice’ is.

In this session, she and I felt together how there’s a new chapter opening up now for her, where it’s not so much about going in and seeking pain or even about waiting for a trigger to happen in order for an inner portal to open. Instead, it’s more about seeking the next initiations on a soul level, letting those bring up the grist that’s needed WHEN needed, but also choose to be with the celebration of what HAS moved and healed and what’s now emerging inside on the other side of that.

For her, what’s emerging is a new sense of her womanhood, seeded deeply in her cleaning-out and activating womb, integrating the work she’s been doing and everything she has felt with her parts and Metasoul aspects over the years, yet especially the last few months, of her process. It’s been an intense ride for her with much darkness to steep in at times, yet her innate soul and heart goodness and ongoing sessions have been her guiding light to this new place within.

This is what it means to move from practice to embodiment on a deeper level… when your practice, whatever it is, becomes less and less compartmentalized from the rest of your life. You start feeling the need to advocate and truth-tell from your burgeoning, heart-centered clarity, and you feel the rumbles of what you want to create and become in your life, even if/when there is a cost of some kind. Your passion ignites in ways that may surprise you.

Your emotional and spiritual maturity begins to catch up to and even surpass your physical age. Your King/Queen energy starts to feel more genuinely empowered and capable of moving into deep resonance within and in your life as a whole, with so much trust in and respect for who you’ve already healed to become. You can take grounded ‘risks’ then, socially, financially, etc, that feel less ‘scary’ and more doable, even in the potential for loss and needing to make some more challenging choices.

This invitation to embody your ‘practice’ is a constant one. It’s becoming required, actually, as we enter into higher states of consciousness and Divine Self embodiment. As we ascend, love blows out all compartments and floods them with love. We are flooded with as much love as we can physically and emotionally handle and it’s up to us how we embody that love and to claim the space we need with our parts in resistance to it as we do so.

And it can be surprising the edges that surface as this embodiment happens! Yet, it’s all sacred, even if there is loss and a need to be in a void space somehow in order to sort through it and find your way. Sobriety and realness are your companions on this journey and along with them, you’ll feel the love that’s always been there with you and within you, as you open up and keep healing…

Serving Love With Women In 1:1 Sessions

There are so many reasons why I love holding space for other women…

One is that I get to share my cultivated heart and soul gifts that I came into this life to share with those who are resonant and in need of the discovery and boost of their own. Another is that I get to share the gifts of my beloved soul family community and the intimacy that lives here with them and within me, supporting others to come closer to themselves and to us if/as that unfolds. And yet another is that I have the honour, privilege, and deep blessing of being able to witness and feel big souls like Saule Ilona Bukauskas (her testimonial is below) open up to their own bigness more and more through feeling and healing trauma in the heart and soul.

I get to learn from every soul I serve love with and I grow alongside them. It’s sometimes wild and untethered, yet it’s always gentle in many ways. Sessions with any one of us in SoulFullHeart are catalytic and heart-opening, even when we have to wade through a dark swamp together on our way back to love’s shores.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself that I’ve been called to serve love in this way! Letting Go Of Illusions To See And Feel What’s REAL Inside And Out

Illusion must dissolve so reality can resolve.

These are the words that come to me as I feel my own ongoing process of healing, Ascension, and service, yet also as I feel the global process happening now for the same.

The illusions dissolving for parts of me are so multi-layered and multi-dimensional too. I feel facades melting down from how my feminine parts have related to the masculine and to romance and even to their own spirituality. For them and for me, this is a whole other level of growth, of fading childhood and moving into true womanhood from the inside out. I feel my masculine parts seeing and feeling how they’ve related to my feminine ones, either with some sort of suppression and punishment-type frequencies, or, even with caretaking/enabling instead of genuinely caring for and feeling them.

These inner dynamics are reflected in my outer reality, in my relationship with men AND women, and what moves between myself and those I’m closest to or even those I’m meeting for the first time. Sometimes the reflections are subtle and sometimes they are so big that it takes a while to really look at all of the machinations involved!

I feel all of my parts having deep and precious realizations of how they’ve related to life itself too, the different levels of emotional and spiritual immaturity that is moving away from being bubbled-off about actual reality now. I don’t feel any self-judgement as I name and own this ‘immaturity’, as it feels like we all have that and are working it, just at different levels and in unique phases of growth too.

Without a doubt, we’re ALL being faced with our own immaturity now. We’re experiencing outcomes and consequences that come directly from what we haven’t been ready or able to SEE let alone FEEL inside of ourselves, let alone in the systems and ways of life that we have allowed to continue and live through us. It’s quite a shift we’re experiencing into an underbelly of humanity’s shadow that has always been there, yet while enamoured and involved with the illusion overlaying this underbelly, we haven’t been able to truly see and bring love to what has been true all along.

There is a whole upgrade needed in human consciousness that is still being worked and isn’t actually a given, at least not en masse, yet it’s the reason why we’re here and why we’re being invited to soberly see what’s real. A big part of this is definitely the need to feel the value of deep inner work and allowing love to support us in that. This is a bit of a thing for the parts of us who have worked so hard to stay above board and somewhat bubbled-off from what the reality around us is constantly offering us all. They, especially the Inner Protector, have often had to do this in order to protect the preciousness, purity of essence, and innocence within that can be so greatly impacted by seeing and feeling the world in the state it’s in currently… and our roles within that.

This is what changes our inner worlds as much as our outer one, through the deepening of our inner intimacy and self-love and overflowing that to our relationships and encounters on the outside. This is what shifts and heals the inner Matrix so that any attachment to the one(s) on the outside can move into something new and our experience of it can change for the better as well. It’s not a process that can really be taken on with much lightness at times yet it IS held with so much love, always, and the support we need is right here with us to move us fully into the NEW.

The good news is that unless we were ready to start seeing reality for what it is and has been, we wouldn’t be in the place we are now. Where we are now, even in the thick of the pain of it all, is a necessary step to our evolution, our true Ascension, and our reunion with the Divine within and without. We’re living through a time of tidal waves that are bringing so much to the surface, as they are meant to do. It’s up to each of us how we choose to relate to the process of being with the Disclosure that has been unfolding and will continue to unfold well into the future, feels like.

We are all in this together, though at times we feel so very separate. For that separation too is a powerful illusion that is up to us to move through, back into the reality of love and unity, from deep within.

Illusion must dissolve so reality can resolve… by letting what’s real open up the heart to feel.

Invitation To The Sacred Magdalene Path Of Initiations, Healing, And Ascension

The sacred Magdalene path holds initiations and awakenings both foretold and unknown. It is a process where the phases of pause and reflection and inward-turning yield always to more openness for where service leads you on the outside… in all relationships you cherish and in this world that so aches and asks for that overflow of love.

This path is a model. It’s imperfect in a sacredly feminine (and masculine) way that humbly seeks healing, offers love in a purer and purer form, and invites the Ascension process within every individual to deepen in ways unexpected. Any seeking of perfection must fall by the wayside, to make room for what’s real, intense as that might be in moments… yet always moveable with the support of Divine love and compassion.

To claim your initiations along this path is a lifelong vocation, not ‘certified’ in mere days or even a few years of diligent study. Initiations align more so with intentions and surrender and less so with the tension of a fervent seeking sourced in unfelt pain, unworthiness, and ego-centered needs, though these are sacred portals if they are seen as such with care and curiosity.

Your mess, your bliss, every part of you, every Metasoul aspect, are ALL welcome in their willingness to be real, to be held, to let IN love. There is no outward ‘acceptance’ needed to be a part of this path. The acceptance, as with all Divine alignment possibilities, begins, unfolds, and ends within…

Your dedication to love in all its expressions, edges, comforts, and realness is the path.

Offering My Services As A Facilitator (Once Again!)

I am super stoked to announce that I am officially back in the saddle as a SoulFullHeart Facilitator!

I am very honored and blessed to be offering this space again with a much different heart-set. Last fall things were taking off for me and it wound up triggering some much needed things for me to feel on my own. I needed to recalibrate to myself and to fully claim this as my life’s path and purpose.

Through the Dark Night journey, I held space for that in a way I had not really done for myself before, and honestly no one could have done it for me at that time. I clearly needed the time in the desert to get closer to God and The Divine within to take me where I was meant to go. It was there that I felt what I wanted and was being called to serve, but this time from a much more humble and embodied place.

I am so very grateful to Jelelle Awen, Raphael Awen, and Kalayna Solais for opening the door for me to restart my healing process (not that it was ever closed). I was deeply honored to have been invited to be a Collaborator and serve in any capacity that felt important.

The path back to facilitation was always the goal but being in the present with gratitude was my sacred journey. I can feel in all my time away that I had parts that did not feel they even wanted to be a leader, or maybe even deserved it. A lot of metasoul pieces to unravel and feel around this theme. Connecting my inner masculine with my inner feminine and with Yeshua have been a big part of this healing in him to really land in this new timeline and the gifts and desire I hold for service.

I look forward to continuing my own inner journey with Raphael as my facilitator, Jelelle as a mentor and guide, and Kalayna as a mentor and co-leader in our Saturday service of Love in our group calls. A big grateful hug to all of you for trusting me and seeing me when I couldn’t see myself. I love you.

Coming ‘Home’: My Journey Away From And Back Again To Soul Family

I feel like I’ve arrived back ‘home’…

And in many ways, I have!

I have been on a journey inward for the last three months. I collapsed my relationship to my beloveds here in SoulFullHeart, my ‘title’ as a Facilitator/teacher of this way of life and process, and even my ‘role’ as a wife on a deeper level. I have been returning to myself. Returning ‘home’ to me so that I could feel what I truly wanted in my soul and what I was working, healing, and birthing on that level and beyond.

For me, this separation phase was never about completely severing everything that has made me ‘me’… this SoulFullHeart process has been the one thing that has ever worked for me, reaching deep into the heart and soul of my wounds and my gifts too. In fact, it was this process that held the steps into separation and the bigger context of it and held all of us through everything that came out of it and is still unfolding too.

Letting go of these souls that I have so much ‘history’ with on a heart and soul level has been one of the hardest things for me to do. What was so interesting to me though, were the many moments of dawning realizations, not just of what had to collapse between us and why in both this life and other lifetimes, but also of these newly arising senses of how to serve myself in my own unfolding process and how this was the only way to find connection with my beloveds again if that was to arise someday. This allowed me to feel so much surrender to every moment of sadness, anger, despair, joy, and connection both inner and outer and allowed me to allow in the Divine, Star Family, parts of me, and aspects of my Metasoul in other lifetimes too.

I found ways to feel my heart again, even though it was breaking. I found openings within me on the other side of many tears and sometimes rather feverish journaling and deep meditation experiences that allowed me to feel deeply loved and held by an energy both bigger than me and as big as me too. I could feel my beloveds actually living inside of me, where they would always live, no matter what happened next.

And, I trusted. Oh, how I trusted… I trusted every time I felt like trying to be social was a stretch for my parts that day and stayed home instead. I trusted every journal entry, every time I felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere, every time I was reminded to be gentle with myself because parts of me were getting too caught up in accomplishing or ‘getting over this’ already and couldn’t be gentle with themselves or each other. I trusted every feeling of being in a heavy downward shame spiral, knowing that if I could just hold it and be with it, I would find the other side of it. And sure enough, there were my guides in the form of beloved Metasoul and Divine connections, calling out to me, reminding me to lift UP and hold it all with my bigness and heart capacity, not go down with it. I realized over and over again how humbling this is to do and how no one can teach you how to do this, it has to come from your own experience.

I’m still digesting the goodness that I’ve earned now…that is really about earning the expanded capacity to transact goodness and love with others, not the goodness itself so much. I had goodness even in the separation. I just have it again in these precious relationships with those that know me better than anyone ever has and who I am getting to know and fall in LOVE with all over again.

My heart is full, happy and humbled to be ‘back’… to be in sessions again as a Facilitant and perhaps eventually a Facilitator when it’s another phase of that for me. I highly recommend meeting with Raphael or Jelelle for a session, at least one, to get a taste for yourself of what I’m sharing here.
