The Sacred In The Ordinary

Any ‘ordinary’ moment holds the key to our sacredness….

It has been a while since I have written. There is a way in which a part of me can feel a need to get a little epic with the writing. Wanting to express and feel the depths of something that is moving in the collective heart and soulscape. That is all good. It brings a wider aperture to life. But I am wanting to feel how even what we call the ordinary has so much to offer in reflection.

This past weekend there was a lot going on emotionally between myself and Kalayna, as we have been feeling how parts of us have related to each other in the past that has had an impact on the way we see and experience each other. This lead to some conflict between us that opened out into deeper understanding between these parts, and a new place of goodness, love and awareness between us.

Then there was our poor dog Sara that got a hold of something poisonous not too long after that sent us to the vet and and overnight stay for her. As she was shaking profusely, I could feel an arising sense of “okayness” inside of me. I felt she would be okay. Feeling the young part of me that had concern and didn’t want Sara to be in pain. There was a container of trust that helped bring love into the process and let it works its magic. If the undesirable happened, then I would be with that in all that ways that I need to be. But in the moment, Love and trust were the only thing I needed to feel.

Yesterday, as a community, we had one of the more abundant days since moving to Mexico. We visited a new fancy grocery store that had Golden Earth tones to it in regards to its selection, design, and atmosphere. It was more money than we had spent on a trip like this and our old conditioning to some moments to adjust to. Moving from scarcity to abundance is a process and it is getting used to being in the larger pool of that that is marked by appreciation and gratitude. We also purchased another used MacBook for Raphael on top of it all! That was the mark of continually shifting timelines.

So in retrospect, with introspect, I can feel how there are no ordinary moments. 3D is really a consciousness. A way we relate to things and circumstances. The fifth dimension is something we don’t travel to, but rather something we let in and open up to if we can feel and heal the parts of us that are filtering it out due to a plethora of good reasons. Golden Earth truly resides in You and in front of you. It is realizing this with ‘real eyes’ and real heart that this IS our reality and we are just working our way there….one sacred moment at a time. Blessing to you all in this particular one.

The Magical Portal Of Your Own Darkness

Your experiencing of what you don’t want is actually what’s key to experiencing what you do want.

To the degree you feel depressed is actually testament to your native capacity for enthusiasm, creativity and divine play.

To the degree you know what it is to feel bombarded with anxiety, or just a background tension of anxiety, speaks to your natural ability for radiating deep trust, rest and security in the world, and beyond.

The presence of the negative is the evidence of the presence and reality of the positive. One cannot exist without the other.

This tug-of-war polarity and tension between what you desire and what you actually experience is the pathway into navigating between the two in the direction you want to go. You are like this anti-gravitic travel device in this way.

You wouldn’t even be able to feel tension, were it not for rest. You couldn’t feel love were it not for fear. You couldn’t feel trust were it not for anxiety. One is needed to give reality to the other.

That’s all these ‘others’ are. Ultimately, they are not ‘other’, but flowing beautifully and magically from the one being that you are. You are already perfect, just maybe not in the way a part of you has perfection defined.

If this is true, what then?

Then,….you are being invited to embrace the opposite, the thing that is ‘opposing’ the thing you want. It’s a magical doorway into the thing you want. It’s not actually an opposition, it’s an invitation.

You should be jumping up and down and falling off your chair about now, on the inside at least, if not on the outside just yet. If you’re not, give your head and heart a shake.

What do you really want? What are you prepared to spend to have that life? Will you spend and cash in your fears, your anxieties, your shame, in exchange for experiencing the deeper essence that you already are?

Begin to really dream of the life you want. See it, feel it. Feel it deeply in contrast to fully feeling the life you presently have, but long to change. Especially feel and don’t deny the parts of you who just can’t see it, who just can’t jump up and down just yet.

GET CURIOUS, open your heart to all that is inside of you. Enter the darkness. It is your magical portal into the infinite magic of being that you are!

I can tell you that personally, I no longer experience the big unaddressed and avoided layers of anxiety or depression or shame. Where these things once lived in my life is now the presence of deep trust and arising creativity, and very meaningful and deepening self worth. This doesn’t mean I am without challenge. Far from it. I live in duality – the tension between what I have and what I want. That’s called appetite, always moving between satiation and desire. I am invited into that tension every day. What’s cool about this is that the courage it took to face and love my depression and anxiety is the same template for how I live in the moment of every day. What need is arising now? How can I embrace that need! Where is love wanting to flow and be felt?

What largesse of my being is wanting to engage it’s next step into the world of infinite love and infinite possibility?

If you need a mirror, or a reference point, jot my name down. You are looking at one of thee most amazing beings you have ever laid eyes on. You are looking at nothing less than a mirror of yourself. I’ll in turn jot your name down. Holeeee ________ !

We are this crazy hot stuff, only reeling from how magical we are, how infinite we are, how full of love we are. Everything ‘else’ isn’t anything ‘else’, it’s all the same pointing to oneness we are inside, outside and collectively.

We’re such hot stuff, we needed the invitation into the opposition as a way to unlock and discover.

How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Your presence and participation are a gift and a blessing.

Physical Body Ascension: Being With Chronic Illness Through Parts Work

Sometimes it feels like pure bliss to be in your body and to be in this dimension… there is so much you get to do with your body. You get to explore your sexuality, get lost in dance, walk, run, do yoga. If you’re a woman, you get to explore if you want to have children or not and have your body become a sacred vessel for new life.

At other times, it’s painful to be in the density of your body, especially in the density of this dimension and going through all of the changes you’re going through.

Your relationship with your body during Ascension is critical. It’s so important to take care of yourself in all ways. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably someone who seems to move things emotionally through the physical body. There is a lot of purging going on with these upgrades coming in, and because of this and the need sometimes to move our emotional and spiritual processes THROUGH our physical bodies, there is a lot to pay attention to, be with, and love (as much as we can) as it comes up.

I’ve had allergies for as long as I can remember. I had childhood asthma too, which I really feel was ‘cured’ actually by star BEing visits (abductions) I experienced as a kid in this lifetime. I really feel like they would visit me, bring me to their ships, to help me find my feet in this dimension and live into my Service-Of-Love purpose. The allergies came up again today. They’ve been moving in and out of my body for a while now, because of upgrades coming in and helping my parts let go of them too. I’ve realized that parts of me have felt my allergy symptoms as ‘love’… a reason to take time off or check-out of life for a while. I’ve noticed that they come up when parts of me feel overwhelmed or I’m going through many changes in my life. They’ve been a heart-rail for them to hold on to. The more 5D Self I grow UP into now though, the less my parts will need them and the less often I’m experiencing them.

This piece feels important for everyone who has had chronic or persistent illness. Journaling with the illness, being with parts of you who associate themselves with it, are ways to find more info about why it’s there and what it has offered parts of you for so long now. It feels like sometimes it’s part of the upgrading and purging process too. There’s an invitation here to not make pharmaceuticals ‘bad’ if you are suffering terribly, yet there is huge value in also feeling what soul pieces could be coming up through your illness as well as this-life emotional pain and what alternatives there could be for some relief, including just BEing with yourself and your parts.

The physical body wants your love and curiosity just as much as your other ‘bodies’ do and it so needs everything you’ve got within you to help it upgrade along with you in all other areas of your sacred life! ❤

What gap?’ you say….

The gap between where you are and where you’d like to be….

The gap between what you are feeling and what you’d like to be feeling….

The gap between the company you keep and the company you dream of keeping!

Without the gap, there is no reason to be here. Without the gap, there is no growth or learning, or remembering.

Without the gap, life is dead. God forbid, that regardless of what new realities you attain to, that you are left without something to reach for – to BRIDGE to.

As A Man…

As a MAN:

Trying to ‘be a man’ outside of a relationship to someone or something is impossible.

Manhood itself is ‘an expression in relationship to’.

There is always an arena of life in this way that the man finds himself in, that is full of challenge that calls for choice, and alignment of one’s actions with those choices.

So then life as you currently know it, is not something that needs to gottten over or around in order for you to be a man, but rather, life as you currently know it is something that needs to be embraced, faced and moved through in order for you to feel your manhood moving and expressing.

Where this gets truly rewarding is when we make this conscious and find new ways of responding and relating to all of life around us. We then see ourselves literally becoming the man of our own dreams.

We do this not by trying harder to be a man, but rather by finding and feeling the parts of ourselves that are not on board just yet for their own valid reasons with our gender and power expression in the world. Trying to be more of a man without these kinds of deeper explorations into our emotional bodies only serves to add another layer of suffering and internal war with ourselves, as a self improvement project that we tried to power our way through, is again laid to the side, on the shame pile.

Even this suffering and internal war though is not an end in itself, for as a man, we are ever finding our way and finding the impetus to our next choices. We actually needed, and many still currently need, their suffering loops to alchemize their next larger soul choices and action trajectories. There has never been a time like this time to live into what your soul came here to feel and learn as a soul who chose the MALE gender.

Manhood is EPIC, MAN! You didn’t sign up for anything small when you checked the MAN box. You signed up for it because you are up for it…you’re only waiting for a MAN picture that you can truly buy into!

The Journey Of Change Is Within

Within each moment there is the potential for something significant to happen that is unexpected by our veiled consciousness and yet “served to order” by our higher consciousness.

You are the boat, the sea, and the sky. You navigate the waters that were created by your own choosing. Talk to the sea. Feel the nature of the waves. Look to the heavens for guidance and direction. Use your God-given gift of curiosity and courage to embark on a journey of self-forgiveness, empowerment, and purpose instead of feeling like you are the play toy of The Universe in the midst of a storm you have self-lovingly chosen to ignore until it has become too much for your heart to endure.

Nothing that you created is beyond your power to change. The depth of your circumstance is only paled in comparison to the size of your soul that chose it. You will not change it overnight. There are no ‘silver bullets’ on the way back to Wholeness. There is pain to feel, choices to own, parts to love, risks to take, and stakes to claim.

You did not come here to watch the world go by. You chose this life to live…to ache…to grow…to ‘fuck up’…to learn…to Love…and repeat. This is your soul’s and heart’s calling. You chose humanity…now claim it with all that it has to offer in the next phase of your evolution as a conduit, creator, and conspirator for Love. Heal all that the world is needing you to heal so that you can BE what the world needs you to be…alive, aware, ascended in Love.
