When You’ve Had Enough Of ‘Never Enough’: A Poem

This long-held mirror, cracks under the hard gaze

of a conditioning that says,

“you’ll never be enough”.

 

The distorted propensity

of not seeing, yet wanting to be seen

and running away still

clings to the self-made ceiling of wanton leadership like ivy.

A stinging, ringing voice that says,

“you’ll never do enough”.

 

The panic of the beating heartbeat inside the soul-beat of consciousness,

the fears of parts, aspects, voices,

sing the words of what they really want

yet with verses of “that, I’ll never have”.

A thousand empty self-promises

somehow grip motivation’s doorway saying,

“you’ll never have enough”.

 

Yet,

sweet fruit of the womb of the Divine,

you’re not here to only be this

or be what you’ve been told you are…

what parts of you are convinced you can only ever be or not be.

You’re here,

Divine son and daughter,

to remember the ceiling was claimed on purpose

and the closed doorways are held shut

by the choice of avoidance

and the lens of lack.

 

Love bursts through and in, in any moment that it can,

reaching a hand to you that says,

“sweet beloved, you ARE enough”…

and the reactions that come from this awakening,

felt in tremors of the physical, the emotional, the spiritual,

 

are the shudders of a heart learning to let in

REAL love,

once and ever… again.

The Mirrors Of Real Love

In any true healing modality that leads to deep conscious transformation, there is a mirror that we inevitably need to face. It may be the Mirror of Validation and Being Seen. This one can feel really good to all the parts of that have yet to get that fully from within. From Self to self. It can also be really triggering as other parts may feel a little distrustful and doubtful of the goodness that is being bestowed as a defense to trauma and a lack of memorable experience in the True Love department.

There is another reflection, too, that is brought by the Mirror of Shadow. The one that parts have ‘unconsciously’ and strategically avoided due to there uncomfortable and unsightly nature. These reflections are just as hard to receive as they are to give. It is a growth edge for the recipient and the reflector, yet in this exchange is the well of Real Love. This can trigger some deep defensive reactions as we are being confronted with something parts of us have been blinded to for a very good reason. Even if the mirror is held in Love, we still may want to shatter it just so we can say we never saw it.

I have been given many mirrors in my process that have been difficult to let in. Even just recently in regards to the state of my previous living situation. There were places that were not kept up, maintained, and not fully cared for. There was a lack of reverence and respect of ‘self’ and ‘other’ from within me. It was not fully seen until the blind spot of defense was pierced through. This was a deep reflection of a fusion to parts of me that did not feel worthy of goodness and leadership, even as I am awash in both to the gills! This is how what we call our ’leading edge’ can illuminate what lies in our ‘trailing edge’. Where there is light, there is shadow.

I feel the vulnerability of this inside me. Of outing a personal process that has an effect on perception, yet it is this very outing that feels to be the root of the very thing that I am a part of leading. To truly lead, we must be willing to see and feel that which is not in the ‘lead of the ship’. Those things that we have still hidden in the hull and can weigh us down until brought out into the openness of the deck. To be fully loved and understood so that we can continue to arise into new territory within our own being that can shine a light to others.

This is the beauty and sometimes hard part of real love. The kind that doesn’t let the hidden and stuck places stay that way because others won’t let themselves stay stuck; who want and need the reflections as well for their own growth. That is catalytic healing and quantum service of love. This is the true ground of ascension when we are able to stare into the dark just as much as we love to stare into the light. I am grateful to be a part of it with those that care enough to keep it real with love.

Coming Out Of Hiding During Awakening

Peek-a-boo you….. you can come out of hiding, you can open your eyes beyond the edges of fleshy covering-up-full-view fingers.

Peek-a-boo you…..you can BE without masks, you can feel the air of realness on your unobstructed face.

Peek-a-boo you…..you can venture out of the closet, you can let your soul’s light open ALL the doors that have previously felt closed.

Peek-a-boo you….you can open your heart to intimacy in moments with others as you claim it with yourself.

Peek-a-boo you….you can take it ALL in without fear of being consumed or doomed or shamed as you learn to receive and to give.

They taught parts of you to hide yourself because they felt more comfortable in the hiding. They gave you a mask to wear because they were safely tugged away behind their own. They transmitted energies of fear to you because that is what they inherited. They wanted you to close your heart down because theirs had been shut.

Yet, none of this is who or what they OR you really ARE. It is what has been taught and sought, sold and trained in the 3D world experiment. The currency of fear, non-vulnerability, protection, suppression is NOT the actual gold of anyone’s true capacity as a sacred human.

Seeing life with full vision. Feeling life with an opening heart. Awakening to life with your beaconing soul.

This is YOU beyond the peek-a-boo games with life that ask parts of you to hide.

This is YOU beyond the masks that everyone seems to wear.

This is you face-to-face, heart-to-heart, soul-to-soul, raw to life, and taking it ALL in without layers or false skins.

This is you AS love without anything in the way of your experience of experience….this is you BEing the love that you ARE.

The Magic Of The Metasoul

From the Soul’s perspective, you have seen and been through more than you can possibly let in at one time. It is a galaxy of experience that has been veiled for your protection and conscious integration. There is so much that lies in between you and Source. Each of our metasouls is like a planet unto itself. A light side and a shadow side. This planet is rich with emotive stories that live in our BEing. The scenes are playing out. Some searching for redemption, some forgiveness, and all for a connection. A connection to you and itself. You are the one you and they have been looking for to be found, witnessed, felt, and brought into the wholeness of your Divine Heart that lay at the center of that galaxy.

The Metasoul is a vibrating, pulsating conglomeration of individuated aspects that hold so many gifts for each of us. We are connected to different timelines for many different reasons be it past, present, or future. This dimension or the multitude of others. The scope of it is immense. Permitting the imagination to fly where it needs to intuitively, you can pick up on a particular consciousness/energy that is meant to be felt at that moment. It can be connected to a specific situation in your life or it can be a general theme that has pervaded over the years and has yet to find its ‘solution’.

There may be some dark and tragic pieces that are at the root of any karmic cycling. It is as if these aspects and parts are caught in a tumble dry. The part of a river that where nothing seems like it can escape for it hasn’t been able to get outside itself. In the course of my own personal process, there have been many of these ‘lives’ that I have come in contact with that seek a closure, a heart to land in, and a perspective to lean into that is not the one that has kept them stuck and in pain. Some have been known figures, but many are just known to us and our heart.

Whether any of this is ‘real’ or not really is beyond the scope of what matters most. How does it feel? Is it alive and breathing inside of you? Can you see it or sense it in your body? Does the pain feel real? Are the tears real? Then it is real as you need it to be to heal. When there is another heart for it to land in then it creates a space that is full of human heart-open lushness that is beyond words.

Set yourself on a path of selves-discovery. There is a treasure to integrate on the way back to Source even as we hold Source close to us in the process. It a value-add for the very reason why we chose these lives in the first place.

These parts of you seem to be ‘against’ each other in some way due to not being connected with, seen, and felt. The inner conflicts rage on unfelt and, so, draw the same dynamic on the outside. Incoming July Energies Support Change Choices & Integration

It doesn’t feel like we’re in a phase of much being activated at the moment, though it depends very much on the phase that you find yourself in. If you’ve recently been navigating some significant life changes, you may find that you’re actually in a phase of integrating them… and if you’re trying to figure out your next step at the moment, or taking some sort of action in order to exit one phase and enter another, you may find that you’re being asked to find some stillness amid challenges that are springing up. It feels like whatever side of “change” you’re on right now, whether in the INcubation or INtegration phase of it, you may be feeling the birth canal of the rebirth these energies coming in are inviting you into. And what’s more is that these changes are a direct result of your awakening journey so far… they are all a graduation point, even the difficult ones, and they all want to lead you to your next places on your journey.

You may be starting to realize that parts of you have been over-focused on ‘making change happen’ in one particular area of your life, whether it’s trying to lose some physical weight, moving to a new home, looking for work, or completing/beginning a relationship. This over-focus feels two-fold to me: first, I feel there is an invitation here to feel how the work to ‘make something happen’ is a part trying to force something that perhaps has its own timing and probably out of a fear of missing out on an opportunity or to bring someone or something closer to you in your life for fear of losing them, or losing your next chance, whatever that may mean; and second, I feel too the invitation to begin seeing the bigger picture of the changes, that they connect to all areas of your life and not just one. It’s like trying to work out by only targeting one muscle group when really it’s your whole body that needs your attention and love. Plus, compartmentalizing is probably losing its ground for you in general, so the focus on only one thing/area or even person in your life is something you won’t actually be able to maintain for long as it all wants and needs to connect and integrate together.

It feels like July is a ‘hot’ month for bringing in and settling into changes too. I get a ‘coming and going’ sort of feeling around it. You may be experiencing a push-pull inside of you around change too, as parts of you want it and others don’t, and this polarization becomes harder and harder to ignore. You can choose to feel the parts and the ways in which they’re attached to what you’re taking steps to let go of and the ways they feel about what/who you’re trying to let in too. Your Inner Protector especially will have opinions and observations to offer, as will other parts of you.

As always with the incoming energy waves, there’s much to feel and awaken to within. You’re always invited to find expanded consciousness and a brighter view of the bigger picture of Ascension, the Cosmos, etc, yet this expanded consciousness landing within you is the one that truly lights up your path, your action steps, your stillness needs, and the parts that need your love as you choose, inhabit, and integrate the changes you most need in this Now. The Divine Mother/Feminine and Her many different expressions are here to be with you and hold space with you too as you explore all of these elements of your being… I feel Her honouring all of your choice points and everything you’re feeling or even ‘not’ feeling along the way, while also encouraging you to keep going, flowing, finding ways to BE with all of the challenges and desires, both.

Love to you as you feel all there is to feel on this next stratum of your ever-deepening healing and ever-increasing desire for everything you’ve ever wanted to have or happen in your life. ❤

Energy Update: July Energies Ramping UP As Eclipses Approach

Already, even though July is just beginning, you may be feeling the intensity of energies that are available and ramping up…..maybe in your stomach, in your head, in your spine/back, maybe in ‘every living cell’ that is being activated right now. The chakras connected to these regions of your body are coming more in synch with the physical and whatever is clogged, plugged, and congested in both is moving out for healing and releasing. You may be feeling sleepiness that is not explainable or addressed by hours of ‘usual’ sleep time.

You may really be feeling these higher energies particularly in your stomach/solar plexus chakra. Your stomach rumbles and even bloats when the not quite right frequency of food/energy is offered. The more sensitive this process of digestion is on the physical level for you, the more likely that the energies are HIGH. More photonic light is available in these moments to download and let IN with less 3D food source needed. What calls to provide fuel is no longer based on cravings or comfort, yet rather about the purest energy available….superfoods, fruits, vegetables, water.

The surges of energy are going to be and have already been HIGH in July. These come in what is probably best described as ‘waves’, as there is a sense of crest/peak and then some receding/resting before it starts over again. These energies are working directly on and with Gaia…..and Her every tectonic plate and inner crest rumbles with the receiving of them. Volcanoes are already waking UP to respond to this rise…..as most likely will there be earthquakes and corresponding tsunamis too.

If you are used to grounding with Gaia to a certain, reliable OM frequency, this is transitioning and variable now. What you ‘get’ when connecting with Gaia is the same sense of metamorphosis that you feel in yourself and your own process. It is the frequency of SHIFT that She is broadcasting now.

July is offering us two eclipses…..the one occurring on July 27th will be the longest total lunar eclipse in the 21st century. During this eclipse, the moon will pass through the center of Gaia’s shadow. This feels like the Divine Feminine offering an influx of lunar energies to support Gaia in Her ongoing transition into 5D frequencies that includes a necessary phase of shadow revelation.

This transmutation of shadow into the light is happening both collectively and personally. Within your relationships with others and with relationships from one part of you to another. MUCH compassion is needed to coax the shadow out of hiding, so it can start to show the underbelly of vulnerability and need that is always there. So that it can give up its ‘gifts’ that were previously felt not safe to share. The outward expressions of fear cover over the hurt, unworthiness, and disconnection/separation at the core. The core brings up compassion. This compassion you can find in yourself and for your own shadow aspects, both from this life and other lifetimes/timelines. This compassion you can offer to others in an overflow that comes from this inner embracement and unification without judgement.

The shadow is the most revealed in response to the energy of the Divine Feminine. It is the most healed when received the compassion of Her forgiveness. It is the most transformed when experiencing the unconditionality and infiniteness of Her love.

The ongoingly INtense energies in July will invite all of us to go deeper than we have before……into your shadow, into your emotional body, in connection with your physical body, into your Metasoul/other lifetimes/timelines. This exploration will be held with MUCH love and support by Divine Mother, in whatever planetary, etheric/Divine, and even human vessel forms you most need/want to experience Her.

She is turning the heat up……and is there with Her steady heart to embrace the tender aftermath of this ongoing transformation into the NEW.

Don’t Give Up, Just Go In: Claiming Your Multidimensional Reality

There are so many moments that can bring us to states of overwhelm, anxiety, frustration, and uncertainty. There may be no known conscious cause and it just is what it is. Letting that be what is real and true allows space for it bring to you what it is meant to.

It may be deep rest, a well-timed cry, or much-needed scream. It could be an indication that inner shit is hitting the fan and parts of you have had enough of this and that. It is timelines colliding, collapsing, and ready for reformation.

We are a superhighway of soul dimensions that can be hell for parts of us to be with if we haven’t felt ourselves as separate from them. Letting them move through you with compassion and self-care is a big step forward. It creates the ground for deeper exploration when the dust has settled. Claiming your multidimensional reality is a way to honor the largess of being and creative force that you are.

Ascension is only a bitch when we neglect this very thing. You are a part of a vast emotional and spiritual network of consciousness that flows in, through, and out of your current reality. Seeing yourself as the hub of this network, the ultimate center of power and love for these parts and multidimensional aspects, can you then open up to the gifts that these experiences, these moments have to offer.

Be kind and honest with yourself. Seek the guidance and stories from within as road signs to your next healing ground, your next catapult into truly feeling the hot shit star stuff you really are. Don’t give up, just go in.

The Rattle And Shake Of Shifting Timelines

Just finished with moving into a new place with my beloved Kalayna. There were some ‘obstacles’ along the way that made it bumpy at times. These practical annoyances really can shine a light on what we need to feel as we shift timelines.

When we awaken, we are recognizing the vehicle of one timeline is running out of gas. There is a realization that what we have been in relationship to no longer fits the compartments we have set up for ourselves. This can take the course of years, or hit us square between the shoulder blades in a short compressed moment.

You can either stay within the confines of that worn-out, yet comfortable creation parts of you have so diligently maintained, or you can choose to expand the scope of what life is really wanting you to heal and claim. The choice can be maddening for the parts of you that have clung to the safety and known. A game of emotional, spiritual, and mental table tennis being waged among the inner court of your sanity

To fully shift a timeline it means going through all the areas of the emotive body and feel all the parts that were tucked inside closets and underneath the beds. Letting go of all things that cannot come with you to the new. It means hitting some turbulence along the way because there was so much invested in the old. So much doubt from parts that life could ever be good in the way we had only dreamed of.

It is a rumble and a quake. A rattle and a shake. But it is also an adventure and a renewal. It is an opportunity through chaos. When the difficult parts are moved through with deep feeling and sacred love transmuting, you can begin anew in a larger domain of being. You get to place your acquired strength and gifts into the wide-open spaces of your new digs. One with fewer walls and more real love.
