Why do men tend to shy away from spirituality and emotionality in comparison to women?

Pardon the generalization as it’s of course not true in all cases, but it is true enough for it to be a recognizable pattern.

I’m feeling a desire to rile men, to stir their deeper heart passion for what they really want. I feel a reaching out for a deeper inhabitation of my own sacred masculinity. I feel a deeper wanting of men to come out and really play! I too, have a desire inside of me somewhere to conform, I just want to conform to a new standard of being as the old ones are dying fast.

What is it about the needs in a man vs a woman that naturally dispose them towards these differences?

Are men afraid of inadequacy in the arena of heart and soul?

Are men afraid to feel? And if so, why?

Can a man sustain a hardon and a hearton at the same time?

Are men afraid that there won’t be enough of a ground for a worthy fight, for a contention, for a passionate claiming and pursuit of what they want in the arena of heart and soul?

Is spirituality and emotionality too wimpy feeling for them? Why and how so?

Why is vulnerability (the ability to be hurt) mistaken for weakness in men?

Jelelle Awen and I were talking yesterday about the daily flow of new names of men in the news lately being charged with sexual harassment, and how it is almost unheard of to hear about women being aggressors in this way? Add to that the rarity of a woman rapist? Add to that men’s draw to porn over women’s? (I wrote a piece about that here: https://soulfullheartblog.com/…/why-men-are-drawn-to-porns…/ ) It’s evident the archetypal ground underneath us is rumbling big time. The mighty are falling and we are feeling it.

We are in the middle of a huge collective birth canal that is tied to our personal birth canals. Thank god for the decks being cleared of the pretense, making room for something so much more real, but where is it all leading?

I don’t know the surface answers to these questions, as I so prefer the quest of the questions, but I do smell fear of some kind. Why else would men energize their fearlessness in other (ie. money and career, and in my opinion, lesser) arenas, while avoiding the spiritual and the emotional?

Isn’t this simply a pretense of power; a compensation to keep a deeper fear off their radar?

How could the more male passion to achieve, or to provide, be an integrous blend of deep heart and soul that doesn’t need a safe compartmentalization in order to express powerfully?

Parts of us have understandably adapted by grabbing at the collective ideas of womanhood and manhood as a map to know where the landmines are, to avoid rejection and gain love, often in the form of just some sniff of love of a cultural pat on the back.

Where this whole dialogue becomes more than a dialogue, and finds a deep traction of movement is when you as a man get to know and love the part of you stumbling around in this other hand-me-down man’s arena, that isn’t really yours. A part of you is nearing exhaustion, or may even be totally checked out, just putting in time, afraid of the more overt forms of suicide.

Will you recognize this? Will you cast off other men’s comparison games that aren’t you at all? Will you fight for who and what you really are?

‘You’ may well feel like you don’t know who you are; as a man, or as a human. But this is clearly the feelings of a part of you, not YOU, that has become disillusioned.

Can you begin to make this critical differentiation inside of yourself? I ask you this because I feel it to be the ongoingly mission critical point of my entire journey here. I needed to adapt parts of myself, to fuse them to a ‘lower’ reality, in order to gain what I came here to gain. Now though, it is time to reconcile all these parts of myself into the new emerging ‘higher’ timeline or reconciliation. We were dis-membered in order to be re-membered, and we chose it. We know this on a soul level, as a soul being and we know this on a personal level, as a human being. Both need space and time to be felt. Hence, here we are, still in the domain of space and time.

YOU as a Higher Self will need to enter this place of differentiation, and then negotiation and ambassadorship between these parts of you, then choice, intention and declaration if there is to be any growth or change. Were you actually looking for something easier? I don’t think so, or you wouldn’t have been going about it the harder way that you have up till now?

None of this can effectively be bullied into place by a punishing part of you, or it’s just another compensation approach to covering over a deeper fear. YOU can instead get to know the checked out part of you, get to know the bully inside that wants to order and mandate it all, get to know the part of you who simply doesn’t give a fuck; and then from there, lead a true declaration of heart that stems from this arising you-to-you Ambassadorship.

Choice, desire and intention are huge here, but these cannot be faked into place from a few pages from a book plucked from the self-help section. Not anymore. We’re collectively coming to the end of something and awaiting the arising of the beginning of something that will take its place. That something is already in you and available to you now. You just won’t find it on the street corner yet.

There has never been a time like this time for you as a man to go for what you really want. There are ripe and key choice points staring you down right now that are directly tied to your choosing of this more. You have the guidance. You have the courage. But it goes nowhere until you make the choice.

Courage and guidance are gifts to you from the universe. Choice is the gift you exchange with the universe in return as the sovereign that you are. The universe can not and will not make these changes for you. Expecting the universe to make changes that only you can make is only a way to obscure your response-ability, and leaves you in a child’s relationship to authority. You are the author now.

What action is the universe calling you to? That’s your full manhood right there calling to you for embrace. I promise you that this ride truly has everything you are looking for, so much so, that choosing this ride will be the most adventurous choice you’ve ever made.

Ambidextrous Ambassadorship

The veil has been necessary for your inhabitation in a phase of a limited 3D consciousness.

That veil is rapidly thinning, and you are even much more multidimensionally aware and functioning than your conscious mind has caught up with.

The tension you feel between what your conscious mind knows and has ‘proof’ for, and what your subconscious mind knows to be true is a tension that wants to be felt and loved by you. The conscious and the subconscious are not actually in opposition to each other, but it can be perceived that way, from the 3D mind, due to a phase of necessary compartmentalization that was needed in order to fully ground in this third dimension.

You as an essence were actually vibrating at way too high a frequency to be able to exist at this lower density, so you needed to forget. Now, however, you are needing to remember, as you move from a phase of descension into a phase of ascension. Both are equally sacred and to be loved and honored.

Your conscious mind and personality is largely an adapted part of you form fitted to this reality at hand. It was created by your Higher Self (Your larger you) as a vehicle to inhabit this phase of your journey in this specific climate and terrain. This 3D part of you and the related parts of you need to be felt and related with. The reactions that ‘you’ feel about this time of ascension are almost all coming from these 3D form fitted parts of you.

It would help greatly in your process of awakening, reintegrating consciousness to say instead of ‘I feel…’, to say ‘a part of me feels…’. When you do this, you are speaking from a higher dimensional frequency of your being, moving towards your Higher Self. You are also differentiating between the part of you who feels this tension of Ascension, giving it recognition and love.

There are other ‘things’ you can do to facilitate your awakening process, and I will share them with you now.

The universe functions on intention and permission. And these 2 both are a frequency waveform that are articulated by the tongue. As a tiny rudder guides a great ship, so the tongue guides your life. Your voice needs to declare to the universe and to these parts of you what your wishes and desires are.

You are essentially seeking to integrate, or we could say ‘de-compartmentalize’ a tension and polarity inside of your being. This is achieved by becoming an Ambassador to both realities, to both parties, to let each party get to know and feel the reality of the other party inside of you. Your 5D self wants to really get to know and feel your 3D self, and vice versa. They no longer want to live separate existences in separate compartments. As this Ambassadorship unfolds, your life structures and relationships will naturally and quite effortlessly shift to reflect these internal changes in your reality.

As you get to ‘know and love’, embodying this ambassadorship more and more to the fuller regions of your being, you will know when it is time to speak new declarations and treaties that are founded on this knowledge and love.

Speaking words aloud like;

‘I am a multidimensional being’

‘I am infinite love’

‘I am the bright, bright, bright, light of God’…

are all waveform frequency portals to this deepening reality. You can feel this as you speak these words. In the beginning was the word (logos). This is the beginning of your unfolding logos. The logos is your new multidimensional reality of the non-compartmentalized variety. The tension is only meant to be a part of the birth canal from one to another rather than a static state. Your 3D mind and your 5D mind want to be fluid and functional. Learning to walk in 3D was considered quite something, and it was! Learning to walk in 5D is cooler still, but what really tops them all is being able to fluidly walk between them both. Let’s call it ‘ambidextrous’ – the ability to walk between the worlds.

We all have some more work to do to even know what that looks and feels like. It’s like sex. Regardless of how many books and movies depict it, one’s own experience of sex is so infinite in its possibilities, that what one is experiencing can be so very different than what even a partner is experiencing. So don’t expect a government bureau to declare you ‘multidimensional’, and issue you a license or threaten to take it away if you don’t observe the rules. There are no rules, largely, other than the rules of Karma, which boil down simply to Love.

All is returning to love.

This is your return to full multidimensionality, where each step and phase is sacred.

Serving Love From Your Human Heart

You cannot serve love with the back of your hand.

And the palm facing upward must be full yet open, strong yet loose.

You cannot serve love with clouded lungs.

And the breath opening wide must come from the heart.

You cannot serve love with an uncurious heart.

And the curious heart must first be curious about itself.

It’s important to remember that in all there is a reflection. There is a reflection from the collective to the self, and back again. There is a backless window of seeing that is possible, if the threads are pulled back inside. To be able to vibe in with your own parts and soul aspects, 3D and well beyond, there is much information that can be gleaned, and much courage that can be mustered for the next steps… of letting go, letting in, or letting be.

The mutli-dimensional gifts within, are the ones belonging and springing from your human heart too. Your ability to feel is like none other yet witnessed in this galaxy and perhaps beyond too. Your ability to take in, even unconsciously, and have life flow through you is awe-inspiring for those in the ethers and the stars. It is time to be in wonder about yourself too, as they wonder at you. They template much for how to be in multiple dimensions at once, yet not from a human form, that offers more than it takes away. We have needed this dimension, this springboard so we can build all of the strength of heart necessary to continue moving upward, bringing it all with us, integrating all we have learned, all we have been given through growth phases and edges. Our consciousness is one of forgetfulness perhaps more so than remembering at this point… yet remembering we are, and through our hearts not our minds. Experiences offer us this in many ways, and all of the fires and healing waters we walk through are part of the great mosaic of all we are taking with us in this great circle of the service of love that IS us as much as it is offered by us.

There’s more here for us now than parts of us have been willing to believe, for the pain of not having it consciously can be too much for them to bear. Every bit of feeling that we don’t or won’t is the ticket to letting in that MORE and feeling it as a sacred human being arising… with curiosity, wonder, and awe.

Clearing Your Divine Channel To Love

You are channel of Divine Love. Connected to the Source of All That Is. It is how you, or parts of you, relate to that reality that makes all the difference in the world in how you will BE in that reality. It affects what experiences you will draw and manifest that validate, or invalidate, what lives as your Truth. But what is your Truth?

This gets tricky because inside of you lives multiple truths. Semi-solid beliefs that parts of you have held on dearly to due to clear experience and unconscious fears. These truths create an energy projection that alters your conscious reality. How is it that you feel one way inside but your outside is not matching up? You keep drawing circumstances that keep you from fully embodying and inhabiting your soul’s purpose. Going into the emotional landscape of your inner world holds the keys to some of your long held questions.

If you feel yourself as this channel connected to Love, it is not hard to imagine all the obstacles that get in the way from truly letting in, and through, the Grace that is being bestowed upon us. It is like a clogged artery. Calcifications of your 3D experience that are looking for love to set them free and dissolve into your heart. You may even have an intense overload of access and energy that sends your system into a shock state that is hard to function in daily 3D practical living. This too is a function of resistance and fear from a protective part of you designed to convince you that it is all too much to bear.

Obstacle or overwhelm, the reality here is that you are being summoned. Called to bear compassion and even challenge to what is preventing your natural state from being in the present moment.  In SoulFullHeart, we access parts of us that have received much 3D wounding which are beacons of this resistance. They call out to us to show up and help assist in both the inner and outer changes that need to be made to create an environment that is conducive to MORE healing, MORE opening, MORE growth.

It begins usually with connecting with an Inner Protector energy that has a love for you that is beyond what you can imagine. They have done life AS you for so long just to keep as much of your boat floating as possible until there was a time when you could show up in all your courage to begin to take the reigns back through compassionate negotiations. They love you so much that it is hard for them to let you go and let them in.

As you feel the roots of this protection and the pain that lies underneath it, the energetic clumps begin to set off into the ethers and more of your true connection, in human form, gets to be experienced and downloaded. More of what You really want and need in a healthy and growthful way sends out its beacon to the universe. Your channel is getting clearer, though not always easier, in the very beginning.

Expect your life to change. Your Higher Self, and even your Protector, are banking on it. There is all the support and guidance you can let in to assist you on the way. SoulFullHeart is one way that offers a path and process to clear the inner arteries of your Divine Heart in human form. A process that is in constant growth and clarifications as we enter it ourselves and with others that have found resonance and profound clarities. I invite you to take a deeper look into this unfolding universe that is calling out to you through your experiences and synchronicities.

The winds are changing and calling us IN and UP. The time is NOW to let in all you have always been born to BE.

Energy Update: Overlapping And Collapsing Timelines, Plus Activations Of Higher Ones

Overlapping, collapsing, and activations of higher timelines are all happening with more acceleration as all these light codes keep coming in this month and through the next month too. Merging and overlapping timelines feel like multidimensional realities are overlaying into your current one. Standing at the kitchen counter and ‘seeing’ yourself aboard a Star BEing light ship is one example of this as your Star Being Metasoul aspect realities fuse into yours. Another example is talking with someone and suddenly light language pours from your mouth. Or, you may see a scene from another era overlaid onto your current one, giving you ‘peeks’ and ‘glimpses’ into other lifetimes. You may hear and even smell this overlapping timeline too as you enter it in those moments.

There is also an emotional body aspect of this as sudden, intense reactions are triggered by things that are not usual for you. Watching a movie about an epic event in ‘history’, for example, and suddenly bursting into tears of recognition, mourning, and grief as you access the experiences of a Metasoul sister or brother who is STILL living this event out in the now. Or, you wake up in sobs of tears from experiences during dreams that are very intense and feel ‘real’. These peek-a-boo timeline bleed through moments can happen more and more as you open up your upper three ascension chakras, heal your 3D emotional body, and connect consciously with (what we call in SoulFullHeart) your Gatekeeper, who holds access to your Metasoul and other lifetime aspects.

The increasingly strong light codes flooding into our atmospheres are illuminating the ‘yellow brick road’ of your highest timeline path. They are amplifying your intuitive connection with your Higher Self, who increasingly BEcomes you as your frequency rises and ‘meets’ your Higher Self consciousness. Also, as you integrate gifts from your Metasoul, multidimensional, higher dimensional aspects. Following this yellow brick road is where the often most challenging aspects of ascension come in. Following this higher timeline can push up often very mixed feelings and polarized reactions from within you. One part of you is very excited and enlivened by the soul’s purpose of expression here in ALL areas of life. This is usually your growing into 5D self within your body.

Then, another part of you is resistant and fearful of the changes. This is usually your Inner Protector, the part of you that necessarily came into BEing when you incarnated here and encountered such harsh 3D density. This part of you may block and obscure your intuitions and make you ‘doubt’ if they are real or viable. It may delay, divert, and stall your progress by clinging to 3D-based relationships, careers, belief systems, toxic patterns, and addictions. This Inner Protector can be a significant portion of your outward personality and persona until connected with directly and consciously, as we offer a process and path for doing in our SoulFullHeart work.

Your Protector is primarily concerned about how it will impact younger, more vulnerable aspects of you to go through the catalytic and necessary death and rebirth process to align with your higher timeline. Your Protector often sees YOU as a teenager or a child that it needs to take care of and is responsible for. It is also protective of your Metasoul and feels the situations that created traumas from other lifetimes where aspects of your Metasoul were persecuted or killed for expressing their gifts, seeking love, or leading something radically new.

Collapsing timelines happen as you consciously choose one timeline over another. As you transition your life out of the 3D anchored one that parts of you have needed to create and BE in and conform to. This is also a form of ‘unplugging from the 3D matrix’ that has been collaboratively (on a soul level) been created with fear-based Reptilians and other Star BEings. This 3D matrix timeline is collapsing and you can see and feel it in the recent political rumblings, Hollywood disclosures, with much more coming. It is a bumpy transition to the higher timeline collectively, especially with so many souls still anchored deeply to 3D reality.

Collapsing timelines can be felt most dramatically during personal crisis, such as leaving a marriage or long-term relationship; getting ‘fired’ or leaving a long-term career or retiring; a sudden death or serious illness; changing geographies. Sometimes these collapsing timelines can feel like they are ‘happening to you’ as parts of you (usually, again, your Protector) may be in understandable fear and resistance to the changes and UPheaval that they bring. This is ash in the air with often deep valleys and dips of despair, depression, and mourning, as the old timeline feels like it is being ‘burned to the ground’ and parts of you along with it.

As you consciously make choices following your yellow brick road timeline, love comes in more and more to hold the space. You feel how ALL of the rumbles, quakes, burnings, and collapses are in order to clear out what is no longer supporting your highest expression. You support resistive parts of you to feel this trust at deeper levels too, inviting them to join you in the journey toward the realization of your dreams manifesting in ALL areas of your life as you increasingly align with the Divine in purpose AS your highest timeline service of love here.

It’s only the conscious self, the you who you think you are that feels lacking, or not unique, or boring…

When in a new emerging awareness of another reality, this picture looks and feels very different and totally new.

That you are able to have a flat lined existence, perceiving yourself as limited, or boring or not unique is actually a crazy piece of magic all in itself, that speaks to this freedom from the literal mind lockdown I’d like to invite you to feel into with me.

It seems growingly apparent now that a locked down or limited piece of consciousness was needed to accompany your 3D journey to make it real in the 3D dimension (think computer operating system)

This makes sense when you feel how what you actually are is a being without limits, unique beyond measure, so full of engagement and excitement, that you were/are able to dial up a limited experience.

In other words, your limited experience is proof of your unlimited abilities.

The parts of you who feel they way they do from inside of your present conscious perception of your life generate powerful energetic emissions that create your very made up reality. These parts of you can only shift their reality as they are related with by you, as an arising authentic self. Nothing comes to us except by way of relationship. This is true for all of our wounding and all of our healing. It all occurs in relationship.

A new you-to-you relationship awaits you as you enter a willingness to feel all there is to feel, the feelings coming from each and every self-loving and magical part of you.

Talk about entering the unknown and uncharted…, it wouldn’t be a journey if your conscious self knew the outcome, or the prize, or the prices, would it?

Energies Bring Rushes Of NEW Love Through The Body, Heart, Soul And Mind

That feeling of blood rushing back into your head after hanging upside down for a while on the monkey bars as a kid… this is the feeling as love rushes back into and through our veins, in ways parts of us have forgotten that it even could. Our soul remembers and allows this rush, as the parts working hard to block it begin to release their grip and heal. Namely the Gatekeeper, the one who protects you in different layers and is a fragment of your Higher Self, intended to keep your soul remembrances at bay until you are ready to download and feel them, is the one who needs the most from you before this rush can truly happen. It’s a feeling of light-headedness, dizziness now that many of you will likely feel. It is the sensation of downloads, of higher frequencies coming in, and the dam built against love within you breaking open once again. This is what happens, the more you let in the parts of you that need you. A similar feeling can be felt when trying to transcend beyond what you have already felt and you aren’t yet bringing it up with you. Some parts of you may be over-stretching themselves to try and move beyond what they feel, not realizing that there is a bridge in front of them that needs to be crossed first. This can cause a major physical strain on your brain and body, not to mention your heart that is so working to catch up to it all. This is also when life calamities can happen, not out of punishment or anything you have done ‘wrong’, but because there is more to notice inside of you and this is often the way this can be shaken up and put forward instead of buried yet again.

Doing the work, inhabiting the practice of being with yourself, being with beloveds who resonate with you on all grounds and who you choose to be around because your heart wants to be there, not out of duty or obligation… these are all a part of the formula for this rush of love renewal and replenishment, flowing from limb to limb, cell to cell, mind to heart to soul to body and back again. There is so much here, so much love, so much to embody and live into now and always… and it’s all beautiful, though dizzying at times too as we get used to the new frequencies and acclimate to the renewal of this lifeblood of love! Making love within a Sacred Union is a beautiful way to move these energies in and through… and make room for MORE. It IS a journey of up and down until it can (mostly) be a journey of up and UP… ❤

Energy Update: UPgrades To Highest Timelines Continue, Along With Cleansing Of Physical & Emotional Bodies (Video)

I felt to record a video today offering about the ascension energies coming in especially strong and intense since the Lion’s Gate in early August, continuing through November 11:11 portal opening and on through 12/12 as we head into 2018. These energies offer us INfluxes of light to upgrade ALL our systems to live out and BEcome our highest timeline service of love here.

As they come into our every living cell AND our emotional bodies, these light waves encounter toxicity in our physical bodies and emotional bodies from our experiences here in 3D. Our inability to digest these toxicities leads to the manifestation of all kinds of sufferings and stuckness, pains and wounds. It leads to emotional immaturity in our relationships and in many other ways as well. The ascension upgrade process is also a detox process as the light can not come in until the lower vibrations are cleared out.

I offer a bigger context around this process related to the cosmic energies and also a specific bridge to our SoulFullHeart process (and my own personal process too) related to HOW we move and heal the toxicities in the emotional body through connecting with parts of us. Raianna Shai and Raphael Awenhave both offered powerful and moving writings today about the inner family (and higher self soul family) parts work connections and what this process offers too.

I also energize at the end of the video the love and support that is available to you, and ALL parts of you from the Divine during this time of intense upgrade, transformation, and arisement into your sacred humanity. The Power Of A Group Healing Merkaba

Yesterday the five of us met for our monthly SoulFullHeart group circle. It is a time for us to check-in with what is currently moving inside us, share journaling, have parts felt, and seek guidance and facilitation in our processes and mateships. It was a beautifully powerful day of high vibration discussion of where SoulFullHeart is headed, what arising digestions are taking place on multiple levels and dimensions, and how we can best serve love to and with others.

We are feeling so much moving in the collective and within ourselves that is contributing to new timelines and heart openings. Being in physical proximity creates a group merkaba that intensifies the amplitude of the love frequency throughout the cosmos. You can feel it as we enter into feeling space and deep questioning and intuitive responsivity. The atmosphere in the room raises up exponentially and the outside world feels like another planet.

When in group space the heart chords among us are strengthened by the challenges and the vulnerabilities that arise from sharing and intuitions of others. Kalayna and I felt through an emerging and deepening metasoul Roman lifetime together that has elucidated so much of our past dynamics together. We were able to get guidance and support for what we are experiencing that has opened us up into new layers of our Usness. The energy that is created between us a couple. We explored a new arising aspect of our sacred humanity we are calling the Gatekeeper and the power and significance they hold to our healing and soul embodiment.

Raianna vulnerably shared about her process in her post where she had a deep emotional movement and new profound clarities around the relationship to how our parts relate to each other that created so much relief and going on places in her healing. You can read about it here.  Raphael and Jelelle digested their own process around the recent energy upgrades and how much that is shifting the way we relate to food and what real nutrition is for our arising light bodies. More digestion of the desire to bring in more of our 5D capabilties and sacred humanity while feeling what the emotional blocks are to this deep desire for manifestation and contact.

This is what we are living almost every day. This is the high-octane fuel that we experience together and would love more hearts and souls to be a part of when the time is right. It is raising the frequency of each of us individually and as a group that beacons out into the collective. It is a magical time that is usually followed by deep integrative sleep and surges of creativity. We believe this is the way we have always meant to interact together. It is the way we want all people to experience in true sacred unity. It is not THE way, but A way. One that has so much to offer the power and gift of your sacred humanity.

Energy Update: Emotional Body Purges Leading To Maturation, Along With Physical

Is your body finally ‘catching up’ with ALL the codes that are coming in and the surge of energies that seems to have occurred around the 11:11 portal? It is challenging for the physical body, being necessarily such a dense vehicle needed all your life for 3D navigation here. You could think about it like an outdated (but beloved) computer that is ‘in the shop’ receiving a NEW operating system and exterior too. Being in the shop is all that sleeping and sleepiness; all that feeling of drowsy and groggy; and, in some cases, ‘illness’ and physical pains too.

My body seems to be settling in now to the NEW, integrating and integrated what is able to be received. I’ve been feeling intuitively what it needs right now, which seems to be continuing ‘light-based’ diet of raw fruits mostly and easing into yoga practice. It helps a lot that I have negotiated deeply inside for many years with parts of myself (and my body) that might understandably resist this process and cling to 3D anchors, as I’ve been writing about lately. This ascension process is a MEGA upheaval of all our 3D aspects have known of reality IN the body and in our emotional bodies too. This is a MAJOR renovation projection happening on all levels with Gaia leading the way here. Being able to be WITH the parts of us that are in resistance to fear of this process allows for a more trusting and surrendered navigation of it. And, more capacity to let go of what needs to be during this time of transition.

I am experiencing full, deep sleeping now with intense dreams that seem mostly emotional in what they are offering to digest and look at. This feels more collective than personal for me and a calibration to what is moving through the collective emotional body as it continues to be purified and cleansed by shadow coming into light. The next ‘body’ you may notice getting cleansed, detoxing, and purification is your emotional body, which is also happening on the collective level too. This may come out in sudden emotional ‘outbursts’ (which are really INbursts, meant to take you withIN); being really quite ‘triggered’ by others (which, again, represent YOU and parts of you); conflicts and clashes; and just swells of emotions that seem to come from ‘deep down.’

I feel that the capacity to digest these emotional body purges is usually at a more immature level in many souls. We just aren’t educated, prepared, templated, or trained in how to BE emotionally mature with our feelings. The role modeling you received from your caregivers around how to BE (or not BE) with emotions sets a big template here inside of you. How emotionally mature were they with their feelings? Did they allow them to be with vulnerable and transparent expression (and healing) of them? This isn’t to shame or blame them; it is to understand what and why 3D-based parts of you developed as they did in relationship to your feelings. Maybe you are actually more your Inner Teenager frequencies when it comes to emotional processing that leads to choice points and decision making? Or maybe your Inner Protector, whose main ‘goal’ is to protect and guard and keep safe? I’ve been offered much loving compassion from guides and Star BEings toward this emotional immaturity in us as a human collective. They admire our hearts and our capacity to FEEL. They admire our tears and our spontaneous expression of them. And, they have offered (over and over) that the cutting edge of our next consciousness evolution is around the maturation of our emotional bodies WITH the integration of our spiritual and soul frequencies. This is an important aspect of what these current codes/information/downloads in the 11:11 portal (through 12/12 feels like as the main surge) are offering us.

To show UP for this new criteria of emotional processing maturity is NOT easy. We offer in our SoulFullHeart process much support, guidance, and empowerment WITH you to bridge to your emotional body WITH integration of your soul downloads too….creating a NEW template inside that is just springloaded inside of you to arise as another expression of you as a fractal from Divine Source.

I feel so much LOVE holding this process with us and, as I said, so much admiration for us too. So much SUPPORT as well in our Metasouls and with Guides and with the Divine for what we are going through, feeling, and healing in this now on ALL body levels!

This is a photo of the sunset codes last night. Raphael and I consciously gazed at and took them in as ‘food’. This is about just breathing them into you for at least 10 seconds or longer, whatever feels right. The best ones (most easy to digest) seem to be when the sun is close to setting. LOVELY food there, yet also catalyzing growth! You might notice that these codes look different than the photos I shared on 11/11….without the striking horizontal band that was in the others and gave the appearance of an ‘eye’.
