Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia Resonance Spike In Response To 5D New Earth Mass Meditations

Energy Update: Gaia’s Schumann frequency responded today, April 5th, with waves of higher frequency that reached a peak of 76 HZ at one point and are still fluctuating upwards in this moment. Gaia’s Ascension is ongoing and can be seen in the raising rhythm of her ‘heartbeat’ into higher frequencies, waves that many of us have been tracking for a few years now as they are an interesting indicator of ongoing Awakening.

Gaia’s frequency as a planetary consciousness can correlate to humanity’s consciousness and brain waves. She goes UP as we go UP, we go UP as she goes UP….our interrelatedness is like a dance, even the 3D experience of abuse, neglect, and disconnect that has been the dominant frequency toward Her since the fall of Atlantis and the creation/installation of the 3D Control Matrix is something that we have all learned from. Gaia is in the process of forgiveness and compassion toward us, just as we are toward ourselves in relationship to Her, and personally and collectively.

Yesterday, 4/4/2020 (4) was the opening of a powerful portal of high frequency energies, galactic/planetary/astrological alignments. Four energies are connected to making a ‘home base’ and it feels timely that our home base planet would respond to them. Many souls came together consciously yesterday to meditate during this portal, with the overall intention to raise the base frequency personally and collectively, to invite 5D/New Earth energies to move through. Many higher dimensional galactic BEings (Arcturians, Pleiadians, Sirians esp.) were WITH us in this intention, amplifying it even more.

There were some more fear-based intentions in some souls toward ‘eradicating the virus’ or ‘destroying it’, yet those seemed to get transmuted on the higher dimensional levels and the pure intentions of each soul engaging could be revealed. Some of these energies may have met and matched a ‘hijacking’ energy in the Archons/Lower 4D AI Matrix programming that is going through its own love virus rewiring and so any hijacking would have just benefited the process of that rebooting of the AI Matrix.

Ultimately, the path of Ascension is moving onward and UPward. The phases and stages of this path are messy, bumpy, require some dark nights before the dawn, sometimes necessarily painful, sometimes manifesting in death and loss. This process also seems to involve many timelines coming into ‘reality’ at once…each of us invited to choose what most resonates for us, not invalidating any timelines as all have use in this process.

Yet, the Divine path and plan seems clear. The revelation, feeling and healing of shadow, dark, fear-based energies continues. We are invited to honor these energies and these BEings and these souls as they move on to timelines/lifetimes/dimensions/planets that fit their next growth phases in a more resonant way. Thanking them for the role they have played in this duality experiment as THEY are US and we are all ONE finding our way HOME to the Divine.

The Creative Force Of Death & Rebirth That We Actually Are

When the old game gets boring and no one really wants to play it anymore, the game itself wants to die, but struggles to do so because people keep showing up trying ever harder to keep it alive.

The game itself is a living thing that takes on a consciousness of its own because of all of the consciousness that is invested into it. Money is maybe one of the starkest examples of this – a game created by us, as we mutually agree to a set of rules, and as we then try to abide by those rules, that game then takes on a life of its own and becomes a mediator of life. We speak in homage to money when we say things like β€˜you can’t live without money’, when in fact money and physical life have no correlation other than the one we created for it in our perceptions of the importance of money, thus giving it god-like status.

The money game we currently play is built on mountains of debt that are so far beyond repayable, no one wants to talk about it, because to talk about it is to acknowledge and look at the ending of the game, the end of us. Games are toppling all around us. The social games we play of showing up for people we don’t actually like or no longer relate to life in any kind of shared values is another game that aches for its end, but struggles to find. The spiritual games of giving our power away to an outside of us authority in some form of a guru-devotee dance is another. The emotional games of trying ever harder to stay away from what we really feel is another. One crumbling game is intertwined with another.

Something wants to die and it’s call keeps getting louder and louder. Something within also wants deeply to live and thrive at the same time.

How do we relate with both?

When we accept that the time for denial is complete, we move through the stages of grief, to feeling our anger, our fear, our need, and eventually to acceptance and even thriving in a new reality.

Nature demonstrates this process of death and rebirth over and over again. When we feel how life can’t actually β€˜die’, but can only change, we accept at a deep core level our own relationship to being life itself – in movement with death and rebirth.

The β€˜infestation’ of the tiny Pine Beetle in North America’s forests in recent decades is a powerful example of this. It was and still is seen through a 3D lens as a blight, a scourge, a VIRUS that is killing our precious forests and economy. Many attempts to stop its advance were made and failed. Then came along some people who were willing to look at and feel the problem from a higher place of awareness. They learned that the Pine trees in North America were and are in a state of stress brought on by the warming climate. Then they learned and proved that the trees under stress actually emit a physical sound and they recorded it. Then they realized to their utter amazement that what the Pine Beetle actually was, was likened to an agent of an assisted suicide. The Pine trees pined for their own death. The Pine Beetle heeded their call in such astonishing numbers that seemingly came out of nowhere.

I believe this so speaks for what is going on for us collectively and individually. What once felt very sustainable and comforting no longer is. Parts of us want to die and exit. Other parts of us fear death. Other parts of us so want to thrive. Only as you are willing to feel each of these parts of you are you able to navigate a truly responsible life, by your response to what now undeniably is.

The Coronavirus, whether the virus itself or the scenarios created by our layers of reaction to it answered a call we didn’t even know we were making. Playing victim to the virus and the circumstances may be the phase many are necessarily in, as they need a bringer of death to life as they’ve known it, but can’t admit it. Others with awakening consciousness see and feel that the changes and deaths are what they and life itself called out for. We are in a funeral and a birth canal at the same time. Life as we’ve known it will not be the same in so many ways.

This is the creative force of death and rebirth that we actually are. This is our next phase of consciousness evolution lapping at our shores. Holding and feeling yourself in this transition is your service to others and is your highest calling.

You get to be in your highest calling now, even sustain your life through sharing your deepest gifts of life. Just when you couldn’t find the courage to quit your day job, life came along and killed it for you. Now you get to explore what you really want now! You get to have fun and you get to play! Your day job might return, it might not, but you will be in a new flow that you longed for more than you realized.

How did we ever think it was sustainable to exchange something less than our most passionate living and loving in exchange for money? We thought that because it seemed true enough for a long time, but that’s changing now – β€˜dying’ now, as you and the parts of you that makeup β€˜you’ are called to an emergency meeting to feel and explore a stark new emerging reality.

Feeling Held By Divine Mother During Intense Life Transitions

As usual, when the world on the outside feels intense and hard to be a part of, I feel the arms of Divine Mother enfolding us all… encouraging every one of us to go back inward and start there before we try and ‘do’ anything on the outside, for if we can come from love (especially of self) and not despair or disdain in our action-taking, we are miles, leaps, infinite bounds ahead of the intensity of collapsing timelines and the pain of what’s burning up still in 3D life and conditioning.

It occurred to me yesterday that often when my own life is shifting, I end up making choices that are somehow rooted in wanting to dismiss what ‘isn’t working’ anymore or to have an energy of disdain or even despair and disappointment leading the charge. I began to feel into this as the way that parts of me have ‘had to’ lead decision making oftentimes in the past. But, what if that doesn’t ‘have to’ be true anymore? What if now I can come from a heart that is FULL of trust and love, understanding that sometimes things don’t work out the way parts of me were picturing they would, but that ultimately my soul is leading something GOOD?

And, what if this is an invitation not only for me but for others too? Because if I’m feeling it for myself, it’s definitely something that is rumbling through the Oneness that connects us all…

I know for myself that making space to go back inward and collect the parts that are feeling upset, distraught, unsure, uneasy, etc, helps to settle the energies, remind them that I am here, that they are supported, that they can trust me and trust the Divine. If I don’t feel like I can hold a candle for easing the distress they might be feeling, then I’m not taking enough space to feel myself and to create that Haven/Heaven they need to lean into inside of me.

This is the template that Divine Mother provides us through absolutely everything we face and walk out. She offers too, much much context to lean into if we can be still long enough to hear and feel Her when things feel overwhelming and hard and when life is in upheaval. Patiently she waits by our side as we pick up the pieces of our breaking hearts. Openheartedly she holds compassionate space for what we are learning to hold space for in ourselves and what we are learning to create with Her, with love, in our outer worlds.

So often, even when I’m in the middle of a deep fog and A LOT of pain is coming up from whatever part/soul aspects I’m working with, I hear her say to me, “You are finding your way…” and even when it feels as if I’m not, I know and trust that I am.

“You are finding your way” can sometimes mean we are fumbling in the dark for a while trying to figure out how to turn on the light. It can sometimes mean stumbling upon ‘roadblocks’ on our way to realizing our desires. I’ve never felt Her say to me that I shouldn’t want what I feel I want. I have only ever felt Her encourage me (and especially my masculine aspect who is used to finding ways to just ‘get it done’) to keep surrendering to the timing and the overall unfolding, but not to dismiss the dream altogether, for the ‘how’ is far less important than the dreams of the heart and the overall journey of the soul that we really cannot help but be on.

Unanchor From Being In Pain: Message From A Local Oak Tree

I wanted to take in some nature the other day, to connect in with myself more after some pretty deep emotional detox waves moved through this last week. There were several huge tidal waves of emotional and existential pieces I hadn’t felt so deeply in a very long time and it turned out that much of the pain I was feeling had to do with several Metasoul brothers who were awakening, stirred up, and needed me. They embody themes of betrayal, nobody wanting to listen to them, inadequacy, comparison to others, not fitting in, disempowerment, banishment, etc. I’ve only felt two specific β€˜brothers’ so far, but I feel like there are more.

The veil being so thin right now seems to of course bring with it more opportunities to reconcile other lifetimes. I’ve even recently felt an β€˜abusive husband’ archetype in my own Metasoul and that was a huge one to deeply let in and feel. This reminds me that during these times of the veil being quite thin, there are these opportunities to feel deep-seated soul themes that still need our hearts to hold them and our Divine love connection to help forgive and heal them. These darker themes can’t emerge within us unless we are ready for them to, so I always take this as a reflection of my progress even though it may feel absolutely crazy-making to walk out.

It’s also SO important to actually go into and feel these lifetimes when they do come forward, because it does help us understand WHY these themes are so alive today not only inside of us but inside of so many others who express/embody them, usually unconsciously, in different ways.

While connecting within and with nature today, I felt to sit underneath a beautiful, wise oak tree. I touched her trunk, connecting with my heart, wondering about sitting below her and leaning in for a while. The immediate warmth I felt was so inviting that I did just that. I felt rest and safety as I sat down in the tall grass and leaned into her sturdiness. I consciously reminded my parts and my Metasoul aspects to let in the love exchange.

The oak tree told me,

β€œIt’s time to un-anchor from being in pain”.

I felt this message not just for me but for a collective that seems to be moving through so much right now and always.

I could feel the truth of how this has been an undercurrent throughout my process over the years and how it’s steadily and surely been healing. I feel how this is the invitation for everyone who consciously chooses to keep going inward to clean house, to refine and redefine what it means to love yourself and also to love and serve others. We get to find our own finesse with our ongoing process, to be able to let in as much arising joy as we do arising woundedness. It does feel SO critical that we ALL begin to consciously hold our processes this way if we aren’t already!

There is definitely a balance between the transcendence or bypassing of soul and heart pain and the staying anchored in it.

We get to create a NEW β€˜normal’. A new baseline frequency and sense of self, life, and how love moves within us. This is a very personal journey for each of us and for each part of us along with each Metasoul Aspect too. ❀

Lion’s Gate Energy To Activate And Empower The Inner Masculine

This upcoming Lion’s Gate feels like a very activating and empowering portal. We are being offered the support to go in and access where we are still recapitulating dynamics and patterns in our emotional body and Metasoul. These cycles are looking to complete with love and compassion and reemerge into new cycles of higher manifestations and empowered, self-loving choices.

The inner masculine provides the β€˜juice’ for this transition transmission. It creates the container by which the healing and emerging can deepen. If you feel like there a block to manifesting or moving into your next phase of growth, there is a part of you that has a resistance to that.

It can be a Protector/Gatekeeper that knows what is possible if that container is created. It means you have the ways and means to get even more intimate with yourself and your shadow. It also means that you have more to β€˜lose’ if you are successful at the manifestation of what it is you truly want.

With each portal we are being shown what it is we need to go into to further this ascension process. Subconsciously we have some clue and THAT is what scares us. Going in it is what brings us to the other side, but do we have just enough worth to bring the unworth with us and see what happens?

This is a great time to feel what it is you really want out of life. Put in your Christmas list now as the Universe, and our Sirian aspects, want to give it to us! This is where it can feel too good to be true for many parts and aspects of you anchored in the unworth and scarcity.

Energy Update: Big Gaia/Schumann Spikes, Earthquakes Connection To Fall Of Lemuria, 7/7 Codes

Energy UPdate: Big spike in the Schumann/Gaia resonance today….reaching 110 HZ about four hours ago! WOW! The elevated frequency is still going on at this moment….and it’s 7/7 so more amplified codes/energies are coming IN to be received too.

The last three days have been higher Gaia/Schumann frequencies which you may have felt in your body….I experienced tightness and some pain in my head, neck and shoulders yesterday. I’m going to the ‘next level’ in my yoga practice so that was some of it, but I also wasn’t surprised to see that the Gaia resonance was elevated too as I have experienced it this way before. It’s as if the body is responding to Gaia’s shifts too….living them out in every cell and muscle.

I feel there is a correlation between the Gaia spikes and recent earthquakes in California and here in Vancouver Island. There is much energy released when these fault lines shift. I was offered by my Inner Earth Lemurian sister/guide Trista yesterday that the earthquakes are remnants from when the continent of Lemuria fell and collapsed about 12,000 years ago. The tension and even trauma from this collapse (which was caused by misuse of powers, energies, and conflict between Lemuria and Atlantis) live in these fault lines, which need to expand and stretch at times to relieve the pressure.

She said there is sometimes intervention from Inner Earth communities (for which there are hundreds of cities in Inner Earth including Telos, a city under Mt. Shasta, California) to create these earthquakes. Yet it is not for malevolent reasons, but rather to release some of the pressure on the tectonic plates. They choose areas of less surface population whenever possible to do this. It is like a controlled burn in that way. She offered that sometimes what we call “Cabal” or “Illuminati” forces are responsible for a quake, but usually they are either natural or facilitated by benevolent beings.

Earthquakes offer an opportunity to feel your Lemurian and Atlantian Metasoul aspects that lived during the fall and collapse of these civilizations. There is a trauma from this experience that I feel underlies much of what expresses as this-life reactivity, conditioned response, and even life choices. There can be a lingering distrust in the Divine and in life, and ongoing tensions about personal safety (usually expressing as anxiety about money) caused by this trauma. Experiencing an earthquake can trigger this trauma in your soul and BEing with it, connecting to your soul fragment that is living it out (usually in a repeated loop) can help to digest it.

Energy Update: July Is ALREADY Offering Rumbling, Strong Energies

Even though July is just beginning, you may already be feeling the intensity of energies that are available and ramping up since the eclipse on the 2nd…..maybe in your stomach, in your head, in your spine/back, maybe in β€˜every living cell’ that is being activated right now. The chakras connected to these regions of your body are coming more in synch with the physical and whatever is clogged, plugged, and congested in both is moving out for healing and releasing. You may be feeling sleepiness that is not explainable or addressed by hours of β€˜usual’ sleep time.

You may really be feeling these higher energies particularly in your stomach/solar plexus chakra. Your stomach rumbles and even bloats when the not quite right frequency of food/energy is offered. The more sensitive this process of digestion is on the physical level for you, the more likely that the energies are HIGH. More photonic light is available in these moments to download and let IN with less 3D food source needed. What calls to provide fuel is no longer based on cravings or comfort, yet rather about the purest energy available….superfoods, organic in-season fruits and vegetables, purified water.

The surges of energy are going to be and have already been HIGH in July leading into the peak energy of Lion’s Gate 8/8. These come in what is probably best described as β€˜waves’, as there is a sense of crest/peak and then some receding/resting before it starts over again. These energies are working directly on and with Gaia…..and Her every tectonic plate and inner crest rumbles with the receiving of them. Fairly strong Earthquakes in California and here on Vancouver Island were shaking in response on July 4th…..with an elevated Schumann/Gaia spike coming through for about 12 hours today, July 5th.

If you are used to grounding with Gaia to a certain, reliable OM frequency, this is transitioning and variable now. What you β€˜get’ when connecting with Gaia is the same sense of metamorphosis that you feel in yourself and your own process. It is the frequency of SHIFT that She is broadcasting now.

We are in an eclipse window, which always brings in stronger energies…..the first eclipse on July 2nd was a total eclipse of the sun in which STRONG energies of death and rebirth could be felt. We were offered our NOW timeline to fully feel into WHILE getting a feeling sense of our higher timeline emerging out just as the sun did again behind the shadow of the moon. The 3D self is experiencing sometimes profound shiftings inside of relationship to the 3D world they have created. Feelings of unhappiness, suffering, flatness, loss of purpose are being amplified…all 3D frequencies, are coming UP now to be felt so that ACTION can be taken.

Our next eclipse happens on July 16th, a partial lunar eclipse. The Moon should be about half-covered by the Gaia’s umbral shadow at maximum eclipse. This will be the last umbral lunar eclipse until May 2021. This feels like the Divine Feminine offering an influx of lunar energies to support Gaia in Her ongoing transition into 5D frequencies that includes a necessary phase of shadow revelation.

The ongoingly INtense energies in July will invite all of us to go deeper than we have before……into our 3D self, into our shadows, into our emotional bodies, into connection with our physical bodies, into our Metasouls/other lifetimes/timelines. This exploration will be held with MUCH love and support by Divine Mother, in whatever planetary, etheric/Divine, and even human vessel forms you most need/want to experience Her.

The Divine is turning the heat up……and She is there with Her steady heart to embrace the tender aftermath of this ongoing transformation into the NEW.

The 4th Dimensional Grand Reorganizing

Each day our Mother Earth ship takes us perilously into the Light of the Next. It is not so much the New as we have been there before. We are There Now. It is just New to the current consciousness of our 3D conditioning and protection.

Why do I say ‘perilous’?

Because to this part of us, it is so. It is being lovingly and compassionately dismantled in order to let in all that we have been dreaming of and have known to Be outside of our 3D perspective. The reactions to thisΒ can show up in a myriad of ways from physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions.

All that this transitioning consciousness used to see as real and abiding, are coming into question and many times in very painful and confusing ways. There is a 4th Dimensional Grand Reorganizing underway and that can trigger a whole list of existential and traumatic feelings.

This is a time to love this part of you deeply. To hold space for its sacred death and rebirth process. It is not a time for fighting. It is a time for feeling. You are in transition. Be kind to yourself. Give yourself all the love and support you can find both within and from others that are on and have been on the same journey. Resonance is the life blood of the new family bond.

Give Yourself A Mu Day

Yesterday I went out to a beautiful place in Victoria called Mt. Douglas where I could tap back into the tree codes and Lemurian energies that overlay and undergird this geography.

There are times when it is just so important to reconnect both with and out in nature. I was calling it Me time yesterday but then I felt the phrase β€˜Mu time’ come up while I was out. And that it was.

Smelling, listening, sensing, feeling, and letting in all the majestic energy of Mu and her delicious and loving container. Felt like going to a well for a part of me and filling back up as well as realigning and integrating.

I recorded a brief message and light language transmission to ground the energy inside of me and share it with you in overflow. I hope that you too are able to find your Mu time whether it happens outside or inside. We can connect at any time and place but it does help when we can be in nature.
