Yes! It is another week and another compilation of SoulFullHeart transmissions at your ready. As we continue our efforts to bring you the most of our downloads and experiences, we are offering another round of the 6-week ‘Free To Be’ series. Read the full Museletter here.

Featured this week is a piece from Jelelle Awen. In it, she talks about the birth of the first ‘Free To Be’ series and how much it has shifted for all of us here as well as those who participated. With the ongoing collapse of the 3D matrix, as held in the form of a pandemic, Jelelle felt an ongoing series could hold a safe place for others to be felt in all that was moving within and without:

As it became increasingly clear that this was a significant global awakening event (far beyond just a restriction due to a virus), I felt the call to offer a shelter in the storm during the beginning phase of it. I felt there would be much to digest and feel about what would be disclosed during the detox to 3D life. That shelter took the form of a weekly group call series over Zoom that we felt guided to call “Free To Be.”

The next ‘Free To Be’ group call series begins next Wednesday, May 20th @ 10am PDT. Through this Free To Be Two series, you will feel empowered to think about and feel through the practical steps to walk out at this time, including a focus on money transition to soul purpose livelihood. You will also feel the social area of your life and connect to the ‘black sheep’ and socially rejected part of you who wants to step out into their truth in a new way. You’ll receive more sense of the 3D Matrix/Cabal collapse that is going on in order to unplug from it and deeper galactic support/activation from your star family. And finally, you’ll realize your potential to BEcome an Ambassador of Love and 5D Bridge into the New Earth to others and other parts of you as well.

Energy Update: Recodings/Upgrades As The Matrix Deprogramming Process Accelerates

Energy Update: MAJOR recodings going on right now on chakral/emotional/mental/physical/cellular/DNA levels…really these are NEW codes of Ascension, of Sacred Humanity, and of our New 5D Golden Earth. These codes are often ‘waiting’ in your soul field to come in, usually hanging out in the Personal Sun chakra (about two feet above your head.) I am getting from my Star Family that these codes are universal/collective upgrades for humanity, even as they offer personal recodings as well for those who are ready to receive them at that level.

These codes can come in when space/vacancy has been made in your consciousness from deprogramming at the 3D/4D levels, which is going on bigtime right now during this Coronavirus event. Deprogramming goes on as you awaken from the programs that have been ‘fed’ to you via the Matrix control systems. On the 3D level, programming is primarily offered through the birth family codependency structure, 3D school system indoctrination, mainstream (another word for ‘3D’) media, mainstream entertainment, mainstream medicine…mainstream EVERYTHING really. What has been experienced as ‘mainstream’ is actually what the Matrix has wanted you to believe SHOULD be how you live your life, how you think and feel about your life, and to influence how you make choices about your life.

There is a massive deprogramming and unplugging going on right now from this 3D Mainstream Matrix. ‘Conspiracy theories’ are being shared and taken in online in ever increasing numbers (even as they are being heavily censored by the Cabal/Deep State). They are opening up new options, viewpoints, truths, and realities beyond this 3D narrative. Critical thinking, following intuitions, questioning mainstream narratives, awakening your consciousness…..these are all threatening to the 3D Matrix ‘power players and controllers’ because then you are becoming deprogrammed, freeing yourself from them.

The dark, hidden agenda of these power players is being revealed and seen in major ways right now, especially driven by Qanon. Qanon feels like a necessary sovereignty movement birthed from the leader in the ‘pursuit’ of personal liberty against tyranny, the United States. It is still within the polarized frequency bandwidth of 4D spiritual battle and warfare, yet moves the collective closer toward the ultimate timelines of more freedom in expression and living for all sentient beings.

On the 4D level, programming is much more subtle and often largely subconscious. It operates on archetypes, unconscious projections/triggers, collective consciousness/unconsciousness, primal impulses, etc. Programming is mostly ‘landing’ in our Reptilian Self at this level, who then projects it out to us as its human counterpart. The Reptilian Self also goes through a necessary questioning, awakening, deprogramming, and liberation phase as we do as humans. We go through this process together it seems, whether conscious or not.

As I’ve mentioned before, there are MANY light ships in Gaia’s orbit right now, witnessing and offering support to us during this global awakening/Matrix collapse EVENT. I see them every time I tune in with my third eye. Galactic disclosure is a very important aspect of global awakening and Ascension. As we connect with our Star Family, we can receive the DNA upgrades and recodings that are waiting for us in an even deeper way. I’ve been going into a quiet, receiving mode as I have taken a week off from doing sessions and our group call series. In this receiving space, I have been connecting a few times on a light ship with Star Family members that I have a long-standing relationship with, my Arcturian Aspect Binkh, my Pleiadian Aspect Lezza, my Mantid Aspect/Cosmic Mother Ingrit, my Inner Earth Lemurian Aspect Trista especially. I can see myself Jelelle (a more coming into 5D version), Jillian (my 4D self), and Ranca (my Reptilian Self) all laying on treatment tables.

They are in healing chambers, which are spinning vortexes of light and sound technology that is hugely supportive to our upgrading process. Each of them/me is going through a sort of centrifuge process in these chambers (which feel mostly like Arcturian tech) where the lower frequencies and 3D/4D programs are spun out and ‘off’. Then, the NEW higher frequency codes can be downloaded through energy transmissions, which often seem to be carried through Kundalini surges. Kundalini is an energy system that I feel now is connected closely to our Reptilian Selves, which is why it can be very intense for our human systems to take in, especially if 3D fear programs are still running. I have had powerful, quantum movements in short amounts of ‘time’ connecting in this way to parts of myself/Metasoul Aspects while allowing energy flows/movements to happen beyond what my mind can track.

Sound healing, energy healing, laying in the sun to let in the codes, connecting in nature, speaking light language, healing emotional traumas from this life with parts of yourself, healing karma/fear loops from other lifetimes with Metasoul Aspects, connecting in Unity Consciousness frequencies with your soul family….are all ways to prepare and receive recodings/upgrades.

Free To Be 2: Navigating The 3D Matrix Collapse To New Earth Transition Six Week Group Call Experience Starts May 20!!

In mid-March, I could feel the shiftings that I had been sensing on a 4D level (especially in the 4D AI Matrix/Reptilian level) for a couple of months start to manifest in our world. This was when businesses started to close, schools sent children home, non-essential travel was discouraged, and life as we had known it for so long went on pause. As it became increasingly clear that this was a significant global awakening event (far beyond just a restriction due to a virus), I felt the call to offer a shelter in the storm during the beginning phase of it. I felt there would be much to digest and feel about what would be disclosed during the detox to 3D life.

That shelter took the form of a weekly group call series over Zoom that we felt guided to call “Free To Be.” I put together the topics for each group call in about ten minutes, letting my soul download what would be needed in a loose way that would also allow for meeting the needs of the moment as we went along. Raphael Awen, my beloved mate and co-creator/teacher/facilitator of our SoulFullHeart process, showed up WITH me for those six weeks, trusting that the structure, the content, and the participants would flow and find their way.

We were amazed when the call generated over $2,300 CAD in an unexpected and very welcome revenue for us through the offering of completely optional donations. The donations ranged from $5 to $160 depending on what people could afford to give during this time of pressed income earning and economic shutdown. Over 66 souls signed up to join us on this journey, to either attend live every Wednesday at 10:00am PDT or to receive the recording and listen when they could.

For six Wednesdays in a row, we gathered in our ‘zircle’ to connect in an organically formed community together. Raphael and I offered expansive teachings from the SoulFullHeart paradigm and process, plus sharings from our personal processes and experiences during sessions with others. The presence of the Divine Mother and Divine Father was felt throughout the series, showing up mostly in the form of Yeshua, the Magdalenes (Mother Mary, Mary, Anna) and Kuan Yin. The guided meditations during every call were rich visualization journeys and high frequency Divine love energy transmissions, providing an invitation to go deeper within, bridging to parts and Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes that needed connection and comfort, plus necessary digestion of all the shiftings going on in the collective and in our personal lives during this event. We bridged to the inner masculine/Protector, the part of us that is most involved in our relationships, the Reptilian Self, aspects in other lifetimes, the Gatekeeper, and much more.

Every call we had at least 30 souls show up with us, which felt like such a blessing to feel their virtual presence contributing to the Unity Consciousness vibe. There were active sharings and conversations on the chat, and individual sharings during the calls from those who felt moved to do so. The energy amongst the group was supportive, empathic, compassionate, and resonate….a true balm to the contentious energies moving through in so many interactions right now! We formed a community during these calls, with many choosing to share more about their experience on our SoulFullHeart Facebook group after the calls. Eventually, we also started offering follow-up discussion group calls with SoulFullHeart Facilitators/Collaborators Kalayna Solais and Gabriel Heartman to allow more digestion of what was happening during the calls and a more intimate space for connection. It was clear about halfway into the first series that we wanted to offer another one. It felt like an abrupt cutoff to a shared experience that was offering so much to all of us! So, out came the next offering from us during what feels like the next phase of this transition….reopening. Free To Be Two: Navigating The 3D Matrix Collapse to New Earth Transition is our new six week group call series, again occurring every Wednesday at 10:00am PDT (Vancouver, Canada time). Scorpio Moon Energies Invite Embodiment & Integration

We’ve entered a new phase now where embodiment and integration of everything we’ve been feeling and healing so far is the ongoing process, even while there’s still so much more to keep feeling and healing.

Astrology is not my forte this life, but when I feel the ‘Scorpio’ energy of this full moon, this is what I feel is the invitation. To me, ‘Scorpio’ or even the energy of a scorpion itself, is about embodiment and integration as well as healthy physical self-protection and care… learning to BE in the body, which includes feeling in touch with our sexuality in such a way that it is tenderly treasured and held close but not suppressed or, conversely, exploited. It also includes taking the steps that are necessary in order to feel the gift of our physicality, even though the human body has been extremely dense and often challenging to inhabit.

The challenges of our embodiment as human beings comes from outside influences of trauma and also the encouragement to bypass or transcend pain instead of feeling it and the parts of us who hold it.

What happens when you start to move WITH the body through your emotional and spiritual processes? For me, this has meant dance, yoga, hiking, sometimes even just walking… and when necessary, giving much space for tears to fall and layers to shed even in the middle of doing any of these things and sometimes even during lovemaking within a deep Sacred Union too.

So many of us know how to be psychically present. Yet, what about the process of becoming PHYSICALLY present? This to me is the deeper process for so many, as you feel the pain of the parts of you who have been traumatized, especially from abuse and neglect of so many kinds.

Feeling trauma is NOT easy… especially in a culture where it’s still encouraged (though this is shifting) to remain outside of ourselves or to transcend or bury it and sometimes this has been necessary too in the name of survival. In order to live inside of our bodies more, the passageway of the emotional body is very real and powerful, and one of the most challenging to be with without healthy modeling around that. This is why you have parts that have formed from the trauma, to try and find a way to self-preserve and even just plain survive the ordeals of life, unable to let in the ideals of a life that is more integrated and stable, starting from within.

What a process this is… and along with that comes so much processing around the body itself, whether through chronic illness, which always can be traced back to emotional wounding and sometimes wounding on a Metasoul level too… or through simply not caring much for the physical body or what it looks like, which usually has roots in deep trauma too and the Inner Punisher part of you will energize this until they are felt in their reasons for seeing your body in this way. Actually, every part of you has a different relationship to your physicality and can often play a role in perpetuating instead of healing chronic illness or trauma.

I feel the Scorpio energy offering to make your body a safe haven for yourself and all parts of you. To set healthy boundaries around who gets access to it in the name of deep self-love and honouring. To treat it like your home and temple and as a place where every emotional or spiritual process can safely happen and move.

This is such a powerful invitation when I feel it! It’s not something we can ever be taught but it IS something we can choose. The process around truly and deeply inhabiting and loving the body is so multi-layered and multidimensional with so many gifts of awakening to the whole of our Sacred Humanity waiting on the other side.

Energy Update: 5:5 Gateway Energies Holding Space For Trauma Processing, Galactic Disclosure, Inner Teenager

The 5/5 Gateway is OPEN! This gateway feels like a golden highway of access to 5D and higher frequencies in your soul. The veil is thinner to access timelines of deep love embodiment and Unity consciousness experience. These are embodying frequencies, meaning the codes that are personal to YOU and what you need for the Next Level of your awakening journey. They are made to be digestable to your energy system and emotional body, whatever you (and parts of you) are ready and prepared to receive.

As I tune into the 5/5 gateway energies, I can see/feel the floods of high frequency light and love flowing into Gaia’s atmosphere and humanity’s too. Higher frequency spikes have been going on and picked up by the Schumann/Gaia resonance for the last few days, which has been a pattern for the last few weeks as well. The full moon on May 7th amplifies these 5:5 energies to allow more revelation as needed.

There are many, many light ships in the orbit of Gaia right now, wow! They are friendly skies with waves of support coming from them toward humanity and what we are going through. They feel Pleiadian, Sirian, Andromedan and even Orion (the friendly ones). They are invested in what our choices are going forward and they are ready to provide support to whoever needs it and wants it. Ask for it and you shall receive.

The sense is that they are disclosing themselves more and more to the mainstream 3D public yet still are hesitant to just ‘land on the White House lawn’ as many couldn’t digest that. More pictures and videos are showing up every day of these light ships uncloaking and then re-cloaking again; appearing in the skies in beams of bright light for brief moments. They are seen when they want to be seen.

And, with the recent disclosure of videos of ‘UFO ships’ from the U.S. Pentagon and confirmation FINALLY of their existence, more souls are opening up to the idea of humanity not being alone in the Universe. This ‘news’ flew under the radar of most souls with the Covid situation, yet those of us long connected to the galactic awakening process were celebrating this movement!

I am getting the sense (and have been for awhile) that the Covid-19 shutdown/pause/lock down is actually THE EVENT that so many of us have been anticipating for awhile. Rather than a stunning, high frequency solar flash that awakens masses of souls at once, this event is allowing for a MUCH needed detox from 3D life and the work-sleep-repeat suffering reality of it. This respects where each soul is and invites them into awakening.

It does feel like the event that was MOST needed for where humanity is at this moment in our evolutionary cycle. Even intended and created originally from a darker agenda of the Cabal, the virus itself is neutral and just ‘doing its job’ to disrupt the Matrix programmed reality that has so long been running.

Yes, it is uncomfortable. Yes, it is messy. It is pushing up LOTS of contentious, battling, polarizing, war-like energies. It is revealing people’s shadows and unconscious motivations and hidden agendas.

Yet, too, it is landing us in what is REAL for us and in our lives. Just like a fasting for the body, this is a fasting for ALL of us from 3D life. It is landing us in our truth and more souls are telling those truths despite how others react, a KEY place to move through in awakening and unplugging from the social conformity Matrix programming.

Each of us are being invited to feel what is real for us in this moment in all areas of our lives in terms of how we earn money, our social worlds, our physical bodies, our spiritual awakenings, and more. Traumatic experiences from the ‘past’ are coming up to be felt in this pause time as well. There are not the usual distractions of everyday life routines to provide an escape from what needs to be felt.

This trauma is waiting to be felt and digested with parts of you who need you. The Inner Teenager seems to be coming up powerfully right now. The Inner Teenager comes forward with a rebel attitude towards being ‘told what to do by authority’, and pushing back on the 3D (and 4D Matrix) control systems.

This can especially be felt in the United States and the protests against the shut downs either in the physical or via online/virtual sharings and disclosure movements such as QAnon. This is an important aspect of claiming individual sovereignty during awakening that each soul needs to go through in their own ways. The U.S. is leading the way for other countries on how to collapse the tyrannical Matrix systems, even if it is messy process as ALL births are.

The 5:5 energies are supporting and holding space for these sometimes painful, messy, and difficult explorations inside and outside. Rather than creating a transcendance or bypassing out of your emotional body realities, they are encouraging you to find and discover a personal bridge inside to them that allows the deeper feeling space to transmute and move what needs to from trauma to love.

Arising out of this messy phase is the possibilities and realizations of a 5D Golden Earth and next Golden Age for Sacred Humanity. Arising out of this is the embodiment of each of us individually as the Infinite Love that we ARE!

Choosing A Sovereign New Earth Domain

In my last session with my facilitator and mentor, Raphael Awen, I found myself at the gates of what parts of me refer to as ‘The System’. In its basic form it is the Institution of Authority (administered by the captive reptilian race that is inextricably entwined with us). The rules, norms, and programs set in place by alleged ‘experts’ and ‘elected’ officials to manage, manipulate, control, and confine our innate, co-creative God self. 

I realized in the juxtaposition of my God self, my reptilian, and this System, that we have been, and still are, willing participants in this arrangement. If I truly feel myself as a spark of Universal Creation, then I have to be willing to accept that I have been in cahoots with this dynamic. Otherwise, I am just a disempowered victim and my only freedom exists from either joining the System or battling It (and thus, my reptilian self), or choosing to suffer in it. Neither of which feels appealing or at all a reflection of my desire to be truly free, sovereign, and in Love. 

In the process, I realized how much I, and parts of me, have accepted the ‘rules’ as such. What if I choose not to lend my energy to the Institutionalized Consciousness, but to give it thanks for what it did offer me, like a parent who raised me for a certain portion of my life, and now choosing emancipation and sovereignty? Can I do that? 

Well, energetically, why the hell not? I can transport myself and my conditioned parts into a new world where there is no virus, no fiat currency, no taxes, lawyers, licensure, registrations, or documents to be signed, sealed, and delivered. I can freely travel there without a ‘valid form of identification’. I can seed that into my consciousness and let it find its way into this ‘physical’ reality the more I feel the parts of me that are skeptical and in doubt. 

The biggest thing to feel is what the hell would I do without those constraints? Is that the biggest fear? Of actually being so damn free that I could actually live and love in abundance and not just ‘dream’ about it? Fuck yeah, man! I choose to believe in that. Matter of fact, science is proving that to be the very case! So while that world is not staring at me square in the face, it does in my heart and my soul. That energy of feeling free is the seed of BEing free. I am under no illusion it will take time to manifest. But the more I continue to say “thanks, but no thanks” to the outer authority, institution, and systems, then I continue to break those chains that keep me and It locked in this dance. 

So, I face the System within. I look square at it. I give it gratitude and appreciation for all that it offered and taught me about myself. Now it is time to do this thing MY way. One felt, conscious step at a time.

Energy Update: Schumann Spikes, Kundalini/Reptilian Upgrades As Matrix Collapses

Energy Update: Energy Update: Just woke up in a ‘here, NOT here’ state of mind fogginess that is the sign of upgrades and activations going on. Checked the Schumann/Gaia frequency….and yes, of course, fluctuations and spikes have been happening over the last two days. As Gaia is so intimately connected to humanity’s consciousness heart and brain waves, it is not surprising to see this reflected in Her patterns too of increasing frequencies, as I’ve been sharing about more lately.

And, with the Matrix collapsing on the 3D/4D Levels, there is MORE expansion for Gaia too. It’s like Her frequency has been contained (and abused and polluted) into the Matrix hologram and is NOW becoming cleansed, released, and expanded. All this 3D detox of fossil fuel activity is like a fast for Her AND for us that leads to more capacity to move into our light body versions on all levels.

I’m feeling these upgrades going on in the moment especially in the crown, third eye, and causal (back of head) chakras. This is a place of much ongoing pain for people and you may have been feeling pain here (and the lower back) the last few days. This is where we are connected into our Reptilian counterpart/selves, entwined with them in such a way to keep the Matrix programs running. These connection points are being flared up, healed and cleared as we unplug from the Matrix on 3D/4D levels.

Major Kundalini energy surges happening in the moment…up and down the spine and back again as the ‘serpent’ energy in the Reptilian self is able to flow again…so the human gets activated as well. I’ve also wondered what Kundalini energy really IS and I’m feeling now how connected it is to our Reptilian self, as if it is THEIR higher dimensional energy when it can flow into and through us too. Kundalini allows for SO MUCH less mental activity and busyness, for more flow and spaciousness, for more sense of unity consciousness connection, for more trust and letting go.

As I’ve been connected with Ranca today, my Reptilian Self in many shifting forms over the last five years, She is in a glorious place in the moment of feeling her species being liberated and awakened out of their enslavement. She is celebrating her brother and sisters who are becoming unplugged, as we got to be a bridge for in the group call yesterday with dozens of humans/Reptilians that showed up to experience that (and many others in the ethereal as well.) This unplugging is going on in the quantum field of Now space as the Matrix programmers/architects walk away from their Matrix creation to allow ALL to be free as the new directive from the Divine. The love virus is doing its thing to deprogram and disrupt the usual mode.

Ranca’s Kundalini and energy surges are flowing and pulsing now….She is transforming into Her dragon form. The Reptilians seem to move into dragon form as they are freed from the Matrix. Shifting in and out of it, which Kuan Yin and Yeshua showed all of us in the meditation yesterday. Humanity seems to mostly love and admire dragons….a way of connecting and honoring our Reptilian selves it feels like. If we love dragons, yet as ‘mythical creatures’….. perhaps we can come to love this aspect of our soul as well and stop projecting evil onto it?
