This is day four of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I talk about the seven main areas of life as we identify them in our SoulFullHeart Process: emotional, spiritual, mental, social, physical, financial, and environmental. I share about how each area of life probably brings out a varying degree of consciousness expression from you. I explain about what 3D, 4D, and 5D are as consciousness states and how one area can be higher consciousness (such as spiritual) while another may be more anchored to 3D (such as social). In this video, I guide you in a meditation to connect with ALL seven areas of life with the guidance and help of your Inner Protector. This awareness of each area helps you to locate where you are living in a higher vibrational way and where you feel a desire to expand your consciousness. This allows for more flow of a higher consciousness state in ALL areas of your life and not just a compartmentalized experience of them. DAY THREE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Bridge To Your Higher Timeline Manifestation Guided Meditation

This is day three of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I talk about what it means to feel and BEcome your ‘Higher Timeline’. Your higher timeline is connected to the service of love for yourself AND with others. Your geography, relationships, and vocation expression support this service of love expression.

I share about how undigested emotional trauma from parts of yourself from this life and also from Metasoul aspects in other timelines can impact your ability and capacity to embody your higher timeline. These traumas can keep you stuck in suffering loops, engaged in codependent relationships that don’t support your soul bigness, and in ‘jobs’ that don’t provide an expression to serve love in a bigger capacity. Often your Inner Protector can be blocking and guarding you around the next steps of moving into your Higher Timeline self. This is usually due to fear and concern that you won’t be able to handle the digestion needed to free up access to ti.

In this video, I guide you in a meditation to connect with the bridge to your higher timeline. You connect to your current timeline and the content of it and how it feels to be experiencing it. Then, you connect to your Inner Protector to allow access to your higher timeline that vibrates and energizes ‘across’ the bridge. You then are invited to take in your higher timeline reality on the other side on many levels to digest and become it. This etheric connection to your higher timeline is actually key to the manifestation of it as well.

DAY TWO: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Protector Guided Meditation

This is day two, of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I talk more about the process of working with, connecting with, and recognizing different aspects of self or parts or subpersonalities that we offer in SoulFullHeart. I introduce you to the Inner Protector, a masculine feeling energy, warrior-like, guarded, vigilant, and loyal, in general. I have met many over the years and they seem to share many of the same characteristics and emotional states and traumas, which I share about in this video.

I also guide you in a meditation to meet this part of yourself through a visualization of visiting your ‘castle’ essence. We receive help and support from Archangel Metatron and Goddess Sophia. Their high frequencies of Divine wisdom, Divine Masculine and Feminine, Love, and help with the Ascension process opens up your heart space and supports your 5D Self. I guide you to connect with, visualize, feel, and talk with your Protector in this meditation. Opening out this connection with them leads to more negotiation and navigation of life and more open hearted experience of it.

Intentions For 2019 – DAY 1: 33 DAYS DEEPEN W/JELELLE AWEN (VIDEO)

Here it is! My first video, day one, of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I connect to the new year energies of 2019. I offer a guided meditation in which you can offer some soothing energies to detox your field (if you took in some denser energies last night), and for you to feel and see your highest timeline manifestation as it might unfold in 2019. You also feel and energize INtentions that you have for the next year in the areas of service of love, relationships, geography, and whatever else comes UP. You release these intentions ‘into’ the energy of 2019 during the meditation.

Beyond just setting resolutions that are based on self improvement, INtentions tap into your soul’s powerful alchemy gifts, your higher timeline service of love, and desires of all parts of you. Divine Sophia and Archangel Metatron join us as Divine Feminine/Masculine guides, offering frequencies of wisdom and clarity on the soul and heart levels.

You may have feelings come up as you digest 2018 and what you experienced during it as it was a challenging and catalytic year for so many souls. The guided meditation allows space to feel that too. INjoy the experience of just feeling whatever this new year means for you and to you as you move into.

Guided Meditation: Meet & Love Your Inner Punisher

One of the most difficult aspects of our healing can be coming to terms with our ‘Inner Punisher’ voice or what is frequently referred to as the ‘Inner Critic’. This voice is the one that keeps other parts of you in a state of guilt and smallness. There is a very good reason for it and it is usually used as a protection to keep you from getting hurt, as ironic as that may feel.

This part, when felt and given a sacred space to bring out its truth, can transform to a deep ally as your healthy discernment, truth-teller, and boundary-setter. This occurs over a back and forth relationship that develops and reveals over time.

This meditation, written by SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri and voiced by Gabriel Heartman, takes you to a hallway of doors where you get to meet and feel the presence of your ‘inner- punishing’ energy. Meet Your Star Family: Guided Meditation With Jelelle Awen (Video)

I haven’t released a new guided meditation in awhile since being busier with sessions and engaging in many meditation journeys during them. Yet, I’ve really wanted to offer a more public, universal one as a bridging for everyone to parts and Metasoul aspects of themselves. This new guided meditation came through as I’ve been connecting to the Lion’s Gate energies, alignment with Gaia and Sirius, and galactic consciousness activation that this offers. I know many souls ache for the reunion feelings and sense of soul purpose/soul gift transmission that connecting with their Star Family offers them. In this new meditation, I lead you through connection with your Star Family and we journey onto a light ship. This is GOOD timing with the Lion’s Gate portal opening going on in this Now…

During this meditation, I also introduce you to your Inner Protector, a part of you that has been in charge with keeping your veil of amnesia in place (including ‘abduction’ wounding experiences, which were actually visitations with Star Family.) Your Protector comes along with you on this journey to meet your Star Family on a light ship. This allows for more fluid and less resistant connection.

I also create a bridge to your Inner Child, who feels often both abandoned/separated from Star Family, plus unfelt/undiscovered abduction trauma as well. Bringing your Inner Child into your heart consciously as you connect to your Star Family allows for transformation of this trauma into magical joy, wonder, and curiousity of your Inner Child.

Embracing Your Shadow Aspects During These Intense Energy Shifts: Teachings And Guided Meditation (Video)

In this audio recording of a live Unity Meditation call, SoulFullHeart co-creators, teachers, and facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen teach and share about the geostorm energies and SOULar winds that occurred during the past week. These cosmic weather events helped to illuminate personal processes, such as galactic awakenings and unearthing shadow aspects and wounding. Physical symptoms may have been a factor as well. The invitation is to embrace these energies with curiosity and self-love. Connecting with your Inner Protector is what helps to negotiate the access into the shadow and hold space for what comes up.

SoulFullHeart Facilitators and co-founders Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri then share about their personal processes during this phase of intense upgrading. At 35 minutes, Raphael and Jelelle then lead a guided meditation to connect you with Mother Mary and Archangel Metatron, along with your Protector. You are guided to go underwater, under a lake in the light of the moon. You enter a building and pull back a veil to reveal whatever is meant to be seen that has been previously hidden in shadow.

Guided Meditation Video To Meet Your Shadow Aspects W/ Jelelle Awen

Your shadow contains aspects of you that have been disowned, put away, judged, rejected, protected, and suppressed. Also in shadow can be your soul gifts, soul purpose clarities, and your ‘power’. There are always ‘good reasons’ for this putting away into shadow based on conditioning you’ve received from 3D life and even other lifetimes/timelines, in addition to undigested traumas and karmic patterns. The Ascension process invites you to uncover, feel, and integrate your shadow aspects with love, compassion, and curiousity. Rather than bypass the shadow, it is about embracing it with self love and Divine support.

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher, Facilitator, and Author Jelelle Awen leads you on a guided meditation to connect with your shadow. She provides a space of loving support, with help from Archangel Metatron and Mother Mary for you to safely navigate these grounds, to pull back the veil to remember, and to lead this exploration yourself.
