Current Energies Remind Us That Inward Steps Come First

It has always been important… but now it feels more important than ever to go inward, becoming curious about the self, not in a ‘hunt and peck’ energy, but with an invitation to the parts of you that have been hidden and buried, yet possibly very reactive and consistently operating under and within the conditioning they have held as the only truth for so long.

Going inside is the most important preparation for the upcoming transition periods between timelines here on Gaia. We’ve been in one for a long time now, yet everything is ramping up with more disclosures and mind-blowing revelations happening. In a way, none of it compares to the disclosures waiting in the wings of your own heart and soul, speaking of your origins, both dark and light and everything in-between, bringing you back to the reality of the love you’re made of…

There are more opportunities to feel what’s ‘true’ now. In the moment, there are different sources of information on the outside that can help us understand in one sense what’s going on in the world and why, and yet there is another source of information, filling up the deep well inside your heart and soul. Sometimes the only ‘information’ you need to be informed by is what’s stirring in your heart, telling you where you need to go next inside of you, exploring the growth edges that are there. Sometimes it’s a healthy mix of outside information and an internal digestion that you can hold with parts of you. No matter how informed you are of what’s happening on the outside, there is a groundwork to lay inside for making the transition emotionally, allowing in those growth points that WILL lead you into a deeper experience of the service of love, which is the ultimate calling and the ultimate unifier for us all. If there is no ground inside of you to be able to digest the potential trauma and craziness as well as the beauty of what’s on the other side of it all, then there are many missed opportunities for growth and expansion.

Though focusing inward can be so challenging given our conditioning and how deep it runs within each of us and our parts, it is the most important step towards embracing what’s coming and in many ways already here. It is the FIRST step before the ‘first step’ that expresses outwardly with logistical choices, offering grounding for new choices that are based in the heart in tandem with the mind for clarity as needed. Sometimes only the heart needs to lead here, yet of course this can be the toughest process to trust.

I feel how I am with you in it all, as I am with me in my all, feeling the steps for me personally and the steps we all must embrace and surrender to, with nothing to really ‘figure out’, but a ton to feel and let in… and even more after that too. ❤

Energy Update: Revelation, Healing, And Integration Of Shadow Frequencies

The energies ARE personal. As personal as it gets as you ARE energy. You are a multidimensional, galactic BEing inside of a human form. You are connected to higher dimensional expressions, star BEing aspects of your Metasoul (soul source). You are BEcoming and merging with the consciousness of these star BEings from other timelines, other dimensions, other planets, other galaxies more and more in a process that is MEANT to impact you personally as this happens.

Does it feel sometimes like the ascension energies are outside of you?  The gateways and vortexes opening? The stargates activating? The sun flares and geomagnetic storms churning? Does it feel like these things are happening outside of you in a distant, vast, and irrelevant outer space with little impact on your daily reality? If so, this can lead to a sense of distancing from the ascension process and that it is less meaningful on a personal level.

All of these energies swirling around in the cosmos, all this galactic activity, is also represented inside of you. Making it personal, taking it personally, is where I feel the REAL gift of awareness about cosmic energies comes in and goes in. Connecting what is happening ‘out there’ with how it is impacting your emotional body, your process, your experience of experience leads to more self awareness and capacity to digest what is happening. Providing some context and overall picture to hold what you are living out can help with the digestion of the experience.

There is A LOT happening in the now, in the cosmos, that impacts us as a collective and on a personal basis. It is a major phase of transition for us as the shadows, the darkness, the underground and underbelly, are disclosed and exposed. There is no ‘going around’ this process as what has been so polarized during the 3D experiment needs to come back into balance. The only way is by going through it with manifestations of chaos, upheaval, and death and rebirth happening through intense weather patterns and political/social/cultural crises.

Finding our balance again requires the revealing and eventual release of the dark energies that have had so much underground influence on our culture and the formation of our 3D self AND on our Metasoul too. Making this process personal is feeling and BEing with the traumas created from all this polarization to fear-based frequencies. These traumas can remain undigested in your emotional body in your 3D self AND also in your Metasoul through repeating loops of suffering patterns and cycles and karmic binds.

All the photonic light generation activities in the cosmos creates a SAFE container for the revelation and healing of this shadow on a collective and personal level. The HIGH frequencies provide a padded room for the bombs to explode when needed; the fuses to ignite; the storms to roar….until they run out of fear to fuel them. This padded room of pure love and light is also provided to YOU as a shield from these necessary outgasses. You can connect with your safe padded place through meditation, through connection with your Ethereal guides/aspects, through commUNION with the Divine (and the Divine Mother esp.), through service of love, through BEing in relationships that are nourishing, soul resonant, through drawing the support that you need. This doesn’t mean that you transcend out of whatever necessary shadow revealing and integrating process that you need to go through. Yet, rather, you have a sense of being held WHILE you are in this exploration. You are not just becoming the shadow or the darkness OR suppressing it either (that is the old way), yet you are holding space FOR the aspects and parts of you that are overly polarized to it. You get to know and connect with these aspects and invite them into the safe, padded room of your HEART and soul, where they can finally feel safe to share, to be felt, and to BEcome something real….and, eventually, then to heal.

As you digest the shadow revelation that is happening ‘out there’ feel how it is impacting you on a personal level. Feel your reactions inside to what comes out. Feel if your ‘safe padded room of love and light’ is available and if you are using it. Feel what support you need to navigate your own process of shadow revelation. Feel the taking of it all personally and what that means for you in a way that also allows you to FEEL held by love during the process. Feel the integration that wants to happen inside of you as the shadow meets the sun of love and finally finds it way home in your heart.

Energy Update: Veils Thinning For Multidimensional Access; Personal Impact Of Collective Disclosure Process

The veils between dimensions have felt so thin lately, in the last few days especially. This thinning out by amped UP frequencies of light creates a sense of ‘being here and NOT here’ (best way I have come to describe it). The bleed through of Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes is strong right now too, if you are tuned into that. It can feel like you are walking around your life with the other lifetime energies suddenly super imposed in front of it.

Maybe you are standing at the kitchen counter and you suddenly see the bright glistening waters of Atlantis or Lemuria in front of you or you are in the light filled corridors of the spaceship with your Arcturian Metasoul aspect. You are in the ‘scene’ then of these other lifetimes with the aspects from your same Metasoul source that are living it out in the now….not ‘past lives’ at all, yet energizing now as their timelines merge in with yours. This can be an intense experience and is one of the ways that the personal disclosure process is ramping up, preparing us for eventual, everyday connection with star BEings. What has previously only been accessed by past life regression hypnosis states or near death experiences or taking ayahuasca or peyote is coming into our consciousness without any of these being necessary as we just tap into these realities as our vibrational frequency rises.

Along with this veil thinning, there is a feeling of ‘building up to something’ in the collective disclosure process. It may feel like a slow process, unrolling and unraveling at a less rapid pace then some souls may like or want. It feels like a leaking out of information, stories, revelations, rather than a one time BIG gush or flow. However, it feels like (at the soul level) it is being done with so much compassion and consideration for the collective and at a rate and pace that our consciousness can handle. For those souls very attached and connected to (still ‘fused’ to) 3D life and their 3D selves, the disclosure of the previously invisible and hidden shadow energies in the government, entertainment industry, suppression of star BEing connection and technologies, etc. will be difficult to digest….truly shocking and very upsetting. It will literally feel like the ‘end of the world’ for them as it is the collapse of the world that their 3D self has known and found beloved.

Even if you have long been aware of disclosure, been on your own awakening path….you may feel this shock and upset too rumble through you as it does in the collective too. Rather than staying in a ‘cave’ and remaining at high vibe ALL the time, I feel that those of us who are called to serve love are meant to bridge for and to the newly awakened. The main way we ARE this bridge is by being open to feel what there is to feel in reaction to what is happening for the collective. To feel compassion for others even as we offer heartlines and lifelines to navigate through and out of the fear-based fray.  To feel how we have aspects of ourselves that are connected to the 3D world and NEED us, no matter how high up we may see and feel reality. If we were truly meant to JUST be at high frequencies all the time, we would not have chosen to serve love and to be here in a human body with Gaia at this time of such intense transition and change.

The collective has an emotional body too…I like to feel it this way even more than that there is a ‘collective consciousness’, which also feels real, yet ‘collective emotional body’ has a more visceral, relatable sense to it. We are ALL connected to the collective emotional body; we are ALL impacted by it. We feel what the collective feels. The degree and depth that you can feel this depends on how awakened you are to your own emotional body and your Metasoul expressions that hold unity consciousness/one mind frequencies. You may have pushed away from feeling the collective as you differentiated 3D from 4D, as you left the ‘mainstream’ to find your own soul stream. It is not about going ‘backwards’ in your consciousness here, yet about being open and responsive to what remains inside of you that is triggered by the ongoing collective experience of disclosure and ascension. Remaining open in this way to your own process allows you to be truly compassionate in response to what is happening for others.

As I offered in a previous writing about this, you are invited to connect YOUR own personal disclosure process with the collective one. Your disclosure process is the revealing to heal of shadow; the exposing of toxic patterns that harm you and cap your soul bigness expression; the identification and eventual integration of 3D aspects such as your Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Child. Disclosing what still exists in your emotional body (and soul) that anchors you to 3D reality, then connecting with it in a conscious way. The veils are thinning to allow a higher vibrational consciousness into your field, so you can remember and eventually kNOW again your own multidimensional, galactic, and Divine self. So, that we all can potentially kNOW this again. Experiencing this essence while in the human body seems to be a new phase/step for us, as previously we could only access these states while out of the body. Added onto this is the invitation for the collective to come along in this ascension process, each soul choosing for themselves what means growth for them. It is the ongoing process of BEcoming and arising into sacred humanity, together discovering what this means in lived out form…..as a collective AND as individual soul sparks too.

Illumination And Disclosure Through Crisis And Chaos

Disclosure is happening on all sides and inside too… the thing with crisis is that we have needed it. We have needed it in order to illuminate what’s been happening inside of us and also in our relationships and the people around us. There is nothing like a death in the family, for example, to bring to light the true colours of parts within each family member – how you respond to each and every event in your life, is a chance to look into a mirror, no matter how extreme or intense the event is. What parts of you would rather pave over, pretend isn’t there STILL, even though it is staring you in your very eyes, is a choice that often leads to more drama, more crisis, more chaos. It’s not about going down the road of self-punishment, either… so many do this, often without realizing this is what’s happening on some level of their being. Often this inner response is so ingrained that it just feels normal.

This response is what spills over into a lack of genuine compassion for others who are walking out the crisis too. This response is what keeps you from feeling others AND yourself in a deeper way.

Whether you feel you are a lightworker or not, there is so much to let in around what real compassion looks and feels like. Anything that is dismissed as ONLY ‘victim mentality’ or ONLY anything else, is a black and white conclusion that does not serve love in the way your most genuine heart intends to. Others are suffering and their parts need to be felt inside of the pain before they can heal the victim within. Spill-over of self-punishment and criticism frequencies is something very powerful to watch and feel for, happening in the wildfire raging within, coming from parts that feel the crisis environment and aren’t sure how to be with it…

There is so much to be discovered within, within, withIN… there has been so much need for drama and crisis as more disclosure takes place and there will likely need to be some more because the light it casts into the darkness is the most powerful gift we could be given during these times. It does feel like eventually we won’t need this chaos anymore, and indeed we will draw it less individually if the chaos is felt and heard and healed within… one felt step at a time.

Energy Update: Collective And Personal Disclosure Process Underway Offering Important Mirror To Us All

The disclosure process is underway. All of what seems like a BIG mess happening on the global stage, world events, and even weather patterns is all an important aspect of ascension. This disclosure process is happening on both the collective level (conscious and unconscious, awakening souls and NOT awakened yet) and the very personal, intimate level too. What has previously been hidden in any way becomes exposed as Gaia continues Her climb, transition, moving into New Earth, New And Improved Gaia-ness. Higher vibration frequencies and energies can’t cover over….they are like the sun seeking out the shadows. They shine their love light bright to illuminate what has been in the dark and reveal what has been shrouded.

So many awakening souls have been looking for signs of disclosure beginning. They have been waiting for the curtain of the 3D matrix ‘out there’ to be pulled back and the ‘real’ to be exposed and shown. Maybe you have claimed your role in this collective disclosure process too…as an advocate, truth teller, and waySHOWer. The corruption, manipulation, power games of the wounded masculine in both men and women have found roots of expression, serving as a mostly invisible ungirding for much of the 3D world. These roots are starting to be dug up now, names being named as the reigns of the false kings and queens and their empires start to fall, and those who were previously ‘kept’ quiet finding their voice.

The collective disclosure process has much to run out and through, many layers to reveal and heal. It will be a shocking and traumatic experience for those souls connected and attached to the 3D matrix as it begins to crumble, dissolve, and collapse in front of them. The ‘world’ that their 3D self has invested in will be declaring bankruptcy in the currencies that matter the most in New Earth: transparency, integrity, and authenticity. It feels unfortunately likely that some souls will leave their bodies, unable to handle and adjust to the shifts and changes. Some will go this way and perhaps they will be offered an alternative timeline and planet to play out the rest of the growth experience needed in 3D reality. I don’t get a sense of a definitive split happening here into two parts or bifurcation, as others have offered. It just feels like there are too many variables here with so many individual free will choices to be made by so many souls. The ultimate choices of love over fear in every moment lead to the highest timeline playouts is what I have been offered around this. ‘Highest timeline’ is both different for each of us AND unity consciousness draws us like magnets to each other to form soul family communities based on 5D or New Earth frequencies.

As collective disclosure happens, you can gauge your own inner disclosure off of it. What reactions come up in parts of you to what is exposed and revealed ‘out there’? What needs your compassion, and feeling of it? What has been formed in your shadow out of necessity that is difficult to see and be with, yet deserves your attention? Because we are ultimately ALL connected to each other, it may be surprising to you the reactions that come up in your emotional body to what happens collectively, even if you have known and been awakened to the 3D matrix for awhile. The disclosure process is MEANT to be both collective and personal. It is meant to shake UP and shake out. You might need to track the news (finding sources that work for you at an energetic level) so that you have some sense of what is happening as it offers a mirror for what is happening within you too. Many of us stopped connecting to ‘mainstream’ news as a necessary choice to unplug and to pull out of the false presentation there. However, now, mainstream is shifting into a transitional stream and some connection with it may serve you in feeling yourself and feeling others too.

Holding space for the inner reactions, feeling where they come from and why, seeking out support and guidance when needed….these things can help navigate the rumbles that come from your deepest inner grounds becoming exposed. As we become more porous and attuned to higher vibrational frequencies, we actually become much MORE sensitive to collective energies. This means we feel more compassion in a personal way related to what others are going through as we feel it more for ourselves at the same time. Feeling compassion at this level (beyond empathy….we need a new word for this) is a sort-of merging sense. Merging with other to feel what they are feeling WHILE still remaining an individual consciousness.

I have come to call this, ‘conscious duality’. I experience this deepening as I gain more access to my multidimensional, higher frequency aspects and their access to unity consciousness downloads to me…..and through many years of working with my emotional body through integration of my 3D self and 4D self aspects too such as Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Child, Soul Guardian, Metasoul/other lifetime aspects, etc. As I know myself at such deeper levels can I then FEEL and know others at these deeper levels. We are meant to FEEL what is happening here with the disclosure process, especially as it relates to our own. Choosing Your Own Timeline During This Phase Of Disclosure And Change

It’s a ‘choose your own timeline’ kind of reality in this now of so much transition and change. Choosing the timeline of 3D reality where life goes on as usual, with routine, without self or outer inquiry, with acceptance of what has been presented as truth without question….this is a choice that many souls are making for their own reasons, connected to their journeys here. Choosing the timeline of waking up into soul awareness, questioning what you have been taught and sold and conditioned into by 3D reality, reconciling what you have been programmed to be (by your soul’s choice) and who you REALLY are….this is the awakening choice that MANY more souls are making as the collective ascension process moves forward.

If you are choosing to relearn or really newly learn the conditions of the world and the power structures that are operating in the shadows….this can be a heartbreaking process to your 3D self to learn that the previously trusted leaders and government are playing out so much shadow, mostly coming from deeply fear-based and oppressive frequencies. REAL shock sets in as your eyes, heart, and mind open to the realities that mainstream everything has hidden from you. This is a phase of awakening, this truly WAKING up phase, and conscious disconnect from the collective fear-based matrix. It is messy with purges of OUTrage coming up and out, needing to be expressed, finding a voice for the parts of you that feel suppressed. This is a 4D phase as well and souls are also choosing to serve as leaders/healers/teachers during this ‘wake up and shake up’ to help others to integrate what they are learning.

As more global disclosure happens to reveal the shadow side of the 3D ‘power’ structures and also the Star BEing alliances that exist on many levels, more souls will be invited to move from 3D into 4D. They will be invited into the clashes of awakening, smashing against the ‘rocks’ of conditioned reality, and potentially guided out into the open ocean of their own sovereignty again. The Divine will be THERE to guide them, love them, feel all the parts of them that are in turmoil, disbelief, shock, shut down. Souls like me, my beloveds, and others will be there to hold space for the transition that we too have been through and are going through still…serving as guides, beacons, and support to navigate the reactions in the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual bodies.

It IS a messy time ‘out there’. I experienced a touching piece of global ambassadorship work yesterday as I etherically connected to the ‘frontlines’ of what we could call the Cabal (fear-based power structure) versus the Alliance (previously fear-based power structure that wants to change, wants redemption.) I don’t feel there are any really ‘versus’ or ‘against’, yet this is the shadowy aspects of duality that we have been playing out for so long that to exit it is to go through it. There was the sense of much activity on the ‘frontlines’…no direct violent action, yet much tension between the two ‘sides’ as they sort through how to proceed with a disclosure process to a public that ranges from completely asleep to newly outraged to long disclosed.

I offered love, forgiveness, and bridge of peace to the leaders of these energies (their higher selves mostly) and felt some of it go in. I can’t kNOw that these etheric efforts ‘do’ much of anything but my heart felt lighter to have offered love even to the darkest of energies. When I have engaged in ambassadorship like this, always do the BEings/souls ask for forgiveness for their fear-based, violent actions.

The Divine response I feel inside to them is that they are ALREADY forgiven. I remind them that they are just carrying out their very difficult role amongst the grand playout and they’ve forgotten that they made this agreement. ALL of it has been negotiated on the soul level and they have chosen, for their own growth, to ‘play the role’ of the ‘bad guy’. It is profound to feel this message go into them, usually bringing up rare tears, and also out and through me as it always helps to ease any fear that might come up inside of me.

Whatever our choices during this time of intense transition, ultimately we ARE forgiven for them. We are always invited to choose the higher timeline, the love-based choice, and, yet, we all have our own soul journeys to go on. If you are called to serve love as your highest purpose during this time, know that you are DEEPLY needed right now. This service of love can come through most strongly when there is an overflow of self love from your healing heart/soul/body/mind. Choosing your own healing AS a service of love is also much needed and does seem to impact positively the collective too.

Hope, Light Language Communication, OpportUNITIES In The UPComing Eclipse: Messages From The Latest Crop Circle

So much hope, possibility, communication of galactic messages in light language, balance of masculine and feminine, shadow and light…wonderFULL energy from this latest crop circle!! The solar eclipse coming UP on Monday seems to be offering a broadcast opportUNITY as it unifies us all with its energy and invitation to feel the shadow temporarily pass over our usually consistently shining source of light and warmth.

An opportUNITY to go within and, therefore, to bridge from the youngest aspects of our self and emotional body WITH the most galactic, ‘ancient’ aspects and frequencies. Where there has previously been split, amnesia, veil and fog is becoming more illuminated and revealed. What has been forgotten is being remembered. This is not always easy and can be very painful even as we let in, let go of who we thought we WERE (even in what was felt to be our highest expression) to integrate more of our soul’s legacy and our heart’s reality and then arise anew from there.

I still get the strongest feeling that these works of heart and soul art are created by an alliance of Star BEings and humans, coming together to choose the symbolic representation of the most urgent and pressing messages and sense of what it will BE like when we are consciously and collectively united again through the disclosure process. These circles open portals and create bridges too…… physically grounding into Gaia’s very soil and connecting with the highest realms of cosmic energies while opening our hearts on the most personal levels too…

Disclosure Process Is Accelerating: Message From A Recent Crop Circle In Cley Hill

“We are ascending through a collective experience of disclosure that grows from within.” I was offered THAT during meditation recently by my guides. I was in a pretty high UP place energetically in which it becomes difficult to mentally track what I am experiencing and being offered. It becomes challenging to even remember much of what I’ve experienced and, very often, I pass out/crash nap as some kind of ‘rewiring’ is going on to really let it in beyond my conscious mind. ALL of this makes it challenging to write about and share what comes through, so I’m going to ask for help from my guides to help me out here and clear through the fog.

I started this meditation/journey by focusing on and letting in the latest crop circle that appeared in England sometime during the night of July 17, 2017 to be discovered on July 18th. Of course, this date ‘pings’ for us as it offers a sense of portal or gateway…..7/17/17….THAT is a lot of seven energy. Rather than go google what that means, I felt to check in with my guides about the crop circle, the message it offers us, and the significance of the date when it was offered to us.

I felt myself swirling around in the various sacred geometric shapes offered in the crop circle and I really FELT them and let them into my heart rather than tried to mentally understand them. I had a wood cutting of the flower of life figure on my third eye with an amethyst to help with this experience and a metatron’s cube cut out on my heart chakra with a rose quartz on top of it. I like the physicality of these shapes on my body and feel them much more this way in combination with the energy of the crystals. I haven’t ‘read’ anywhere to do this, it’s just what has felt natural and good. Whatever works and doesn’t harm anyone is my sense about these things. NO real RULES in meditation or when connecting with guides and higher self guidance.

The pyramids in the crop circle felt like alchemy, change, death and rebirth…..forces of change peaking UP and coming through. They also felt like gateways that can be ‘activated’ from within and of course represent the going UPward of our consciousness as what happens during ascension. The merkaba is the spirit light body, the vehicle to multidimensional travel and such a well-known symbol of the ascension process. When I felt the one in the crop circle, it was a collective merkaba, one that is available and possible for ALL of humanity.

The collective merkaba offers the sense of our multi-dimensional essence and aspects, including Star BEing and angelic aspects/guides. The message came in strong then (fortified by the flower of life) that ascension is for ALL of humanity. Not just a select few choosing a higher timeline reality. Not just for those polarized toward love and light. It didn’t seem to mean that we NEED all of humanity in order to live New Earth in the Now as that is each of our individual choices toward love and not fear. Yet, the invitation seemed to be to remember that we are ALL ONE, so even when it feels like we are going a different way from so many souls in mainstream consciousness…..on another, higher level, we COULD all go together, we are ALL invited to come along, and we ARE all ascending if even one of us is.

The symbols that look like eights actually turned into the infinity symbol….elongated and stretched out, seeming to offer an invitation into our Infinite Love and Infinite Awareness sacred human essence. The infinity shapes (six of them) are side by side with six circles. This felt like a representation of the Infinite Circle of Life that lives in each of us and for which we are connected and sourced from. Along with the infinite possibilities available to us ALL….again, the energy was of a collective invitation to experience this sense of the Infinite inside of each of us as the Source of our existences.

And then, Metatron says, “There’s my cube!” or a modified version of it anyway and seemed proud of this and surprised. I asked him then who offered this crop circle to us and he replied, “Some friends. And friends of friends,” and then winked at me. I got the sense that the gift and message of this circle was not just from benevolent Star BEings/ETs who are waiting for us to BE more ready as a collective to begin the disclosure and connection process….yet, also, humans who are in the ‘know’ with the star BEings and working with them toward this end. I’ve heard this called by David Wilcock as The Alliance, so it could be that.

The sense of humans and star BEings ‘working together’ was a sweet one. Metatron shrugged a bit at the awe these crop circles produce as, in another way, it’s fairly ‘simple’ technology from a Star BEing perspective that creates them. Like that movie, The Gods Must Be Crazy, where the natives go crazy in awe over a coke bottle since they’ve never seen one, so we humans ‘go crazy’ when presented with something in our 3D reality that is NOT explainable by current science or the prevailing worldview of five sense reality filtering. At the core of us lives the indefinable mystery for which we are made and long to return and a deep sense of curiosity gets triggered by ‘unexplainable’ things like crop circles.

I LIKE that we can be awed though and I felt how much LOVE was in the offering of this crop circle too. The use of such obvious sacred geometry is like a bill board loudly announcing that the process of disclosure of Star Being reality is accelerating and collective ascension is continuing to be underway in the NOW. The main energies I felt were hope, Infinite Possibilities, and a deep, abiding love for humanity spiced with an acute eagerness to begin the collective collaboration process that WILL change our lives for the better and for all of the galaxies too!

I feel that this crop circle is also an invitation for each of us to meditate on it and hear, feel, see the message from it that we are meant to receive. It could be deeply personal for you in this phase of your ascension or it could be more a collective message or vision, as I received. No messages are ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. The main sense is to trust that whatever comes is what you are meant to receive from your higher self and multidimensional aspects as you feel into ascension through the collective experience as it continues to bloom and grow from within.

Energy Update: High Vibe Energies Are Supporting Personal And Global Disclosure

The waters are receding. The image I was given in mediation today was of each of us being an island whose waters are receding back to reveal more and more of the land mass beneath it. The waters are the veil of amnesia and forgetfulness and unconsciousness that we chose, as a collective consciousness, to place over ourselves. We became like individual islands, or believed that we were, creating an isolated and separate experience of reality. When actually, as we move into 5D frequencies more and more, we remember that we are ALL connected as one, like a piece of land that has no ending or gaps or drop offs. We remember that there is nothing actually separating us from each other and it was only an illusion to feel that we were.

As the waters recede, you have more access to remember, feel, and connect with our soul legacy or what I call our ‘Metasoul line’. Because time in higher dimensions is not linear, you are invited to feel that rather than past lives, you are a fractal from a higher frequency Metasoul source with many projections off this source living out in different ‘eras of time’, dimensions, and even planets. You can gain great information about yourself by connecting with your ‘Metasoul brothers or sisters’ and working toward mutual healing together. In my experience of this conscious connection process with myself and offering this with others, karmic patterns and even very deep soul legacy play outs can be healed in a quantum way with complete resolution and integration.

As the waters recede, you also have more sense of the deeper woundings that been suppressed in your emotional body. In the past, your emotional body may have been largely subconscious to you with awareness coming only in moments of emotional reactivity, crisis, or turmoil. The fluidity of bridging to your emotional body becomes possible through connecting with aspects or parts of you that have solidified into ‘stuck’ frequencies or energies due to undigested emotions. Some of these parts express as the Inner Protector, Inner Matriarch and Patriarch, Inner Child, and many more. This is the ground that we hold space for in exploration during session space in SoulFullHeart as well.

 

So MUCH of our 3D world has run on deception, manipulation, deceit, lack of transparency, and non-vulnerability. So much of its manifestation has been fed by fear. These lower vibrational frequencies only sustain when we are disconnected from our soul bigness, our higher heart, our sense of Oneness connection, and our connection with Divine Source. They have ‘ruled our world’ because they were meant to for a phase of time, for the phase of ‘Dark Ages’ that we all signed up to experience, as these energies needed to be purged from humanity’s collective unconscious. We have been collectively experiencing a Dark Night Of The Soul, even as many of us are waking up into a Light Day Of The Soul phase as our next Now.

Your ability to hide much of anything from yourself and from others is greatly being challenged by the influxes of love and light waves flowing in from the Divine. The light invites you to illuminate what has been in shadow within you and bring it into your awareness and consciousness. The PURE love invites you to embrace what has been previously judged, suppressed, and resisted within you to heal the fear-based frequencies INside and transmute them into love.

Affairs of ANY kind become impossible with the high vibrational frequencies that are being offered to us now. Withholding becomes unappealing as the truth wants to just burst through your opening heart and your expanding soul. Self deception and deception of others runs out of ground inside you as the cost to the heart and soul is too great. The games that you could previously play with others (especially those in your birth family) are no longer interesting to you.

This seems to be mostly felt on a personal level in this phase, yet it does feel like it will be a more global experience as well and that it is already in process. Disclosure is happening more and more of the 3D matrix control system that has been in place and the lower frequency energies of deceit and deception that have kept it running. Many Star BEings previously polarized to fear-based frequencies (commonly called Archons) are leaving Gaia and choosing either to BE in love or to BE in fear somewhere else. Much shadow will be coming to ‘light’ and some of it will be potentially very distressing to emotionally digest, especially for those souls who are still very attached and ‘fused’ to 3D consciousness. Some people will not ‘survive’ this disclosure phase and choose instead to leave Gaia and their bodies.

The more that a personal disclosure has been occurring in your life through the awakening process, the less it will impact you as the global disclosure occurs. The more transparent you have been in your own life, the less it will affect you as the lack of transparency on a collective level is revealed. The more you have let go of 3D conditioning and lifestyle, the less it will rumble through your world when some of the 3D systems collapse. The more you have energized and chosen a love-based life for yourself, so this higher timeline will unfold for you.

Surrendering into the process of personal disclosure is where your empowerment is, rather than focusing too much on the global play outs. Going within to explore the inner terrain that is being revealed to you offers the most opportunity for growth. Surrendering to the bigger container of Divine love that is holding the process allows you to go within, leading with courage the exploration of this new inner landscape that is being revealed to you. You become like an explorer then, seeking out the next and the next NEW terrain inside. You invite then others to do and BE this WITH you as you connect to the Oneness energies of Infinite Love for which we are all connected and BElong and ARE!

Collapse and Disclosure As A Reflection of Our Inner World

Disclosure is a hot topic in the 5D universe and beyond.  I have not delved as deeply as my SoulFullHeart friend and mentor, Raphael Awen, but I have taken in a bit and have wanted to feel it from a more contextual level.  It is easy for the masculine/linear side of us to go into the deep details as there is some incredibly fascinating information being unearthed.  So much has been hidden from us in regard to our contact with star beings, repression of technologies, and the influence of darker forces that have been at the helm up until now.  

In 4D consciousness there is a deep anger and resentment at all that has occurred.  Many people have been in the Disclosure game for a long time.  They are the messengers that have worked tirelessly to get this information out there.  There is a lot to react to.  For me it began with the story of Collapse.  The one that picked up speed after the 2008 financial crisis.  So much was happening before then but that feels like a pivot point.  There are other stories before then as well but that could be for a later discussion.  The time of Collapse in hindsight feels as though there was a collective internal collapse happening.  The structures that we were trying to hold up inside were no longer finding any solid ground to support it.  The thread of our collective tapestry was unraveling and the world was not behaving the same anymore.  There was a big outbreath of WTF?.  

More people began to wake to the reality that there was a charade going on.  But since as above, is below there must also have been a truth in that for each of us individually.  It feels reflective of a false world inside of us that was created in response to the false one on the outside.  We all created together because we just didn`t consciously know better.  But somewhere deeper we did.  We cannot play victim to it as then it takes away the power that is inherent us all.  We created it and we had to collapse it.  We couldn`t bare it anymore.  

Individually, this represents a time when we come to an awakening inside our emotional body.  The mental body just loses its grip.  For the wounded masculine, this is a very difficult process.  It has been so used to suppressing its emotions for the fear of feeling it.  I get that this is a general statement and not meant to cover individuals.  The power structure outside did its very best to hold up the house of cards, and so has the wounded masculine.  But this is was a great event!   It has helped to wake up even more men, and women, to the nature of our circumstance.  The realization that there is something happening inside us that was put to sleep in the control matrix.  

Now we are in the throws of the Era of Disclosure.  Another awakening into the deeper machinations of what has been going on behind the veil of deception.  But I feel it important to emphasize we have co-created it in order to learn from it.  This keeps us empowered.  We are not only hearing of a trove of information about technologies and alliances, we are learning more about the nature of our Reality.  Forget about economic collapse.  This stuff changes everything!  If we look at this time as a spiritual Disclosure, we can see that we are being shown how amazing we ARE and that we are a part of a vast experience that expands the territories of our limited consciousness.  It is more than social justice, it is social evolution on a galactic level!  So with each piece of information that is being shared, it is like a ray of light that is entering our BEing to upgrade our current operating system.  This new `information` sends up old emotional congestions that need healing for integration that opens up more space for more light and love to enter our true sacred, crystalline bodies.  

But it is not an easy process.  A  lot of this energy may not be ours personally and it can feel like we are moving mountains.  As men, we have tended to be a bit less connected to our emotions, so this back up can be a difficult one for some.  I feel it at times myself.  I have done a lot of work to clear my block and open my heart as much as I can but there are still things that come up and may still but it is all about how vulnerable we can be in each moment so we can heal all the block inside.  This is what we do daily in the SoulFullHeart community.  I don`t mean we are suffering. I mean we are feeling ourselves and what may come up for ourselves that need attention and process if needed.  There are many ways that we administer this healing to ourselves and with each other.

So for many men, Disclosure is first a mental digestion, then an emotional and spiritual one. This is the 4D Man.  The man who feels that there is inner work to be done, to embody more of his 5D or Cosmic Sacred Masculine.  As one who is on this daily path of continued healing, awakening, and embodying, I offer my heart and experience to those that are feeling that rumble inside.  That palpable discomfort and excitement  from disclosure.  The veil continues to lift each day and we will find ourselves in new territory as human men, and of course women.  More will start to surface and if you need help navigating that I would be honored to serve that.  Thank you for all the work you are doing now during these times as it helps us all to heal faster and easier.
