Energy Update: Craziness Timelines Illuminate Need For Healing Of Inner Polarities

We are entering into some ‘craziness’ timelines recently of heightened polarities and clashing dualities. These craziness timelines can bring in frequencies of distrust, suspicion, manipulation, and anxiety for us to see and feel on a collective level as they play out and yet personally too in our emotional bodies and Metasoul lines. This craziness is not judged as bad or evil by the Divine, just a reflection of the shadow that LIVES in us all as a by product of this 3D experiment into separation that NEEDS to heal and be felt. The Divine Feminine especially aches for us to heal this craziness inside of ourselves and in the collective too.

One of the ways craziness manifests is when your emotional reality inside doesn’t have a place to land in your external reality. Part of you, especially the Inner Protector, then create barriers and blocks to suppress your emotional reality, to cap your reactions from flooding into your life and with others. Part of you (what we call the Inner Punisher) can then judge your emotionality and your multidimensional capacity too as ‘being crazy’ which DOES create a sense of being crazy inside you that is reinforced by 3D culture and relationships. You are then comPARTmentalized inside and as you relate with your life, where certain expressions are deemed acceptable or unacceptable depending on the environment as parts of you adjust yourself to ‘fit in’ and ‘shrink in’ with 3D frequencies.

The Mother codes that recently activated with the two Supermoons in January want you to reconcile the craziness within yourself that has been created from the suppression and compartmentalization of your vulnerable feelings, authentic truth, expansive capacities, and genuine essence. She wants to hold space for your inner reconciliation of all aspects and energies of yourself WITH love.

Reconciling comes as you sometimes need to clash and bash into this craziness within relationships with others that draw these energies out, putting them ‘in your face’ for you to respond to and digest through them. You may have noticed an increase of craziness in your relationships lately or a sudden heightening of this frequency and drawing others that project this energy on to you. There is often a lot of unconscious projection going on here, where the other person is not conscious of what you are triggering within them or who you are actually representing for them from their ‘past’ or seeing that their reactions are a mirror of themselves. You may not be aware either of the depth of projection on your side, yet, as you connect more with parts of yourself it becomes easier to feel this and source it. You can then ask parts of you what is ‘really going on’ at the deeper emotional body levels (and soul timelines as well) that are coming forward and being triggered by the other person.

As you become clearer about this as connected to parts of yourself, you can then hold space for yourself, separate from going onto and analyzing the other person’s ‘side’ of things (which is usually a diversion from feeling yourself), and feel what is real for you. You can separate the craziness frequencies inside of you that are just parts of you that want and need your love and attention. You can feel if you want the other person to be in your life or not; what is healthy for you and what is not; what serves your self love process and what takes away from it. Healing the craziness polarity offers the balance of feminine frequencies of intuition, stillness, compassion, and forgiveness WITH masculine frequencies to take action, advocate, and set healthy boundaries. This is a HUGE healing that is necessary on a collective level as feminine and masculine have so long been ‘against’ each other rather than in dance with each other. This ‘against’ on the inside is another source of craziness.

This sacred union process begins from within and is sourced from the inner polarities healing between one part of you to another as you become more conscious of this. Your inner masculine drops the judgements, the guardedness, the defensiveness as it becomes more compassionate action, clear boundary setting, and wise guidance. Your inner feminine can then lean into this masculine without being diminished or suppressed in any way.

The beautiful dance of healing polarity from within offers unification and goodness…a lived in sense of wholeness and your BEing expression of Infinite Love in sacred human form coming into more and more balance!

Energy Update: Loving Anxiety Into Trust As Timelines Collapse

Anxiety and distrust rumble in the belly, in the third chakra, in the solar plexus of the physical, and the gut of the emotional body too. They can burn and churn there, feeling like a constant tension that rarely eases or loosens its grip. Or anxiety flares up when love comes in and floods the usually well guarded places….when love ‘sneaks in’ beyond the Protector and the risk of getting hurt increases greatly. Anxiety can just BE so consistent inside of you, your emotional body, your chakras, that you don’t really feel it anymore or are conscious of it anymore. It just becomes like a background noise that you hardly ever notice.

Current ascension energies of light, of love, of illumination, of surrender are pushing up these frequencies of distrust and anxiety to the surface to be felt and healed and moved. These energies are making you notice also as they rumble through the old timelines of your life and start shifting you into the New. You may be experiencing a fresh flow of this and wondering, “Where is this tension coming from? Where is this anxiety coming from?” These Divine energies (especially from the Divine Feminine) support the asking of these questions and the answering of them too.

The answering can come from going within, to feel the sources of anxiety within your Inner Protector, who may be maintaining a near constant vigilance ‘against’ life bringing other parts of you any more hurt or harm. In this anxiety-fueled protection though, love can also be filtered out and the healthy digestion of the Divine’s love that wants to come into your BEing and water all parts of you too (including the Protector!). Your Inner Protector also may be keyed into and connected to persecution frequencies in your Metasoul field that are playing out in other timelines. These are not ‘past lives’ at all but energizing in the Now. These timelines can create a constant tension in your energetic field (again often centered in the third chakra) as an energetic bleed through moves through of the battles, the persecutions, the betrayals, the violence….whatever storylines your Metasoul (Higher Self Soul Source) is playing out and involved with. It can be challenging to connect with anxiety because the vibration of it often can’t settle down enough inside of you to receive love and connection. Situations and relationships in your life may push up MORE anxiety (in ongoing suffering/anxiety producing loops) and the whole ‘system’ repeats itself over and over. To connect with anxiety is to extend BIG self love to the energy of it, to feel the part of you that holds it and why, to become BIGGER than the anxiety and distrust. You become then a bridge for Divine frequencies to flood in, bringing more trust , surrender, and love to all the tense places.

I can feel anxiety quite easily in others and acutely, due to many years of healing mine through parts work integration and Metasoul aspect unification. I can feel the vibration of it in others, it is a distinctive tone….because I have felt it in myself. The first part of myself I connected to that had acute anxiety described herself as “Being as tense as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.” THAT described perfectly the extreme tension that lived and breathed in this part of me that had ingested so many volatile frequencies during my childhood that often led to harm and abuse. Through feeling her and many other parts that held anxiety (also Metasoul aspects that live in highly stressful and dangerous timelines), I have been able to relax so much more into trust and surrender to the outcomes of life and trust that Divine love was holding it all.

It’s feeling like the current energies (which seem to have a Dark Mother or catalytic death-rebirth vibration to them) are illuminating what the sources of anxiety are in your life and inviting you to let them go. I have discovered that the biggest source of distrust comes up within relationships of all kinds. Our original hurt and wounding happened in relationship and anxiety stems mainly from the fear that hurt will happen again and the distrust in any sources of love with the projection that they will hurt you again.

The timelines formed around relationships, especially those you are consciously unhappy about, are being rumbled with love so that they will collapse and you can move into the new….with the relationship intact or not. THIS can certainly push up anxiety too as it can be challenging for parts of us to trust that letting go of something will actually lead to something good and different.

The Divine Mother can hold beautiful, still space for anxiety to finally rest inside of you and Her energies are strongly here and have been since the start of the year especially. Calling on a connection with Her brings a soothing balm. Anxiety just needs love ultimately to allow for more trust and surrender for the ongoing navigation of all this shifting, changing, and growing into MORE love.

Forgiving Yourself, Opening Up Your Higher Heart W/Divine Mother

“You are already forgiven. You are forgiven at the level of your essence as it can only BE love. You are forgiven for your motives as they can only return to purity. You are forgiven what has been judged by you as dark or sinful or destructive or harmful as ALL of it has served a purpose in your journey back to Love. You are forgiven for your distrust and your push aways as it is a necessary phase in the process. You are already forgiven…..NOW, begin to forgive yourself.” ~ Divine Mother

To forgive yourself is to feel the parts of you that struggle to feel these tones of forgiveness from and with the Divine. To become a bridge of forgiving compassion to ALL aspects of you, even the ones in shadow or the ones that have done and been ‘dark’ things; even the aspects in other timelines that have led wars or started battles or killed many people or been persecutors; even the ones that bring up initial fear and resistance to you to acknowledge or BE with.

Going onto your inner battlegrounds and forgiving all the players that you find on the field. Offering the reflection that there are always ‘good’ reasons for the choices in the bigger picture, in the higher sense, from the perspective of the Higher Self, and related to your soul’s growth. Showing these parts of you and Metasoul Aspects/Other Timeline Selves that they in their Divine essence are NOT dark at all and NOT evil either. Being curious about what their actual essence is beyond what they have done or been involved in. Inviting them to be vulnerable and share with you their deeper hurts, pains, and fears.

The Inner Punisher may be the part of you that is leading the charge of ‘wrongness’ message about you. This part of you may judge harshly and without love what you have done, what you have been engaged with, what your soul karmic patterns have been. The Inner Punisher TOO can be offered forgiveness for its judging as it has just been the product of a 3D environment that supports inner contention, distrust, and polarization in this way. Often, the Punisher is the one that needs forgiveness the most, yet most resists it. This Inner Punisher eventually becomes humble discernment, heart-based intuition, and wisdom. With the love or your forgiveness, your harshest critic can become one of your biggest allies.

This is the self forgiveness process that opens up and continues to expand the Higher Heart. The Higher Heart connects us to Unity Consciousness, which becomes challenging if you can’t feel Unity within. It opens up the flow and capacity to forgive others, which is actually often easier than to forgive yourself. You may extend to others a forgiveness that you cannot to yourself. This flow can be turned inward and needs to be in order for the transactable love that comes from self worth and overflows out to others inviting them into compassion, understanding, and forgiveness together.

Divine Mother frequencies are so helpful to support your self forgiveness process. “Forgive me Divine Mother for I feel sinful and like I have sinned, like I am unforgivable somehow” and you will discover that She already HAS forgiven you and all parts of you. You let in that She never sees you as sinful or as a sinner at all, yet a magnificent BEing that is learning, growing, transforming, and BEcoming love once again. Warmed up by this connection, you can offer this forgiveness to all parts of you in a flow that heals and soothes and acts as a blessed balm.

Inner Child, Star Seed, Inner Teenager Healing – Day 32: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 32 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about the Inner Child, Star Seed Child, and Inner Teenager parts of us. I start with the Inner Teenager, who seems to be in your teenage bedroom, guarded by the Inner Protector. The Protector is often the guard at the door and is also very protective of the Inner Child as well.

The Inner Child part has more 3D-based frequencies of hurt and shame that come from this life trauma. It takes time, patience, and negotiation with the Protector to connect to the deeper frequencies of the Inner Child because it is highly guarded and usually very shy/suppressed.

The Star Seed is the frequency that the Inner Child transmutes too as the hurt and shame heal from 3D experiences. The Star Seed is often holding wounding and trauma from being ‘abandoned’ by star family and also pain from ‘abductions’, which were actually star family visits. The Star Seed transmutes to wonder, curiosity, connection with star family, galactic heart opening, and eventually ‘sits’ in the center of your Merkabah or Light Body Vehicle.

Healing In The Light Of The Blood Blue Moon

“Every moment acts as our eclipse, our convergence, and our celestial wonder.”

Standing beyond the gates of this past super blue blood moon has me reflecting on what it meant to me personally and collectively. As with each arising doorway and portal we are being asked to feel. To take stock of what is moving inside of us and where we ultimately want to go….what we want to choose and create for ourselves. The rarity of this celestial occurrence had many of us looking toward the heavens for many different conscious reasons, but under it all we were all seeking more, wanting to feel and let in more. We are staring at the wonder of our own being and presence and calling it as we see it and feel it.

I don’t know if it mattered whether or not we could actually view it or not. It was occurring. It was offering and inviting. It had a message and gift for us if we were willing to feel it. With the internet, those of us who weren’t in range of it could see it and take in its majesty. Those that are much more attuned didn’t need to see it as it could be felt in the cells of their being. We are (cell)estial in nature and are very much connected to these events in some shape or form.

So what did you choose?

I took the time to reflect on my own personal process and feel the rumblings of all that had led up to it. It offered a sacred space to take in what was being messaged to me and what is wanting to shift and heal to continue this ongoing process of transmutation and ascension. I felt the “levitational pull” as if it was a poultice acting on my emotional body. I felt it activating wounds that were in the womb of my shadow needing to be brought into conscious awareness through the relationship with others. It was as if the moon energies were conspiring a dance of circumstance and challenge to bring me to an edge of something in much need of mirroring.

As we begin to come together in ways that are being orchestrated in the higher realms, we will find in that gathering a desire and resistance both. We are being separated and drawn together in ways that are meant to bring us more clarities about our inner depths. We were wounded while in relationship, so we can really only heal within it. The parts of us that have been in our own “witness protection program” are going to be invited to go to the lineup of our trauma and feel what they are meant to heal so that we can transform that stuck energy into Love and Compassion. For ourselves and others.

As we heal and integrate these unfelt and unhealed fears inside of us, we shall be able to see and feel more of the higher nature of these events and energies. They are calling our humanity and divinity both. We don’t have to wait another 150 years to see that inside ourselves. We have every moment that acts as our eclipse, our convergence, and our celestial wonder. You get to make whatever you want of it that leads you to the next fork in your road, or portal in your travels. You are the magic and the magician as well as the healer and the need of healing….in the womb of your wounds by the light of your super blue moon.

In today’s video, Day 31 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I guide you in a meditation to bring in the frequencies of the Blood Blue Supermoon Lunar Eclipse of January 31, 2018 – the first one in 150 years. I guide you through in the moment integration of these codes into your chakras and especially your higher heart. The higher heart chakra is an important one connected to Unity Consciousness and ascension to fifth dimensional consciousness.

I speak light language that feels to be from my Lemurian Metasoul aspect named Rae-Na. I linger in the higher heart to guide you in feeling your higher heart; how open it is or closed; what its pains are; what is aches/desires are. The higher heart activation leads to unification with all aspects of yourself connecting in love, compassion, curiosity, ambassadorship.

I also offer about the shifting from primarily processing energy through your third chakra (personal will) and to processing from your Higher Heart (service of love self). Archangel Metatron comes in to represent the Divine Masculine (the sun). Goddess Sophia and Mother Gaia come in to represent the Divine Feminine (the moon and the earth.)

Energy Update: Body Toxicities And Clearings Coming Up As Supermoon Energies Increase

You may be feeling these incoming Supermoon and Eclipse codes coming into your body already! This could be flushing up, bringing up, and purging up what needs to be let go; clearing toxicities out of your ‘every living cell’, as I’ve been offered this ascension process is doing and offering. I am hearing from people that they are having more intense experiences of FLU symptoms, nausea, sore throat, energy/heat surges and flashes, headaches and overall body pains and tensions, ‘INfections’, congestion, and more since the first Supermoon at the beginning of January.

The pattern of experiencing this physically often goes along with cosmic events, such as portal and gateway openings, to reflect what is happening in our inner cosmos too. Yet, the upcoming Supermoon, the second one this month, plus an eclipse is A LOT of Divine Feminine energy to digest into our energy fields and, therefore, for our bodies to receive too.

These Divine Feminine frequencies are coming in to offer illumination and revelation. She is holding the space for deaths and rebirths, transitions and shiftings into the new, exposure of shadow frequencies in hearts and souls and bodies to receive healing under the light of love. This process seems to include what has been ‘stored’ in the bodies and in the chakras (which are intimately connected to the body and all of its organs and cells as we ARE energy.) Our bodies are the densest aspect of our BEing by necessity as they form our ‘earth suit’ of survival here. Your Inner Protectors can ‘fuse’ to your physical bodies, as they are supported to do by 3D conditioning. This part of you can often feel that they ARE your body without much connection to your more expansive consciousness. This over identification creates a layer of resistance and fear that is sourced within your body.

Most Protectors seem to be ‘based’ in the third chakra or solar plexus/belly area or personal will chakra. The third chakra can be our main 3D energy processing chakra and we are now moving into processing energy/reality through our higher heart, which seems to be a blend of the fourth or heart chakra and the fifth/throat chakra. As the third chakra is receiving new codes of healthy self empowerment and surrender to the Divine, toxicities come up to be removed, often manifesting in nausea and even vomiting. As the higher heart starts to receive energies, it can seem like it is ‘burning’ too and the lungs kicking up and coughing up toxicities as well.

It does seem to help soothe the body to connect with your Protector directly to feel what their concerns and fears are about the ascension process. OF COURSE they may feel attached to 3D life and the processing grounds through the body that they have become familiar and comfortable with. Inner negotiation with this part of yourself can OPEN up more surrender and trust to the process and lessen the body symptoms.

Connection to the deeper feelings coming up in your emotional body that then manifest as body reactions also often gets to the ‘deeper’ causes. Rather than just writing all body symptoms off as ‘part of the ascension process’, being open to feeling what is going on and BEing with it allows for them to clear and move. Other things that seem to help soothe these symptoms of code integration and detox are connection with the Divine Mother/Divine Feminine guides through meditation; listening to high vibrational solfeggio music; cleaning your chakras and activating your ascension chakras; feeling what your body wants to eat and what it no longer can tolerate; taking in sunshine (more codes yet it seems to help with integration as you surrender to letting them in); and grounding to Mother Gaia through a grounding cord connection. There is an aspect of this body detoxification and purging that is JUST part of the ascension process. It represents ALL the toxicities we have taken in living in 3D reality; all the densities and layers that parts of us have needed to create and cling to in order to survive here. Holding with surrender and curiousity what is manifesting in your body, even as it is temporarily uncomfortable and even painful, allows for a self loving space for the experience and the eventual INtegration.

As these masculine parts of us rest, then the feminine can arise. It is usually embodied in our Inner Teenager, who is guarded over by the masculine. Our Inner Teenager holds our waiting to be initiated healthy sexuality; latent emotional maturity; soul gift expression capacity, etc. Kalayna shares about her process with her Inner Teenager and the Protector.

We also talk about the layers of wounded masculine that we’ve been conditioned to in 3D culture and receive as templating from our birth mothers. To heal these layers is about connection with the Divine Mother and receiving new templating of authentic femininity.

I wish you could SEE yourself as I do. That you could SEE your light that wants to glow, show, come through every living cell. A star in human form, walking around star shine BEAMING, and star dust stuff in your every molecule of DNA.

I wish you could FEEL yourself as I can. That you could feel your precious human heart that is the JEWEL of your species, that which makes you a beacon in all the Universes. Every tear containing the codes to unlock compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and empathy. So many levels and layers to each feeling!

I wish you could BE yourself as I perceive you to BE. That you could be authentic without hiding, conforming, shrinking, or denying to anyone or anything. Your self consciousness or self judgement held by parts of you could be released and healed and your TRUE self FREE to BE in all moments.

I wish you could REMEMBER yourself as I remember you. That you could remember you are a reflection of Divine Source, that you ARE Infinite Love in human form. I wish you could SERVE yourself as I serve you. That you could serve love TO yourself and all the parts of you that need your compassion, care, and re-parenting. That you could serve love to all the soul aspects from your Metasoul that are hurting, in trauma, suffering, all alone, existing in many timelines. ~

I talk about how this message is an invitation to your 5D Self to show up and see yourself as these higher dimensional BEings and the Divine does. This message is an invitation for you to share and serve love TO you and parts of you AND from that overflow, then, WITH others.

Parts of you start changing how they see themselves because of the mirror you show them, which is in more alignment with how the Divine sees you. I talk about the Inner Punisher part of you that may flatten desires, dreams, and filters your ability to see and feel your own bigness. This part is created due to our 3D culture that judges, contends, criticizes, and compares. Often the inner judging/punishing is a defense and protection that is going on inside of you and these energies are internalized to ‘put you down first’ before someone else can.

So much projection can be put onto God, the Divine, Angels, etc. that comes from a punishing energy inside that is projected onto the outside, saying that you need to be saved, redeemed, etc in order to be worthy of connection and access to these BEings. The message I’ve received and share here is about how big you really ARE, not broken, not needing fixing, and that the Divine wants to celebrate you remembering this. This message doesn’t have a punisher in it, doesn’t make parts of you feel shame; it is something that is based in love.

I also talk about transactabilty and relationality with the Divine and Guides and how much they want to ‘land’ and have their message go out. The gifts go both ways without anyone ‘losing, without a cost or with someone as the victim or ‘something bad’ happening. In 5D relationships, no one loses anymore and everyone (and every BEing) gains love!

Moving From Caterpillar To Cocoon To Butterfly – Day 7: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

I didn’t know this would be my topic today, but I had a lot of fun going full into a metaphor for the awakening process with the analogy of the caterpillar becoming a butterfly! In today’s video, Day Seven of my 33 Days Metamorphosis series, I talk about Metamorphosis – the process of transformation during Ascension. I compare the caterpillar to the 3D self, with its destiny just spring loaded inside to become a Butterfly, as it is in our DNA to become what we are meant to be as sacred humanity.

Your 3D Self caterpillar goes into the cocoon to bake in soul juices and soul frequencies. This creates the 4D Self…this is often experienced as a Lone Wolf Phase, cozy cave, and going into the void…..it can be a consciousness of frustration, wanting more than you currently have. 4D is not just a peaceful cocoon; it is also a mess and thrash, death and rebirth.

Cocoon phases can look and feel very different for everyone. Some are experienced within sacred union and community, as I have signed up and designed for myself. Or, it could be very important for you to be alone and in more isolation as you pull away from 3D relationships. 3D relationships are about comfort, safety, familiarity, and playing roles with each other. Staying in ‘locked in’ reality, not a lot of ‘play’ or to room to arise into anything new. Your Protector aspect may actually be ready for something new in relationship, while your Inner Teenager could be holding on.

Moving out of the cocoon phase and more into your Butterfly self happens not through force but through love in the form of soul family support, your Higher Self/aspects, the Divine, getting to know parts of you yourself, and you too!

This video today reminds me of a writing that I shared last month about becoming your Butterfly self!

“You are outgrowing that previously necessary cocoon. That safety place to bake, to ache, to create. That place removed, sometimes isolated, sometimes feeling dark void space. No longer able to be in a lesser 3D ground where others may be more comfortable meeting you there, even as you are growing taller than their imaginations can imagine yet.

You have been surrendering to the process of BEing the transforming caterpillar until now. Tucked into the birthing space, sometimes gestating, sometimes thrashing, sometimes searching for a deeper and wider understanding. Sometimes missing your precious forms, shapes, and ways that were in the known. You are becoming more comfortable in the unknown and in the space where Infinite Possibilities pose no obvious limits.

You are BEing created as you are creating the life and timeline that you most want and desire. The timeline shimmers like a mirage in the distance, yet it comes ever closer with every choice of love. With every choice to love even fear, even darkness, even denser, even differences. The timeline of your highest purpose to serve love comes closer with every shift of heart from comparison to inspiration; from judging to compassion; from taking to sharing; from polarization to unification.

You are BEing created as your Butterfly Self….to eventually emerge, to burst out of any kind of safety or limits, to always be growing. You are BEing the metamorphosis into your arising Sacred Human in fleshy form. You are ready to be born. You are ready to spread your wings. Now, you are ready to FLY!”
