Ah, I’m so excited to be doing my first solo live stream on my Facebook feed tomorrow at 3pm CDT!

I hope you will join your heart and soul with mine as I share about my current process working with my Inner Masculine and offer some ways to be in this process yourself, especially if you are a woman, based on what I’m learning and experiencing. Of course, men are welcome to come too and I’m sure the women would actually LOVE to feel you there with us! So much of this could absolutely apply to you and your own explorations of your masculinity as well.

The wounded masculine wants to be transmuted… it wants to ascend with us and be loved. It is an energy that has been in the forefront for SO long, yet in any moment we have the opportunity to go within and feel our own contribution to this collective energy. It’s another opportunity to love ourselves, ultimately, and LOVE our conditioning, which IS the way to transmute it for good! Also, even as women, we do need our Inner Masculine energies to really collaborate with us as we lead what we’re meant to lead and find our Queen-ness in response to life and to a Sacred Union mate too.

It’s in my heart to hold this as an opportunity for a Q & A experience for everyone and to share transparently about what I’m feeling within myself, so bring along your questions, comments and personal experiences and let’s talk for a bit.

How To Draw Your Soul Mate & Masculine/Feminine Balance Guided Meditation (Videos)

Two videos today bringing in the subject of inner masculine/feminine relationships to reflect on ‘outside’ relationships too! ~

One question that comes up very often to me is “how do I draw my sacred union soul mate?” I talk in this video, after being in a sacred union for ten years now with Raphael, about how there is not an easy answer to this question yet rather the core of this goes back to experiencing a sacred union from within. Sacred union within is a balance, depolarization of the masculine and feminine aspects/parts of you so that you can draw/experience this on the outside with a mate.

The other question that is often asked is, “How can the relationship that I am in become more of a sacred union?” I offer in this video that the ground of sacred union is difficult to arise in long term unions as the fusion/merging with different parts often runs so deep and subconsciously. This is esp. challenging when one partner is awakening and the other is not. This often represents a part of you that you have suppressed or put in shadow.

Drawing a sacred union soul mate is also to let go of unions and relationships that are less than that. Letting go of isn’t what you want in order to let in what you do.

Also, to feel and heal the templating that you received (and parts of you took in deeply) about what a relationship IS from your parents, plus what it means to be a woman or be a man. This templating seems to hugely impact what you experience and draw as relationship experience.

In this audio recording of a live Unity Meditation call, SoulFullHeart co-creators, teachers, and facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen teach and share about what has happened since the 5/5 Gateway and how it provided the support to embody your 5D self.

They talk about their own personal processes of embodying more of their soul gifts and how the post 5/5 energies are providing everyone to feel and discover their own gifts. SoulFullHeart Facilitators and co-founders Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri then share about their personal processes during this time and how it has affected their relationship together and within themselves.

This is done at the ocean with a full moon shining which represents the masculine and feminine energies. Energy Update: Strong Star DNA Activations And Star Family Connections

Wonderful frequencies today for going in, especially if you have been busy all week, on the go, and working. If you’ve been serving love, you need the recharge of higher frequency connection to recalibrate and move out any toxicities that you took in that weren’t yours and yet needed to come in and out your heart space.

Galactic activations are just SUPER strong in the last two weeks. Activation of our star DNA is happening at an accelerated rate. We are remembering our multidimensionality in this activation and also that much of our genetic code is not human. So many of us are ‘hybrids’ in this way with roots and origins in so many distant and not so distant stars.

If you are less able to feel this galactic connection, it may be that your focus is rightly on your emotional body, this life integration. Or on unanchoring your 3D self that much more from the traumas of the past that still need to move and let go. Or, there could be abduction wounding undigested and not accessed, yet still in your field, as I suspect is true for so many of those souls ‘ahead’ of the collective curve in ascension.

Connection with your Protector can allow for this opening to remember and feel the trauma that these experiences can cause your Inner Child and other parts of you. These were meant as nourishing soul family visits and calibrations to help you BE here as an ambassador. Yet, our 3D fear-based filtering conditioning labels them as ‘against our will’ and, to parts of us, it can certainly feel that way. More about parts here:soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts

Embracing ALL, even this wounded reality from these visits that felt like abductions, is what opens UP the access to your galactic self again. BEing curious about your roots as connected here and to your purpose manifestation is critical to feeling of these woundings. Embracing all that you have judged as ‘alien’ or ‘negative’ or ‘wanting to take over’ opens up the communication lines again to your star family.

Standing in Gaia’s orbit on a light ship with my star family around me during a meditation visit this morning, I can feel the majesty of Gaia and of us too. I can feel how the phase of disclosure is progressing. There may be coming some temporary ‘shut downs’ of 3D everyday life systems in order to reboot the whole thing into a higher frequency. This may include some temporary shut down of social media platforms such as Youtube, Google, Facebook, etc. This may include shut down of banking systems too. This is not meant to induce fear, yet to show that it is ALL up for regrounding into new sources of love for which it was originally offered and intended. You will receive specific guidance on how to prepare and navigate this as you ask for it.

I felt such reassurance of our progress in what we came here to BE and do. That ALL is progressing as it should and is meant to, even when it seems as if it is NOT. Connecting to, embracing, and eventually accepting our Star frequencies AS a human, within our bodies, integrating this into ALL parts of us allows for this deeper foundation of trust and surrender to arise as we become our galactic selves.

We are held and supported with much love by many loving BEings around the galaxies. And we can experience this in a very personal way….in our hearts, in our souls, in our coming into WHOLENESS in ALL ways from within.

Ascension Energy Integration Teachings And Guided Meditation W/Raphael and Jelelle Awen (Video)

These high light energies in March and extending into April are recoding and rewiring us, our emotional bodies, our soul consciousness, the every living cell of our bodies….so much ACTivation in these frequencies to bring us up to a new consciousness level in everyday living experience! The INtegration of these activations is such an important phase of letting in, receiving, and allowing.

In our Unity Meditation call on Wednesday, Raphael and I offered teachings and perspective around integration and the CHOICE that this is to let in these codes/activations/energies/upgrading. We talked about the part of us, the Inner Protector, that can be resistant and fearful to letting them in and create blocks that limit, divert, keep you in suffering loops, etc. Read more here about parts and Metasoul aspects: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts

Then, we offered a YINtastic guided meditation that brought in frequencies of Divine Sophia, Mother Mary, and Gaia to ease you into a letting in place, to connect you with the codes that are just waiting for you in your soul field, and to begin bridging to your Inner Protector to allow more receptivity. It was difficult to stay awake for us during the meditation and it seemed that most on the call fell asleep or got VERY peaceful letting in the energies.

One beautiful soul who attended the call commented to us afterwards, “I feel this deep space in SoulFullHeart groups where everybody’s higher selves and divine parts are sitting in the room making a huge “space” for loving supportive energies to come through everyone… It’s like having the “best of” everyone’s gifts. Deepest gratitude again for what everyone showed up with. Raphael and Jelelle, you have never felt like such a dynamic duo in tone of voice and guidance and balanced love transmission in the meditation.”

It did feel like a beautiful transmission frequency of feminine balanced with masculine inviting us to let IN. The recording is below of the teachings and guided meditation. I got much clearer during this meditation about what I am calling the ascension chakra vortexes that are forming to seemingly replace as an upgrade the previous seven chakra system. Here is the description of this video:

Jelelle Awen guides you in a meditation to bring in and connect to the current STRONG ascension energies of March 2018. You may fall asleep, feel emotional, feel quite activated or kundalini energy moving through. Jelelle introduces you and connects you to what she feels are the chakra Sacred Human vortexes that are forming in response to the Ascension process, to replace the previous outdated 3D/4D seven chakra system. You connect with your Personal Sun Chakra, about two feet above your head. This chakra is part of the ‘Sun Chakra Vortex’ that includes the merging of the Personal Sun Chakra, Soul Chakra (about one foot above your head), Causal Chakra (behind your head), and Crown Chakra. This chakra vortex provides inspiration, higher timeline possibilities, and Sacred Masculine Activations. Jelelle also shows you some hand positions and even yoga poses to connect with these chakra vortexes.

You connect next with the Higher Heart Chakra Vortex that includes the Crown Chakra, Third Eye, Fifth/throat Chakra, Fourth/Heart Chakra and Third Chakra (that moves from personal will to service of love based). This is a big piece of Ascension and in the energies that are being offered right now from the Divine. You connect your Personal Sun to your Higher Heart to activate your Galactic and Unity Consciousness Heart.

You then connect to your Gaia Chakra Vortex that includes your Third Chakra, Second Chakra, Root Chakra, and Earth Chakra (about one foot below your physical feet). You feel the grounding cord that connects you to Mother Gaia’s energies in all moments. This chakra vortex allows for the grounding of Divine Feminine energies into your ‘lower’ chakras that usually so need them.

As you connect your Personal Sun to your Higher Heart to your Gaia chakra vortexes, you can then feel your 5D Sacred Human template becoming activated and pulsating with love. This is an overlay and template that more and more becomes YOU as you embody your humanity and integrate and ground the ascension energies into your body.
