Information Is An Invitation

We are always downloading, integrating, feeling through information coming in, data parts of us area seeking, answers to questions that may or may not be the ‘right’ ones, but are answers for now, at any rate. Parts of us and Metasoul Aspects too, are searching and finding, seeking and hiding. We are feeling this in every moment as we move through life, embody our Ascension, and heal our way to a higher vibrational way of BEing in life (and in LOVE).

What we read, hear, digest, can only ever be an invitation. The mind looks for doorways and the soul seeks out the paths, sometimes even those that aren’t well-worn at all, yet have some sort of signposts showing a direction or two that can be taken. All of this though, this is all in invitation. And it’s up to us how, when or if we ever choose to wander in wonder through these openings.

There are so many who write and speak of what they feel they ‘know’ and with an energy of ‘this IS THE truth’ and ‘if you don’t believe this, you are doomed’ or worse yet, ‘you are one of THEM…’. It’s not the information or download itself that is in question, for we are all given data to digest one way or another, yet it is the charge with which we offer each other our insights and downloads that bears some transmuting from within.

I checked in with myself about this in meditation this morning. I checked with the Divine Mother too, my beloved guide and source of undying, absolutely infinite love and holding of my worth. She offered this piece about everything always being an invitation, for nothing can be forced. We cannot force each other to follow along with what we’re feeling and being, we can only invite and let go. We can only go inward if we feel something other than invitational energy coming from us towards others. This has been a big part of my personal process over the last several years, and I think for most if not all healers, this is a deep and necessary place to go. We are all gifted, so much so, and have such amazing abilities to tap into and share much that is based on what we are feeling, being downloaded, and above all, experiencing. To really take a sober look at where we are coming from when we do all of this, takes courage, a great deal of self-love, and a desire to deeply and truly love all of humanity.

“It can only ever be an invitation”… I feel these words ring so true and warm inside of me. I feel the freedom they offer, that She offers, from feeling confined to the knowingness of others. I feel the permission to lean into those teachings I feel are resonant, which for me means more and more that these teachings must come from a source that has done much inner work in order to truly and deeply ring true inside of me, and, I feel how this permission is really about an invitation to lean into myself, to feel more trust in my own ‘sources’ of information inside of myself, that are always available if I ask and intend to hear and feel them.

May all of this go into you and your own parts as an invitation, not a mandate. Wow, so this is basically an invitation into an invitation… that feels enlivening! ❤

Keep Feeling, Keep Wondering

We are always at the edge of our own largess no matter where we are on our journey as long as we keep feeling and keep wondering.

Feeling is the root of our true knowledge. It guides you and delivers you into the world of experience…the precipes of what parts of you have been afraid to walk up to and stare into. The deep chasms and dark caves, as well as the highest vistas of what you are actually capable of inhabiting because of all that is at stake in doing so.

These experiences are both ‘this’ life and from your metasoul lives. This life wounding is informed by the inner parts of your heartmind. The places you got hurt in this dimension. Your metasoul is a vast planet of experience that acts as your own Akashic record embedded in your DNA.  The other Now lives that hold so much of your spiritual and emotional wounding from the fall of Atlantis to the far off reaches of the galaxy. The only qualification you need for access is curiosity and the willingness to heal it…as well as the negotiation of what we call your Gatekeeper, the guide turned guard of your expansive inner universe. Kind of like a Soul Librarian.

This curiosity leads to feeling, which leads to healing, which leads to wonder. The reverence of what IS, what has been, and what is possible keeps this wonder alive as well as the desire to know and feel More. The continued reaching at the edges of your own inner universe as it collides and dances with others in intimacy to feel and see more of what you are all about…what you are capable of and meant to BE.

The only thing between you and Creation is all the places you hid your selves. Your pain, your fear, your power, and your love. This is the journey and path of recollection and remembrance. Putting it all back together again taking one curious, courageous, heartfelt step at a time.

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life- Spiritual Growth Process

In this video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Gabriel Heartman interviews SoulFullHeart Co-creator Raphael Awen about his personal journey through his spiritual growth and how it affected his practical life in regards to all other areas. His journey exemplifies the transition of each of the 3D, 4D, and 5D selves in relation to spirit uality.

As a young adult, Raphael deeply immersed himself into the Christian faith as his expression of divine service. As he began to see and feel a disintegrity among those he had so felt were leaders, there was a thinning out of all that a part of him had held as the infallible word of God. This led to a letting go of the religion but not to a deeper spirituality. He was also led to draw boundaries with those that were a deep part of his social circle along with a marriage and daughters that were not curious about this epic change of faith.

A new journey of spiritual and emotional awakening and expansion of consciousness ensued with his participation in a group called EBE where he met Jelelle Awen. This experience along with the departure from this group brought Raphael to feel a call to lead something new in co-creation with Jelelle that offered something completely unique to what other spiritualities offered. A new relationship to God within, along with an ever expanding universe of guides and metasouls that have inspired his continued spiritual growth, all mark a path that is dotted with practical sacred choices.  

I felt these words by Raphael really summed up what practical spiritual ascension means for us has human beings: “Life is duality and choice, and the drama and the stories are all about traction points. What do you feel about that? What is moving in you? Are you tempted to the stasis? Life is not about stasis. We can work really hard at maintaining it but life pops you out at the other end.”

Current Energies Empower Us To Feel Our Choices Within

At any time, you get to push the ‘reset’ button. You get to start again. You get to wake up in the morning and realize that life can become new, can arise for you anew. That the people in your life can too. And that there are many choice points along the way that make this come alive and help YOU come alive again, too.

The only thing that seems to keep us from doing this, letting this in, is what we have still to feel inside of ourselves that really doesn’t trust these choices or see the possibilities in our daily reality. Parts of us that want a quick-fix, get frustrated when everything they’ve tried hasn’t worked or seemed to work (or at least not with any staying power), and then the bottom falls out of our motivation to be IN life… to be a vital part of each relationship we have, especially to ourselves. Or, parts of us get frustrated with simply not finding the solution, not feeling genuinely guided or templated for, not feeling comfortable to be in this skin we’ve chosen as a vessel for our 3D come 4D experience here on Gaia. And THEN the bottom falls out and we are left with quite a bit of inner flatness and apathy.

We get to choose. We get to choose to do and be something different, to have a new approach, to try a new way, a new lens too. We get to do all of this and perhaps that is the very essence of free will. We also get to choose NOT to choose, which is still very much a choice. We can opt-in to our inner power and do the work we need to within, or we can let parts of us continue to opt-out of this invitation to heal and continue on in the same patterns we and they have been used to.

We get to decide our approach to life and to healing. What we don’t really get to choose is how and why our pain surfaces, as this is a collaboration with life and the Divine that we cannot shake off, no matter how hard parts of us may work to keep activity and positivity in place. We get to choose our healing paths and whether or not we fully show up for whatever place we’re at in our lives. We get to lead or follow as much as we want to, as much as parts of us want to… for in the beginning of feeling your parts, you begin to realize how much of your life has actually been a result of the choices parts of you have made, and not necessarily choices the most authentic and raw YOU would make.

Whatever the array of choices are that you make in one day let alone one lifetime, the deepest choices are often the ones that help us look, feel, notice, and heal. These are the choices that don’t ever flatten us out but bring us closer to ourselves and the lives we have truly, most deeply been wanting to live and LOVE. To feel where and how these choices show up for you and within you today feels like the most important revelation you could take in and the biggest, most magical experience you could ever have. ❤

The Gifts Of Intimacy And Sacred Union

Our biggest mirrors lie in our most intimate relationships, especially those that are romantic. That which lies in the deepest shadow places can really only ever be seen and felt in those connections whose dynamics bring us to the edge of our defenses and vulnerability. We get to  feel the depth of our own self and what it is that we have been unaware of in the way we relate to life and love.

True sacred union is meant to offer us the means to explore and feel the ways in which we have kept our shadow and light sequestered for very reasonable reasons. It is an ongoing experiential playground in which we get to grow and learn. Each time we open our hearts to the most vulnerable of places, the parts of us that have been so timid and sensitive to bearing their deepest fears, we bring our being to a precipice or a fork in the road. How will my truth, my needs, my love, land in the person that we, and parts of us, have so much invested in?

These investments have different roots…some more wounded or authentic than others. The true sacred union continually asks questions about what is the authentic feeling ground between both partners. Is there a deepening occurring? Is there a feeling of a new arising, both in yourself and in the other, as you continue to heal all that resists real love and growth?

I have been so used to being in my own personal healing space over the years. It has been a newer experience for me to bring that into the space that is now populated with another. It is a new level of showing up for myself and a union with Kalayna. I do have parts that have had habit of coasting in relationship, both to a mate and myself. Sacred union and intimacy pokes a stick at that to keep the fire of consciousness and romance alive and in continued curiosity and expression.

The edges come when one is feeling a chasm of relationality in the space between. What needs to be felt and expressed that can open a doorway to a more authentic felt reality? The inherent risk, of course, is that there may be a difficult yet necessary acceptance that the ground between lovers and mates is no longer sufficient to keep the current inner need for More alive and transactable.

The ground of metasoul connections, sexual compatibility, intellectual alignments, or emotional dependency are not enough in and of themselves to hold together a Love that wants ALL areas of heart, body, mind, and soul to be met with passion and purpose. The more we are willing to feel and express our own needs, truths, and desires the more we are able to attract the kind of love that we feel for ourselves. The more we are willing to take these in from another, and conflict if need be to sort out what is real, the more we are able to find new places of growth and love within ourselves.

I am so fortunate to be in this with someone who cares so deeply for herself, her parts, and process, as well me, my parts, and my process. There is no way I get to stay stuck in something that may be hard for me to see. I am urged to advocate for my needs and for what I want and desire in her. She is a true gift of realness to me. She is the wind to my sails if I am willing to stick them out there.  I get to show up for that and I am forever grateful to what she means to my continued growth, expansion, and leadership of heart for men and women in the desire for the More they have signed up for.

Spirituality And The Politics Of Tragedy

We can never truly be separate from any tragedy.

It lives inside of us at the core of our collective experience. When the unthinkable occurs, we are transported to places that we hoped we would never have to visit. The breathless moment of shock and despair. The unending questions of ‘why?’ and ‘how?’. The rage and the sickening pain. All of it thrust into what was just an ‘ordinary day’.

Seventeen human lives were ended, as well as several wounded and countless others in emotional pain after a school shooting in Florida. So much comes up in these moments that are hard to even put into words. I was guided to feel. Feel the totality of the human experience. The terror. The confusion. The helplessness. The rage and the pain. This is a representation of Tragedy itself.  Not any more horrific or appalling to the heart than any other tragedy that occurs daily around the world.

There are understandable rushes to details and blame. Questions seek swift answers and action. Our 3D consciousness needs movement and resolution to ebb the tide of the fear underneath it all. To avoid the deeper feelings inside of ourselves about what this all means.

Politics are our means to deal with it all. A place for parts of us to feel a sense of control in what was unknowable. There will be lots of details that will paint the picture and the debate will intensify.  For those who lost children there has to be a place for this all to go. I can’t blame them for that and would feel the same in their experience. Answers are needed and action taken.

But beyond the rumble of the politics is the human heart. It is shattered. It is seeking solace in a state of chaos. Its relationship to the spiritual comes into a heightened state. Where does God, the Divine, the Light, fit into all of this? Where was God? Is there a God? For many this may raise very serious doubts and for others it will send them deeper into faith, for it is the only means that can offer any breathing.  This often mixes in with politics which creates its own brand of reaction.

Why those particular lives were involved at that time and place can never be answered to the liking of our limited understanding. This a deep pain that their intimates are being summoned to feel inside of themselves and respond to in ways that they are meant to walk out. We can feel their pain as best we can and send love in whatever way is authentic to us.  

There is the life of the shooter that will be contended for. He represents something in us all as ALL. How we respond that is a part of our reflection as a whole. What was happening in this heart and soul is where we need to go and somewhere feel a compassion, not an excuse. There is a violence that is happening in the heart and soul of the body politic that is healed within each of us.

He will be served his consequence and I also feel we are called to go beyond that to feel where the Divine is inviting us to go in our relationship to these moments and circumstances. What are they wanting us to see about ourselves in our humanity, emotionality, and spirituality? Where does it lead us beyond the politics of tragedy and into the depth of our healing and growth? Love is not just candy and roses. It is a vast well of experience that highlights what our human heart is seeking to understand about itself.

Peace At The Cost Of Passion

When peace is achieved at the cost of passion, you get neither in return.

There is a bubbling, gurgling cauldron of desire that lies at the root of our Being. It is untamed and wild. It seeks to explore, experience, and express. It has curiosity and clarity both. It rages like a fire that fuels are primordial and ancient hearts. This passion has many layers of consequence in our souls infinite timeline ranging from the greatest love stories to the depths of our most difficult tragedies. This passion has created worlds majestic and inspiring, as well as destroyed them in the same turn of the page.

In your souls memory, held by what we call the Gatekeeper, there can be a bittersweet relationship to passion. It possess tremendous power and wealth of possibility. How that passion has played out in your emotional body throughout your soul’s story can have a huge impact on how your protector chooses to respond to it. This passion may have come at a cost to an inner peace. Your Protector/Gatekeeper may have experienced very traumatic experiences as a result of such passion ranging from war to intense romantic heartbreak.

It may have chosen over the course of time to seek Peace as a replacement to Passion. Due to its experiences, this was all a self-loving choice. The pain that it witnessed and felt through your heart was far too much to bear and chose a less offensive relationship to life in its defense. It may have lost its faith in something greater than itself and felt to take matters into his or her own hands by seeking emotional safety.

But as humans we are never that far removed from the fire of passion within. It is an attribute of our divine nature. It is the spark of life, love, and creativity. We can only seek to keep it at bay and find ways to cap or mute it. The peace that a part of us seeks is never truly found for the very nature of our passion is to seek expression. It knocks on our doors in ways that can be nothing short of haunting when left unchecked. Depression, anxiety, and rage may all show themselves as reactions to this suppression and distillation.

The only peace we can truly have is in the divine trust that our passion leads us to more of our authentic Self. It is in the feeling and healing of the wounded expressions of our passion, in relationship to our Inner Protector and Gatekeeper, that we can open up again to that which has been so needing to be connected with again. It is the healing of what this passion is here to offer us that can bring us to new arenas of our emotional and spiritual lives. It has the capacity to change it all on a dime when we heal the fear of what that change looks like on the other side.

The growth of your consciousness and felt reality is fueled by this passion. It is the uniqueness of You that gets to birth into the world that has been so fiercely protected in the name of Love. Beginning a relationship with this part of you is the beginning to reclaiming the gifts and joys you have always longed to embody and have just been too busy making peace to truly remember.

Highest Timeline Illuminations And Clarities Teachings & Guided Meditation

In this video and audio, SoulFullHeart co-creators, teachers, and facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen teach and share, along with SoulFullHeart Facilitators Kalayna Colibri and Gabriel Heartman.

In this video, Jelelle talks about the codes/information/uploads/downloads/activations that are still coming in to illuminate and push up esp. anxiety and distrust from inside that can get projected outside. Relationships are being shaken up by this as the previous grounds no longer ‘hold’ the unfelt anxiety and lack of safety and resonance. This mirrors the relationships going on inside. The feminine is leading this, inviting the masculine to feel genuine remorse and forgiveness and compassion for ALL, starting from within.

Then, Raphael shares about the about the inner connection process with the Protector, who can become healthy boundary setting as the healthy boundaries develop from inside. Taking action and choice points that are connected to trust and self love.

Kalayna and Gabriel then both share about the current ascension energies, integration of these energies to activate their highest timeline service of love, and their processes with parts of themselves and with each other in sacred union. They connect how they experience life from the SoulFullHeart perspective.

Raphael and Jelelle then lead a guided meditation to connect you with Divine Feminine and Masculine frequencies through Archangel Metatron and Goddess Sophia. You receive activations from the current energies as well. You then connect with your Inner Protector to allow a look into a pool of water to ‘see’ whatever your higher timeline vision is for your future and life.

It is an ever-changing journey really
No real end
Just an ever-increasing gift of experience

These arising waves of Love’s vibrations
Sensations that pale in comparison
To the ones you chose to leave behind
In order to make room for more

You are a truly remarkable being
You chose this set of circumstances
This time to be here
In that body
In this dimension

You have been through much, yet you keep believing
Keep trying to wake up to what you feel is true
Yet have struggled to remember for good reason

You may not understand in the moment
But know it has all been laid out
In a fashion that may not make sense….until it does.

You are on time
In line
About to shine

The light is coming in
Through all the cracks of your tired facts
The ones you are slowly losing faith in

The Love is there to meet you when the pain becomes too much
I will be there to greet you at the threshold of your next ceiling-floor
Your next unfolding and birthing
Into the Love you never imagined you would ever feel again.

The Dance Of Human Words: A Poem

Words are born of places within

plucked like guitar strings

and caressed like piano keys…

 

 

The sacredness of speech,

of sharing what belongs to us,

bridges the chasm

between you and I,

the Divine in us,

and us.

 

Plodding sentences emerge

without merit or grace

arising to hurt and harm

when daggered edges come out more than love.

 

These pointy prongs of incensed syllables

stick inward from part to precious part

to jog outward energetics

of pain still buried

and stored

beneath the waves

of conditioned responses

to our emotions.

 

Love-hearted utterances

leap from springs within

where the solemn are held

in the light of inner day

and the love of infinite holding within.

 

Words… they flow

from what flows inside

the heart from where

to where

they will always circle back

in ways not always known

but heard with frequency

until the map they show

becomes the mirror

of our inward healing path.
