This week’s Museletter features a brand new article from Raianna Shai about the generation is a part of known popularly as “Millennials”. In this piece she shares her sense of her generation and what they’re here to offer and be that is truly unique from other generations, perhaps especially in the area of self-awareness and the drive to deepen their journey around it too. She shares some powerful viewpoints on the different labels and judgments given to Millennials and the judgments that parts of them may have about themselves:

“Being self aware does not have to be a negative thing. In fact, nothing is truly “negative” when you feel the layers deep down inside. Someone who seems “materialistic” “narcissistic” or “entitled” really just has parts that are scared. Scared of failure, of losing what they love, of not being good enough or being abandoned. Of course, these parts need a mirror to be able to take responsibility for how they affect others, but they also need love and support. They don’t need to feel wrong or less than any other parts, they just need a boundary and a space to feel their fears. This, in turn, can transmute into more self-loving feelings such as confidence, self acceptance, and trust in the Divine.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are people at this age that are seen as tolerant, open-minded, and selfless. These are all beautiful things to be, but where does the self-care come into this? The more narcissistic parts of you may seem “bad” compared to these other parts of you, but their gift is that they know how to put themselves first. Which does NOT make you selfish or unable to serve others. Putting your own process first just means that you feel worthy of love and understand that it’s so important to fill up your own love tank before you can fill up others.”

Relationships Are A Mirror: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (July 2, 2018)

This week’s Museletter features a piece by Jelelle Awen that digests the mirror that ALL relationships are, for what is going on inside of you. She offers that 3D reality has given us strong conditioning for looking outward instead of inward for answers about life and what we’ve drawn to ourselves in terms of relationship. Going inward is a powerful invitation into more growth and healing and a way to shift out of old relationship patterns:

“You realize, then, that EVERY relationship in your life is a reflection of relationships going on inside of you….from one part of you to another. The polarization with other people represents polarized realities inside of you….the inner child and the inner mother/father, the Punisher and the inner child/inner teenager, the inner feminine and the inner masculine. These parts of you seem to be ‘against’ each other in some way due to not being connected with, seen, and felt. The inner conflicts rage on unfelt and, so, draw the same dynamic on the outside. You realize that the outward relationship would not be there if you didn’t need to SEE this inner relationship. Every relationship with another person serves as a mirror in this way. As you become more aware of your inner world and the parts in it, your soul self/5D Self coming into your body and waking consciousness can then choose WHAT mirrors it wants to see of itself.”

This week’s Museletter starts off with a piece from Jelelle Awen about the 3D-4D trauma emotional body grid that is laid over Gaia, reflecting the wounding and also healing of the collective emotional body. She goes into detail about the May energies and what they have been offering us all for activating our 5D Selves and bringing us more into alignment with 5D consciousness. “This tug-of-war polarity and tension between what you desire and what you actually experience is the pathway into navigating between the two in the direction you want to go. You are like this anti-gravitic travel device in this way.

You wouldn’t even be able to feel tension, were it not for rest. You couldn’t feel love were it not for fear. You couldn’t feel trust were it not for anxiety. One is needed to give reality to the other.”

The guided meditation offers you a sense of your inner masculine and feminine frequencies and the relationship they have to each other. This helps to illuminate for you the patterns you’ve been experiencing in your relationships.

Last weekend, Jelelle Awen held a live stream on Facebook where she offered another Energy Update experience. Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area: From 3D Money To 5D Abundance

In this third video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their perspective on shifting from 3D money-focus to a 5D abundance-focus. They share openly about their experience with contributing their income to and sharing money as a conscious community and how this is made possible through parts work – being with the parts of you that have different reactions to money and different conditioning around it too.

Ascension invites you into a different picture in all areas of your life, including the financial area. Moving from 3D to 4D to 5D is a process of being with all of the tensions from parts of you as you deepen your awakening and healing experiences and integrate them into your life. Money making in a 3D sense can become an anchor for parts of you to hold on to 3D as a reality, meanwhile your soul has other plans and desires. It is important to navigate and create a bridge between your deepening and expanding journey back to the love that you ARE and your life as you’re choosing to live it right now. This definitely applies in the world of finances and can’t really be avoided, as this is an area that often leaves parts feeling powerless and victimized.

Moving into 5D abundance, as Gabriel and Kalayna experience and offer it, means that you are able to see, feel and experience true abundance that comes from within. You’re able to feel a flexibility when it comes to going where your heart and soul are being called to go and investing financially in your healing, however necessary for your next steps. Being with parts of you helps to free up the flexibility, creative thinking, intuition, and resourcefulness you’ll need to truly inhabit a 5D abundance, service-of-love based consciousness.

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Unanchoring From 3D Timelines Into Co-creation of 5D New Earth Timelines

SoulFullHeart Co-Creator, Teacher and Facilitator, Jelelle Awen, launches this week’s Museletter with an invitation to feel your personal process around unanchoring from 3D timelines in order to 5D New Earth timelines. She offers that this process can be quite painful, especially when it comes to letting go of 3D consciousness-based relationships, career, etc. in order to let in the new and arising consciousness that you are awakening into and learning how to integrate into your life:
