The Magical Portal Of Your Own Darkness

Your experiencing of what you don’t want is actually what’s key to experiencing what you do want.

To the degree you feel depressed is actually testament to your native capacity for enthusiasm, creativity and divine play.

To the degree you know what it is to feel bombarded with anxiety, or just a background tension of anxiety, speaks to your natural ability for radiating deep trust, rest and security in the world, and beyond.

The presence of the negative is the evidence of the presence and reality of the positive. One cannot exist without the other.

This tug-of-war polarity and tension between what you desire and what you actually experience is the pathway into navigating between the two in the direction you want to go. You are like this anti-gravitic travel device in this way.

You wouldn’t even be able to feel tension, were it not for rest. You couldn’t feel love were it not for fear. You couldn’t feel trust were it not for anxiety. One is needed to give reality to the other.

That’s all these ‘others’ are. Ultimately, they are not ‘other’, but flowing beautifully and magically from the one being that you are. You are already perfect, just maybe not in the way a part of you has perfection defined.

If this is true, what then?

Then,….you are being invited to embrace the opposite, the thing that is ‘opposing’ the thing you want. It’s a magical doorway into the thing you want. It’s not actually an opposition, it’s an invitation.

You should be jumping up and down and falling off your chair about now, on the inside at least, if not on the outside just yet. If you’re not, give your head and heart a shake.

What do you really want? What are you prepared to spend to have that life? Will you spend and cash in your fears, your anxieties, your shame, in exchange for experiencing the deeper essence that you already are?

Begin to really dream of the life you want. See it, feel it. Feel it deeply in contrast to fully feeling the life you presently have, but long to change. Especially feel and don’t deny the parts of you who just can’t see it, who just can’t jump up and down just yet.

GET CURIOUS, open your heart to all that is inside of you. Enter the darkness. It is your magical portal into the infinite magic of being that you are!

I can tell you that personally, I no longer experience the big unaddressed and avoided layers of anxiety or depression or shame. Where these things once lived in my life is now the presence of deep trust and arising creativity, and very meaningful and deepening self worth. This doesn’t mean I am without challenge. Far from it. I live in duality – the tension between what I have and what I want. That’s called appetite, always moving between satiation and desire. I am invited into that tension every day. What’s cool about this is that the courage it took to face and love my depression and anxiety is the same template for how I live in the moment of every day. What need is arising now? How can I embrace that need! Where is love wanting to flow and be felt?

What largesse of my being is wanting to engage it’s next step into the world of infinite love and infinite possibility?

If you need a mirror, or a reference point, jot my name down. You are looking at one of thee most amazing beings you have ever laid eyes on. You are looking at nothing less than a mirror of yourself. I’ll in turn jot your name down. Holeeee ________ !

We are this crazy hot stuff, only reeling from how magical we are, how infinite we are, how full of love we are. Everything ‘else’ isn’t anything ‘else’, it’s all the same pointing to oneness we are inside, outside and collectively.

We’re such hot stuff, we needed the invitation into the opposition as a way to unlock and discover.

5/11 Energies: Portal To Forgiveness, Completion Of Old Timelines With Others

5/11 energies feel significant today… portals opening into self-forgiveness. Higher Self connections are possible between you and those you’ve known in the past. Old relationship debris gets to clear away as you feel the tears of remorse for what’s happened in these relationships and what didn’t happen too. It’s an opportunity to own the role you’ve played while feeling the Higher Selves of others own their own roles too… ripples of deep self-forgiveness are possible in this today as well as forgiveness of others.

This is a powerful way to complete old timelines and embrace the imminent, highest timeline that is possible for you. So much movement happens when forgiveness is genuine and not simply said but felt. True gratitude can bloom from this too, as you feel these portals open and close, and feel the lessons and growth you and parts of you gathered from each and every experience.

This is beautiful to feel in words but even better to experience when parts of you are ready to let go into this space. It is a true and deep gift to be able to feel how all relationships have been connected for a reason and how you are a part of the trajectory of so many others. This is true oneness and connectedness. This is what unites us in higher, more porous dimensions for the healing of the collective inside and outside of us. This is powerful and poignant healing and ascension, a true moving on and moving up.

Being in this space with your parts if you can feel them while leaning into the space holding of higher-dimensional aspects of you is the invitation today. Experiencing this for myself and the movements inside are touching, expansive, and above all, loving to the nth degree… ❤️

How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Your presence and participation are a gift and a blessing.

Make Friends With The Gap!

What gap?’ you say….

The gap between where you are and where you’d like to be….

The gap between what you are feeling and what you’d like to be feeling….

The gap between the company you keep and the company you dream of keeping!

Without the gap, there is no reason to be here. Without the gap, there is no growth or learning, or remembering.

Without the gap, life is dead. God forbid, that regardless of what new realities you attain to, that you are left without something to reach for – to BRIDGE to.

Part of the gap that has deep and profound meaning for me is offering myself as a bridge in serving others to discover more of their Higher Self embodiment, more of their authentic self manifesting in their everyday ‘what it feels like to be them’ kind of worlds.

As A Man…

As a MAN:

Trying to ‘be a man’ outside of a relationship to someone or something is impossible.

Manhood itself is ‘an expression in relationship to’.

There is always an arena of life in this way that the man finds himself in, that is full of challenge that calls for choice, and alignment of one’s actions with those choices.

So then life as you currently know it, is not something that needs to gottten over or around in order for you to be a man, but rather, life as you currently know it is something that needs to be embraced, faced and moved through in order for you to feel your manhood moving and expressing.

Where this gets truly rewarding is when we make this conscious and find new ways of responding and relating to all of life around us. We then see ourselves literally becoming the man of our own dreams.

We do this not by trying harder to be a man, but rather by finding and feeling the parts of ourselves that are not on board just yet for their own valid reasons with our gender and power expression in the world. Trying to be more of a man without these kinds of deeper explorations into our emotional bodies only serves to add another layer of suffering and internal war with ourselves, as a self improvement project that we tried to power our way through, is again laid to the side, on the shame pile.

Even this suffering and internal war though is not an end in itself, for as a man, we are ever finding our way and finding the impetus to our next choices. We actually needed, and many still currently need, their suffering loops to alchemize their next larger soul choices and action trajectories. There has never been a time like this time to live into what your soul came here to feel and learn as a soul who chose the MALE gender.

Manhood is EPIC, MAN! You didn’t sign up for anything small when you checked the MAN box. You signed up for it because you are up for it…you’re only waiting for a MAN picture that you can truly buy into!

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area: From 3D Money To 5D Abundance

In this third video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their perspective on shifting from 3D money-focus to a 5D abundance-focus. They share openly about their experience with contributing their income to and sharing money as a conscious community and how this is made possible through parts work – being with the parts of you that have different reactions to money and different conditioning around it too.

Ascension invites you into a different picture in all areas of your life, including the financial area. Moving from 3D to 4D to 5D is a process of being with all of the tensions from parts of you as you deepen your awakening and healing experiences and integrate them into your life. Money making in a 3D sense can become an anchor for parts of you to hold on to 3D as a reality, meanwhile your soul has other plans and desires. It is important to navigate and create a bridge between your deepening and expanding journey back to the love that you ARE and your life as you’re choosing to live it right now. This definitely applies in the world of finances and can’t really be avoided, as this is an area that often leaves parts feeling powerless and victimized.

Moving into 5D abundance, as Gabriel and Kalayna experience and offer it, means that you are able to see, feel and experience true abundance that comes from within. You’re able to feel a flexibility when it comes to going where your heart and soul are being called to go and investing financially in your healing, however necessary for your next steps. Being with parts of you helps to free up the flexibility, creative thinking, intuition, and resourcefulness you’ll need to truly inhabit a 5D abundance, service-of-love based consciousness.

SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: What Is Millennial Spirituality?

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to digest this idea of ‘Millennial spirituality’. Raianna shares from her personal experience and observations of others around her age. Kalayna shares her experience as well. Together they cover the age range of 23-30 and so they offer much from their different perspectives and what the spiritual world has meant for them and those they’ve known or been friends with.

They talk about the different roles of spirituality, religion and morals in their generation and how this has shown itself in different parts of people, like the Inner Mother and Father, for example, especially if there has been a religious or moralistic upbringing of any kind. Spirituality is something that seems to be being explored from the inside out in the young people of today, whereas in older generations the focus has generally been from the outside in. It really is an invitation for ‘new school’ spirituality to emerge and challenge with love the ‘old school’ spiritual scaffolding and ideas while nurturing a world that is love-focused in a genuine way.

They also talk about some of the challenges of this process for younger generations, as they reach for ideals of ‘tolerance’ and ‘inclusion’ to mend what isn’t feeling tolerable within in the relationship between parts of them, especially as they arise and grow-up in the midst of an older generation with different ideas of how life works and what love IS.

May Energies: It’s Time To Dream, To Remember, To Move On & UP

“It’s time to dust off your wings!” — I hear this today, right now actually, as I’m wondering about the energies coming in already so intensely this month!

Time to dust off your wings… this is the invitation to step into your gifts. Even the shaky steps are steps. Actually, the shaky ones, the ones where you are feeling the parts of you and Metasoul Aspects too that are scared of what could come your way if you do… these steps are the ones most worth taking. This means you aren’t out to conquer or battle but you’re bringing your heart with you. THAT is something that’s becoming more and more common these days, but not common enough just yet. You get to help lead that new movement. Woah. Not as tall of an order as part of you may think… because flying, actually, is way more natural for you than crawling along in a compressed 3D reality.

Your wings have known the exploration of the unknown. You’ve soared high above the capping clouds of the ‘normal’ and ‘every day’ even just in daydreams. You feel what’s out there and you feel how it’s not ‘in here’ just yet.

It’s time to go and get it, bring it back inward, feel how it all IS possible.

3D reality has taught parts of you to give up dreaming. I’ve never been one to successfully bury my heart and soul aches and desires for very long and I suspect you can’t really do this either, or you wouldn’t be taking this in. I see and feel YOU and what you’ve maybe had to put aside or give up for a while, but know that this invitation is for you… and that any experience you’re having of a prickly nest right now is meant to move you on from where you’ve been settled and settling. It’s time for what parts of you have only tolerated in your relationships, your career, your geography, to become intolerable. Reach for the stars again… go ahead. You’re ready.

Dust off your wings, beloved being. It’s time to fly. ❤
