In this video, SoulFullHeart Facilitators, Teachers and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, invite you to feel the tones of your Inner Punisher/Critic. This part is intense to work with, as its name implies, yet it also opens out so much more love flow within and through you, from you to you and you to others. Kalayna and Gabriel both share about their experiences of working with and healing different layers of the Inner Punisher and what they have noticed through working with and supporting healing in others too. It is sometimes the hardest part to be with, at least at first, yet they are one of the parts that needs the MOST love!
In many ways, we are raised by the Inner Punisher and its frequencies in our caregivers/parents and other authority figures that we lean into growing up. This is a part that energizes much criticism inside of you towards parts of you, yet also towards others. As it heals, so does the energy with which your intuition and discernment comes as well. This part is a critical one to work with as a healer or ‘lightworker’, as its energies can very often leak out in unconscious ways towards those who you actually desire to support in their own healing. Feeling this part means feeling the often shadowy conditioning you were raised with and that has become naturalized in your life and culture. The other side of this process leads ultimately to deeper, more profound love and self-acceptance and a keen discernment about life that comes from love instead of fear. The many layers of the Inner Punisher that you would feel in your SoulFullHeart process are all worth it, as you begin to feel your genuine worth and love flow in a much bigger way than you would have otherwise!

Sometimes it’s the baby steps that bring you the most into yourself and into healing, not to mention into an opening-out consciousness that expands and expands. There can be so much pressure coming from inside, especially perhaps from Inner Punisher parts of you, who like to sometimes make things seem as if they ‘should have’ been done yesterday, which is so based on deep conditioning taken in from being raised in a capitalist culture, where the wounded masculine rules and the RULES are what matter, not the heart, not the motive, not the roots of anything or anybody…
I feel to talk about taking smaller steps into our Ascension today, because even though in a way everything is being accelerated, it can feel at times like you are moving at a snail’s pace or barely moving at all. In fact, this judgment is one that comes from inside of you… from parts of you that are actually quite afraid of the natural momentum of it all and are having a push-pull experience, with some parts of you wanting Ascension and others not, and all for very good reasons too. If we feel a need to move faster, expand bigger, reach higher, and all in a way that goes beyond our current limits (self-imposed or not) we aren’t being self-loving and the boomerang effect of then needing to go back and redo or reinhabit different life phases along the way that parts of us have tried to skip is often in order as result. Ascension invites us to love ourselves into deep change that starts WITHIN and moves from the inside, out… not the outside, in. It invites us to let in the ways in which love has NOT been on the inner agenda and other energies have been settled for instead, especially in our relationships to each other and our relationship to ourselves and our parts.
There is no ideal pace in this ongoing process and in fact it feels like it is quite different for everyone. As you continue your inner healing, the anchors to 3D let go one by one in self-loving ways… the inner walls are dismantled brick by brick, while being held and honoured for all they have been needed to protect and keep sacred inside. As this all heals and lets go, the hot air balloon begins to more powerfully move us upward into organically arising moments of expansion in our consciousness and awareness of our multi-dimensionality!
There are so many ways and opportunities we are given to ‘pop’ into a new awareness or awakening experience. Some experience this in tremendous moments of momentum and others’ souls opt for the ‘drip line’ experience, where awakenings occur in some doses and in a way that is easy to digest. Some will have a mixed-bag in their ongoing process, as has been the case for me. Yet it all needs to be self-lovingly integrated or parts of you will go off the rails quite literally, which in some cases is actually what’s needed, yet the more self-loving we can be with this integration and the more tenderly we can hold our precious parts in the process, the better.
In a way, we actually owe it to parts of us, whose worlds we have dismantled and reassembled in many ways as we experience Ascension and deep healing processes, to really BE with them in all of this and give them the space to breathe around what they have experienced and what is being shaken up for them. Parts of you are what have made you, YOU… they have given you the gifts of personality and their increased sense of rest is what helps bring them back in, into integration with your heart and soul, which is ultimately not a part but an arising BEingness that can continue ascending in an authentic and ever-expanding way.
No matter if we choose the baby steps or the giant leaps, we are invited to feel ourselves, to be as self-loving as we can be in every moment, and to feel what that even means through a process of being with what HASN’T been the most self-loving response to life (or love!) inside of us. No matter what we choose, we are on a trajectory of healing and returning to the love that we are, so why not find ways to embrace every step, every part we encounter along the way, and find the fountain of self-love, reverence and appreciation that we are being pointed to on our very individual and powerful journeys?

Perhaps the deepest, most powerful, most emotional and yet also the most spiritual awakening we can have, is to how our self-worth has been measured within.
We were given these measuring tools by a culture fraught with pain and unworthiness. We were led here by caregivers and confidants, mentors and leaders. We were messaged from birth (in this life and other lives too) that our worth is dependent, conditional, finite, and above all, quantifiable. We are told subliminally, unconsciously, that we need to have, be, do, say, many different things that aren’t authentically us in our hearts. We are a species in incredible pain that goes deep. Even if you seem to consciously be choosing to ignore this inside of you, it’s still there. It lingers and pricks. It perks up when the opportunity comes, when it is safe enough to truly awaken to it, feel it, make space for it to continue arising.
It doesn’t matter how often some others may tell you, ‘there is nothing wrong with you’, when there is so much living in the buried basement of your heart’s cries for love, for a connection with All-That-Is, to genuinely feel One again with yourself, with the Divine, with everyone around you. Our separation and abandonment wounding lives fathoms deep inside of us and our parts. It lives and breathes within, it pops up whenever it can, and it does certainly inform your daily experience of life.
To truly find and feel our worth again, we must be willing to feel through the process of it… to be with the parts of us, the pain, the anguish, and the anxiety which all make up our experience of not truly having our worth intact. The fact is that we could never lose our worth… yet to deeply feel it and live from it is a whole other choice that involves feeling what ISN’T it and making room to feel all there is to feel about that.
To be in this process is to slowly begin to come home to yourself in a way you’ve never imagined. And once you get there, you realize that the light was left on for you by your soul and your infinite Divine connection that never left you. YOU truly ARE the love you and your parts have been searching, waiting, aching for. And when this can really be let in, nothing else matters but making sure that you have the things, people, relationships, intentions, that truly reflect this worth and love back to you. It is worth all of the inner-mining and the years of deep-diving within. It is worth it because YOU’RE worth it and the love you are meant to serve is worth it too. ❤

It feels like there is much discomfort emerging now, in different ways. There is a sense of these energies leading up to the Super-Blue-Blood Moon, that they are rumbly, shaking the well-known ground within and around us, moving us to new places of desire, new places of growth, re-awakening us in short yet intense tremors to what we came here to do, be, offer. The configuration of our lives as we have known them is being shifted now, shaken up WITH these energies in collaboration with our souls and hearts. For many, it could be a time of crisis, where realizations of true soul purpose and reason for being here are uncovered and initial steps, which can be quite painful in some ways, are inhabited in order to fulfill this purpose and calling. This phase feels so like the chrysalis, as Jelelle Awen has been offering. The phase just before the emergence of a brand new butterfly. So much congestion in the bodies, spiritual, physical, emotional, even astral, are all intensifying as they clear now, and all are asking us to continue looking and working inward, wrapping ourselves and our parts in love, being in the process of letting in and trusting love again.
It’s a continuous map of birth canals, this Collective experience of 4D reality landing in all of us more and more. We need these birthing pains so that we can feel the Love holding it all. We are finding our way through the inner mazes, opening up to shifts, feeling the press of that which still needs to be felt, healed, shifted inside. We are being invited into patience with this process, as the Divine has infinite patience for it too. Layer by layer, contraction after contraction, we have so much still to feel and let in. So many reflections of ourselves, our parts, who we/parts of us have chosen to be throughout different phases of our lives, and we are awakening evermore to the feeling that there’s so much more we CAN and WILL be.
The brevity and gravity that has been 3D reality… the pain, the anguish, the abuses suffered… these bear down on parts of us until they start to feel, led by a growing YOU, that they are worth so much more. This is a much more challenging process than repeating affirmations, though I do not wish or feel to knock that if this is needed, as there is, of course, huge power in positive thoughts. Yet we all need to continue watching for any overriding of the pain within. The pain will move and heal with love and attention, as it is meant to. There is a lot of trust needed for this process to truly take hold, and that in and of itself is a process that cannot be bypassed, for there are so many reasons that parts of us have, especially our Inner Protectors, to not trust anything or anyone, let alone Love itself…
As our congestions clear in all bodies, we begin to breathe new air. We begin to let in more love, more self-worth, more sense of compassion towards ourselves, our parts, and towards others too. We move through what has been painful to feel, being with the congestion for a while, until it clears with love and care. With purpose and desire. With discernment in this 4D phase where the 3D reality continues to fall away and embracement of new paths, new ways of thinking and being are knocking at our heart doors. The collective awakening is here, rippling through in dynamic waves, and there is much to navigate, yet the Ark built in your heart is the one that will see you through it all. ❤

In the service of love, it’s not a certification or a weekend retreat that qualifies you to offer healing to others. Methodologies, practices, therapies of all kinds, can be helpful, yes, yet true service starts within. It starts with your heart, through feeling and healing parts of you. It begins with the ever-humbling process of looking inward, feeling deeply, breathing into wounds both fresh and festered. It begins with soberly taking in reflections from Love itself, that can come through Guides and teachers, yet especially life as the ultimate teacher, healer, facilitator. It is your lived-in life and love experience that ultimately qualifies you, ‘certifies’ you, brings you the people who you are meant to serve!
True heart and soul-based service of love, comes from your lived-in and walked-out experience of life AND love, too. It comes from finding and feeling deeper depths of love on the other side of some tough processes where you felt as if you or parts of you were crawling through shards of glass. It comes from BEing in life, inhabiting your humanity, exploring your spirituality through that precious heart of yours. It comes from questions, from humbly realizing there cannot be any ultimate answers, yet strong feelings and intuitions based on your experience. No theorizing or conceptualizing can get you here, yet opening up these doors of exploration can and likely will bring you the real-life application of them, where you can really feel what parts of you ‘think’ you are learning.
The service of love in its truest and deepest sense has no requirements but openness and humility, which Love itself will remind you of with every challenge you find and move through, as it also continues to remind you that you ARE love and are loved, too. Serving love can happen at any time, with anyone you interact with, and if the nourishment can transact and move from you to them and them to you, then this is where it clicks into place and the most profound awakenings in the name of Infinite, incredible love are found.
Nothing and nobody can qualify you to be in this, as this is what you are worth, what you are being called to have and BE and eventually to offer consciously to others, too. ❤

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, talk about the Inner Teenager part and invite you into ways to start feeling your own. The Inner Teenager is often quite suppressed by the Inner Protector, so feeling the Inner Protector usually needs to happen first in this process.
Once you can actually start to feel this part of you, your Inner Teenager offers many clues as to when/where tones of depression, outrage, anxiety, and intense reactivity may have first begun in your life this life. They were there on the cusp of when the more innocent times of your childhood needed to be left behind in exchange for some sort of initiation into adulthood.This part is also a keeper of your creativity and romantic ideals, among other more imaginative or idealistic notions, that can come alive again as this part heals and ascends into 4D and higher frequencies and into their Prince/Princess energies.

When you close your eyes in this moment, what images come to you?
Each closing of the thin veil of our eyelids calls to something in our subconscious, gives it permission to come forward and be with us.
What is the first thing that you see? What is the first feeling that you feel?
There’s a keen self-permission required in wondering this way. In curiosity of the self. In being still for even a moment, to see what your subconscious wants to tell you. Maybe it wants to show you in symbols, feeling tones, colours, scenes, the parts of you that most need you now. Maybe it wants to give you hints of your soul, what its gifts and wounds are, both. Maybe it wants to give you glimpse, a hint, of the map of your life that only your soul can know about in any real detail.
Going within can be this quick, this simple, this easy. Of course, it doesn’t always feel this way. Parts of us that aren’t sure about it all, that are confused because 3D conditioning has told them that only what they can literally see and feel and hear without any need for interpretation or reading between the lines is worth taking in on any level. This can be existential too, as there could be lifetimes in your Metasoul of experiencing ridicule, persecution, excommunication, death, because of being willing to really see, really feel, really communicate even what might go against the norm.
So much has dulled our natural senses of a need to go inward, to be with ourselves, to get to know our hearts and our souls, to heal from the inside, out. So much has dulled our chance of experiencing something that takes us far beyond our typical daily experience. So much abuse, so much pain, so much necessary numbing-out and downplaying of our emotions, that really are an important aspect of our imagination, and our imagination is the most crucial aspect of our access to intuition, to soul gifts, to something well beyond the scope of 3D life.
Maybe today might be your first day of closing your eyes with the genuine intent of feeling what is beyond or could be beyond the veil of your 3D life… this precious and sacred veil that has been needed until now, or until any Now of your choosing. At any moment you can give yourself permission to close your eyes and BE, breathe, feel, see, experience, let in… let yourself and your parts in. Let in that you ARE here, NOW… that you ARE needed, wanted, loved… that you ARE who you ARE and that this ‘mess’ of how life has been has been necessary so you could get to this point of reading and taking in these words, of beginning or continuing your journey inward that somehow you trust will transform everything you experience outward.

Plenty of heart-opening experiences to go around lately! Especially in connection to Gaia in various ways, which I only just realized this morning when drawn into meditation with Her. There is an ongoing invitation I can feel for all of us to continue connecting with Her, as she is reaching out to connect to us as our deepest Mother experience on this planet through her profound and effortless life-giving and love-offering arms.
I felt something begin while at the beach yesterday afternoon, taking in light codes through the sun here in Mexico, and very much connecting with the sounds of the ocean and the birds nearby. I have not had many non-dual experiences yet, but I found myself having moments of ‘woah!’ and ‘WOW!’ while taking in my surroundings and feeling them take ME in, too. I dug my toes and fingers in the sand, letting a young part of me play while an ancient-feeling part of me placed her palms firmly on the ground, giving love to Gaia and taking in love, too. It was an eloquent grounding experience and another new opening for me to feel this, to be reminded of access to Earth magic, which really we ALL have access to.
So perhaps it wasn’t surprising that I was drawn today to meditation music that connects you to the Schumann Resonance, and thus, Mama Gaia Herself. I felt myself pass through a waterfall, cleansing of old energies and unanchoring from anything 3D in my field. On the other side, I sat on a wooden bench, placed beside a beautiful pool of water fed by the waterfall, teeming with colourful fish. Archangel Metatron appeared on my right and placed his giant, fatherly-feeling hand on my upper back, while Sophia appeared on my left to offer me her hand placed on the back of my neck. It was sweet and good to feel them, to feel their support and guidance, which sometimes seems to come mostly without words. A young part of me that used to hold so much outrage about environmental issues came up then, and I could feel tears surfacing for reasons I couldn’t quite name yet felt to sincerely let them flow. They were the tears that earlier on in my process were felt to be about feeling ‘Gaia’s pain’ inflicted upon Her by us, us humans. Yet this time, I could feel they were something different…
Mother Gaia appeared in front of me then, first energetically as if expressing as part of the breeze or wind, but then she took a form I have felt and seen Her take before, as a tall, beautiful woman with skin and form like a great, ancient tree. She knelt below me, before me, addressing this young part of me as a mother would a child.
She offered in Her tender, deep and melodic voice, “You are feeling pain from the All… you are helping to move it. Not because you have to, but because your heart wants to. I do not need you to feel it, yet I feel you allowing it move through your heart. There has been MUCH pain moving through humanity from all of the changes happening with me, all of the fires, floods, devastation, death… you are feeling how everyone has been affected. This is part of connecting to the Schumann Resonance, as you are through this music now… you are connecting to everyone, all beloved humans everywhere…”
Letting in again that Gaia does not ‘need’ anchoring or any direct ‘help’ from us, though this work can be sweet in its own way, felt nourishing and also sad for this part of me, who has wanted to be part of a great solution for so long!
Feeling this without me needing to say much, Mother Gaia then said to me, “you ARE helping, Kalayna! The greatest ‘pollutant’ is the one that comes from inside… the one that comes from ‘polluted’, fearful hearts… hearts that try not to feel, that have forgotten that true healing starts within. You are, in your way and on your beloved path, healing the Collective through healing your own heart, and thus you are healing the root of the outer-pollution! This is all I ask of anyone, to continue feeling THIS!”
I let this into my heart and felt a humble glow from inside. I know it’s not up to ME to heal the Collective or Gaia Herself, as this is an outward focus and one that I could never hope to control or manage. Rather, healing and ascending alongside Gaia is about healing from the inside, out… healing in my own camp, my own Self, which is a tall enough order for anyone. I strongly felt Her wanting me to share this with you today, as this invitation is for you, as much as for me, to continue feeling this point more and more and more, letting it in deeper and deeper and deeper.
The healing path I am a part of and offer to others in SoulFullHeart, is one of healing in this manner, focusing on inward healing as the number one priority that can’t help to shift life on the outside! If we continue to merge in with Collective Consciousness around needing to look outward, we miss the boat on where the most powerful healing frequencies can and must come from – a nurtured, nourished, and profoundly healing heart WITHIN. ❤

Tapping into the portal energies today was easier than part of me was expecting! I went inward to connect within, to see which of my guides wanted to come forward to help answer the question of ‘what are these portal energies offering that Love would like me to talk about and share today?’
As soon as my eyes were closed, I felt a warm illumination coming up from behind me as if I were standing directly in front of the sun, and the sun was beaming over my whole being. Enjoying the warmth on this rather cool morning here in Mexico, I asked what these codes I was seeing and receiving were about. Soon I felt and saw the hand of Archangel Metatron grasping my right hand and Sophia grasping my left. It was touching to see and feel them both within reach in such a visceral way and their tender yet very powerful love energies moved into and through me like a warm wave of light.
The three of us began walking forward together. I noticed that the sun shining from behind me was illuminating the way forward, inviting trust in the unknown of where exactly we were heading.
“This light is assuring you and all beings of a bright future,” offered Metatron, “even though there is plenty of pain to continue to feel through as Gaia continues Her ascension”.
“Is there anything specific I can offer others in writing about that today?” I ask him, pleased to be receiving a message from him into my heart and letting in the warmth of it and of his presence into my mind, heart and soul.
He offered then, “offer that higher timelines are becoming more apparent, that the way forward into them is indeed being illumined now by this great portal and the ever-strengthening, growing Sun energies and codes.”
“Offer that the way through is IN”, added Sophia, speaking in her warm tone that is motherly and teacherly, both. “The goodness of each person, each Sacred Human, is alive and well inside of all, underneath the defenses that try and keep love out. This time, this phase of ascension and portal openings, are a calling into the highest paths that truly align with love within and share love without”.
Their messages land in my heart even more as I write them now. They feel as if they are vibing that within each of us lies the seed of everything we could ever need. Each Sacred Human seed inside of every single arising Sacred Human, is already encoded with all activations and upgrades, all needed and necessary gifts, all alignments with service of love callings and invitations. There can be no real ‘lack’ in any one of us, as we already have and ARE everything we need, yet the soil in which this seed must grow, unravel, unfurl, and become its biggest potential, is where the deepest choice points are for each of us and are the gauge for how much of this potential, how many of these gifts, can truly bloom and arise for us and others. In other words, we must choose the relationships, the geography, the food, the spiritual and emotional healing practices that are the most appropriate for each stage of our seed’s growth within. We are naturally drawn to that which we need, though parts of us may not be ready to say ‘yes’ yet, and perhaps these parts need to say ‘no’ more and more, even to that which COULD be most nourishing, before they can truly find a ‘yes’ that is deeply surrendered to the growth and healing and LOVE at hand.
Today’s portal opening and the unfolding of 2018 energies overall, are all asking us to be heartful of what is ahead of us, of what we feel we are reaching for, and they are inviting us as well to continue reaching from within, from a place of self-curiosity that has opened us out to deep investigations and ongoing healing too. Our highest timeline possibilities are in front of and around us, yet even more so within us, waiting to sprout up and out, as we continue to open out from deep within. ❤
