After yesterday’s Lunar Eclipse there seems to be an influx of Divine Feminine/Mother energies available and supporting us all. She is coming in on waves of love, care, and compassion for us through all of the intensity and the processes we are in individually but also collectively.

I created this transmission and guided meditation this morning to help you feel Her frequencies that are coming in now. Even if you haven’t really felt Her before, this is a great introduction to some of her many faces/energies and to the process as well of awakening/connecting to Her deeper.

The Alchemy Of Being Real

These are alchemical times. We are being defined, refined, and aligned. All of these celestial events are markers and signposts along the way. Just as lead is turned into gold, so is the process of our spiritual and emotional maturation. Our impurities are not judged but rather loved into transmutation and integration for nothing is truly impure in the heart of Love. 


Along this journey, you may hit roadblocks, detours, traffic circles, and U-turns. You may get a flat tire, road rage, and blown engine. That is okay. Each is an opportunity to become more aware of yourself, your traumas, your fears, and your desires. I am personally coming into this state as I allow myself to step further into my leadership and my truth. My relationship to both have been in ebb and flow. A going within to feel what is at stake and being willing to become more vulnerable from whatever place I am in at the moment, even if it does not appear to seem ‘higher’ or ‘spiritual’. We are meant to be real first, and then feel where we have places to go. 

This is the definition and refining period. This is where the ‘rubber meets the road’. Where you are meant to catapult into the New without leaving any rock unturned. There is no skipping steps. No ‘getting ahead’. Just getting real. 

This alchemical process is held in Love with the Divine and your Higher Self alongside guides and Star Family. You have support ‘here’ too. Seeking loving mirrors that can support and aid in that transmutation and birthing process. That is what I do for others and for myself daily. It is a way of life this way of being, seeing, and feeling. It is an ongoing journey. It is getting in touch with the You within you. Or maybe more specifically the Yous within you. The parts and metasoul aspects that make up your tapestry. Your Alchemist’s elementals. 

The disclosure of all that lies within gets purified by this alchemy and you arise renewed and re-membered back into Love.

Divine Mother’s Presence Post-Lunar Eclipse

Divine Mother.

The energy I’m reminded of today as I feel the impact of the Lunar Eclipse yesterday.

She is an energy that bridges me back to me without force yet sometimes fire. She connects me back to connection within and shows me the doorway to my own heart again. Her lack of judgement and full-on love soothes the edges of my Masculine inside and encourages my Feminine into her power alongside him.

It’s sure been a journey to deepen this connection with Her. It’s been a journey for my soul in other lifetimes too, to heal the picture and projection of the “Goddess” who smites and incites war. It’s been a journey to feel how She has no righteousness, only a deep care and compassion that can feel unsentimental as needed to help us live into our next places of healing and seriously moving on and UP. She holds no grudges or vengeance which is SUCH a powerful template for ALL women and men too to let in.

Connecting with Her right now, I feel Her hand on my back and Her heart activating my Higher Heart in a way only She can… as I myself learn to keep letting in and letting go, letting BE what IS and being real. Letting the messy be felt so the clean-up can begin. She does not judge my mess, but encourages it, for I have to learn to fall in order to learn to walk, run, and even fly.

I feel her bringing truth to parts and Metasoul aspects from other timelines too that need it in a way that doesn’t criticize but does illuminate what has been in shadow nonetheless. I feel Her through my closest beloveds sometimes and other times on my own when in meditation. My parts cry when they feel Her, especially when they most need to feel Her because of what’s surfacing in them and what they’re feeling through or getting ready to feel through. Her help in showing us where we need to go inside can be intense yet so is Her love and both of these energies flow in equal waves to and with us.

And so She is this energy of turbines and windmills, churning and soothing, for all of us. And as we enter these next phases for ourselves and our Collective, She presences Herself in ever-growing ways as we begin to let Her and Her love in even more. ❤️

Eclipse Energies Message: Ascension Is An Inside Out Process

We are launched NOW into the next six months as what was activated during the eclipse windows expresses itself in our lives. Ascension is an inside out process. The eclipse energies are offering that it is the INSIDE OUT that leads to the feeling sense of self love/worth/goodness/bliss/joy/magic.

The inner process is the feeling, healing, clearing, releasing, surrendering from one part of you to another. The inner process is holding space for ALL this to occur with much love and compassion for yourself. The inner process is becoming aware of and healing timelines/lifetimes where common soul themes and patterns play out over and over.

The dedication to this inner process requires safe space to be made for it. Sometimes that means needing support on the outside whether in space holding/teaching/mirroring of how to BE in it and where you might go next. You might need bridges provided by others as modeling for where to go inside yourself, as I feel that we ALL do at certain phases in our journey.

The safe space during the intense inner process may mean relationships are settled into that don’t totally resonate fully with your soul yet are needed for a time/phase (like if you are being supported financially by a partner who can ‘do’ a 3D job/career when you no longer can or ‘business partners/collaborations’ that are needed for a time to launch yourself). These kinds of relationship configurations are rumbling now though as the inner baking starts to light fires on the outside, bringing sometimes sudden life changes and abrupt endings/completions.

It has to feel safe enough on the inside for major life changes and leadership expression of your soul gifts to truly align with your higher timeline. Parts of you feeling like they are ‘home’ no matter where you go on the planet. Parts of you feeling like there is peace and love inside even if there is conflict or difficulty or challenge on the outside. Parts of you feeling like you won’t be persecuted or ‘shut down’ for expressing your soul gifts.

Making changes in your life IN ORDER TO shift the inside rarely seems to work. The outside in approach is what we’ve been conditioned to in 3D. “If only our outside circumstances are more abundant, more ideal, more this or that….then we will be happy/self loving/feel self worth, etc.” This is the 3D way.

I see this so often in sessions, where parts of people (especially the inner masculine) is very focused on outside changes/goals/plans that this part is convinced will make everything better somehow. The suffering/pain will be ‘solved’ by the outside circumstances shifting. We bridge to this masculine so that THEIR pain can be felt at the root cause of the undigested trauma where it stems from. This allows any actions/visions/doing to be aligned with health and healing, not as a compensation or avoidance of feeling deeper pain.

The Divine reminder is this: We can only experience on the outside what we have manifested in FEELING EXPERIENCE on the inside.

Much love to you as these eclipse energies settle in deeper and we prepare now for the powerful Lion’s Gate Ascension Christmas on 8/8 in which we receive a true feeling sense of Heaven INSIDE on Gaia!

Digesting Disclosure: Love, Shadow, & Disclosure

In this episode of Digesting Disclosure, Raphael and Gabriel talk about the deeper shadow that lurks in the disclosure world and how we are meant to feel how our reactions to it reflect our own relationship to exploring the Shadow within ourselves. If Love is the source of All then how does that reconcile with all the evil practices that are waiting to be exposed on a greater scale?

This is meant to get to a wider context of deeper feeling and exploration for each of us individually and as a collective. An upcoming meditation in our next episode will help to begin this connection within to help bridge to this suppressed and hidden part of each of us. Energy Update: Eclipse Window Completes With A Powerful Partial Lunar Eclipse

There is a powerful partial full blood moon lunar eclipse today, starting at around 2:00pm PST! It can be quite an activation to take IN the eclipse as it is happening while listening to high frequency music. 

I’ve enjoyed watching the eclipse live for the duration of it as a ceremony for the last few years. I tune into what the eclipse (whether SOULar or Lunar, full or partial) is offering me about my highest timeline in this Now. Sometimes I receive specific next steps and choice points toward that higher timeline. Sometimes it is revelation of what needs to drop away or digestion/support of what just HAS.

During the eclipse window of the last two weeks since the full SOULar eclipse on July 2nd, intense and often confronting energies have been swirling around. The earth has quaked in major ways, as our inner landscapes may be rumbling as well. Disclosure is ‘heating up’ as well with revelations of more shadow playouts that need to be seen by the 3D collective.

During this eclipse window, what had been offered during the first eclipse has been settling in more to every cell of the body and esp. in the emotional body and soul field.

The first eclipse seemed to offer support for setting boundaries with others, no longer allowing abuses, no longer shrinking to fit others, no longer conforming to previous energies in relationships. This is able to happen on the ‘outside’ as we explore and heal the dynamics inside from one part of us to another where polarities may still exist.

These eclipse energies also serve to lift our veil of amnesia even MORE, which we need in order to move into our higher timelines and embody our higher self IN our bodies. We are being invited to come out of our self imposed fog at an accelerating yet self loving pace…..continuing to emerge out of the energies that tell us we ‘can’t remember’ or ‘don’t know how’ or have to look to other ‘readers/psychics/mediums’ to read out for us about our own souls.

Eclipse energies always seem to offer a self empowerment….an alignment of feminine (moon) and masculine (sun) with Gaia (ultimate space holder mother).

They offer what balance FEELS like, even for a few hours, so that we can imagine what reunion and realignment of our soul aspects and parts of self will ultimately feel like. A taste of balance of our feminine qualities and our masculine qualities, whether male or female, as a template for NEW sacred humanity expression.

The Velveteen Rabbit Within Us All

Digesting a lot in the aftermath of completion. My heart and consciousness still calibrating to a new reality post-marriage. There are ghost-like sensations throughout the day, things that I would normally have responded to are no longer there. It is a bit of a emotive and cognitive dissonance yet that is the very thing that lands me back into me.

Me.

Who is that even? I am beginning to become aware of who I was and which parts of me were in response to all of the relationship dynamics. I do feel a core self that has been there but the degree to which “he” showed up is still in question. That is the current process. Taking stock of where “I” was and who this “I” even is.

It is not so much existential or judgmental as it is curious with compassion. That is what allows the shadow to come out and be seen and felt. Just hanging outside the cave entrance and letting it know that I am here to be a friend and a caring advocate. Not a punisher or a hunter looking for extradition.

When we go through emotional times like this it can be so easy for a part of us to go into “fix it” mode or into the blame/shame game. Instead there is an opportunity here for us to get to some tender and profound understandings of what make us who we ARE and who we want to be going forward. This makes all our experiences sacred and meaningful. We get to come in contact with aspects of ourselves that are deep need of love and forgiveness.

Through this experience I will find something that may not look “good” or feel good, but if my Higher Heart is leading the way I can guarantee I will find something that will be real and that is what any of us can hope to aspire to. Just ask the Velveteen Rabbit.

INtimacy over INvisibility

I haven’t written a post in a while as a lot has been shifting and growing in my world. A couple of weeks ago Kalayna and I spent a few days on Salt Spring and just this week we all spent time camping in Goldstream.

One theme that has been popping up a lot for myself as well as my entire community is intimacy in relationships. I have always had this tendency and even desire inside of me to be invisible. I was incredibly shy as a child, I never rose my hand in class, I chose to blend in for any social interaction. I had absolutely no desire to be seen or more vulnerably, to be judged by others.

It’s easy to get into a “mode” in every relationship in your life and it doesn’t take long to establish, even with new people. We find what frequency is most comfortable and what allows us to get along with this other person. What gets hard is when something gets triggered or rubs against something inside of us.

I have found that most people either push away their reactions towards others, judging them as unfair or just not worth it, or they push their reactions on others, without feeling what the impact might be or what’s going on inside of them. Both of these strategies allow us to hide, to put away the deeper and more vulnerable parts of us that go against the already agreed upon frequency that you have established in the relationship.

Parts of me fear that my truth will either end the relationship or deepen it. Both risking being seen for more than my persona. Going against the grain of what is comfortable in relationship is exactly what intimacy is all about.

You tell your truth, as messy as it gets, until one day you are transparent in every moment. Until you have no fear locking you into place and all of your words come from love for yourself and love for other. Until you trust that losing a relationship is okay and deepening a relationship is okay too. Until you are so centred inside of yourself that no level of intimacy can scare you away. Even when fear comes up there is progress and honesty about it all. That is when community can flourish and become something new and never done before.

Trees Provide 5D Activations Of Our Sacred Humanity

I’ve spent so much glorious time connecting with nature and Gaia in the last few months, filling back up again after the long winter months spent indoors. The big, ‘ancient’ (at least to our 3D timeline, up to 1,000 years old) trees have been huge teachers for me. With each one that I’ve touched, as my flesh meets their bark, whether clear or moss covered…I feel a reunion and a remembrance. 3D filters these magical BEings as ‘just trees’ and I’ve watched as so many people stopped to ‘take a selfie’ with them yet never extended their palms to actually take in their energy or wrapped around them to get a wonderful tree hug.

As I was communicating in light language with my palms facing flat on the bark of a particular chatty Douglas Fir in a popular grove here on Vancouver Island, I could feel people looking at me. Some of them were curious about what I was doing, what I saying, and WHY I was being so intense about it (lol)….others were judging me. Some souls were being activated to remember THEIR connection to these tree BEings too…I am a bridge for others, after all, to these self led remembrances, even for those not yet consciously awakening.

With every Western Red Cedar that invited me to take in Her beautiful grandmother energy, I was reminded of MY femininity and the lineage of sisterhood that connects me to EVERY woman in some way. With every grooved and rough Douglas Fir that I stood near, I was reminded how deep MY roots go into Gaia as a sacred human and the web of connection that unifies us all. The moss covered maple trees with vast networks of branches reminded me of the holiness of my BODY and its capacity to hold my every cell, organ, and bodily experience with deep groundedness. Trees remind us of the importance of embodiment WITH our soul awakenings as they are the embodiment of being grounded WHILE also being connected to the highest of Divine heights.

Atta, my First Nation Metasoul aspect, has provided a bridge to experience these trees in a new way…as FRIENDS that she was being reunited with again. She walked slow amongst them, with presence and with honoring…not in the fast paced, head down fashion of modern ‘hiking’. This was not for exercise, yet rather for communion. Every moment with these ancients was held in a deep honor and reverence. She reminded me of a unique soul gift too, the ability to help a tree ‘lay down’ on the forest floor when it was ready to die, in a direction that would cause the least damage to other trees and people.

I feel the opportunities that these trees provide us and they can also be visited in meditation and etheric visits too. Even the younger trees that you might have more access to near you are a bridge to remind you of your embodying divinity and other timelines where trees were more revered and honored than they are now.

Trees are reminders of our past, yet also bridges to our future…to the degree we can allow them to activate both our ancientness and our arising newness.
