Personal/Service Of Love Transition From Mexico To Canada

It’s a mixture of tension and excitement in the moment that I am feeling as the ‘countdown’ begins on our exit from Mexico back to Canada. We just paid yesterday a month’s rent for a place in Victoria, BC starting in October…..near the Gorge and almost walkable to the inner harbor area. After being here in Mexico for four years, Raphael and I are going back ‘home’ to ground in the changes, awakenings, shifts, and transmutations that have occurred inside of us in that time with my daughter Raianna coming with us too. It feels like a rooting in to rise process….that is actually more about the internals than the externals.

The tension is in holding some of the details, in the unknowns that come from not ‘securing’ a lease and instead living month to month as we are going to do now…the tensions are in my masculine aspects, who just ultimately want to trust and make sure that I am safe. The excitement arises for ALL of me in finally moving into my highest timeline in the physical….connecting my geography to service of love in a deeper way. The excitement is in the freedom offered by NOT knowing and letting life arise and offer what it will through synchs, Divine alignments, and ultimately service of love.

I will still be writing posts/articles and sharing videos/audio blogs/guided meditations during this transition as it is such a natural overflow for me to share/serve love….I’ve also started another book and hope to continue working on that with a potential ‘due date’ of January 1st, 2019! And, Raphael and I will still be offering our bridging and ongoing Deep sessions, both individual and group, over zoom during this transition. We will also be offering individual sessions and group sessions (and eventually retreats) in person in Victoria starting around mid-October for those of you who live in the Vancouver area and are even drawn to travel from other states to come see us in person. I see doing talks at local venues too, as we did previously when we lived in the local Vancouver area. We also see traveling to and living for a phase in the Glastonbury UK area and Europe next Spring/summer…….We will keep you updated on these things as they arise.

Ultimately, I feel such gratitude for the space Mexico has held…an intense personal deconstruction process for me that stripped so much away that wasn’t ME to reveal more of the soul essence that WAS.

The ongoing ascension process offers these kinds of deconstructions and reconstructions, these death and rebirths…and various geographies can hold the space for them…serving as the oven for your transformational fire!

Remembering With Love The Sacred Forgetting

Vision is the remembrance of the reality of infinite possibility. Love is what gives it life.

This past week has been a rumbling inside of me. A soupy pretzel of parts and Metasoul aspects that are coming to the surface to be felt and held. Another layer of healing and self-realization occurring as ascension waves continue to ‘bear’ down on us (pun intended). It can be a bit to be with at times but when you have a way to be with it, then it is all about giving love and space to what needs your attention the most, one felt day at a time. The wounds that arise as we ascend are like bubbles that come from the cracks in our heart and soul. They are the way home to our essence of BE-ing, our wholeness.

I took in two movies with my beloved Kalayna and felt a deep awareness inside of myself that was heartache and revelation both. The photo below signifies what I was feeling after watching the new Christopher Robin and a surprising Tomorrowland. I felt another layer of my own remembrance of childhood and how, especially with the masculine, so much was hidden away and forgotten about the magic of innocence. Coupled with the parallel Earth in Tomorrowland, and its message of imagination over knowledge really hit home of how much we have all been living with something that is of our own making.

The two tied together for me my own relationship to my star family wounding and how embedded it is in the childhood/teenage years. The emotional body holds the pain in the Now. It never went away, just like Winnie and Gang never left Christopher Robin, or Tomorrowland was always right there for those who were willing to dream beyond what was considered ‘possible’.

There is a significance in it for me as I continue to unfold, heal, and arise anew into a masculine that is willing to feel all there is to feel on the way back to our sacred leadership. What we have all been willing and able to deal with and accept energetically is a gift from our protectors, but there also lies a sadness that it had to be that way. To feel this sadness as deeply as it lives in us, and offer it the space and love necessary to transmute into joy, wisdom, and the courage for our next steps is the sacred reason why we are here.

We all have the gift of vision. Of sacred sight as a birthright. It lets us see beyond what we are and what we have been. We have the gift of heart to feel the depths of what kept us in the dark which in turn gives life to the very things parts of us never imagined we could ever be and have. This is the alchemical process of coming home to yourself as a bridge between worlds. I send an invite for you to join me on that journey.

Energy Update: HIGH SOULar Winds Bring In Sacred Masculine Activations

A steady and strong stream of high speed SOULar winds have been blowing in for the last two days (August 20th and 21st). SOULar wind speeds reached the high 600’s km/sec yesterday (where typical speeds are more like 200 km/sec). These winds are forming into minor to active geomagnetic storms in the mid to high altitudes. Beautiful Aurora codes are lighting up the arctic skies in the early morning and can be connected to in the astrals too.

You may feel these SOULar winds as a higher intensity of energy moving through your body and your chakras and inside of your BEing. There is such a range of reaction to them, unique to each person. For some souls, these energies bring a sense of being ‘high’ and giddy, feelings of euphoria, bliss, and a renewed mental clarity and sense of purpose. Yet, some people may feel depression, fatigue, and sense of hopelessness….restlessness for parts of them over their current life trajectory, especially if there are still parts of them who are anchored to 3D traumas. These higher frequencies can also cause difficulty sleeping, headaches and light headedness.

Gaia’s atmosphere is the primary receiver of this stream of SOULar energies flowing out from a very wide coronal hole in the sun’s surface.  Gaia could be inside this stream of SOULar winds for days, even through the rest of this week, according to spaceweather.com. This stream brings in a high level of plasma with it….a mix of positively and negatively charged particles at extremely high temperatures, becoming more gas-like as these energies leave the sun and come closer to Gaia. Gaia’s magnetic field protects us from the severe damage that these particles could do and acts like a shield, repelling the plasma and redirecting it into the atmosphere again.

I was guided to study a little bit more (which I honestly hardly ever do, preferring to lead with my intuition) about the dynamics that are happening during high SOULar winds and how they can impact our telecommunications systems and our internal systems too. I have the sense when reading about mainstream science’s take on them of much undigested fear about the ‘destructive’ elements of the sun’s energy. Gaia’s magnetic field feels so fragile in this mainstream picture….repelling these powerful SOULar forces with only Her flimsy shield protecting us from all the possibilities of mass destruction and damage that could burst through at any moment.

There is some way in which this seems to represent the overall fear that comes up in response to the power of the sacred masculine. The sense I have been offered about these SOULar energies is that they are actually much needed by us right now. There is much awe and reverence to feel in the powerful force that these energies are….they serve as a reminder of the powerful force that lies latent inside of each of US too. The masculine CAN do damage and be destructive and violent too….yet overly fixating on that expression creates a repeated, self sabotaging cycle of its play out. Forgiveness of this abuse of power capacity in the masculine and genuine remorse from the masculine is possible as we connect with the masculine parts of ourselves that SO need our love.

These SOULar frequencies activate our sacred masculine, allowing for the collective healing and transformation of the wounded masculine that is MUCH needed during this phase of awakening. The wounded masculine is NOT just in men, yet in each of us, as embodied in our masculine parts in this timeline and from other timelines where we chose male bodies. This is truly a collective invitation to move into healthy masculine expression that each of us can personally take into our hearts, souls, chakras, and even physical bodies.

You have your own versions of magnetic shield, held by your Inner Protector, that can repel the energies when they are too strong and could do damage. Your Inner Protector so bravely and loyally holds these ‘shields’ in the face of 3D onslaughts of fear polarization, separation wounding, and disconnect/unworthiness playouts too. Ground these SOULar frequencies into the heart of your masculine. Allow your masculine to have a voice and energy in your life. An integrating sacred masculine brings direction, heart-based action, clarity, and healthy boundary setting. The repression/suppression/diversion of your inner masculine energy is what can create lostness, confusion, inability to focus, lack of clarity about soul purpose, poor boundary setting, and projection of masculine needs ‘outside’ of the self.

Embrace these sacred masculine energies as they blow in. Surrender to where He wants to take you. Ride the wave and notice how momentum can move through your life. Allow dynamic things to HAPPEN and the next level to MANifest in your world. Trust that love is holding it ALL and wants to bring it back into balance again….

The Only Way Growth Comes Is Risking The Known For The Unknown

The only way growth comes is risking the known for the unknown….this card came up as a memory for me that I posted two years ago. I was just newly on Facebook then, having just moved from a remote, off-grid ranch here in Mexico into the city of Puerto Vallarta. I had just risked the known of ranch life (as difficult as it could be at times!) and all the sweat and money we had invested there…. to listen to the call of the Divine to be more available for service even though I had no idea what that really MEANT. The only thing I really knew was that I needed to be online and accessible for whatever was Next Level for me.
 
During the two years since then, my service of love going by the waveform called ‘SoulFullHeart’ has been planted into the collective consciousness many times by me and my beloveds through many seeds of writings (including THREE books), videos/audio blogs/guided meditations, and many individual and group sessions. I have been honored to meet with hundreds of women since then in session space, which has brought so much growth to me personally as I navigate being a bridge for this powerful and beautiful work to the resonant souls/hearts who are ready for it.
 
HOW service of love would unfold was unknown to me two years ago….yet the known I was in then at the ranch was dissatisfying to my soul self and my heart passion….even as it had been exciting and growthful for a period of time.
 
Growth will continually invite you to LET GO of the previous knowns to step into the next unknown ones and the next. That is how you recognize that you are growing actually.
 
Risking the known is to actually LET GO of whatever degree of suffering that parts of you have become used to. It is to LET GO of what previous version of you has now become too comfortable. It is to feel the fears and anxiety (lack of trust) that come up in letting go and moving into the unknown edges of your leading edge growth places and expressions.
 
Two years later and I am feeling into taking another risk and change into the unknown connected to a geographic shift. I’ll be sharing more about that soon as it lands more in my hearts of our community too.
 
The current Ascension energies are moving us into these unknown places where growth lives quicker then EVER before and inviting us to linger less in the places that bring comfort yet not as much growth!!

My Healing ‘Me’ Phase: Sharing My Current Personal Process

Service of love is a crucible for growth… the growth of those you serve and your own growth too.

How many times I’ve learned this and been humbled by this…

We cannot downplay the importance of going inward and soberly evaluating ourselves, feeling if we SHOULD be serving others right now or if there’s something that needs us deep within first.

As my beloved friend, teacher and Facilitator Raphael said to me yesterday, “It feels right to take the space from facilitating. Without that, it would feel like trying to get at a foundation with a house sitting on top of it, which would be a whole lot more involved process.” Bingo.

Because of this, I’ve made the choice to step down as a SoulFullHeart Facilitator for this emerging phase of my healing and deep need of ME. My heart and soul feel a strong desire to serve love, yet the first step to that is becoming MORE love through being with myself and my parts. Without doing this, my space holding isn’t as deep as I desire it to be and not as helpful to the facilitant – the person making the vulnerable and courageous choice to lean into me for that 90min and maybe beyond – either. not to mention that the space held isn’t as safe as it needs to be for the healing to flow from my own love overflow into them to support their own.

I feel too how this process is not just about me as an individual. I feel how this is something that many space holders neglect to look at in themselves and as a result their parts can feel “burnt out” or resentful of their clients instead of in collaboration and heart-openness, which can lead to outright abuse or perhaps something more subtle. I feel how there is something for all of us to feel, whether you call yourself a “lightworker”, “space holder”, “wayshower”, “energy healer”, etc about how much you genuinely care about the person you’re offering healing to, how much respect and love you authentically feel for them, and if there are unowned judgments, triggers, pieces coming up inside of you that need you to show up to feel them in your own space, maybe even taking a break from offering healing to others for a phase, in the name of your own healing and self love growth. The biggest block to being able to vulnerably feel all of this inside of yourself feels to be the block of an overfocus on self-image, forgetting and maybe even hiding that you are also a humbly healing and ascending human being.

My beloveds in this community and healing path of SoulFullHeart have brought me many reflections over this past week that have given me plenty of pause and entry points into my heart too… to see why exactly I’ve been the way I’ve been when what I want is to be and serve love. This was a major sign of something big being out of alignment… we cannot put on the “healer hat” and be one way in sessions while we let parts of us run the show in other areas of our life and relationships with far less care, without one reality spilling over into the other sooner or later. And since the shadow is always wanting to be seen, felt and held, of course this is where the spillover is most likely to happen…

As my process unfolds, I’ll probably share more of the clarities I feel, because in this way I still feel called to serve love and see how what I’m discovering lands in the hearts and souls of others. I hope that even this writing which is more personal lands somewhere helpful inside of you. ❤

…I write to men. I call to men. I write to the Sacred Masculine that lives in men and women alike. I declare my desire and readiness along with acknowledging at the same time my reticence to serve men, and this reticent Masculine; in order to serve my highest timeline. Nothing needs to be overcome or suppressed in order to achieve in these new arising domains of being, but instead lovingly embraced as the seed of our ever-present infinite being out experiencing a full drama of leaving and then returning to the fullness we always were and are, but couldn’t quite come to know and feel, until we enter this Now.”

Energy Update: Digestion Of Eclipses/Lions Gate As SOULar Winds/Geostorms Come IN

A stream of fast SOULar winds (close to 500 km/sec) are blowing and came into Gaia’s magnetic field during the late hours of Aug. 15th and on into August 16th. Green Auroras burst in the arctic skies as active geomagnetic storms are coming in too, according to spaceweather.com. As always with geomagnetics and increasing SOULar frequencies, you may be feeling them in your physical body as light headedness, interrupted sleep patterns, nausea/indigestion, headaches and body aches. You may also just feel a good kind of surge of renewed energy and passion for creativity and service of love….and a desire to ‘dig in deeper’ to your own awakening process.
You are STILL probably in recovery and digestion from the Eclipse season and Lion/Lioness Gateway portal of the last few weeks! These energies brought a visceral feeling possibility of unity abundance with them….whatever that means to you and your soul. You may actually have been gifted with some tastes of the abundance of your higher timeline…….manifesting in new and deepening soul connections, sacred union romantic relationships, improving geographic and home shifts, and money abundance that is more connected to service of love for you.
You may have received the collapsing of things that are NOT as based in abundance for you (which is about love, trust, and surrender). Expressions in your life that are more based in survival mode, fear-based safety and comfort, are in transition…with rumblings of conflict, frustration, even rage as the truth of your unhappiness and discontent that parts of you have held comes bubbling up. This could show up in perhaps sudden completions in jobs/careers/businesses and more 3D-based relationships. Overall, more CLARITY came to you during this last month about what your soul most wants and what you don’t. The transition phase and choice point steps to your higher timeline is becoming clearer.
The three eclipses worked especially on the physical body, offering detoxes to release denser frequencies in order to let in MORE light. Eating cleansing foods, lighter foods, such being lighter in the body felt more in alignment with these eclipse energies. While the Lion’s Gate seemed to invite a kind of inhabitation of the human body and the joys of it. These energies encouraged feasting and even light partying…..even eating of denser foods if wanted and needed. The Lion energy had a decadence to it and celebration of all that is abundant too. Celebrating a coming together in unity, in community, in sacred union….to energize the higher timeline expression of these soul-based bonds, celebration of your tribe forming inside and out.
ALL of these energies seem to offer that what has been emotionally and energetically anchored in 3D density frequencies of fear, trauma, and separation is coming into our heart space awareness to feel and transmute to higher vibrational love frequencies. Memories of childhood traumas express as a traumatized vibration that your Protector can help you feel and let go of…….along with traumas (with sticky karmic roots) from other timelines/lifetimes being accessible to you through journey to them where you can change the timeline outcome with your Metasoul aspects that live in them.

Our transformation into sacred humanity continues, with the recent energies bringing us to our personal NEXT LEVELS….def. getting a stronger sense of what that means for us. Re-Anchoring From The 3D Matrix To 5D New Earth

Re-anchoring is going on HUGE it feels like right now, especially during this mega time of energy shifts and influxes. We are being invited to re-anchor into higher vibrational frequencies and higher consciousness states of New Earth into 4D transitional consciousness and away from the 3D matrix which anchored us into its projected and collaborated reality of unconscious duality.

The 3D matrix dissolving as it is in the now WITH love ‘drops’ people then into their own native soul expressing body frequency and into the discovery of what that actually IS outside of the collective vibe.

The matrix has created a sense of unity consciousness, yet it has the lower vibrational agenda of modulation, conforming, control, following the ‘rules’, and has run on fear-based frequencies of avoiding rejection, unfelt abandonment and unworthiness woundings, power over others, and codependence. It is formed through conformity and fitting in.

As souls, we all agreed to the collaborative creation of this matrix as it helped with the 3D experiment that we all felt was an important one on a soul level and to purge out the shadow in our collective unconsciousness. And so, it has been as we have learned MUCH during it and are continuing to learn so much as it is dissolving.

This matrix is becoming obsolete, no longer needed, and hugely limiting to our soul frequencies now coming into our bodies and emotional bodies. The human species in this current ‘modern era’ timeline is now ready to BE without this matrix on a collective level. The collective emotional body is ready to be healed through the receiving of love frequencies to transform the stuck and blocked places of fear into love. The Reptilian Star BEings who have collaborated and agreed to play the role of ‘suppressor’ and enforcers of this matrix have also now grown beyond it (on their leading edge) and this role. They are in a collective choice point of love over fear, letting in forgiveness from the Divine for all they have ‘done’, which was actually just fulfilling a ‘role’ in the bigger experiment.

As we can no longer anchor into the matrix, there is this collective ‘floating’ feeling as each individual soul finds their new bearings inside of themselves rather than outside of themselves. For some souls, parts of them will be slower, stubborn, or even outright refuse to re-anchor into themselves in a higher vibrational frequency during this current timeline.

They will continue to create a matrix from inside of themselves, pulling from their unhealed emotional bodies and undigested karma from their Metasoul lifetimes too. The ‘hellish’ frequencies of the matrix will still be reality for them as they are free will choosing it. They will remain ‘hooked in’ completely by their own free will choice on a 3D level and, of course, on a higher self level too. They will continue to manifest body illness, dis-ease, toxic relationship patterns, suffering loops…whatever they need to continue to grow and learn. Although it will become increasingly uncomfortable for them to be at this lower frequency and remain on Gaia, so they will most likely leave the body eventually with their Metasoul having sovereignly learned what it came here to learn.

For those of us who are re-anchoring already in a conscious way and maybe have been for many years and have been awakened to our Metasoul frequencies, we will flow along WITH the matrix-free Gaia as She moves UP in frequency. An important aspect of the process for you in this is the 4D transitional phase, the deaths and rebirths, the Dark Nights and the Light Day awakenings, the de-conditionings and the re-conditionings too, the shedding and molting off of so many layers. This re-anchoring into self is the discovery process of what ISN’T your authentic self and what IS.

This unanchoring process is about saying ‘no’ to very many previous beloved ways of being in the world in order to say ‘yes’ to the unknown NEW way that is based in love. It is the process of letting go of 3D anchors that are OUTSIDE of you in ALL areas of our life so that you can anchor INSIDE of you. It is about transforming the traumas that live in parts of you into love. In this phase, you discover and FEEL yourself as a fractal from Divine Source AND as the Divine, both, and let go of the ‘outside of self’ God picture as offered by 3D religious pictures.

The Ascension energies are inviting us to shift from anchoring into another person or person’s/culture’s beliefs, yet rather to begin the process of anchoring in OURSELVES and to the Divine as a source experienced from WITHIN us. As you help parts of you drop anchors to 3D life through healing the trauma connected to them, your soul is freed UP, your heart is opened UP, your mind is expanded UP, and your body is lightened UP too.

The NEW anchors do not weigh you down, yet rather invite you to let IN, grounding you in yet not limiting your consciousness or capping it in any way. The anchors become lost at sea and you are increasingly floating free! And so it IS and so it becomes more and more as you let go in order to let in the NEW.

Let’s Get On With The Getting On!

A tender response from a wonderful bridging session I had with a male soul yesterday:

“I don’t even know how to say how much I appreciate you and the insights you share! It seems like a process that gives a path to experiences I got to feel and bare witness to in visions. It’s like everything you say is complimenting a notion or sense I have in regards to the 3d/4d/5d”

This is it. The time to get on with the getting on. The letting in. You have dug in the soil, spent time in the darkness, and found your truest gift to the world….the desire to love yourself enough to choose real love. To follow the challenges and choice points that lead you to its ever-expanding and all-encompassing playground. Time to love those parts of you that haven’t been able to see past the dark and trust there is a different, bigger, and sexier world that exists in this very moment.

Keep watering your garden. The one you have tended to with much diligence and self-care even when it was hard as hell. It is not part of your destiny to give up now. You just need to find others to water your garden WITH you, not for you. Those that are doing the same in the name of bearing that magical fruit of pure joy and creative power in the name of more Love.

Let your roots find their strength in your ever-opening heart to let in and serve more love. We are an independent community garden that is interdependent on those hearts and souls that have chosen to plant themselves in and near our raised bed. It is time to choose to be loved by others as you have chosen to love yourself in the name of real explosive growth.

Loving yourself is just the beginning. Sharing and serving that love is what comes next. This is your sacred human calling.
