The new year of 2018 has been off to a big start energetically. The masculine and feminine codes are swirling together to offer activations and a birthing of a new You. SoulFullHeart co-creator, Jelelle Awen, offers her heart open and invitational words of what this year has in store for all of us.  There is a gestation period that is meant to move you from the old into a new frequency of your highest heart and calling.  There is much to feel and connect with inside that is ready to move and open up to more love.

“This gestation has been challenging at times and maybe continues to be. This gestation has felt like a void at times with nothing there and little sense of what could possibly fill up what has been emptied out. Sometimes you can feel the womb that you are in and the Divine love energy that is holding ALL of this process and you. Sometimes parts of you may feel abandoned, left ‘behind’ and left out, disconnected from the Divine parental energy that actually is ALWAYS there for you. Sometimes parts of you need to thrash out, say ‘no more’ to the old 3D ways that may still anchor and tug. And then, return again to the womb, to the comfort of the place where you can rest in what you are becoming.”

Connecting With Archangels, Metasoul, And Divine Love – Day 18: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 18 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about Archangels and how to feel and relate with them, with help from Archangel Metatron of course. I encourage a heart and intuitive guidance, feeling for a sense of resonance or not, led by you and what you experience with them, the Divine, and with any path or process that you are presented with. Metatron especially seems to want to collaborate with us, to share what he has to teach, and yet also offers an invitation for us to join in together.

I feel this invitation from the Divine as well, yet this can be hard for parts of us to let in due to unhealed unworthiness. What heals that unworthiness is feeling how the Divine loves you, not just you loving the Divine in a devotional way, yet rather letting in in a transactional way to experience infinite love. This is about having ‘with’ relationships to everything rather than ‘against’ or ‘to’ or ‘from’….love with yourself, your parts, others, and with the Divine.

I also talk about the Metasoul, our individuated soul source or what you could call your ‘higher self’ soul source, which I illustrate using the sacred geometric symbol of the Flower Of Life. In the SoulFullHeart process, we connect with Metasoul sisters and brothers directly, which are fragments or projections from the same soul source as yours. This is different than how past lives are usually related to, because these aspects are not past and yet are rather overlaying onto your timeline and ‘bleeding through.’ You get to know and connect with the Metasoul aspect in order to get into a gift exchange with more objectivity possible through this. And there seems to be exponential and quantum healing possible through Metasoul processing! Navigating Relationships From The Inside Out – Day 17: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

 In today’s video, Day 17 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk a bit about why parts of us form initially as we feel the emotional and energectic dissonance of 3D reality, plus not being felt by our caregivers. It is the lack of digestion of what we were feeling in the moment that creates a more structured energy to form, plus masks, personas, walls.

The main thing I talk about today is relationships and how your inner relationship between your parts determines what you experience in outer relationships with others. As the soul wakes up and comes into the body, your relationships may shift as you do. This is a situation where you are awakening and those around you are not in the same way. The partner who is not awakening and maybe ‘doesn’t want to change’ represents a part of you that doesn’t want to change either.

As you heal the polarization inside from one part of you to another, this changes the projection you put on others and the conflictual dynamics that you are drawn to. More compassion is happening from within which heals the polarized frequencies and you no longer need to draw it as a mirror in others.

The other dynamic I talk about is when two sacred union mates come together and have the capacity to be in union, yet don’t have the transactability from an emotionally mature place. The union is limited by the capacity of each partner to show up for it in terms of self love overflow from each of them providing the ground for it

Day 9, Part 1 of 2 ~ Journal To The Demiurge

Journal To The Demiurge with Raphael Awen

Raphael: Another Day, People, or BEings. It’s not so easy coming up with one title for all of us, and we’re getting larger in numbers, too, as we go.

I know, you are soon to be introduced to Martin, as in Martin Luther, our Metasoul brother, from the 1500’s. Then, we got a taste of King Arthur, from Camelot, another Metasoul brother, who I had some very sweet feeling exchange with earlier today. There’s also Animalea, my feminine counterpart, who just might steal the show altogether.

It did feel a bit strange feeling how up till now, we were an all male team, so I’m glad Animalea got invited. I will leave it to her to share when she’s ready to, while extending a very warm welcome toward her.

Not that long ago, I was reading Carl Jung, who felt that all men have an inner feminine part, that he called ‘The Anima’, and that all women have a masculine part, that he called ‘The Animus’. I no sooner read that, and Animalea burst on the scene. She’s a big part of the reason that Jelelle and I work out so well, in a number of ways. Quite uninhibited, is how I’d put it, in the moment.

So, we have all that to look forward to. I’m feeling as we go, how all of this is part of the opening and access to meet with the Demiurge. We find the Demiurge inside of each of us, with each part of us, some in alignment, others in opposition. We also encounter the Demiurge with each of our Metasoul Aspects having their own distinct relationship with the Demiurge.

This is a forming delegation to meet with the Demiurge. I haven’t used that word ‘delegation’ yet, but that word carries the energy of what I’m feeling. A delegation is a body of individuals who are authorized to represent a larger body. In our case, we are downloading an implicit authority that exists in the Multiverse, is how I’d say it, that we have sufficient self-worth to claim and embody that authorization.

The larger body, that we seek to represent is the human race, and even beyond that, to any and all other beings that have felt an unresolved relationship with the Demiurge.

For most of these people, there is probably an anger at the suppression they feel and have felt coming from the Demiurge. I’m already feeling that key to gaining access with the Demiurge will be a willingness to feel our side of the co-creative responsibility for the Demiurge’s existence. By that, I mean, feeling how each of us used the Demiurge as a scapegoat to hold our own divinity until such a time as we were willing to hold it for ourselves. Being saddled with holding everyone’s disowned divinity would eventually make anyone an asshole, in my opinion.

The suppression coming from the Demiurge however, is not Okay. That is a central message of this delegation, that we will not negotiate in any way or stand for any longer. On the other side of the coin, we cannot expect that us telling the Demiurge that he is the embodiment of evil, that he is separated from love, and that he stinks basically, is going to move or shift anything.

What I’m feeling in all this is how we have some more homework to do, to get ourselves ready to carry out this delegation, this ambassadorship. A key piece that I feel deeply in my bones is that there is only one source of All There Is and that is thee All. The Demiurge is not the source of All, but he is contained within the All. This is the same thing I feel about myself and everyone of us. Each of us are hopelessly and inescapably contained by love, no matter how much of the dark we seek or need to embody in our awakening journey. I feel this as the restoration of all back to love.

This is why I am able to rise above the fear of attacks or repercussions from the Demiurge, in undertaking this assignment. He is only one aspect of love’s reflection and duality. What I do feel a healthy fear of though, is the idea that we are going to cleanse the world of evil in some epic spiritual battle, a ‘we/they’ kind of separation. This is a battle, but the battle exists inside of each of us first, and only then, gets its license to play out externally.

Our interface with the Demiurge will be one from the inside for each of us personally who are willing to make that bridge real, and then for each of us, the war inside simply comes to an end. As more and more of us choose this, and walk this out, the delegation spreads to more and more sovereign individual souls, and eventually, the reign of the Demiurge naturally fades and loses ground as is already happening. This delegation is something that has been a long time in coming and has been coming. We are simply riding a wave prepared for us. Let’s acknowledge that we are surfing a wave of heart and passion and ache that wants to manifest.

Each person who wishes to make this their reality will have to walk this out internally, and then follow suit externally. Each person will have to come to terms with their own disowned divinity, that they pawned off at the Demiurge’s Five And Dime chain depots that our planet became known for. To do that, and as they do that, each person will become fluent with their own Internal Punisher, their own disembodied opposite gender aspect, their own unacknowledged Metasoul Aspects to fully realize their own freedom and Heaven On Earth reality. The Demiurge without is a manifestation of the Demiurge within.

Ok, wow, so I had some things to say, I see. Thank you for letting me go off.

Andy: I like the surfing part, Raphael.

Raphael: Yesss, we could so use a beach for today, maybe this afternoon, Andy. You can get the boards waxed and find us a cute instructor. If there’s one thing the Demiurge doesn’t know and longs to know is how to actually have fun. Keep that in mind while we are formulating our plan of how to approach him.

I felt so much relief in the last Journal entry sharing the big piece how I finally said a profound ‘No’ to a faith, a completed marriage bond, that had become a bind, and an entire social world built around that. As I shared that piece again, with all your sweet attention and love, there was some more to feel from the intensity of the birth canal passage that was, that I couldn’t feel all of at the time. In this way, we are ‘re-membered’ with each part of our selves, as we are ready to. These parts of us need and want to be felt as we revisit our stories.

I feel expanded out just writing these words, catching up with, yet again, a new reality of a deeper embodiment of my own divinity, my own infinite largesse of being that life and love and the universe and the multiverse is holding space for me to feel. That’s a pretty grand self image, I know, and I apologize for none of it. It’s the same image I see and hold for every one of us. We’re all as great as anyone can imagine, and then infinitely more. It has a whole lot to do with the Demiurge that we haven’t been able to see and feel that for ourselves. Our religions and spiritualities and institutions and the cults of our cultures all speak of an intense opposition to all of this greatness. We, are, however, moving out of the phase of our consciousness where less was enough, and are moving now into the realization of The All, the true infinite more that we are, that no false humility can any longer suppress.

Only the truly great, can embody true humility. Only the truly selfish can embody any kind of the selfless. Only those who are the first partakers of love can have any to spare.

Okay, wow, sometimes, Metatron, It feels like I’m channeling you, without giving you the credit…

Metatron: And, how perfect is that?! We are one, and we are only separate and distinct while we need to be. It’s the best of both worlds. And don’t think I don’t get my fair share with you mimicking me, I so do. I want to be like you, when I grow up.

Raphael: Cool! What else would you like to say, Metatron? Where are we on the unfolding journey to the Demiurge?

Metatron: We need to be aware that we do have the Demiurge’s ear. He is aware of this delegation and is feeling our approach. Each person reading and feeling this journal, present and future, is expanding this delegation. The Demiurge, like our Higher Selves, doesn’t exist in 3D time constraints of past, present and future. And there’s no hiding in these higher dimensions either.

Raphael: Wow, the parts of me conditioned to 3D, don’t get that all the way, but they’re working on it. Thank god though that I have parts of me conditioned to this layer of reality, or I wouldn’t have been able to have this entire learning journey in 3D this far, and now expanding beyond.

I feel this peaceful centered feeling right now, with a whole bunch of possible directions that we could go in today, going outwards like spokes on a wheel, and the peaceful feeling is too good to lose by getting worked up about anything, even as in choosing a direction today. I may need your help, or maybe you weren’t done yet, Metatron?

Moving Out Of The Void Space – Day 16: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

We are halfway through the series!! In today’s video, Day 16 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about some possible shifts in perspective that you may be feeling at this point based on what I’ve been offering about the parts reality especially. I also invite you to engage with the videos in whatever order based on the subject that draws you, rather than feeling that you need to ‘catch up’ on them or ‘stay current.’ I give you a sense about what is coming up next in the series too.

I talk today about the void space, which I describe in this writing: “Then, there is the void. It feels like many souls will be in this as consciousness continues to shift and change. Maybe you are in this now or, at least, in moments? The void is the space in between the dips of necessary purgings and clearings and the peaks of feeling connected to Divine love, All That Is, the sense of your Higher Self kNOWingness. The void is the place that is the ‘during’…….the AFTER of the old and yet BEFORE the new has fully come in.”

I share about my experience of a deep void space living off-grid on a remote ranch, without much money, going into a cocoon of deeper soul awakenings especially……..to emerge out eventually to serve and share about one and a half years ago now. I needed this void space to be with myself, heal my parts, and deepen my connection with nature as well. Yet, it was important to move out of that space as well to come into my service of love self.

The invitation is to let love come into the void space through community, intimacy, and connection. To move out of that void and into letting love in and trusting love again. It can be challenging for parts of us to trust love again, such as the Protector who feels protective of our Inner Teenager, who feels like it will be rejected to trust relationships again. You can get into suffering over suffering if you stay ‘overlong’ in the void space.

Energy Update: Focusing On The Birthing Of The New You And New Earth Now

I received the sense that 2017 was going to be ‘the year beyond fear’ for me and for others too. Moving beyond our fears by feeling them with parts of ourselves in order to eventually serve love, to step out, and to share. So far, 2018 seems to be the year offering to focus on birthing a New You and New Earth Now. New Earth Now is arising in the continual collective disclosure process of the old, revealing the old power structures, and clearing the way. A New You is birthing in every choice point we make toward serving love.
 
All these energies of birthing are coming up as this new year of 2018 births itself too. Two weeks into this year and you can FEEL how it wants to invite you into your next forms, shapes, and ways that you are meant to BEcome. These energies of love want to move you through the necessary gestations that your REAL you has just needed to stew and bake in for awhile. You’ve been like a fetus growing in a womb of Divine Feminine and Masculine safety and support during 2017. Getting ready and preparing to BE born.

2018 offers that the time of birthing is now, both collectively and personally. Is this your ‘time’ now? If so, you become inspired with new creativities and ideas. Your passions ignite and want to express and share. You are not interested in fighting or going to battle with the old, yet put your energy toward creating and manifesting the New. You receive and draw synchronicities, resonant alliances, and opportunities too. You are consumed with new ideas, that higher timeline picture, and renewed focus to see these ideas through. Clearer guidance is coming through from your Guides and your Higher Self, providing you directions to go in that are sometimes surprising yet seem to fit the bigger picture.
 
These 2018 energies are providing focus, whether inward on your own process and the continual healing of your emotional body and soul…or on service of love projects and visions to offer with others. Or both….back and forth. This focus helps you discern what is a good use of your energy and what is not. This focus allows you to decide what in your life (relationships, careers, habits, geographies, etc.) distracts and diverts…..versus what actually PROVIDES you with more energy to use toward creating the new.
 
Parts of you that feel fear, resistance, unworthiness to create and share the new can receive your love to soothe their doubts and distrust. They can receive and connect with Divine love to receive motherly and fatherly encouragement to rest, to allow, and to trust. These parts of you can be felt in where these doubts stem from and come from, where they originate in your childhood and other lifetimes too. In this feeling, these parts of you can let go and move into the Now with you….offering their gifts to the process. As an aspect of this focus you may be gathering your ‘midwives’ to you in the form of soul family connections, community, resources to support you in this process. So much of the gestation process you might have needed to do alone. Needing the private space to see, find, and feel yourself and parts of you again without reflection of what others could offer that no longer felt true or right. Yet, when you move into the New, you are more aware of your healthy need of others, of support, of relationships, of intimacy, and of community. You become aware of your need of a team to help you bring in the new and create it.
 
You are birthing now. You are BEcoming. BEcoming your service of love self in the forms and ways that are calling you to express…..and increasingly BEcoming your expression of Infinite Love in human form!

Embrace Your Humanity As You Embody Your Divinity

“Your willingness to fully embrace your humanity is your ability to fully embody your divinity”

As human beings we are connected so viscerally to our feelings. In this dimension we experience a wide range of them that bring us to the height of ecstacy, and to the depths of despair and terror. There is a fullness of experience that lies in between. It is why we came here. To fully embrace all that our human-ness has to offer. We needed as a consciousness to forget our nature in order to experience it all. We came to learn and live.

There was always an inherent risk in this, but the fail-safe has been the reality that we have been and always are held in Love, no matter where our emotive winds blow us. The key to this fail-safe is our willingness to feel it all. To be willing to go into the depth of our human experience and feel ALL that is has accumulated is what leads us the doorstep of our divinity.

We can access these high divine frequencies. They are what holds the exploration into the shadowlands of our wounds and darkness. These lower frequencies are our Earthling or 3D human selves. They are the anchors that keep us from truly and significantly embodying our more Gaian or 5D Sacred Human Self.  These denser energies make themselves evident in their recurring nature and are messages that we have more healing to do. They are the beauty and tenderness of the Inner Teenager, the unfelt pains of the Inner Punisher, and the heirloom legacy of our Inner Mother and Father.

Your willingness to fully embrace your emotional body is negotiation with the part of you that is very protective of it. It is through a conscious relationship to your internal defence that you can begin feel, heal, and integrate all that has been waiting for you. The metasoul aspects that hold deep soul pain and soul gifts too.  As you do, more room is made inside you to bring in more permanently the higher states of your soul consciousness and Christ Heart. This what I imagine is the transformation from carbon to crystal.

It is through feeling and holding all the parts of you that are in curiosity, in pain, and in fear that leads to the greater purpose of embodying all the magic and love that you ARE and meant to BE. You are opening the doors to your multidimensional angelic YOU. You are living into your highest expression of your sacred masculine and feminine in balance and in union. You have remembered your wings and it is time to fly.

Meet Your Inner Protector – Day 15: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 15 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk more about the Inner Protector, the part of people that we connect with first in our SoulFullHeart process. Related to parts work, I mention Hal and Sidra Stone, two psychotherapists who have done extensive subpersonality work including recognizing a “Protector/Controller’ part in people, plus Carl Jung, who recognized subpersonalities as well in his own way and method.
 
I describe the common characteristics and energies of Protectors, based on people we’ve worked with in session space, especially during the last year. Starting your connection with your Protector gives you access to other parts of yourself, such as the Inner Teenager, Inner Child, Inner Punisher, etc. It is the part that is ‘standing at the door’ to protect these more vulnerable or shadow-based parts.
 
The Protector energy seems to come in right away, usually at birth, to shield you from the harsh, third dimensional frequencies here. They are a very necessary ‘suit’ to guard you in 3D life, yet get overly protective over time and ‘fused’ to your 3D reality consciousness, forgetting that their more porous and angelic nature. They can return more to this energy as a guide and channel through connection with you.
 
I recommend doing the guided meditation in Day Six of this series to meet your Protector, then do a letter exchange with them back and forth where you offer that you would like to connect with them and get to know them. Then, write down their response back. You can then do these sentence completions as well with the Protector answering as many times as they want:
 
Mom always/never; Dad always/never; the good/bad things about mom are; the good/bad things about dad are; current/recent romantic partner never/always; The good things about the 3D world are….;The bad things about the 3D world are….; I feel protective of you whenever….; Love always/never; Feelings are….;The 3D God picture is…;Money is….;The good/bad things about birth family are…
 
This beginning connection with your Protector can be hugely supported and bridged by engaging in SoulFullHeart sessions with a facilitator, as you can then differentiate further your energy from theirs, plus others parts as well. Lift The Inner Veil Through Self Permission To Feel, Be And See Beyond 3D

When you close your eyes in this moment, what images come to you?

Each closing of the thin veil of our eyelids calls to something in our subconscious, gives it permission to come forward and be with us.

What is the first thing that you see? What is the first feeling that you feel?

There’s a keen self-permission required in wondering this way. In curiosity of the self. In being still for even a moment, to see what your subconscious wants to tell you. Maybe it wants to show you in symbols, feeling tones, colours, scenes, the parts of you that most need you now. Maybe it wants to give you hints of your soul, what its gifts and wounds are, both. Maybe it wants to give you glimpse, a hint, of the map of your life that only your soul can know about in any real detail.

Going within can be this quick, this simple, this easy. Of course, it doesn’t always feel this way. Parts of us that aren’t sure about it all, that are confused because 3D conditioning has told them that only what they can literally see and feel and hear without any need for interpretation or reading between the lines is worth taking in on any level. This can be existential too, as there could be lifetimes in your Metasoul of experiencing ridicule, persecution, excommunication, death, because of being willing to really see, really feel, really communicate even what might go against the norm.

So much has dulled our natural senses of a need to go inward, to be with ourselves, to get to know our hearts and our souls, to heal from the inside, out. So much has dulled our chance of experiencing something that takes us far beyond our typical daily experience. So much abuse, so much pain, so much necessary numbing-out and downplaying of our emotions, that really are an important aspect of our imagination, and our imagination is the most crucial aspect of our access to intuition, to soul gifts, to something well beyond the scope of 3D life.

Maybe today might be your first day of closing your eyes with the genuine intent of feeling what is beyond or could be beyond the veil of your 3D life… this precious and sacred veil that has been needed until now, or until any Now of your choosing. At any moment you can give yourself permission to close your eyes and BE, breathe, feel, see, experience, let in… let yourself and your parts in. Let in that you ARE here, NOW… that you ARE needed, wanted, loved… that you ARE who you ARE and that this ‘mess’ of how life has been has been necessary so you could get to this point of reading and taking in these words, of beginning or continuing your journey inward that somehow you trust will transform everything you experience outward.

In today’s video, Day 14 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I offer about a sense of self permission that comes from offering to yourself and parts of you that, “It’s Ok Not To Be Ok”.

I read from a previously shared and popular writing…..”It’s OK not to be OK….putting down the masks of OKness or being positive all the time. Being vulnerable to show what is really going in your heart. Sharing your tears, your fears, your concerns, your pain with those who can feel you. Being real with what parts of you are feeling and reacting to in every moment. This self permission space allows the feelings to BE, to be felt, and eventually to heal.”

I offer about not going to battle with our feelings or numbing and drugging them, yet rather seeing them as offering a heart and soul story for us and to respond to them with compassionate curiousity. If you had been told “It’s Ok Not To Be OK” as a child and felt in your feelings, you could have learned how to hold space for yourself and your feelings. Instead parts of you learn how to protect, distract, deflect, etc. due to 3D conditioning from your caregivers.

Very often in spiritual offerings it can be about finding the positive; don’t get ‘too low’ in feelings; find only bliss. This creates a gap between your awakening high states and the reality of your emotional bodies’ wounding and reactivity. More bliss and joy can come up when there is no energy going toward transcendence or suppression of feelings. I offer that the Divine wants us to feel ourselves and our parts of us; to be real about what we are feeling; and to feel what is real.
