March Energies Update: Emotional Clearings, Chakra Activations, Highest Timeline Manifestations

Onward and UPward we go! These current ascension energies of March can feel like mists of crystalline high vibrational frequencies….like standing on the beach and the liquid vapors reach you on the wind, yet they are made of LIGHT and LOVE rather than water. The misting can be subtle and refreshing. More like hinting at what could BE in your highest timeline manifestation if you continue to let in more love and let go of what isn’t serving you. There is a kind of tingling in the body/skin/top of head with this misting as crystals activate and come to LIFE and turn on and start receiving and transmitting.

Maybe you are brought UP, activated by the sacred masculine into states of near trance, blissed and blessed out, foggy, altered states like feeling like ‘being high’. You are teleporting to other timelines and ‘seeing’ these realities come through. You are crash napping with a sense of much activation going on, yet not able to track it with your mind or really understand it. You are needing to just GO and FLOW with these surges as linear everything shuts down and TRUE mulitdimensional reality, BEyond time, takes over. This probably feels amazing though….a gift, a confirmation of the WORK you’ve engaged with to feel, to let go of what was less than this, to BE with and in love.

These energies can feel more like a swooshing wave, landing on the shores of your chakras, your every living cells, your emotional body. There can be a feeling of being ‘crashed into’ and the emotions coming up to the surface due to cosmic momentum supported by your Higher Self and its goals for you. You are maybe feeling pulled down by the undertow of what has been suppressed or repressed or just put away, stored, until it is safe to actually feel it. These HIGH frequency energies actually make MORE space for these feelings to be expressed as your Witness Self/Authentic Self/Higher Self coming into your body is supported to respond and JUST feel.

Feelings of depression, extreme tiredness, wanting to ‘go home’ and to give up may come up in parts of you that are actually meant to be tired of 3D living and reality. Watered by the SOULar reminders of your bigness and TRUE purpose here, the parts of you that have invested in keeping life safe and small and anchored to 3D reality are just getting weary, sad, and done. This can also be Metasoul (other timeline) aspects experiencing their own intense events that may be leading to death, karmic playouts, catastrophes or just suicidal feelings that are needing to be felt with love.

Feelings of rage and anger too as truth and passion rumble through and UP, ignited by Divine permission to express and digest. Emotional energies that have been stuck are MOVED by love and there is nothing bad or wrong here in this. It is a very natural and necessary process as love sweeps in and through. These more intense feelings may feel unwanted or not desirable to parts of you….yet, if you can embrace them with love instead of resist them, then they can move and digest. Trust that these Ascension energies are making more ROOM….in your Higher Heart that allows for MORE experience of Unity consciousness within yourself (from one part of you to another) and with others. Making more room in your chakras/energy field from your Stellar Gateway (your ‘personal sun’) to your root chakras connected to Mother Gaia…..so that you can experience the activation of your 5D Sacred Human ‘Violetprint’.

Making more room in your emotional body for self love, self worth, self acceptance to organically arise. Making more room in your relationships for authenticity, nourishment, resonance, and intimacy. Making more room in your LIFE for your highest timeline to manifest as it is just there, pulsating, and waiting for you to claim, name, and BEcome it.

These energies are making more room for New Earth in this NOW and the BEcoming of you AS love. Embracing rather than resisting; allowing rather than controlling; feeling rather than numbing allows for the making room process to go and flow.

March Energies Update: Bringing Awareness Of Yourself AS Energy Into Every Moment

I think I have said and written the word “energy” more since the beginning of the year than I ever have before! The energies that are coming to us and for us and with us even in this Now as SOULar flare and SOULar winds and SOULar storm activities continue into this day of March 15th are bringing energy more into our waking consciousness. Feeling how energies are impacting you on ALL levels is probably more in your awareness right now. Yet, really, this awareness of energies on the ‘outside’ and how they impact your insides is such an important aspect of awakening to hold on a moment by moment basis.

These cosmic and galactic energies are not actually doing anything to us, in another way. Because…..they ARE us. We are energy…..everything is energy. What we are experiencing of experience is energetic. Energy moves, transforms….vibrates from lower density to higher density. Vibrates faster or slower. Vibrates at a denser frequency or a more porous, higher one.

3D conditioning doesn’t allow for energy. It doesn’t make space for it, teach it, or see it as β€˜real’. This limiting perception is like a box over your capacity to experience yourself AS energy and everything you experience AS energy. This limiting idea that energy is not real because it cannot be seen is one of ways that the veil can remain over our remembrance of our soul essence, our soul gifts expressing, our soul self being inhabited and embodied.

What you suffer from related to physical, emotional, and mental distress is sourced in energy. Emotional wounds are energy and made up of energy. Karmic wounds are energy and made up of energy. Suffering is energy and made up of energy. Mental β€˜illness’ (which is not how I would label it or feel it) is made up of energy. Relationship discords are energy and made up of energy.

As you move into 4D reality, as you awaken…..a major aspect that awakens is your tracking of energy and how your own personal energy is impacted by others, by environments, by cosmic events, by geographies…by both inner and outer experiences. You may seek out energy healers to remind you of your own energy healing capacities, both towards self and others. Yet, EVERYONE……EVERY SOUL has the capacities to heal with energy since every thing IS energy. Even if you are not conscious of being an β€˜energy healer’ you are one every time you transact love with yourself or with others.

The highest vibrational frequency of ALL is PURE love. PURE love is the frequency which can move and heal the emotional stuck energy, the karmic stuck energy, the mental stuck energy, the physical stuck energy, the relationship stuck energy. PURE love is a wave of VERY high frequency energy that we let into our BEing more and more, as it arises inside of us as we heal, as it arises inside as we integrate soul/star/angelic aspects, as we draw others in relationships based more and more in PURE love frequencies.

PURE love energy = PURE love experience =’s end of suffering over suffering…….this is a simple thing to understand yet harder to embody because of the stuck energy can be SO thick and congested, like concrete in some people. The stuck energy takes the form of protective parts, fearful parts such as the Inner Protector that use your energy to form barriers and guards and shields and weapons. This stuck energy needs to be negotiated with in order to let in the PURE love experience.

In our SoulFullHeart process in sessions, we do this very consciously with these parts…we connect energetically with the energy of the protection and guide you to lead this exploration. As these energies are felt with PURE love, they begin to shift into higher vibration, they become unstuck, they move into higher self expression. Protective energy becomes healthy self protection and eventually integrates into the 5D Self as it isn’t needed in the same ways.

As you digest and integrate and calibrate to the energies being offered right now from the Divine and the cosmos, remember that You ARE energy and how experience these current ascension energies is reflection of you. You can let in a beautiful flow of LOVE as you recognize it as such, as you let it in as such, and as you experience YOURSELF as a loving energy more and more….

March Energies: BEing In The Unknown As Ascension Unfolds

“Energies are HIGH today,” I said to my daughter Raianna Shai yesterday as we ate lunch at the mall with my beloved mate Raphael. It was an interesting setting to be talking about energies, with the hustle and bustle of people around us, yet this is how ‘worlds’ are merging in this now with such an increase in solar activity, light influxes, gateways/portals opening, timelines merging and overlapping. EVERY day seems to be a high energy lately.

“They are? Wow, ok, that explains some things,” she replied. She shared with me that she was feeling sleepy, yet not physically tired as she had slept many hours the night before. She was experiencing that she was pleasantly floaty, yet not dizzy or lightheaded.

“Yes, that is the ‘here but not here’ feeling of energies blurring timeline realities. Does it feel like something is pressing on you from above? Not in a claustrophobic way, yet the ‘ceiling’ is both higher and lower?”

“Yes, it does. I don’t really ‘get’ that with my mind, but I understand what you are saying,” she answered. We then talked about how her awakening over the last year to her chakras and her energy healing capacities was also opening up a bridge of sensitivity to cosmic frequencies as well. And, that it is a practice to connect what is happening inside the body to energetic causes. Raianna is consciously aware and working with her Gatekeeper, so this aspect of Her is serving as a bridge to open up these accesses in a negotiated way while she feels the fears and concerns this part of her has about the awakening process. This conversation with her on what I would consider a VERY HIGH energy day felt important to share as we ongoingly experience these energies in ways we never have before at levels higher than ever offered. Also, I feel that there may be many souls like her…perhaps more newly awakening to their sensitivities to energies, both inside and as connected to Cosmic frequencies. Relating the energy influxes to physical body sensations allows them to ground in more in a relational way. I especially feel that many in Raianna’s millennial generation (she is 23) incarnated here with less attachment to 3D and less desire to live out the previous ‘dreams’ of mortgage, family, and career. I feel a rebellion in them as they anchor more to 4D frequencies of transitional awakening and offer a fresh and new perspective to others more anchored to 3D. It also feels like many of them unfortunately suffer from depression and anxiety connected to this soul awakening into frequencies that don’t see, get, recognize, and feel this about them.

Also, though, it CAN be confusing to feel through what is happening on a cosmic level (although none of it is really ‘out there) and what is happening in your own personal bodily systems – emotional, social, physical, and mental. These next two weeks of March feel important, a boost, a next level nudge UP personally and collectively. So much of what is happening in this now connected to Ascension feels ultimately unknowable….bringing us into the place of mysterious alchemy that the long dominance of 3D rationality and linear thinking has limited and capped.

In this place of arising mystery, you can only light temporary beacons of clarity to illuminate your immediate surroundings for a moment. You can ask your unifying Higher Self/Metasoul aspects and guides to give you some perspective, offer a message, provide support, as you navigate along into the unknown with very often ‘blinders’ on. You can become allies with parts of yourself that have previously had to serve as stressed out caregivers and guards, operating from the shadows. These parts of yourself then become differentiated energies that you can hold, love, and serve and BEcome integrated back into the wholeness of your Higher Heart.

The Divine Mother offers comfort and grace to be in more surrender and trust to the overall process. She especially provides this as Gaia and grounding with Her can help in the body adjustment to these higher frequencies. Bringing loving awareness in all moments of what parts of you are feeling, what your body is experiencing, what your mind is thinking, what your relationships are reflecting allows for a gentle space holding during an intense phase. Being open to NOT know with your mind, yet feel through with your body and your heart and your intuition as you continue to be flooded with energetic reminders of your sacred humanity.

Energy UPgrades Inviting Surrender To Incoming Love Codes

Today was certainly an Energy Bath sort of day! Wow… the day began for me today with my usual Monday morning routine of waking up early (3:30am) to teach English online. I could feel tiredness from a ‘lack of sleep’, yet intuitively, on a level other than the physical, it felt like more. I hadn’t felt tiredness of that sort for quite a while, I believe because doing dedicated inner work with your parts really tunes you into new ways of feeling what’s underneath anything physical going on for you.

I couldn’t feel any emotional rumblings, except some irritability from the ‘tiredness’, so checking in with my parts was brief and didn’t need to go any deeper. I felt guided instead to turn to Youtube, which has become a beloved source (really!) of some amazing music with consciously-added frequencies. I found a piece that vibrated in a 5D love frequency and decided to lay down, crystals and stones laid upon my body in various places, close my eyes, and see where it took me.

I remember feeling myself easing into the mattress beneath me, my body getting heavier as I lay in savasana, surrendering deeper to the frequencies and where they wanted to take me. Then, a fuzzy feeling came over my limbs, wrapping itself around my entire body. I wondered if this was the frequency of the music itself coming into me. I felt as if I was being asked to lay aside my individuality for a moment or two, not to lose it, but to let it rest. Then I saw my Arcturian Metasoul Aspect, Ohna. She held my hand for a minute and assured me and parts of me that this was a time to surrender to some upgrades, some things I would not understand consciously. She couldn’t explain much to me about the process today with these energies, just that surrendering as I was doing in that moment was all that was necessary.

Then… suddenly I woke up and an hour had gone by when it felt like only a minute! Woah! I felt the tiredness in my body had moved through, not because I had ‘napped’, but because I had actually ‘gone’ somewhere with less density, less atmospheric pressure, and come back with some renewal and integration.

My feeling is that this all is coming from the incoming Equinox gateway, which is upon us quite soon now! It’s a feeling in moments like being a weathervane caught in between two very strong cross-winds… the higher frequencies coming in, inviting us UPward, are trying to give us air as the lower frequencies continue to let go and move out – a process that seems to have much less physical symptoms attached to it if we are in a process of deepening self-love and an ongoing process of really going within. It’s one thing to intend the healing we desire to be on the other side of already, and another thing entirely to walk it out. Walking it out means taking care of yourself and everything, every part of you and your inner world, as well as your physical body and your spiritual growth. And, in turn, this means that there is a humble and real letting in of the energies like the ones today, which can feel intense yet carry very specific love codes that want us to be WELL, and will support us in whatever ways they need to for us to truly find and claim our wellness and loved-up-ness within. ❀

Clearing 3D Everything And Drawing NEW Earth Support Systems

BIG clearings moving through of 3D everything that may be limiting, that may be taking up space, that may be keeping DNA sleepy, that keeps the veils in place. 3D everything is what we’ve walked and talked and been conditioned to for this timeline and many others. 3D was the dial we set on our consciousness and it likes to stubbornly stick there. It is sticky because its very substance is about being STUCK….or at least the perception of being stuck, as energy is actually always moving, shifting, and changing.

This 3Dness has been in our every living cell. Ingrained and maintained by circumstances and situations that support its heart beat and life blood flowing. The 3D support system takes quite a lot of energy to maintain…this is what we are realizing more and more. As a collective culture, it takes tremendous group consensus to keep 3D in place as the predominant reality, especially as Gaia ascends beyond it. It seems to take alliances with some fear-based Star BEings to create 3D control matrixes and programs that can keep so many from awakening. These star BEings just represent an aspect of each of us, trying on this role of suppressor and 3D drug dealer.

To maintain the lower frequencies of extreme dualism, polarization, limit and lack, competition, overmasculinization….actually takes MUCH more energy than the NATURAL ones of unification, compassion, abundance, peace, balance of feminine-masculine. Because LOVE is the most abundant energy that there IS and makes up everything…..what is based NOT on love takes quite a bit of work and effort to keep going.

The β€˜good news’ in this is that it becomes easier to see and feel the 3D support system inside of you as the effort that it is. You start to recognize the signs of the wear and tear of it. It feels like tiredness, lostness, hang overs, confusion. You can feel the pull and drag, the bringing down and the buying in that it requires. 3D doesn’t ever really rest or accept or surrender. It is working on, convincing, tugging, mugging, selling, pushing, convincing, drugging, controlling. You can feel this inside of you, AS parts of your 3D formed self that have formed to fit these energies because it has been necessary for survival.

An awakening YOU is arising though. Your Sacred Human Self. Your Divine Human Self. It is feeling, clearing and healing energies from all this 3D living. It is drawing situations and experiences that offer a differing picture and sense from 3D. It is bringing higher consciousness, multidimensional aspects of your Metasoul into your awareness. It is offering NEW mirrors of your bigness in these aspects of you as angel, guide, and the Divine.

As this higher vibrational YOU can negotiate consciously with your 3D Self, you can start to VERY lovingly let go of the support systems that it has needed to survive here. We feel these 3D Self energies express as specific parts or subpersonalities (which you could call Ego aspects) such as the Inner Protector, Inner Teenager, Inner Punisher, Inner Mother/Father, etc. You can start to take these parts of you off of 3D life support. This may feel like death in many moments as the transition happens from the previous to the New. The death is only of that which wasn’t really you so that the New can be born. As HIGH frequencies of love and light continue to move the dial up to 4D and higher through your every living cell, your Sacred Human Self can help your 3D Self recognize what choices are based in undigested wounding, what behaviors are founded in fear, and what reactions are coming from 3D conditioning. This can become a very conscious process that is held and supported by MUCH love from and with the Divine. As you let go of the previous 3D-based support systems, the NEW ones come from Gaia in a huge way (offering MUCH needed grounding of all the higher influxes of light) as an ascending β€˜home’ frequency that is already encoded into your DNA. The NEW ones come from within as the energy of support and β€˜withness’ replaces any β€˜againstness’ from one part of you to another. Collaboration and cooperation is experienced from inside, drawing the same energy frequencies from and with others. Ultimately, the most powerful support systems originate from within, fueled by self love, and connected to your Divine β€œI AM” nature that IS Love arising out of 3D consciousness and much beyond.

Energy Update: Body Toxicities And Clearings Coming Up As Supermoon Energies Increase

You may be feeling these incoming Supermoon and Eclipse codes coming into your body already! This could be flushing up, bringing up, and purging up what needs to be let go; clearing toxicities out of your ‘every living cell’, as I’ve been offered this ascension process is doing and offering. I am hearing from people that they are having more intense experiences of FLU symptoms, nausea, sore throat, energy/heat surges and flashes, headaches and overall body pains and tensions, ‘INfections’, congestion, and more since the first Supermoon at the beginning of January.

The pattern of experiencing this physically often goes along with cosmic events, such as portal and gateway openings, to reflect what is happening in our inner cosmos too. Yet, the upcoming Supermoon, the second one this month, plus an eclipse is A LOT of Divine Feminine energy to digest into our energy fields and, therefore, for our bodies to receive too.

These Divine Feminine frequencies are coming in to offer illumination and revelation. She is holding the space for deaths and rebirths, transitions and shiftings into the new, exposure of shadow frequencies in hearts and souls and bodies to receive healing under the light of love. This process seems to include what has been ‘stored’ in the bodies and in the chakras (which are intimately connected to the body and all of its organs and cells as we ARE energy.) Our bodies are the densest aspect of our BEing by necessity as they form our ‘earth suit’ of survival here. Your Inner Protectors can ‘fuse’ to your physical bodies, as they are supported to do by 3D conditioning. This part of you can often feel that they ARE your body without much connection to your more expansive consciousness. This over identification creates a layer of resistance and fear that is sourced within your body.

Most Protectors seem to be ‘based’ in the third chakra or solar plexus/belly area or personal will chakra. The third chakra can be our main 3D energy processing chakra and we are now moving into processing energy/reality through our higher heart, which seems to be a blend of the fourth or heart chakra and the fifth/throat chakra. As the third chakra is receiving new codes of healthy self empowerment and surrender to the Divine, toxicities come up to be removed, often manifesting in nausea and even vomiting. As the higher heart starts to receive energies, it can seem like it is ‘burning’ too and the lungs kicking up and coughing up toxicities as well.

It does seem to help soothe the body to connect with your Protector directly to feel what their concerns and fears are about the ascension process. OF COURSE they may feel attached to 3D life and the processing grounds through the body that they have become familiar and comfortable with. Inner negotiation with this part of yourself can OPEN up more surrender and trust to the process and lessen the body symptoms.

Connection to the deeper feelings coming up in your emotional body that then manifest as body reactions also often gets to the ‘deeper’ causes. Rather than just writing all body symptoms off as ‘part of the ascension process’, being open to feeling what is going on and BEing with it allows for them to clear and move. Other things that seem to help soothe these symptoms of code integration and detox are connection with the Divine Mother/Divine Feminine guides through meditation; listening to high vibrational solfeggio music; cleaning your chakras and activating your ascension chakras; feeling what your body wants to eat and what it no longer can tolerate; taking in sunshine (more codes yet it seems to help with integration as you surrender to letting them in); and grounding to Mother Gaia through a grounding cord connection. There is an aspect of this body detoxification and purging that is JUST part of the ascension process. It represents ALL the toxicities we have taken in living in 3D reality; all the densities and layers that parts of us have needed to create and cling to in order to survive here. Holding with surrender and curiousity what is manifesting in your body, even as it is temporarily uncomfortable and even painful, allows for a self loving space for the experience and the eventual INtegration.

Your Gatekeeper: Guardian Of Your Metasoul/Other Timeline Aspects – Day 24: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 24 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series,Β I talk about the 4D (and higher) energy and Metasoul aspect called the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper is the upstream expression of the 3D Protector. As your 3D protector is connected with and begins to rest more from this life experiences and traumas, your Gatekeeper can begin to reveal themselves. The Gatekeeper is the aspect of our Metasoul that keeps the veil of amnesia in place, guarding the ‘doors’ and portals of access to all of your Metasoul sisters Β and/or brothers (fractals off of the same individuated soul sources that express out in many timelines).

The Gatekeeper is often overwhelmed by this ‘duty’ and feels disconnected from Divine Source, other Gatekeepers, Angels, and higher dimensional frequencies. Bleed throughs from different Metasoul timelines (particularly those with a lot of karma) come through and ‘fuse’ into the Gatekeeper’s energy. They often first present to you as one of these timelines.

I talk about my process with my Gatekeepers over the years and how they have shifted to strongly masculine warrior frequencies to eventually feminine bridging energies. The Gatekeeper shifts from guard to guide; they become a more and more pure channel of Divine love, access to Higher Dimensional Frequencies, Akashic Records (which are ‘contained’ in your Metasoul line), and more.

In today’s video, Day 23 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series,Β I respond to some questions that I’ve been asked lately in beginning sessions with people. I talk about integrating higher consciousness states in 5D with everyday ‘walking around’ life. I describe examples from my daily live in which I have experienced these ‘altered states’, which become more and more normal states. States such as kundalini surges, non-dual drip lines, and general ‘loose brain’ mode.

I offer that it has been intimacy with Raphael; intimacy with my Metasoul sisters with access to these frequencies; intimacy within community that offers these altered states as well. Your Protector can keep you from experiencing these states in a flowing way because there may not be ‘room’ in your life, i.e. related to your jobs, your family, your relationships, etc.

I make a connection to what you are choosing in your life in every single moment in every day directly connects to the consciousness state that you experience. What you are saying ‘yes’ to and what you are saying, ‘no’ to.

Energy Update: Uplift, Realizations, And Congestions Clearing Process

These January energies are just INtense! They feel quite constant to me, an ongoing showering ray of loving light to integrate into our every living cell and our higher hearts and our previously sleepy DNA and every part of us too. This light bath shower started with the Supermoon on January 1st, offering New Earth Now energies with the New Year through the illuminating energy of the Divine Feminine. Then, the 1:11:11 portals opened, offering an emphasis on BEcoming your Butterfly Self, emerging from your necessary cocoon phase, leaving behind more expressions of your caterpillar life and former self.

The codes coming in now offer an ongoing UPlifting opportunity. Lifting UP to see, feel, and observe with so much compassion about what your choices have brought you from the vantage point of your 5D Self. From this higher view, you are more open to receive guidance from your Higher Self/Metasoul Aspects and Star Family, plus wisdoms and directions from your Higher Heart. These codes offer to become more witness to your life, like an Angel β€˜looking down’ to view and observe with SO MUCH love what is occurring in it. The Angelic frequencies within you are being activated now so you can more remember this and embody it. Definitely this offers a higher viewpoint. From within…not just in outer connection with Archangels and angels, although this connection is also deepening.

This is a REALization phase….being REAL about where you are in your life; what is reflecting your highest timeline, New Earth reality and what is not. Your 5D Self receives infusions of love and support with the Divine to hold with objectivity and increasing clarity what your next steps are toward manifestation. These next steps may include completing relationships that used to serve you and yet, now, may be looping in conflict, dissonance, or just running out of ground. What was once a growth crucible is now feeling limiting. This seems especially to be happening in romantic relationships right now….those more anchored to 3D and yet also those felt to be more sacred unions or soul-based.

The REALizations of your reality brings up congestions to be seen, felt, experienced, and released.Congestions purging up in relationships as codependent patterns create β€˜no go’ places that limit intimacy and vulnerability and being REAL. Congestions in the body, nasal cavities, sinuses, lungs are coming up to be cleared too. Sometimes quite a bit of β€˜stuff’ there, a lot of mucous and phlegm moving with sneezing, hacking, coughing, blowing runny noses and wiping drippy eyes. A congestion is a reaction to the toxicities that you’ve been able to previously tolerate, yet now, as your overall light ratio increases, no longer can. Congestions are also due to a lack of digestion, ongoing indigestion caused from being in non-resonant frequencies to your authentic self.

You may find that your body is struggling right now to β€˜keep up’ with this uplift, realization, and congestion release process. Many people are getting β€˜sick’ and experiencing flus right now as this process intensifies. Offering soothing energies of self love and compassion can provide a container to support your body. Offering the sense that these congestions NEED to come up in order to make more room for the new as well. Embrace Your Humanity As You Embody Your Divinity

β€œYour willingness to fully embrace your humanity is your ability to fully embody your divinity”

As human beings we are connected so viscerally to our feelings. In this dimension we experience a wide range of them that bring us to the height of ecstacy, and to the depths of despair and terror. There is a fullness of experience that lies in between. It is why we came here. To fully embrace all that our human-ness has to offer. We needed as a consciousness to forget our nature in order to experience it all. We came to learn and live.

There was always an inherent risk in this, but the fail-safe has been the reality that we have been and always are held in Love, no matter where our emotive winds blow us. The key to this fail-safe is our willingness to feel it all. To be willing to go into the depth of our human experience and feel ALL that is has accumulated is what leads us the doorstep of our divinity.

We can access these high divine frequencies. They are what holds the exploration into the shadowlands of our wounds and darkness. These lower frequencies are our Earthling or 3D human selves. They are the anchors that keep us from truly and significantly embodying our more Gaian or 5D Sacred Human Self. Β These denser energies make themselves evident in their recurring nature and are messages that we have more healing to do. They are the beauty and tenderness of the Inner Teenager, the unfelt pains of the Inner Punisher, and the heirloom legacy of our Inner Mother and Father.

Your willingness to fully embrace your emotional body is negotiation with the part of you that is very protective of it. It is through a conscious relationship to your internal defence that you can begin feel, heal, and integrate all that has been waiting for you. The metasoul aspects that hold deep soul pain and soul gifts too. Β As you do, more room is made inside you to bring in more permanently the higher states of your soul consciousness and Christ Heart. This what I imagine is the transformation from carbon to crystal.

It is through feeling and holding all the parts of you that are in curiosity, in pain, and in fear that leads to the greater purpose of embodying all the magic and love that you ARE and meant to BE. You are opening the doors to your multidimensional angelic YOU. You are living into your highest expression of your sacred masculine and feminine in balance and in union. You have remembered your wings and it is time to fly.
