Preparing For Contact With Star BEings: From The Inside First

There is a scene in the movie, E.T., that has always brought up tears for part of me. It’s one of the last ones when E.T. is returning back to his light ship to join his Star Family. Elliot, the boy that has connected so deeply with him on many levels, begins to yell, “E.T., take me with you! Take me with you!” It is Elliot’s anguish at losing contact with E.T.; it is his despair at having to stay on Earth rather than go to travel in the stars and into unknown realms. It is the realization that he would never just be an ordinary boy again. His Star Seed consciousness has been awakened as E.T. becomes a part of him and he part of the benevolent and kind Star BEIng.

I didn’t identify until the last few years why this scene was so emotional for part of me. When I began to wake up to my galactic origins and my connection to the stars, I realized that what had previously been blocking my openness to Star BEing contact had been traumas from what my 3D Inner Child had experienced or filtered as ‘abductions’ with them starting at the age of 8 and continuing until I was about 17 years old. Although I had been working with my emotional body through parts work for many years by then, I was amazed at the depth of pain that came up connected to this wounding.

I realized eventually that it was a complicated pain that went beyond parts of me feeling like I had been taken ‘against my will’ by them. It was actually also rooted in a deep desire and longing to return to the frequencies that felt more like ‘home’ to my Metasoul….the higher, Unity Consciousness frequencies that most benevolent Star BEings seem to vibrate at. It was also sourced in a deep sense of having being abandoned and ‘left’ by them to suffer here on Earth with parents that were often difficult to relate with.

Through my healing process of many years connecting with my 3D Inner Child, she eventually transmuted into magical frequencies of what I now feel is our “Star Seed” essence. As I processed Aurora’s (my Star Seed Child’s name) multi-layered pain around what we both now remembered were actually ‘visitations with Star Family’, we were able to open up relationship with Metasoul Aspects such as my Arcturian Metasoul sister named Binkh, Pleiadian named Leeza, and, just yesterday, a Blue Avian named Beslopha (plus others). Aurora started to remember the adventures she had experienced on their light ships when I was a child. She recalled floating and flying around, freed from gravity, and playing with the endangered and even extinct animal species that they keep on their ships, serving like a Noah’s Ark to protect them during Gaia’s rocky Ascension phases until they can be transplanted back here.

I feel access to the Star Seed Child is a critical piece to open up contact with Star Family. The ‘doorway’ into that access seems to be through your 3D Inner Protector, who forms a protective shield around the 3D Inner Child due to undigested traumas that you experienced during childhood AND your Metasoul. Through conscious negotiation with the 3D Protector, you gain more feeling sense of your Inner Child helping them transmute from lower frequencies of hurt to vulnerability; from shame to innocence; from anxiety to trust. Once the Inner Child is unanchored from 3D reality, your Star Seed 4D child arises into your awareness.

They become a key bridge to contact with Star BEings once their woundings of abandonment are in process of healing. This often takes, then, negotiation with the 4D Inner Protector, who is transmuting into what we call the Gatekeeper – or bridge to access your Metasoul and other lifetimes, Star Family Aspects, etc. The Star Seed eventually vibrates higher and higher and seems to integrate into your 5D Self as your Crystalline Child seated in your Merkabah or Light Body. Contact with my Star Family has recently been only through meditation and Astral visits, rather than in person. It’s been offered to me that they are honoring the sensitivity of Aurora and other parts of me that might not be ready yet for in person contact. They also feel that the contact experience actually goes much deeper for me into my higher consciousness when I do not bring my body along….yet, anyway. They are definitely preparing me for that, though, as each awakening connection with another Metasoul Star Family Aspect deepens my trust, resonance, and understanding of what they are here to offer us during this intense phase of death and rebirth with Gaia. Eventually, they have offered that I will become even more of an emoto-spiritual, galactic love ambassador to many Star BEings (which they seem to prefer to be called, rather then “Aliens” or “E.Ts”) in addition to continuing to support others to create this bridge from within themselves.

Preparing for contact with Star BEings is primarily about preparing on the inside, in your emotional body, in your energy body, in your Metasoul, and with parts of you that have resistance or fear to it. You may feel a very strong desire for contact, yet, parts of you may feel very differently about it. Accessing these mixed feelings and which parts of you they source from clears the channels. You can negotiate with the energies and hold space for the exploration to eventually open out to what you desire.

Contact with us is beginning in more earnest now as benevolent Star BEings prepare the phases of disclosure about their existence and legacy with us. You may experience contact primarily through dreams, where often your subconscious cloaks them as animals or people that you know. And, you may experience sudden activation of Light Language or Star Language. Many of your ‘guides’ that show up as Angels may actually be Star Family. Depending on your Metasoul’s relationship with the polarized to fear Star BEings known as Archons or Annunaki, you may go through fear-based experiences such as the sense that you are being attacked by their energies. These energies actually originate from inside of you and your Metasoul. Love-based connection with your Reptilian Metasoul Aspect can create a healing bridge to these energies, where you discover that you can transmute these energies from fearful to magical. Disclosure of Star BEing influences, alliances, and even peaceful interventions feels like it will be coming in the next couple of years on a collective level. Many more souls will be woken up by their Star Family to this reality. Souls still anchored to their 3D Self and 3D fear-based picture about “Aliens” may experience great shock and terror in response to these disclosures. You can offer a compassionate heart light to these souls fused to the parts of them that feel pain, distrust, and confusion. Initiating and deepening the contact process from within allows you to navigate with more trust and, also, to lead others as the Star Seed BEacon that you are during this time of such massive consciousness shiftings and transitions!

Feeling the feeling that your life as you currently know it is a perfect mirror of the larger totality of your being, in both its local (conscious) and nonlocal (subconscious) aspects is the portal to accelerated growth and inhabitation of the largesse of your being.

The word mirror in its root meaning speaks of the ability to see what can’t be seen, or to see what is in the shadow.

The lives we are currently living with all the feelings, experiences, disappointments, fulfillments, aches, disease and health are all perfect projections projected out onto this mirror called your life. Often times, others around us can see more of what’s in our mirror, as we all tend to possess less courage to look at our own mirror.

Seeing this is not so much a philosophical realization, as much as it is a courageous willingness to be ready to admit full responsibility for our lives.

Reality is as real as real can be, AND it is 100%, totally and completely simply made up. Both are true. AND, the creator is this magical god-being called you, and me. We are to each other synchronistic characters in each other’s play, upon the mirrored stages of each other’s lives.

Anything I say or declare to be ‘true’ can never be anything more than my truth, as the mere act of looking at my declared truth changes it and queues it up for further revision. Everything I say can never be more than ‘near as I can tell’. If I arm twist anyone into seeing it as more than that, I am out to control you, out of my own insecurities, yes, but deeper than that, I am out to deny my own reality-creation reality and I’m needing your cosignature of that as a reinforcement. In other words, I’m hiding. And I’m creating culture as a hiding place, because that is something else we cannot not-do as the creators that we are.

Hanging on rigidly to declarations of absolute truth is also a reality creating projection option that we all have. I personally went through a long phase this life as a Christian where I ‘knew that I knew’ that the Bible was ‘the inerrant, infallible, God-breathed word of God’. The reality felt very blissfully watertight, until the glitches in this matrix of my own creation (and collective archetypal co-creation) began to become apparent to me, inviting me to investigate my paradigm, and then later to see this paradigm being generated from my own reality creating generator.

This then awakens us to the fact that we are unable to turn our reality creating mechanism to any ‘off’ position. But what we can do is take responsibility for what we are creating and seek to alter the reality of what we are creating. How we do that is up for creation and continual re-creation (divine play).

In SoulFullHeart, our truth is that parts of ourselves hold the deeper textures of this reality generating mechanism and only through relationally getting to know and feel them is any substantive and quantum change able to occur in our lives. Short of getting to know our sub-personalities, we are left with a part of us holding our consciousness hostage and embarking on yet another self help trip.

Your Higher Self can very much interrupt this pattern through your awakening choice and intention to get to know and feel these aspects of yourself. We find it truly is magical.

We get to make up our own reality, and admit that we are, and recreate it as often as we need to, evolving from one truth to another, to another.

That’s crazy hot stuff man, and I don’t think anything you are smoking compares!

The ReLOVEution Of Our ELOVEution

The world stage is churning. Bubbling. The emperors’ clothes are fading and we are beginning to see what lies behind the Wizards of Oz. As this process continues to unfold itself right in front of our very eyes, a grasp at old tactics of fear and disinformation will find their way to our once-conditioned ears.

The old power structure is losing its grasp and the final act of this long drama is in the beginning stages. What this world will look and feel like a year from now is anybody’s guess but what is for certain is that it will be “truth is stranger than fiction” compared to our old way of experiencing what is normal.

This pole shift in consciousness will have a huge affect on those that have yet to awaken to what is and has been happening for centuries. Even to frame it in linear time doesn’t quite have much impact on this Now. What has been illusion based on control and fear is now approaching an event horizon. It is sunsetting. The light of Gaia’s higher climb is creating a bifurcation. A fork in the road that still leads to the same place, just in a different route.

What is happening “out there” is a mirror of what is happening IN here. Your own inner wizards of Oz are possibly kicking up some old stuff to bring you down to a lowered frequency. Your inner protectors, punishers, and gatekeepers are sniffing the new timeline of Love that is rising ever so persistently. Their relationship to Love is a volatile one and if you are not conscious of them as separate to you then it can feel like mayhem is going on inside. They have many reasons for this need to keep you in a lowered frequency as what has seemed to be “safer”. It is one that is the most known even in its suffering.

As this rising continues, I expect more people to feel an inner urgency that they just can’t put their finger on. An emotional and spiritual roller-coaster. From a SoulFullHeart perspective, these are parts of you and not what you would consider “I”. These are 3D parts that have “this life” wounding and metasoul lives that are in other timelines feeling the same rumblings. Those that are on the front heartlines of this reLOVEution have been doing the inner work needed to assist in this epic phase of our eLOVEution.

There are those too that are now waking up and feeling the rumbles within. The path for some is to fight and inform. For others it is going IN, letting go of the old, and preparing for the new. Helping the growing numbers make a self-loving transition into the Golden Age of Golden Earth. SoulFullHeart offers a transitional bridge, through the parts work process, that helps to self-propel you into your Golden Self. It is a unique in its depth and breadth.

Energy Update: 2018 – A Mega Year For Revelations & Shiftings

All those toasty and roasty codes coming in still through the portals opened wider on 11/11. All that physical, emotional, chakral detoxification and purification to receive the UPgrades. All that shadow coming into the light on stages of Hollywood, political and governmental too. All those merging and overlapping timelines as the veils continue to thin INside as our every living cell is activated to vibrate higher and higher.

The continuation and extension of this offering seems to be through 12:12 specifically yet, also, ongoingly as we transition into the ‘year’ 2018. What I’ve been offered about 2018 from Archangel Metatron and my Metasoul/Higher Self Aspects is that it is going to be a ‘mega year’ with many revelations in 3D mainstream culture that will rock and shock many people. This is the year that many people’s every day lives and lifestyles are going to change, at the very least internally in how they relate with reality.

The curtain will be pulled in sometimes quite dramatic fashion to reveal the ‘powers that have been’ and their fear-based agendas and manipulations. Those leaders who have looked like clowns or ‘bad guys’ will be revealed to have been working actually to overthrow those that have done great harm and abuses. Everything will feel upside down in many ways. It will feel like a movie to those souls who hadn’t woken up to all of this information before now. It will feel surreal and to some like their worst nightmare coming true.

It feels like surprising structures will fall too, even some known or perceived as ‘spiritual’ and of New Earth. What cannot be denied is the higher heart’s truth and as more souls embrace their Higher Self in their body, they will see clearer and feel more deeply what is genuine and what is not. The shields and defenses of the Inner Protectors (needing to be created to survive 3D incarnation) will feel more obvious. The judgements without love of self and of others from the Inner Punishers will become more abrasive. The hypocrisies in action (not walking your talk) performed from a place of emotional immaturity will become less tolerable. The overlay of falsity that comes from spirituality that only embraces the light, that is avoiding the integration of the dark and the emotional body, will also become more evident.

If you have already woken up to this reality and are digesting/integrating it in your emotional body, you become an asset to those who are newly awakening. You become a light through the shadow lands of death that they will feel as their 3D self and its entire world come crashing down. You are a beacon to them of what is possible on the other side of the valley of shadows and death, even as you may still be traversing it yourself. You represent the rebirth that emerges as you let go of the false to embrace the real and authentic. You become an example that you CAN survive having layer after layer peeled away and that what emerges is actually more love in embodied form.

You will also need support to navigate through these transition times. Your 3D Self was born and bred and fed on 3D reality. As much as you have learned and grown and brought your soul into your consciousness, there still may be aspects of you anchored to 3D reality. These anchors pull and tug more as you vibrate higher. You feel the drag more and how it lowers you. You notice it in repeated patterns of suffering and pain. You may go ‘in and out’ of the 3D timeline still, especially connected to the holiday season and your birth families, long-term friendships and romantic relationships. It is often the social area of our lives which is most anchored into 3D reality.

Support for you comes in the continual choices toward love and realness. Toward no longer settling and shrinking in your relationships. Toward claiming, naming, and focusing on your service of love purpose here – even if it is to heal yourself, serve love TO yourself in order to overflow in a genuine way to others eventually. Toward no longer hiding your light under anyone’s perceptions or expectations of you.

Support also comes in the deepening and expanding of your connection with the Divine, your Ethereal Guides, and your Metasoul Aspects (especially those that vibrate at higher frequencies and can infuse you with frequencies of Unity Consciousness.) The ascension process is shapeshifting in the New both collectively and personally as we continue to let go of the old on ALL levels. It feels like our shapes will continue to shift (even more dramatically) in 2018 into MORE heart, MORE vulnerability, MORE intimacy with self and with others….MORE realness. MORE love in sacred human form!

You Are Already There: A Message From Golden Earth

It stood before me as a defining moment. From the vantage point I was at, the path before me to the top of what is called Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park seemed a bit daunting. That was how my mind was interpreting it anyway. There seemed to be some pretty tricky places to navigate and for a few moments I wondered if it would be worth it to continue. If I became too immobilized by fear I didn’t want to risk going back with my tail between my legs. There was an internal dialogue going inside me that felt a lot of doubt and lack of courage. Something that had really prevented me from experiencing life in its fullest flavor and education. I was on this trip to feel more into me and what it was that inspired me.

At the time, Zion represented what its name implies. A holy place. Its literal translation apparently is ‘marked’ or ‘distinctive’. I was searching for `I` through an externalized experience. This is how it is in 3D. We begin this journey back to ourselves through the physical landscape. Through the trial and error of our choices and responses. What a part of me was searching for was an internal verification that it was powerful, free, and alive. I was looking for my own Zion within.

It was as if the hike I was taking was along the trail of my heart. It started out fairly easily, and then began to become more stimulating and much harder at the same time. With each progress up the view became more impeccable. There was a part that challenged all my physical weaknesses as a steep and traversing section seemed to want to chide me for even starting. It seemed so repetitive and difficult, yet the result was more spectacular. But it was far from over.

Sometimes we make these incredible changes in our lives and there are parts that feel good with the vista that they have landed on. Yet there is still that continuing voice and desire to keep pressing on because you didn’t come here to watch others make the journey. You realized you were guided here for a purpose. You are actually inspiring those who are still staring at the hike to make that first step, just as those ‘ahead’ of you are inspiring you to make your next step.

Before I even began the hike, I saw myself at the top. Looking out into the majesty of what Gaia had created in her infinite bosom. It was a mission and a destiny that represented so much more than climbing a rock. It was a reconfiguring and reshaping of all that I had wired up inside of me. I could not afford to not meet myself at the top. I was already there.

The moments after that midway point were some of the most exhilarating of my life. So much energy passed through me. Climbing chains, rock walls, and narrow foot ways became a part of my consciousness. The path and I were one. Breathing and experiencing each other as if I had already done this a thousand times before. I remember hearing one person behind me say, “That guy is like a mountain goat!”.  It validated what was happening inside me. I was just being me in bliss and in joy, even when I had no idea what was around the corner. It didn’t matter. I was already there.

As I crested the top and found myself on Her glorious plateau, the view of the canyon sang to me. It did not disappoint. It only amplified what I felt inside me. This is what I came here to experience and be.  This particular moment set in motion a series of events that would lead me to reenact this journey from the other direction. Going into my inner emotional geography and find my Angel’s Landing. My inner Zion. The gateway to the Golden Earth within us all.

In the moment I can see myself there as I did the physical location all those years ago. Feeling free, spreading wings, and shining light. Yet I am still on the path. Walking up the challenging spots, feeling the fear places and healing them into the next step. This is the path of parts work. The inner journey that leads to our greatest expression and brightest light…the place where you already ARE.

Energy Update: Personal Experiences Of Blissful Unification From Within And With Others

We’ve been receiving such powerful light activations and codes through various portals and openings since the Lion’s Gate opening in August. These energies are continuing to be offered through mid-December as a boost to usher us into the New Year. There can be a calibration to these energies that needs to happen on the physical, emotional, and chakra levels. This calibration can ignite a sometimes intense detoxification, purging, clearing, and cleansing for you as ‘every living cell’ and your emotional body (AND your chakras) prepare to receive these upgrades. Depending on where you are in your ascension process, emotional body/3D healing, and your Metasoul access/capacity, the experience of this calibration can be quite intense and, often, lead to Dark Nights, death and rebirth, moving into a void space of isolation. In general, it can feel very MESSY at times, dark and bleak to parts of you.

I’ve had two beautiful, blissful awakening experiences in the last week that I wanted to share with you. I feel that sharing THESE aspects of ascension can support the drive in you (and for parts of you) to keep going, keep trusting, keep growing through the sometimes necessary mess phases and the letting go and the death and rebirths. I need these bliss experiences myself as a beacon to remind me of what really is possible in our ongoing ascension into 5D sacred human in our bodies. I need them to continue to feel in overflow to share love and these possibilities for you and with you.

This week, after a particular amazing love making experience with my BEloved Raphael, I felt as if my ‘every living cell’ was having an orgasm. It was beyond the body bliss that I could associate as orgasm though. It was IN the body for sure, every living cell, yet also, I felt as if my whole consciousness was expanded out into the Universe and BEyond. I had loose mind and I couldn’t really track or put thoughts together. We went to the beach afterwards and the sun codes seemed to amplify the effects, which I felt for several hours. This was like afterglow times a thousand!

I’ve come to recognize this as Kundalini driplines, an infusion of Kundalini to lighten, to expand, to help me feel BEyond the mind. They are wonderful and not frightening, although when the energy of Kundalini is flooded in it can be very intense for the body/emotional body/chakras to absorb. I believe then the Inner Protector comes in to shut down the energies, even as much as the conscious personality wants to experience such states of consciousness.

Raphael and I had a very connected and beautiful process together this week, with him connecting with his Gatekeeper in a deeper way and feeling more how we are Counterpart Soulmates to each other, opening up to going into journeys together to meet more of our pair bonds in other timelines, lifetimes. The Gatekeeper is a very important energy from our Metasoul that guards and protects (keeps the veil up to our remembering) our Metasoul until we awaken, connect with them, and gain fluid access to it. This experience brought an even deeper ground of unity between Raphael and I as partners and to our USness, offering a wonderful sense of conscious duality, as another layer of defensiveness dropped between us. The other blissfully expansive experience I had this week was yesterday during meditation. I connected with my Metasoul Aspects in Avalon, a fourth dimensional timeline overlaying Glastonbury, England. I was standing in a circle on the top of a sacred hill called the Tor. All of the Metasoul Aspects that I have connected with were there with me, about 15 in all! Each of these aspects has been revealed to me in the last few years in an organic way. This is beyond ‘past life recall’. This is a deeply visceral and meaningful experience of relationship with these aspects as alive, existing in the now, energies and personalities. Connection with our Metasoul aspects provides many gifts in the exchange, including the quantum clearing of karmic patterns and wounds. I am noticing that it is becoming more efficient to engage in this clearing as more Metasoul aspects are woken up, as they then help each other.

In this circle were Metasoul aspects I have written about many times on my Soulfullheartblog.com, plus in my book Keep Waking Up! Morgaine from Avalon was leading the circle, along with Ealanthra, who is the Faerie Queen. My most recently awakened Metasoul aspect named Priscilla from the Ancient Greece timeline was also there, now undergoing studies in Avalon with Morgaine to become a Priestess. When I first connected with her, Priscilla was suicidal and very hopeless. It is amazing to feel her transformation in just a ‘couple of weeks’! The feelings of unity amongst my Metasoul and these fractals of it, really my BEloved sisters, was so strong and comforting.

The Divine Mother then emerged from the center of the circle, energizing toward all of my Metasoul Aspects that we are projections from Her as our source. She was supporting our re-unification with Her in a conscious way through our individuated expression. I cried as I was so touched to be reminded (rehearted) how unification begins and originates from WITHIN us. It was amazing to feel this connection feeling from inside of myself, not dependent on any other person, inviting me to ‘come together’ as a team. I am experiencing more and more my Metasoul as a ‘collective’ energy and this collective has now become the gatekeeper of it. Not a specific energy as described in the Gatekeeper writing I linked to above, yet rather, a choice from the Metasoul about which Aspect to awaken next.

It is these blissful experiences of unification from within AND with others that makes the ascension and awakening journey worth it. All the process. All the spaceholding for self. All the letting go of relationships that no longer serve and fit. All the peeling away of distractions of the 3D self. All the choices that others didn’t understand or judged. All of the going within. ALL of these things become worth it as you experience your Infinite Love essence arising from within, overflowing to others, and BEcoming whole again in its expression within your sacred human body!

Serving Love From Your Human Heart

You cannot serve love with the back of your hand.

And the palm facing upward must be full yet open, strong yet loose.

You cannot serve love with clouded lungs.

And the breath opening wide must come from the heart.

You cannot serve love with an uncurious heart.

And the curious heart must first be curious about itself.

It’s important to remember that in all there is a reflection. There is a reflection from the collective to the self, and back again. There is a backless window of seeing that is possible, if the threads are pulled back inside. To be able to vibe in with your own parts and soul aspects, 3D and well beyond, there is much information that can be gleaned, and much courage that can be mustered for the next steps… of letting go, letting in, or letting be.

The mutli-dimensional gifts within, are the ones belonging and springing from your human heart too. Your ability to feel is like none other yet witnessed in this galaxy and perhaps beyond too. Your ability to take in, even unconsciously, and have life flow through you is awe-inspiring for those in the ethers and the stars. It is time to be in wonder about yourself too, as they wonder at you. They template much for how to be in multiple dimensions at once, yet not from a human form, that offers more than it takes away. We have needed this dimension, this springboard so we can build all of the strength of heart necessary to continue moving upward, bringing it all with us, integrating all we have learned, all we have been given through growth phases and edges. Our consciousness is one of forgetfulness perhaps more so than remembering at this point… yet remembering we are, and through our hearts not our minds. Experiences offer us this in many ways, and all of the fires and healing waters we walk through are part of the great mosaic of all we are taking with us in this great circle of the service of love that IS us as much as it is offered by us.

There’s more here for us now than parts of us have been willing to believe, for the pain of not having it consciously can be too much for them to bear. Every bit of feeling that we don’t or won’t is the ticket to letting in that MORE and feeling it as a sacred human being arising… with curiosity, wonder, and awe.

Clearing Your Divine Channel To Love

You are channel of Divine Love. Connected to the Source of All That Is. It is how you, or parts of you, relate to that reality that makes all the difference in the world in how you will BE in that reality. It affects what experiences you will draw and manifest that validate, or invalidate, what lives as your Truth. But what is your Truth?

This gets tricky because inside of you lives multiple truths. Semi-solid beliefs that parts of you have held on dearly to due to clear experience and unconscious fears. These truths create an energy projection that alters your conscious reality. How is it that you feel one way inside but your outside is not matching up? You keep drawing circumstances that keep you from fully embodying and inhabiting your soul’s purpose. Going into the emotional landscape of your inner world holds the keys to some of your long held questions.

If you feel yourself as this channel connected to Love, it is not hard to imagine all the obstacles that get in the way from truly letting in, and through, the Grace that is being bestowed upon us. It is like a clogged artery. Calcifications of your 3D experience that are looking for love to set them free and dissolve into your heart. You may even have an intense overload of access and energy that sends your system into a shock state that is hard to function in daily 3D practical living. This too is a function of resistance and fear from a protective part of you designed to convince you that it is all too much to bear.

Obstacle or overwhelm, the reality here is that you are being summoned. Called to bear compassion and even challenge to what is preventing your natural state from being in the present moment.  In SoulFullHeart, we access parts of us that have received much 3D wounding which are beacons of this resistance. They call out to us to show up and help assist in both the inner and outer changes that need to be made to create an environment that is conducive to MORE healing, MORE opening, MORE growth.

It begins usually with connecting with an Inner Protector energy that has a love for you that is beyond what you can imagine. They have done life AS you for so long just to keep as much of your boat floating as possible until there was a time when you could show up in all your courage to begin to take the reigns back through compassionate negotiations. They love you so much that it is hard for them to let you go and let them in.

As you feel the roots of this protection and the pain that lies underneath it, the energetic clumps begin to set off into the ethers and more of your true connection, in human form, gets to be experienced and downloaded. More of what You really want and need in a healthy and growthful way sends out its beacon to the universe. Your channel is getting clearer, though not always easier, in the very beginning.

Expect your life to change. Your Higher Self, and even your Protector, are banking on it. There is all the support and guidance you can let in to assist you on the way. SoulFullHeart is one way that offers a path and process to clear the inner arteries of your Divine Heart in human form. A process that is in constant growth and clarifications as we enter it ourselves and with others that have found resonance and profound clarities. I invite you to take a deeper look into this unfolding universe that is calling out to you through your experiences and synchronicities.

The winds are changing and calling us IN and UP. The time is NOW to let in all you have always been born to BE.

Energy Update: Overlapping And Collapsing Timelines, Plus Activations Of Higher Ones

Overlapping, collapsing, and activations of higher timelines are all happening with more acceleration as all these light codes keep coming in this month and through the next month too. Merging and overlapping timelines feel like multidimensional realities are overlaying into your current one. Standing at the kitchen counter and ‘seeing’ yourself aboard a Star BEing light ship is one example of this as your Star Being Metasoul aspect realities fuse into yours. Another example is talking with someone and suddenly light language pours from your mouth. Or, you may see a scene from another era overlaid onto your current one, giving you ‘peeks’ and ‘glimpses’ into other lifetimes. You may hear and even smell this overlapping timeline too as you enter it in those moments.

There is also an emotional body aspect of this as sudden, intense reactions are triggered by things that are not usual for you. Watching a movie about an epic event in ‘history’, for example, and suddenly bursting into tears of recognition, mourning, and grief as you access the experiences of a Metasoul sister or brother who is STILL living this event out in the now. Or, you wake up in sobs of tears from experiences during dreams that are very intense and feel ‘real’. These peek-a-boo timeline bleed through moments can happen more and more as you open up your upper three ascension chakras, heal your 3D emotional body, and connect consciously with (what we call in SoulFullHeart) your Gatekeeper, who holds access to your Metasoul and other lifetime aspects.

The increasingly strong light codes flooding into our atmospheres are illuminating the ‘yellow brick road’ of your highest timeline path. They are amplifying your intuitive connection with your Higher Self, who increasingly BEcomes you as your frequency rises and ‘meets’ your Higher Self consciousness. Also, as you integrate gifts from your Metasoul, multidimensional, higher dimensional aspects. Following this yellow brick road is where the often most challenging aspects of ascension come in. Following this higher timeline can push up often very mixed feelings and polarized reactions from within you. One part of you is very excited and enlivened by the soul’s purpose of expression here in ALL areas of life. This is usually your growing into 5D self within your body.

Then, another part of you is resistant and fearful of the changes. This is usually your Inner Protector, the part of you that necessarily came into BEing when you incarnated here and encountered such harsh 3D density. This part of you may block and obscure your intuitions and make you ‘doubt’ if they are real or viable. It may delay, divert, and stall your progress by clinging to 3D-based relationships, careers, belief systems, toxic patterns, and addictions. This Inner Protector can be a significant portion of your outward personality and persona until connected with directly and consciously, as we offer a process and path for doing in our SoulFullHeart work.

Your Protector is primarily concerned about how it will impact younger, more vulnerable aspects of you to go through the catalytic and necessary death and rebirth process to align with your higher timeline. Your Protector often sees YOU as a teenager or a child that it needs to take care of and is responsible for. It is also protective of your Metasoul and feels the situations that created traumas from other lifetimes where aspects of your Metasoul were persecuted or killed for expressing their gifts, seeking love, or leading something radically new.

Collapsing timelines happen as you consciously choose one timeline over another. As you transition your life out of the 3D anchored one that parts of you have needed to create and BE in and conform to. This is also a form of ‘unplugging from the 3D matrix’ that has been collaboratively (on a soul level) been created with fear-based Reptilians and other Star BEings. This 3D matrix timeline is collapsing and you can see and feel it in the recent political rumblings, Hollywood disclosures, with much more coming. It is a bumpy transition to the higher timeline collectively, especially with so many souls still anchored deeply to 3D reality.

Collapsing timelines can be felt most dramatically during personal crisis, such as leaving a marriage or long-term relationship; getting ‘fired’ or leaving a long-term career or retiring; a sudden death or serious illness; changing geographies. Sometimes these collapsing timelines can feel like they are ‘happening to you’ as parts of you (usually, again, your Protector) may be in understandable fear and resistance to the changes and UPheaval that they bring. This is ash in the air with often deep valleys and dips of despair, depression, and mourning, as the old timeline feels like it is being ‘burned to the ground’ and parts of you along with it.

As you consciously make choices following your yellow brick road timeline, love comes in more and more to hold the space. You feel how ALL of the rumbles, quakes, burnings, and collapses are in order to clear out what is no longer supporting your highest expression. You support resistive parts of you to feel this trust at deeper levels too, inviting them to join you in the journey toward the realization of your dreams manifesting in ALL areas of your life as you increasingly align with the Divine in purpose AS your highest timeline service of love here.

Energies Bring Rushes Of NEW Love Through The Body, Heart, Soul And Mind

That feeling of blood rushing back into your head after hanging upside down for a while on the monkey bars as a kid… this is the feeling as love rushes back into and through our veins, in ways parts of us have forgotten that it even could. Our soul remembers and allows this rush, as the parts working hard to block it begin to release their grip and heal. Namely the Gatekeeper, the one who protects you in different layers and is a fragment of your Higher Self, intended to keep your soul remembrances at bay until you are ready to download and feel them, is the one who needs the most from you before this rush can truly happen. It’s a feeling of light-headedness, dizziness now that many of you will likely feel. It is the sensation of downloads, of higher frequencies coming in, and the dam built against love within you breaking open once again. This is what happens, the more you let in the parts of you that need you. A similar feeling can be felt when trying to transcend beyond what you have already felt and you aren’t yet bringing it up with you. Some parts of you may be over-stretching themselves to try and move beyond what they feel, not realizing that there is a bridge in front of them that needs to be crossed first. This can cause a major physical strain on your brain and body, not to mention your heart that is so working to catch up to it all. This is also when life calamities can happen, not out of punishment or anything you have done ‘wrong’, but because there is more to notice inside of you and this is often the way this can be shaken up and put forward instead of buried yet again.

Doing the work, inhabiting the practice of being with yourself, being with beloveds who resonate with you on all grounds and who you choose to be around because your heart wants to be there, not out of duty or obligation… these are all a part of the formula for this rush of love renewal and replenishment, flowing from limb to limb, cell to cell, mind to heart to soul to body and back again. There is so much here, so much love, so much to embody and live into now and always… and it’s all beautiful, though dizzying at times too as we get used to the new frequencies and acclimate to the renewal of this lifeblood of love! Making love within a Sacred Union is a beautiful way to move these energies in and through… and make room for MORE.
