Energies Encourage You To Take A ‘Leap Of Faith’ Into Your New Timeline

Plans are moving forward pretty quickly lately… feeling like we are living in several timelines at once feels apt to say, considering that that is the nature of shifting timelines.

Much to let in as we keep letting go… remembering that the grieving process is as sacred as the excitement for the new. All parts have their own reactions to change, to risk-taking, to moving forward and onward… and ultimately UPward as we deepen our heart and soul’s trust in the Divine and the incoming Higher Timeline.

I felt so many tremors and tensions yesterday… like an earthquake was moving through while the logistical choices, research, etc were felt into by Gabriel and me as we co-lead our next movements toward Europe as not just a destination, but somewhere to BE for as long as we can be. Somewhere to continue to upgrade our service of love, somewhere to continue to explore the timelines and lifetimes alive in a geography so rich with ‘history’ that isn’t really ‘past’ at all but billowing and vibrating in the NOW.

This is a time when in some ways we are being asked to jump. To take a leap of faith and trust, even if that feels beyond reach for parts of us in moments as anxieties about money or the ‘how’s’ of everything surface. This is not just a process for us personally along with beloveds of ours who we will be making this shift with, but also for many others who are at the crux of big changes and collapses of their current timelines.

To unplug, to move on from, your current and known reality always requires a leap of faith. This faith is not just in some force or power outside of you, but in YOU and your soul, ultimately. It is an invitation to take some known risks, to be at the edge of discomfort and explore it all. To get curious about what’s rumbling and how deep instead of avoiding the rumble and what it brings up.

There’s so much more on the other side of each process, no matter how big, that we inhabit around action-taking, next steps, ways to approach our impending timeline possibilities. There’s so much MORE that we get to BE and experience ourselves as once we are through the forest of choice points and challenges that come up with every big life change.

To not be alone in this feels big… to recognize that feeling parts of you is actually another way to feel accompanied, along with feeling Star Family and Metasoul Aspects of you in other lifetimes too. There’s a lot of support coming in to help you feel through it all and the support you need in human form could be at your doorstep too…

The corridor of big life change is opening up. Will you take your next step into it, even if for now that step feels small?

No choice is as small as it might seem… it’s all rooted somewhere in your soul, as it navigates its own sacred way back to the love it knows so well. One felt step at a time. ❤️

Deepening Or Rewriting Our Inner Story Is The Process Of Ascension

The narratives by which we live and subscribe to are meant to be challenged in order to feel whether or not they continue to resonate with our deepest sense of self and love. These challenges can arise from our own self-led explorations, or by circumstances conspired by our Higher Selves that may feel like explosions in our lives.

Either the narrative deepens or it shifts. I don’t know if we can be without one. It is what brings us to our deepest meaning as human beings. It is what we give our energy to and what we get back from it. It is like a story you are writing, reading, and invested in at the same time.

We are also stories within a story. Narratives can conflict with one another or they can align. When they conflict there is a visceral sense of something being off or it can manifest in a wild physical and emotional ride. Our current and past timelines are those stories that are wreaking their own havoc in this life and are looking for some reSOULution, some relief from the fear, suffering, and pain.

Taking the time to examine and reread these stories with compassion and a willingness to feel them helps to disengage from those storylines that no longer serve your highest needs and worth. The rewriting process takes time in order to re-engage into something higher in the service to Love.

What stories are being written and read from within? 
What are the ones that you would like to see shift?
Which ones are hard to read and even harder to write? 
What would your Greatest Story Ever Told feel like?

These are questions that can be answered with love and support when they are ready to be read and loved by another in service of your next chapter or novel.

Healing Inner Conflict Into Our Embodied Truth And Service Of Love

Over the past few months, I have felt myself in a very awkward space between two of the most influential people in my healing journey. There have been times when parts of me could feel this tug to ‘side’ one way or another.

As a young boy, my parents were in a state of bitter contention at the end of their marriage. I felt the split inside of me to care-take both of them but for different reasons. This conflict found its way inside at an early and impressionable age. What was ‘right’ was more important than what was ‘true’. This theme also plays out in many soul timelines that are looking for connection and resolution.

As I felt this arise in myself once more, I could feel the ways in which this tug was always inside of me regarding my truth and needs. This is the ongoing work for me. It has been a challenge for parts of me this life to be in a seat of self-loving power, personal clarity, and expression. I could not have felt this without this relational experience.

We think we have ‘cleared’ or ‘released’ something inside of us when in reality it is always another turn in the spiral of healing. The energy is less and less but the theme will arise when it needs to in order to feel and heal it again. Each time arising anew and changed. I feel another layer of who I am as I continue to express more of my needs and truths.

This is ongoing. I feel more there to explore, examine, and offer love to. I used to feel that this was a disqualifier for me as a healer and leader. Now I am learning to accept that this is my personal certification process. I can only serve that which I have chosen to witness and heal within myself.

This arena of truth is a big top world, and it has much to teach us about who we are as men, women, humans, and BEings. It is the poultice of our soul.

Loving UP And Integrating Your ‘3D Self’

It’s a very real process, integrating and loving UP the ‘3D Self’… even if you feel like don’t have one anymore, sometimes the triggers are still there, the anchors back into defensive, charged, or even diffusive 3D frequencies sometimes still become activated, and all that means is that there is understandably still something there, some part(s) of you inside of you that need the love you’ve been downloading to reach them and help them ascend WITH you.

It’s become ‘normal’ for me to feel waves of activations and higher timeline shifts bring up what still needs to be felt and integrated. Sometimes a deeper reaction from a part of me stays hidden for a while beneath the bliss, yet eventually these parts have to surface. I find sometimes that a part of me has buried itself out of shame for still feeling the way it does about certain things, wanting to transmute itself without asking for me directly or asking to land its uncertainties and lingering pain in my heart. Yet my parts can’t actually stay in this place for too long. They leak out or jump out sometimes and if I don’t catch what’s going on, usually someone else who is close to me will and the mirror that I need will be offered.

Specifically for me, I’m talking about my latest process with a part that I’m feeling is the embodiment of my 3D Self right now. She goes by the name I went by for the majority of my life. I realized that she still holds so much pain about my/our physical body, our image, wanting to look a certain way and never feeling happy about it and actually very often feeling disempowered. She has held this energy for so many years. There’s an acute self-consciousness in her that I have to deeply feel and hold right now, especially as I embrace being a leader and a vulnerable one at that, and move forward with serving love. She needs the love I want to serve to land in her. There’s a cost if it doesn’t… if I don’t embrace and feel her, I’m incomplete in a way, and serving from a place of vacant self love in at least the physical regard, though I also suspect she holds pain about spiritual access, whether or not we truly have the skills needed to serve, etc.

I can only keep holding and honouring her deeply as I’ve been practicing with all of my parts for many years now. There’s no room in me to vilify or shame her for still being ‘here’ and not having completely integrated yet, though I get that another part of me has done this in moments or at least tried to help her stay buried instead of healed.

It feels like it’s so often the 3D Self that gets neglected when anyone pursues being a leader of any kind… especially when we’re talking about leading the way through Ascension and deep healing. But nothing has ever deeply transmuted or healed without love. Neglect begets more trauma and often some form of sabotage of the higher timeline too.

I feel this part’s edges and curves… I feel her loves and her strong dislikes…. I feel her reactions and together we are realizing where they’re coming from. Now we get to find our way through the forest together and help her move into something brand new that she has never deeply believed was possible.

The pathway to true Ascension is through the heart. The humility of the inner process that brings you home to yourself over and over again. This is what we’re here to remember and live into, honouring all that we are and have been as we live into who and what we are becoming every day. ❤️

The Tides Are Changing Once More

Big news and shifts coming for my community and I in the coming months! The beginning of this year has been quite the phase of endings, rumblings, growth and transformation. It feels like a collective process of death and rebirth in relationships, careers, geographies and old ways of being. So many have spoken of a desire to end a pattern that no longer serves their higher purpose. Of finding what moves them and fills their heart and soul. No longer are many of us wanting to stay stuck or to linger in places that prevent our creativity, growth or bigness from blossoming.

For us, that is a change in geography once more! We are being called to serve in Europe – a place that is rich in culture, history and spirituality – in order to reach and touch as many souls as possible. I have wanted to travel for so long and especially to Glastonbury which is where we plan to begin!

Victoria has been such a wonderful landing and transitional place for us, where most of what we want has been manifested. It is one of my favourite cities I have ever lived in and it will always be close to my heart! The people I have met, and experiences I have had have all shaped who and where I am today. We still have some months left here but I wanted to acknowledge the largess of this change and how reflective of the collective rebirth it is!

Much was needed to be shed and processed before being able to make this leap but we all feel so ready to go! My deepest desire is to heal my heart as much as I can – to see and feel my own shadow so that others may be guided to do the same. I believe in the power and gift of inner healing to effect change in others and the outer world. But it must start within. Can’t wait for the upcoming adventures that await!

Energy Update: Last ‘333 Day’ Of March Brings More Completions, Bridging To The NEW

Energy Update: March has felt like the longest month in some ways, hasn’t it? It definitely feels like time was stretched over the course of these last 28 days. And now, coming up around the bend, we have our final ‘333’ day of this ‘3’ month in this ‘3’ year. Phew! I, for one, will be happy and relieved with this ‘month’ is over and more concrete steps can be laid for the moving on from the rubble and chaos into more order, even if it’s only temporary.

This month has so felt like a burning inferno of change and destabilization of old timelines. A month of burning and learning. We have been asked to not only walk on but co-create with the Divine (and those close to us too in some cases), NEW bridges to NEW life phases that hold much unknown in them.

It has felt in moments like these new bridges have been veiled in a thick fog too, adding extra mystery as to what could be waiting for us on the other side, yet the invitation to deeply trust the process, trust the Divine, trust that we are LOVED, has been there too. To TRUST that any risks taken this month WILL lead to more goodness, more love, and even more service of love if you’re oriented to that as I am.

Parts of you have likely been reacting to sudden changes in course or personal alchemy, to changes in relationships of all kinds, to sudden shifts at work even, especially if it is work that doesn’t align with your soul calling or what you, your growth, and your Ascension path truly need right now. Consciousness has been shaken up this month too. Lots of pots have been stirred big time by the Divine this month, giving all of us a lot to process!

All of these shake-ups have stirred up other timelines your soul is anchored in too. The veils have been super thin this whole month, giving us the opportunity to work some darker or lower-vibe pieces, integrating the gifts they offer as they teach us so much about ourselves and patterns we’ve fallen into in THIS lifetime/timeline.

A big soul process for me this month has been feeling where my soul aspects are still learning about healthy self-validation, serving love without concern of ‘performing’ or even ‘being seen’, clearing old ways of relating to people in general… it’s been a lot but it’s been right on time too, as the soul calling to step up and get bigger in order to serve more is getting stronger and clearer.

On this next ‘333 day’, it feels like we can expect perhaps some more of the shadows in each of us to become illuminated as they have been all month, along with poignant moments of celebration and excitement for what’s to come too.

I also get the sense that this coming weekend will offer some completions of deep processes held this month and a launch pad for the next phase where yes, there will still be much that is new and unknown, yet clarity will be stronger as long as you can stay the course and keep feeling your parts, your soul, and all of your desires too. ❤

Loving Your Self & Parts Through Timeline Collapses

When a once beloved timeline shatters in our world, there is much to be with inside. Parts of us sometimes scramble to find the answer, a solution, a way to patch up what is coming apart or breaking. They do this in moments of knowing how much there is to feel about it all and they react in understandable fear and feelings of, ‘what NOW then?’

When life takes a sudden shift, we can’t see the forest for the trees. We can’t see the bigger picture right away, nor are we meant to. We can’t actually understand with deep clarity yet about why this is happening right now or what will happen next as a result of it. In the eye of a storm or the middle of an earthquake, all you can really do is surrender… and that takes the most courage of all. Surrender and feel… and just keep feeling.

More timelines will shatter and scatter… more aspects of our lives as we’ve known them so far will come apart. This is one of those shadowy aspects of our Ascension but it’s not as dark as it seems in moments… the heart has to break to break open sometimes and the goodness that comes from this process is actually quite deep and far-reaching.

This is what I’m leaning into personally right now as more shifts unfold in my life. I’ve been through many, many big timeline shifts already, some that have felt more devastating and been quite a bit harder than others. This latest one is about my ‘community’ as I’ve known and experienced it starting to go through a kind of diaspora. Gabriel and I are making new choices as they all do, feeling in every moment what our next desires are, individually first and then seeing if and how it aligns together.

I’m also witnessing the touching and deep ways in which beloveds of mine are navigating their own big shifts and changes. It’s a lot to process yet the courage it takes to make each new decision while putting self-love first, is something you don’t soon forget as it stays with you always. 💙

With big changes come big realizations and opportunity for awakenings… invitations to feel your alchemy deeper and trust in it more too, while you discover more about who you are, who you’ve been, and who you most want to be.

No part of us can stay in devastated reactions if we can hold them and their pain, take this time as a phase of discovering something new about ourselves and our life’s patterns to date, and make conscious decisions from the heart and soul both that will unfold in the name of and in alignment with, Love.

The Loneliness Of Awakening And Ascension

Ascension and awakening can be a lonely process.

Even when surrounded by others there may be a feeling that you are not really there. Not totally present to what is really being said or to the minutia of the day. It can feel like you are in another person’s body, in someone else’s life. All that made sense at one point fails to make much sense anymore. New information, new feelings, new awarenesses are arising. They are coming to the surface by drip or by flood. Though they are not really new….you are just beginning to remember the nature of your BEing. 

As you have walked through your conditioned world, the one you subscribed to either fully or partially, you created a world of relationship that matched that conditioning. But as this arising awareness has begun to fill your days there is this visceral chasm that begins to be felt between you and those around you. You may feel like an island unto yourself. This is where you feel the self, or part, that was created to exist in that past environment. Like a special suit that is needed to walk on a distant planet. 

This can be hard on the YOU that is in that suit, looking behind those eyes. Feeling behind those words. A tiredness may be coming through. An awareness that you feel like a there is a charade going on. Or you keep bringing your truth only to find it falling short of resonance or curiosity. Where do you get a reflection of all that is moving inside? There is a part of you that may be okay with being introverted. Okay with just being alone. That may be better than all the acting. All the interfacing in a rear view mirror. 

It important to feel that this YOU is not alone. There are many that are in similar circumstances and situations. The words may be different but the story is the same. There is a world of resonance INside of you when you find the time and desire to explore. There are a family and community of parts of you awaiting your Higher Heart to come and take them home there. An abundance of resonance that lies in the stars and in the heavens.

This is a reminder from all the guides, ancestors, animal spirits, light beings, and angels that surround us at any given moment. It is also a reminder from one human heart to yours. The journey of awakening is the journey of connecting…one part, one heart, one soul at a time.

Equinox & Supermoon Bring Support For Transitions Into The NEW

Waves of love and frustration, moments of fear and movements into deeper trust… a thin veil that has helped me experience another Metasoul connection to a timeline that feels important to keep feeling into. One that influences and infuses my current one with pain that needs to heal on a deep level, especially as service of love continues to beckon and the desire to be in a new, even more self-loving place within me continues to deepen. These are the experiences I have personally had lately through this Equinox and Supermoon passage as I continue my own personal transition into my Higher Timeline and feel all there is to feel along the way.

This Equinox and Supermoon journey has brought with it so much to look at and feel. There’s always more to address as we discover more layers in our hearts and souls… the damage and pain, and the joys and gifts too. And this latest cosmic movement has been amplifying this process.

Not only has this Equinox passage been lighting up your shadow so that some parts of you hiding there can come out, but the more you are able to trust in this process and the bigger picture, you have been likely feeling lit UP too by the new possibilities even in the midst of the rubble.

Whether you are celebrating the Autumnal Equinox or the Spring Equinox as we are here today, these seasons are transitional seasons with much being pushed up to look at and feel, sometimes in what could feel like a highly dramatized or charged way. The point of this is to help us see what isn’t balanced and start to bring it back into balance, or into balance for the first time ever, as we move through this new ‘season’.

This is part of this transitional phase into the NEW… the new way of relating to ourselves and each other, the new way of living a life that is more aligned with the Divine, with love, with the ongoing Ascension process of Gaia Herself. We are always in this transition into a more sustainable and consistent higher dimensional consciousness, yet this process is amplified and in some ways expedited during this time of Equinox.

We must bring all polarities with us, leaving nothing behind. Polarities are not bad or wrong. They are what is real. You may at peace with certain aspects of your life in one moment and then as if everything is falling apart the next. These polarized experiences within and outside of you are part of this transition into greater balance and part of the overall learning, healing, and Ascension experience… the sacred ‘bliss mess’ of it all.

There are powerful and poignant energies coming in now from the Divine Father through the Sun and the Divine Mother through the moon and especially this Supermoon. This Supermoon seems to be a marriage of the two energies. Both are beaming down to support you… to feel, to heal, to move more into love on a deeper level, especially within, so you can make more health-based and self-loving choices going forward that will align you more with the infinite love they have for you.

It’s always time to choose to seek out all polarized energies within and to feel them with your warmest heart and compassion. It’s always an opportunity to feel deeper what it is you most want for your Higher Timeline. It’s OK to lean in… to ask for Divine love and support during this time, coming into more trust that it is always there for you and with you.

Love Can Never Be Lost To Trauma

After a traumatic experience, parts of us tend to feel this desire to go back to who we were before the incident. They desire to be blissfully unaware of what is to come, to return to the untainted heart that felt full and content. Or maybe there’s even a desire to return to neutrality and boredom for that feels less painful than where you’re at now.

I asked the Divine that very same question just now in meditation, “When will I return to how I felt and who I was before this all happened?”

I immediately heard a response back saying, “You will never be who you were before any of your life experiences. You will, in fact, be that much closer to love and your true essence. Every human experience you have, whether it feels negative or positive, gives you a closer look at who you really are. A trauma does not take away from love in your heart, for love can never be lost. It can become a story, or it can become learning and growth. It can be lost in the shadow or it can be brought into the light of day to be seen, loved, and healed into something rooted in love. You are always you, nothing can take that away.”
