The Road To Lion’s Gate: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (July 30, 2018)

This week’s Museletter features a piece by SoulFullHeart Facilitator/Teacher, Gabriel Heartman. He offers a digestion of the incoming Lion’s Gate energies, the love, illumination and movement they want to offer us, that is supporting us all to become stewards of a New Earth, starting inside:

“You and I all have an opportunity in front of us. A choice point. Which direction do we wish to progress? I do believe all directions lead us Home as part of a chosen path, but here is a moment when we can make that an even deeper conscious one. Two more live streams were hosted this week, one with Raphael and Jelelle Awen digesting the energies of lunar eclipse and what they were offering us for illumination and support of our personal processes and they also offer a guided meditation to connect with these energies on a personal level and connect with parts of you. The other live stream was with Raianna Shai and Kalayna Colibri, as they digested the incoming energy waves throughout this Lion’s Gate passage and what they seem to be awakening and offering us all. They also offer a guided meditation to connect with your awakening Gatekeeper aspect and possibly a galactic Metasoul Aspect too. This week’s Museletter features an offering from Kalayna Colibri. This article is one that she wrote with her Sirian-Lyran galactic aspect, Ineerah. It is an invitation to feel the symbiosis we are all a part of as sacred humans arising in this Universe we live in, offering that our Ascension is purposeful for the Whole, not just our own species:

“There is much to feel for each of you, much left to discover about yourself as you also discover the Whole you are part of. You get to have both, the individual you are and the Whole, and one serves the other in another expression of symbiosis. We, your Sirian-Lyran aspects, are here to assist you in this passageway which will be an intense experience for many of you. The intensity depends on the need to feel deeper still, what there is to heal, what there is to awaken to as your past-present-future timelines collide and in some cases, clash. If you find yourself in a mess, it is a sacred mess. We are here if you need guidance and we look forward to connecting with you as you walk through this. We cannot walk through it for you, as we have already done that ourselves, but we can offer you pictures and senses of the goodness that is coming as you courageously continue your ascent on all levels of your being.”

Both took place to offer a digestion space for the impact of the energies coming in from this lunar eclipse and the pending Lion’s Gate portal. “Generation Me” – Love Yo’self: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (July 9, 2018)

This week’s Museletter features a brand new article from Raianna Shai about the generation is a part of known popularly as “Millennials”. In this piece she shares her sense of her generation and what they’re here to offer and be that is truly unique from other generations, perhaps especially in the area of self-awareness and the drive to deepen their journey around it too. She shares some powerful viewpoints on the different labels and judgments given to Millennials and the judgments that parts of them may have about themselves:

“Being self aware does not have to be a negative thing. In fact, nothing is truly “negative” when you feel the layers deep down inside. Someone who seems “materialistic” “narcissistic” or “entitled” really just has parts that are scared. Scared of failure, of losing what they love, of not being good enough or being abandoned. Of course, these parts need a mirror to be able to take responsibility for how they affect others, but they also need love and support. They don’t need to feel wrong or less than any other parts, they just need a boundary and a space to feel their fears. This, in turn, can transmute into more self-loving feelings such as confidence, self acceptance, and trust in the Divine.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are people at this age that are seen as tolerant, open-minded, and selfless. These are all beautiful things to be, but where does the self-care come into this? The more narcissistic parts of you may seem “bad” compared to these other parts of you, but their gift is that they know how to put themselves first. Which does NOT make you selfish or unable to serve others. Putting your own process first just means that you feel worthy of love and understand that it’s so important to fill up your own love tank before you can fill up others.”

This week’s Museletter starts off with a piece from Jelelle Awen about the 3D-4D trauma emotional body grid that is laid over Gaia, reflecting the wounding and also healing of the collective emotional body. She invites you to feel your contribution to it through the parts of you that are stuck in traumas, especially abuse playouts and feelings of being stuck in victimhood energy:

“Ultimately, you CHOOSE ALL traumatic experiences for soul growth reasons on a Higher Self/Metasoul level and this actually brings much empowerment as you accept this, understand more about the reasons WHY, and own/feel/heal your Metasoul’s role in it.

Freedom and release from these emotionally dense feelings of despair, suicide, victimization, extreme negativity, battling, being attacked……freedom comes as you FEEL how this lives in parts of yourself and in your Metasoul. As you are willing to compassionately feel it and LOVE it and embrace these parts and aspects, so then do you offer them a way out of this grid. You compassionately validate their emotional reality even as you are separating your consciousness from it.”

Next, we have a brand NEW guided meditation offered by Kalayna Colibri, for meeting your Inner Teenager. In this meditation, you will connect with a Divine Feminine and a Divine Masculine guide before approaching your Inner Teenager in a place that is familiar to them.

Kalayna also held a live stream event this week on connecting with and feeling your Inner Masculine, especially as a woman (though men can connect with this too). In this live stream, she shares about her ongoing personal process with her own Inner Masculine and why she feels this process is important on a collective level. She also answers many questions and offers a quick guided meditation for connecting with your own Inner Masculine, in whatever form or energy they choose to show you. She goes into detail about the May energies and what they have been offering us all for activating our 5D Selves and bringing us more into alignment with 5D consciousness. This week’s Museletter features an article by SoulFullHeart co-creator, teacher, and Facilitator, Raphael Awen. He invites you to get curious about your more ‘negative’ emotional spaces and the tension between what you want and what you have right now. He offers that feeling and embracing all of this is the journey to the more whole and healthy-feeling you that you long to become:

“This tug-of-war polarity and tension between what you desire and what you actually experience is the pathway into navigating between the two in the direction you want to go. You are like this anti-gravitic travel device in this way.

You wouldn’t even be able to feel tension, were it not for rest. You couldn’t feel love were it not for fear. You couldn’t feel trust were it not for anxiety. One is needed to give reality to the other.”

Our latest and last (for now at least!) Unity Meditation virtual gathering took place this past week and you can find the recording of the teachings and meditation in this Museletter. The guided meditation offers you a sense of your inner masculine and feminine frequencies and the relationship they have to each other. This helps to illuminate for you the patterns you’ve been experiencing in your relationships.

Last weekend, Jelelle Awen held a live stream on Facebook where she offered another Energy Update experience. You’ll find the recording of this live stream, including the guided meditation she led is also featured this week, in addition to another video where Jelelle shares her experience of drawing and being IN a Sacred Union relationship with a soul mate. She talks about the inner work involved, especially with feeling and growing the Sacred Union within that then gets to be reflected in relationship to another person.

Kalayna Colibri and Raianna Shai have offered another episode of Millennial Digest, this time digesting the relationship between Millennials and 3D reality. They share about their personal experiences with 3D growing up as well as their heart and soul-felt observations of the patterns that appear in the lives of these “young” Sacred Humans arising.
