These are the posts I made for the day before, the morning of, and the day after Gabriel and I wed on March 9, 2019. A day with MUCH ‘3’ energy! It was a powerful and poignant day, celebrating cycles of life and the ongoing death and rebirth of all relationship grounds, romantic and otherwise.

Tomorrow we marry…
Declaring love and desire for depths
Yet untraveled 
Between us.

Beloved Gabriel! 
Joining my soul
Heart and body
With yours 
in this deepening way
Inspires
And drives it all home deeper
That this is what I’ve truly wanted
Earned
And worked for!

I love you! 
And the journey here has been worth every tear… ❤️

Face-squish snuggles,

melting touches,

roll between bedsheets

of softness,

bellowing and beckoning

heartbeams of sunshine and goodness

among the sticky-hot sweetness.

My head catches up

to my heart’s warmth and wonder

at how we two

so different,

so alike,

came together

to move together as one

yet two

all over again…

Lover of my heart, soul and body,

cherisher of that which I cherish,

my everything claims this,

our space of phases

and movements together,

no matter the length and breadth

of roads we travel side by side.

The light I love in you

holds a lighthouse lamp shining

for the leadership of yours

next to the shining brightness

of my own.

From here we gaze inward,

toward ourselves and each other,

belly-laughing,

dog-sandwich, morning-bed cuddling,

sweet sunset kissing,

and daylight collaborating…

This bridge between us

made of much,

holds the truths of which

we will uncover

as we each agree to the next MORE…

and our flow of love

cascades onward

as we walk hand-in-hand,

together. ❤

~ March 9, 2019 ~

Preparing for this wedding today in ways that honour my heart and parts but also honour the heart and parts of everyone coming, witnessing, feeling us in our next chapter together. This is another cycle of death and rebirth today as much as it is also a celebration of a new beginning unfolding.

I feel a poignancy in my heart today… and amazing to add, as I sit in this nearby coffee shop sipping a morning Matcha latte with my parts in my heart, the song ‘Landslide’ just came on… 💕

I feel a peace and love in my heart yet also the soft rumble of what’s to come… which is largely unknown yet the crucible of growth is real in relationships, no matter how spiritually conscious they are.

The hum of life and love continues to drone on. The invitation into deeper surrender to every twist, turn, arising and unfolding of the path before me and us is very real and sitting across from me in this coffee shop. Every face of the Great Mother and Father too is here in celebration and deep reminder of the next and next moments of deepening growth and healing to come. For myself, for Gabriel, and for all who witness our Union today.

We will share digestions and photographs with all of you later. ❤️

I am nothing but blown away.

This man has no wallet worth a million dollars
But a heart worth a million kisses
And a soul worth a million explorations
… and then some!

Our day yesterday was magical, wonderful, poignant. It held the reality of beginnings and endings, that one ground has to give way to another eventually in the name of growth, healing, and service. That ‘forever’ on a soul level is one layer infinitely present, yet ‘forever’ on a personal level in this lifetime and others, cannot be promised or granted.

Every single moment of ‘together’ is a treasure. Every single wave of NEW is a gift. Every single ground of exploration is sacred… together and individually.

I love this man, my community here, our greater community of all of you taking this and us and our service of love in, and I look forward to the many expressions of our mutual growth, reflections, and above all, the deepening LOVE shared among us! ❤️

Energy Update: Schumann Spikes Help To Collapse Old Timelines & Bring In New

Energy update: Seeing some spikes in the Gaia/Schumann frequency in the last few days and actually right in this moment. These spikes seem to be lasting one to three hours in duration with sometimes several hour gaps between them. This feels like a bit of a mercy in a way, as we receive a jolt and boost….and then some space to integrate.

Spikes in Gaia’s frequency resonance directly connects to OUR consciousness and energy frequency too. We rise with Her and our DNA and chakras connected to Her (especially the root systems chakras at the base of our spine flowing to way below our feet). It can be challenging to ground during Gaia spikes as what we are used to grounding into is shifting. Wobbly and off-balance, we are searching then for the familiar hum that is often now shifting.

I find that direct connect to Mother Gaia AS a guide and beloved face of Divine Mother is quite nourishing in these moments. She is right there available with a big old embrace and soothing energies. Sometimes….other times She is more the face of Dark Mother in the form of necessary earth quakes, volcanos, and hurricanes. Depends on what you are most needing in that moment.

Ground in whatever ways you can and hold the parts of you that feel increasingly perhaps homeless as they feel and are sensitive to the changing dimensional frequencies of Gaia. YOU become also a home for all parts of you….a consistent, steady, and loving energy that never leaves or abandons them.

Timelines Collapsing As Your Higher One Comes In

Powerful, catalytic energies this month of March already, just starting and yet JUMP starting so much it seems. You may be experiencing a major timeline collapse right now in your life. This may be in the form of relationships, career/job, geography, physical health improvements, etc. The previous, even beloved in many ways, timeline that you called, ‘your life’ is shifting in a rumbling and significant way as supported by these Divine love energies.

A timeline collapse that has been chosen by your awakening and by your soul self feels different than the ones that happen due to more 3D-based trauma or tragedy. In these 3D ones, it feels like something is happen TO you. It can feel like life is ‘against’ you and you are being ‘punished.’ This can lead to many feelings of disempowerment, suffering, distrust, and depression in parts of you. These kinds of 3D collapses seem to most happen when someone is asleep to their greater suffering and needs a ‘wake up call’ to see and feel it.

A timeline that is collapsing due to your soul growth and awakening can be challenging to navigate, yet there is a feeling sense that you are being supported and held by Divine Love. You are connected to the higher purpose reason for the collapse and you trust that it is happening for your greater good. You can feel how it is ultimately in the service of love. This allows for you to hold space for any of the understandable victim reactions that may come up in parts of you (esp. the Inner Child/Inner Teenager) and respond to them with compassionate love. This allows for the necessary mourning and honoring phases as something once beloved is let go.

There has been a strong phase, especially in 2018, of feeling and being real about what is no longer wanted and desired in your life. There is more etheric connection to your higher timeline life in meditation and in more moments too experience AS you. There has been much watering inside of these realities and sense of which parts of you resist letting go and changing and WHY. This is an ongoing process, even to digest the goodness timelines that start manifesting.

Yet, you may start to feel now that your higher timeline is not only possible, it is HAPPENING. Often while the ‘old’ one is collapsing. This is the sometimes bittersweet navigation of the previous while the new is coming in. This is the bliss mess. This is the natural birth/death/rebirth cycle. This is the transition out of 3D and into lower 4D and beyond that you, we, and the collective are all going through. This, also, is the Ascension process that births out of the just as sacred descension process.

Now is an important phase/time to get clearer about what that higher timeline life looks and even more importantly FEELS like. To connect more and more to the essence of you that is the expression of serving love, your 5D self IN your body, that allows for more expression of it.

Addiction As A Portal Into The Heart And Soul

“What is gripping you as an addiction is actually a profound invitation and portal into what your heart and soul came here to learn.” – words from my teacher and partner Raphael Awen this morning.

Addiction is something anyone can be struggling with regardless of spiritual awareness. It is actually a portal INTO your spirituality that addiction can take you. At the root of this painful loop, is a feeling, an experience, a part of you that is in deep need to be felt. They can range from an inner protector/punisher, inner mother/father, teenager, child, or multidimensional self that is struggling to be and resonate in this dimension of existence.

For men, these addictions can range from alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, pornography, over-working, sex, unhealthy relationship, politics, news, depression, anxiety and even things that are intended to be positive such as spirituality itself. For women it can be closely related yet with differences. It is not the thing one is addicted to that is at question, but rather the relationship we have to it.

What is it that lies under the need for the thing itself? What is it that it is so very much wanting us to steer clear of? By accessing the inner world of parts can you then feel the one that is using the addiction as a safety net, or in many cases an blowhorn for your attention.

YOU are not the addiction. When one can find space between himself and the part that is addicted a whole consciousness comes into view that can lead to a healing relationship that is internally generated and held with support along the way. This part can begin the journey of receiving its needs through YOU, the centered heart, and not the object of the addiction. It can receive Love from the Divine and other spirits through this channel of You.

It is an ongoing and sometimes difficult journey that can only start with one question that leads to feeling. What is it that you need that you are not getting from the inside?

Love Can Never Be Lost To Trauma

After a traumatic experience, parts of us tend to feel this desire to go back to who we were before the incident. They desire to be blissfully unaware of what is to come, to return to the untainted heart that felt full and content. Or maybe there’s even a desire to return to neutrality and boredom for that feels less painful than where you’re at now.

I asked the Divine that very same question just now in meditation, “When will I return to how I felt and who I was before this all happened?”

I immediately heard a response back saying, “You will never be who you were before any of your life experiences. You will, in fact, be that much closer to love and your true essence. Every human experience you have, whether it feels negative or positive, gives you a closer look at who you really are. A trauma does not take away from love in your heart, for love can never be lost. It can become a story, or it can become learning and growth. It can be lost in the shadow or it can be brought into the light of day to be seen, loved, and healed into something rooted in love. You are always you, nothing can take that away.”

Dare To Lead With Love: A Message From Archangel Michael

Son Day. Sacred Masculine activation and Divine Father connection day. I felt an invitation from Archangel Michael this morning to step into a deeper relationship and partnership with him. An invitation for all of us, both man and woman, to feel him differently. He wants us to feel and see him as a bridge and ambassador to the Father Divine. He wants us to lay down our swords and shields so that we can feel the masculine in a whole new way. To remember it back into our hearts.

He says:

“The war is over. There was never really one to begin with. It has always been, and ever will be, within. A need to reconcile the separation from Mother/Father/Source/Love. I cannot, nor will not, protect you from your own shadow. I can support you, guide you, and co-create with you, but I cannot stand in the way of what it is that you were meant to experience by your soul’s choosing.

The masculine is in need of a reboot and a reframe. A return to His nature as a magistrate of the Will of Love to replace the Rule of Law. To embody and integrate the Yin to His Yang. To heal His own relationship to the Feminine and The World. A new archetype is ready to emerge from this courageous journey of vulnerable surrender mixed with impassioned action. A steward of conscious embodied evolution rather than a warrior for peace and justice. For in any war there is no peace and no justice only more separation.

True change begins with your own reflection. See it in its entirety. Feel where Love has been kept at bay by your own understandable protection. You are a leader, my brother. You are an agent of change by the very light you shine to yourself and then to others. Dare to be kind. Dare to be decent. Dare to be truthful with an open heart. Dare to make mistakes yet not be ‘wrong’. Dare to believe that Love will hold it all. I will be there with you every step…if you dare.”

333: ‘Divine Align’ Higher Timeline Opportunities, Next Steps INvitation

It’s 333 Day today! A powerful time to feel where you truly are right now, to acknowledge yourself for where you’ve been, and to see the illumination of where you’ve yet to go… it’s a day for conscious creativity, to see how your creativity has expressed, and to feel your intentions for your creative flow from now on.

‘Divine Align’ comes to mind and heart right now, but of course this can be much easier said than done… the journey into this alignment is truly one of exploring and refining your integrity, feeling parts of you that are afraid of being vulnerable and truly admitting when they are out of integrity, and being courageous enough to take those steps into the deeper truth of this.

We are creative beings. We can’t stop creating. There are new opportunities to create and recreate starting from inside of us in every single moment. We have infinite choices in this world of infinite possibilities. We are choosing, always, whether or not we are ready to take the next step into our higher timeline and if we are truly ready to align with the Divinity within. I feel reassurance today that there are no setbacks and there’s no way to really go ‘backwards’ even when parts of you feel like they have.

Your Inner Protector may especially feel like they’ve ‘failed’ you, failed their ‘mission’ to protect you from hurt, harm, and even love when love is catalytic and feels like a tidal wave coming in to shake up your entire world. Yet, even this very powerful part of you does not have the ultimate say as to what unfolds for your soul and the bigger picture of your life…

It’s a relief to them when you can let some air into the room and remind them that they haven’t…

Today, with this ‘333’ Divine alignment of numbers, it’s another invitation to let in Divine love in this way and let this love rumble even your most defended parts of you, to help you shift from fear to love on a deeper level, aligning you with clarities about your personal service-of-love expression if it’s truly time for that, and bringing you a sense of empowerment in your life that may show you an array of choices you’re invited to feel into.

The Divine truly celebrates YOU today and always… and is inviting you, without a doubt, into your next co-creative steps with It as you become ready to deeply embrace them. ❤️

Energy Update: Support To Feel Soul Bigness Coming In

There is SO much support coming in to help you feel your soul bigness, even beyond what you’ve thought of as your biggest self thus far. These codes are activating your true service-of-love possibilities and asking you to show up in a very direct way that may feel more like a demand than a request in moments! These moments are when you are called into action in such a way that stretches your capacity to hold yourself and your parts while also showing up in service to others.

A time to pop out of the old way of responding to life, self, others, and above all, love… and to expand into what is more in line with how your Higher Self would respond to all of these pieces. These waves tend to be sparked in the Inner Masculine in both men and women and you may actually feel this as a more masculine energy than a feminine one… one of heeding a call to loving yet direct action and penetrating through false bubbles (with love… this is where the feminine comes in to help at times), while holding compassionate space for others and for parts of you too as needed.

I sincerely feel this invitation for myself too in this moment and all moments leading up to this one in the last two days at least… the energies coming from the Sun have been especially powerful and activating and I feel how the tides are turning for those of us, myself included, who are here to serve love from the overflow of love now cultivated within after many years of focus on healing the self. For me, I feel the invitation to continue to step into my leadership and bigness, and to be open to how that chooses to express right now.

This is a truly amazing time to continue to awaken and to feel the wounded masculine and feminine aspects/parts within begin to deeply shift into the sacred from the scared… this process is different for everyone, yet palpable just the same and very impactful, inevitably, on the deep healing of self and the collective too.

It definitely feels appropriate to connect with Divine Father or any loving Divine/galactic masculine energy you feel drawn to right now, as these activations are from these energies and are stirring up what needs to be stirred in the here and now to continue this process of birthing the NEW, starting withIN.
