The day after the Equinox/Ostara, Aurius and I ventured out to the Tor to enjoy the bits of sunshine we could grab. We felt moved to offer another transmission from Avalon that day from the energy at the side of the Tor where we planted ourselves in that moment.
We had wanted to offer this transmission from the egg stone on that side of the Tor, but we’ll do that another day! Powerful energies there too!
As we walked to our ‘place’ where we felt to land for the transmission, I felt Ostara come through (I don’t have a conscious relationship with her in this lifetime, yet that’s opening out now!) and She wanted to offer some pieces about the process of awakening and how sometimes it’s rather uncomfortable, yet always Divinely supported. We offer a short guided meditation with Ostara in her ‘hare’ form and She even came through with a bit of a Kundalini activation for those who feel ready for that!

The womb is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and bridge to our ancient Sacred Feminine empowerment roots. Our wombs become filled with pain/trauma layers and also hijacked by the 3D/4D Matrix so our access to the purity essence of our womb is often covered over and not fully activated.

This hijacking also impacts what we experience within our wombs during often painful and debilitating ‘programmed’ menstrual cycles. Our wombs can be filled with and hijacked by false mother/false god frequencies, Patriarchal/wounded masculine energies; transmuting other people’s energies as empaths; aborted/still gestating/blocked creative projects and expressions; and suppression of our wombs’ truth.
Through a personal relationship with our wombs, even having her give us a ‘name’ and journaling/dialogue, and supported by the Divine Mother…we can unplug our wombs from the Matrix and become truly free. Kasha and I will share our personal journeys with this process and our wombs during the call.

Today we shared our latest Avalon Update, featuring a piece by Raphael Awen in which he connects with the energy and essence of King Arthur, an energy that is very available here in Avalon. Together they talk about what the masculine seems to need and want and what it was like to lead men in his lifetime. This leads up to an invitation for men to join Raphael and Aurius on their upcoming men’s meditation call over Zoom on March 27th, called “Power, Adequacy, and Vulnerability”. This is going to be powerful and deep, with the men all sharing about their personal experiences and healing processes around these three potent words.

There are many new writings and audio blogs to take in, as well as several new Avalon Transmissions from Aurius and Kasha, where they share the energies of some local sacred sites.
There’s such a strong pull to polarities, especially this past year. This is necessary, though it’s been a dark passageway and we are still in it. The poultice of C-vid and every opinion/consciousness surrounding it has been backlighting our need to heal some very dark, very stark aspects of our humanity and spirituality. It’s been so challenging to see all of this coming up and out, purging out violently and aggressively in moments energetically and physically… And it’s even more challenging (and understandably so) to truly be willing to FEEL it all and feel the cries of the aching and awakening world within and without.
We all want change for the better, yet we are also all on a sacred mission to be on our own sovereign journeys around that. And, there can be no real ‘change for the better’ without feeling where there’s a push-pull toward being in the process of healing toward that. There’s much to heal, own, and acknowledge and it’s all rather sobering.
The tendency to pull away, turn our backs on each other, set boundaries without love leading, has been strongly coming up. If we are to find our way to another way of feeling through this necessary and uncomfortable phase of conflict, we need to show up for where this tendency lives inside of us, from part to part, from us to the Divine, and then we can better feel where and how it expresses between ourselves and others.
The invitation into equilibrium is about finding more unity, especially within, between light and dark, masculine and feminine. They don’t need to merge and become one energy, but they do get to offer each other gifts as you feel too where and how they’ve been at odds.
We also get to explore this finding of equilibrium without losing our individuality inside of pair-bond/sacred union/twin flame relationships, where each being has their own experiences of life and lifetimes to bring to the bond. Each being has its own polarities to reconcile between fear and love. I feel this coming into balance more within me and that then extends to Aurius and also my beloveds and the women I facilitate too, though the journey of reconciling the light and darkness within is ongoing and always unfolding.
We have so much to feel and heal, to face and confront and come to terms with, while holding it all with love and compassion, especially on the inside. This Equinox is certainly empowering all of us to take our next steps with that process!

Aurius and I were inspired on a visit to the Abbey the other day, to gather some video of the grounds, with the intention of offering a meditation/transmission from our hearts and the heart of Avalon, to yours.
The video though, as with any alchemy that starts with one idea and turns into something rather different yet much more fitting, turned out to be better suited to become a simple (yet profound) walkabout set to music. You’ll see Aurius and I taking in the trees, fish, water, sacred stones, yet you won’t hear us say a word about the Abbey itself or what we’re feeling as we go. The energies and Gaian codes speak for themselves, especially set to the music we selected for the video. (You’ll see links to the full music tracks in the description on Youtube).
It felt appropriate to set this video to music that helps transport you to the energy of these grounds where there is a long lineage of Christianity/Catholicism and yet too, Paganism. We have felt the Essenes/Magdalenes here as well and other energies that offer so many deep soul places to explore when you’re here! Connect in with the tree, daffodil, and other Gaian codes as Aurius and Kasha show you the beauty of this very sacred place.
We hope that this is a meditative and sweet experience for you, though it may also stir up some discomfort and shadow too, as these grounds are deeply sacred and offer centuries of shadow AND light energies from the different religious/spiritual practices and overlays there.

One year ago we all found ourselves walking through the threshold of a New World Order. An Order rooted in fear, facts, and fallacy. It was our global 9/11 moment and it has forever changed the way we experience the world we live in and those we relate to. We have become Alice in Wonderland wondering when the hell things will ‘get back to normal’.
I don’t believe there can ever be a going back. The collective psyche has been altered. Forget about your DNA, which is still being worked on depending who is doing the ‘working’, but the soul of our humanity is being altered. This has not all been for naught, however. There has been a lot that has become clear for many as this whole grand experiment/experience has awakened a population to what is real and what is not for each of us.
Science Fiction is coming alive before our very eyes. It clearly was never ‘fiction’ but a precursor to what was to come. It has become more of Science Friction. The use of science, ‘facts’, and fear as a weapon against ourselves and each other. We have been in a pinball game or roller coaster of emotion for some time now and it is becoming normalized. Life has become a dystopian novel trying to find its way into our consciousness. The question is will we let it?
As much as we may have a compulsion to go ‘out there’ to and solve the global psychodemic, it feels even more imperative to go inward. Like Neo running into Agent Smith at the end of the Matrix movie, we are being called to find the matrix tyrant within us. Who is this shady creature from the Black Lagoon of our Shadow and Control Center. The Wizard of our Oz. As so many wise and ascended masters have told us, as above, so below. What is outside, is inside.
This ‘creature’ is not a boogyperson. It is a engrained, conditioned, and legacy aspect of us from a bygone era. It is our connection to the System that we were born and raised in. It is being fed a consistent diet of bullshit that it has learned to accept as real food. Just like Neo was hooked up to the multitude of tubes when he woke up in that egg-like container. To meet this aspect of you is to meet yourself, but in this poorly-written and poorly-directed Epic of Gilgamesh we are calling ‘reality’.
I invite you to find and meet this aspect of you. It needs your sacred heart. Your soul spark. Your Divine Self to come and save it. YOU don’t need saving! This part of you does. There is NOTHING out there can can do the saving, the living, the liberating. It’s all you, my friend. This aspect of you has been judged, out of fear and control, to be a dark entity. Not so. The tag was put on it so you wouldn’t find him/her/it so that you could actually free yourself from the spiderweb that has been crafted for eons.
This aspect may not be found easily, or may even resist out of fear. The timing will present itself if you can consistently go into your heart and connect with Love. It is Love that lights the tunnels and caves of this Dark World. It is Love that holds the keys to the locked doors. It is Love that can hold the space for the fear, the hate, the unworth. It is Love that exists within you that is your saviour. It is your shamanic medicine against tyranny, injustice, and control.
I will work on a guided meditation to meet this aspect of you caught in the grids, the web, the inner caves of the matrix. This is where true freedom lives. The crossroad of the heart and soul, using the mind to create what wants to be made real or real-ized. You don’t need a degree to get there. Just a desire for a New World Order within rooted in Love and not Fear.

The symbol of the ‘egg’ can be explored so deeply and it’s actually quite an important metaphor for our ongoing growth and awakening phases, individually and collectively.
We each come from an egg inside our birth mother. We are encased in the ‘egg’ of our bodies after we are born. Our souls, it can be said, are always leaving and entering their next ‘eggs’ where we bake and gestate before we awaken some more. We are in a perpetual state of death and rebirth in this way, or maybe ‘birth and rebirth’ is another way to say it, yet embracing that ‘death’ is a part of all of our journeys, in many different ways, is important.
After all, you have to ‘die’ in a way to being in one life phase before you can enter another. It’s part of the cycle of living, learning, and relearning.
Mary Magdalene, in my etheric connection to her as a Divine Feminine guide, has been showing me many synchronicities around the egg she is often pictured with. It’s a symbol of the rebirth of Spring, both in our inner and outer worlds. We go back inward to emerge outward in whatever ‘seasons’ of the heart and soul encompass us in any given phase of our lives.
The other day while at the Glastonbury Abbey, I was drawn to walk along a path where I don’t usually walk, and there amongst the light-hearted daffodils was part of a cracked-open, bird’s egg shell. It felt tiny and fragile as I picked it up, yet the strength of the little baby bird that emerged from it could be felt too. It can’t emerge in any timing but its own, for if that happens, it perishes.
The mama bird can’t make it come out of the shell and experience the big, big world any sooner. Instead, she has to surrender to the cycle of life and allow her baby to come through and out of the egg when it’s truly ready. Its survival and ability to thrive too depends on its own built-up strength, its nourishment received while in the egg, and its overall destiny too — none of which can actually be controlled, but all of which has to arise on its own.
Every phase of being back in an ‘egg’ for us as sacred human souls in near-constant rebirth (especially these days) is about building up our strength and resolve to emerge. The Divine can’t make this happen for us. We can receive guidance, yet our emergence is up to us.
This cracked-open eggshell I found reminded me that it’s our core innocence and healing purity of heart and soul, along with our untethered desire to emerge and awaken, that moves us onward and also upward as we ascend and grow. If we can hold this desire to keep moving through — busting through at times- eggshell after eggshell, while blessing the experience and feeling grateful for it ALL, we ARE going to not only ‘survive’, but also find our deepest destiny on our journey back to love and leading with love to help bring us all back home.
I was so touched to be holding this egg…I felt it on a deeply personal level as I move more into my inner Queen/High ‘Heart’ Priestess power in this and other lifetimes. I also felt like this tender holding of this eggshell, which I’ve now made a place for on my altar at home, is the same preciousness the Divine feels for all of us and our parts/Metasoul aspects now and always. Preciousness that doesn’t caretake or enable parts of us to keep going toward harmful patterns, yet holds us each accountable and invites us, always, to feel, hold, and really own our preciousness and the deep strength and profound power of it.

Energy update: We are entering the Equinox Portal and you can feel the Spring codes coming in….especially when you connect to Gaia. The budding flowers on the trees, the bulbs bursting through the soil, the temperatures starting to warm up, the baby animals taking their first steps or flights.
These energies are offering resurrection frequencies of pure white light to whichever chakras most need them. Your third chakra may especially be going through an upgrade with upset stomach and need to fast and/or eat very lightly. Our light bodies are aching for and receiving more sunlight now and we can bring those codes in from the Great Central Sun too.
This is support from Gaia right now that is so helpful as humanity continues through its dark night. The dystopian c@vid narrative timeline that is transitioning the collective from 3D to lower 4D does feel like a dark one in the moment. The restrictions, the lockdowns, the quarantines, the global and relentless push to get their poison, the social pressure and division this is creating for so many. The dark agenda is peaking while the relatively ‘stable’ 3D mainstream one is collapsing.
As I’ve shared before, the 3D mainstream as we have all known it in our lifetimes NEEDED to collapse…this is the Matrix projection known as ‘normal life’ that is no longer being able to fit in with our choice for Ascension. This projection was keeping so many souls sleepy and in the mill of eat/work/sleep repeat.
What we’ve been experiencing the last year is a transitional phase though, that can be so challenging, that serves to wake up many more souls to claim their freedoms and rights by having them taken away. This is a WAKE UP CALL that is sometimes harsh in its execution yet necessary for its outcome. Probably none of us who have gone through awakening can say that it has always been a kind and loving process, yet it has offered us whatever was necessary to lift the veils, even when it was quite painful in moments.
As I check in with my soul and higher dimensional aspects/guides, they are giving me the sense of parallel reality to when the Roman Empire was collapsing. There was this last gasp at power that lasted a couple of hundred years, a slow decline that looked like an increase in power…..similar to what we are seeing now. Only that which is running out of false fuel and ultimately Divine support has to work so hard to sustain itself. There is an energy of desperation in the Cabal’s actions that clearly points to the collapse happening on the higher levels.
People have been asking me how long I feel this narrative will play out and it does feel like several years to me. The Cabal will push this as far as they can with hopefully increasing opposition happening as more people become aware of what is going on. The ‘poison push’, as I am calling it now, will accelerate and escalate with choices needing to be made for those of us who see what it is and refuse to get it.
This is going to get more challenging in terms of personal relationships and the divisions/splits in consciousness and resonance that it is revealing. What has previously been tolerated with birth family, especially, will no longer feel sustainable as ‘soul contracts’ expire and dissolve. I have been guided personally to settle into a long-term shelter where I feel safe (here in Avalon), continue to serve love through SoulFullHeart in both virtual ways and in the physical, surrounded by soul family community and those who feel to join us here.
As we ride this out, we are also planting and sowing the seeds of light for New Earth. We are watering them with our visions and our dreams. We are supporting by our Divine soul and star families, as I’ve been sharing messages from them recently that are coming through. We are trusting the process is held by the Divine and will emerge out to what we are here to offer and birth….New Earth reality consciousness.
Look to Gaia and connect to the Divine Mother’s frequencies through Her….the ancient rhythms that seem to continue no matter what humanity is doing. The Equinox offers frequencies of balancing, even during this time that feels so crazy and off kilter. Much support is available to us during this time of death and rebirth as we connect within to discover, become and be with LOVE.

There is this deep desire to have sex with Life Itself. I don’t mean that in the physical way, of course, but energetically. This fire that wants and NEEDS to create, serve, and heal. In that, it also needs to destroy, illuminate, and transmute.
SoulFire is part of our essence, as is SoulCare. One has a masculine edge, the other a feminine one. Together they make life meaningful, purposeful, and alive. This is not to judge any state you may find yourself in as ‘less than’ or ‘lacking’. It is just noting what feels alive and true and what doesn’t. It is in that awareness that you can feel where the fire is and isn’t. Where the care is real and where it is hidden.
You can imagine yourself like the engine of a vehicle that has cylinders where pistons move through to create the spark by which the engine runs. Sometimes we feel like we are running on all our cylinders and others we may only feel like we have half of them online. Like a mechanic, you can ‘go under the hood’ and see why certain cylinders aren’t firing.
It’s no so much a fixing in the 3D sense, but more of a feeling and heart presence as to what is not letting Love do its job, which is to provide you with the fuel you need to be fully alive and aware of itself.
There can be so much build-up inside your cylinders, or heart channels, that it can bog you down into states that take you into dark times. These are moments of deep rest and deep feeling. Sometimes space-holding can help move things and get clarity as well as an opening to more Love and context.
In two weeks, Raphael Awen and I will be holding a men’s group call about Power, Vulnerability, and Adequecy. These feel like big topics for men and there ongoing ascension and healing journeys. We will also be posting a video soon, with our soul brother James Elphick, having a conversation and meditation about this very thing.
We invite all of our male friends here to join us on this call as well as have a dialogue about what you feel is preventing you from full living and being your most empowered and passionate self. To all our female friends, please tell anyone you feel would be interested.

James Elphick and I took a trip to Priddy, Somerset, yesterday here in the UK, in Somerset county. There is a saying in Priddy that the locals know, “As sure as our Lord was in Priddy.”

After being here in Glastonbury these last months, I was quite interested to learn of the many ‘legends’ of Jesus visiting here often during his life and especially as a boy. I was interested in him being taken here on trips with his uncle Joseph of Arimathea, who was not only a wealthy trader in tin and other metals that were mined in Priddy and surrounding areas, but Joseph was also probably the equivalent of the Jewish government’s ‘Minister of Mining’.
Now, you won’t find much in the traditional Bible to directly support these claims, but you can cite plenty of Bible references to corroborate the claims, if you will. If you expand your lens out to the ancient scrolls discovered in 1945 at Nag Hammadi, you get a lot more of an interesting picture.
Central to this expanded picture is that Jesus, or Yeshua as he was known in his own language, was in love and married to Mary Magdalene and had children with her. That didn’t fit with the Christian canon of scripture that was compiled in the 4th century and it had to be screened out to fit a tailored narrative. A narrative that only controlling men seemed to need and undertake, but also consciousness itself seemed to need to go through this veiled phase of awareness. We are, like consciousness itself, in a phase now where we are lifting that veil.
I was especially opened up to this larger story through reading Anna, the Grandmother of Jesus by Claire Heartsong. I deeply recommend her book if you are wanting to open up to this expanded story of Yeshua’s life, his mother, his grandmother, his mother’s uncle Joseph of Arimathea, and what’s known as the ‘Magdalene way of the rose’ that Yeshua was immersed in and devoted to.
But, back to my day yesterday. After reading Anna, Grandmother Of Jesus and coming across the many places here in Glastonbury that are significant to Joseph, Yeshua and the Magdalenes at large, I wanted to venture to visit Priddy, just a few miles from here in Glastonbury. Now that we recently purchased a car, the opportunity arose. I needed a bit more driving coaching from James getting used to driving on the left side of the road and the right side of the car, like they do here in the UK.
When we arrived in Priddy and parked the car, we noticed a different feeling space immediately of rest and tranquility. We took a stroll on the main road through town and saw a sign pointing to the village church and school. We came upon a playground filled with children at break time and we were struck by how playful and alive they felt. It didn’t feel anything like a city playground. There was just grass, a few trees and a soccer ball, but these children in their school uniforms felt like they were from another dimension somehow. Both James and I commented on it to each other. Right then, as I was taking a picture, a young boy ran after the ball and mid stride, he rolled into a full somersault as he chased after the ball.

That may have been the highlight and lesson of the day. If you’re going to chase after something, be sure you are having fun while you are doing it.
We entered the church of St. Lawrence, built in 1352, and took in a sweet feminine energy in the pictures of children and especially an artist’s portrayal of Jesus as a boy that was really striking and touching.

This morning I felt deeper into my soul’s connection with Joseph Of Arimathea and experienced that it was quite easy to connect with him. As we ‘conversed’, I was able to see how in his high place and office and wealth, many people projected onto him a kind of having it all together that really wasn’t the case. Those people who make an etheric connection with him may want to gain access to his secrets of wealth and he said this was also exhausting to be seen through this lens of having it all.
He told me he actually longed many times to be a commoner like the many who came to him wishing to be relieved from their everyday lives. He told me about the hardships of being in the money and wealth grids. How that necessitated a kind of hard energy and control in the marketplace that just was the reality in that time and place. His redemption was being able to channel his wealth into supporting his larger family and he said that without this, he would have gone completely over the deep end.
Joseph also told me of his joys of having Yeshua as a boy as his travel companion, one like no other. He told me that the boy I watched on the playground yesterday take a somersault on his way chasing after the ball was totally what Yeshua was like. He made everything and everyone around him come alive in such a way that no one could figure out where he got all of his free and alive energies from.
I’m feeling a desire to continue to open out and explore this connection further with Joseph and Yeshua. There feels like a lot to go into there, especially within our Magdalene community here in Avalon/Glastonbury.
