April Energies Invite You To Come Home To Yourself

Coming home to ourselves is the greatest work we can be doing at any given moment.

In recent sessions that I have had there has been an underlying theme of this very thing. So much of what we ache for or about on the outside is really about what is missing on the inside. A need of being seen and validated by another, a fear or anxiety about financial needs, or a deep feeling of loneliness, depression, or anger.

If you can begin to explore that nothing on the outside can ever make you feel anything that wasn’t already there on the inside, then you have just offered yourself, and your inner parts, the gift of empowerment.

In the process of inner work, using the imagination and memories helps to locate where these core needs and fears are stemming from. This can be a very natural process when the curiosity and desire to sort and heal these are aligned. It is one felt step at a time.

Inside lay the wounded, the hurt, the afraid, the pissed off, the rejected, as well as the joy, the passion, the vision, and the love. They all have their roles and needs. They all have their ascension journeys. Their deaths and rebirths. There you face all the things you really need for your growth and validation. They get to be offered a home in you.

No mantra, book, or medication can take you there quite like opening the portals to your heart and soul with self-loving compassion. It is a process I inhabit everyday with different layers of depth and discovery. Let these current energies support you in that coming home journey as well as those that have been there too. I open my heart space in the self-led exploration and embodiment of your deepest desires and gifts.

March Clears Way For Deepening Process During April Frequencies

Feeling a deep movement that wants to go even deeper into the trust I need personally for the unfolding of the next (and higher) timeline…. I’m sure many of you can relate to this feeling too, especially as March clears and we can sort through the debris and intensity of what moved and is still moving through.

April feels like we will have some more balancing possible, yet maybe not for too long… As the burning and learning process of this past month continues to unfold. I feel like we are being expedited now, brought through what is no longer necessary for our next phases of our personal growth as we are invited to hunker down and feel within what truly needs to move, heal, and be loved UP.

I feel so much the impermanence of everything… Every relationship, geography, career/job, physical weight/look of the body, and even spiritual beliefs and what resonates. I feel how every single relationship to anything or anyone in our lives is invited to be held with this lens and we are all invited to keep holding the parts of us that are afraid of change and letting go, or even letting in deeper what is already in motion in our lives.

I’m very much feeling my own process in all of what I just offered… How much deeper I need to be able to trust what happens next and lead my parts into a deeper trust too…. In me, in the Divine, in love itself.

April is here, March is ‘over’…. It’s time to move on from what was to fully experience what IS and allow the unfolding of what will be.

Springing Into The Service Of Love Self

This has been a March for the memory banks. Shuman spikes, supermoons, retrogrades, and the like all swirling the pot of our emotions and soul trajectories. High highs and low lows came in and out like spiritual weather fronts. One of the themes that came out for me this month was “the only constant is change”.

We are changing. You are changing. Gaia is changing. It is a big global birth pang I feel we are going through. As sensitives to this growing shift in consciousness, we are becoming aware of all of it in one gestalt. This can be a LOT to be with, let alone digest. Feeling what is yours to be with as separate from others and the collective feels like a vital part of April.

Going into your own emotional body, feeling where the rumbles lie is an essential part of this continuing wave we are all riding. Self-love is more than just what you feed yourself, the exercise you do, and the rest and relaxation you take. All of that is essential too. It is also about feeling and loving all the energies/parts of you that are in this reaction to all that is occurring in this ascension of your Service of Love Self.

As this higher ‘version’ of you arises with the tide of Gaia’s path, the hidden, rejected, guilty, pained, and shamed parts are coming up for healthy and loving integration. How we are with those parts matter. I don’t feel that they can be just seen and integrated in one fail swoop. They need tender and constant caressing and compassionate feeling. Holding court for their needs and stories to unwind and be felt in the deepest wells of our loving human heart.

This includes so many ‘this life’ parts as well as ‘other life’ aspects that live in other dimensional frequencies. If you can reframe these from ‘negative’ and feel them as they are, a trauma in need of being felt, then you take a whole new direction in the journey of what you came here to do and BE. Serving love to your selves first IS the first step to serving love to others.

I encourage us all to make April be about this invitation to cultivating this inner garden of your heart and soul. There are things to unearth in that soil that become the seeds of your highest and most treasured timeline. The one you already exist on yet have needed to forget in order to learn and remember. The support is here. The energy is there. The time is always Now. The courage of choice and feeling are what can take you there.

Introducing ‘Discover’: A New Vlog Series With Kalayna Solais

I’d been baking on this idea for a while… feeling inspired to try something new, which is to take on offering an ongoing vlog series for as long as I feel to, posting as often as I feel to and as long as it arises in a genuine way. I’m not quite ready to take on the same ’33 Day’ series that Jelelle has now done two years in a row! But maybe someday? 🙂

This first video is a very brief (about 4min) introduction and intention-setting from me as I set the stage for this. I have some topics in my heart that I’d like to talk about, including digesting some things that are often talked about and giving them a ‘SoulFullHeart-spin’. They include anxiety and depression and some new layers to discover as you feel your own; my personal process with parts/Metasoul work and how it could help you; various spirituality and Ascension-related topics, such as the different ways in which you may experience your own Ascension, awakening, and healing paths. Really the list of possibilities is endless and I’m open to requests as well, as nothing is set in stone and I very much want this to benefit and be in response to you, your parts, and your own heart and soul.

As I say in the video, I embrace fully the learning experience ahead of me with dipping my toe into the waters of holding these videos and this expression of service of love! I have clarity and wisdoms to share from my own process and experience and some that are still on the way too that maybe we will discover together.

Honoring & Grieving As We Complete Our Sacred Union Relationship: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Mar 25, 2019)

It’s been a week of digesting some waves of letting go and letting in… featured this week is a piece by Jelelle Awen and Raphael Awen too, as they transparently and vulnerably share about the completion of their 10 year marriage and beloved Sacred Union. In this writing, they share their appreciation of each other and what they had, even as they walk out a deep letting go of the romance. Their experience of Sacred Union is a powerful template for a new way to be in relationship and in a romantic bond. As Jelelle writes,

“We always held our sacred union as a moment by moment choice….not like a ‘death till us part’ vow…..not something that would bind and tie as in 3D marriages. Yet, rather we entered into each moment transacting with the bond between us that would arise to serve love to each of us…..or wouldn’t. To be in a sacred union like this is to feel always that something is ‘at stake’ even as it becomes more and more comfortable to be truly vulnerable and intimate with each other. This kind of sacred union asks you to always keep deepening the sacred union within you in order to be able to transact it with each other from a place of overflow. And sometimes, too, it also asks you to commit to that inner sacred union with complete devotion and focus for a phase of time.”

There is much NEW on the horizon as well, as Jelelle and her daughter Raianna Shai plan a major relocation to Europe in the coming months with a focus on serving love in different geographies. More details on this as it unfolds.

Jelelle will be facilitating an in-person group session day here in Victoria, Canada on Saturday, April 6th from 10am – 5pm PDT. Ascension Is Growth

Ascension is growth.

It is baked in the cake of our DNA. Growth happens when you come face to face with your truth, your pain, and your fear. It also occurs when you feel your desire, passion, and calling. They lead you to the fire of the next death and rebirth cycle. If you want to ascend, you must let go, let in, and move on.

Just like breathing assists in physical birthing, so does feeling in emotional and spiritual birthing. It is the merkabah that takes you into the New. It is the portal. It will be your guiding light and your safety raft in this escalating pace of change that you have signed up for.

It is feeling the parts of you that are afraid of this and why they feel the way they do. You create the ship that they can trust to take them where you are meant to go. The Divine is your ship that you get to lean into as well until the day you realize you are Divine. Trust is no longer something you have but is something you just ARE.

Change is the only constant here is, so let feeling and trust become your copilot.

The Profound Experience Of Grief

Grief is a profound experience in the wake of Loss.

It opens the heart to the bedrock of our humanity and our divinity. It can be where the two join hands. Ultimately in our highest heart and soul essence, there is no loss, just a death and rebirth, a transmutation of energy.

Of course, the circumstance and specifics of the loss can be quite jarring and extremely painful. To lose a child or other loved one in a tragic way holds so much energy than if it were in a natural one. Tragic grief is one that has so many dimensions to it that needs the time and space necessary to be as real and expressive as possible.

Grief is held by parts of us for so many reasons. It can be an inner child or teenager, inner shame and guilt, rage, and/or hurt. It is held in our SOULullar memory as another lifetime in our Metatsoul that may have multiple experiences of that same circumstance playing out.

Holding the grief as a part of you, even as you are in the throes of the pain, helps to offer love to it from a different place as opposed to being the grief itself. You can move with it. Love it. Learn from it. Grow from it. It is actually a gift as it opens the heart into realms that were previously hidden and unconscious.

You can arise out of the ashes of grief with a renewed sense of surrender, acceptance, purpose, and self. You can feel yourself as divinely connected to Source, and even the expression of Source Itself. It is not meant to be a suffering loop or to be glossed over with any numerous distractions.

The fear of getting sucked up by grief is what keeps the pain in place. That is another protective part not wanting you to feel any more pain than you already have in this and other lives. That is tender to feel and yet is also important to negotiate with this part how much you really want and need to feel and heal, once and for all.

This experience may be the most alive that many of us have ever felt. That is the gift in it as well. It offers a permission to feel all the pent-up rage, hurt, rejection, and existential pain. It is cathartic and transmutative.

So as we focus on the joyous side of being alive, there is also the sorrow side that gifts us what joy truly feels like in contrast. And for that, we honor it and love it just as we would any other emotion that helps us to authentically feel our humanity.

Equinox & Supermoon Bring Support For Transitions Into The NEW

Waves of love and frustration, moments of fear and movements into deeper trust… a thin veil that has helped me experience another Metasoul connection to a timeline that feels important to keep feeling into. One that influences and infuses my current one with pain that needs to heal on a deep level, especially as service of love continues to beckon and the desire to be in a new, even more self-loving place within me continues to deepen. These are the experiences I have personally had lately through this Equinox and Supermoon passage as I continue my own personal transition into my Higher Timeline and feel all there is to feel along the way.

This Equinox and Supermoon journey has brought with it so much to look at and feel. There’s always more to address as we discover more layers in our hearts and souls… the damage and pain, and the joys and gifts too. And this latest cosmic movement has been amplifying this process.

Not only has this Equinox passage been lighting up your shadow so that some parts of you hiding there can come out, but the more you are able to trust in this process and the bigger picture, you have been likely feeling lit UP too by the new possibilities even in the midst of the rubble.

Whether you are celebrating the Autumnal Equinox or the Spring Equinox as we are here today, these seasons are transitional seasons with much being pushed up to look at and feel, sometimes in what could feel like a highly dramatized or charged way. The point of this is to help us see what isn’t balanced and start to bring it back into balance, or into balance for the first time ever, as we move through this new ‘season’.

This is part of this transitional phase into the NEW… the new way of relating to ourselves and each other, the new way of living a life that is more aligned with the Divine, with love, with the ongoing Ascension process of Gaia Herself. We are always in this transition into a more sustainable and consistent higher dimensional consciousness, yet this process is amplified and in some ways expedited during this time of Equinox.

We must bring all polarities with us, leaving nothing behind. Polarities are not bad or wrong. They are what is real. You may at peace with certain aspects of your life in one moment and then as if everything is falling apart the next. These polarized experiences within and outside of you are part of this transition into greater balance and part of the overall learning, healing, and Ascension experience… the sacred ‘bliss mess’ of it all.

There are powerful and poignant energies coming in now from the Divine Father through the Sun and the Divine Mother through the moon and especially this Supermoon. This Supermoon seems to be a marriage of the two energies. Both are beaming down to support you… to feel, to heal, to move more into love on a deeper level, especially within, so you can make more health-based and self-loving choices going forward that will align you more with the infinite love they have for you.

It’s always time to choose to seek out all polarized energies within and to feel them with your warmest heart and compassion. It’s always an opportunity to feel deeper what it is you most want for your Higher Timeline. It’s OK to lean in… to ask for Divine love and support during this time, coming into more trust that it is always there for you and with you.

Global Events Illuminating Shadow During This Equinox Passage

The heart is feeling heavy with this latest news coming from New Zealand. A place that represented some last bastion of civility and kindness in the world to many parts of us. Not that it has lost such distinction but I could feel a bubble being burst in the collective. Almost like a heinous act being carried out in Disneyland. I admit I do not know New Zealand very well but it is the projection I am working with. I do know it has a relatively small crime rate…and then this.

With that backdrop, the events that happened in Christchurch are amplified. Deep despair flourishes. Ignited rage and seemingly unsolvable questions. Again the reactions are all understandable and necessary. They are part of the grieving and digestion process. How these tragedies can be prevented is a much needed discussion, but in my heart and soul the sadness lies in our human condition. Within the family of our humanity. If we focus on condemnation, persecution, litigation, and legislation I feel we are missing a deeper layer to this story. We are missing the message being sent to us via the lives of 49 souls.

These human brothers and sisters are connected to so many others in the world of atrocity. So many that go unheard yet happen everyday all over the world. Too many for us to let in the depth of. The world of social media has opened this Pandora’s Box of our collective shadow and also our collective heart. It tells our story even as it is hard to read many days. We are compelled as much as we are repelled. The rush to censure it really represents our fear of what lies in this shadow. We can’t put the top back on it. It is here and we are being drawn to face it with all the love we can muster so that we can heal it.

The radicalization of hate is reaction to a deep existential fear. A fear of losing identity, of sovereignty, of control. It is a well of unworth and a need to feel powerful when a large population is feeling powerless and scared. Love is highlighting where it has been held at bay out of this fear. A survivor of the shooting even said, “A part of me wants to kill him”. Of course it does. It was taken from and seeks something to make it feel better even when in the end justice can’t heal the pain of the tragedy. So the hate lives inside us all. Still. It is just coming out through those that are closer to it.

We cannot ignore what is plainly in front of our faces. The darkness still has work to do. We are being shown that we need to go into our own shadows as we grieve, react, and propose solutions. The energies of the Equinox are here to shed light on that which has been in the dark. Hidden and suppressed. It is guiding us to harness this light so that we can really see…everything. Not just what parts of us want to. This is the real grit of Ascension. It is not all rainbows and unicorns. It is not all hell either. It is our messy way toward embodied light and love.
