We Are UPgrading Our Service-Of-Love Consciousness

Our next level EVERYTHING’s are being invited UP now… next level of self-love, next level of service of love, next level of consciousness, awareness, seeing and feeling of the meta-picture holding us and it all…

You may not feel consciously ready for this, yet your soul is holding steady on its course. The trust that is inherent in you may not be something you or parts of you feel intimate with just yet, but it’s coming and it’s here already too.

Visiting with the Divine Mother this morning in the form of Sophia and Mother Mary brought this message to me for me yet for me to share as well. I feel how words themselves can be so hard to use to try and describe it all, yet the main thrust of the messages being brought in can be typed out here to the best of my ability… I’ll likely do a video later today to help bring out the frequencies I’m feeling coming in and through now.

Mother offers, “yes, everything is being invited to soften, to lengthen, to hold more space within you for the service of others. The sacred journey of self-discovery is one that is meant to open out into this place of offering a temporary space for others to lean into on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery. You are a step on a staircase for others’ Ascension just as they, in leaning into you, are a reflection for you and your own process. Whether this leaning is for a long time or a short time, comes in spurts and waves or in long-term flow, matters not much in the wake of their own very personal soul trajectory and story unfolding… all have much to offer themselves and others at this and all times.

Service of others is a calling while the service of love is an unending vocation that lives and breathes in you as you embody it more and more. It has no face, no glamour, no pulpit. It just IS… and it just serves as it does, moves as it does, clears and heals as it does, eventually moving to a place where it’s no longer ‘service’ but just life itself.”

11:11:11 was an important and potent portal for us all as we re-commit to whatever the process is inside that aligns us with the ever-awakening Golden/New Earth reality birthing. Much is being moved out in intense ways right now, showing up in weather and in the physical too. This is the purge that makes room for the new… and shows us all where and how we and the love we have to share is most needed to flow inside of each of us personally and with others too.

Time to BE with the UPdraft of movement into the new, the more expansive, the more super-conscious and loving self, heart, and soul.

Bringing Love To War/Battle Timeline Bleed-Throughs

Yesterday was Remembrance Day here in Canada and Veteran’s Day in the USA along with being a major 11:11:11 portal day. This doesn’t strike me as an accident or coincidence as the frequencies I’ve felt coming through in especially the couple of weeks leading up to this day felt significant and important to feel into and quite charged too.

As I went inward into meditation the other day, I felt outrage in my field. I’ve had many layers of outrage to feel through in my process, which you could say is an aspect of being an ‘Indigo’, though I don’t closely identify with that myself very much anymore. I could feel the outrage coming in from some political satire I had just taken in on YouTube that was digesting the election in the US. Sometimes I take in these videos to get a sense of what’s being digested and how. I’m realizing I did this on this day because I was being guided to for a reflection of my own soul’s process and what’s moving or wants to move in the collective too, especially around fighting this or that or choosing to perpetuate the cycle of outbound outrage instead of vulnerability and heart-centered leadership. Even the comedy around politics has an outrage to it and not a lot of/any vulnerability or genuine desire for change, for if the cycle changed, so would the comedy… so would the reason to put someone else down when you yourself are feeling put down. I’ll admit that I’ve enjoyed taking in this sort of humor, but less and less so as I’ve healed more and more of the outrage inside of my soul.

I felt what we call an ‘overlay’ of many Metasoul timelines coming through at once during these most recent political events. I felt many timelines where soul aspects are waging and raging in war and battle scenarios is still alive and well. I felt my own Suffragette timeline coming through to help show me how this is a layer going on for many women and men too right now. All timelines from all wars and political movements were coming through as the veil leading up to Nov 11 became thinner and thinner. It’s not a ‘bad’ or negative thing that all of this was and still is coming through. The purpose for this to come forward is for it to be felt and brought to a new layer of inner resolution and reconciliation and into the NEW timeline of something different.

As with any timeline bleed-through with any theme that’s alive for our souls such as persecution, tyrannical leadership, etc. these timelines that have been peaking and sometimes full-on bursting through the veils have been asking for our inner heart leadership to lead something different from within. We’re being asked and invited to start feeling how it can be different going forward and how we can actually work to heal these painful timelines that still affect us today.

If you have the space and especially if you’ve been feeling particularly charged during recent political and personal events, I invite you to pause and feel it, seeing if there is a specific soul aspect or timeline that wants and needs your love and attention around this. The story, partly your soul’s story, wants to be seen and felt and brought to a new place. The outrage you may have been experiencing can only lead to more outrage in the end… and not much of any resolution of these timelines that so need us to lead differently and bring them to their next place of healing, especially as the New Earth continues to birth and arise!

‘Returning’ To Service

It was several months ago I decided to bow out of serving actively for whatever amount of ‘time’ felt right, fully surrendered to the process I was in that had to do with service and space holding and my own love overflow that needed much tending to. You can’t exactly share a harvest that is only still in its seedling stage, though the potential and power of the garden itself is there to be felt, seen, and envisioned from the get-go.

The call to serve has lived in me since I was a teenager, if not even before that. I had to go down the route of the “performer” for a while in the name of self-discovery and necessary self-absorption to some degree. I had to venture down the highway of big conferences and spiritual events, thumbing my way to the next teacher and teaching that resonated, which fed the vision of being a sort of sage-on-the-stage. Over the last years of my personal healing process I’ve chosen to really look at this and differentiate from it, especially recently. I’ve realized where there has been more of a performer present than an integrous and heart-centered healer. For some healers, there’s not much difference and in some cases they actually need to be both. This is not what I’ve signed up to inhabit this life however and I would prefer to only be on a platform if I am bringing my heart and soul integrity fully with me into the fray and even the spotlight.

I’m choosing now to step back onto the stage and offer service to others on this beloved path we call “SoulFullHeart”, taking this humbling process I’ve been in along with me. I’m choosing to space-hold for young women age 25 and under only, for this phase. My life, healing, and Ascension experience I’ve had up until now could really serve those who desire to lean into it in a collaborative and empowering space. I’m here to be a love conduit for the Divine Mother and Sister. I’m ready to serve as the needs arise in others for my flavour of service! 🙂

Change Outside Requires Making Room For Change Inside

So, here I am…. having landed less than a week ago on the other side of some big big changes. I feel evidence unfolding now that changing geography or anything on the outside inevitably invites and actually requires you to change on the inside too. To continue letting go and letting in. To continue to feel what’s coming up to be felt as your parts acclimate to your new surroundings and circumstances.

Being back in Canada brings up a lot for me. It reminds me of who I was before I left 4 years ago and reflects to me how much and how deeply I’ve changed, healed, shifted. And, it shows me where the residue still is and what still needs to be moved through. I feel so empowered to keep doing this too. I feel so ready to shake off the old now… old reactions and judgements and fears. Old pieces that no longer really matter or are necessary to hold on to. Having been with so many parts of me over the years who have had such deep conditioning from living in a Western country, and especially in an environment outside of the west, I now get to feel and let in the rewards of new perspectives inside of me and let them be more real than the conditioning ever was. I still feel some pieces lingering, some self-consciousness for example, that is starting to fall away more and more.

I’ve begun connecting with a Lemurian aspect named Luta. She has helped me see and feel already some of the old reactions coming up that are ready to be recycled, moved into something new with the help of the Gaia love and support around me. I feel I am more able to move into the NEW with her help right now and my continuing inner process.

I’ll share more as that all unfolds.

Service Of Love Invites You To ‘Come As You Are’

As I was cleaning and packing the other day while listening to music, a certain Christmas song came on (yes, a tad early, but the message from the Divine was in perfect time). It was Little Drummer Boy. A personal favorite.

This particular time that I heard this song, I was debating about ‘what to do’ with certain things I was thinking of packing or maybe discarding, having already donated the majority of what I ‘owned’. This was the final series of choices to make in this final round of packing up for our move back to Canada. This entire process of moving has been one of deep preparation, inside and out. It’s been a lot to hold, especially, in moments, the letting go or keeping of items or clothing, as I’ve learned about myself that sometimes I seem to attach to ‘things’ as love… as reassurance that I and everything in my world will be OK. That I would know for sure I was provided for. Suddenly, I paused to take in the feeling tones of the song that was playing… and wept.

Many backed up tears of this and that washed over me and through me. I felt the Divine invite me to feel the message of the Little Drummer Boy. All he had was his music. All he could do for the baby, which in this moment I could feel was really Love itself and service of love too, was play his drum. He had no expensive gifts to offer. No ‘things’ that would seem fit to give.

I felt how this was about my relationship to the love that I am and the love I want to share and serve too. It was representative of my relationship to love… the giving and receiving of it. For with love, through love and as love, we ARE provided for. We ARE able to show up and respond in order to receive what we need.

In that moment, I felt how no matter what I decided to take with me to Canada, my real intention and purpose in going, is to serve love. To do that, all I need is me. Everything else, every thing I might ‘need’ for my survival and even thrival, could be bought, borrowed, earned in exchange somehow.

I wanted to share this movement because it feels so important and apt for the times we are in and the energies that are moving through… if we are ultimately to serve love somehow, whatever that means and whatever the means we use to do that, then we have nothing in particular that we need to have or attain to do so. We are being invited now and always to ‘come as we are’. And my god… if we aren’t so loved beyond any imagining within all of that.

Current Emotional Fluctuations And Loving Them UP

There’s a deep fluctuation moving through… swinging from one pole to another inside. It’s a ‘mood swing’ on one level, but it’s deeper too. There are waves of change upending and creating tension, or more like evoking tension that has already been there for eons. It can feel almost crazy-making, the way these swings happen. One minute there’s a feeling of bliss, then the next there’s irritation, and maybe even rage. All feelings are alchemical. All feelings are data. All feelings give you a roadmap into you.

I’ve been feeling my own ups and downs this past week, as moving through big life changes tends to bring up a lot for me, especially around trust. I feel a deepening trust happening now. I feel how I am being asked to keep going into it all, to keep feeling it all, as even the feelings of distrust bring opportunities to feel more love…

I feel even in this moment how bringing out some anxiety and distrust in the bigger picture and ultimately the Divine helps bridge me back to my heart and soul. I feel from my heart too, how nothing is actually ever up to us. It’s up to love. That’s kind of a rough answer sometimes, isn’t it? Because… why would love want us to move through suffering of any kind? I don’t have an answer exactly… but what I’ve experienced is that even through the suffering, we are always held. Even in those dark moments where we don’t have a clue as to the WHY of anything… we are always loved… and we are always love finding its way. You, even in your suffering, are love finding its way to health again, in all ways.

In fact… sometimes we’ve needed the suffering in order to feel love again. Without having a process of feeling what isn’t love inside of you and in your life and relationships, it’s much harder to feel the deep love that the universe has for you.

So, even if you’re feeling some intense swings between this way to feel and that way to feel, there’s an opening to more love wanting to happen in your being. These edges of tension and also happiness are part of these birth contractions waiting and working to pop you out into a new you. Your sacred humanity is awakening and evolving, even with all of these feelings going on… that, I feel no doubt about. That, I trust, with my entire being. ❤️

Navigating The ‘Limbo’ Feeling During Transitions

Biding time in a sort of bittersweet limbo… yes, this is a way to describe what I’m feeling right now, even as new self-discoveries and this world discoveries too are poking up like little sprouting plants through the soil.

These times of transition between geographies or any transition period you may find yourself in, have a sort of silent alchemy yet a determined flow. All we can really ‘do’ during times of big change, besides knock various things off the ‘to do’ list, is surrender and intend. Visualize what we want and remember why we’re making the changes in the first place. Feel all there is to feel even while visualizing… the doubts, the anxieties, the hopes, the excitement.

It’s all held in love, with love, by love… even the ‘setbacks’ or the pieces that fall apart at the seams. To continue to show up and intend is what we’re being invited to do when making and creating changes. We actually can’t ‘make’ anything happen, but we can show up and respond to the flow and where it’s all heading.

Love to you and all the parts of you wrapped up in whatever changes you are moving through… self-love and making space to be, feel, desire, are always the biggest things needed, even when the ‘doing’ calls. No bag we can pack of things we want to bring with us compares to gathering up all parts of you as you move into your next phase.

Energies Invite Emergence Into New Timelines, Personally And Collectively

It’s that cocoon-before-the-rebirth time. Another phase of squeeze and move, let go and let in. Feel… always a time to feel and give space for the alchemical feelings emerging, the reactions in parts of you from this life but also existentially too.

Feeling this very personally as well as collectively. I feel my next steps of geographic relocation moving along now, almost at a gallop, and along with this momentum is an inner momentum and inner geographic shift that’s undeniable and real. We are all being invited into bigger things within. And it’s natural and necessary to feel how this expresses in our lives in so many ways too.

How we choose to be with and process (or not process at all) the shifts we are invited into is important. It’s this series of choices that help frame the new picture of this next life phase. How do you want to enter it and what do you want to get out of it?

We’re given these experiences of emerging into new timelines that are sometimes like a ‘slip n’ slide’. You step onto into one choice, only to realize that like rapid fire, you are being given now a series of choices and they all make up the birth canal at hand… the one that’s ultimately leading you into the new and into what you’ve dreamed of having in your life. And you get to fuel each choice with the gasoline of your needs and the fire of your desire.

It’s like each choice helps us illuminate something else that needs us inside of us too. As I personally step into the fire of the collapsing timeline of living here in Mexico and entering another phase (possibly only a few months long) of living in Canada again, I feel the parts of me in anxiety, that loathe feeling stuck in one geography or life frequency and are actually a bit afraid of being stuck in Canada for the long haul, aching instead to experience more of the world. I feel the excitement of the new and the mourning as the old moves out too. I feel this as more of an inner geographic shift mostly actually, where new emotional, spiritual and galactic territory is showing up now for me to navigate and be with as I integrate the gifts of the process of it all. The shifts on the outside of my body and being are minuscule in comparison to making shifts inside… that’s the only place we can ever really experience stuckness or stagnancy in any lasting form. If life isn’t heading where you want it to, there’s always a choice to dig in, into you… and see what’s really going on. This is what really moves mountains.

Collectively, I feel how we are being squeezed into a new trajectory, but with love doing the squeezing. I feel how there is pain, there is anguish, there are battles raging, yet I feel and see how they are all a bi-product of what’s going on within. In some ways, it doesn’t seem to matter how much we tell ourselves this… until the parts and Metasoul aspects of us that have only seen and experiencing battlegrounds and a need to be a warrior start to let in that they DO have the power to shift what they experience and how it lives in them, we will continue to see in the world what we expect to see in the world and experiencing more reasons to keep fighting instead of more reasons to go within and co-create something new.

We get to inhabit this process and watch it play out for us however we choose.

For Jelelle Awen on her birthday…

I had to write you something new this year. I was going to go find the poem I wrote for you before, but because you and I are both in such brand new phases right now, I wanted to write something that reflects our re-arising and reNEWing relationship, while honouring all of our phases together so far over the last few years and all of the challenges we have faced in ourselves and in our bond too.

I am truly, deeply honoured by your powerful presence in my life and the ongoing love and support you ripple out to me in many levels both subtle and obvious.

I have witnessed your growth and healing as you’ve witnessed and helped facilitate my own. I am blessed to call you both “friend” and “teacher” and take neither honour for granted.

It’s not just another trip around the sun

It’s a further dip into the waves of your personal sun

The one that shines brightly

And beacons us all homeward

To our unique heart-homes withIN.

You serve love through the YINspiration

You’ve cultivated,

Worked for,

Planted within your heart and soul bed

Of growth

and dynamic leavings and enterings, both.

You YINspire my own trajectories

And adventures

Inside

And within the love flow between us

Which reflects and informs

All other relationships

I could ever have and do have

In my life and heart today.
