Forgetting To Remember

The forgetting was every bit as sacred, and every bit as much of a miracle as is the remembering.

I use the words ‘was’ and ‘is’ to lend itself to the illusion of time we entered as part of the forgetting. It’s all actually happening in the Now, beyond time’s past, present and future compartmentalization (mentalized partitions).

There were things you just could not have experienced and felt without the forgetting. To for-get means to give up having. We gave up the awareness of what we were (are) so that we could have a dawning experience of re-entry into our essence. I like to say that we forgot (in order) to remember.

Both the forgetting and the remembering are illusory, meaning they are generated as a lesser reality, coming from a higher reality.

The cool thing about all this is that the forgetting as it plays out in the time illusion seems to be done its magic, and we are now in the awakening phase of our personal and collective consciousness, where even phases themselves are being felt as part of the illusion.

I am being guided in the moment with a deep felt sense of aching to remember, to be re-membered with my larger soul awareness, source awareness, Star seed, Star BEing self, Metasoul Aspects and who knows how much and what else more! I can viscerally feel how life in the 3rd dimension is a narrow sliver of consciousness bandwidth, that was so needed, and so perfect to be limited by for the time that I was, but now, that which was perfect has become toxic to my arising BEing, as I’m being invited into new places.

As I let my mind ponder, along with the subpersonal parts of me attached to the mind, that even its orientation to past, present and future is an illusory part of the forgetting that it had to adapt to in order to serve where I needed to go, then the mind and those parts of me can let in again a latest and new operating system where something new is true, that wasn’t before.

So here’s the deal. The forgetting is happening in the Now. So is the remembering. The life I ‘lived’ in what now feels claustrophobically limited to 3D, is not past, but is also in the Now. If this is true, then it also follows that the life I wish to enter in the ‘future’ of deep and full remembrance is also happening in the Now. I don’t need to wait for it to arise or deepen. I can re-member with a past life or a future one…take your pick!

It’s a bit hard to make this assertion right now, given the protests of my minds orientation, and given that even this writing is intentioned towards remembering more and more with others, as in future tense. Yes, I do experience myself as remembering more and more with the passing of time, and wanting that. It’s like a part of me is looking for the fast forward button.

So which one is true then? Here Now, or one day? They can’t both be true, right? They’re like opposites.

What if they are each true in their own dimensions? This feels very true to me. The rules of the game differ from basketball to baseball. 3D is a very specific game and convincing illusion, with a hard set of rules and truths all of its own.

This I’m finding intriguing then. What’s dawning on me is that the future I want to one day become familiar with in my waking consciousness, I already have it in the Now, outside of 3D’s world, and it’s as complete as complete can be.

This gets really relieving in the sense that I don’t have to employ the whole drudgery picture of enlightenment, or overcoming the darkness in order to one day, hopefully attain or earn some higher existence. The games are merging. It’s a bit confusing playing baseball on a basketball court, but we’re finding our way.

I’m already the Highest Self version of me. Here in the 3D plain of existence, which is only one of many for me and you, it seems to be about ‘realizing’ this reality into this dimension. I’m given a dimension where a reality admittedly doesn’t feel real to a part of me, and being tasked with making it real. I’m being invited to get to know this part of me and bridge to it through my Higher Self.

Talk about oceans of new growth wanting to expand out onto our awareness. Talk about every suffering you ever endured being critically necessary to the mission. Talk about everything being ultimately sourced in the one and only source of Love…. wow!

Key for me in this awakening is finding and feeling the parts of me polarized to the different dimensions. The part of me who did a 30 year career so effectively isn’t the same part of me who knew and hid deep core unworth and disconnect from source, nor the part of me who feels fluid with Unicorns and Archangels. We are so much more than a single personality. The Single Personality Disorder, as I call it, seems to be the kingpin of holding 3D life intact. As we begin to see ourselves as a makeup of parts, we are brought to the start line of a profound journey of awakening.

Instead of saying and thinking ‘I this…’ and ‘I that…’, try saying, thinking and feeling instead, ‘A part of me…’

…and call me in the morning with how that’s working for you…

Is that enough for you?

I mean, about, what life is giving you? Is it enough? Does it make you happy? Are you left wanting?

We’ve been conditioned to believe that gratitude is better than strong desire, even making the word lust, as in strong, passionate, gotta-have-it kind of desire a bad thing.

Let’s try on something very different for a moment to feel where it can take us.

Let’s start out with a working hypotheses of a conviction that there are no bad things. There is only your relationship to the thing, or lack of a relationship, (in this case, to your desires) that make the thing helpful or harmful.

Take the working hypotheses a step further to feel that even the harmful thing can only ultimately be in service of love, as all is sourced in love, even the duality of that which appears to be not-love, could only be sourced in the one source of love. All is hopelessly contained by love, even the greatest of evils, or darkness.

So we’re left with love seeking a relationship with you, through the experience of your life as you current-ly know it. Your life is a current, a flow, a holographic like projected drama of a cast of characters being projected onto the screen of your life, in front of an audience, in an auditorium.

You are the projector. You are the screen. You are the cast of characters. And you are the audience, auditing in the auditorium – this magical waveform frequency known as you.

It’s all you, awaiting the deeper dawning awareness of the whole point of the story, which is love, and more love, and more love…

The story may at first glance, seem dull or even boring, but look a little closer, and you see that the dull and boring is a carefully engineered cover, a normalized layer over a forgotten greatness, that is in process of awakening. This changes the story big time.

Why the cover? Why all the effort to conceal? What would be the risk of exposed greatness? Holeee Cow! What is actually going on here… Who’s playing what roles and Why?

The lusts of strong desire that feel like they’ve been a thing in your life to overcome, or to tame, the great desires that you may even have to go back down a few layers to reconnect with, having succeeded to a degree in suppressing them; these desires haven’t ‘gone’ anywhere.

They are one of the truest things about you. What you want and ache for is actually a deeply held reality coming from you, and more specifically, from a distinct part of you. If you follow this portal of desire, it will take you to the front door of the place where this part of you lives, in you, in your life.

If you are willing to just feel this unmet ache, this desire, without judgment about the thing being bad or good, or even too quick to judge it as helpful or harmful, realizing that even an addictive pattern of attachment is a placeholder of a deeper heart cry; you will be given the sweetest introduction and induction into the world of this subconscious part of you.

Now, you have a dawning reconnection with an entire acreage inside of your being to explore, get to know and feel, that’s worth all the time it takes and is actually the point of time itself….that moves your story towards what you most sacredly desire, yearn for and even lust after.

Our addictions are simply born out of our unwillingness, borne also by a part of us; to simply and honestly feel. Our addictions are like a Geiger Counter or a Metal Detector pointing directly at our most alive desires, preserved and living in parts of ourselves, holding our way back home to our selves…

So, I ask one more time… ‘what is it that’s enough for you?’

The Fast Track To Your Mystery

Staring at the edge of infinitum. A beautiful tapestry of shadow and light. There is a din of music, clanking dishes, and unrecognizable conversation. The magic of our being is on full display and it has been normalized by parts of us even in its exquisiteness.  It can be almost too much to bear the burden of its beauty. We can see a reflection or an object. In feeling separate from our Glory, we snap a picture of it so we can remind ourselves that we saw our Self again. “Whoa! There I am again! Get a picture so I don’t forget!”

I can feel that in this moment. It is a tender feeling that a part of me needed that reminder. In the moment of the experience there was a feeling of just being in it. Basking in it. Letting it in. A moment of reverence for it and me. Both. The “wow” that takes your breathe away is the one that is ultimately from you to you, yet we haven’t quite fully been able to let that in in its totality. It is as if we might implode from the possibility of being that amazing. So we take it in the best way we can in that moment. And lasso it with a frame.

It is the healing of all the ways in which we have not been able to see ourselves as unique, special, powerful, and beautiful that leads us to that moment of reconciling what have put outside of us as what IS us. If you have been to an eye examination, the doctor puts a contraption in front of you that you look into. They flip different lenses and turn certain knobs and check to see which one gives you the best clarity. In a way, that is what feeling our parts is like, as each provides a certain lens or filter upon the world. It is not just a mental perspective, but an emotional relationship that alters how we experience our reality before us and within us. Each part with a different focal point and blind spot that can be polar opposites and in conflict. They are 3D parts such as protector, punisher, inner teenager, inner mother/father, and inner child as well as 4D gatekeeper and metasoul lives that span timelines and dimensions. 

So while there is a you that can see yourself in the sunset, another part can be diffusing the visceral experience of that for its own reasons. A fear, an unworthiness, an unbelievability. Feeling those parts of you in tender embrace while the Love that IS you is shining upon you is the heart-lens shift that brings the tears of release and integration. Of shedding an old consciousness about yourself into a new dawn of what you were truly meant to feel, experience and share.

I AM the sun, the clouds, the water, and the painted hues of light…as are You. We get to experience it together in the same room of this spaceless and timeless Now. Through the healing of our own personal shadowland do we see the light that cast it. It is through those moments we raise UP in our vibration that carries us into our new territory of healing and experience. We get to do it together and not alone. We get to do it in community and not isolation. We get to expedite the time it would have normally taken and fast-track ourselves into this glorious infinitum. Healing requires relationship, from within and with other. This is part of what you are here to do. The rest is an unfolding beautiful mystery.

Energy Update: Galactic And Personal Alignments

Galactic Alignment frequencies are happening in the Cosmos and the INNER Cosmos too. These are occurring over these next days (activated since the Super Moon, 12:12 Divine Feminine INtegration energies) and extending through the December 21 Solstice and into MORE Super Moon energy integrations in January. This is an alignment of Gaia (Feminine), the Moon (Feminine), the Sun/Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine), and the Galactic Center (Feminine/Masculine Balance/Zero Point). Seemingly and previously divergent energies and timelines come together, creating a bridging way toward Unity.
 
This Galactic Alignment offers a sense of the Divine Align energy that wants to bring us all together while honoring our individual expressions, especially our gender expression. Gender expression clashes are where the deepest densities and polarizations exist in our collective and personal emotional bodies. Healing our gender expression woundings is a ripe ground right now, as represented in the collective disclosure of sexual abuse that is currently happening. This disclosure invites us to feel what has been our experiences of these kind of abuses, on both sides of the ‘coin’, from this life and from our Metasoul/other lifetimes. Feeling these textures leads us to parts of us with feelings of distrust that stem from betrayal, dominance, and suppression. Being ‘in synch’ at a Cosmic level provides a sense for us of what this might feel and look like for each of us as this alignment is embodied from within. You may be feeling a press from these energies, especially related to romantic relationships and the completion of them or just difficulties and increasing conflicts and tensions.
 
These energies are always personal. They can be taken in and applied in a personal way by asking questions like these, “How do these energies relate to me and my ongoing awakening/Ascension process? How am I (and parts of me) being impacted by these energies? What are these energies inviting me (and parts of me) to feel?”
 
This inner alignment shows up in healing the splits that exist in the emotional body from unhealed traumas from 3D childhood experiences from this life. Inner alignment occurs as you are with your Inner Child or your Inner Teenager that still need you and are stuck in energetically charged scenes that keep their frequencies from being current and in the flow of Now. You can tell what these scenes are by the stories that come to you (with usually newly fresh feeling tears and emotions) when someone asks you about what causes pain from your childhood/teenagehood. These are fresh emotions because the traumas still exist in the now; they are not ‘past’ at all; and parts of you are living them out in seemingly endless loops of suffering. This inner alignment also expresses in the healing of the other lifetimes in your Metasoul (individuated soul source) of persecution and, again, the betrayals of trust and love that led to them. This is coming up for me with the revelation of a Metasoul pairing between Raphael and I offering these themes for us to feel into. The two Metasoul Aspects that we are starting to feel bleed through are needing our healing, feeling, and BEing with them in order to shift their timeline and heal some karmic binds between our Metasouls on a quantum level. When I feel this timeline (which is in the early 100 AD’s in Ireland), I can feel the sadness and loneliness of my Metasoul Aspect named Beatrice who just wants to experience love and the offering of her Celtic healing gifts, which are very controversial and forbidden by the Christian Roman rulers. Beatrice is in love with a man (from Raphael’s Metasoul) who is ‘destined’ to betray her and she risks this in order to experience even temporary moments of bliss with him…especially in bed with their ginger-colored cat lying between them.
 
I’ll be sharing more about Beatrice in the future as her timeline becomes clearer to me and our connection together deepens. I like to share what my personal process is around being with my Metasoul Aspects (and other parts too) as it offers a window into how you could work with these energies yourself and become your own space holder for these movements that bring such gifts of inner alignment. And, also, to give you a sense of what it feels like to receive support from us as facilitators to bridge to these places inside yourself during SoulFullHeart sessions.
 
Our Metasoul Aspects also express in projections into higher consciousness timelines, such as I shared about this week in connecting with my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect named Beslopah, who awakened me in a deeper way to my Merkabah or 5D (and higher) light body vehicle. Both Beslopah and Beatrice have gifts for me and for each other, even as one is in higher vibrational frequencies of consciousness and the other is in lower ones due to undigested karmic wounding. Alignment happens from within as we embrace these divergent frequencies in our Metasouls and bring them together with love.
 
Alignment from within creates a space where love can bloom, grow, and show us that the previous misalignments were only temporary and served our growth. Love wants to align us. To bring us into flow with our Divine Essence again. To bring us into the Now moment as a unifying Sacred Human consciousness that celebrates the gender form that have chosen to express and BE!

Your Light Body/Merkabah Is Waiting For You!

Your light body vehicle is waiting for you. It is shining, glimmering, vibrating with energy, and pulsing with life. It is a reflection of YOUR life force and essence at a high frequency. In this now, our light bodies are ‘in the shop’ getting upgraded, getting ready for the many multidimensional journeys to come.

The fuel for your Merkabah is LOVE. It is light. It is the joy, magic, and innocence that comes forward and through as you heal the trauma from and with your 3D Inner Child. This Inner Child transforms to your Star Seed through this conscious connection with you, revealing your Star Seed essence, as the experience of abductions (which were actually visits with your Star Family) come up and are healed. Your Star Seed’s energy is what powers your Merkabah and their freed-up curiosity to FLY and to journey. Healing of your Inner Child and your Star Seed (abduction wounding/abandonment from Star Family) is not just therapy or a psychological practice….it is critical and KEY to the ascension process.

You BEcome your Merkabah as your emotional body unanchors from 3D reality through the healing of the aspects/parts/energies that still live and resonate there. The Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Mother/Father, Inner Teenager are the 3D parts that we identify as most anchored there. These parts remaining undifferentiated creates a ‘drag down’ on your frequency.

Your light vehicle looks and feels like what is right and best for you. There are no rules about what it looks like, specific forms and shapes that it needs to take. You may see and feel it as the usual sacred geometric form such as in the picture I shared. You may see it as a space ship. You may see it as a many petaled lotus flower.

It is as intimate as your fingernails, your hair, your skin. It is not actually outside of you, yet generated from WITHIN your higher heart especially and projected from there. The higher heart vibrates at this place to generate it with the more love that can be received and let in, the more parts of you can let in love, the faster it can then ‘spin’.

The places you journey….the galaxies, the dimensions, the timelines, all exist from INSIDE of you and originate from this place as well. They are states of consciousness. Your inner space program and process launches from this ground!

This comes to me through the guidance and connection with Beslopah, my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect. The Blue Avian Star BEings are here to hold the spiritual energies of the Ascension process. They are galactic ambassadors to the soul, and they are WARM feeling too. Their feathery bird hugs are AMAZING. They are here, very close, as we head into Galactic alignment in the Cosmos and from within.

I am in joy to connect with them, as is Aurora, my Star Seed child, who is healing to 5D Crystalline Child essence. Aurora took a seat on my lap in my pulsing, rotating Merkabah today after a beautifully teary reunion with Beslopah. It was a symbolic moment of feeling our connection to each other, Aurora and I, and all the healing we have done together of her pains and traumas from abductions and before that my Inner Child and her experiences from my mostly painful 3D childhood-teenagehood.

I realize today that I am BEcoming my Merkabah. It is becoming constructed and formed as my sacred humanity is arising. One part at a time becoming integrated and unified into the wholeness of my Arising ISness and I Amness. This is a beautiful process. And, it awaits us ALL at whatever level and ways we can let it in!  !

Moving From Anxiety To Trust And Surrender

What seems to be UP for healing in this now is the distrust that LIVES in parts of us that really have very little reason to trust life, us, others in relationships, or the Divine. This distrust expresses as anxiety, sometimes so acute as to make it difficult to even BE in life and be social with others. Definitely making it challenging to let in and receive love.
 
Feeling this kind of anxiety is not a ‘disorder’, not something to be medicated with the latest pharma drugs. (same with depression, what is labelled as ‘bipolar’, etc. etc.) This distrust is rooted in the emotional body, the 3D Self aspects such as the Protector who HAD to come in when you were born here and create a shield to protect you from the harsh energies around and surrounding you. This protection was formed, to some degree, out of a distrust that you would actually be safe in 3D if you remained vulnerable, unexposed, innocent, pure…which is highly likely that you wouldn’t have been. This protection couldn’t prevent ALL harm from happening as your soul signed up to grow and to learn. The Protector can feel so guilty about this, like he/she failed you and the precious ones inside you that it feels like it was supposed to protect from all harm. Distrust also stems from existential, soul roots too. Can be deep in the Metasoul timelines and lifetimes where betrayal and persecution and backstabbing are so common. You have Metasoul Aspects that are living these scenarios out in the now (not past at all, not ancient at all.) The energetic karma trauma created from the playouts of this distrust can run deep. It can greatly impact your romantic relationships especially as wounded masculine expressions create ‘no go’ zones related to intimacy, sexuality, and sacred union.
 
The aspect of your Metasoul that is in charge with guarding and keeping the veils in place until there is enough YOU there to handle the remembering is what we call the Gatekeeper. This Metasoul Aspect often has deep layers of distrust in the Divine especially, who it feels has left it, abandoned it, and given it a near impossible mission to protect you (and the other Metasoul aspects) in difficult densities. Even if you feel a trust in the Divine, this Aspect may not at all, which can be interesting to feel how this polarity lives inside. The Divine Feminine is here to hold space for these masculine aspects to begin to rest. To infuse you with feminine compassion for these energies and what they have so vigilantly DONE and BEEN for you. Inner negotiation opens up as you become ambassador to all these aspects of yourself, supported by the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine too. You become loving witness to their distrust, understanding and feeling the reasons why.
 
Distrust can be moved to trust with love and by love. What previously felt like resistance and fear moves into acceptance and surrender. What was before shut down, now opens UP to receive LOTS more love!

The Portal To Your Wildest Dreams Lies With(yin)

Taking in a new arising desire for creativity after yesterday’s deep rest gestation gateway. It has a more balanced masculine approach to it. In a state of creation without production. This writing may not see publication. Who knows? I don’t even really know what I am focusing on today. Just being in the Now with what is moving through me. Letting feeling and intuition guide the way.

This creative motor is the root of our BEing. We are constantly creating. Responding to our inner emotional needs, fears, and desires. I desire to serve others in the name of Love through and with the SoulFullHeart process. I respond to that desire with writing, recording, meditating, connecting, and living the process in my daily life. I desire to heal, so I respond to that with feeling my inner world of parts and metasouls as the need arises in life and relationship triggers. It is not always neat and tidy. Matter of fact, it is rarely so because emotions are just not meant to be that way. If our Higher Self didn’t want to feel and experience all of this, you and I just would not be here. This is still a bit to swallow, especially if you have had, or are going through, some really serious shit.

There is a deep desire for geography change as part of this new timeline of “What is it that you really want?” comes into full view. So many desires sitting at the docks of our harbor waiting for sailing. I can feel myself in new lands, taking in new vistas, and new people to serve in Love. A mobile, responsive healing brigade of Love lovers spreading the gospel (good news) of parts work, metasoul healing, and practical ascension. Love wanting to heal the shadow into more Love. I respond to this by dreaming, imagining, and feeling the resistances and doubts within.

This gift of dreaming is what carries you through each day. It can also be what burdens a part of you too. Like, “How in the hell can I make THAT happen when there is THIS in my way!”. Yeah, good question. Well, the way is feeling what part of you is actually saying that because it ain’t you. If you are seeing the dream, feeling the dream, you are already the dream. But is just doesn’t feel like it because you are still ‘here’. “How can I be there if I am still here?” Yup…good question.

I would ask you where ‘here’ is. What does it feel like emotionally? Not situationally or geographically. Then you would respond to this feeling as being held by a part of you. Most generally an Inner Protector or Gatekeeper. Gaining separation from it so you can have a relationship to it. It is your Relation Ship. The one that you then unanchor from the dock and start sailing the tides of your emotional body with You at the helm. It ebbs and flows but you make forward progress each time to the destination you are dreaming about. In reality, you are already there, it is just these parts of you that are catching up to you. Feeling it that way gives you an empowered process rather than feeling stuck in the mud with your wheels turning. Alchemical traction.

Feeling through all the things that keep you from manifesting your dreams, feeling an inner joy, or discovering your passion purpose is what moves you to the next serendipitous moment of ‘coincidence’ and draw. Thinning out the distance between your heart and your imagination. It is not about HOW you are going to make it happen in a 3D sense, it is about WHAT you want, or are going to make happen. The timing is not up to you, but the choice to feel and heal is. Taking that step to transform your inner world is portal that takes you where you already are…in your wildest dreams.

Going Yin: Birthing Through A Gateway

Enjoying some rest time today. I was guided to just BE in quiet yinner space and let my heart guide me. Feel what needs connecting with inside. Then I recalled it was 12/12 today. A significant gateway into a higher timeline. I have been feeling a feminine container around me this last week or so even during occasional masculine production modes. I can actually feel Her during these times. She is wrapping something around me to guide me, and maybe more specifically, an aspect of me into a new ground of balanced creativeness. When I feel the more pressing or pushing energy, I know I hit the wall of Her womb gently inviting me back inward.

It is far less than it used to be in the past, but when it arises it is becoming much more recognizable. So it felt important to take this Yin space and feel this with my parts, more specifically my Gatekeeper, or soul guardian, for whom I am in deepening relationship with. He was feeling how the energy to produce can come from a need to fill a lack or void within. Something that is not being felt from a You-to-You space. It is the void space that holds some of our deepest fears. Fears of rejection, abandonment, and inadequacy. So much doing and achieving can be used to fill and cover this hole yet still not feel Whole.

This is a very kinetic feeling inside. An upward swing of temporal euphoria, like a subtle brush across the forehead that symbolizes a relief that a part avoided the void once again. The reality of course is that no matter what we throw into it or try and cover it with, it will always be there until we feel that part of us that is working overtime and not getting paid for it…meaning it is not feeling the deeper pain and being held in it with love.

I could feel the deeper layers of Noel needing connection with me. Needing help navigating this birthing into being and meaning. So used to being in the shadows, hiding and protecting. Being fused to the more wounded need for being loved by what you do and don’t say rather than who you are and what your truth is. Not being fully aware of what Love truly is wanting him to feel about himself as a part of a bigger picture of service and surrender.

This is where the infusion of divine feminine energy is helping to birth both of us into a new timeline of leadership and expanding vulnerability. Purpose and meaning. The space between motion and rest. There is a great balancing act occurring in my world today as I surrender to it. That feels like the key into this next gateway. Surrendering to the feelings inside that are inside the covered void. Creating a Yin day for yourself and the parts of you that need your love and attention. This is what is offered in SoulFullHeart as a means to feel the deeper layers of your being to allow for more arising of your authentic and glorious creative You.
I feel how the masculine in us all, both male and female, benefits from this rest and going yin time. Not as a means to check out, but a way to feel the next pieces to move into a higher vibration of joy and BEing that makes us whole again.

Surrender To Personal Process And Divine Timing

This feeling of going and BEing inward… a place of ‘active’ rest in moments right now, yet restful nonetheless. This the place where feelings can rise and be felt. Feelings that are coming from parts of you and Metasoul Aspects too. They are feelings but more so, they are experiences… they are situations that rose and fell and broke us open, or wanted to. They are tumults, storms, upheavals, and they are love spells and aired-out rooms too. And, all of this feeling is only leading you to more of everything… but especially love… and love comes in so many ways, waves and forms.
 
To be honest, in some ways, I’m still letting these words in for myself, even. I have been working with my Gatekeeper, the aspect of my Higher Self that has been responsible for so much of my soul awakenings and desires and yet has had wounding of her own and wounding she has become fused to from my soul too. She is in a big, deep process right now, that runs for fathoms below what my life looks and feels like on the surface. She is epic in the truest sense of the word, yet, she is a simple concept to in another way. Epic yet simple… “yup”, she says, “that pretty much sums up ALL matters of the soul in some way, it seems…”.
 
One piece I’ve been feeling with her, is that it’s humbling to feel how nothing is really up to us. We have ‘free will’, yes, and that free will is intended to allow us to walk freely into our most indelible paths of learning and awakening and healing. We get to choose if we want to approach life and love in this way or that way. If we want to go inward or go outward, or both. If we want to live primarily in 3D consciousness or conditioning or try something new. Or, too, if we want to live solely from kNOwing or kNOWing. There are more choices I could list here of course, but these are the first ones that come to mind and obviously some of the most relevant ones to my own personal process. These are choices I still make every day and in more and more trackable ways the more parts of me I engage with and Metasoul Aspects too. The more I engage with my Gatekeeper, the more clarity I feel about these questions and when and how ‘I’ am choosing to answer them and walk those answers out.
 
What I meant by, ‘nothing is really up to us’ is that no matter what we feel our ‘soul purpose’ is, it isn’t up to us how, when or even why it plays out. We get to inhabit it, piece by piece and step by step, in tandem with our own personal healing paths and what these paths need. Our intention alone to serve love is enough to get this ball rolling on down the hill and is enough to push what needs to be pushed up in order to keep it rolling on and on… offering us more opportunities and space in which to serve love as our highest calling and timeline.
 
Today and all days are an opportunity to be with the DIvine Feminine offerings of BEing… feeling, seeing, and perhaps, if necessary, restfully activating our highest timelines. I know this is MY personal focus today… and of course, there is a sweet invitation here for you too. ❤ Meet you in that meadow of alchemy and restful BEingness? I’ll be there with bells on!

Every impulse that moves through us is a feeling.

Every desire, every despair, every satisfaction, every ful-fill-ment – all of it is e-motion, an energy in motion.

I’m sitting on the patio in a resort town in Mexico where I’ve lived for 2 years, warm in December, with a view of the ocean, where I saw a whale frolicking yesterday, drinking my organic cacao with coconut milk and honey, my beloved nearby, with not a single appointment to show up for for the next several days – sounds like a dream life doesn’t it?

I can tell you it is a dream life, and yet it isn’t one where I don’t have longings and desires, even un-fulfillments that arise into my field.

I’m learning another round of how if I don’t feel the parts of me and what they are feeling, a generalized emotion of wanting or needing something arises, a foggy unhappiness if you will.

Then I am again invited to feel what part of me is feeling what and why.

This week, I felt deeply the part of me I know and love as Wayne, my middle birth name that I went by for 7 years, up until 2 years ago, who was again feeling some angst over not knowing how to move my life forward in the ways that he felt we needed to go forward in. As we felt this intimately together, it didn’t take long to get to the raw emotion underneath where Wayne, in his legacy of moving me through 4D birth canals and navigating practical challenges and epic changes over a decade or so, was now feeling at an impasse of not knowing how to manage or set sail into what’s before us in the present. 2 years ago, Wayne was given an astounding access into Golden Earth while living on a remote ranch through an etheric journey that really set something so beautifully new as well as challenging into my overall emotional body and life trajectory. As we felt this together, it became evident that Wayne felt done with wanting to manage any more 3D to 4D transitions and really wanted to just live in Golden Earth. It really felt like time for Wayne to retire and refire in Golden Earth. I assured him that his really going into Golden Earth’s tones and frequencies would be his greatest contribution to our ongoing shifts and movements. It’s been a couple of weeks now and I feel a pipeline connection to his expanded reality in Golden Earth infusing into mine. This feels so fitting for Wayne to be contributing in this way from the delicious beaches and forests and cityscapes of Golden Earth, having lived more than what most would consider a lifetime here for me in the past 10 years.

At the same time as Wayne and I were having this movement, another part of me named Rhodes who was historically an Inner Protector, who shifted to a Gatekeeper (opening out to new soul domains), and is now shifting again to being a beloved guide is transforming in amazing ways. It seems related to Wayne’s resonance from Golden Earth energizing new things in my field. Rhodes this morning humbly and tenderly asked my main higher self guides, Archangel Metatron and Merlin, my Unicorn if he could be more a part of their world. He admitted fear of not belonging as well as a deep longing for their higher frequencies, and also admitted to being a dampening energy from the higher frequencies in my life in certain ways. Sweet tears of admission and surrender as he humbly spoke his fears and desires, tears of raw emotion as he asked to be a channel for new higher frequencies for me, for us to experience together.

Now, this previously undefined foggy edgy unhappiness is transformed into a most personal connection of me to me, expanding out into my e-motion-ALL space into celebration and deep appreciation – specific full-filled-mints for me to savor and feel, to let in, to acclimate to…

Everyone of us feeling this call to Ascension are being invited into deeper and deeper forms of our own inner resort living. I’m ongoingly adjusting to the reality that living at a higher frequency does NOT mean that I won’t have unfullfillment in my life. Living in new fulfillment actually heightens deeper desires for higher fulfillments. True fulfillment in this way breeds unfulfillments for us to again surrender into and allow to take us somewhere. What I am being offered is that no unfulfillment is meant to remain as a static unmovable reality in my life. Unfullfillment is a vehicle to take me somewhere again and again, if I am willing to find and feel the part of me holding those e-motions.
