Energy Update: Galactic And Personal Alignments

Galactic Alignment frequencies are happening in the Cosmos and the INNER Cosmos too. These are occurring over these next days (activated since the Super Moon, 12:12 Divine Feminine INtegration energies) and extending through the December 21 Solstice and into MORE Super Moon energy integrations in January. This is an alignment of Gaia (Feminine), the Moon (Feminine), the Sun/Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine), and the Galactic Center (Feminine/Masculine Balance/Zero Point). Seemingly and previously divergent energies and timelines come together, creating a bridging way toward Unity.
 
This Galactic Alignment offers a sense of the Divine Align energy that wants to bring us all together while honoring our individual expressions, especially our gender expression. Gender expression clashes are where the deepest densities and polarizations exist in our collective and personal emotional bodies. Healing our gender expression woundings is a ripe ground right now, as represented in the collective disclosure of sexual abuse that is currently happening. This disclosure invites us to feel what has been our experiences of these kind of abuses, on both sides of the ‘coin’, from this life and from our Metasoul/other lifetimes. Feeling these textures leads us to parts of us with feelings of distrust that stem from betrayal, dominance, and suppression. Being ‘in synch’ at a Cosmic level provides a sense for us of what this might feel and look like for each of us as this alignment is embodied from within. You may be feeling a press from these energies, especially related to romantic relationships and the completion of them or just difficulties and increasing conflicts and tensions.
 
These energies are always personal. They can be taken in and applied in a personal way by asking questions like these, “How do these energies relate to me and my ongoing awakening/Ascension process? How am I (and parts of me) being impacted by these energies? What are these energies inviting me (and parts of me) to feel?”
 
This inner alignment shows up in healing the splits that exist in the emotional body from unhealed traumas from 3D childhood experiences from this life. Inner alignment occurs as you are with your Inner Child or your Inner Teenager that still need you and are stuck in energetically charged scenes that keep their frequencies from being current and in the flow of Now. You can tell what these scenes are by the stories that come to you (with usually newly fresh feeling tears and emotions) when someone asks you about what causes pain from your childhood/teenagehood. These are fresh emotions because the traumas still exist in the now; they are not ‘past’ at all; and parts of you are living them out in seemingly endless loops of suffering. This inner alignment also expresses in the healing of the other lifetimes in your Metasoul (individuated soul source) of persecution and, again, the betrayals of trust and love that led to them. This is coming up for me with the revelation of a Metasoul pairing between Raphael and I offering these themes for us to feel into. The two Metasoul Aspects that we are starting to feel bleed through are needing our healing, feeling, and BEing with them in order to shift their timeline and heal some karmic binds between our Metasouls on a quantum level. When I feel this timeline (which is in the early 100 AD’s in Ireland), I can feel the sadness and loneliness of my Metasoul Aspect named Beatrice who just wants to experience love and the offering of her Celtic healing gifts, which are very controversial and forbidden by the Christian Roman rulers. Beatrice is in love with a man (from Raphael’s Metasoul) who is ‘destined’ to betray her and she risks this in order to experience even temporary moments of bliss with him…especially in bed with their ginger-colored cat lying between them.
 
I’ll be sharing more about Beatrice in the future as her timeline becomes clearer to me and our connection together deepens. I like to share what my personal process is around being with my Metasoul Aspects (and other parts too) as it offers a window into how you could work with these energies yourself and become your own space holder for these movements that bring such gifts of inner alignment. And, also, to give you a sense of what it feels like to receive support from us as facilitators to bridge to these places inside yourself during SoulFullHeart sessions.
 
Our Metasoul Aspects also express in projections into higher consciousness timelines, such as I shared about this week in connecting with my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect named Beslopah, who awakened me in a deeper way to my Merkabah or 5D (and higher) light body vehicle. Both Beslopah and Beatrice have gifts for me and for each other, even as one is in higher vibrational frequencies of consciousness and the other is in lower ones due to undigested karmic wounding. Alignment happens from within as we embrace these divergent frequencies in our Metasouls and bring them together with love.
 
Alignment from within creates a space where love can bloom, grow, and show us that the previous misalignments were only temporary and served our growth. Love wants to align us. To bring us into flow with our Divine Essence again. To bring us into the Now moment as a unifying Sacred Human consciousness that celebrates the gender form that have chosen to express and BE!

Energy Update: Moon Codes Offer Sacred Feminine & Masculine Activations And Healings

The moon is moving from super full to waning to New in the night sky. Yet, inside of OUR inner skies, the moon codes continue to vibe out frequencies of Divine Feminine softness WITH Divine Masculine activations. Activated softness is VERY interesting to integrate! Are you feeling this too?

The activating (and often intense) upgrades and downloads/messages/information streaming in from the Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine) source are filtered by the feminine Moon, then grounded through Her Gaia expression. She receives these codes from the Masculine and gestates them in Her womb. In this birthing process, they seem to INtegrate more easily and more powerfully, even though it may feel like ‘less’ is going on for you in terms of Ascension symptoms or altered consciousness states. I feel that this feminine INtegration and gestation is a KEY aspect to the Ascension process being experienced by us with less pain and discomfort. This is why rest and space holding for feelings becomes so important.

These energies bring this hum of desire to create, to put together, to put out, and to passion-ate. The New Sacred Masculine does this and IS this with an open heart. This is Christiel Consciousness, the higher vibrational frequency of New Earth, that is also being activated from the collective focus on Christmas and on His energies (in whatever forms, ways, and frequencies that is being engaged with.) The masculine energies inside of us, such as our Inner Protectors, feel more support now for their kingly sides to express. The Inner Protector is invited not to just guard the feminine with overprotectiveness, yet to trust HER power and desires are safe to express and to BE. To become her partner and guide both.

These energies also bring in the hum of need to bake, to BE still, to receive, to feel. The New Sacred Feminine does this and IS this with an open heart. Magdalena Consciousness is the Counterpart Mate to the Christiel energies, even if She is ‘left out’ of so much of religion’s pictures or is distorted by them. Magdalena is the Sacred Bride within us ALL, the Sacred, Passionate Lover too. She also offers healing to the Inner Feminine that lives in parts of us such as our Inner Teenager and Inner Child.

I’m seeing these Christiel-Magdalena Moon energies in rays of Golden pinkish-red. They are showing up in my own personal meditation journeys and check-ins. And also with facilitants/clients when we engage in meditation together at the beginning of sessions to bring in purifying energies, set an intentional healing space, call in Guides and parts, and connect our Heart Chords together. These Golden pinkish-red rays fortify and support the forming of HEALTHY Heart Chords in which to transact love together.

Heart Chords are needed right now to let in and receive ALL that is coming in for us and between us. They remind us of sacred union intimacy frequencies, the WARM side of Unity Consciousness. Unity Consciousness can feel more like a concept held by our mind rather than something we can viscerally touch, feel, and experience. Intimacy is Unity Consciousness experienced by our every living cell, by our orgasms, by our passions, by our Higher Hearts.

Heart Chords can engage when the previous binds and cords with others have been released and let go. This ‘cutting of the cords’ is not just on the energetic level, yet also very important to occur on the emotional body level. This happens when previous hook-up between parts of people have been let go and moved through SELF healing and connection with them. As you connect and heal with your Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father….so, these energies begin to rest in their codependent hooking into others without consciousness. These parts come to YOU as the growing, heart open, compassionate, sensitive parental energy that can HOLD their fears, feel their tears, and allow them to transmute into their true essence. With the disclosures of so many shadow frequencies between the masculine and feminine in the collective right now, I feel these SACRED UNION codes are being offered to accelerate the consciousness expansion (which starts in the heart) of the masculine and the softening of the feminine. OUTrage at these sexual abuse revelations is an understandable phase, yet, in its expression, is still coming from wounded masculine. Outrage is the outward expression of an inner rage, truth telling, advocacy, and passions that have been suppressed on the inside from one part to another. Expression of outrage is ultimately a distraction from what is going on from within and has frequencies of powerlessness and victimhood at its roots.

The sacred human feminine heart feels with compassion WHY these actions happened while requiring TRUE remorse from those who have harmed her to be in continuing relationship. She IS healthy boundary setting as she no longer draw abuses and harm and violence from others. She is consciously healing these frequencies as they occur inside of her from one part of her to another. She is feeling how 3D parts of her and some Metasoul Aspects may have been perpetuators too and in what shapes and forms. She is feeling how, on a soul level, she choose to experience all that she does and WHY she would make these choices.

The sacred masculine heart feels with TRUE remorse the impact of his actions and energies on the feminine…both outside and inside of him. He engages in a deep dive inside himself to feel the parts of him that act out in these ways and why. He searches with true passion to find and heal the karmic binds in his Metasoul that perpetuate these abusive cycles. He feels the parts of him that actually feel VERY powerless and unworthy, for which outward, wounded expressions of unwanted sexual advances ultimately come from.

I feel both Christiel and Magdalena very available in this Now for the holding and healing of these wounded gender frequencies and for the transition of them into healthy, into the New. They are offering their hearts in union with yours whenever you would like to connect with them! They are here to bring us into deeper Sacred Union frequencies from within us. To meditate the process of healing our masculine and our feminine in relationship to each other…to then possibly draw our Sacred Union Counterpart Soulmate in response to this self love overflow from within us to be in Unity Consciousness frequencies together!

Energy Update: Personal Experiences Of Blissful Unification From Within And With Others

We’ve been receiving such powerful light activations and codes through various portals and openings since the Lion’s Gate opening in August. These energies are continuing to be offered through mid-December as a boost to usher us into the New Year. There can be a calibration to these energies that needs to happen on the physical, emotional, and chakra levels. This calibration can ignite a sometimes intense detoxification, purging, clearing, and cleansing for you as ‘every living cell’ and your emotional body (AND your chakras) prepare to receive these upgrades. Depending on where you are in your ascension process, emotional body/3D healing, and your Metasoul access/capacity, the experience of this calibration can be quite intense and, often, lead to Dark Nights, death and rebirth, moving into a void space of isolation. In general, it can feel very MESSY at times, dark and bleak to parts of you.

I’ve had two beautiful, blissful awakening experiences in the last week that I wanted to share with you. I feel that sharing THESE aspects of ascension can support the drive in you (and for parts of you) to keep going, keep trusting, keep growing through the sometimes necessary mess phases and the letting go and the death and rebirths. I need these bliss experiences myself as a beacon to remind me of what really is possible in our ongoing ascension into 5D sacred human in our bodies. I need them to continue to feel in overflow to share love and these possibilities for you and with you.

This week, after a particular amazing love making experience with my BEloved Raphael, I felt as if my ‘every living cell’ was having an orgasm. It was beyond the body bliss that I could associate as orgasm though. It was IN the body for sure, every living cell, yet also, I felt as if my whole consciousness was expanded out into the Universe and BEyond. I had loose mind and I couldn’t really track or put thoughts together. We went to the beach afterwards and the sun codes seemed to amplify the effects, which I felt for several hours. This was like afterglow times a thousand!

I’ve come to recognize this as Kundalini driplines, an infusion of Kundalini to lighten, to expand, to help me feel BEyond the mind. They are wonderful and not frightening, although when the energy of Kundalini is flooded in it can be very intense for the body/emotional body/chakras to absorb. I believe then the Inner Protector comes in to shut down the energies, even as much as the conscious personality wants to experience such states of consciousness.

Raphael and I had a very connected and beautiful process together this week, with him connecting with his Gatekeeper in a deeper way and feeling more how we are Counterpart Soulmates to each other, opening up to going into journeys together to meet more of our pair bonds in other timelines, lifetimes. The Gatekeeper is a very important energy from our Metasoul that guards and protects (keeps the veil up to our remembering) our Metasoul until we awaken, connect with them, and gain fluid access to it. This experience brought an even deeper ground of unity between Raphael and I as partners and to our USness, offering a wonderful sense of conscious duality, as another layer of defensiveness dropped between us. The other blissfully expansive experience I had this week was yesterday during meditation. I connected with my Metasoul Aspects in Avalon, a fourth dimensional timeline overlaying Glastonbury, England. I was standing in a circle on the top of a sacred hill called the Tor. All of the Metasoul Aspects that I have connected with were there with me, about 15 in all! Each of these aspects has been revealed to me in the last few years in an organic way. This is beyond ‘past life recall’. This is a deeply visceral and meaningful experience of relationship with these aspects as alive, existing in the now, energies and personalities. Connection with our Metasoul aspects provides many gifts in the exchange, including the quantum clearing of karmic patterns and wounds. I am noticing that it is becoming more efficient to engage in this clearing as more Metasoul aspects are woken up, as they then help each other.

In this circle were Metasoul aspects I have written about many times on my Soulfullheartblog.com, plus in my book Keep Waking Up! Morgaine from Avalon was leading the circle, along with Ealanthra, who is the Faerie Queen. My most recently awakened Metasoul aspect named Priscilla from the Ancient Greece timeline was also there, now undergoing studies in Avalon with Morgaine to become a Priestess. When I first connected with her, Priscilla was suicidal and very hopeless. It is amazing to feel her transformation in just a ‘couple of weeks’! The feelings of unity amongst my Metasoul and these fractals of it, really my BEloved sisters, was so strong and comforting.

The Divine Mother then emerged from the center of the circle, energizing toward all of my Metasoul Aspects that we are projections from Her as our source. She was supporting our re-unification with Her in a conscious way through our individuated expression. I cried as I was so touched to be reminded (rehearted) how unification begins and originates from WITHIN us. It was amazing to feel this connection feeling from inside of myself, not dependent on any other person, inviting me to ‘come together’ as a team. I am experiencing more and more my Metasoul as a ‘collective’ energy and this collective has now become the gatekeeper of it. Not a specific energy as described in the Gatekeeper writing I linked to above, yet rather, a choice from the Metasoul about which Aspect to awaken next.

It is these blissful experiences of unification from within AND with others that makes the ascension and awakening journey worth it. All the process. All the spaceholding for self. All the letting go of relationships that no longer serve and fit. All the peeling away of distractions of the 3D self. All the choices that others didn’t understand or judged. All of the going within. ALL of these things become worth it as you experience your Infinite Love essence arising from within, overflowing to others, and BEcoming whole again in its expression within your sacred human body!

The Power Of A Group Healing Merkaba

Yesterday the five of us met for our monthly SoulFullHeart group circle. It is a time for us to check-in with what is currently moving inside us, share journaling, have parts felt, and seek guidance and facilitation in our processes and mateships. It was a beautifully powerful day of high vibration discussion of where SoulFullHeart is headed, what arising digestions are taking place on multiple levels and dimensions, and how we can best serve love to and with others.

We are feeling so much moving in the collective and within ourselves that is contributing to new timelines and heart openings. Being in physical proximity creates a group merkaba that intensifies the amplitude of the love frequency throughout the cosmos. You can feel it as we enter into feeling space and deep questioning and intuitive responsivity. The atmosphere in the room raises up exponentially and the outside world feels like another planet.

When in group space the heart chords among us are strengthened by the challenges and the vulnerabilities that arise from sharing and intuitions of others. Kalayna and I felt through an emerging and deepening metasoul Roman lifetime together that has elucidated so much of our past dynamics together. We were able to get guidance and support for what we are experiencing that has opened us up into new layers of our Usness. The energy that is created between us a couple. We explored a new arising aspect of our sacred humanity we are calling the Gatekeeper and the power and significance they hold to our healing and soul embodiment.

Raianna vulnerably shared about her process in her post where she had a deep emotional movement and new profound clarities around the relationship to how our parts relate to each other that created so much relief and going on places in her healing. You can read about it here.  Raphael and Jelelle digested their own process around the recent energy upgrades and how much that is shifting the way we relate to food and what real nutrition is for our arising light bodies. More digestion of the desire to bring in more of our 5D capabilties and sacred humanity while feeling what the emotional blocks are to this deep desire for manifestation and contact.

This is what we are living almost every day. This is the high-octane fuel that we experience together and would love more hearts and souls to be a part of when the time is right. It is raising the frequency of each of us individually and as a group that beacons out into the collective. It is a magical time that is usually followed by deep integrative sleep and surges of creativity. We believe this is the way we have always meant to interact together. It is the way we want all people to experience in true sacred unity. It is not THE way, but A way. One that has so much to offer the power and gift of your sacred humanity.

When Sacred Intimacy Finds You Brother, Go In Not Away

She comes into your life like a surging storm of passion and purpose. Or she may have been there all along waiting on the wings of your heart until you were ready to truly see her and let her in. Either way your life will not be the same because she won’t let it. She is not here to be the complacent companion or the sexy sidekick. She is here to invite you to feel your deepest fears and MANifest your greatest expression of being. You drew her because you were ready to move beyond the confines of casual comfort. Ready to inhabit your inner King and challenge the places that you have been stuck in growth.

She is the sacred feminine seeking her sacred masculine counterpart. She lights up your divine inspiration, opens and deepens your wounded and healing heart, she sparks your passion and creativity. She also brings in a mirror. A reflection of your largess that is hard to let in because you have parts that have yet to see it in themselves. Her fire highlights the places within you that are dampened and protected. You feel the places where she is dangerous to the parts of you you didn’t know you had until you went deeper into your truth.

Yeah. Your truth. What is real inside of that masculine heart of yours? Do you feel where parts of you have cordoned off the rage, the hurt, the fear of being seen in totality? There is much in the wounded male heart that has been buried in reaction to what lies in the recesses of our shadow. A collective and personal feeling of unworthiness with rumblings of other lives of suppression and dominance. Of being repressed and dominated. What would come out of your mouth if the gates were left open? This is the unknown world that sacred intimacy is guiding you into and it is a scary yet luminous journey.

She is the one I never knew I was looking for. She brings edges and mountains to a flatter world a part of me had created to keep thing the same. It is holding space for the deeper feelings of the parts of me that may not be all on board to this type of intimacy as they have been safely enjoying anonymity. She engages my leading edge while advocating to feel my trailing edge of truth in its realness. She calls for me to challenge her in her bigness as a challenge to my past care-taking. It is getting dirty and muddy when we have found ourselves at a dissonance to feel where we are truly in resonance. The end is always possible while the infinite is right at hand. This is a brave new world for me and for her.

I know my beloved Kalayna and I are just in our sacred infancy in some ways but we have been through much together. We have the blessed modeling of Raphael and Jelelle and yet we have our own challenges and uniqueness. I have much to feel and show up for in this continued deepening. As a man, there is a lot to trust and a lot to stand up for within myself. This can only be done by truly feeling the parts of us that hold resistance and passion both. This is the true passion ground of our sacred masculinity and heart-open sexuality. With Her, you and I will never be the same.

From A Bud To A Flower: Sweet Sacred Union Beginnings

That feeling of being in his arms… finding our way back to each other, after years of being in and out of relationship together, depending on what parts of us needed.

The letting in of his kiss… the swirl of the softness and stillness I feel in me in the receiving, that is echoed somehow in his masculine sacred King.

The exploration of sacred sexuality… the dedication and passion that opens out in every curve, every pore, letting emotions rise and fall and tears wash away the remnants of painful times, phases of less connection from heart to soul to body and back again.

So much moves in and through as I walk out each conscious moment with Gabriel. We have traversed so much terrain together over the last 5 years, sometimes in a romantic bond, other times not. This time feels more real and realistic too… though we cannot ever ‘know’ and can only feel what’s true in the moment.

Sacred Unions… they don’t happen by chance. They happen as we continue the work we are so committed to within. That commitment and that cultivated love that comes from it, flows in concert with another when we are ready for it to, the timing of which is not exactly up to us. The timing of anything truly special and unique moving into our lives is not up to us or parts of us, though parts may try and sabotage or avoid it, or work extra hard to ‘keep’ it. Love is a flowing river that gets to be shared with others once your own flow is in enough abundance that it can. Until then, your filling up love-flask needs your attention only.

Everyone can do ‘work’ on themselves and draw different sorts of mates to them… yet I don’t know of any other work that draws Sacred Unions in the way this path of SoulFullHeart does. Working with parts and soul aspects is instrumental to the understanding of who you are and have been in relationship as well as who you could become. It is an incredible way to get to know a partner too and to let them know you. It is an unending path of discovery and re-arising for each other, again and again and again. Nothing can stay the same for long, for there can be no stagnancy in this work. As you heal and awaken, your partner is asked to go with you and you with them, frequently changing the ground of the relationship. Nothing at all can become ‘boring’ in this sort of relationship, where the mirror is constantly there, though sometimes at very awkward angles, and you are invited to care as much if not more about YOU as you do about the other.

I am blessed to be where I am with Gabriel right now… the experiences of deepenings and openings too, that come sometimes on the other side of tension and process both together and separately too. We have frequencies of all sides of relationship… best soul friend, deep heart lover, hot body talk and sexuality, sweet tears of feeling one another, times of merging, times of feeling separate. There is so much here to feel and be and be in. I am blessed, yet we have both worked hard to be at this level of process too, where we can let this bond in… though there are parts of us that resist it at times, that can feel how challenging this sort of relationship can be, that would perhaps rather just be single. Yet the hearts of both of us are committed to this NOW and the next NOW, allowing the romance to arise and move as it needs to, with no knowledge of how long it could last, and no expectations around this, though there are conscious desires too.

To be in a budding and emerging Sacred Union is a gift that comes with a process, that comes with yummies and challenges, both. And without this healing path called SoulFullHeart that holds and calls to each of us continually, we would be caught up in a net of unmoveable binds instead of illuminating bonds that can heal these binds. This is one of the golden trophies we hold very sacredly in SoulFullHeart… the light at the end of a long tunnel of necessary singlehood, that has also been held as good and sacred and blessed. Sacred Union is worth the precipice and trust fall within that allows you to let YOU in and eventually another too. And it is one of the most profound gifts of our sacred humanity expressing in conscious duality. ❤

My Magical Experience Of Sacred Union Through The SoulFullHeart Process

This man….this soul choosing to BE in life with me. As partners in this dance of feeling and healing. As co-creators of a vocation that offers a service of love with others that arises as a genuine passion. As journeyers into the depths of ourselves and all the aspects that live inside of us. As co-integrators of shadows that live in our Metasouls and our counterpart pairings in different timelines: Lemuria, Atlantis, ‘ancient Greece’, Arcturian, and more.

This kind of partnership is not what we have been conditioned to believe about relationships in 3D life. 3D offers us not templates of two souls moving into health in ALL areas of their lives individually AND together…yet rather examples of unhealed and congested wounded places inside of each of them that often clash and burn or cling and bind….. until whatever love they had between them runs out of ground.

More scared unions than sacred unions are these, formed from undifferentiated parts of the 3D self ‘hooking up’ with each other. These hookups can look like two Inner Protectors guarding and ‘fighting’ each other; an Inner Matriarch (wounded masculine in the woman) with the Inner Patriarch (wounded masculine in the man); and many others. We need these reflections in others (that includes all relationships actually, with birth family esp.) until we no longer do in the same way.

The TRUE authentic selves, the higher selves coming into body of each partner may not claim much space on the dance floor of the relationship as it is so rarely safe enough INSIDE to allow for this overflow of genuine expression to come out. Lust then supplements for awhile and karma drama from other lifetimes and timelines, all without much consciousness around it. Duty and obligation can come in there too, along with needs to feel safe and secure.

This can be the experience of polarity and push-pull in 4D relationships. There is this sense of soul mating, of soul resonance, of belonging together in 4D consciousness around relationships. There are moments of genuine connection and even grounded bliss. Moments where two hearts can feel each other. Two bodies can connect with each other. And, yet, there is still the unfelt 3D stuff/wounding that anchors each partner into suffering loops and patterns. It anchors them into moments of fusion with 3D parts of themselves again. They go up and down in this unconscious cycle of push-pull together and the ceiling of good will, respect, and mutuality often crashes down around them eventually.

With Raphael, over our nine years together, I experience that we can navigate the murkier grounds of reactions and triggers together WHILE maintaining a larger container of love and goodness in the process. We don’t avoid what is in shadow or what is difficult. We don’t float in bliss together at all times (although many times we do, especially when we experience deep heart openings that come from moving through something difficult and come out the other side of it with MORE love.) We have been able to show up in relationship with each other this way because we have shown up for ourselves and parts of us in this way. With curiosity, we hold space for the energies that move through us. We feel them as very distinct and even commonly definable parts of ourselves that we have felt in so many others too.

Raphael and I can sit in conflict and tension together, as we did the other day for almost eight hours. Not to suffer in this space or to ‘beat each other up’ emotionally. Yet, rather, because we honor the energies inside and in our Metasouls that NEED this space to express and be relationally with an intimate other person and soul. The trust and love ground that we have between us and inside of us and in the Divine holds the space. We stay in the room together through it, allowing, and BEing with the fears that can live inside about the relationship completing, running out of ground, etc. Yet, we find the next going on place together and the next….AS we are willing and open to let go EVEN AS we are deeply committed to the union.

This IS possible through the parts work process, through the SoulFullHeart way of life and process that we offer and have been very deeply, personally engaged with for ten years. This understanding and feeling space that we create inside with parts of ourselves allows for the transaction together in an increasingly high frequencies of soul, body, heart, and mind AND integration of shadow too.

Someone commented the other day when I shared a joy moment that came after more Metasoul pairing integration with Raphael, ” I love how you’re really doing this – for real!” Yes, we really are and so can you….starting from inside of you, creating an inner sacred union with ALL aspects of yourself…..and this eventually drawing the your mate of soul, body, heart, and mind to be in it WITH you too!

Raphael’s comment on this post: “The challenge that arose between us a few days ago that Jelelle refers to was for me the most challenging yet, encountering a part of myself that has lived in my shadow…, something I don’t think would arise were it not for an intimacy as deep and ‘strange’ as ours. I say strange because the intimacy and magic I have and do experience with Jelelle still feels incomparable to a part of me, incomparable to anything I’ve seen or known or saw portrayed. I’ve tended to feel that strange magic in very private places, feeling also the vulnerability of it ending.
Now the universe is inviting us to self permit ourselves to offer to serve others in leading with what we have in deep transparency, feeling how opaque leaders and murky spiritual offerings are a thing of the past for so many souls now.
And….I’m feeling a ton of relief to be coming out the other side of an intense integration, or to the beginning of an integration in another way…
We are all being invited to a place where our life’s message is ‘I am the real thing, and if I ever feel less than that, I’ll be the first to admit that’.”

Letting In Joy That Comes From INtegration And INtimacy

Just feeling much joy in the moment, goodness about my life and where ALL this is headed….even when it is hard, dark, challenging, necessarily painful at times. THIS return to joy, the natural bubbling up of it that especially comes when you have gone in and through something difficult inside of yourself….it creates this sense of trust that it will be worth it to GO IN. To feel. To BE. To connect.

The veils continue to be so thin between other lifetimes that going in is doesn’t even seem optional at this point…esp. for those of us awakening. I have been in that inner process this week with a new Metasoul (‘past life’/other lifetime) aspect of mine from an ‘Ancient Greece’ timeline…that has been quite a bit to navigate at times. Feeling her tears and her fears…and in connection with a Metasoul counterpart from the same timeline of Raphael‘s which he shared about yesterday in his beautifully vulnerable posting about his process. These two Metasoul aspects had angst, power plays, are lovers and yet had little intimacy as they both tend to push it away. None of this feels like it is in the past or actually ‘ancient’ so these energies are strong and influential. As we bridged to them inside of ourselves, we then created a NEW bond between them….including beginning the process of changing a tragic outcome to their timeline.

The presence of these two Metasoul aspects of ours was around as we made love in the early morning, and I could feel them taking in the goodness, pleasure, heart connection, and soul connection that Raphael and I experience together. It is interesting to have Metasoul aspects ‘witness’ in this way, especially during love making, and it def. brings a wonderful, multidimensional frequency, a soul richness to it! And sometimes tears come as soul pain and karmic binds are washed out by love. It feels like such a blessing to have a partner go into these grounds with me, in the flesh, navigating all these dimensional realities and in life too.

The void can be an aspect of this process and may even be a necessary one for you, as I wrote about yesterday……yet, too, inviting self intimacy into your life with genuine joy and loving presence when you are ready then ALLOWS for intimacy to come with others in ways that are so nourishing, intimate, deep, and meaningful. These new textures of intimacy help wash away the trauma and pain from the previously dissatisfying experiences of relationships. Connecting with the parts of you that resist this intimacy, that want to protect you from getting hurt, that guard your heart, I feel is SO important to experiencing this intimate self relationship and with others too….it certainly has been for me and my Beloveds. Wounded Masculine And Arising Feminine Energies Coming UP For Healing And Revealing

There seem to be many themes running in the moment for us to see and BE with as we continue our ascension journey into embodiment of our sacred humanity…not NEW themes, yet more like another cycle around the bend into a deeper level and strata of healing and feeling. One theme is that the wounded masculine frequencies that have formed the foundational energy to fuel our 3D culture are being exposed and disclosed…to be seen, felt, come into the light. They have seemed so powerful, yet, are now running on fumes as the old paradigm structures start to collapse to begin transition into the new. The wounded masculine runs on compensational behaviors to cover over core feelings of unworthiness and core disconnect/separation. It operates on lack of vulnerability and lack of transparency using diversion and distraction strategies. You can feel and see this in the exposure happening now of false kings in the entertainment industry, government, banking, etc. how they are now being dethroned as their wound-based actions toward the feminine are revealed.

It can be tempting to lash out at this wounded masculine as it is exposed….to feel bitter and resentful, to turn on it. Yet, this outward outrage actually stems from inside and only feeds the fires that can hurt and burn. Going within to feel deep compassion for the wounded masculine WITHIN us is a key aspect to moving through this disclosure process with love. To feel how parts of us have felt like both perpetuator AND victim this life and in other lifetimes too. Not going to battle AGAINST these energies, yet seeing and feeling how, underneath it all, they are just seeking and want love. Being open to the recognition that these energies live inside of us and seem to express as our Inner Protector aspects, plus Inner Punisher and Inner Mother/Matriarch or Inner Father/Patriarch can help huge with this holding and response.

After many years of working with different parts of myself and with others, these are the energy tones that I feel most represent the wounded masculine as conditioned and formed into our 3D self. Working with these masculine energies is what allows the feminine to arise in an authentic way, freed finally from the warrior and overly masculine tones that are NOT hers to hold and energize. As the Inner Protector lets go of its stance of protection through inner negotiation, the feminine (in both men and women) can come into BEing as the seed of her expression receives the water of self love and love with Divine Feminine guides/aspects such as Magdalena, Mother Mary, Kuan Yin. Directly connecting with these aspects through journaling, guided meditation, and ‘dropping into ‘their energy during sessions is what we offer through our SoulFullHeart process. And, then we feel and explore this on the 4D level as the wounded masculine expresses in our Metasoul line/other lifetimes and archetypal frequencies too. There is a deep connection in this collective wounded masculine disclosure process with the dissolving of the 3D matrix created out a fear-based (yet previously necessary for growth) collaboration between us on the soul level and some Reptilians/Archons/Anunnaki. Their wounded masculine-based timeline of dominance and suppression ‘over’ us is collapsing as more of them choose love over fear. The implants and hookups that we previously needed in our soul fields/chakras are loosening or dissolving as this choice point happens. I have written many times about the choice points they are being offered as a species on soulfullheartblog.com….relocation to a beautiful, tropical environment planet as they choose redemption and rehabilitation. It seems to be important to support this process by letting go of fear-based and polarized energies against them…this becomes yet another battle ground otherwise (that actually, again, stems from within). Connecting with your inner Reptilian aspect (which can form another layer of Inner Protector) allows for the flow of compassion and to act as ambassador to their choice points toward love with your support.

If you are in a relationship, you may be feeling the stirrings and churnings of this wounded masculine/arising feminine within your relationship. This can lead to more conflicts, disillusionment, and even desires for completion of even long-term relationships. The gaps in your transactability are revealed as what has been able to be covered over can not be anymore. If you have been awakening and your partner has not, resentment from parts of you may be growing around this and, also, authentic desire for more soul resonance, vulnerability, and to service love together (which is ultimately the reason for being in relationship at the higher soul level.) These frequencies of wounded masculine as they live inside of us and are being moved in the collective also play out in our relationships, impacting how we experience our partners, what parts of us are related with each other, and what we project onto them.  Becoming conscious of your own parts allows you to navigate the relationship in a very different way with a new level of consciousness and emotional maturity in responding to your partner.

As the wounded masculine continues to transmute and transform into a higher vibrational frequency of sacred masculinity, the possibilities for balance and union between the masculine and feminine become revealed to us. We discover and BEcome this from within and we can then offer this to a world that desperately needs it as it transitions from polarized and fear-based expressions of gender into NEW expressions of a conscious duality dance based in LOVE.

There have been many ‘times’ we have danced to this tune

One that seemed to be missing a note we kept looking for in the other

But could never seem to find for it was always in our own hearts.

Times that we found ourselves in desperate need of a key that we had all along.

 

This ‘time’ around we found us in ourselves.

We have opened the doors to the universe within and we found us…..inside.

You were never ‘out there’ but always in here

A reflection of my own self-generated love glow

As I am unto you, my love

 

I reflect the timelessness of your aged soul

That shines brighter than any star in the canvass of the heavens

The golden ray of your glistening love-eyes

That pierce the veil of any hardened surface in my heart

The eloquent weaving of your masterful words

That lay rose petal paths to the depths of my poet’s muse

 

You offer me a mirror of my own inner courage and strength

To lead a thousand souls to the glory of our human story

Of the passion of my creative spinnings and inkings

That find their way upon paper made planes

Of my own unlimited journey into the depths of your infinite love
