Awaken To The Love And The Life You Didn’t Know You Were Missing

How do you know how you want to feel if you haven’t felt it yet, and if all you’ve felt so far hasn’t quite touched something unnamed inside of you, and hasn’t ‘clicked’ in a way that is beyond the mind? How do you know the love frequency that is the most authentic, thorough, challenging, healing, and far-reaching into the depths of YOU, if you haven’t experienced it yet?

New experiences… this is why we seek them. Because we don’t know what we want until we experience it, until we notice it, get tastes of it, see it, hear it, smell it. We know, somehow, that what we have now, or have had so far, isn’t ‘it’, though most of the time, it’s so hard to know what ‘it’ even is…

How do you know how deep your healing can go, if part of you has already declared that you’re ‘done’ and there’s nowhere else to go? How do you know what it really feels like, to surrender to the burgeoning humility that burns you up like a sacred fire inside and wants nothing more than to inspire you like you’ve never been inspired before? A burning inferno of incredible self-love and care that sets boundaries with others when needed, makes bold choices, lights your life up, feels all incoming changes and invitations for change, and lets it ALL in to be felt, heard, held. An embracement of every single part of you and aspect of your soul, wounded or not, that absolutely grips you, makes you want to experience more of yourself, more of life, more of relationship, more of LOVE… this is what’s not only possible but so imminent, all you need ‘do’ is open up that heart of yours and let it in, which does take work, courage, and desire.

This is a call not ‘to arms’, but to heart. This is the call that brings you home, to that place inside that you didn’t realize WAS home, because ‘home’, you were taught, was something you made outside of you, something you settled for, sooner or later, because it’s what your parents and friends did and are doing. You burn with more than this inside you. You blaze with visions that seize your chakras and dance in your dreams. You wake up in the morning with divergent feelings, polarities, taking you in different directions, bringing you to different focuses that don’t always reflect what it is you actually want in life or feel in your soul that you are meant to be and have.

What Lies Under Our Limitations Sets Us Free

These word are fairly well known and have had such an impact on me my entire life. I could feel how in my awakening days in college, this was a guide for me to feel all the ways I was not being totally free. As I went back deeper into 3D after my daughter was born, they came back to me as her dependence on my 3D self lessened and she moved to Canada to be with her mother. I could feel all the ways in which I had created a life that had kept me safe, comfortable, and predictable. Neither of which made me joyful, alive, or passionate.

To my 3D self all was fine and was willing to compromise, yet with further inquiry, he really wanted to blow it all up. This was the edge of my more 4D self who could see the prison of it all and yet projected the responsibility to the “system” and felt to rage against it and help expose and tear it down. This gave him meaning and purpose without actually doing much of anything truly life-altering. The fire was good to feel but it really needed to be turned inward. Not in a judging fashion, but in a way that needed to see that my parts were still creating the prison they were raging against.

This is where parts of us can use nearly any excuse, the most popular being time, money, and relationship, to not actually let in the power of creation that we are. We chose to limit ourselves so that we could learn to love ourselves all over again. Our 5D self sees no limits other than the ones we are currently choosing to place upon ourselves. It is an epic game of cat and mouse until we decide we are done running from each other and realize we are the same.

I still find myself in an ebb and flow of this limit game. It is all a part of my journey. However to be in a tennis match around it is just a suffering loop. One day it is time to not return the volley and see what the hell lies in the space outside the lines. What is the fear of the lack of limitation? If we have infinite unlimited power, what the hell does that even mean?

It is in this process of acquainting ourselves with our 3D, 4D, and 5D selves that we can begin to feel how we have used our conditioning and protections to limit our ability to truly be the most authentic version of ourselves. Yet these are not the bad guys. We are not to obliterate them or endrun around them. We are to honor them. To feel them. To let in the power of their creation to be able to accomplish said experiences until the point we are not wanting the limit anymore. Our divine credit card is limitless and that is really hard to let in. You are NOT a victim when you chose otherwise!

These selves are our most prized possessions that have yet to be owned and claimed by our biggest heart. They are the basis for the work and process in SoulFullHeart. They are the vehicles we ride in as we explore the realms of our inner world. SoulFullHeart Introduces Free 30-Minute Sessions

Have you been reading a lot of our posts and blog articles for a while and have found resonance with much of what we have been expressing and teaching?  Have you been drawn to the values, perspectives, and heart-open invitations of our daily writings and explorations?  Sometimes it can be a LOT to take in! Believe us…we understand.  

SoulFullHeart offers a very unique feel and vision about ascension from an emotional and spiritual framework.  We are currently creating a major vision and heart curriculum for the process that we offer that is unlike anything we have seen.  Over the next several weeks and beyond, we will be writing more specifically and clearly about what SoulFullHeart is and isn’t.  We will be focusing on what we feel are the 7 Key Areas of Life that affect our transition from 3D living to 5D experience.  We will also be differentiating the difference between the 3D, 4D, and 5D selves and their frustrations/desires with the seven areas of emotional, spiritual, mental, social, physical, financial, and environmental. Future group call will have a particular focus in these areas and how they are viewed through those lenses.  

SoulFullHeart is a huge teaching and healing paradigm that bridges the practical with the emotional and spiritual.  From the roots of our needs to the wings of our soaring desires and dreams.  We have been on an UPward trajectory and things are getting much clearer for us in what we are offering and how we are offering it.  You already have a sense of how unique we are from what we offer on Facebook, our SoulFullHeart blog, YouTube channel, and our website.  But then comes the moment when you just gotta find out in real time how this might apply to you.  

A free introductory session provides a bridge from your interest and resonance based on what you have read, viewed, or heard about SoulFullHeart to your personal situation, awakening journey, and life. During an intro session, a SoulFullHeart Facilitator, either Raphael Awen or Gabriel Heartman,will meet with you to discuss what drew you to SoulFullHeart, how you feel we could serve you, what your pain or suffering is about in your life, and offer to you where a facilitator could go with you during weekly sessions based on the SoulFullHeart awakening process. They will also get a sense of which SoulFullHeart Facilitator would best serve you in the process or identify if the process isn’t really a fit at this time.  Intro sessions are 30 minutes, held over zoom messenger service, and do not require a minimum donation amount….although we would so happily and gratefully accept any donation you would like to offer for them.

We are so very excited about the days and weeks to follow and, while things are under refinement, we have a solid foundation of service experience and framework to guide you to your next growth and deepening connection to all parts of you that are waiting for your claim and arrival.  It is a journey to a brand new you that is looking to be born into a brand new world.  We look forward to growing and learning with you in this brave new world of Sacred Humanity.

The Challenge And Gift Of Choosing Our Highest Calling

When you make a claim for your highest calling, the universe conspires in your favor. However, that doesn’t always mean that favor will be easy for parts of you. On the path and journey to that highest place within we will inevitably be asked to feel things we have been avoiding to feel. To let go of things that we have been afraid to let go of. And let in the love that parts of us are not used to or prepared for.

If being and serving Love is our highest calling then we are meant to be challenged in ways that doesn’t resonate with what a part of us has been attached to. We may be called to question our motivations, our habits, our relationships, and even our dreams. This is a very deconstructive process that reconditions us into a new altitude of experience that can be very hard to acclimate to. These parts of us, the energy in us that is still understandably attached to a story or picture, are being asked to let go of all that has been held sacred and comforting. There are no sacred cows left untouched in this process. It is ongoing until we have made the choices that reflect this higher calling on a consistent basis and it becomes a way of life to keep choosing, keep feeling, keep healing.

Every choice creates the life circumstances we are needing to feel, learn, and grow from. Those choices are made by the prevailing winds inside of us, be it fear or love. The question for some can be, what is the difference? That can be a muddied one if we don’t feel the differing energies inside of us and have a way to separate form them in a conscious way. This is the process of parts work and the gift that is bestowed in helping to sort out that question.

If you feel these rumblings, contortions, and differing energies inside of you, they are messages from your Higher Self to feel and heal these lower energies so that they may transmute and integrate into your most joyous and purposeful timeline on New Earth. They are birth pangs and they can hurt like hell. They can be scary and really overwhelming. This is the Quickening and you are being called to answer and choose. It is challenging but also very self-loving when we let the process take us where we are being asked to go. Only your authority will direct you there when you are ready

The Doorways IN To Your Highest Heart

The questions resound.  “Why am I the way I am? Why do I feel the way I feel?” There are just certain things that we just can’t really put a mental finger on.  It is swirling curiosity that is wrapped in sometimes serious tones of frustration and depression.  This feeling that something is just “off” inside and you are just not totally You.  But what the hell does that mean?

Relief and discovery are your doorways IN….

Maybe there IS a clear sense of who you are but still can’t seem to get that You to align with what it going on around you. Either no one or very few around you can fully grasp what it is you are going through. This need to go deeper, to understand and feel more deeply as to what it is that you were meant to BE this life.

Alignment and deepening are your doorways IN…

You have all that you felt like you wanted but still feel dissatisfied. What once made you complete and happy just isn’t working its magic anymore.  There is the growing awareness that that there is so much more to experience and not necessarily “learn” or achieve.   The magic is wanting to come from the inside out and not the other way around. There is a niggle to set fire to it all and get to the heart of what it is that sets your passion ablaze.

Curiosity and desire are your doorways IN….

You see the writing on the wall.  What used to hold all the pieces of society together are in a state of collapse.  The game on the outside is quickly finding its demise and the transition may be rough for some.  But that is for those who have given over their power. Their choice. The fight and the rage are getting exhausting and the time for something new is so wanting fresh air.  There is a need to feel a sense of a bigger vision and opportunity into the future.

Empowerment and disillusionment are your doorways IN….

You are tired of doing this life all on your own.  You so much want to be in collaboration with others with like-heart and soul resonance.  You ache for a partner that can match and meet you in your need for passion and purpose. To set you ablaze with aliveness and challenge you with compassionate honesty.  No more playing in the wounded arena.  You are aching for relationship beyond the usual and normal.

Community and sacred romance are your doorways IN….

There is something we all came here to walk out.  An experience to have based on a theme or calling that our souls signed up for.  Your current life experience is all perfectly laid out specifically for you, by you.  They create crisis and uncomfortability as a means of opportunity to learn and grow along the path we have chosen that serves our Highest calling.  The nest that we consciously created is now getting prickly.  Even if the nest wasn’t all that bad to begin with! You are getting prickly. Nudged. Poked.

The doorways are in front of you.  They are held by parts of us that were created in order to “survive” life. Even our spirituality has been used as a survival tactic in many ways. The road back to our very thrival essence is a process of exiting and entering many of these doorways, just like the proverbial layers of an onion.  But these doorways often look like walls if we are fused to the fear of what it means to walk through them.

The first step is to be honest there is a wall. A fear. A resistance. From there the door presents itself and the choice points begin.  Feeling the fear inside and where they come from helps us to make that next step down the path we know we were meant to walk. But you are not alone in this. There are those who have walked through many of those doors. They very ones you see in front of you if you can see them.  The ones that you have heard a knock on. Let us answer that call together and see what is discovered and experienced on the way to what it is you were ultimately destined to Be and feel.

I Want To Shake Men

I want to shake men.

I want to yell in their face ‘Why are you here!?’ and ‘What in the hell is it that you want!?’… even if I piss a few men off in the process.

I want to yet again shake and awaken myself.

I don’t want your or my settled niceness. I don’t want your or my spiritual adeptness at the cost of our passion. I don’t want your adaptation. I want to see and feel your rawness….because I so want to see and feel more of my own.

As a man, there is a way that you represent all men, and even ARE all men. When you settle, we all settle. When you choose not to feel, you set a far reaching agenda for all men.

There is a also a way that you are surrounded with every ounce of love and resource that exists…. And to significant degree, you are immune to all of it, because you are afraid.

You are afraid of your own truth. You are afraid of what you really want. You are afraid of your own passion. You are afraid of none other than yourself and the journey called your life.

It’s not necessarily true for all of you, but it is true for a part of you. And until you get in touch with this afraid part of you, you have not even entered your own kingdom, let alone made any claim over it. Until you enter your own sovereign kingdom in this way, you are on the edge of amounting to little more than a bad example, which in the universe’s economy is still considered a lot, but is it enough for you?

Everything in your power, but yet nothing in your realization…that is, to write home about, the home that you came from.

I’m surprised a bit at the edge in my words today. They are directed at myself as much as they are shared with others. I want to advocate for my truth, in my own kingdom, the land of my own sovereignty, and be matched by other kings of heart. This is finding a new agenda for manhood. This is finding out why and what our gender polarity is all about and our relationship to the opposite gender.

It begins with owning all that’s going on inside for you, as best you can feel it and describe it, and then to find the boy inside and relieve this boy who yet only knows hiding all he feels. There is very serious work to do. There is getting real with why you are here and what you really want. To not see the cost side of this ledger only means you are not here yet. If life as you currently know it is structured around disconnect and hiding, then any forward movement inward will have a one to one correlation with a necessary deconstructive movement outward, that you are going to have to begin self-lovingly negotiating, as soon as you are ready.

This is the heart passion that lives in painted moving swirls on the walls inside of my truth, and the fire colours that colour the underside of the clouds that float through my skies. This is my own parallel dimension where I must be while we as men sort out our next going on place together. BUT, if you don’t want your shit, I don’t want you. I can’t really want you until you want you. Not anymore.

I used to need men to validate my own subconscious need to hide. Then I got really curious to the point of being possessed about my own need to hide. I entered the domain of my own hiding and to this day, I still am. I’m reporting from my own cave, now transmuting into an infinite portal to so much more than I can’t even describe. Truth be told, if I hadn’t felt into my own fears heretofore, I simply wouldn’t have the balls to go any further in what is on the docket now.

But I really don’t want to do this and be this alone, because I don’t have to. I am called to lead and I feel more and more resolved around leading. The payoff for me in serving other men to awaken to their own true power is getting to be around other infinitely powerful men. Truth is, as I said, I’m going to need it and I’m going to need them if what I’m seeing in front of me concerning my own yet still to be inhabited power is real.

So my love of you is unconditional, but my want of you is very conditional. I’m asking for more of you because I’m looking for more of me. I can love you from a distance, and even weep a broken heart for you from a distance, but to enter sacred domain together, I need you and I to come together on mutually awakening terms, awakening and attuning to what it is that you really want.

Now, if you are ready for it, there is a bus leaving for the destination of more of what you really want. You may not like this bus, but you need to find one you do like, or drive your own, because all men, and even all species are waiting for you to choose the destination of your more.

No pressure, and all that! 🙂

Uniting Without Diminishing – The Masculine And The Feminine

I’m finding myself wanting to blend the masculine energies of choice, intention and action with the feminine energies of intuition, resonance and inspiration as Jelelle Awen and I feel through (feminine) and sort out (masculine) some new directional pieces for SoulFullHeart.

We are finding people being drawn to us who feel a huge resonance factor with us, our writings etc, along with all kinds of intuitions about a deeper connection with us, yet often not taking a next grounded step towards what we offer.

It felt really important to not make this about ‘them’ as that just puts us in a victim/defensive/reaction place, but to instead feel into what is the universe asking us to feel and choose in the midst of this….as an opportunity.

This week, we felt guided to offer a free ½ hour intro as a way to bridge interest, and already this is proving to be a really informative exercise, that several people are choosing. On the one hand, I don’t really want to be ‘inundated’ with doing free intros where we simply just hang out in some good vibes together that don’t really amount to anything. But on the other hand, really helping people bridge their interest and intuition to some further choice points would be really rewarding, and I can feel myself loving it.

This highlighted the need to ask deeper questions about what we want and why, and how only from such an inquiry could we come to structure some guidelines about what we want with people, how to lead with that and how to be in that.

We know, through our own personal years of work, that we have opened our hearts deeply, and offered session space to others along with naturally arising community around that, but we are also feeling the opportunity and desire to take that to new places of structure and increased numbers where the masculine and feminine both get to come out and play in a way they couldn’t before; where the pure service of love is served by the ingenuity and balance of system and clear objective; feeling what’s working and what isn’t, and asking why.

We’re in some brand new places and it feels important to be transparent about it (as we trans-’parent’ a new way of life into being for people) as well as invite those who are feeling their choice points to contact us and enter this space of alchemy together, being really clear about what we want.

Post-Eclipse Activations Of Our Highest Timelines Continuing To Integrate Into Our Emotional And Physical Bodies

So much collective attention being focused on the recent total solar eclipse INcreased the energies that were available during it. All souls were offered the codes/information/memories of their highest timelines, highest expression lives in their human body that are ALREADY happening. Your highest timeline is your service of love life for which you are aligned to your Divine self expressing as a human. For some, this highest timeline reality would just ‘bounce’ off their unawakened 3D self, yet WOULD go into their 4D transitional self and their higher self…..even if not consciously being connected to yet.

This ‘seed’ of higher dimensional consciousness experience is within all human BEings and is receiving a BIG flush of love light water (especially during this mega month of August energies) to help it sprout, grow, and bloom. This might have led to sudden upswells of emotional sensitivity or feelings of acute frustration or unhappiness in some 3D selves. AND rare joy and bliss as the eclipse ‘event’ penetrated their usual defensive filtering which normalizes and flatlines experience of experience. The 3D self might put these sensations into a five sense reality ‘box’ and file them away as connected somehow to the eclipse but not sure how.

The 4D self, however, would be staying up at night, reliving the event, searching on the internet for meaning and explanations beyond the obvious, beyond the 5 senses, beyond the mind. The 4D self would be continuing to move out of numbness, their emotional body coming to LIFE and their soul beginning to remember. The 4D astral self expression may be activating with more intense and meaningful dreams too. This could bring up feelings of depression at how life has been and more acute awareness of how the daily routine impacts you. It’s like you are looking around AT your life and can suddenly ‘see’ it much more clearly, more objectively, and also with an increasing sense of what you REALLY want more acutely. The 4D self is looking for resources to help support their choices of their highest timeline and trusting their intuitions and resonance that guides them to these resources.

The eclipse energies have also activated NEW surges of creative expression and passion connected to the bigger picture. As the new timeline comes into focus for us as individuals AND as a collective, opportunities to make choices (both small and BIG) toward manifestation are offered to us on an increasing basis. Moment by moment, you become more aware of what you are choosing and why. What are you putting your energy toward and why? What is your choice and what is it based on? Is it based in fear and clinging to the 3D, previous, ‘lower’ timeline? Is it connected to love, service of love and the 4D and higher timeline?

Post eclipse integration of these higher timeline realities has been intense and can be felt on ALL the bodies: physical, emotional, social, astral, chakral/energetic, mental. The physical body is the vibrationally densest expression of our BEing and is often ‘catching up’ with the high frequency surges. Amplification of WHATEVER physical stuff you might have going on is happening now. Activation of hormones turned UP, increasing PMS and menstrual symptoms for some of us women. I’ve certainly been experiencing that myself since the eclipse and been just surrendering into it as I feel MORE feminine frequencies being offered to me in all areas of my life, including moving into more co-leadership of SoulFullHeart with Raphael and more balance of feminine and masculine expression related to it.

You may be feeling an increase in ‘ascension symptoms’ such as headaches, neck pain, ringing in the ears, dizziness, interrupted sleep patterns. I do recommend connecting with these ‘symptoms’ directly to ask them what they are trying to tell you about your ongoing ascension process as connected to your physical and emotional bodies, as I wrote about here:https://soulfullheartblog.com/…/discovering-what-your-emot…/

Your emotional body may be engaging in an ongoing purging out process with what has been previously suppressed and put in shadow coming UP and out now to be felt. The collective shadow is being illuminated and seen by many more souls….and the inner shadow too. The 3D self may be grasping at anything it can to numb this purging process and you may find yourself engaging in ‘lower frequency’ activities that feel comforting for the moment. Urges to eat ‘comfort foods’ can accompany this too and in some cases you’ll want to follow these urges and other times to feel what emotional need is ‘underneath’ the craving.

There seem to be energetic shifts connected to the eclipse energies too, with the continual sense growing in me of activation of our personal sacred geometric gridlines, 5D violentprint chakral grid. This makes ‘energy work’ a much more fluid experience, more multidimensional and not so rigidly connected to the old systems of chakra healing, such as reiki and others. They have been and are effective at activation of the 4D self’s awareness of the chakras and their soul’s essence AS energy. To remain ‘parked’ in the reiki system, however, is to remain in a limiting comfort zone…rather than to see that our energy bodies are actually infinite, fluid, and complex. I don’t feel ‘answers’ around this, just a door opening of exploration into these new grounds that I am excited as an energy healer of many years to continue going through with those souls engaged in the SoulFullHeart process.

The eclipse energies activated Unity consciousness too, in a big way, as the event itself brought together so many in witness of it. Ongoing unity consciousness remembrance and activation/integration of our Metasoul/other lifetime aspects continues with stronger urges toward soul family connection and resonance. Relationships based on 3D frequencies of separation, lack, comfort are continuing to be strained, with some just running out of ground in sudden ways. The social body (as we could call it) is being activated to discover the ‘me within the we’, to go through a letting go phase of the old identity hookups, a lone wolf phase, and to move eventually into healthy We-ness of New Earth commUNITY. Sacred union codes continue to be supplied to water the heart, soul, and body ache for counterpart soul mateship, whose ultimate purpose of coming together is to serve LOVE.

ALL of our bodies are being infused with our highest timeline realities. It’s like our dreams have been switched on yet are feeling ever more REAL. Our visions are becoming clearer. Our journeys and the choice points along the way toward those visions becoming illuminated. Our worthiness to receive and BE these visions being watered with self love and love with the Divine. As we come into Divine alignment INside, so does our outside reality reflect this more and more as the Infinite Love that we ARE continues to find its ultimate highest expression in our lives.

Message From The Stars: Tuning Into Your Inner Symphony

Something on the horizon? Eclipse energies are in full force and this latest crop circle has a LOT going on! We are being asked to tune in to our heart minds and galactic consciousness and feel the messaging of the codes that are wanting to be downloaded. Yet these codes have a ton of energy attached to them which can create a bit of turbulence in our unhealed emotional bodies. I feel I have been moving through my own personal eclipse of the heart and soul to heal the blocks to letting in these high frequency energies that are another expression of love.

Our emotional bodies do create blocks that do eclipse the fullness of our soulfullhearted essence. It does so as a message back to YOU the conscious sacred human, that there is something to be felt. The light language in this picture is like the emotive language of our parts and metasoul aspsects. What is it they are trying to offer us, like the beings who created this are? I can choose to take this in in multiple layers that really open up a whole landscape of information and possibility.

I can feel my emotional body speaking to me along with my spiritual and galactic body. It is my, your, and our Higher Self that is messaging to us. If we tune our consciousness into those, a beautifully choreographed storyline emerges. However you are currently experiencing these energies, there is something that is being communicated to you. In SoulFullHeart we separate these energies out into different subpersonal and subspiritual tones, like the layered frequencies of of chord, one string at a time. When it is off tune, then you feel the dis-chord. The dis-ease. When you focus on each string within the chord, you can tune that one into alignment of your most authentic being. As each one tunes and integrates, the hum of your unique music is felt throughout the cosmic heart.

Maybe that is the message I am getting in the moment. It looks like a guitar! Hmmmm…intereting. It is also speaker. Amplifying the resonance or dissonance. The universe is calling for our resounding hearts to be strummed. This is a time to take stock of where you are in your current inner state and consider what aligns or doesn’t align with your authentic tune. It is not an overnight transformation. It is a process and anything less is railroading over something else to get to a finish line. SoulFullHeart offers that conscious tuning that brings all aspects of you into the orchestral pit. You are a symphony of High means and purpose! Unearthing and remembering that is what we came here to do, and not just alone. We are meant to do this together. It is in our DNA and part of our galactic heritage. I am here to continue that journey and serve it at the same time.

I am personally feeling to respond to serious inquiry about this community and way of life called SoulFullHeart. It is an invitation and an offer of something extraordinary in my personal, and very biased opinion. I am okay with that. I wouldn’t be a leader if I didn’t have that passion about it. I have always appreciated all the wonderful comments of resonance and gratitude. They fill my heart. Now is the time for something more in me that wants to be outed. The vision of the passion work that I am a part of and the desire to serve and be in community. That is my heart song being strummed into the galaxy. Let it resound where it is meant to with open heart and arms.

You Are Being Lifted UP Out Of Inner Violent Frequencies Inside And With Others

“You are being lifted,” the familiar, wise voice inside said to me. This familiar voice could belong to any number of guides/Metasoul aspects that have been revealing themselves over the last years. It is becoming more of a conglomerate these days…less definable as a specific energy and more like a council or alliance or ‘board’ made up of frequencies of my Metasoul expressions that have come forward to support and help me during this intense transition time from 3D to NEW Earth.

 
“You are being lifted.” I heard this when I was woken up in the middle of the night by my beloved mate Raphael Awen suddenly gasping out loud and sitting upright in bed. He fell back down immediately and went back to sleep. I knew intuitively that he wasn’t fully conscious, yet in that ‘in between’ place of floating and drifting consciousness where the astral self likes to travel and much downloading is going on.
 
I was awake, lying in bed, then, feeling how something had activated for Raphael that was strong enough to jolt him out of deeper slumber and almost awake. We are deeply connected to each other, especially lately as more of our old timeline experience and past relationship moved out during the recent Lion’s Gate opening…….more of the old flushing out and we are inhabiting more of our NEW together as co-leaders and counter part sacred union mates. I didn’t feel a need to wake him up to digest as I felt trust that we already were connected in the higher realms where verbal communication isn’t really necessary.
 
Being lifted. Yes, that seems like a good way to describe what is happening to ALL of us on some level with these continual influxes and waves of HIGH frequency love light. We are experiencing all these life altering cosmic and celestial ‘events’ that are providing concentrated doses of the sensational stuff of which our sacred humanity is seeding and birthing from. How much we can consciously let in these love manifestation energies depends on what we signed up for here as souls; what our 3D conditioning has been and how deep our wounding goes and how deeply we have healed it; what our Metasoul is experiencing and what karmic patterns it is moving through for the collective.
 
“I want you to remember this,” said the voice again, which felt like Archangel Metatron, as he is the angelic aspect that is most invested in soul scribing communication and bridging to the ascension process. Plus, he can also be quite bossy….in a good way. “Lifting is important to communicate. It helps for more surrender, more trust, and less fear as this lifting process continues on.”
 
Fear can live in our bones, in our emotional bodies, in our DNA, in parts of us connected to our emotional bodies, in our Metasoul. And it comes out in ALL kinds of ways and expressions. It brings our frequencies lower. Parts of us shiver and quiver with it, sinking to a place where things seem untrustworthy, hurtful and harmful, non-vulnerable, dark and shadowy. We are ancient with it, beyond time ingrained and trained. We are gestating embryos in our mother’s womb swimming in fear fluids. The 3D matrix has been built and run on fear fuel, fed and maintained by violence – both within and outward – the lowest vibrational frequency of fear. Violence has become entertainment, so many souls on an IV drip of violence coming in, numbing them or eliciting outrage at the INjustice, which is just more violence in a shifted form.
 
Lifting UP beyond violence begins from withIN. It starts with becoming aware of the battles within, the harm done from one part of you to another, one punisher/critical energy beating up until shame floods your BEing with the suffering patterns and loops this creates. Loving the Inner Punisher energy and learning WHY it is like this….you weep, then, at how this punishing-shame frequency is just learned and necessary and NOT really who you ARE. You feel how it has served to make you small, to help you fit in, to keep you ‘capped’ and plugged in to 3D life. You are ready to be lifted out of it to transmute the punishment to discernment and intuition WITH love. To heal the shame into innocence again.
 
As this inner violence heals, you can come, more and more, from non-violent frequencies in response to others. You become less tolerant to violence in any form…..even sensitive to the subtle frequencies found in comparison, contention, judgement. You lift UP, then, as you stop eating, watching, BEing violence and become MORE love. You shift your focus from violence outside of you and discover, find, and feel where it lives inside. I am surprised where this message went today, yet, this is a repeating point that I’ve felt many times inside myself and in session space with others too.
 
BEcoming a beacon of peace is the openness to feel the violence, the battles, the clashes inside. Trusting that the lifting UP from the Divine will come in the process of this as more space clears in your emotional body to make room for your higher heart, Christ Consciousness heart….made of Infinite Kindness, Infinite Peace, and no fear.
