Love……focusing on the solution. Fixating on the outward manifestations of love’s lack or blocking brings in more suffering loops and repeating fear-based patterns. It takes you out of self responsibility into a place where you react from disempowered fear rather than responding from self empowered love.
Focusing on the inward embracement of love, love to and with ALL parts of you and aspects creates a NEW reality inside. Your tunnel vision of self love lights a light into the darkest, deepest places of layered over feelings and energies. Your love shows the scenes of your soul’s lifetimes living. Becoming compassionate teller of your own story. Bearing self witness, feeling the tears and fears of ALL these places and parts.
This self love, deep and becoming pure ‘Me’, can then flow toward others too and the collective, the Universal, the exponential and ever growing, unifying ‘We’.

You are channel of Divine Love. Connected to the Source of All That Is. It is how you, or parts of you, relate to that reality that makes all the difference in the world in how you will BE in that reality. It affects what experiences you will draw and manifest that validate, or invalidate, what lives as your Truth. But what is your Truth?
This gets tricky because inside of you lives multiple truths. Semi-solid beliefs that parts of you have held on dearly to due to clear experience and unconscious fears. These truths create an energy projection that alters your conscious reality. How is it that you feel one way inside but your outside is not matching up? You keep drawing circumstances that keep you from fully embodying and inhabiting your soul’s purpose. Going into the emotional landscape of your inner world holds the keys to some of your long held questions.
If you feel yourself as this channel connected to Love, it is not hard to imagine all the obstacles that get in the way from truly letting in, and through, the Grace that is being bestowed upon us. It is like a clogged artery. Calcifications of your 3D experience that are looking for love to set them free and dissolve into your heart. You may even have an intense overload of access and energy that sends your system into a shock state that is hard to function in daily 3D practical living. This too is a function of resistance and fear from a protective part of you designed to convince you that it is all too much to bear.
Obstacle or overwhelm, the reality here is that you are being summoned. Called to bear compassion and even challenge to what is preventing your natural state from being in the present moment.Β In SoulFullHeart, we access parts of us that have received much 3D wounding which are beacons of this resistance. They call out to us to show up and help assist in both the inner and outer changes that need to be made to create an environment that is conducive to MORE healing, MORE opening, MORE growth.
It begins usually with connecting with an Inner Protector energy that has a love for you that is beyond what you can imagine. They have done life AS you for so long just to keep as much of your boat floating as possible until there was a time when you could show up in all your courage to begin to take the reigns back through compassionate negotiations. They love you so much that it is hard for them to let you go and let them in.
As you feel the roots of this protection and the pain that lies underneath it, the energetic clumps begin to set off into the ethers and more of your true connection, in human form, gets to be experienced and downloaded. More of what You really want and need in a healthy and growthful way sends out its beacon to the universe. Your channel is getting clearer, though not always easier, in the very beginning.
Expect your life to change. Your Higher Self, and even your Protector, are banking on it. There is all the support and guidance you can let in to assist you on the way. SoulFullHeart is one way that offers a path and process to clear the inner arteries of your Divine Heart in human form. A process that is in constant growth and clarifications as we enter it ourselves and with others that have found resonance and profound clarities. That feeling of blood rushing back into your head after hanging upside down for a while on the monkey bars as a kid… this is the feeling as love rushes back into and through our veins, in ways parts of us have forgotten that it even could. Our soul remembers and allows this rush, as the parts working hard to block it begin to release their grip and heal. Namely the Gatekeeper, the one who protects you in different layers and is a fragment of your Higher Self, intended to keep your soul remembrances at bay until you are ready to download and feel them, is the one who needs the most from you before this rush can truly happen. It’s a feeling of light-headedness, dizziness now that many of you will likely feel. It is the sensation of downloads, of higher frequencies coming in, and the dam built against love within you breaking open once again. This is what happens, the more you let in the parts of you that need you. A similar feeling can be felt when trying to transcend beyond what you have already felt and you aren’t yet bringing it up with you. Some parts of you may be over-stretching themselves to try and move beyond what they feel, not realizing that there is a bridge in front of them that needs to be crossed first. This can cause a major physical strain on your brain and body, not to mention your heart that is so working to catch up to it all. This is also when life calamities can happen, not out of punishment or anything you have done ‘wrong’, but because there is more to notice inside of you and this is often the way this can be shaken up and put forward instead of buried yet again.
Doing the work, inhabiting the practice of being with yourself, being with beloveds who resonate with you on all grounds and who you choose to be around because your heart wants to be there, not out of duty or obligation… these are all a part of the formula for this rush of love renewal and replenishment, flowing from limb to limb, cell to cell, mind to heart to soul to body and back again. There is so much here, so much love, so much to embody and live into now and always… and it’s all beautiful, though dizzying at times too as we get used to the new frequencies and acclimate to the renewal of this lifeblood of love! Making love within a Sacred Union is a beautiful way to move these energies in and through… and make room for MORE. You have chosen to be a steward of great importance. What it is you are here to usher into consciousness is yours to bequeath and ours to behold. This stewardship starts off personal and evolves into the galactic. It can’t help but to do so if you follow its natural and arising course. This stewardship is one that is self-proclaiming and love-directed. You are the captain of your ship first and foremost. The passengers, the aspects and parts of you that you have picked up along the way, need your leadership and humbled sense of urgency to guide them into the new territory of your arising sacred humanity.Β Outside of yourself, which is still arguably you too, are those that are meant to seek and follow your light and example. They are also your charges when the love from within is overflowing the bows of your inner decks.
This stewardship is a responsibility and an adventure both. A serious yet joy-filled exploration that seeks to find and integrate the long lost parts of your self spread throughout your emotional universe and star-filled multiverse. It is the single greatest purpose you have to offer the world. While Rome is burning in one timeline, you can be ushering in a new world that is centered in the Love that you have packed away in the hulls of your heart and soul. It is just awaiting your claim and sometimes difficult choices.
These choices are not meant to leave you in suffering. They are meant to pave the way into a greater expanse of ocean and air, both inside and out. If you don’t quite feel that expansiveness, or it waxes and wanes, you have your assignment right there in front of you. Take care of You. Feel those inner parts of your titanic heart. Connect with them and bring them aboard your UPward coarse. As each one begins to trust the Divine Heart within you, they can begin to shed the layers of the shroud that had them as good as dead. Transform that shroud to a cocoon and let the process of healing take root. From that alchemy shines a light of pure essence that lies within each one of them. They become the spark of light that fuels your ever lightening load that sends you farther into the mystic.
Use that glistening beacon to light the way for others to see and feel. Keep up the going IN so that it can go UP and OUT. The beginning is always the hardest. The most turbulent for there is a LOT to heal from in our 3D density. It is not a torture chamber but a birthing center. The pain gives way to infinite joy that provides the container to hold even more. So this stewardship is akin to birthing yourself and love into the world, where you are the mother and the child. The midwives are those that have been through the process and can hold space for this sacred delivery.
These are epic and glorious times you and I find ourselves in. We are not here by mistake and clearly by purpose. The events that are unfolding are calling us to go within and bring in the love that is so needed to turn this larger ship of our humanity around and back toward Divine Unity. Lean into the process, the turbulence, the birthing, and the service. It is all a part of what we chose to be a part of and couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

Itβs a βchoose your own timelineβ kind of reality in this now of so much transition and change. Choosing the timeline of 3D reality where life goes on as usual, with routine, without self or outer inquiry, with acceptance of what has been presented as truth without questionβ¦.this is a choice that many souls are making for their own reasons, connected to their journeys here. Choosing the timeline of waking up into soul awareness, questioning what you have been taught and sold and conditioned into by 3D reality, reconciling what you have been programmed to be (by your soulβs choice) and who you REALLY areβ¦.this is the awakening choice that MANY more souls are making as the collective ascension process moves forward.
If you are choosing to relearn or really newly learn the conditions of the world and the power structures that are operating in the shadowsβ¦.this can be a heartbreaking process to your 3D self to learn that the previously trusted leaders and government are playing out so much shadow, mostly coming from deeply fear-based and oppressive frequencies. REAL shock sets in as your eyes, heart, and mind open to the realities that mainstream everything has hidden from you. This is a phase of awakening, this truly WAKING up phase, and conscious disconnect from the collective fear-based matrix. It is messy with purges of OUTrage coming up and out, needing to be expressed, finding a voice for the parts of you that feel suppressed. This is a 4D phase as well and souls are also choosing to serve as leaders/healers/teachers during this βwake up and shake upβ to help others to integrate what they are learning.
As more global disclosure happens to reveal the shadow side of the 3D βpowerβ structures and also the Star BEing alliances that exist on many levels, more souls will be invited to move from 3D into 4D. They will be invited into the clashes of awakening, smashing against the βrocksβ of conditioned reality, and potentially guided out into the open ocean of their own sovereignty again. The Divine will be THERE to guide them, love them, feel all the parts of them that are in turmoil, disbelief, shock, shut down. Souls like me, my beloveds, and others will be there to hold space for the transition that we too have been through and are going through stillβ¦serving as guides, beacons, and support to navigate the reactions in the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual bodies.
It IS a messy time βout thereβ. I experienced a touching piece of global ambassadorship work yesterday as I etherically connected to the βfrontlinesβ of what we could call the Cabal (fear-based power structure) versus the Alliance (previously fear-based power structure that wants to change, wants redemption.) I donβt feel there are any really βversusβ or βagainstβ, yet this is the shadowy aspects of duality that we have been playing out for so long that to exit it is to go through it. There was the sense of much activity on the βfrontlinesββ¦no direct violent action, yet much tension between the two ‘sides’ as they sort through how to proceed with a disclosure process to a public that ranges from completely asleep to newly outraged to long disclosed.
I offered love, forgiveness, and bridge of peace to the leaders of these energies (their higher selves mostly) and felt some of it go in. I canβt kNOw that these etheric efforts βdoβ much of anything but my heart felt lighter to have offered love even to the darkest of energies. When I have engaged in ambassadorship like this, always do the BEings/souls ask for forgiveness for their fear-based, violent actions.
The Divine response I feel inside to them is that they are ALREADY forgiven. I remind them that they are just carrying out their very difficult role amongst the grand playout and theyβve forgotten that they made this agreement. ALL of it has been negotiated on the soul level and they have chosen, for their own growth, to βplay the roleβ of the βbad guyβ. It is profound to feel this message go into them, usually bringing up rare tears, and also out and through me as it always helps to ease any fear that might come up inside of me.
Whatever our choices during this time of intense transition, ultimately we ARE forgiven for them. We are always invited to choose the higher timeline, the love-based choice, and, yet, we all have our own soul journeys to go on. If you are called to serve love as your highest purpose during this time, know that you are DEEPLY needed right now. This service of love can come through most strongly when there is an overflow of self love from your healing heart/soul/body/mind. Choosing your own healing AS a service of love is also much needed and does seem to impact positively the collective too.
We are being offered the choosing of our own timelinesβ¦..I choose serving love. How about YOU?
Each dimension of our ‘self’ feels and experiences love in different ways. The many parts of us that have formed in order to navigate and be in life as we’ve known it so far, each have their own relationship to love. As we continue to awaken and heal, their perspectives shift and heal too, especially as the growing authentic you that holds and feels them,Β lets in more and more real, pure love and learns to trust it and what it wants to offer you in every sacred moment of your life.
The 3D self, says, “Love, I don’t trust you and I want to control you, though I also feel you get the better of me and we are constantly at odds. I feel like I will never get what I want, though sometimes I can’t even feel what I truly want… and am pretty afraid to find out. I don’t feel IΒ deserve you in any form and IΒ conspire to push you away. What I have known to be ‘love’ is not something I find very appealing or gratifying in any way.”
The 4D self, says, “Love, I want to trust you more and don’t always get how. I feel you offer more than I have ever thought or felt possible. I feel I want to serve you and be with you and flow more easily with you, though sometimes this feels so frustrating and hard too… this world I live in mostly seems not to have caught up to the reality of YOU yet and what YOU really offer all of us and beyond… I get somehow, or am starting to let in, that you are something very different than what I’ve been conditioned to think you are. I feel something different about you, though I’m not sure what that is exactly.”
The 5D ‘self’, says, “Love… this is what ‘I’ am. And as ‘I am’, ‘I’ serve love in constant, unending flow. The container is ‘me’ as the container is NOT ‘me’… the ‘me’ of before, that related to love as not my very substance, has been healing and tastes of higher dimensions where it all simply is in is-ness… this is REALity. Love is the only real. Life-giving, ever-flowing, always showing us the way inward and back out again. Love melts all ‘I’s’ into oblivion and heat-warmth, in the sweetest way, though the storms of love’s lightning flashes of where it cannot flow within must also be weathered. Love dies not, withers away not… only IS, only ever loves. ‘I’ trust love above all else. ‘I’ can hold the truth of this unendingly, without the need to transcend any doubts of this in parts of ‘me’ that remain in lower dimensional frequencies still. ‘I’ can’t always see the bigger picture, as ‘I’ also control none of it, but ‘I’ can feel it, hold it, tap into it. ‘I’ AM it, ultimately, as ‘I’ AM part of the love that makes up all aspects of it, dark and light…”
As you heal the parts that make up each of these ‘selves’ within you, the level and depth of love you are able to experience shifts in a big way. To actually feel and own that there is something very real about swinging between sometimes all three of these perspectives in a short period of time, is to humbly let in that there is more to go into, inside of yourself… and that there is no ‘perfect’ way to be with love or to be love itself, especially as we grow and learn as sacred humans arising.

Sometimes it feels like the heart opens, only to close again…
The waters of love can come in like a WOOOOSH that plunges through the already opening heart door, flooding the inside of your being on many levels… soul, heart, body, astral body… it’s a feeling as if the sky above you and the ground below you is opening up and all limits parts of you have held for yourself and your life are moving, floating away… out of reach.
Then, as parts of you begin to breathe into this new reality, the oil of past pain and trauma comes up as well. Sometimes it sits in your heart-bed, feeling unwell, feeling unfit to really claim and hold and have all of this goodness. It wants to shut it down somehow, or try to. And sadly, without consciousness around parts of you and how to be with them, it can feel nearly impossible to feel as if this desire to push away is really ‘you’ or not… and so, the goodness sometimes gets shut down, and life goes back to ‘business as usual’… or tries to!
Love wants to fill your being. It wants to flood you with its waters that are meant to bring up the oil of pain that still needs to be felt and healed. It wants to bring you to new places of Divine connection and experience. It wants to experience itself through the sacred human expression of YOU that inhabits its dualism and feels its oneness in incredible opening moments too. It doesn’t care or mind if you have parts that are afraid of its power, it wants to find its way to you anyways. And so, life circumstances continue to press you, inviting you back into you, to find the parts and seek your answers deep within, to find and feel why and how love has been kept out.
What is love inviting you to feel today? How is it pressing on the sacred door of your innermost and most vigilantly protected BEing? The INvitation to feel all of this more and more, is a constant and ever-moving one… and something that can feel like it has no final ‘goal’ or ‘end’. The truth is… it doesn’t, really. The potential for healing is endless, as you are endless, and the love that flows can only ever be endless too… β€

Beneath the desire to predict, to plan for, to kNOw ‘what’s next’… is the desire for love.
Beneath the shadowy figures of men and women at the helm of leadership, who desire battles, who embody tremendous self-righteousness, who abuse and accuse others… is the desire for love.
Beneath the shut-outs, the push-aways, the cling-to-forevers…. is a desire for love.
Beneath your resistance to love, as expressed outwardly and inwardly, in words, in energy, in self-harm, in harm of others… is a desire for love.
And in that desire, all of the answers to questions of ‘why’ can be illuminated. And so much more can be felt, heard, seen, healed… loved.

It often feels as if the 3D world really doesn’t want love. Some might even say outright that they don’t want love, claiming that love really isn’t the answer, or that love is only for the fortunate. Deep unworthiness to receive and let in love in the truest, deepest sense, is surfacing more and more now. There is deep unworthiness in our leaders. Deep unworthiness in fear and war-mongering. Deep unworthiness, pain, sadness, woundedness, in our patriarchal expressions as men and women, in relationships, in ourselves, at work, at home, out in the world. In all ‘fights’ we choose to instigate or be a part of in some way, we are expressing resistance to love… and where love wants to move us, what it wants to illuminate for us, what it wants to remind us that we ALL are… LOVE, embodied, ever-present.
Sometimes love is even resisted with love… it is resisted in the sense of what it wants to bring you about your wounding, which can sometimes be most easily found by going into your shadow. It is resisted by the ‘twin flame’ picture, that offers more suffering than goodness, more clinging than letting go. It is resisted in all of the ways parts of you would rather not feel. Love cannot transform or move you to new heights unless a certain facade is allowed to be cracked.
The 3D world wants love, yet is afraid of what love really is. A catalyst, a river, a cliff, a flashlight in the dark, a path less travelled or never travelled before… and an end to the depths of human suffering, starting within.

If we loved each other more… we would let go without fear or tugging.
If we loved each other more… we would empower instead of enable.
If we loved each other more… our words to one another would never be empty.
If we loved each other more… the eyes of love would forever be the ones we wear and we would see each other for who we are.
If we loved each other more… we would recognize the difference between caretaking and caregiving.
If we loved OURSELVES more… we would, ad infinitum, love each other more…
… and in this love, we would find
even more of ourselves
than we ever thought we would ever see,
feel, and heal
before we realized
that loving more
means
we will never know love in the less.
