To truly let Her in… you become the poet and the dancer of heart and the deep journeyer of soul.
To truly let Her in… the sword is dropped as you surrender to the embrace of a love and acceptance youβve forgotten you were worthy of.
To truly let Her move you… means burning away that which doesnβt align as you surrender to the fire of boundary-setting (with care) and the illumination of that which has been in shadow.

I feel the swirl and frenzy of the holiday season in moments and wonder what it would be like to go to a shopping mall right now and feel everyone more heart-centered, more honest even about who they are buying a Christmas gift for and why. Itβs a dizzy dance right now for many souls as parts of each person finds their way into and through anxiety and pain thatβs pushed up this time of year and intensified in moments by the pure energies of love coming in that actually want to help you see and heal all of it and be with the reasons why this pain has been there.
Maybe just for a moment today… if you do feel anxiety bubbling up about one thing or another (or even many things at once), find space, even minutes, to be with this energy and listen to it. Journal with it. Hear it, feel it, hold it. This part of you has been quelled and suppressed for a long time and needs you, needs somewhere to land. I feel for this and all parts of you being activated in their pain now. The Divine love streaming in feels you and these parts too. The invitation now and always is to simply be real. Even just with yourself. And feel.
Itβs my sense of it that the unconscious buying, giving, and getting and even eating of this season is what leads into more of the same pain cycling through again and again, the same quandaries about love being real or not, the same feeling that this is just βnormalβ and βhow it isβ to be in life and in relationship with others without an awakening that this isnβt whatβs ultimately true… just what has felt deeply true to the parts of you with this conditioning. You have the opportunity now and always to reach for new ways to be in life and in love, starting with that ever-precious and unfolding relationship within. You are the βChrist-childβ being born and reborn within. With so much power, so much lush love, so many new possibilities for being born and reborn into this world that needs your light and bigness.

Renewals and completions… this is a powerful invitation coming in through this 12/12 portal we’ve entered. Relationships especially seem to be highlighted right now and many questions are being asked about whether or not they are on healthy or even desirable ground. To feel if you want to deepen the ground is an aspect of ‘renewal’. Is there enough juice and attraction there, romantic or otherwise, to want to move WITH the relationship into your next phase of life and does it fit with your arising clarities about yourself, your heart and soul, and your path, or does it seem to no longer fit with what you’re feeling coming up for you?
This can be a time of many rumbles underneath the ground of any kind of relationship, where you’re being asked quite directly by the love you are if this is enough for you, prompting you to check in with your heart and parts to see if it really is or if there are other reasons why the ground has been kept alive this long. Relationships are intense and emotional crucibles, meant to be a reflection for where you’re at on your healing path and what you’re being invited to look at next inside of you. Being with the desire to complete an old ground is challenging and the process of doing so can be even more so… yet the beacon of what you most desire and what you’re coming to realize you most deserve to experience in relationships of any kind, is held by love, always…
It’s not a black and white picture when we talk about ‘completions’, as they are really the ending of one phase of life or a ground of your relationship within yourself or with another, not necessarily something that means an absolute finality. It can definitely feel this way though, especially if you’re choosing to separate from an abusive or highly toxic relationship with birth family, a lover, or even a close friend and your parts may want it to be a case of a closed and locked door on your side of the bridge. Sometimes this is really needed in the name of self-love, for the sake of your recovery and to collect the wounded parts of you back up again. However, there are other times where the process is to complete the old ground in the relationship so that a NEW one can arise in its place.
This is the sense of renewal and completion that is arising during this season and through this 12/12 portal… that we get the chance, in every moment, to feel if we want to continue with one thing or another or move into a reevaluation and transition into something new, starting INSIDE. Life may present you with opportunities for something new on the outside, yet the work continues within and this is the core place where the ground in any other area of your life can shift and change and evolve, not to mention heal.

It seems there is still such a draw to the strain of the holidays, to the tightness of budgets and the anxiety of gift buying/giving, while underneath all of that is the ache for love, to be seen, to be cherished, to be in your bigness and full-strength light. The struggle around this still begins and ends within, normalizing holiday stress when it really wants to be a time of renewal, especially a renewed relationship to love and what it really is. It’s a time for awakening to the ways in which love has not been flowing in your life and how deeply your heart really wants it to. Love moves mountains and shakes up the foundations of your life as needed to let more of it in. You see, it’s too big for the walls that parts of you have built to try and contain or control it and always wants more room, never settling for less… though settling for less or expecting to have to earn or purchase it may be what you’ve become used to.
Christ/Magdalene consciousness is here in immense waves of love whenever you feel ready to let it in…. and especially on this 12/12 day do I feel it coming and shining brightly for us all, inviting us to feel how parts of all of us have held and related to ‘Christmas’ as a season and holiday in this 3D reality we’re still unanchoring from. The frequencies of Christ/Magdalene consciousness are alive in the music of this holiday, the feeling of being in the room with beloveds who are cherished by your heart AND your soul, the child-like wonder and awe around beautifully decorated Christmas trees. To feel more of these energies for yourself, you can start by actually making any Christmas song about ‘Jesus’ or the ‘Christ’ as being about the Christ being born and reborn within you, the preciousness and epicness of your own being and place in this ascending world. You can picture these energies coming in as an epic light stream of gold and sparkling red, shining brightly with the invitation to be in, with, and held by Love. You may feel this energy with you now, holding you close, inviting you inward to BE with the fear of love that lives inside and to BE with the aches and desires for more too…
When I feel these waves in the moment, these are the messages that come:
“May the unfortunate, sad, angering things that happen to you bring you closer to yourself, not farther away… may they invite you to love yourself more, not less.
May the light of Christ in feminine and masculine energies ignite the Sacred Union inside you, to unite you with Sacred Union outside of you, as you continue the work of letting love IN.
May this time of tightness, fear and anxiety, open out like a flower inside of you, inviting you to feel the fragrance of trust in love as it lives and moves and breathes in your life and the collective story too.
May the beacon of love bring you home… to yourself, to your soul family connections, to your heart and soul mate, to your genuine innocence and child-like desire for more love that has never left you, though it has perhaps been buried for a while.
May the healing of your heart, the support and service of the healing of others’ hearts, and the genuine connection, deep intimacy and growth that comes from all of this, land deeply in the burning fire on the sacred hearth of your desires and sense of the NEW reality that is possible, continually calling you homeward to love, love, love…”

The detoxification of everything that got stirred up in 2018 is moving up and out right now as December moves along and the season brings in Christ/Magdalene Consciousness frequencies forward to help move it all out and replace it with a balm of love and self-care. So much came to the surface to be noticed and felt this year. It feels like more souls have now moved deeper into 4D consciousness awakenings, feeling the turmoil of it all, learning to go inward as the one place where the energies can actually move and heal and transmute into something NEW. This has been a big deal this year, life facilitating the process of ascending into 4D for those who have been so anchored in 3D in ways even they were unaware of until now. This is the process scratching the surface and then choosing to dig and find the gold that lies within and the oil that has to spring up from the depths too in the process.
4D is a place where all of these awakenings to the cries of the world and the need to express outrage from parts of you and aspects of your soul from other timelines too can take place. It’s a corridor and a birth canal into higher frequencies and you can’t bypass it or transcend it for too long. It’s actually your capacity to go here and BE with the pain coming up and being triggered by world or even local issues, and to BE with the desire for life to be more than a baseline of pain and suffering hovering underneath everything in your life all of the time, that moves you more into 5D timelines and frequencies with less need to go back into lower ones to continue your inner healing and transmutation process.
You aren’t meant to stay in this sometimes very tight-feeling corridor for long. The intention of Ascension is to continue to find and hold the bigger picture and an understanding that what’s being moved through is somehow necessary. This becomes easier to do if you can feel your parts and Metasoul. Ascension means that every single aspect of you, from the downtrodden to the high-vibe, is meant to come with you. The reflections offered throughout this past year have been intense but meaningful and deep, if you have the capacity and desire to courageously and vulnerably take them there. There’s no doubt that this process of taking everything with you is intense and yet it’s also beyond rewarding to feel the other side of the process come to be!
2019 has the potential for more churning on one side of it, but an immense capacity to hold the healing of what has had to come up this last year (or any ‘year’) on another. It holds the opportunity for you to complete suffering loops and painful life and love experiences as you move more into what wants to light you up from inside. How you choose to relate to yourself through everything that has surfaced is how you choose to relate to the ‘year’ ahead and anything else that surfaces too, along with any other opportunities for deeper intimacy in relationships with others, with Star Family, and with yourself and your soul.

Been in more waves of change personally as we finally transition to a house where roots can be planted in nourishing soil… this isnβt coming through without tension also moving through, making room for the new and all possibilities. It feels like a time for this, a time for stepping into your highest timeline, and feeling the reactions and tensions moving along with that. Itβs a time where stepping into your highest timeline may not look and feel like the perfect picture in the moment, yet you can so trust the vision as itβs unfolding and hold onto it as more than a wish, but something you are deciding to fully show up for… even as there are steps, sometimes many steps, to realizing it in its entirety.
Thereβs still density to move and be with, to acknowledge and to challenge within, especially as you continue to be invited into new and deeper perspectives. These new strata of seeing yourself, of feeling your parts and how theyβve moved in and reacted to the world, are landing in your field and waiting to be let in as you sometimes shake with old rage and deep hurt as parts of you live into their pain and in some cases have a very hard time letting in healing. Actually, this shaking and vibrating with old reactions often IS part of the healing and is just as sacred as the feeling of release and relief as you let in new waves of love into dark corners of your being that have so needed it.
These higher perspectives want you to see yourself and your parts in a more profound way, to see where the pain is and why and to feel compassion for how youβve been in this world up βtil now. The debris of the old needs to come loose before it can be lovingly swept up. And, the timing of this sometimes chaotic-feeling shake-up process is sacred and soulfully personal to you. You canβt know the exact timing of WHEN it will be more healed, yet you can hold onto a trust that itβs all in process and there IS an other side.

So many energy waves coming in recently that are wanting to give us more energy for dreaming, intending, and taking action steps too towards what it is we most want. There’s an invitation into a deeper trust within too. A trust in the goodness that waits on the other side of even some painful processes of having to say “no” to what we don’t want and/or completing with different jobs or relationships that just aren’t aligning with who we are becoming anymore. It’s been about a week or so, it feels like, of harvesting from seeds sown long ago, yet also planting new ones in new soil.
As Gaia’s frequency continues to rise up as reflected in all of these recent spikes in the Schumann resonance and so on, this seems to be laying new ground for us to stand on in many ways! We have NEW opportunities to plant ourselves in that are more in alignment with our soul purpose work and NEW motivation to keep moving on and moving through whatever difficulties are arising. This may even show up as NEW ways to lean into others for support too or to begin offering support to others in a more active and engaged way, whatever that may look like for you. You get to choose the nourishment of co-creation and collaboration with resonant others if it feels like time for you… and you get to wonder why it may not feel like the phase for this for you personally and check in with your parts to see what resistances may be there around it.
This sense of new ground arising is a result of ‘composting’ the ‘old’… dedicating your healing within and shedding layers that no longer feel like you as parts of you let you feel them and move more into health than injury, more into dharma than drama and a healthy integration into your unique expression of wholeness and ‘I’-ness. This has been an intense and churning process often times, just as new compost must be churned and in some cases, burned, in order to integrate into the new soil and add nutrients and life to it. There’s nothing in the multi-verse that can ever disappear, just change state. And so, your pain has the chance to be recycled and added back in as an expression of the renewed you – more alive, more present, more trusting, more genuinely loving, more human, and more spiritual too.
Perhaps it’s time for your new soul soil to be laid and planted in. Energy waves moving through are inviting you to feel what you REALLY want and to be with the process of its manifestation, in all of its ups and downs, challenges and easy flow too. β€

I get the sense today that thereβs a lot of lingering βindigestionβ going on coming off of Thanksgiving weekend in the USA, both in the physical and the emotional…. being with friends and family members who are no longer resonant with who you are and are becoming often creates a strain inside as parts of you shape-shift and adjust to the energies at the dinner table, suppressing how they are really feeling and reacting. Something that is becoming harder and harder to do as truth-telling parts of you like your Inner Protector, who has been observing and managing your relationship with your family and old friends, are becoming less and less tolerant of what isnβt resonant or feels like real love to them.
This suppression leads to intense indigestion in your emotional body, leaving you with physical and emotional pain too. If your body is reacting to the amount of food youβve taken in, itβs likely also reacting to the energy of its preparation and consumption too. Checking in with your Inner Protector is a great way to feel them in their ongoing rumbles and to connect with the other parts of you they have been protecting as best they can from the sometimes quite invasive energy of those around you on these holidays that can be especially intense and charged with all sorts of unfelt and uncared for emotional realities and reactivity.

The invitation is always to feel what you want in your heart and what you need for your soul. The real soul food of resonant relationships and soul family community is a potent energy to lean into for growth and deep nourishment. The reflections offered to you by non-resonant relationships are eventually no longer needed as the care offered from those who are doing the same degree of inner work as you is no comparison and is all you and your parts eventually will want to experience. Itβs a sacred journey to arrive here to this place where the comfortably uncomfortable feeling of being around family members and friends who do not nurture your journey nor let you in enough to have you nurture theirs, is no longer desired. And, itβs just as sacred to feel all there is to feel, including the fears and anxieties in parts of you as you begin to let in true soul family connections and embark on the journey of continued growth and expansion in all of your intimate relationships.

Today… today it feels like Christ Consciousness is coming in to be held and to hold us too. It’s the ‘official’ kick-off of the Christmas season here in North America, so there’s that, yet increasingly as we approach 12/12 and perhaps especially with all of the ‘current events’ ongoing, Christ Consciousness is coming through with a palpable Divine Father/Masculine energy.

Today may be a hyper shopping day for some, which promises a gateway to much debt as many choose to invest their energy and resources into making purchases to perhaps try and please the unpleasable, both inside and out. Yet, almost as if to try and help us learn to hold and BE with these emotional highs and lows instead of spending scads of money and emotional energy to placate something, there’s all this warm, golden Christ energy coming through to hold us and remind us that we ARE more than this by birthright and soul-right.

The Divine feels us in this emotionally and spiritually-charged time we call the ‘Christmas Season’ and offers space for parts of us to land and lean more into the glow of the Christ Consciousness light waves coming in what look and feel like golden and red glittering bands of light. This is the Christ/Magdalene love coming in to encourage us to feel all there is to feel and move even more towards a unified inner community as well as resonant soul family/community. There is SO much light streaming in that it can’t help but bring UP what isn’t love inside of you and the ache for MORE of what you most authentically WANT in your heart and soul.

It is a powerful choice to go inward and feel during this time instead of looking outward for quelling what is becoming harder and harder to quell or quiet down inside. To explore the parts of you hurting and reacting during this time, to help them and to be with them as the most important ‘family’ you could ever work to love and hold dear. It is equally powerful to vulnerably reach out for help and to courageously show up to support others in their healing too. This is an aspect of Christ Consciousness that begins, as always, from within… and we are invited as this ‘Christmas season’ (which is really ‘Christ-Consciousness Season’) begins, to truly land in our hearts in a new and renewed way, whatever that means for us in any given moment.

We cannot know what will call us next. We can only arise and respond.
We cannot attach to the outcome of that calling, or even how the path will look. We can only trust that it serves, somehow, from within us to us and to others.
Love moves us in ways we cannot predict, though parts of us want to and try! It does not tend to be easy to be with the kickback that sometimes happens inside of us from these parts who are afraid of what your next level of leadership and service mean. They may be afraid of going inward to heal or going outward to lead from the healing inside. Yet they too want more than theyβve experienced of love. They too want to dive in, they just need you to come be with them and show them that the way through the forest is not unknown, just unexplored.
I feel the Divine Mother offering today, βthe way is designed yet untried. The path is aligned but untrodden. This is the first experience youβve had of being in this consciousness, this cultivated Self. You are born and reborn many times in this lifetime alone, to continue to gather up all pieces and parts and find that pure expression of love youβve always been and always will be. From this you serve. For this you are here. With this, you heal and you ascend, and you intimately join with others in this same dance relationally.
Your being here is enough. Your choice to continue is a miracle. And your heart and soul know the way… alwaysβ. β€οΈ
