A Letter To Men, And To The Sacred Masculine: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Aug 13, 2018)

This week’s Museletter is launched by a powerful piece written by SoulFullHeart Co-Creator, Facilitator, and Teacher, Raphael Awen. In this writing, he vulnerably shares about his latest process with a Metasoul brother (more on Metasoul here: http://www.soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts) and his process of connecting with his own push-pull around serving men. He also digests some themes he feels are moving through all men in the collective:

“What holds any one of us back from our true and deep (even infinite) potential? Why would we settle for good enough, or worse, for ongoing suffering? Why would we believe, and then go on to manifest according to that belief, that this is ‘as good as it gets’?

…I write to men. I call to men. I write to the Sacred Masculine that lives in men and women alike. I declare my desire and readiness along with acknowledging at the same time my reticence to serve men, and this reticent Masculine; in order to serve my highest timeline. Nothing needs to be overcome or suppressed in order to achieve in these new arising domains of being, but instead lovingly embraced as the seed of our ever-present infinite being out experiencing a full drama of leaving and then returning to the fullness we always were and are, but couldn’t quite come to know and feel, until we enter this Now.”

How Do Parts Of You Relate To ‘Process’?

Sometimes parts of you are more used to ‘the work’ more so than the reward. And at other times, parts of you may want to skip ahead to the reward without doing ‘the work’.

Energies right now and lately have been inviting us all to feel our relationship to personal process. Is the tendency to hold it with self-punishing energies and an intensity that often feels heavy, or is there a frequency of looking at the processes of others, wishing to only be where they are now without having to walk out your own steps?

I feel like one of the most challenging pieces here is self-embracement, which translates to a seeing and feeling of your parts on all levels. Sometimes Metasoul timeline bleedthroughs happen too, adding an existential element to all of this… and when you add that with some conditioning that love and deep inner healing and movements cannot happen without shame spirals and long-lasting phases of deep suffering and pain, then you have the perfect cocktail for parts of you to try and avoid process altogether.

The invitation to feel and heal is one that allows for all of this and more to come up, held by love. It’s an invitation into a more yin-feeling space of embracing instead of stifling and encouraging healing within instead of forcing it, much like a mother who is encouraging her child to start walking.

Learning to relate to your healing process differently is as important as the healing itself… it’s the choice of the sort of womb you’d like to bake in before your continual rebirth into someone new, even if these shifts feel subtle in the moment.

Much love to you as your journey unfolds with feeling all of this and so much more… and as you continue your own embracement of your process in these newly emerging ways from within. ❤

Guided Meditation: Meet & Love Your Inner Punisher

One of the most difficult aspects of our healing can be coming to terms with our ‘Inner Punisher’ voice or what is frequently referred to as the ‘Inner Critic’. This voice is the one that keeps other parts of you in a state of guilt and smallness. There is a very good reason for it and it is usually used as a protection to keep you from getting hurt, as ironic as that may feel.

This part, when felt and given a sacred space to bring out its truth, can transform to a deep ally as your healthy discernment, truth-teller, and boundary-setter. This occurs over a back and forth relationship that develops and reveals over time.

This meditation, written by SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri and voiced by Gabriel Heartman, takes you to a hallway of doors where you get to meet and feel the presence of your ‘inner- punishing’ energy. Lion’s Gate Energies Shaking UP 3D Consciousness Anchors

Much is likely opening out inside of you right now, making being in 3D pretty hard in the moment, even (or maybe especially) for the parts of you that have worked so hard to stay well-grounded in this reality, especially despite awakenings and activations… breathing, finding the best that 3D can offer you (superfoods, comfortable surroundings) while leaning into your soul and heart’s capacity to bridge to higher, less dense dimensions is the invitation right now. All of these energies need to integrate into your daily life as you continue to navigate your ascension more and more out of 3D reality, compartments, consciousness… this process needs to be self-loving and being with the shadow, the angsts, the restlessness and the need to rest deeply too is the way to go forward (and upward!) with the most loving steps.

Not easy ground to walk out right now with much being challenged through this portal phase and the galactic is calling for exploration, inner and outer, to boot. The Cosmos within is ever-tempting and invitational, bringing up resistance too from the parts of you/Metasoul Aspects that perhaps feel burned/abandoned by Star Family connections. It’s all coming in and through in profound invitation after profound invitation…

Time to lean-in to your growing and expanding heart, feel, rest, even feel aches and desires too as needed for that’s all part of what’s being pushed up now. What you want, the love you most long to have, be, share with others is in the arrival gate, waiting for your next choices and your embracement of your Now-moments and phases of necessary inner process.

held as important by parts of you
that are so much more
than they think they are too.

not less…

The Universe
of you

This week’s Museletter features an offering from Kalayna Colibri. This article is one that she wrote with her Sirian-Lyran galactic aspect, Ineerah. It is an invitation to feel the symbiosis we are all a part of as sacred humans arising in this Universe we live in, offering that our Ascension is purposeful for the Whole, not just our own species:

We, your Sirian-Lyran aspects, are here to assist you in this passageway which will be an intense experience for many of you. The intensity depends on the need to feel deeper still, what there is to heal, what there is to awaken to as your past-present-future timelines collide and in some cases, clash. If you find yourself in a mess, it is a sacred mess. We are here if you need guidance and we look forward to connecting with you as you walk through this. We cannot walk through it for you, as we have already done that ourselves, but we can offer you pictures and senses of the goodness that is coming as you courageously continue your ascent on all levels of your being.”

Eclipse/Lion’s Gate Energies Awaken Inner Process Steps, Encourage Moving On & UP

Energies are continuing to ramp UP as the eclipse fast approaches. Much intensity of feeling is surfacing in different ways… there are waves of bliss that are being amplified as connections are made within and also with higher-dimensional aspects of you during this time of a very thin-feeling veil between dimensions. Yet too, along with the bliss comes an illumination and an uprooting of anchors, and as Jelelle Awen offered in her writing today, these are specifically the anchors to 3D reality and consciousness.

What awakenings is this eclipse bringing you to inside of you? Perhaps it’s not a time for awakening outwardly or in other words, becoming more aware of the world or even other dimensions, but an awakening within to what parts need you to show up and be with them now so that they and you can finally move on and UP the way you truly desire to.

As always with amped-up energies, it is a mixed experience of ups and downs… really, it’s many waves of love that are washing over and through you, helping you feel what ISN’T love inside of you, your relationships, your life and celebrating with you what IS love too. If you feel any question about boundary-setting with others and ‘if’ you need to do so now, exploring this question is something good to feel into at this time. The invitation of these incoming energies is to feel and experience, even just inside of your mind/heart’s eye for now, the possibilities for your highest timeline… which, when taking the steps to inhabit it, will ask you to set healthy (yet porous) boundaries as needed.

The eclipse and Lion’s Gate energies want to help us move on… this isn’t so much about ‘releasing the past’ as a process of feeling the parts of you still living there and helping them step into the current timeline or the timeline you’d most like to co-create WITH them. The spinning wheels of trauma and drama in your heart and soul want to start moving in a new direction, yet there’s a process to go into here, not bury or transcend or ‘release’ without proper closure and consciously collapsing these old timelines from this life and other lives WITH the parts/Metasoul Aspects of you that are still attached to these stories for their own reasons…

You may also be experiencing some intense physical processes right now that go along with these intense energy influxes and inner processes being brought to your attention. Our bodies are making adjustments and telling us all what they most need at this time. You may be compelled to eat less and/or eat cleaner (if at all). You may also be more sensitive to energies and feeling that physically… timeline bleed-throughs from your Metasoul may also be showing up in your body in different ways. It is all important to pay attention to and be with, being as gentle with yourself as possible and finding ways to move the energies through – I have found that journaling, meditation, yoga, and sometimes sex as well (especially in a sacred union… with self or other!) help to ground and move through what needs to move through.

It’s an ongoing choice whether or not to look at what is being illuminated and brought to you in so many ways right now… and the mirrors are all held for you with SO much love, which is the ultimate piece to trust and feel, isn’t it? ❤
