Sacred Union W/Self & Other Group Transmission 6/8 W/Raphael & Jelelle Awen

Settling/shrinking in relationships, especially long-term romantic ones, has become the standard in 3D relationships and even those more in 4D or soul frequencies. In these relationships, the ground of transactability between each partner in the areas of soul, mind, body, and heart nourishment and resonance diminishes over time…..if it was even transacting much to begin with. The ‘honeymoon’ fades and the draw to each other along with it.

Lack of transactability is often overlooked or just ‘lived with’ as parts of you may start to feel that it is impossible to have more or BE in more. Fears of security and safety become the glue that keeps the relationship together even as underneath it, there is much unexpressed frustration, unhappiness, and discontent. Sometimes, capacity on the soul level is fixated on (like often in the Twin Flame paradigm) and the LACK of transactability ignored or bypassed, which leads to a pattern of push-pull relating, codependency, deadness/flatness, running/ghosting, etc.

The 5D Sacred Unions that we are being invited to remember and inhabit AGAIN are about an overabundant, nourishing, and lasting experience of love and resonance on ALL levels with our partners. This may sound like fantasy, yet it is very real and possible as we heal from within the polarized relationship templating we received from our parents, 3D culture/programming, and from our Metasoul patterns in the denser timelines.

Experiencing this kind of sacred union is not only possible, it is encoded in our genetic codes and in our DNA (as those ‘sleepy’ ones come AWAKE again….from two active DNA back to twelve again and beyond. ) This kind of sacred union is only possible with the inner work being the primary focus to heal the fears/resistances to love so that self love and worth are overflowing into the bond.

The inner work is about understanding and feeling the relationship between our inner masculine and feminine, what was templated by our parents around this, how polarized are feminine and masculine are to each other, etc. Feeling these grounds and healing them allows for the overflow into a sacred union bond.

A Letter To The Third Dimension: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (May 27, 2019)

3D or the “Third Dimension” tends to be given a lot of blame and criticism, especially by those who are aware of Ascension and are making their way through their Ascension journeys out of 3D consciousness. As souls we have all experienced much pain as we’ve lived in this dimension and many veils have been placed over us until it was time to awaken, yet too, there have been gifts offered by the 3D ‘Matrix’ including the growth that it has been a part of individually and collectively for all of us. Featured this week is a piece by Gabriel Solais where he offers appreciation to 3D for what it has held, its pleasures and lessons, and the gifts and the challenges of having lived in it:

Feeling Your Relationship To ‘Empowerment’ In Your Life & Healing Path

“Empowerment” has been a theme arising in a few sessions I’ve had with women lately.

Empowerment around really stepping up for their own healing. Empowerment around finding their independence. Empowerment around collaborating with life while holding the parts that may feel afraid of it, anxious about it, sad that it doesn’t seem to be giving them what they feel they want.

I’ve had so much anxiety myself over the years… coming into this lifetime feeling as if I “never belonged“. On the other side of that coin though, I can feel now how others in my life really genuinely tried to connect with me sometimes yet there was so much within me that was rejecting myself that I rejected others often unconsciously. Also, there’s a way that I knew I was never meant to belong in the same way others did. I had to have something to push against in order to find the true me. It’s almost like I was born more into a 4D reality rather than a 3D one, at least internally.

To find your empowerment and the healing of this anxiety/depression is a journey. It’s deeper than what medication can touch. It’s deeper than what many spiritual/therapy practices can touch too. It’s not there to be transcended because if you do this, it will fire back like a boomerang over and over again until you can really feel it and heal it through empowered steps within.

You are not your birth family. You are not your current social world. You are not your school, your grades, your upbringing.

You are a unique tapestry that needs expression in this world that also needs YOU. You are full of gifts that may actually be dormant or buried right now until you can find those steps into your independence, creating the space they need to emerge and unfold. You are a story that is yet to be discovered. A record skipping on one note until you nudge the needle in another direction. So much of what you want to heal inside of you starts with taking a step (even a cautious one) into what’s next for you, whether it feels like a small step or a big one.

You get to choose the path that feels most empowering for you, that helps you feel as if you get to heal AND have a life of goodness, stability, independence, and endless self-discovery. The one I’ve found most empowering is the one I offer, where you get to connect to and have a deepening relationship with the part(s) of you that are deeply afraid, that identify so closely with anxiety and/or depression. Once you can show up for these parts and give them all of that sweet love in your heart, they shift, they open-up to possibilities, they transmute their fear into courage.

You get to feel this gift of self-empowerment to whatever degree you’re ready to, any time you feel ready to, one step at a time.

Energy Update: SOULar Codes Invite You To Process Lower 4D Timelines To Anchor Into 5D Love

This is a photo I took of the sun yesterday! Wow!! Lots of codes downloading that want us all to really feel ourselves, really feel the parts/Metasoul aspects that struggle and react to the process of re-anchoring into higher timelines and more self-loving and compassionate frequencies.

It was nice on a high energy day yesterday to “log-off” and unplug for a while! When I came back online to check up on everything yesterday evening, it felt like so much intensity was moving through, almost more than usual in some ways. I highly recommend that if you are feeling especially reactive that you unplug for a while. Even in service of love there is a need to sometimes take a step back and not be on the “frontlines” (not always an easy one to learn or follow through with, I know).

This could be the peak (or one of the peaks) we are feeling in the 3D and lower 4D rumble… Where there is much to react to at every turn yet always an invitation to respond with LOVE and genuine compassion instead. Especially when it feels almost impossible to do so. If this is difficult at this time, the reactions need to be pulled back inward and parts of you felt in their pain and the chaos of their personal worlds.

It feels especially important right now to feel battle timelines in your Metasoul. To meet the Warriors and soldiers where they ARE and to be with what is moving through them instead of placing it all outside of you in YOUR life as you know it right now. This is key to anchoring more into 5D frequencies of peace and a flow of love and compassion that is genuine and integrative.

Personally, I’m feeling much more freed up from my own lower 4D process these past weeks. The energies of the Metasoul timelines I accessed and felt through are shifting more into hope, freedom, love, understanding, compassion… especially for themselves and what they’ve “done”, or in some cases, “not done”.

There are numerous timelines we all need to feel regarding these energies that keep us anchored ultimately into lower frequencies that can make us quite sick in body, heart, mind, and especially soul. They anchor us into hopelessness, fear, feeling like there is always something to push against, feeling as everything and everyone is ultimately against us, and in many cases this may have been true for a phase of your life, yet if it is STILL true, then why are you staying in these circumstances?

The answer to that question may seem complicated to parts of you, yet fear is the one that seems to anchor us all the most into feeling as if these frequencies are realer than the love that wants to come in and light us up, help us move through and heal each of these timelines, and help those Metasoul aspects of us from those timelines move into a new frequency where they can find the healing they need and yes, DESERVE.

Moving Beyond The Stickiness Of Lower 4D Consciousness

4D consciousness, especially Lower 4D, is a place where parts of you or aspects of your soul dwell and fixate on something they feel isn’t working for them, usually outside of you. When they’re in this dimensional space, which is more of a frequency and consciousness moving through you instead of a literal ‘place’,  they tend to feel that they want something about themselves or life around them to change PRONTO and they don’t necessarily want to wait very long for that change to happen. There can be an urgency about it, like something needs to shift right NOW, coupled with a fear that things will NEVER change, that life as you now know it and how it’s configured (and especially the way these parts/aspects seem to be feeling about it) will never shift into what you/they really want.

In 4D consciousness, especially lower 4D, it’s easy to forget that what everything, every piece of your walking-around consciousness within you really wants is love… and that there is a piece of not feeling truly worthy of it until this unworthiness can be deeply felt and held and the process of learning to trust love again is walked out, step by step.

It can feel sometimes like you’re drowning in plasma when these energies come up, as 4D consciousness is like a thick fog at times, shrouding what’s good and trustworthy and often projecting a ton of your own shadow onto something or someone outside of you. The wrestling with life, with love, with energies, is always playing out somewhere inside.

It seems like this experience of 4D is peaking in a way right now. It’s wanting us to move beyond it, even though it can feel as sticky as flypaper with so much darkness still purging and shadows still emerging, which is actually very compelling. It has such a strong gravitational pull that is hard to extract from or bring love to at times. It has a feeling of an endless abyss or void where pain can just writhe and squirm forever. Yet, it wants us to move beyond it and take it with us somehow so we can heal it starting from our own inner draw to be in it.

Connecting with different aspects of you from other timelines/lifetimes and especially those in galactic warfare, like any Orion aspect stuck in a battle of sorts that you may have come online right now (as I’m starting to really feel inside myself) can help you understand your own pull towards this darkness and why it’s there. Any of the darker timelines your soul has experienced, including in the dark side of Hollywood (one I’m learning that my soul knows well) or the underbelly of politics in any era or phase of ‘time’, are coming to light now as they need to start being held with love and compassion. We cannot damn them, for we are damning ourselves if we do. We can only open our hearts to feel them, to let in the remorseful tears, and to let Divine love help us hold everything that is just aching to be held.

Now is the perfect time to start really feeling all of this, as the support seems to be there from the incoming energies and, like always, from the Divine. We are ALL being challenged to walk out what we teach or offer to others, to fill in any gaps of integrity with our real-life experience in every arena of healing and moving back into love in ALL ways and on ALL levels of our being. This is next-level love ambassadorship and Service of Love and we’re all invited to take our next steps inward that bring us into alignment with an ever-purifying self-love overflow that can’t help but serve and support others to cultivate the same within them.
