It is a process of a series of profound and sacred realizations none of which is meant to be an ending place. It is an unfolding of remembrance. A story that we are reading backward and at times you reach the beginning of a chapter. Then there is the space between the beginning and the end of the next one.
You are a process of being, not a state of being. Each state is merely a stepping stone to the next. Whether the state you find yourself in is bliss or despair. The over-attachment to bliss is very similar to an over-attachment to despair. There is a fear of what lies beyond or underneath each. How could an over-attachment to bliss possibly be a βbadβ thing?
Any state of bliss is really a deep experience of Self beyond the plot of our karma. This is a state where we are outside the story and if there is a lot of trauma it feels oh so damn good. Why would we ever go back into the story?! We go back because we have a free-willed destiny to bring that very bliss into the story. To recreate the pages with the love that we experience in those bliss moments.
Right now we are walking among the βdeadβ and unborn. What we have previously thought of as the βpastβ and βfutureβ is always ever Now. Our story lines, our Time Lines, are converging and merging. This is what we call our Metasoul. Our special story, both individually and collectively. We are in a time of Divine Opportunity to reconcile and bring love to the karma we created as a result of our forgetting. These timelines effect all of our parts whether 3D, 4D, or 5D. Your βthis lifeβ wounding is intimately connected to βother lifeβ wounding and vice versa.
This healing is meant to bring more bliss and joy back into our grounded humanity as a fuel to lead us to the next unfolding and deepening. Love is on a joy ride and that doesnβt always mean things are in constant bliss or despair. It is just constantly real and sacred. There is a lot happening underneath our created veils, the protection we needed until it was time to let go, move on, and go IN.

Timelines merging, veil is SO thin, and what has been called ‘past lives’ is NOT past, yet these energies are in the now. There is so much bleed through right now of other lifetimes that then triggers our emotional body reactivity and ‘hidden’ woundings. It creates a ricochet effect that can be confusing and intense.
These eras and legacies and civilizations (Atlantis, Lemuria, Avalon, βAncientβ Egypt, Greece, and Rome, etc.) are energizing and ALIVE in the now. The mind (and part of you) might want to make them the ‘past’ so that they don’t have as much impact and influence as they actually seem to on your experience of reality and your emotional reactivity and outward manifestation.
Our definition of what is ‘real’ and ‘reality’ is being hugely altered, shifted, and turning upside down from what 3D has said and taught that it is. Our hearts ‘get’ it as they are not linear and they feel every moment as the now….they get stuck sometimes in a moment or scene and need us to help them move beyond it again, to become fluid again…to free up the flow of love, compassion, gratitude, and goodness. Our hearts are what is needed in this now, with so much crazy making (this is a TRUE mind fu*k! reality) realigning of our realities.
Energies of all these timelines are coming in and offering us a storyline to go down that comes alive with our openness to feel and heal it with the aspects of us that are living it out. Sorting through what is what through the terrain of the heart with the higher mind helping too (yes, I believe there is a higher vibrational frequency of thought and that the mind is not bad, just can vibrate at different levels of consciousness). This can be a tricky process with self love and compassion AND need for some separation from the Metasoul aspect living in the timeline needed to hold the space.
This can feel like a ‘soup’ to navigate yet the process of parts work and metasoul aspects helps in such a huge way. It provides a life line and a heart line too….and a soul line too actually. It provides a reminder of the soulβs choice in this life situations to recapitulate traumas that need healing.
Be open right now to what has previously been labeled as ‘impossible.’ Be open to letting in energies of what you may have felt were not ‘relevant’ or ‘in the past’. Open your heart to all the aspects that need you…..even if (and especially if) they exist in another timeline.
As you are open to this and curious, you become more able to ride the waves, experience the gift of them, and integrate it ALL into your wholeness expression as Divine Love!

One of the main characteristics of a soldier or ‘warrior’ is the need for a facade. A face that gets put on to tell the world that you’re ‘confident’, ‘righteous’, ‘in it to win it’, even while there are feelings being stuffed down of unworthiness, shame, sadness, fear. This is the way the warrior likes to lead, without vulnerability, without being willing to feel his/her impact, and often with an over-focus on the self that becomes out of balance quickly in many moments. This part or face can sometimes turn this around too, claiming that it is acting out or energizing ‘on behalf of humanity’, for example, yet to feel a need to ‘fight’ is still about the self and not about a truly compassionate response towards others.
There’s endless ‘evidence’ available, especially as you move into and through lower 4D consciousness, that the world needs you to gather yourself up and ‘go to battle’ for something or someone, somewhere somehow. This especially seems true for Indigo souls, like myself, who in most cases have come into this life with a strong projection of life being an endless battleground of structures to dismantle and truths to uncover. This projection is complicated though… to truly feel it takes layers, challenging mirrors, process, and a willingness to look inward. This process still unfolds for me to this day, but so much of it has moved, even recently, because of going inward, being with the parts and Metasoul Aspects still living in battlegrounds – from the ‘war scenes’ of birth family dynamics to the other-timeline realities bleeding through of women’s suffrage, the fall of Atlantis, and a variety of other scenes of war and protest and injustice.
In the end, injustices being suffered in this world cannot be fought on behalf of, not with a sustainable and deep healing of them to be possible, for then we are not templating a new way to BE, starting within, and that is what this world most needs and is in the process of seeing/feeling more deeply.
There is a righteous inner suffering ground within the ‘warrior’… a push-away to love in its essence and to the love that you are in your essence. Frustration loops of ‘nobody is listening’; ‘nobody sees/hears/feels/understands me’, ‘I’m right and yet others keep fighting with me!’ reverberate inside, justified by parts of you that have become very good at finding evidence to support these loops. The place of deeper healing and movement around these frustrations is not one of the world suddenly improving or ‘getting better’ or letting you in in a way it hasn’t before, but a courageous gaze inward, to see yourself, to feel your parts and Metasoul Aspects, to be with the ‘need’ for the frustrations and battles and feel what’s underneath these frequencies and thoughts that only in the end breed more battles, more need to be ‘right’, and no room to care about how this impacts the world around you, your relationships, and YOU too.
I’m really feeling strongly like there has been a fortified veil of illusion that looks a lot like a curtain with the motif of war printed on it. This veil has been placed, WITH your soul’s CHOICE of walking out this projection, over all relationships to people, Gaia, the Universe, and yourself. This veil or curtain feels like it has holes in it though… holes that have come from it simply wearing down because of the waves of love coming in that have penetrated it, even in fleeting moments.
Love wants to help you dissolve this curtain, piece by piece, as you continue your process of feeling the parts and Metasoul Aspects that are attached to it being there and that have been used to this overlay being the only way they have been able to relate with the world. The dissolution of this overlay cannot happen without your Inner Protector being on board with it though, and probably your Gatekeeper too. They have probably both been working very hard to keep it hanging there because they have felt like the ‘warrior’ facade has been much more necessary and safe than the vulnerability that even they feel. Ultimately, it’s all about love… and a journey to remembering that love doesn’t need to be ‘fought for/on behalf of’. The journeys of everyone are divergent, messy, different, SACRED. The journey into, through, and beyond 3D, 4D, even 5D has been and continues to be challenging and growthful. If you can find yourself getting to a place within yourself where the need to conflict without care starts to shift into a new realization that, thankfully, not everything needs defending and not everything is about you or parts of you, then you can and will find your truest sense of empathy and compassion — an ever-purifying pool of self love that you can pour from into your connections with others and service of love calling.
You will find your deepest, most vulnerable reality, and the purest heart of your being that has always been there, even in the most ‘war-torn’ moments of your life and Metasoul experience… that is a very refreshing place to live, love and serve from!

From the Soulβs perspective, you have seen and been through more than you can possibly let in at one time. It is a galaxy of experience that has been veiled for your protection and conscious integration. There is so much that lies in between you and Source. Each of our metasouls is like a planet unto itself. A light side and a shadow side. This planet is rich with emotive stories that live in our BEing. The scenes are playing out. Some searching for redemption, some forgiveness, and all for a connection. A connection to you and itself. You are the one you and they have been looking for to be found, witnessed, felt, and brought into the wholeness of your Divine Heart that lay at the center of that galaxy.
The Metasoul is a vibrating, pulsating conglomeration of individuated aspects that hold so many gifts for each of us. We are connected to different timelines for many different reasons be it past, present, or future. This dimension or the multitude of others. The scope of it is immense. Permitting the imagination to fly where it needs to intuitively, you can pick up on a particular consciousness/energy that is meant to be felt at that moment. It can be connected to a specific situation in your life or it can be a general theme that has pervaded over the years and has yet to find its βsolutionβ.
There may be some dark and tragic pieces that are at the root of any karmic cycling. It is as if these aspects and parts are caught in a tumble dry. The part of a river that where nothing seems like it can escape for it hasnβt been able to get outside itself. In the course of my own personal process, there have been many of these βlivesβ that I have come in contact with that seek a closure, a heart to land in, and a perspective to lean into that is not the one that has kept them stuck and in pain. Some have been known figures, but many are just known to us and our heart.
Whether any of this is βrealβ or not really is beyond the scope of what matters most. How does it feel? Is it alive and breathing inside of you? Can you see it or sense it in your body? Does the pain feel real? Are the tears real? Then it is real as you need it to be to heal. When there is another heart for it to land in then it creates a space that is full of human heart-open lushness that is beyond words.
Set yourself on a path of selves-discovery. There is a treasure to integrate on the way back to Source even as we hold Source close to us in the process. It a value-add for the very reason why we chose these lives in the first place.

The veils of remembering and reliving this life traumas and other lifetimes/timelines are REALLY lifting now. As we move into the Solstice frequencies, it feels like they are amplifying even more. The continual influxes and waves of loveβs light allow for the dissolving of previously necessary barriers to your conscious connection to ALL fractals and fragments from your Metasoul (Higher Self Soul Source).
That veil of amnesia has been serving its purpose to allow you to FULLY immerse your consciousness into the 3D experiment. It just would not have been possible to do so if you could connect with all the dimensional expressions of your soul. The veil was always meant to lift significantly in one of your incarnations or we could say βMetasoul timelines/lifetimesβ. It feels like THIS timeline/lifetime is one in which many souls have chosen to have their veils lift as the opportunity to do so presents itself with the vibrational ascension from 3D to 4D to 5D consciousness in ONE lifetime/timeline.
Lifting the veil can be a very intense experience depending on how your soul has chosen to experience it. For some, it comes in when you choose βpast lifeβ regression therapy sessions or shamanic journeys or other methods that access these timelines for you. Access to the βmemoryβ of these other timelines can be traumatic though as you arenβt sure how to digest what you are seeing and feeling, You can βfuseβ to these timeline experiences (especially the very traumatic ones) as if it IS you. Also, you may access these timelines one time and then just βleaveβ the portal open to this timeline. The vibration of trauma hasnβt been moved and the timeline is still flooding your BEing emotionally. I see this quite a lot in sessions, especially with those souls who have done a lot of βpast life regressionsβ and shamanic journeys.
While these methods of accessing the Metasoul can be helpful, I feel that what we offer in SoulFullHeart provides a bridge to a relationship WITH the aspects that are living in these timelines in a way that provides quantum healing of them and also emotional closure/healing. It is also ultimately a self-led process with YOU moving yourself into the consciousness states that allow you to connect with these Metasoul sisters or brothers whenever you want to, whenever your heart and soul feels called to. You form a deep and meaningful relationship with them over βtimeβ and this allows for a powerful, gift exchange between you.
Through the SFH process, you can shift the timelines that these Metasoul aspects live on, collapse those that are highly traumatic, and move them out of trauma and into a higher vibrational frequency. This creates a feeling of empowerment rather than overwhelm as you may struggle to digest the intensity of karma trauma held in some of these timelines otherwise. Also, everything you experience in these timelines is related to with LOVE, not fear or resistance or needing βprotectionβ from it.
Receiving support from your SoulFullHeart Facilitator, your 5D self, and your guides, you extend compassionate love and curiosity to embrace and unify ALL of your Metasoul aspects, even those existing in fear-based timelines such as Draco, Archon, lower 4D βhellβ realms, etc. As you extend love to these aspects, you βrescueβ them from their lower vibrational frequencies and move them into love, awakening one Metasoul aspect at a time to the reality of a unified Metasoul. As your veil lifts, you also become aware of the part of you that has protected and held the veil in place. We call this aspect the βGatekeeperβ. This is not the same as the role of a Gatekeeper that some light workers fill. This Gatekeeper is a version of your 3D-based Protector part, yet they are more in fourth dimensional consciousness. They could also be called a βveil keeperβ.
Usually, the Gatekeeper is VERY tired from holding the veil in place and from being conscious of ALL the traumas experienced by you in your life AND all the Metasoul timelines too. They often feel like a despairing, lonely warden who is trying to maintain a vigilant stance, yet just wants to experience love connection with the Divine again (which it disconnected from in order to ‘do its duty’. I feel that many Gatekeepers (in our def. of them) are being awakened now and are flooding the consciousness of the person that they have been guarding. It can be very confusing when this happens as the Gatekeeper energy can be INtense. From a fear-based perspective, they might be seen/experienced as demons or as negative entities βattackingβ you or as very unwanted frequencies of existential despair and acute separation anxiety.
If you can respond with much love and compassion to the Gatekeeper aspect of your Metasoul, then they can transmute from guard to guide. They can open up access to your Metasoul so that you can feel, remember, and heal timelines that are vibrating at a karma trauma frequency and connect with higher vibrational ones as well. I first connected with my Gatekeeper in 2008 and it has been a very rich and meaningful relationship for me that has lead to MANY of the awakenings that I have experienced to higher consciousness states. My Gatekeeper eventually ascended to a higher frequency and now I have fluid access to my Metasoul and other timeline/lifetime aspects. My Metasoul itself is the bridge and no guard is needed any longer.

Lifting of our veils is a GIFT from our Higher Self and from the Divine. It is necessary to continue your Ascension. How you relate with that gift and the lifetimes/timelines that start flooding through from it is UP to you. You can relate to it with love and so it becomes loveβ¦..creating a powerful unification of your Soul as it returns into more wholeness frequency again as a reflection of the Divine Source from which it came!
