SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: We Are Not A 3D Generation

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to talk about the different ways in which ‘Millennials’ as a large swathe of younger human beings have engaged with 3D reality and rebelled against it too.

There are many opinions out there about Millennials and how many of them don’t seem able to truly live in reality or find ‘success’ – at least the same sense of ‘success’ that previous generations have had for themselves. ‘Millennials’ is a term that’s usually used negatively. This happens in reverse too, with young people then dissecting the lives of older generations in order to prove something.This creates more of the battle and rebellion energy that was a necessary phase for a while but can be moved on from and healed now. This is what looking at 3D, 4D and 5D reality and the Millennial relationship to this dimensions offers.

On a soul level, what we call ‘Millennials’ are really groups of Indigo and Crystal souls. There could be some Rainbow souls in this group too, but they seem to still be young at this time and not really considered part of the Millennial category. When you look at them as Indigos and Crystals, which is really just another handy label to use for a while, you can feel how there are many reasons why these young human beings haven’t been able to inhabit 3D life the ways that older generations have been. They haven’t come into this life pre-wired for it, as they are supposed to be the leaders of new consciousness.

Many Millennials are entrepreneurial and highly creative. Many of them are naturally multi-dimensional and have little to no barriers to their soul gifts if they are nurtured and seen by those supporting them. There has been an intense generation gap for Millennials and Baby Boomers to navigate together and this has created tension on both sides. There’s a lot to feel about how this is happening on the inside of each individual, from part to part, and Metasoul Aspect to Metasoul Aspect too.

Millennials (or Indigos and Crystals) were never meant to be in 3D the same way that other generations have been and needed to be. Even just being with this realization helps to move something in the collective and we can all start to really appreciate who we have been, who we are now, and who we are meant to become.

The Sacred In The Ordinary

Any ‘ordinary’ moment holds the key to our sacredness….

It has been a while since I have written. There is a way in which a part of me can feel a need to get a little epic with the writing. Wanting to express and feel the depths of something that is moving in the collective heart and soulscape. That is all good. It brings a wider aperture to life. But I am wanting to feel how even what we call the ordinary has so much to offer in reflection.

This past weekend there was a lot going on emotionally between myself and Kalayna, as we have been feeling how parts of us have related to each other in the past that has had an impact on the way we see and experience each other. This lead to some conflict between us that opened out into deeper understanding between these parts, and a new place of goodness, love and awareness between us.

Then there was our poor dog Sara that got a hold of something poisonous not too long after that sent us to the vet and and overnight stay for her. As she was shaking profusely, I could feel an arising sense of “okayness” inside of me. I felt she would be okay. Feeling the young part of me that had concern and didn’t want Sara to be in pain. There was a container of trust that helped bring love into the process and let it works its magic. If the undesirable happened, then I would be with that in all that ways that I need to be. But in the moment, Love and trust were the only thing I needed to feel.

Yesterday, as a community, we had one of the more abundant days since moving to Mexico. We visited a new fancy grocery store that had Golden Earth tones to it in regards to its selection, design, and atmosphere. It was more money than we had spent on a trip like this and our old conditioning to some moments to adjust to. Moving from scarcity to abundance is a process and it is getting used to being in the larger pool of that that is marked by appreciation and gratitude. We also purchased another used MacBook for Raphael on top of it all! That was the mark of continually shifting timelines.

So in retrospect, with introspect, I can feel how there are no ordinary moments. 3D is really a consciousness. A way we relate to things and circumstances. The fifth dimension is something we don’t travel to, but rather something we let in and open up to if we can feel and heal the parts of us that are filtering it out due to a plethora of good reasons. Golden Earth truly resides in You and in front of you. It is realizing this with ‘real eyes’ and real heart that this IS our reality and we are just working our way there….one sacred moment at a time. Blessing to you all in this particular one.

Experiencing 5D In Every Moment AS You

Just slept MANY hours and STILL feel drifty, floaty, and not here. My body is rested now yet my consciousness is still doing some work/travel and connection in other dimensions, realms, and timelines in the moment. I feel my star family smiling, swaying together, offering that some good ‘work’ was done even if I can’t consciously remember what it was!

SOULar activity is low today with winds relatively calm, yet the energies feel HIGH and perfect for connecting in a multidimensional way. One way I can feel this is by looking out at the ocean which I am blessed to have as the view out my bedroom window. When the ocean looks/feels hazy or misty, then I can sense that the phototonic light quotient is HIGH and the energies are HIGH too. This is a kind of blend of intuitive knowing and physical sensing.

I am still digesting the goodness of Divine Mother’s Day yesterday and receiving love and appreciation esp. from Raianna Shai, the amazing soul that is feeling less and less like a ‘daughter’ and more and more like BEloved soul family. Wonderful food and much singing together as a group last night brought us into Unity Consciousness in a FUN way that also opens the heart and soul.

We are planning a trip this morning to the new ‘fancy’ grocery store here with thankfully some more vegan products that we love. Rather than feel that I need to come ‘down’ to go shopping, I will take my elevated consciousness with me to that experience called ‘shopping.’ It will most likely arise anew for me then, with the possibilities of joy and magic contained on every shelf and in every package. There isn’t so much routine or boring for me anymore as every moment offers an experience of arising wonder….or something else to feel if it doesn’t feel like that.

Taking our higher consciousness, our star seed consciousness, our star family DNA activated consciousness INTO life, into our jobs/careers, into our family interactions, into EVERY moment is what living in New Earth NOW feels like. Every moment, not just the ones that parts of us may deem as ‘sacred’ or ‘spiritual’. When you experience this every moment 5Dness from inside of your BEing, then everywhere feels like heaven! What ‘outside’ looks and feels like matters less and less, although you do desire to be in resonance.

How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Your presence and participation are a gift and a blessing.

Energy Update: INtegration Of Inner Polar Shifts

There is MUCH to digest since the 5/5 gateway/star gate 5D experience frequencies OPENED out wide (like an open house to connect with your 5D Self, Guides, Higher Consciousness aspects.) We are invited to walk through our own version of the golden arches, to experience our own versions of Heaven in THIS Now, and to connect with Angelic/Heavenly frequencies of our Metasoul. This is pure golden honey love experience when allowed INto your heart and soul!

Being in the direct stream of SOULar energies flowing from a large coronal hole since a 5/5 gateway opening has amplified the magnetics of Gaia and our own magnetics TOO. There is a reverberation going through Gaia’s orbit, through our own orbits too in response to this. We are moving out of the direct flow of these energies now on May 11th as Gaia continues to rotate around….until mid-June when we are in direct line again with the coronal hole, according to spaceweather.com.

I offered yesterday though the importance of INtegrating these energies…..rest, BEing, connecting with Gaia (both physically and etherically). These are STRONG energies meant to change your inner and outer worlds.

Kundalini activation (Divine Feminine), non-dual awakenings (loose mind and less mental grid filter over reality), popping ascension chakras to another level is ALL possible during these kind of frequencies. This is the flushes and rushes of energy; the cluttered and clouded thinking (can’t find words sometimes!); the neck/head pain; the sore throats (finally through THAT one, I can sing again!!) If you’ve already experienced some of these things in your awakening, you might feel this as a ‘recharge’ or ‘boost’ to them.

These are the ‘polar shifts’ that are happening with Ascension…..shifting the polarities inside of you too that may exist from one part of you to another. Push-pulls and mixed feelings are just not able to be represented in one ‘I’ voice as the truth of 3D experience is to be fragmented in response to the density. This especially seems to be true connected to relationships where there can be SO many parts active in the bond and connection that want different things.

To heal polarities is to identify and connect with the diverging energies inside, the contrasting voices that argue against each other….this could be happening hugely unconscious to you in many moments even! These current energies are SUPPORTING the truth of your soul and what it most wants and needs and is meant to do here. This can be way uncomfortable though for parts of you still attached and anchored to 3D through relationships, geographies, careers, etc.

Many people have commented this week, “I’m so glad that I’m not alone in this,” appreciating the feeling sense of community connection, seeing/feeling others who are experiencing these energies in the same sensitive way. You are NOT alone in this…..you are ahead of the curve and maybe many of those in your life and immediate surroundings. This TOO will shift though as your desire to be in community and in resonance grows, as it is eventually meant to. As you create an inner commUNITY, so you draw the outer commUNITY.

Energy Update: Moving Into INtegration Now and Tenderhearted Feelings

So, we are moving ‘out’ of the direct airstream SOULAR energy wind flow that we’ve been in for days now that was bringing in heightened and intense SOULar activations and geomagnetic storms too. They are still available in the atmosphere and waiting to be brought into your every living cell and emotional body and chakra vortexes. These energies were WHEW on the body and you may still be feeling the sleepiness, the flu-like symptoms of aches/pains/congestions, the dizziness/light headedness.

Now…..is the space and time for INtegration. The going within, the checking in, feeling the tears and fears that these activating UPgrades are meant to push up. Seeing and responding to the timelines from your Metasoul that connects to WHY you need the particular upgrades that you do. Soul gifts are really activating in this latest round since the beginning of the year, so notice what you can DO and BE now that you didn’t realize that you could before. To integrate a soul gift is to feel the resistance and fear that comes up (usually connected to persecution from other timelines/lifetimes and this life messages of unworthiness). To be with the part of you that relates with the soul gift and to bring love to this.

I am finding that so much is touching me deeply right now as more soul gift activations come in, like what I shared yesterday about fifth chakra/light language throat gifts. Before that, it was galactic consciousness connection at a DNA level with expanded capacity to connect with my star family at a high vibrational frequency in a way that bridges to my everyday reality. I cry even more easily now in response to kindness or loss or traumas finally being felt and released. I can more feel the world’s emotional body and its aches/pains that once mirrored my own.

The tears feel like Mother Mary’s unwavering compassion, Dark Mother/Pele/Kali’s uncompromising death/rebirth, Gaia’s stunning natural beauty…..these textures and tones of Divine Mother invite us to BE, to feel, to remember the softness and stillness, to remember our HEART most of all. To move into our tenderheartedness again after so much need to be protected and guarded in response to 3D.

Activation and integration can be experienced more in balance, which helps with the intensity. Feeling when activation is happening, recognizing and negotiating your life WITH it, letting go of what doesn’t support the responding to it. Feeling when INtegration is needed and holding space for it. I feel like those of us signed up to be bridges for others in this process are finding more ease, more grace, and more breathing around this ACT and IN process.

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area: From 3D Money To 5D Abundance

In this third video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their perspective on shifting from 3D money-focus to a 5D abundance-focus. They share openly about their experience with contributing their income to and sharing money as a conscious community and how this is made possible through parts work – being with the parts of you that have different reactions to money and different conditioning around it too.

Ascension invites you into a different picture in all areas of your life, including the financial area. Moving from 3D to 4D to 5D is a process of being with all of the tensions from parts of you as you deepen your awakening and healing experiences and integrate them into your life. Money making in a 3D sense can become an anchor for parts of you to hold on to 3D as a reality, meanwhile your soul has other plans and desires. It is important to navigate and create a bridge between your deepening and expanding journey back to the love that you ARE and your life as you’re choosing to live it right now. This definitely applies in the world of finances and can’t really be avoided, as this is an area that often leaves parts feeling powerless and victimized.

Moving into 5D abundance, as Gabriel and Kalayna experience and offer it, means that you are able to see, feel and experience true abundance that comes from within. You’re able to feel a flexibility when it comes to going where your heart and soul are being called to go and investing financially in your healing, however necessary for your next steps. Being with parts of you helps to free up the flexibility, creative thinking, intuition, and resourcefulness you’ll need to truly inhabit a 5D abundance, service-of-love based consciousness.

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to digest this idea of ‘Millennial spirituality’. Raianna shares from her personal experience and observations of others around her age. Kalayna shares her experience as well. Together they cover the age range of 23-30 and so they offer much from their different perspectives and what the spiritual world has meant for them and those they’ve known or been friends with.

They talk about the different roles of spirituality, religion and morals in their generation and how this has shown itself in different parts of people, like the Inner Mother and Father, for example, especially if there has been a religious or moralistic upbringing of any kind. Spirituality is something that seems to be being explored from the inside out in the young people of today, whereas in older generations the focus has generally been from the outside in. It really is an invitation for ‘new school’ spirituality to emerge and challenge with love the ‘old school’ spiritual scaffolding and ideas while nurturing a world that is love-focused in a genuine way.

They also talk about some of the challenges of this process for younger generations, as they reach for ideals of ‘tolerance’ and ‘inclusion’ to mend what isn’t feeling tolerable within in the relationship between parts of them, especially as they arise and grow-up in the midst of an older generation with different ideas of how life works and what love IS.

You Are BEcoming Your Service Of Love/5D Self

These ongoing SOULar winds/geostorms and heightened Gaia frequency energies are HERE to activate your Service Of Love Self. You could also feel this as your 5D Self…..Higher Self frequencies coming into your body AS you integrate 3D parts that can finally unanchor from 3D consciousness in response to your love. This is your service of love process with yourself as your primary focus that then overflows to serve love with others.

Every moment offers an opportunity, an invitation, to serve love. The service of love is the highest purpose for which we can engage here. Not service in a martyr way or self sacrifice way or to care take those around you…yet service of love FOR you AS you WITH you and BY you. Sometimes it may even feel like the service of love form that life is inviting you into is BEYOND you or at least the current version of you or the you that you have known yourself to be so far this life. This is the question you can hold in your heart in the moment: Am I serving love or am I serving fear?

The WHY of choosing fear is the deeper ground of exploration into your heart and soul and the aspects/parts of you that hold fear and NEED love to choose something else…..in order to choose something BEYOND the fear.

Other people/entities/’negative’ aliens can’t make you choose fear or to serve fear. Only YOU (and parts of you) can choose to BE that, to respond in that way, to feel fear in response to their fear.

The self empowerment here is that only YOU can choose your response, so what will it be? What IS your response and WHY is it what it is? Why do parts of you choose fear?

“WHY?” is such a powerful question….it is the WAY to changing your life, to going within, to defusing from conditioning, to choosing love over fear as you ask WHY and find your own answers inside. Our three-year-old selves were on to something big when they led with “WHY?” all the time.

What service of love looks and feels like for YOU is personal to you. No one can tell you what it is….you FEEL it when it is happening, when you are BEing it. Your guides and higher self can help you get a sense of it and tastes of it and offer synchs for you to connect with it inside of yourself and with others.

You feel when you ARE love, choosing love, and BEing love with yourself and with others. There may be a mode or structure or form of this service for you….as a healer, a teacher, a waySHOWer, a light worker, a writer, a singer….whatever form it is most likely already expressing IN your life in some form or another because you ARE love in your soul essence and it always finds a way to shine through.

BE service of love and so you become and so you draw others who want to BE in it with you more and more…..
