Next Level Dark Nights And Profound Awakenings: Ascension Energies Update

The activation possibilities of your next level came in the last two weeks with the intense SOULar frequency geomagnetic storms (shifting YOUR magnetics and Gaia’s too) plus the winds blowing higher frequency SOULar light waves into your atmosphere. This was the marching quality of March…..marching in, blowing in, storming in just HUGE sometimes activations of your next level possibilities along with revelation of where parts of you may still have caps, stuck places, and resistances to these activations.

Following all this SOULar activity, you are receiving the illuminating lunar light of the FOURTH full moon since January. She is shining to allow for INtegration of all these activations. She is shining to hold space for the continual death and rebirth process that is Ascension. She is shining to provide a mirror for you to SEE what is next in both highest timeline possibility and what still needs addressing in order to keep BEcoming it. She is bringing in strong frequencies of compassion to model how to mother yourself and whatever comes up.

Your ‘next level’ is probably coming into your awareness now, taking center stage in your experience, bringing in another phase of Dark Nights and/or profound awakenings. The next level may be BEyond what you have known and experienced before, in many ways. There are the experiences of 5D Golden Earth consciousness as you can BE this more in your daily life. There is your galactic self connection reunion with Star Family and greater clarification of your soul mission and purpose for being here. There is a sense of BEing Divine Bliss and Oneness.

There are, too, the experiences of personal hells that Metasoul aspects (other timeline aspects from your same Higher Self Soul Source) are living out. There are revelations of unhealed inner polarities between parts of you that cause loops of pain and suffering within yourself and with others. There are more extreme ascension body experiences that call for your attention and focus. There is the falling away of relationships and geographies and careers/means of livelihood and the acute pain of loss and mourning.

These experiences may go up and down for you….sometimes even in the same hour or day! There is no longer the ‘this is my dark night phase’ declarations as the moment becomes less definable and just calls to be experienced beyond the mind’s labeling of it. There is no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ to these experiences. No ‘better’ or ‘worse.’ You can trust that ALL these phases are necessary for your process. The seemingly ‘higher’ ones water with love your capacity to hold space for the more difficult ones. The higher ones often push up the oil of the shadow and the pain that can no longer find a resonant frequency in your BEing.

As you accept and love it all, you find that you are just going through the fear places in order to open up MORE love. There is no ‘evil’ or truly dark here either as you discover that all these aspects and parts of you JUST want forgiveness, understanding, and compassion. These fear-based energies, these painful symptoms, these completions and conflicts, these Dark Nights, these dark timelines, all have ‘good’ reason for being there until they can experience new possibilities and start to let go back into love.

You can discover ‘implants’ and ‘entities’ and love them too, understanding that they are all part of you and have been a necessary aspect of your journey. The body symptoms that can be painful and difficult are less resisted then, as they are just wanting to be discovered in their root cause and loved into health and vitality. The revelations and awakenings of these things are just responses to the next level that your Higher Self and the Divine are inviting you to go into now.

The next level is the ongoing embodiment of your Service Of Love Self expressing AS this in more and more moments. Your Service of Love Self comes from an abundant flow of self worth and self love that allows for a healthy overflow to others. This next level is no longer service from self sacrifice. Or service from fear of persecution. Or service from a ‘giving to get’ place. Or service from gratification of ego/self image.

Your ‘next level’ wants to INtegrate now. You cannot move to your next level, BEcome your next level, until the old has been cleared out. The old is what used to be enough, what used to provide nourishment, what used to work and no longer does.

This next level is ultimately, too, about Service of Love to and with yourself and ALL aspects that need you. The next level is activating and integrating….inviting you to BEcome in deeper ways FOR yourself the Infinite Love that you ARE.

Embrace Rather Than Resist: Nothing Inside Of You Is Truly Negative, Dark, Or Evil

The pain comes from what has been resisted inside of you rather than embraced. The suffering comes from continual loops that pit one energy inside of you against another one. Resistance is feeling anything as ‘evil’ or ‘dark’ or ‘negative’ inside. Resistance is judging without love your body, your behaviors, your choices, your experiences.
 
Resistance is labeling things as ‘negative entities that attack you’ and then going to battle with them or to war with them (even with ‘light’) or trying to cast them out. Such a long legacy of this approach with roots in exorcisms, some Shamanism that now takes the form in New Age spirituality as ‘implant removals’. This feels like fear trying to fight fear with more fear. This only seems to produce MORE fear inside of you and in response to the outside world.
 
To embrace rather than resist is to BEcome curious, to BEcome loving, to BEcome your own ambassador to ALL the energies inside of you. To see all of what has felt like outside that is ‘doing something bad to you’ as actually coming from INside and that it has been necessary to be there. Each of these energies has stories to tell you, pieces of YOUR puzzle to offer you. While you resist them, while you label them as bad or wrong, while you disown or reject them, while you hold tension and panic in your body, while you respond in flight or fight…..you cannot create and hold the loving space to find out and discover what they are here to offer you. You cannot experience the GIFTS that these energies actually have to offer you.
 
These energies arise from often very intense unhealed polarities from one part of you to another; a dominating masculine and a repressed feminine; a dominating matriarch/inner mother and a repressed sensitive masculine; an inner mother/matriarch or inner father/patriarch and a very sensitive yet rebellious inner teenager. One of the usual dynamics is a rather ruthless feeling Punisher part of you and the corresponding shame/unworthiness that comes up in the inner child and inner Teenager in response to it. Another polarization can be the 3D Self parts that are trying so hard to remain anchored into 3D to be ‘safe’ there and the 4D awakening parts and Metasoul aspects that just want to ascend and yet don’t know how to be a bridge. To embrace rather than resist is to BEcome a bridge to all of these polarities. To BE in the middle of them with love, to recognize where the source of them comes from, and to provide love to BOTH sides without actually taking sides. This ambassador YOU is watered by the Divine, who never takes sides, who never sees anything or any BEing or any energy as ‘evil’ or ‘truly negative.’
 
All energies serve a purpose in their creation…..until they are ready to move back into love again for which they are being constantly invited by the Divine to do so.
 
This ambassador YOU is your Divine Self, your Higher Self coming into your body. Your Divine Self can offer a brand NEW reality of acceptance and forgiveness to ALL dynamics and polarities and inner relationships that it finds and discovers. Your Divine Self feels when someone else’s unhealed polarities and fear are being projected onto you. When a healer or teacher has not undergone the deep dive into their emotional body and soul field to heal and feel their own polarities, it is difficult for them to offer you a truly uncharged and loving energy in response to yours. Their unhealed fear inside projects onto you and triggers the parts of you that are also in fear. I have seen trauma created from this in seekers and in teachers/healers that are innocent in one way in perpetuating this unfelt cycle with each other.
 
I know this sounds simple in some ways. Embrace rather than resist. Yet, what is challenging about this is that we haven’t been given the language to describe these dynamics. We haven’t been given a model for how to BE this way with ourselves and ALL parts of ourselves. Instead, we have been fed, bred, and served clashing polarities in our governments, in our parents and families relationships with each other and with us, in our religious and spiritual groups, in our professional and cultural societies. This has been 3D going into 4D, to experience this clash of separation, isolation, competition, contention, insecurity, scarcity, distrust, and lack of surrender and to accept it as ‘normal’ and even necessary.
 
ALL of us have received this conditioning as we have chosen to be here during this phase of Ascension with Gaia. To battle and to fight is ingrained in our Metasouls, where multiple and many timelines are playing out these very inner polarities expressing on the outside. To pick up the sword, to lash out in words, to take sides….this has been our dominant experience in 3D and even going into 4D as well.
 
You have probably put down the swords that parts of you used to take up towards others. You probably have forgiven others in a deeply genuine way.
 
Yet, now, is the turning inward and offering to yourself and ALL parts of you what you have extended to everyone else. Now is self forgiveness and self compassion that FLOODS all parts of you with love that transmutes, that transforms, that brings HOPE and infinite possibilities to every cell in your BEing and every remaining trauma and pain in your emotional body. Now is to BEcome your own love ambassador and bring diplomacy and peace to any warring factions that remain inside your BEing.
 
Now is to embrace rather than resist….inviting it all by love and with love to BEcome love once again.

Ascension Love Energies Invite Healing Of Contention In Our Parts And Metasoul Aspects

The illuminating LOVE waves cascading over us now and always, are shedding light on the knotted places inside. The places that, when touched, send ripples of what have become knee-jerk triggers flowing through our hearts and bodies. Feelings of defeat or a need or contend, feelings of loss or a need to over-compensate for what has been lost, feelings of needing and wanting to “fight” – for revenge, for retribution, in defense, in anxiety – ultimately, out of fear on some level. Contention and the temptation towards it that parts of us and Metasoul Aspects have is the BIG one, it feels like. It has been the main default for when we feel reactions. It’s either time to go to war, or it’s time to hide. And the middle ground doesn’t often get navigated, for even to claim to be a ‘light” or “love warrior” still throws down the gauntlet and invites a battle of some kind.

Love, because it is SO powerful when it’s in its purest, most real form, has the power to elucidate this reactivity and does draw out the desires in parts and Metasoul Aspects to fight in some way, often against it actually, because genuine love is a challenging energy to let in and presses on all of the unworthiness within us. Sometimes we need to walk this out and obviously as a species, human beings have been attached to this sort of play out in conflictual situations for a long time now. We cannot fault or blame the parts of us or others who have embodied this, as we’ve all co-created it in so many layers and sometimes even in subtle ways, and, these parts have NEEDED these energies. Especially in the harsh reality of 3D where there is competition, abuse and violence on MANY levels, socio-pathic ferocity without consideration of its impact, and misguided use of power, so often rooted in an intense need for more self-worth and love within.

At times, contentious energies seem to pop out of us, sometimes unsolicited, sometimes fully invited. These energies and emotions, like any others that come through us in waves, sometimes need to take the floor. Choosing to make space for this, to own it and feel it and get curious about it too, opens to the door to much, much healing on this ground. To the degree that we have contention still brewing inside of us, quite often from part to part or very much alive in a timeline (or many) of our Metasoul Aspects, we will draw it, even look for it, on the outside.  In this incredibly complicated world that has been so violent and painful at times to face and be part of, reclaiming our power IS to go inward and become the loving parent to parts of us that so need a humble adult heart to lean into. We’ve all felt the distrust that arises and the lostness feelings of needing to claw our way up and out of the wells we’ve found ourselves in. Contention has so often been the only way that parts of us could grab onto to help themselves out of the well, often exacerbating the situation instead of resolving it, especially within where the real contention is and has always been…

With these Ascension love codes helping us feel all of this now, comes an invitation to continue feeling our next places and especially where those more contentious triggers within us are still living. We get to be with these energies as they live inside parts and Metasoul Aspects of us and help them find and feel a NEW way that lives in and from true self-love and an overflow of abundant compassion and love from us to the world and back again. This is the way of drawing the new day of the New Earth into our Now, not as an event to wait for, but a reality that emerges from within and contagiously and courageously flows outward.

Whew!! Coming Through The Powerful March SOULar Activations Passage

What an INtense couple of weeks it has been during this March Equinox 2018 passage! The sacred masculine activations through SOULar winds, geomagnetic storms, and waves have been near constant for close to two weeks. They ebbed and flowed and ‘hit’ you depending on how consciously you were meant to feel and track them. You may have become more aware during this time of how cosmic energy is not really ‘out there’, yet how much it can impact your inner cosmos. These energies are meant to catalyze and support our ongoing arising into sacred humanity. We became more attuned to how we ARE energy and everything we experience on the emotional and spiritual and physical levels is a reflection of energetic shifts and changes from both ‘outside’ and INside.

Also, linear time dissolved from our mental tracking that much more. There was often just the moment of Now with more multidimensional awareness of timelines overlapping and merging and collapsing around us. There was so often an inability to track with the mind at all and eventual surrendering to the Higher Self and our higher dimensional aspects/guides that seemed to kNOW what was going on. A trust that the whole process was being held, guided, and supported from our Higher Selves was more palpable as parts of us HAD to lean in more and let go of controlling.

These activations seemed to bring in, MARCH in…. Bliss Mess experiences with ups and downs. The SOULar wind currents could take you from intense joy to acute pain to sweet surrender……all within the same day! They could offer tastes of New Gaia 5D states of self love and compassionate love for ALL sentient BEings with deeper awarenesses that we are ALL meant to come along during the Ascension process. Kundalini awakenings and dripline surges of Divine Feminine and Masculine frequencies created NEW pathways of consciousness for the inner and out experience of TRUE sacred union within the body. Clarities and callings and calls to action connected to your highest timeline manifestation here downloaded through messages, images, visions, dreams, and synchronicities. You may have experienced a deeper embodiment of your Service of Love Self/5D Self and the next choice points that lead to MORE of this BEing state.

There were the physical body reactions of muscle pains and tensions, dizziness and even vertigo, ears ringing and singing, head and neck aches, nausea and appetite shifts, sleeping pattern changes (SO sleepy and foggy sometimes) and WIDE awake too at new times. Activation of our light bodies went to a NEW place, an accelerated invitation to the densest aspect of our physical expression to keep crystallizing through detoxification and clearings on a cellular level. Previous illnesses/injuries/diseases, denser choices in food and deathstyle habits came up and out to clear the way for MORE light to come in. Your Higher Heart activation is connecting you to the cries of the world and a place where killing frequencies can no longer be digested, supported, or ignored.

Where your body stores emotional congestion and karmic wounding vibrated through to express as voices from parts of you that still hold self punishment, self consciousness, self doubt, shame, over protectiveness, and guilt. These parts of you are coming UP now to be seen, heard, and felt by you, to be offered loving self space holding. These parts of you want to transmute their energy from judgement to discernment, from self consciousness and self doubt to self acceptance, from shame to innocence, from protectiveness to guidance, from guilt to forgiveness. These fragments and pieces of your 3D Self (your Protector, your Punisher, your Inner Teenager and Child, your Inner Mother/Father) are ready to come back into wholeness with you again and find a soft place to land in your heart and soul. The EQUInox energies illuminated polarization from inside of your masculine and feminine aspects. This may have showed up in clashes and sudden relationship issues with others. The standoffs and conflicts with others escalating so that you can complete, resolve, and respond with NEW frequencies of love. The Higher Heart activations make abuses unable to be accepted, both as they occur inside and with others. Even what you define as ‘abuse’ is shifting to a higher criteria for yourself and with others. Repressed sexuality based on this life abuse trauma and Metasoul/other timelines is getting your attention and healing so that you can BLOOM into your gender sexuality with maturity, with self love, and within your embodied humanity.

The necessity of connecting with and becoming conscious of your chakras in a NEW way downloaded during this passage too. Ascension Chakra Vortexes became more clear to me during this Equinox passage as the next place of expansion in our relationship with our chakra bodies to help with INtegration of these cosmic energy activations. March For Our Lives: A Movement Of New Earth Co-Creators And Leaders

Saturday… This past Saturday was the day of the March For Our Lives rally. Drawing hundreds of thousands of young men and women, some barely even teenagers, to march, to walk, to stand-up for something NEW. This movement isn’t just about an end to gun violence and a determination to elect an American government that will create stronger gun laws. It’s about something much, much bigger…

This is the generation that is here to end the cycle of violence and co-create a new world, with those of us who are willing to collaborate with them. These are the seeds of the NEW New Earth. The one that guides us even further out of 3D cycles of bloodshed and hate crimes based in power struggles, based in profound inner-wounding and self-hatred, based in collective unworthiness of love. This generation is bringing the love, just as my generation, made-up of many Indigo and Crystal souls, has tried to, yet often still with too much of a “warrior” mindset and heart cry and too much of an outward focus, not really going within.

The hearts of these ones who decided to rally are not unlike those who rallied in the Occupy movement or the Vietnam protests. It’s all based on a desire for change… deep change. The sort of change that doesn’t just happen overnight and indeed needs to come first “from the mouths of babes”, literally. So here it is… their proposal and desire for BIG shifts in our consciousness. Rainbow and Crystal souls, many of them. Ones that actually came here to do this, be this new wave of Sacred Human from their youth on upward. It is as much a press for anyone willing to listen to actually stop for a moment and FEEL… to feel the world, the needs of ourselves, the needs of our parts within that so ache for love and change. That so desire a world that is different, more welcoming, starting within.

I might not be standing with these powerful souls in person, yet I feel my heart and soul supporting them, welcoming them to their missions here on Gaia, joining my tears with theirs for the violence, starting ALWAYS from within, has gone on for so long and now is moving into completion. I feel their souls lighting up at this opportunity to move into being a part of a world that they feel empowered to co-create and co-lead, too. And it won’t matter really who is “in office” so much as how they are continuing to feel, inhabit and live from their own hearts. ❤

March Energy Update: Messages/Codes Of Unity And Support With Your Multidimensional Self

The energies, even as they still feel pretty HIGH and constant, seemed to INtegrate more yesterday, to ground into the places where we could let them in. And, I felt more alertness for awhile to get some things done (even able to think linear!) until at nighttime more tiredness and sleepiness as the body works (on some level) to ‘keep up’ and our hearts do too! I wasn’t going to write today or share…to take a ‘day off’ and yet, in these times, with so much moving and changing, service of love is inviting me, calling me, to offer and share. It is pressing us all in a GOOD way, although it can feel overwhelming to parts of us at times.
 
Frustrations and even rage may be bursting out in moments right now. The frustration is desires coming to the surface. Maybe desires that have been long pushed down and away by 3D conditioning that says you cannot have that or BE what you really want or ARE. Yet, the frustrations are useful and temporary, pointing to your highest timeline and what needs to be let go of too.
 
I received the following message last year from the Universe, the Divine, Higher Dimensional aspects, our Higher Selves, Angels, Star Family and Galactic BEings. I wanted to share it again as I feel THESE codes from THESE energies in this Now are offering the same message for us to take into our hearts, into parts of us…..into our ever awakening and expanding SOULS that we are NOT alone and are SO loved and supported during this transition! Here is the message:
 
We know it has been hard and IS hard in so many moments. Moments where you want to give up. Moments where you want to ‘go home’. Moments where you are consumed by pain. Moments where your heart feels like it is breaking. Moments where your tears fall and sobs shake your body. Moments where the sky feels so dark and cloudy and overcast with unexpressed pains.
 
We feel you in this and we see you in this. We are with ALL of our hearts WITH you in this. It has been SO hard for parts of you at times, this journey of forgetting, this traveling road of separation. This road has many curves and dips and turns. We see all these with you; we witness how you crawl at times. How you lay at times. How you feel like giving up at times.
 
Yet, your heart beats on. Your desire lives on. Your need for love echoes strong inside of you. You do not give up. Your soul carries you forward.
 
We watch you crawl through glass at times and yet you keep going until the way is clearer. You fight your way ‘back’ to your heart over and over and then, the fight rests and you are just moving forward because it is what you are called to do on you way to remembering.
 
We know that you often feel like you are alone. How you feel sometimes that no one else understands and no one else GETS what is happening to you and how you are changing from who you used to be. We feel for you and this struggle that you sometimes go through alone. We feel your loneliness and we ache for you in it.
 
Yet, this we offer, that you are NEVER alone. Your eyes may see no one else. Your heart may feel sad and alone. Your birth family might reject your changes and who you are becoming. Your friends may not come along. Your mate may not come along or get what you are awakening into. But, you are NEVER alone. As we are always with you and we will NEVER leave.
 
We feel how you sometimes think you are wrong or unworthy. How you feel that the struggle and suffering are what you deserve. And we want to offer to this part of you that this is NOT the truth. You cannot do anything wrong. You cannot BE wrong.
 
We want to offer to this part of you that you ARE worthy of love, you ARE worthy of awakening, you ARE worthy of connection.
We feel how you forget that you ARE love. You forget how you ARE infinite possibilities. You forget that you ARE infinite awareness. This forgetting was part of the process, the experiment, that we all agreed to. We are here watching over you in the forgetfulness and we feel how you ache to remember again. And, it is TIME for you to remember again (if it is time for you remember).

We are the aspects of you that you feel are TOO MUCH or you have forgotten or you have disconnected from. We are the aspects of you that are from and of your SOUL. We are the multidimensional aspects of your BEing. We are your angel selves. We are your star BEing selves. We are your spirit guide selves. We are your Divine selves. We are your other lifetime-Metasoul selves.
 
We are your councils of light selves. We are your star gates inside and your portals inside and your star dust selves inside. We are your crystalline body selves and your crystalline chakras merged into one. We are your merkaba and your inner gridwork connected to Mother Gaia’s new gridwork.
 
Connect with us and we BECOME you. We merge into you more and more and in that merging the feelings of loneliness, the feelings of pain, the feelings of separation, the feelings of unworthiness, the feelings of despair and suffering, the feelings of wanting to die….ALL of it can and will move with this embracement. Embrace us AS you in a process of connection, deeper and deeper, and so you BECOME this. Have a relationship with us as you need to and for as long as you need to as we benefit from this too. And someday, we will become ONE, more and more, and your sense of you will keep changing and changing until you don’t really have a sense of you anymore as you just ARE unified.
 
You just ARE the Infinite Love and Possibilities and awareness that you were MEANT TO BE in human form.

March Energies Update: Bringing Awareness Of Yourself AS Energy Into Every Moment

I think I have said and written the word “energy” more since the beginning of the year than I ever have before! The energies that are coming to us and for us and with us even in this Now as SOULar flare and SOULar winds and SOULar storm activities continue into this day of March 15th are bringing energy more into our waking consciousness. Feeling how energies are impacting you on ALL levels is probably more in your awareness right now. Yet, really, this awareness of energies on the ‘outside’ and how they impact your insides is such an important aspect of awakening to hold on a moment by moment basis.

These cosmic and galactic energies are not actually doing anything to us, in another way. Because…..they ARE us. We are energy…..everything is energy. What we are experiencing of experience is energetic. Energy moves, transforms….vibrates from lower density to higher density. Vibrates faster or slower. Vibrates at a denser frequency or a more porous, higher one.

3D conditioning doesn’t allow for energy. It doesn’t make space for it, teach it, or see it as ‘real’. This limiting perception is like a box over your capacity to experience yourself AS energy and everything you experience AS energy. This limiting idea that energy is not real because it cannot be seen is one of ways that the veil can remain over our remembrance of our soul essence, our soul gifts expressing, our soul self being inhabited and embodied.

What you suffer from related to physical, emotional, and mental distress is sourced in energy. Emotional wounds are energy and made up of energy. Karmic wounds are energy and made up of energy. Suffering is energy and made up of energy. Mental ‘illness’ (which is not how I would label it or feel it) is made up of energy. Relationship discords are energy and made up of energy.

As you move into 4D reality, as you awaken…..a major aspect that awakens is your tracking of energy and how your own personal energy is impacted by others, by environments, by cosmic events, by geographies…by both inner and outer experiences. You may seek out energy healers to remind you of your own energy healing capacities, both towards self and others. Yet, EVERYONE……EVERY SOUL has the capacities to heal with energy since every thing IS energy. Even if you are not conscious of being an ‘energy healer’ you are one every time you transact love with yourself or with others.

The highest vibrational frequency of ALL is PURE love. PURE love is the frequency which can move and heal the emotional stuck energy, the karmic stuck energy, the mental stuck energy, the physical stuck energy, the relationship stuck energy. PURE love is a wave of VERY high frequency energy that we let into our BEing more and more, as it arises inside of us as we heal, as it arises inside as we integrate soul/star/angelic aspects, as we draw others in relationships based more and more in PURE love frequencies.

PURE love energy = PURE love experience =’s end of suffering over suffering…….this is a simple thing to understand yet harder to embody because of the stuck energy can be SO thick and congested, like concrete in some people. The stuck energy takes the form of protective parts, fearful parts such as the Inner Protector that use your energy to form barriers and guards and shields and weapons. This stuck energy needs to be negotiated with in order to let in the PURE love experience.

In our SoulFullHeart process in sessions, we do this very consciously with these parts…we connect energetically with the energy of the protection and guide you to lead this exploration. As these energies are felt with PURE love, they begin to shift into higher vibration, they become unstuck, they move into higher self expression. Protective energy becomes healthy self protection and eventually integrates into the 5D Self as it isn’t needed in the same ways.

As you digest and integrate and calibrate to the energies being offered right now from the Divine and the cosmos, remember that You ARE energy and how experience these current ascension energies is reflection of you. You can let in a beautiful flow of LOVE as you recognize it as such, as you let it in as such, and as you experience YOURSELF as a loving energy more and more….

March Energies Update: Solar Storms/Flares Amplify Bliss AND Mess States

Here they come! Solar energies from our sun and the Great Cosmic Sun streaming in to activate and to boost. There are HIGH solar storms churning out geomagnetic frequencies, reconfiguring Gaia’s magnetic field (flipping it around some are offering). Significant, pretty huge SOULar flares erupting out from our sun’s core too and ‘heading our way.’ Even the mainstream news sources are reporting about these activities (in their  ‘strictly’ scientific way, yet, somehow, you can feel the underground excitement.)

All this sun activity feels quite masculine….meant to create surges and even purges, meant to shake up and wake up, meant to (in a good way) churn and burn. This sacred masculine galactic energy that has been SO much more intense in the last year meets and matches and exceeds the wounded masculine inertia that had settled over 3D life. It can rumble the technology, the satellites, and the 3D established systems. It can dissolve the 3D matrix and help those who are ready to ‘unplug’ from it to find their sovereign capacity to do so.

All this sun activity impacts our bodies too, even those quite still anchored to 3D reality will feel it on some level. You may be experiencing headaches, neck and shoulder tension, dizziness, edginess, interrupted sleeping or fogginess and sleepiness, heart palpitations. The degree you feel this is VERY individual to you, yet there is a ‘collective body’ as well that you may end up connecting too as Unity Consciousness continues to expand and open up. BE gentle with body reactions to feel them out, feel where they are sourced from, feel if they are from your emotional body…..emotions coming up that are manifesting in the body.

Feel if the emotions that are coming up are connected to another timeline or Metasoul Aspect reality. MUCH bleed through of other timelines is going on in this NOW too….Lemurian and Atlantis especially. Be conscious of which timelines you are letting through and how much. The higher frequency ones can be very helpful right now. You may be experiencing time as so much less linear, less anchored to ONE timeline…..more overlapping, merging, and multiple timeline realities at once. The main sense I am getting about these solar (truly SOULar) energies is that they are really meant to AMPLIFY whatever your consciousness reality is at this phase. This amplification may bring you into just TOTAL BLISS states and Kundalini activations/awakenings (as I experienced yesterday) and offer support to your 5D Self, just real watering for your essence to come through. Essentially pulling you into the higher dimensional New Earth consciousness experience for it to sink deeper into your bones, your every living cell, your walking around reality. This offers more ‘carrot’ for you to keep healing, keep feeling, and keep awakening….when you get these tastes and senses of 5D and higher and are able to bring them more deeply into your body and heart.

Or these energies may offer amplification of shadow places to go in your emotional body and/or Metasoul. You may get more sense of parts of yourself to feel that are in pain. Access to your Inner Protector as the masculine ‘force’ in your life may become much more real and palpable, plus the feminine parts that he is protecting such as the Inner Teenager and Inner Child. You may feel more clearly your inner family crying out for your love. You may feel places in your life that need and want your attention, choice points, and focus….a sense of ‘no more’ of this pattern or life choice or relationship.

Or your experience may be somewhere in the middle of the Bliss and the Mess……or UP and then down.
This activation and amplification during this March is definitely being offered as a GIFT. A beautiful GIFT from the Divine to bring us into our next places of awakening, both personally and collectively. A GIFT to bring us into states of remembering and letting in and letting go….to recode and ‘un’code the programs and conditionings that no longer serve us. Feeling these energies AS a gift (rather than a punishment or to promote more suffering) can help with the letting in and riding out and surrender to them.

PRACTICAL ASCENSION: 7 KEY AREAS OF LIFE – MENTAL AREA INTRO

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, discuss the mental area of life and how we can relate to the mental body from a point of view of love, respect, and spiritual and emotional healing and evolution.

There is so much energy placed on the mind and mental-based reality filtering is lauded and rewarded in our 3D reality, often over any other sort of pursuit or endeavor. Our five senses are the accepted gateway to taking in and understanding our world and the parts of us that make up our 3D Self, including our Inner Protector, Teenager, Mother/Father, and Punisher. As we ascend and awaken into more 4D frequencies and experience of life, sometimes there is a grasping at mental-based spirituality and filtering of spirituality in order to understand what’s happening in the individual and the world too, and why. This can step on the deepening emotional and embodied spiritual experience of awakening and is often a fear-based reaction from parts who are not ready for the awakening or are afraid to let go of 3D reality.

Kalayna and Gabriel also share about the awakening 5D Self, whose reality is more about visceral experience and moving with emotions as they come up rather than rationalizing or filtering them through mental-based conclusions or reasoning. Throughout Ascension, there is more fluidity that is invited, starting within, as the healing and unification of the Self continues and more oneness/non-dual experiences that are well beyond the mind can be had.

They offer too, that the mind is meant to ‘come with us’ during this process of Ascension and not to be left behind as many other spiritual paths offer. It is a crucial aspect of helping us find and visualize what’s possible for us and what our meditation journeys want to offer and show us. Eventually, perhaps the mind as we have known it is not needed anymore, and that alone can leave parts of us feeling anxious about what that reality could mean or be like, especially as the mind and thinking has been so over-emphasized and over-energized in 3D life.
