DAY EIGHTEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Teenager Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day eighteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime. Your Inner Teenager is the energy represented by the phase and stage after childhood and pre-adulthood…usually between 12 and 18 years old, although that can vary. Your Inner Teenager is often ‘stuck’ in their teenage bedroom with strong feelings of angst, depression, even suicidal feelings. Your soul was most likely coming through during this phase and there wasn’t a capacity and modeling for how to handle and digest that.

Instead of receiving initiation in all areas of life around relationships, sexuality, spirituality, passion purpose, etc., your inner teenager received most likely invalidation in these areas…and 3D-based conditioning that fed fears, dualities, and polarizations. Instead of a healthy phase of individuating from family, there is often push-pull, over attachment and other unhealthy dynamics experienced by our inner teens. Connecting with your inner teenager allows them to receive the initiation and individuation that they most need in order to mature in all areas of life.

In the meditation today, Yeshua and Magdalene join us to get permission from your Inner Protector to meet your Inner Teenager. You go to your teenage bedroom and meet them there. You feel what their world looks and feel like; what their joys and sorrows are; and begin to establish a relationship that leads to the opening out of much magic and love.

Today, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me again as we talk about Dragons, Unicorns, and other multidimensional BEings that serve as guides for us. We offer about how it is our Inner Child who opens out access to these BEings through the teleportation portal of the imagination. A wounded Inner Child that is fused to 3D frequencies has ‘shut down’ access to these magical BEings that are here to help with our ascension process.

DAY SIXTEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Child Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day sixteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I talk about a precious aspect of your BEing called the Inner Child. This part of you holds the capacity for transformation into the 4D Star Seed Child and eventually 5D and higher Crystal Child energies that power your Merkabah or light body vehicle. Undigested traumas from this life/3D experience bring down the frequency of your Inner Child into fear, sadness, shyness, anxiety, isolation/loneliness. Connecting with this part of you allows for more more magical, joy, intimacy, and trust to be accessible to you on a daily basis and is a key aspect of the ongoing unfolding of your sacred human capacity and health.

I talk in this video about how the dynamic with the Inner Protector and the Inner Child is important to navigate and negotiate in order to gain deeper access to the traumas that can keep your Inner Child stuck in suffering scenes/memories. Your Inner Protector has served as a temporary and often overwhelmed guardian, providing protection yet often unable to offer the nourishing and nurturing frequencies the Inner Child most needs in order to heal. Your Inner Child can increasingly receive these frequencies from YOU as a new, loving parental energy and from the Divine too.

In the meditation today, Mother Mary and Archangel Metatron join us to connect first with your Inner Protector. Your Inner Protector receives honoring and acknowledgement for how they have watched over and guarded your Inner Child. You then meet and connect with your Inner Child with their guidance and permission. You digest with your Inner Child which traumatic scenes/memories from childhood that they are stuck in. Mother Mary offers soothing and comforting energies to provide a loving Divine Feminine heart presence for your Inner Child. This meditation offers a wonderful beginning place of connection that can then deepen and grow over time between you and this magical part of you!

Energy Update: Invitation To Connect With Divine Mother/Father Through Personal Sun Chakra

Today I feel a mix of energies coming in via our Personal Sun chakras, an Ascension chakra located about a foot above our heads. When I feel and see this chakra, I feel warmth as if I am laying in the sun’s rays at the beach or in a park. I see it swirl with bright white-golden hues and other colours too. Today, it feels very bright and present, offering us downloads and activations but a way to BE with them too.

The masculine energies from Divine Father are grounding and warming today… they are offering illumination through this chakra and also a feeling of being held and protected, while also offering the wisdom of non-action unless necessary, of taking the time to be with each arising moment. This isn’t something I’ve been very good at personally, yet the desire even in my own masculine aspect named Kaius, is to be in each arising moment fully immersed and fully present in heart.

The feminine energies from Divine Mother are spacious and compassionate today… they are offering space to feel the courage and the fear that comes up too when truly seeing all possibilities for ourselves and our relationships, when truly committing to our next steps as they appear before us. She offers, as always, space to be, to feel, to let in love and let go of what isn’t love, and to begin to know the difference as experienced and expressed by our own hearts. I feel my feminine aspect, Kathleen, letting this in today. Her heart is still raw from experiencing a renewed connection with Kaius and the new possibilities for them both in relationship to each other. She is usually very oriented to my outer relationships, especially romantic ones, and she is learning to pull back inward and look to Kaius for what she would normally want from an outer romantic partner.

On that note of sharing about my inner masculine and feminine aspects, I feel how these frequencies from Divine Mother and Father today are also illuminating next steps for the inner sacred union, the one that is most important in our lives, the one that needs the most attention, compassion, and love as well as undying curiosity to keep feeling what’s happening within it. This is what shifts all outer relationships, which can feel scary but exciting, both. The possibilities for new alchemy too is strong once you feel how these two aspects are relating (or not relating) to one another.

Connecting with your own Personal Sun chakra today feels like the invitation… to feel what wants to download to you, what next steps you may need illuminated for your own inner healing process, and to just plain feel how loved you ARE, right here, right now. ❤️

Energy Update: Solar Eclipse Brings Higher Timeline Activations And Reactions Too

As your higher timeline calls you, it stirs the pot in every area of your life, making your nest prickly enough that you start to fly straight for it as it moves more and more into your heart and soul field.

Energies coming in now from today’s solar eclipse are activating and supporting this process of making space for the feelings that come up as this happens… as this necessary phase of sorting through and moving on calls to you.

The Divine Father/masculine is especially here to help with the activations around finally being able to really see and trust what’s possible even if parts of you are having a hard time feeling worthy of it. The Divine Mother/feminine is here as well, to help with the integration of the activations and to guide you to create a safe space for yourself and your parts to feel everything that is coming up for you and for them and to make choices based in your truly expanding heart consciousness.

Our Divine Parents, however you want or feel to let them in, want nothing more for us than the best of everything we could possibly have… especially love. They are vibing to me in this moment to share that they are here to remind us of the journey that love IS. That it IS a journey, first of all, starting within. It IS a carrot dangling in front of us, a beam of light to pursue, but it is also always what’s possible and imminent, never just a moving goalpost. We have so many choices to keep making in pursuit of love, healing with love, and serving love, and they are with us in all of it, wanting the genuine BEST for us, helping us find the motivation to stick with the inner journey of discovering what that means for each of us individually.

The Quest Of The Sacred Masculine: Healing The Inner Teenager

On my current quest of Soul, I found myself on the other side of a ravine having just crossed a bridge that was inspired by one of Jelelle Awen’’s meditations a couple of days ago. Alongside me is my Protector/Gatekeeper named Rogan. He is feeling like the Lewis to my Clark for all you American history buffs. Or the Marco to my Polo. However you want to relate to it. We are a team, and he is there to help me access the areas in my emotional and spiritual body that is in need to be felt or related to for any reason.

This morning I had a hit in my heart from an old part of me that I have worked with in the past that goes by my birth name Chris. He was the part of me that related to life before awakening. More of a 3D interface at times, but now feels to hold a more 4D inner teenager energy. I felt just to go with the intuition and check in with him.

There were some remaining tears about the way he lived life and wish that it could have been different. Not really regret or shame, but just a sweet remorse. Leftover remnants that needed to be felt apparently as I continue this journey. I then felt his longing and ache for a father energy that was different than what he was raised with. This felt really tender and very poignant as a man delving deeper into soul and heart.

What I got from this experience is that as we heal in order to ascend (it does not happen with some effort), there are layers in the emotional body that need our attention. As a man, one of the more sacred layers is that of our inner teenager and his relationship to his father. This feels true for women as well. The wounded teenager holds so much of our relationship to all sorts of life be it sacred or mundane. It wanted and needed so much for sacred initiation by a masculine that had his own healing and quest of soul as a priority. Unfortunately, many of us did not get that. What we can feel is that we got the best they could give us even if it wasn’t much or quite a bit.

I felt the Divine Father come into our space together offering Chris his heart and an invitation to be held and supported by Him. We would co-lead an initiation together and heal the remaining reactions to a life that is increasingly in the rearview. Tears flowed at the possibilities to heal and experience what he had always wanted. This is the hallmark of transmutative healing from the inside out.

So now Chris is on this epic quest with me as I continue to retrace my steps back to Self, Soul, and Service. He remains an integral part of my inner world, as do all inner teenagers. As a man, this will open out into a deeper connection with inner masculine guides that will all be a part of the awakening and arising sacred masculine within us all.

New Year Energies Offer New Relationship Within

“It is not freedom from pain,suffering, or despair that you seek, but rather a relationship to it.”

This is a reiteration of a message I received last year at this time that has come back to illuminate itself to me once more. In working with others and recalling my own past movements, there were pivotal moments where the merging with the heavy and the dark seemed almost inescapable. We were one.

Fortunately, I had an other heart and soul that stayed connected to me energetically so that I could have the courage and lifeline to just stay one ounce bigger than the feeling itself. It was not about transcending it but rather holding and relating to it as an aspect of myself, one that just felt like it was me.

I just had the beautiful blessing to offer that to another through email and energy exchange. It is hard to feel another in deep need and being asked for some relief. It is obviously natural to want to help the alleviation. However, something sacred is short-circuited in the process.

It is about advocating for this part of us, the Dark One, to be held by our human heart. It is about being okay with not being okay. It is about just trying to feel yourself in the room with it. The more you can show up for it, in whatever capacity, the more they feel willing to let go and lean in.

This is not an easy process. It can feel scary and uncertain. Yet feeling the Love of Other, in what ever form that may take, gives that one ounce separation needed to give rise to this relationship.

The Dark One has a name. It has a story. It has a need and a gift. As the moon energies approach in the month of January, they may illuminate this energy inside. I feel them supporting the connection and the remembrance of this being into your consciousness. It is a brand new way to be WITH the pain rather than merging with it. That is a hero’s journey.

Returning To Divine Mother: A Poem

To truly let Her in… you become the poet and the dancer of heart and the deep journeyer of soul.

To truly let Her in… the sword is dropped as you surrender to the embrace of a love and acceptance you’ve forgotten you were worthy of.

To truly let Her move you… means burning away that which doesn’t align as you surrender to the fire of boundary-setting (with care) and the illumination of that which has been in shadow.

This is what it means to be with the Divine Mother in all of her forms and faces… and to begin to understand that you are part of that too.

Gratitude For Divine Mother In All Her Forms

Feeling so grateful for my connection with the Divine Mother in this moment. Her steadiness, Her consistency, Her holding of the match when certain configurations in life need to burn…..and Her BEing the balm of comfort afterwards. I have been so blessed to experience these frequencies of Her for many years now, just deepening in experience as I BEcome more Her too.

Divine Mother is my inspiration in this moment as I move through a challenging, yet very growthful phase in my life. She is there in whatever form I need Her whenever I close my eyes in meditation. She is there during the tears that are flowing of sadness, gratitude, and realization. This morning, She was sweet Maggie for me, Magdalena sister of the heart and soul. I have gotten so much comfort from Her as Maggie….feeling like I am part of an important sisterhood that I can always return back to again.

She is my challenger in this moment too in Her Dark Mother/Kali form. She destroys only to allow for the NEW to arise. She reveals what is painful only so that it can move back into love again. She presses only to support the labor pains that are already happening in order to birth the NEW.

She is there as Mother Mary for me and for you….for any parts of you that need the energies of COMPLETE acceptance, forgiveness, and reflection of your innocence in order to heal. Her energy as Mary so often comes through in sessions with women, offering support to the Inner Child and Inner Teenager parts of them in pain, especially those who have experienced sexual abuse traumas. She is the GREAT caregiver in this form and I feel honored in these moments to be her channel.

Divine Mother….in whatever forms you most need…is waiting for your heart cry, your need, and your vulnerability. As you are brave enough (as this is the TRUE expression of power….to surrender to vulnerability) and your Protector/Gatekeeper can drop the guarding enough….then you can let Her in and receive what you are most deeply needing.

And eventually you can BEcome Her more and more….both women and men as fits your soul expression….not as an impersonal Goddess or a fierce female warrior…yet simply AS love that always burns, always grows, and always sustains, expressing through your very human heart and infinite soul.

A Bridge To The SOULstice: Return Of The Sol

I have been spelling the word ‘solstice’ with ‘soul’ for obvious reasons. Even feeling to capitalize it to emphasize its importance at this time. When you hear or see that word what comes up for you?

For each of us, it has a slightly different meaning, but overall it encompasses something that feels bigger, deeper, and more expansive than our concept of it suggests. It houses our passions, our essence, our multi-dimensional story. It feels ecstatically beautiful and divinely tortured at the same time.  

I feel this time of year brings us closer to that infinite source of our being. People around the world are celebrating, contemplating, and fighting and dying for it. How we relate to it comes packaged with a cultural lens but underneath it is a deep desire for unity and individual expression and service within it.

I feel that when this sacred time has passed, there can be a depression that enters some of our fields as this emphasis on Soul and Spirit leaves the collective consciousness. It is as if New Earth is at its closest point in its orbit to our hearts and bodies. The question becomes how can we cultivate that more consistently on a daily basis? How do we begin to embody this magic and depth of soul so that it just IS what is without it just becoming normal and typical like we have made 3D?

Connecting to our spiritual body in the form of the Higher Self is a practice. One that needs and desires attention just as much as our hearts, minds, bodies, and loved ones. For some, it is like breathing. For others, it is a challenge and/or resistance. If there is a lot of soul wounding, then the connection to It via what we call the Gatekeeper, can be closed down or limited. This aspect of us that was only ever meant to be a guide, has found itself in a guarded protective stance when it comes to connecting to Source, The Divine, and Star Family.

Going into guided meditation to meet, connect, and relate to this aspect of you is a beginning step in that process. Finding out what Its story is and how it relates to your Soul can illuminate so much about its history and its influence in your daily life. What once felt dark and dreary can become joyous and fruitful. This is what I feel we all long for in our deepest core.

We are a complex and simple story at the same time. Feeling and healing that story is what I feel we are here to do so that we can shine the Light of the Soul upon and into the hearts of the world. This is the journey and birth of the Christ in all of us. The return of the Sol.
