Blooming And Sharing, Spreading Love Grown Within

“It’s in you Kalayna, so share it…”

I’m still not quite sure what these words mean, but I felt them just now as I sat down to write. It’s hard to feel what exactly needs or wants to be shared, so sharing from my current experience seems to be what works best for me… it is the ‘current’ of my life and the ‘currency’ I have to spend, so why not?

Well, when I feel my ‘current’, my GOD does it feel FULL right now! It is chock full of a mixture of experiences. Some are in the body, some are in the astrals, some of are in my opening and healing human woman’s heart. Sometimes I get a sense that there is a deeper drop to fall back into around some pieces. Sometimes it feels as if there is no answer to come to, only to just keep feeling. Sometimes it feels as if I want to reach out and touch more context than what I have been able to access on a personal level for quite some time now. And I can only imagine that the reason I feel to share this in this moment, has something to do with the context of it all and my own ‘all’ as well. This is something alive in the collective, that I am experiencing and processing personally since it’s all an echo and a reflection of everything else. Everything is everything, no?

I can’t imagine the world outside of me continuing on the way it seems to be struggling to at times. But wait… if I bring this back inward, I can feel how there are some last-ditch efforts being made by parts and metasoul aspects of me that are afraid of the new and unknown world unfolding within, let alone without. It’s that crazy-making yet WONDERful maturation process again. The one we’re all going through. The one that our outside world and our relationships reflect to us, sometimes in intense ways, yet in more and more loving ways too as it all unfolds and our healing continues. You know, it’s one thing to take in teachings about how what you are experiencing on the outside of you is a reflection of what’s on the inside, but it’s a whole other thing to let yourself actually FEEL the truth of it, to experience it on a cell-deep, then soul-deep level and have it just click into place. This is the breeding ground of true awakening experiences and arisings. In another way, there are only so many teachings you actually CAN take in before you need to drop into it through your own experience.

Ah, so this is why I needed to write today…

As I continue on my own emBODYment, enSOULment, enHEARTenment journey and all of the legs that unfold within it, I feel the sharings that come from it all, that need to go out from a place loved-up within. This is what it means to spread and share love, from something that doesn’t need to be conjured or manufactured, but from something that is organically arising and presenting itself for others to take from what they will or can. I believe we are all working to be this, to speak and share from this place, on any and all levels of consciousness. There is an audience there somewhere, wanting and needing to feel what we have to offer and it will help them find their next places. As I take care of myself and my parts, give them air, give them love, care for them deeper than I’ve ever cared for anything in all my life, I feel this creating a flower bud that wants to bloom and spread its fragrance. It is a blossom of femininity, of feminine leadership that has a quality to it that shares without expectation and without a fight to be seen or heard. There is a core wound I am healing around this. Perhaps it’s something that many of you can relate to. It’s a place of raw and vulnerable sharing that doesn’t dump energy ‘out there’ but holds it ‘in here’, feels it as it moves, and loves it because… well… because this is all there is ‘to do’ anymore.

I had no idea where this writing was going to go today. Most days that I write I have no idea where it will ultimately lead, though of course sometimes I am inspired by an idea or think of a line or two and then it just sort of unfolds from there. I am glad to be sharing this raw moment with you, where I can feel something in my heart that is unveiling itself and helping me step up to the microphone in softness. I feel the skeptics among the crowd, I feel the skeptics within. I feel the ways in which this is continuing to rest and heal in me, as long as I feel it. And I feel how there is a growing authority in me too, at the same time… so of course there is a counterpart to this within me… and it’s all ‘good’, now isn’t it? After all, it can only lead me to more love flow anyways and that IS the ‘highest good’ I can possibly imagine… ❤

You Are The Love Magma Of New Earth

Shifts and rumbles. All making way for what is wanting to move from a deeper layer of your being into the light of day. Into a more outed, genuine, and expressed version of what you have come to “know” yourself as. That “you” that you didn’t realize was a place holder for the more real you. But how were you to know? Even the “me” that is typing this is not the most authentic version of me. It is an ongoing process that takes desire, curiosity, and whole lot of courage, for there are things that are not what we may want to see or feel along the way.

That is the awakening. The remembering from the deep sleep of our journey into this dimension. The feeling of the protection and falseness that we have been used to identifying as “the good guy”, “the one who has it all together”, “the healer”, or any other labels a part of us have been using to make our way through this life….until it just doesn’t hold water anymore. The soul is aching to come out into the light and like magma from the depths of the earth, lots of stuff gets shaken up. Sacred goo among the cracks.

It is only your desire for real love and the essence of your true creative power that keeps these heart and soul tectonics in continuous motion. There is no guarantee that life will look and feel like it did a year, a month, or even a week ago. If it does then you can be assured that there is a part of you that is resisting this awakening and maturation process, and that it has its damn good reasons! What feels the same to you inside yourself from a year ago? With sincere reflection you can feel what still lies at the core of what needs your love.

For me it has been the way a part of me relates to change, abundance, and love. It comes out in physical manifestations that block fully letting in due to a focus on the issue itself. I find myself in the midst of major changes in my body, new timelines, and relationship. It is intensified by the new altitude of energies we find ourselves in. To truly let go and let in I am feeling Metasoul lives and their relationship to it all. The inner parts of me that can really no longer survive in this new environment. I am heading into new waters of romance, soul expression, and service leadership. What a time to be alive! Healing what once was and moving into new territory of divine MEness. This is hot stuff! I have things to do, see, and be!

I feel this for you too. To keep feeling what lies underneath your tectonic plates and what wants to arise new and shower itself upon your world for all to experience and learn from. You are hot stuff waiting to be birthed into the New Earth atmosphere! The plates are the parts and aspects of us that have been formed to keep us safe in response to all that our souls have been through. Love is what sets them into rumble and eventual collapse when held in the cauldron of your sacred heart. They all become an integrated part of the new. New abundance, new timelines, new community, new relationships.

It all starts inside with that fire of desire. Ask it what it truly wants and the rumble begins…..

Activation of Lions Gate/Sirian Energies Teachings And Guided Meditation From A Group Call(Video)

When I first heard about ‘Lion’s Gate’ portal opening last year during this time, it took me awhile to really FEEL it and relate with it beyond the cosmic meanings and implications. This is important to me….to really FEEL something that it is happening in the cosmos within my heart, in my ‘bones’, in my emotional body, in my joy and in my tears (if needed.) During this recent Lion/Lioness alignment opening phase in which we get to receive an even more direct love path from the planet Sirius, I did personally discover and feel what these energies were offering me and potentially you too. I’ve written and shared many writings about that over the last week, as have Gabriel andKalayna which you can read at our blog, soulfullheartblog.com or here on my FB feed.

The main codes or information invitation at the DNA level connected to Lion’s Gate (and available for ongoing downloading) are about abundance unity….both the unity in abundance and the abundance in unity. Really feeling what abundance of LOVE means to us in our lives and where lack or scarcity still persists and exists. The unity invitation seems to be around moving out of a lone wolf phase in a ‘cozy cave’ and into soul tribe commUNITY, sacred union, etc. in order to experience the abundance that is available there.

I shared this week about a deep and profound connection with Sela, my Metasoul aspect from Sirius, and the wonderful Lioness Queen energies that she brought into my BEing. Before this connection, I felt purgings from my emotional body related to a core wound that I am definitely here this life and in this now to keep healing. In The Humble Service Of Love, We Serve Ourselves Too

As I hold space for others, so I hold space for myself.

As the journey unfolds with a facilitant and within my relationship with this facilitant, I feel more ‘me’ that arises and surprises too. I feel teachings escape my lips, coming from a place higher than where it has felt that maybe my head and heart have been in recent hours, minutes or days. I feel offerings full of love that move within me, sometimes bringing me to tears as I feel my beloved facilitant’s tears too. Together we feel the magic of the moment, of the movement stirred within her, that is somehow stirring within me too. I feel her, I feel me, I feel how we are connected to each other, yet also to something bigger, something ‘ahead’ yet not ‘above’ us, that dances in collaboration with our hearts and souls in this sacred space we call ‘SoulFullHeart sessions’.

We pilgrim to this place, this Mecca within and held too in community group spaces together, dining or checking in or both. We journey here through the heart, with the mind, engaging all facets, all aspects, all parts of our being. We bring all we are to the table, we work to build this altar of inner ‘god/goddess’ worship through many tears, many words written down, many feelings deeply felt. All awakenings along the way are markers, big or small, of where we have gone and where we are continuing to go. All birth canals are just that… deep breathing that allows for contractions within our being, bringing about new meanings, new places to see and feel the world from, new ways to see and feel ourselves and the magic of our inner worlds. The shadows have magic in them too. They help to show the light, they illuminate where the love still needs and wants to go, they bring in more of what we need to feel MORE loved, MORE ‘up’.

I am always humbled by what comes when I hold session space with another who is engaged in this work. I am humbled by their journey that is unfolding, unearthing before me, within them, in my presence, in the presence of the Divine, of curious Star Beings, of Archangels, of Metasoul Aspects, of as-yet undiscovered parts who are waiting in the wings for their moment to hold center stage in this healing place of inner worship and love. Wow. Nothing beats this… nothing compares to all that is learned through this. Here there is no kNOwing, only feeling. Sometimes pure feeling, without words. Pure spaces of really letting in love, sometimes for the first time, or what can truly feel like the first time.

I keep learning as my facilitants learn, about themselves, about the world, about spirituality, about what it means to be human, but most of all, what it means to be THEM. They keep leaning as I do, into me, into my experience that has placed me ‘ahead’ of them for this phase at least, into the Divine, into an arising heart that is growing and healing and expanding inside of them and inside of me too.

I am blessed to be in this place, holding this space with others walking and feeling this out. I am blessed to share it as a process for me too, just as it is a process for them. The crucible of leading, of teaching, of serving love, is a deep calling that flows inward and outward, both, like the most sacred river you will ever feel, ever find, ever kneel before and drink from with the most reverence you have ever felt in your life. I have the honour of serving love, of feeling more of the love that I am, and getting a front row seat to witness that unfold inside of another.

For me, this is what it means to serve love in this phase of my life. To wear my humble robes of experience, to wade through the self-doubts that surface from parts and Metasoul aspects of me that actually need this crucible in order to heal. Incredible. Divine. Sacred. I am in love… and more and more, I feel like I AM love.

Another corridor awaits and at each turn there is more.

And here we go, into it ALL, with it all, loving it all, and then some. ❤

Abundance Unity Begins From Within Your Metasoul: Messages From Sirius During Lion’s Gate

I had such a beautiful, awe inspiring, and just plain glorious experience this morning that I don’t really know HOW to share about it, yet I feel inspired to try as it might serve as a beacon of possibility experience for you and wherever you are in your ascension journey. As I shared yesterday, the energy waves downloading from the Lion/Lioness energies were tumbling me, shifting me…inviting me into merging timelines and more experience of the non-linear reality OF reality (beyond the 3D fixed time picture.) I felt downloads and upgrades happening without a clear sense of tracking much or being able to share about it with any clarity (which sometimes is the best kind of sharing and where the ‘most effective’ teaching comes from as the mind gets out of the way!).

As soon as I went within and closed my eyes this morning, I felt an energy shift UP that I recognize from connecting with Metatron, high frequency guides/aspects, Star BEings. I was in a room without walls, felt like a grand ballroom or, really, a queen’s court. Standing at the front of the ‘room’ with a penetrating regal manner was a gorgeous looking and feeling lioness/humanoid with bluish skin. I felt her immediately as my Metasoul sister/guide/other lifetime aspect from Sirius. I have been interested and curious to meet my Metasoul aspect from Sirius especially with the portal opening and alignment with that planet at this time. It was ‘on my list’ and I just waited for the right time, trusting the Divine timing around it.

She introduced herself as “Sela” and the name reverberated through me as the familiar reUNION feelings of connecting with another aspect of my Metasoul brought up deep tears of joy mixed with sadness. Sela’s presence was queenly, regal, calm and graceful…everything that I wish to be and even feel to be in some moments as more of these higher vibrational frequencies of queen come into my this life body from integrating aspects of myself. She was very clear and wise, speaking to me immediately and directly. Sometimes, the messages are foggy or unclear, yet hers was very clear to me as was the whole experience that followed.

She offered me a very validating message that had deep personal meaning for me and went in on waves of love. Her reflections were then supported with every Metasoul aspect that I have connected with coming into the circle and offering me love. I was just awe struck by how their energies filling the space with so many different textures of consciousness and possibilities for humanity as we bring these into our fields more and more in a conscious way. The nature-based goodness of Lemuria as represented in Rae-Na, my Lemurian aspect. The wisdom and awe inspiring technology of the Arcturians in Binkh. The lessons and energetic powers of Atlantis in Mareeka. The choice points and transformation of the Reptilians in Shana. And many other beloved aspects too…

This is not ‘past’ at all or in our ‘history’….these frequencies live in us, in our Metasoul, like petals of our flower, we are all connected to these frequencies within us in a VERY personal way. One of the messages I received today was the importance of this Metasoul picture as it offers us permission and invitation to really GO INTO our soul’s legacy, to heal on much deeper, quantum levels than we have ever been able to before the karmic pains and woundings that live there. This Metasoul focus goes heart in heart with our emotional body/this life healing process and one serves the other and blend and weave beautifully together.

I got the very visceral sense of support and interest that BEings from these civilizations and timelines have in what is happening in our now. Sela offered that Sirians also have gone through many phases in which they were battling against themselves and others and understand how challenging this transition from 3D to higher is that we currently making right now. They are here to serve us, help us, and support us. As are all the others too. It seems that the more open we are to the INNER connection to these aspects inside of us and the integration of our galactic self…the more we can access the incredible resource of support that they can provide us. There were many other messages and pieces to this experience that I will share in future writings too.

The sense of the abundance that is unity and the unity that is possible in abundance is moving through my heart in this moment in huge waves. AND, this is moving through from inside of me to me and not dependent on any other person..although it is hugely supported by others and sometimes we SO need a guide to help us navigate this inner terrain (as I did for many years and provide for others). This is the wonderful, empowering aspect of all of this! Access to this heaven is within you. Heaven HAS to start from within you as you cannot experience it without that increasing experience of unity abundance that arises from feeling ALL that needs and wants to come up to receive your love.

Today’s experience and ongoing flood of goodness energies into me is my gift for being open to feeling it ALL…the aches, the pains, the sorrows, the shadows, the losses, the completions, the tiredness, the tears, the fears, the knots, the binds, the set backs, the frustrations. Plus, all the goodnesses too! To feel it ALL and bring it into the light of our hearts and into LOVE….and the gift in return IS love that is self generated, pours out from growing self worth, and is Infinite in what it offers you from you BY you!!

The Multi-Dimensional Dance Of Soul And Heart Maturation

It’s an odd dance for me today and lately, of feeling both here and not here, both overwhelmed and as if I am in abundant joy to the point where I want to yell in some sort of orgasmic ecstasy… this push-pull sensation between the unknown and the known. The sort of acquaintance I have had deep in my soul with being a ‘young adult’ and taken care of by many though there was always an ache to be independent of this too. It’s a polarization of wanting to mature, to have my heart grow and open and beacon OUT in the service of love and a tug on the inside that still wants to stay small, stay ‘young’, find a mom and maybe a dad too to take care of all of my major needs. At times this ‘parent’ on the outside has been drawn through a boyfriend or a best friend. Sometimes it has pulled on aspects of my beloveds too, needing challenges that would come from a parent shaping their child, wanting to be guided in all choices instead of seeking the guidance within and getting messy when necessary. I think some of the more chaotic phases of my life have come as a result of this polarization, this feeling of both wanting to BE so much more of who I AM and am becoming, and yet being content on some level to find my smallness again too through circumstances and relationships and even jobs as well.

I’ve had plenty of ‘adulthood’ templates cross my path. Many of which parts of me have rebelled against, wanting to find their own way. At times it has been a relief to feel that someone has been wherever I am at a given moment before and can offer me wisdom from the place of having walked through it. And yet, at other times, the relief has not come as then these moments seem to ‘rob’ a part of me of being able to experience it all on my/her own too. To prove that maybe there IS another way that it can all turn out… inevitably, we all have to walk out our own circumstances in a way that fits with our soul and heart maturity level. This is supposed to shape our destinies in different ways than maybe we’ve ever seen or noticed before. This is daunting and empowering, both.

Some of this is the ‘Indigo dilemma’ it feels like, or at least this is what I feel to call it in the moment. It’s this inner drive to change pretty much everything about how the world works or has worked until now. It often comes out as a desire to set fire to systems and sometimes even leaders themselves… maybe not literally, but I can definitely own that in my shadow there have been moments of wanting to at least spit fireballs at leaders through a few well-chosen words. Even as I write and digest this, I can feel different Metasoul aspects of mine that live in different dimensions and eras but have been a part of some major moments in the world’s history, including wars and also the co-founding of different dimensional mystery schools such as Avalon or at least its early stages… at any rate, this spitfire way of approaching what’s happening and has happened globally feels like it actually comes from a much deeper core wound inside of my Metasoul that I and I’m sure many other Indigos are actually working at this very moment. It’s this feeling of, ‘I have to grow up (‘ascend’) HERE? In THIS place?? Where no one really listens to each other, let alone what I have to say?’ It has a bearing on our self-worth, a ring to it that hurts to feel as it hits deeper and deeper. We are feeling collective pain and angst and also our own. All souls everywhere, or at least those awakening now, have seen, felt, experienced much through their own Metasoul experiences, let alone this life (which can be a loaded cannon for many too, in and of itself). To feel OUTraged is actually quite easy, but to bring it back inward and feel what’s going on at deeper levels of our being, THAT is the challenging part…

I feel that some of this global maturation process is about embracing our multi-dimensionality and our parts too. It is about really looking at ourselves, even and especially when tempted to blame someone or something on the outside of us. Transformation is an inside job, really. It is a course of owning that we aren’t quite ‘there’ yet in terms of being completely healed, feeling humbled enough to drop the self-righteousness and LOOK at what still needs the waters of self-love to be nourished and keep on growing up and opening out. I do feel this up and down feeling of being at times in a rapidly moving elevator heading one direction or another yet mostly UPward, is a necessary crucible for embracing deeper abundance and love. There is a pending expiration date on our smallness, a time when the toddler clothes or teen clothes just don’t fit anymore… it’s a time to keep moving into the more ‘adult’ skins that may feel as if they hang loosely for a while until they are fully grown into my our purifying and growing sacred human hearts. I’m still not quite sure what it means to truly ‘adult’ in this world, in an authentic way for my ‘age’. Yet more and more I can feel what it is not or does not feel to be at least for me and the stage I am at in my process and growth.

Maybe somehow, someday, it just all clicks into place. Maybe it never really does, or at least not for long. I’m okay with the unfolding mystery of that. I’m okay with even feeling this tension of the unknown, as I so trust there is another side to it AND I feel how the Divine doesn’t really know either. I feel in this with you too, you taking this into your own heart and soul, feeling it for yourself perhaps. We are creating all of what we want more of in every moment we choose to do so and in that, we are already inhabiting more and more of who we are truly meant to be and become too!

From Soldier to SOULdier: Healing Into A New Frequency Of Masculinity

Oofff…I feel like I have an abundance hangover. So much in the way of goodness yesterday, in the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. It can be a lot for our bodies and heart to let in! I needed to go in for a “tune-up” with Metatron and Co. this morning to re-calibrate to this new atmosphere of love frequency. Last week I mentioned of turbulence. The bumpy course that occurs as we reach new layers of our essence and is in response to the unhealed parts of us that just can’t let it in. It is feeling that turbulence while at the same time holding it with reverence and curiosity. It has a story to tell and a gift to behold.

Mine was feeling a SOULdier aspect in my Metasoul that has responded to life with the meme of “doing what needed to be done” regardless of what was actually real for him emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Perseverance in the name of loyalty. But to what he was never quite sure. Self-image? The greater “good”? Earning your “keep”? He began to feel the battleground was within himself and needed to go back into the lovefield from whence he originally came.

So in all of that there is a passion of persistence and perseverance. Not giving up when things may get rough. There is much to admire about it. It is what helps us continue on this path of ascension and expansion. But the path is not a straight line. To a soldier, there is an objective and the means to that objective. He learned the ability to ignore what was being felt inside that was not in line with this objective. This is a very masculine approach that has its value, but not at the expense of what is not felt along the way.

We are striving to thrive as human family. We have so much built-in passion for this. It is already blueprinted in our DNA. But the WAY we get there can assist us or hinder us. The old wounded masculine approach does not align with the more yin surrender to presence and trust. To feeling and BEing. It can be a hard one for parts of men, and many women, to let in. It has been such a ingrained aspect to our collective psyche. A more healed masculine follows his passion with reverence to the love that wants to be offered, not sold. To penetrate the heart with care and compassion. To lead with vulnerability and vision.

The loyalty is to Love now. To the deep well of self-worth and inner romance. It is to embracing the feminine is all of her sensual mystery and co-leading in a perpetual dance of individuated merging. This new SOULdier is opening up his heart to the heaven within and paying respect to Mother Gaia that gave birth to him. He embodies his Divine Self and allows space for his shadow self. He speaks his truth and owns it with an authority that is willing to be wrong. He seeks all the goodness and goodies that life and the universe want to offer and deliver.

I feel Leo in this. The lion of our inner want and desire. The king of our passion and purpose. He has birthed us on the other side of something new and imaginable. It is all up to us to choose to let it in. We don’t have to struggle or suffer anymore. We do need to feel, but in a way that allows for grounded movement and trust that whatever it is we need to experience is for our greatest good. This is what SoulFullHeart is leading us into. “Whatever You Need, You Will Be Offered”: Lion’s Gate Abundance Unity Codes And Letting Them In

These are two photos taken recently here in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (no photo altering or enhancing) of the codes available during sunset and sunrise…a wonderful range of energies from FIERY FIRE alchemy to soft tranquility! All frequencies of unity abundance!

“Whatever you most need, you will be offered.” It felt like Ascension Christmas yesterday as the Lion/Lioness gateway 8.8 aligned and opened…..bringing in cosmic and galactic support and Infinite Love that is still felt and meant to be on the personal and intimate level for awhile. The codes and their messages that I shared about yesterday seem to be primarily about unity abundance are an invitation, not necessarily a guarantee or a promise. The invitation is to increasingly trust that whatever you most need in order for your higher self/soul coming into your body and higher heart capacity to SERVE love will be offered to you.

How much you receive of these codes, how much you LET IN this invitation, how much you can say ‘YES’ to what your soul purpose is here….ALL that is up to you and the parts of you that may be resistant, in lack, and understandably just plain TIRED or SCARED or both. All of the reactions that come up to letting in love (which is what these codes really ARE) is sacred and the more you can BE with the reactions and the parts of you that have them is the degree that they can transmute this fear energy into receiving love.

Some of the GIFTS being offered in these codes are to serve you in an increasing sense, awareness, and higher heart intuition around feeling into these questions: what is abundance to you….inside and out? What is unity to you…..inside and out? What is nourishing to you? What gifts you and your soul? What gifts do YOU have to share and offer that contributes to unity abundance? And, also, what ISN’T abundance, unity, and feeling like gifts to you? What do you want MORE of and LESS of?

These are simple questions, yes, and maybe you feel that you are ‘beyond them’. Yet, in my experience, most people may not ask themselves even these basic questions as it is challenging to go within. To go deeper in the exploration of these questions is to connect with the part(s) of you that is resistant or protective or modulating love and then ask it WHY it feels resistant to these things. Or to connect with a Metasoul aspect/other lifetime aspect that is experiencing lack/angst/trauma and then integrate them into your world so they can feel with you into new possibilities of love.

This is what BEing, ascending, awakening, is about….this inquiry and seeking to understand and FEEL yourself to allow more higher love frequencies into your heart and your body. This self exploration and BEing real with self is a very important aspect of unity abundance as it creates these frequencies FROM within and then draws the experience of them from the outside in relationships. Without the deepening of this inner unity abundance, whatever comes from outside will be deflected and modulated….not able to be fully received until you are WITH the parts of you that just can’t let love in fully yet….and of course you have parts of you that can’t, we ALL do…this is our JOURNEY here, to feel and heal this…..from within and also together.

“Whatever you most need, you CAN receive”…..this empowers you to feel both what you most need AND what you can actually receive and what the gap might be between the two and WHY. A fascinating exploration into the inner depths of your inner onion that the Divine is eager for you participate in as It gets to come along TOO!

Lion’s Gate: The ‘Roar’ Of Your Intention Comes Alive Now

When you can set your intention like a beacon love for yourself, and hold that it IS possible though for parts of you it may feel impossible, this is what brings about the changes that you are asking for and holding out for. It is not an accident, that conversation you’re having with another about what you most want deep inside of you. It is a care-filled conjuring of what is right for you, what needs to come to and through you next…

For me, it is about embodying adulthood in a deeper way than I have been able to before, though I have technically been an ‘adult’ for many years now. It is not age that matures you or offers you wisdom, it is your willingness to go inward, to find and feel your heart even when it is in shadows and seems covered in infinite brambles and sharp vines. Your protector has worked hard to keep parts of you in a sort of stasis, to keep you in a level of heart-immaturity and with good reason too… how can a heart, like a beautiful, tropical fruit or flower, ripen or open in conditions where it isn’t being nourished?

I feel like the seed of my truest heart was planted many years ago and transplanted over different phases of seeking and healing. Finding the SoulFullHeart soil has helped me in countless ways, to bring my soul and gifts to fruition and deep awakening. It does feel like this Lion’s Gate portal opening today and all month, is here to help us plant and cultivate, reaping rewards while feeling ourselves and our needs on all levels. It is a maturation process that is ultimately about our Ascension and is also about reconciling who we have been, who we are now and who we most want to be.

Today feels like it could be a day where some feel the need for an outbound ROAR! that comes up from the bowels of everything they’ve long held and no longer wish to. It is the ROAR! of an inner protector that is DONE or wants to be done, it is the ROAR! of your precious inner teenager who has held so many years of rebellion or perhaps an avoidance of rebellion in order to conform and find safety or find ways to buck the system. It is the ROAR! of a deeper awakening on the inside that gets to come outward, finally.

Today also feels like for some it will be a day of a quiet roar inside, of a sweeter inner collapse that means parts of you are ready to be stiller now, to let you in more now, to lay on the soft grass of healing, snuggling with the rest of the inner lions in your Pride. This is the softer ‘roar’ of arrival into a higher place where the battles are done and the much needed rest time can happen… this is the roar of your long awaited healing and maturation process, where you can play more and feel more of your belovedness, though sometimes the roar of boundary setting with others or even with parts of you may still need to happen from this place.

No matter what the blessed ‘roar’ of inner change you are embodying today, it is ALL sacred, and you ARE arriving at a new place in yourself and in your life. Your intentions are ringing clearer and your drive to continue healing and loving is what is setting your sails now for new horizons of self and connection with others.

Lion’s Gate Offering Unity Abundance Activation With Archangel Metatron

Lion’s gate opening today 8-8 and it feels, on some level, like Christmas for those of us tracking and feeling the ascension energies. Christmas in the sense that something NEW and exciting is happening in this now on both the outer and inner cosmic levels. Christmas too in the awakening and expansion and BIRTHing on a deeper level of the higher heart, Cosmic Christ Consciousness Heart, inside of us and collectively.

You may be waking up this morning with a sense of anticipation and even can’t sleep because there is this feeling of goodness and CHANGE coming in. Feelings of GIFTS coming in from the Universe to enliven, enrich, and ultimately transform us all. These gifts, it seems, are being offered to those souls who MOST need them….whether long on the awakening path or just begun or haven’t awakened yet. For ALL of us, there is a BOOST of our desires, our alchemy, our passions, our clarities in the codes coming in.

As I tuned into the energy of this gateway and asked Archangel Metatron about it, the main piece I received was that it offers a ‘Unity Abundance activation.’ The Unity activation is from within primarily…an invitation to unity between each of our aspects and parts WITH each other. The unity within of masculine and feminine healthy frequencies to move out of wounded and congested expressions of the wounded matriarch and patriarch that have played out for so long. The unity offered as we become conscious of our Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and bridge to them ourselves and WITH each other. This bridging is what heals the polarity within our soul field and our emotional body. Polarity exists between opposing energies that have not yet found or discovered the unifying energy of LOVE that unites all things together.

Unity within is offering LOVE to yourself primarily and firstly to those parts of you that most NEED you. Some examples of inner, fear-based polarity that can create push-pull and suffering experience of life are between the Inner Punisher part and a corresponding shame part/reaction. The Punisher-Shame reaction INside can then be projected outside onto others and suffering loops firmly fixed in place as this runs on unconscious cycles. Another example is between Metasoul/other lifetime aspects that are working the same soul theme/CORE wound healing yet from seemingly opposite angles. An example is a Metasoul aspect that is deeply religious, such as a Priest or Nun aspect….and a Metasoul that is deeply connected to Goddess worship such as an Avalon Priestess, etc. Being a love ambassador to these aspects and ‘getting in between them’ allows for the opposing energies to find common ground within your heart. Activation of Unity frequencies as offered by the Lion’s Gate opening is also about connecting the ‘Me’ to the ‘We’. Even as you are engaged and focused on your own Me healing and transformation, so you are feeling the impact on the We collective. The Unity activation offers a deepening realization around the important of ‘healing the healer’ in order to serve love from overflow WITH others. Rather than offering from martyr or self sacrifice, you are serving from abundance that flows from within, self love currents and self worth flows that flood the banks of your emotional body. You are at a saturation point of love for which you will naturally turn within when something inside you needs your attention, trusting that the service outward will flow out from this when you are filled UP again.

The healing of the collective Metasoul line is coming into the now too as the veils thin and reveal more and more the fluidity of time. Timelines merging and unifying together brings in a unification of previously compartmentalized realities and civilizations such as ‘ancient Egypt’ and Lemuria….Atlantis and Egypt as well. The gifts of this integration are obvious as the ‘best’ of these civilizations can be offered and shared while the trailing edge woundings and shadow play outs can be healed.

Moving into 5D frequencies brings a sense of abundance on ALL levels…love overflow in the forms that most supports the service of love in the specific ways that we are each meant to serve it. Again, this is mainly an inner activation as love moves through and invites us to feel the lack and scarcity in our emotional bodies and in our Metasouls to come into FULLness again. It is from this fullness place that you can abundantly share with others your gifts and service of love. The angsts and frustrations move into trust and surrender.

Metatron is offering that you can bring these Unity Abundant codes into your BEing if you want to amplify the effect. Go within into meditative space. Visualize a space of pure, white light. Ask to connect with Archangel Metatron, who feels and looks like a ‘thin Santa’/father figure. Ask to receive the Lion’s Gate codes through your stellar gateway chakra/your ‘personal sun’ (about two feet above your head) from the Great Cosmic Sun/center of the Multiverses. Feel these energies move through all of your chakras, through your body’s every living cell, and ground out again into Gaia through your Earth Chakra (about a foot below your feet). Bring these energies in as many times as you feel that you want and need to. Hold space for any emotional reactions that are pushed UP from this, although, mostly you will probably feel rejuvenated, boosted, enlivened, and expanded OUT. You can draw these energies in anytime today and for the rest of the ‘month’ as it is especially strong, pulsing, available to ALL.

Metatron says also, “You are the LIGHT. You are the LOVE. You receive what feels like is from outside of you in these ‘cosmic energies’ what is actually already INside of you as your essence. These codes activate that arising of dormant love and light. You are Unity already too. It just feels like separation exists inside of you. Yet, you become unified again as you let love IN and you share love too with others. You feel how the abundance of love unifies you WITH other and you are no longer separate in those moments of love’s exchange and transaction. The more you transact in this unifying abundant energy from within, the more you can share it with others.”
