The Permanence Of The Impermanent

Kalayna and I just re-homed her dog Canela that she has had for two years. This was not an easy or quick decision. New timeline shifts and increased leadership invitations highlighted a realization that this very active canine needed a new environment and attention that we just weren’t able to provide for her. That of course brought up inner judgments around what is responsible as there can be so much collective charge around this issue. That of course has its truth and its projection.

Ultimately it came down to an understanding that we are not always meant to continue relationships with anything or anyone. Canela served us as we served her. It was a mutually needed and agreed connection. She provided so much joy and triggering process both, all in the service of Love. Then there comes a time when you can see the writing on the wall about the future, but parts of us can continue to disregard it due to any various reasons for the attachment.

A relationship of any kind, be it human or animal, is loaded with projected needs that are almost always inside of us. It is feeling into those needs that provide a clearer emotional reality. To continue a relationship based on an inner wounding does nothing to serve you or the other half of the relationship. Canela needed to serve love and receive more attention. Did we care and love her? Yes, absolutely. So much so that it was time to let her go. She is now loving up an extraordinary 6 year old angel boy and big-hearted family.

As with our human relationships, those that we continue to exchange with, yet do not resonate on the same emotional and spiritual bandwidth, are only serving something smaller in both. We are choosing to shape-shift into a lowered frequency which only serves as a signal to the other that we don’t feel they can change either, or parts of us don’t want them too. This is hard to accept on so many levels. It is the Jagged Little Pill.

Nothing is meant to be permanent in our relationships. We invest in them with full body, heart, and soul and divest ourselves from any outcome of duration. Our 3D condtioning has parts of us feeling locked in through many different energies such as guilt, shame, judgement, and fear. These are all necessary parts of our walking out and are held with much compassion.

When we are willing to bring our authentic truth with an open and vulnerable heart, to ourselves and those we are in relationship with, can we begin a new timeline for both. Sometimes that results in deepening, other times it is a temporary completion. This is done in a very negotiated and compassionate way with your parts. The fear of the fallout is what scares us the most.

As ascension energies continue to raise the frequency, so shall our relationship to ourselves and other begin to shift and change. This is a necessary and integral part of what we are here to experience and heal. Canela is raised up to a higher timeline now. She represents so much of what has been needed to be felt inside as we continue our own personal journeys. A reflection of our goodness and our woundings both. For that alone she was a blessing in brown fur.

All of us in SoulFullHeart continue to let in the new and that we too will not be together forever. As we continue our explorations and serving of love we will always be connected by heart as long as we continue to grow and change. As we recognize and revere the permanence of our impermanence.

Energizing Desired Timelines And Letting Go During This 11/11 Gateway

By now you may have discovered and uncovered the timelines you most want and feel you are most meant to walk out in this life. Now comes the phase of energizing it, letting the pieces fall where they will. This can come in so many forms… some easy, some challenging.

Going inward and feeling all there is to feel as you let go, vacating aspects of different areas of your life that no longer ‘fit’. Even the process of feeling this vacating and willingly walking into some type of ‘void’ space is visceral and deep. Even THIS requires so much feeling and ‘me’ space, as well as space held with soul family/community beloveds, if you have drawn this experience to yourself, who can support and also mirror for you where your next places are to go within yourself and within themselves too, in order for all of you to not only imagine but start living into your own scale of Infinite Possibilities, incoming in the form of new and higher timelines.

As we continue walking through this 11/11 Gateway for another 12 days, this will be and is the process for many… cleaning house, feeling the letting go, getting ready for the letting in, and letting it ALL land equally in your heart of hearts and your soul of souls.

Your readiness is measured in some ways by the parts of you that you have gone inside to deeply feel in this process. Parts that aren’t ready and/or cannot feel a growing authentic YOU at the helm, will often sabotage the forward glide of your ship or draw circumstances that show up as choppy waters and stormy seas. There is nothing ‘wrong’ with this, as it all offers a mirror for where you have yet to go and what you have yet to feel. Indeed, there are NO mistakes on this terrain you’re traveling and it’s all exactly what you need, when you need it…

Feeling the feeling that your life as you currently know it is a perfect mirror of the larger totality of your being, in both its local (conscious) and nonlocal (subconscious) aspects is the portal to accelerated growth and inhabitation of the largesse of your being.

The word mirror in its root meaning speaks of the ability to see what can’t be seen, or to see what is in the shadow.

The lives we are currently living with all the feelings, experiences, disappointments, fulfillments, aches, disease and health are all perfect projections projected out onto this mirror called your life. Often times, others around us can see more of what’s in our mirror, as we all tend to possess less courage to look at our own mirror.

Seeing this is not so much a philosophical realization, as much as it is a courageous willingness to be ready to admit full responsibility for our lives.

Reality is as real as real can be, AND it is 100%, totally and completely simply made up. Both are true. AND, the creator is this magical god-being called you, and me. We are to each other synchronistic characters in each other’s play, upon the mirrored stages of each other’s lives.

Anything I say or declare to be ‘true’ can never be anything more than my truth, as the mere act of looking at my declared truth changes it and queues it up for further revision. Everything I say can never be more than ‘near as I can tell’. If I arm twist anyone into seeing it as more than that, I am out to control you, out of my own insecurities, yes, but deeper than that, I am out to deny my own reality-creation reality and I’m needing your cosignature of that as a reinforcement. In other words, I’m hiding. And I’m creating culture as a hiding place, because that is something else we cannot not-do as the creators that we are.

Hanging on rigidly to declarations of absolute truth is also a reality creating projection option that we all have. I personally went through a long phase this life as a Christian where I ‘knew that I knew’ that the Bible was ‘the inerrant, infallible, God-breathed word of God’. The reality felt very blissfully watertight, until the glitches in this matrix of my own creation (and collective archetypal co-creation) began to become apparent to me, inviting me to investigate my paradigm, and then later to see this paradigm being generated from my own reality creating generator.

This then awakens us to the fact that we are unable to turn our reality creating mechanism to any ‘off’ position. But what we can do is take responsibility for what we are creating and seek to alter the reality of what we are creating. How we do that is up for creation and continual re-creation (divine play).

In SoulFullHeart, our truth is that parts of ourselves hold the deeper textures of this reality generating mechanism and only through relationally getting to know and feel them is any substantive and quantum change able to occur in our lives. Short of getting to know our sub-personalities, we are left with a part of us holding our consciousness hostage and embarking on yet another self help trip.

Your Higher Self can very much interrupt this pattern through your awakening choice and intention to get to know and feel these aspects of yourself. We find it truly is magical.

We get to make up our own reality, and admit that we are, and recreate it as often as we need to, evolving from one truth to another, to another.

That’s crazy hot stuff man, and I don’t think anything you are smoking compares!

The ReLOVEution Of Our ELOVEution

The world stage is churning. Bubbling. The emperors’ clothes are fading and we are beginning to see what lies behind the Wizards of Oz. As this process continues to unfold itself right in front of our very eyes, a grasp at old tactics of fear and disinformation will find their way to our once-conditioned ears.

The old power structure is losing its grasp and the final act of this long drama is in the beginning stages. What this world will look and feel like a year from now is anybody’s guess but what is for certain is that it will be “truth is stranger than fiction” compared to our old way of experiencing what is normal.

This pole shift in consciousness will have a huge affect on those that have yet to awaken to what is and has been happening for centuries. Even to frame it in linear time doesn’t quite have much impact on this Now. What has been illusion based on control and fear is now approaching an event horizon. It is sunsetting. The light of Gaia’s higher climb is creating a bifurcation. A fork in the road that still leads to the same place, just in a different route.

What is happening “out there” is a mirror of what is happening IN here. Your own inner wizards of Oz are possibly kicking up some old stuff to bring you down to a lowered frequency. Your inner protectors, punishers, and gatekeepers are sniffing the new timeline of Love that is rising ever so persistently. Their relationship to Love is a volatile one and if you are not conscious of them as separate to you then it can feel like mayhem is going on inside. They have many reasons for this need to keep you in a lowered frequency as what has seemed to be “safer”. It is one that is the most known even in its suffering.

As this rising continues, I expect more people to feel an inner urgency that they just can’t put their finger on. An emotional and spiritual roller-coaster. From a SoulFullHeart perspective, these are parts of you and not what you would consider “I”. These are 3D parts that have “this life” wounding and metasoul lives that are in other timelines feeling the same rumblings. Those that are on the front heartlines of this reLOVEution have been doing the inner work needed to assist in this epic phase of our eLOVEution.

There are those too that are now waking up and feeling the rumbles within. The path for some is to fight and inform. For others it is going IN, letting go of the old, and preparing for the new. Helping the growing numbers make a self-loving transition into the Golden Age of Golden Earth. SoulFullHeart offers a transitional bridge, through the parts work process, that helps to self-propel you into your Golden Self. It is a unique in its depth and breadth.

Becoming Your ButterFly Self

You are outgrowing that previously necessary cocoon. That safety place to bake, to ache, to create. That place removed, sometimes isolated, sometimes feeling dark void space. No longer able to be in a lesser 3D ground where others may be more comfortable meeting you there, even as you are growing taller than their imaginations can imagine yet.
 
You have been surrendering to the process of BEing the transforming caterpillar until now. Tucked into the birthing space, sometimes gestating, sometimes thrashing, sometimes searching for a deeper and wider understanding. Sometimes missing your precious forms, shapes, and ways that were in the known. You are becoming more comfortable in the unknown and in the space where Infinite Possibilities pose no obvious limits.
 
You are BEing created as you are creating the life and timeline that you most want and desire. The timeline shimmers like a mirage in the distance, yet it comes ever closer with every choice of love. With every choice to love even fear, even darkness, even denser, even differences. The timeline of your highest purpose to serve love comes closer with every shift of heart from comparison to inspiration; from judging to compassion; from taking to sharing; from polarization to unification.
 
You are BEing created as your Butterfly Self….to eventually emerge, to burst out of any kind of safety or limits, to always be growing. You are BEing the metamorphosis into your arising Sacred Human in fleshy form. You are ready to be born. You are ready to spread your wings. Now, you are ready to FLY!

Serving Love From Your Human Heart

You cannot serve love with the back of your hand.

And the palm facing upward must be full yet open, strong yet loose.

You cannot serve love with clouded lungs.

And the breath opening wide must come from the heart.

You cannot serve love with an uncurious heart.

And the curious heart must first be curious about itself.

It’s important to remember that in all there is a reflection. There is a reflection from the collective to the self, and back again. There is a backless window of seeing that is possible, if the threads are pulled back inside. To be able to vibe in with your own parts and soul aspects, 3D and well beyond, there is much information that can be gleaned, and much courage that can be mustered for the next steps… of letting go, letting in, or letting be.

The mutli-dimensional gifts within, are the ones belonging and springing from your human heart too. Your ability to feel is like none other yet witnessed in this galaxy and perhaps beyond too. Your ability to take in, even unconsciously, and have life flow through you is awe-inspiring for those in the ethers and the stars. It is time to be in wonder about yourself too, as they wonder at you. They template much for how to be in multiple dimensions at once, yet not from a human form, that offers more than it takes away. We have needed this dimension, this springboard so we can build all of the strength of heart necessary to continue moving upward, bringing it all with us, integrating all we have learned, all we have been given through growth phases and edges. Our consciousness is one of forgetfulness perhaps more so than remembering at this point… yet remembering we are, and through our hearts not our minds. Experiences offer us this in many ways, and all of the fires and healing waters we walk through are part of the great mosaic of all we are taking with us in this great circle of the service of love that IS us as much as it is offered by us.

There’s more here for us now than parts of us have been willing to believe, for the pain of not having it consciously can be too much for them to bear. Every bit of feeling that we don’t or won’t is the ticket to letting in that MORE and feeling it as a sacred human being arising… with curiosity, wonder, and awe.

Clearing Your Divine Channel To Love

You are channel of Divine Love. Connected to the Source of All That Is. It is how you, or parts of you, relate to that reality that makes all the difference in the world in how you will BE in that reality. It affects what experiences you will draw and manifest that validate, or invalidate, what lives as your Truth. But what is your Truth?

This gets tricky because inside of you lives multiple truths. Semi-solid beliefs that parts of you have held on dearly to due to clear experience and unconscious fears. These truths create an energy projection that alters your conscious reality. How is it that you feel one way inside but your outside is not matching up? You keep drawing circumstances that keep you from fully embodying and inhabiting your soul’s purpose. Going into the emotional landscape of your inner world holds the keys to some of your long held questions.

If you feel yourself as this channel connected to Love, it is not hard to imagine all the obstacles that get in the way from truly letting in, and through, the Grace that is being bestowed upon us. It is like a clogged artery. Calcifications of your 3D experience that are looking for love to set them free and dissolve into your heart. You may even have an intense overload of access and energy that sends your system into a shock state that is hard to function in daily 3D practical living. This too is a function of resistance and fear from a protective part of you designed to convince you that it is all too much to bear.

Obstacle or overwhelm, the reality here is that you are being summoned. Called to bear compassion and even challenge to what is preventing your natural state from being in the present moment.  In SoulFullHeart, we access parts of us that have received much 3D wounding which are beacons of this resistance. They call out to us to show up and help assist in both the inner and outer changes that need to be made to create an environment that is conducive to MORE healing, MORE opening, MORE growth.

It begins usually with connecting with an Inner Protector energy that has a love for you that is beyond what you can imagine. They have done life AS you for so long just to keep as much of your boat floating as possible until there was a time when you could show up in all your courage to begin to take the reigns back through compassionate negotiations. They love you so much that it is hard for them to let you go and let them in.

As you feel the roots of this protection and the pain that lies underneath it, the energetic clumps begin to set off into the ethers and more of your true connection, in human form, gets to be experienced and downloaded. More of what You really want and need in a healthy and growthful way sends out its beacon to the universe. Your channel is getting clearer, though not always easier, in the very beginning.

Expect your life to change. Your Higher Self, and even your Protector, are banking on it. There is all the support and guidance you can let in to assist you on the way. SoulFullHeart is one way that offers a path and process to clear the inner arteries of your Divine Heart in human form. A process that is in constant growth and clarifications as we enter it ourselves and with others that have found resonance and profound clarities. I invite you to take a deeper look into this unfolding universe that is calling out to you through your experiences and synchronicities.

The winds are changing and calling us IN and UP. The time is NOW to let in all you have always been born to BE.

Energy Update: Overlapping And Collapsing Timelines, Plus Activations Of Higher Ones

Overlapping, collapsing, and activations of higher timelines are all happening with more acceleration as all these light codes keep coming in this month and through the next month too. Merging and overlapping timelines feel like multidimensional realities are overlaying into your current one. Standing at the kitchen counter and ‘seeing’ yourself aboard a Star BEing light ship is one example of this as your Star Being Metasoul aspect realities fuse into yours. Another example is talking with someone and suddenly light language pours from your mouth. Or, you may see a scene from another era overlaid onto your current one, giving you ‘peeks’ and ‘glimpses’ into other lifetimes. You may hear and even smell this overlapping timeline too as you enter it in those moments.

There is also an emotional body aspect of this as sudden, intense reactions are triggered by things that are not usual for you. Watching a movie about an epic event in ‘history’, for example, and suddenly bursting into tears of recognition, mourning, and grief as you access the experiences of a Metasoul sister or brother who is STILL living this event out in the now. Or, you wake up in sobs of tears from experiences during dreams that are very intense and feel ‘real’. These peek-a-boo timeline bleed through moments can happen more and more as you open up your upper three ascension chakras, heal your 3D emotional body, and connect consciously with (what we call in SoulFullHeart) your Gatekeeper, who holds access to your Metasoul and other lifetime aspects.

The increasingly strong light codes flooding into our atmospheres are illuminating the ‘yellow brick road’ of your highest timeline path. They are amplifying your intuitive connection with your Higher Self, who increasingly BEcomes you as your frequency rises and ‘meets’ your Higher Self consciousness. Also, as you integrate gifts from your Metasoul, multidimensional, higher dimensional aspects. Following this yellow brick road is where the often most challenging aspects of ascension come in. Following this higher timeline can push up often very mixed feelings and polarized reactions from within you. One part of you is very excited and enlivened by the soul’s purpose of expression here in ALL areas of life. This is usually your growing into 5D self within your body.

Then, another part of you is resistant and fearful of the changes. This is usually your Inner Protector, the part of you that necessarily came into BEing when you incarnated here and encountered such harsh 3D density. This part of you may block and obscure your intuitions and make you ‘doubt’ if they are real or viable. It may delay, divert, and stall your progress by clinging to 3D-based relationships, careers, belief systems, toxic patterns, and addictions. This Inner Protector can be a significant portion of your outward personality and persona until connected with directly and consciously, as we offer a process and path for doing in our SoulFullHeart work.

Your Protector is primarily concerned about how it will impact younger, more vulnerable aspects of you to go through the catalytic and necessary death and rebirth process to align with your higher timeline. Your Protector often sees YOU as a teenager or a child that it needs to take care of and is responsible for. It is also protective of your Metasoul and feels the situations that created traumas from other lifetimes where aspects of your Metasoul were persecuted or killed for expressing their gifts, seeking love, or leading something radically new.

Collapsing timelines happen as you consciously choose one timeline over another. As you transition your life out of the 3D anchored one that parts of you have needed to create and BE in and conform to. This is also a form of ‘unplugging from the 3D matrix’ that has been collaboratively (on a soul level) been created with fear-based Reptilians and other Star BEings. This 3D matrix timeline is collapsing and you can see and feel it in the recent political rumblings, Hollywood disclosures, with much more coming. It is a bumpy transition to the higher timeline collectively, especially with so many souls still anchored deeply to 3D reality.

Collapsing timelines can be felt most dramatically during personal crisis, such as leaving a marriage or long-term relationship; getting ‘fired’ or leaving a long-term career or retiring; a sudden death or serious illness; changing geographies. Sometimes these collapsing timelines can feel like they are ‘happening to you’ as parts of you (usually, again, your Protector) may be in understandable fear and resistance to the changes and UPheaval that they bring. This is ash in the air with often deep valleys and dips of despair, depression, and mourning, as the old timeline feels like it is being ‘burned to the ground’ and parts of you along with it.

As you consciously make choices following your yellow brick road timeline, love comes in more and more to hold the space. You feel how ALL of the rumbles, quakes, burnings, and collapses are in order to clear out what is no longer supporting your highest expression. You support resistive parts of you to feel this trust at deeper levels too, inviting them to join you in the journey toward the realization of your dreams manifesting in ALL areas of your life as you increasingly align with the Divine in purpose AS your highest timeline service of love here.

Gaia continues to ascend into fourth dimensional consciousness or transitional consciousness from 3D to 5D New Golden Earth with a big surge seemingly of this in the last few months particularly. The storms, earthquakes, fires, volcanic eruptions, and tornados…all matter of extreme weather are Her growing and birth pains as She labors through to let go of the anchors to 3D frequencies that exist in the very cells of Her plates and crusts. Her death and rebirth, Her churning and burning, Her grasping and releasing process, mirrors our own. The many portals opening up and making available HIGH cosmic light and PURE love energies set Her stage for the next, as they do humanities too.
 
Anchoring into consciousness states is necessary for our survival and our thrival. We anchored into Gaia’s 3D ‘Earth’ reality as it was the sea for our bodily boat. It is instinct to do this and when we are young we just ‘hook in’ this way to the consciousness around us. We acclimate to the energies around us….of our birth families, of our caregivers, of our geographies, of our educational experiences…and on and on. To NOT anchor in would be to drift and float, to have no landing place, to not be embodied here. To NOT anchor in would most likely be to leave the body and pass on again.
 
The incarnation experiment in 3D is the choice on a soul level to anchor into frequencies that are much denser, more polarized, and, therefore, fractured in certain ways from the flow of porous, unity consciousness that we are used to as a soul. Many of our other Metasoul aspects (who project off the same higher dimensional soul source as us or Higher Self Source) are still in higher consciousness frequencies. Your Arcturian Metasoul aspect, for example, is most likely in seventh dimensional consciousness or higher. These other Metasoul aspects are anchored into their consciousness as it was what that Metasoul projection choose to experience. Their choice of higher consciousness experience is not ‘better’ than yours. In fact, they are in awe of the effort, strength, bravery, and difficulty it is to BE in 3D consciousness and especially during this 4D transition to becoming sacred human (5D consciousness in the human body.)
 
This anchoring into 3D here has been SO necessary. This is important to hold as you continue the process going forward of anchoring out of it. As you are feeling and seeing with Gaia’s transition, this is a often tumultuous experience. To anchor OUT of what parts of you are used to feels, on some level, like suicide or, at least, very risky. Your 3D self (and aspects such as the Inner Protector) have invested into the solidity of 3D. They have counted on its density, even if it has often brought up suffering, lack, pain, to BE in it. Your 3D self has gotten used to this suffering ground, this flattened five sense reality processing, this focus on the externalized world rather than the internal one. It has gotten used to the games, delusions, fear-based relationality, and lack of transparency that defines 3D reality. Receiving templates of the wounded masculine in so many expressions, your 3D self internalizes these frequencies and acts them out like characters in a play.
 
As your soul awakens and your Higher Self chooses to come along with Gaia’s ascension, higher consciousness frequencies begin to drip and sometimes flood into your awareness. Often, they are compartmentalized by the 3D self, put in ‘safe’ bubbles or pockets so as not to disrupt the anchors in actual 3D living. For example, a weekend long yoga or meditation retreat is ‘allowed’, as long as the long term marriage or friendships or birth family relationships remain anchored in 3D reality. Or, surges of awakening and Kundalini energies can move and run through you brought on by peak experiences (such as with Ayahuasca or peyote), yet they may not be integrated into 3D in a way that changes your life to reflect more of your soul consciousness on an ongoing basis or even cause trauma in your emotional body with the lack of digestion of them.
 
We are seeing and hearing from more souls who are struggling with integration of the higher consciousness frequencies that are coming into their BEings. Parts of them can be living in fear, tension, and anxiety as anchors are being pulled out of 3D by the ascension process and yet still being clung to at the same time by the Inner Protector and other 3D self aspects too. This push-pull of polarization inside by different parts of you is what causes the up into heaven and then down into hell experience that some souls experience of ascension. The swing up and the going down without seemingly a middle landing place to ground in.
 
Being able to negotiate and digest this UNanchoring process out of 3D with parts of you allows you to navigate it with much less turmoil and suffering. In the SoulFullHeart process, we support you to connect with your 3D self and your Inner Protector. Through feeling the Protector and what their concerns and tensions are about continuing to anchor out of 3D reality, they begin to let go of their fear grip on the process. They start to trust that you (the awakening into 5D self) can take care of the younger parts (such as your Inner Child) that they are concerned about. They need to feel that a YOU that is grounded in growing self love and care is there to hold the process and to ensure a safe transition. You are asking them to take safety anchors out of 3D and put them into a new, unknown consciousness ground often without any or very little support from their 3D world of family and friends. Feeling deep compassion for your 3D self in this process goes a long way, rather than frustration at its resistance.
 
This process also awakens the 4D Gatekeeper, who is ‘upstream’ of the Inner Protector and is guarding access to your Metasoul. As the Gatekeeper awakens too in your consciousness through the SFH process, they start to allow you openings to connect with your Metasoul aspects and heal both the karmic patterns in those timelines, plus receive infusions and gifts of higher consciousness states from your higher vibe Metasouls. Anchoring out of 3D reality is a process that is ongoing for Gaia and for us. Being able to negotiate and navigate this process from within, to steer your own boat in sometimes very stormy seas, allows you to ride the waves with increasing trust and surrender. Those waves are ALL made of Love, after all, and the final ‘destination’ is the experience of MORE love as your ever waking reality within your human body.

Physical And Emotional Tensions Are Invited Into Feeling And Healing

There is so much within you that may be on edge now, consciously or unconsciously. There is tension being called up in the physical and emotional bodies, ready to defend and even offend when necessary in order to preserve something that is being ‘threatened’ by what now wants to move into you through you too. There is much waiting to be expressed, but the conditioning against it must be felt first. Each challenge of BEing, wants to be lived into instead of avoided altogether. Synchronicities are leading you to your next steps and it takes sometimes only an ounce more of awareness before you can fully arrive there.

Your arrival at a place of less conditioning, of unlearning, of new and unknown territory leading to wonder and letting in more so then reacting and defending… this comes from a journey inside. This comes from letting it seep into you. Inspiration in-spiriting, seeding inside of you. The experiences parts of you have had in this life have been trying, difficult, challenging. This doesn’t change and they need to be felt in why they are the way they are. And as the arising sacred human learning to hold and be with them, you are being invited into a room of reflections, which can only happen in relationship.

The Divine offers us much when we are on our own, yet relationships are what truly bring us to our next inward places. To fully inhabit, appreciate and love your own growth this life requires the witnessing from others who are ALSO journeying with resonant values. They may not be who is with you your whole life, yet they are here now and they are exactly who you need, until it is complete… or until this present ground is complete, bringing your relationship and you both to the next level, where there is more ground to travel, more edges to explore. This could be unending or it could end, yet there will always be more who need to be in this territory with you. This is where love lives… in the exchanges of hearts on a journey.

To truly feel the tension of letting this in, is to let the parts of you in that have held case after case against this possibility of being around and with others. These parts have good reasons for this, so it is not about interrogating and trying to ‘release’ them from these roles or this conditioning, but feeling them and simply being in the muck with them… showing them how to build castles with it all, alongside you. Showing up to be with them instead of them showing up to BE you. They have done nothing ‘wrong’… they have only ever done what they felt was the most ‘right’ thing.
