Energies Invite Emergence Into New Timelines, Personally And Collectively

It’s that cocoon-before-the-rebirth time. Another phase of squeeze and move, let go and let in. Feel… always a time to feel and give space for the alchemical feelings emerging, the reactions in parts of you from this life but also existentially too.

Feeling this very personally as well as collectively. I feel my next steps of geographic relocation moving along now, almost at a gallop, and along with this momentum is an inner momentum and inner geographic shift that’s undeniable and real. We are all being invited into bigger things within. And it’s natural and necessary to feel how this expresses in our lives in so many ways too.

How we choose to be with and process (or not process at all) the shifts we are invited into is important. It’s this series of choices that help frame the new picture of this next life phase. How do you want to enter it and what do you want to get out of it?

We’re given these experiences of emerging into new timelines that are sometimes like a ‘slip n’ slide’. You step onto into one choice, only to realize that like rapid fire, you are being given now a series of choices and they all make up the birth canal at hand… the one that’s ultimately leading you into the new and into what you’ve dreamed of having in your life. And you get to fuel each choice with the gasoline of your needs and the fire of your desire.

It’s like each choice helps us illuminate something else that needs us inside of us too. As I personally step into the fire of the collapsing timeline of living here in Mexico and entering another phase (possibly only a few months long) of living in Canada again, I feel the parts of me in anxiety, that loathe feeling stuck in one geography or life frequency and are actually a bit afraid of being stuck in Canada for the long haul, aching instead to experience more of the world. I feel the excitement of the new and the mourning as the old moves out too. I feel this as more of an inner geographic shift mostly actually, where new emotional, spiritual and galactic territory is showing up now for me to navigate and be with as I integrate the gifts of the process of it all. The shifts on the outside of my body and being are minuscule in comparison to making shifts inside… that’s the only place we can ever really experience stuckness or stagnancy in any lasting form. If life isn’t heading where you want it to, there’s always a choice to dig in, into you… and see what’s really going on. This is what really moves mountains.

Collectively, I feel how we are being squeezed into a new trajectory, but with love doing the squeezing. I feel how there is pain, there is anguish, there are battles raging, yet I feel and see how they are all a bi-product of what’s going on within. In some ways, it doesn’t seem to matter how much we tell ourselves this… until the parts and Metasoul aspects of us that have only seen and experiencing battlegrounds and a need to be a warrior start to let in that they DO have the power to shift what they experience and how it lives in them, we will continue to see in the world what we expect to see in the world and experiencing more reasons to keep fighting instead of more reasons to go within and co-create something new.

We get to inhabit this process and watch it play out for us however we choose.

I had to write you something new this year. I was going to go find the poem I wrote for you before, but because you and I are both in such brand new phases right now, I wanted to write something that reflects our re-arising and reNEWing relationship, while honouring all of our phases together so far over the last few years and all of the challenges we have faced in ourselves and in our bond too.

I am truly, deeply honoured by your powerful presence in my life and the ongoing love and support you ripple out to me in many levels both subtle and obvious.

I have witnessed your growth and healing as you’ve witnessed and helped facilitate my own. I am blessed to call you both “friend” and “teacher” and take neither honour for granted.

It’s not just another trip around the sun

It’s a further dip into the waves of your personal sun

The one that shines brightly

And beacons us all homeward

To our unique heart-homes withIN.

You serve love through the YINspiration

You’ve cultivated,

Worked for,

Planted within your heart and soul bed

Of growth

and dynamic leavings and enterings, both.

You YINspire my own trajectories

And adventures

Inside

And within the love flow between us

Which reflects and informs

All other relationships

In my life and heart today.

Our First ‘Year’: Celebrating A Year Of Sacred Union Romance

I wrote this poem last year, as Gabriel Heartman and I began to revisit the romantic love we once had for and with each other…

It (re)started one year ago. We were sitting on Jelelle and Raphael’s sofa on opposite ends. I don’t remember exactly what we were talking about but then Jelelle looked at us both and said, “why don’t you two explore together?” We knew what she meant and as we let this invitation sink in, I couldn’t help but feel myself trying to suppress a grin.

Since this day, Gabriel and I have been in sacred exploration of sacred union. We have experienced quite a bit together in this past year, both within us as individuals and within our ‘Us-ness’ – the bond that forms between two lovers in sacred union commitment. Neither of us are the same as when we began to dive into this a year ago. Neither of us can know just how much more we are both about to change deeper still…

I love this man… so much so that it’s hard to be away from him. In some moments I have to check in and see if this is a codependency between us, and yet, lately, the missing has been sweeter and deeper, not one of a longing or ache for fulfillment that can only come when the other is around. This is what it would have felt like for me in the past. But no, not so much now. Now it’s more of a missing of his entire being. Of everything that makes him him and makes me me in dance and contrast to him. Of the deep bond we have cultivated together since our first meeting back in 2012, while going in and out of relationship both romantic and otherwise.

Gabriel… I love you, appreciate you, and can’t wait to see where our path together brings us now, both in ourselves and in our shared life. Sometimes I can’t believe I get to be with you. And then, when I do let it in, I feel myself breathing with hot desire and cool passion, both…

Invitation From Divine Mother: Breathe Into The Process As Clarities Unfold

“Stay with your heart in this powerful time. Allow in patience as the next clarity unfolds.”

I hear and feel this message from Divine Mother today, after a day of intense process waves yesterday that ebbed in the late afternoon. Lately, process seems to be coming up for me through what can feel like an intense inner fog and a strong desire for more clarity to happen ‘right now’, in this or that very moment… impatience abounds in moments as I feel the changes moving in and through my life, changes that are desired but also bringing me and my beloveds into the next unknown, which isn’t all that comfortable for parts of us sometimes.

I feel how this is likely a bit of a foggy time for the collective too. As more gets unearthed individually and collectively and disclosure happens in small or even large doses on all fronts, it can be challenging to see clearly what exactly the next steps are, outward or inward, or the reasons for it all to be coming up in the first place. The easy answer is that it needs to come up, no matter how messy things may get, but that’s not the answer parts of us really want to hear.

To have patience now and be ready to set boundaries or take space as needed, and to find your courage to enter into your next phase of growth and healing, is the invitation now. Trusting that everything you’re walking (or stumbling) out right now is leading somewhere. Sometimes you have to enter and re-enter your own inner woods before you can come out the other side with new clarity and an even more blissful sense of love and worth.

I know how hard it can be… how hard we all struggle sometimes to just get through the shame spirals, the feelings of not having a purpose, the feelings of, quite frankly, being ‘f*cked’ existentially and in our daily lives too. God, to even say out loud that this is all very sacred, even this intensity, is a lot to claim in moments. If even one small inch of your heart space can let this in, you’re finding your way back to grace and letting in the love that wants to support you through this so you can find out more of your personal love expression in this world.

The Divine in all forms and faces, including your own, hears you, feels you, and honours the depths you’re willing to go to in each powerful moment of your choosing.

A Love Transmission For These Times Of Chaos, Change, Evolution (Poem)

Swirling, changing, 
Ever-shifting sands
Of foundations won and lost,
Forged and fought for,
Brought in on waves of alchemy
And set to sail away again.

The ship of your homecoming
Finds those resonant tides
Of needed and necessary movement
Toward everything
Every part, piece, aspect,
You have, are
And will yet uncover yourself to BE.

Life is a recovery dance
Of unknown,
Magic-pitched pipes
No one has ever played before
And yet they are being played just the same
In every cell of your being
In every dimension of your soul…

Love, catch the wave before you
Or wait now for another.
At every turn
The maybes move
As the drawbridge beckons you homeward.

Beloved, now could be your time
The war is over if you choose it.
The battles fought and won
Are reconciled
In the depths of healing soil
Built to bring more depth within.
Your time to re-anchor in new horizons
Could be now…
Or the next now.
Any now of your choosing
As you cannot help
But engage in the process
Of the healing waves coming
In whatever ways felt into.
You’ll know your time,
Your chance,
Your phase,
In ways your mind won’t grasp
Yet your heart will sanctify
And claim…

The Hearth Of My Opening Heart: A Poem

Tremors move from your heart space to mine.
An overflow. A love place.
A warm hut with a burning fire.
I seek to understand what I cannot yet,
what I may not ever,
what I may know in spite of myself.
There is a garden behind the heart door.
A secret wooden manifestation of many years of collapsing memories and ever-arising lessons.
Love waits for me there,
with more surprises,
with tourniquets,
with salves,
with the ointment of new life and renewal of my essence’s light.

As the door creaks open wide,
I feel the dust fall from my shoulders, into my healing palms Where I can see it.
Where I can feel it.
Where I can touch its textures and hold it close
As it cries full tears of rippling red shadow pulses and black and blue figures dusty in their own rite
Peeling off the once invisible armors they treasured for so long.

Disarmed yet newly anchored in the safety of my own now opening heart
I rest amongst the silk cushions and wait by the roar of the fireplace
Until you come knocking.

After filling your pockets with your own dusty past and present
And rimming your heart with the sugar-coated candy of a caramel-filled chocolate,
Bringing your sticky-sweetness out to be tasted,
I will meet you here, my love.

In brightness and darkness, with sweets and savories I will wait.
I will work.
I will pry my heart open first for me,
Then for you,
And together we will find the fumbling and not-knowing
To be the greatest fun we ever had
And the biggest challenge we have ever faced,
And the greatest dragon we have ever owned on our own, Together, and with the Divine.

9/10 Energies Invite Moving On, Seeing Next Process Steps

Today 9 turns into 10… it feels like a double-helix of new beginnings and taking everything you’ve learned and moved through to the next level while the old continues to move. This means applying all that you are now in all of the relationships you have… which could mean completing some, while deepening or even just beginning others.

I feel in myself a new beginning arising inside from much work and dedication to going inward, looking in the books and crannies and rather dark places. This work isn’t over and actually, I don’t want it to be. Yet I’ll take this new platform, this emerging foundation and these brand new wings out for a spin and feel all there is to feel in the process of that.

This is something I feel for many right now. You could be coming out of a deep emotional or physical process or both… I’ve always found that the two are inevitably linked. You could be popping through another ceiling of awakening and trying to integrate what you’ve been realizing and noticing about yourself, your soul, the world, your Star family, etc.

There’s a ton of support coming in, always, to help us feel all of this and more. The way you can let in this support is by feeling the parts of you in resistance to it. Resistance to love can be subtle. We all have resistance in some form or other, yet it’s how we relate to and feel that resistance that matters and has the most opportunity for growth, maturity, and letting in more love.

What reflections is life offering you now of where you’re on deck to go next in your personal process? We need these reflections to see what’s going on with us, as it’s not possible to see everything, every cluttered corner of your heart and soul, completely on your own. Life is a hall of mirrors, always.

As we move into this 9-10 day, let’s remember that we are ALL working to love our shadows and hidden places, feel what needs love inside of us, and that we are also always given a ton of love to help us see and be with this process. Nobody is exempt from this, yet we all get to choose how and if we accept the invitation to dive deeper and fly higher.

It’s your graduation day… just as every day could be. A graduation into your next phase of becoming more love and serving love too!

Re-Learning Love As Sacred Humans: A Poem

As we love each other more… we let go without fear or tugging.

As we love each other more… we empower instead of enable.

As we love each other more… our words to one another are not empty.

As we love each other more… the eyes of love are the ones we wear and we see each other for who we are.

As we love each other more… we recognize the difference between caretaking and caregiving.

As we love OURSELVES more… we, ad infinitum, love each other more…

… and in this love, we find
even more of ourselves
than we ever thought we would ever see,
feel, and heal
before we realized
that loving more
means
we will never know love in the less.

Feeling Your Desires, Letting Go Of ‘Settling’

I’ve never felt very personally drawn to the sense that eliminating all of your desires is the path to true happiness. It’s in genuinely feeling our unhappiness because we don’t quite have what we desire that we set ourselves up for our next process of embodying the change we want to experience. Feeling desires does not have to feel like torture, though parts of you may relate to it that way. It’s not about over-stretching yourself into a pretzel to try and “make” something happen, either… though a phase of feeling yourself do this may be necessary for you.

This process doesn’t eliminate the need to feel gratitude. It’s actually a marriage of gratitude for what you’ve had and experienced and even letting in a mourning process of what you’re feeling to let go of, and a sense that you’re ready to move on now, that becomes the process of drawing in your next timeline.

As Raphael Awen has said many times, “the way you leave is the way you enter”. This lands quite deeply for me as I choose my next desires to pursue and let them land deeply in my heart too. There are things that I want, but more importantly, there are experiences of myself and also of others that I want, that are driving me onward into letting in more of what I truly want at this time.

I know so well the rumble that feeling the gap between what you want and want you have now creates in your being and your life. I have experienced over and over again the process of letting go while also holding on to that picture and feeling-experience that lives inside of you that tells you want is truly possible and invites you to feel all there is to feel about that.

This can become a scary process, especially if it is your first time navigating big changes or shifts, or if you’ve been through big changes before but want to move through it all differently now. It takes great courage to move through your timelines and into the unknown. This may feel natural to some parts of you, but completely unnatural and maybe undesirable to other parts of you.

If Ascension is anything though, it’s a letting go of the need to know and feeling all reactions there are to the not-knowing. We cannot ‘know’ our way through this Ascension process, only be with the unknowns of it and feel ourselves walking all of that out. This is the invitation of change and inner-rumble… this is the path to that which you’ve been most deeply aching for.

What are the desires you have for your experience of yourself, love, life, Ascension? What are you willing to move through in order to have and embody what you desire? Can you feel the parts of you that have a push-pull around letting that in?

It IS possible to hold what you want with a growing maturity and willingness to stumble through some darkness… and it IS imminent, that your desires are leading you to the happiness you crave beyond any previous ‘settling’ you may have been ok with for a while, and the fulfillment of everything your soul has signed up for. ❤️
