Energy Update: SOULar Winds/Gaia Spikes/4:4 Support 4D Galactic Awakenings

Energy UPdate: Wind speeds from the sun are up to 500 km/sec in the moment. We are going to be in this wind stream caused by SOULar energies streaming in from a hole in the sun’s surface for the next 48 to 72 hours, according to spaceweather.com. THAT is awhile to be in high SOULar winds, so you may be feeling it in your headspace and in your body too. I often feel it as an ampy energy (more difficult to go into deeper sleep states) yet, at the same time, lower energy too and just feeling ‘out of it.’ Anxiety, tensions, and even terror (from undigested traumas) can also flare in response to these high winds.

Gaia was also doing some spiking in her frequency the last 24 hours, up to 92 HZ at one point. The combination of high SOULar winds and Gaia spike can feel like your grounding cord is ‘rumbling’ while your head space is vibrating. Interesting, yet also can be disorientating!

The 4/4 gateway feels like it is extending into today….with a specific energy of amplification of galactic consciousness awakening. My sessions yesterday were both connected to disclosure of the 3D/lower 4D realities of Archons/Cabal/Illuminati and a growing consciousness of awakening humans and star BEings (represented by Q-Anon) that are helping to shift this fear-based ‘prison’ reality to one of liberated self sovereignty. I will be writing more about this soon as I get more downloads and clarities from my Star Family.

Timelines are bleeding through SO strong too as connected to this shift from lower 4D fear-based dominance into sovereignty (Orion, Vega, Zeta/Grays….and also Egypt, Essenes, Templar and many others). These are rumbly timelines that are not ‘ancient’ or in the distant past at all. These timelines can HUGELY influence the emotional triggers and reactions that you experience in your life. I am more and more making these connections as these timelines ‘heat up’ for collective healing. And you probably have soul fragments (Metasoul aspects) that are connected to the liberation efforts and movements in these timelines. This is very likely if you are reading these words right now.

You may have the feeling that you are doing much ‘work’ in dream space around this. You can connect directly with these soul aspects in these timelines to offer them support and gift exchange as you unify and liberate your soul. I, and other SoulFullHeart Facilitators Gabriel and Kalayna Solais, provide the support in session space for you to lift your veils and work with your Gatekeeper to gain access to these timelines in a way that gets clearer and clearer.

All these cosmic and Gaian energies are supporting specifically and in this phase the awakening of your galactic consciousness, DNA, and Star Family support systems. Realigning with these energies inside yourself is empowering and, ultimately, very liberating!

4/4: Reminder Of Divine Love & Support During Intense Phases

So much of who we are going to be on the other side of this lengthy and often intense Ascension process is shrouded in uncertainty. I don’t get that we’re actually meant to ‘know’ much about this bigger picture of who we are and are not. Just like a toddler learning to toddle, so we are love itself learning how to love again.

We cannot avoid the trips and falls, but we can keep getting back up, building strength, growing resolve, and choosing to keep seeing the world differently… especially the world within each of us, learning about ourselves and others along the way.

I remember the first time I was given this picture by the Divine of a toddler learning to walk… I was on a ‘break’ from my SoulFullHeart process, taking space to be on my own solo adventure in Mexico. It was my birthday. I felt so sad… so many tears coming up, with parts of me that felt like they were failing. Feeling so lonely and missing those I had been so close to but was now pushing away from out of a need to grow ‘on my own’ for a while.

I remember laying in bed, sobbing, and being offered this picture of a mother and father bending down at one side of the room, calling to the little girl in front of them to keep getting back up again and to take that next step. She kept falling down but eventually got to them and together they celebrated this incredible milestone of ‘first steps’.

The Divine offered me the sense that I was the toddler in this picture, that everyone must learn to walk before they can run and that this is exactly the process of healing, evolving, and growing on every level that everyone must be with. I was offered that the Divine has infinite patience for this process, celebrating every aspect of it… every breakthrough, realization, or even ‘fall’ we endure as we all learn to get back up again, trust again, and believe in love again.

More tears came as I felt the infinite love and support I was surrounded by, especially during a time when parts of me felt so much self-punishment around the sabotage of an old life picture and a feeling like I was doing everything I ‘shouldn’t’. I felt so comforted by this message and especially felt the young parts of me that had been caught in the cross-fire of all of the recent changes, landing in the loving laps of the Divine Mother and Father, both.

If we all, in this very humbling process of Ascension, can remember that in the bigger picture we really ARE all ‘toddlers’ in many ways, we can go back to the feeling our souls so know of being loved for everything we ARE, even when it might feel like the world has gone dark and there is nothing left of love or goodness.

No matter how often we may seem to fall into more cycles of death and rebirth, thrashing out about this or that, feeling the cries of the world, or feeling the cries of our inner world, this is all part of the picture of learning to walk in love again. We do get to point out what isn’t love and sometimes that comes with charge and contention. Yet, we do get to find the softness and vulnerability again too, that often comes from the tender and usually rather young parts inside that are so ready to be connected to love again, to help bridge YOU and other parts of you back to love again, and to not only be healed but offer healing to others too.

It may feel sometimes like you are stumbling, fumbling, tumbling on your way back to love… yet the invitation is always there to begin to feel this process differently, to feel the parts of you that have a hard time letting this in and that are used to feeling so much punishment/criticism instead…. to feel the young parts too, like the Inner Child or Inner Teenager, who have been affected by this energy and who need so much to get back to the roots of love. It’s times like these when so much is perhaps moving through and shifting in your life, that remembering humility is the key to walking with it instead of running away from it, and extracting all of the gifts from every experience you may find yourself in. ❤

April Energies Invite You To Come Home To Yourself

Coming home to ourselves is the greatest work we can be doing at any given moment.

In recent sessions that I have had there has been an underlying theme of this very thing. So much of what we ache for or about on the outside is really about what is missing on the inside. A need of being seen and validated by another, a fear or anxiety about financial needs, or a deep feeling of loneliness, depression, or anger.

If you can begin to explore that nothing on the outside can ever make you feel anything that wasn’t already there on the inside, then you have just offered yourself, and your inner parts, the gift of empowerment.

In the process of inner work, using the imagination and memories helps to locate where these core needs and fears are stemming from. This can be a very natural process when the curiosity and desire to sort and heal these are aligned. It is one felt step at a time.

Inside lay the wounded, the hurt, the afraid, the pissed off, the rejected, as well as the joy, the passion, the vision, and the love. They all have their roles and needs. They all have their ascension journeys. Their deaths and rebirths. There you face all the things you really need for your growth and validation. They get to be offered a home in you.

No mantra, book, or medication can take you there quite like opening the portals to your heart and soul with self-loving compassion. It is a process I inhabit everyday with different layers of depth and discovery. Let these current energies support you in that coming home journey as well as those that have been there too. I open my heart space in the self-led exploration and embodiment of your deepest desires and gifts.

Moving Out Of Resentment & Into Forgiveness, Starting From Within

We are being invited to move into frequencies of open hearted remorse AND forgiveness at increasing rates now. Moving out of bitterness and resentment, not as a bypass of these feelings, yet with an acknowledgement of the parts of you that feel these denser, edgier things and WHY. Discovering the why source of the resentment (hurt covered over by self protective rage usually) inside of you allows for an accelerated movement into vulnerability.

Our Inner Protectors can get ‘parked’ in resentments with a looping pattern of shame and blame (both inside of us and toward our ‘perpetuators”.) The Inner Punisher joins in to the ‘fight’ and can build quite a strong case to keep the resentments boiling and toiling….often for years after the actual circumstances and conflicts.

But there is a cost to holding onto resentments, bitterness, grudges, etc. remaining inside of you. The cost is to the depth of which you can experience returning to love essence frequencies again. The cost is to the sensitive and precious Inner Child who literally feels heart break at ANY of these harsh and fear-based frequencies transacting toward them (this is what was so often experienced in childhood.) The cost is to experiencing your BIGNESS that can forgive in an instant both yourself and others.

These bitternesses/resentments are 3D and lower 4D frequencies that are aching for healing and transmutation now…especially as they live inside of the wounded masculine within us all and the collective. Holding onto these perceived resentments may feel like a ‘win’ in the moment to the part of you defending itself….yet it is ultimately a ‘loss’ for love transaction.

This process of forgiveness has to start from within. Going within to feel where the resentments exist and shimmer between parts of you allows for less projection of this outward toward others….and less drawing of situations that bring this up and create this energy with others. Resentments can run deep between an inner mother and an inner father for example, as often templated by birth parent relationships. Also between an overly protective Protector/Punisher part and an Inner Child/Teenager there can be big resentments.

This playout can also be HUGELY karmic, with many patterns of this expressing out in many timelines/lifetimes in different scenarios of betrayal, persecution, murder/killing, etc. Connecting with your Metasouls (soul fragments) in these lifetimes and really feeling/healing their experiences of these cycles can lighten up the experience in this life too and the drawing of more situations like this.

Being an ambassador of love to these inner relationships and other timelines/lifetimes experiences, offering much diplomatic and compassion space holding for each of these parts of you allows them to let go and truly move on.

We are ALL being invited to let go of the old hurts and the old patterns of shaming and blaming, both inside and with others. The Divine Mother offers a beautiful template of this forgiveness that also embodies remorse and compassion.  Lean into Her energy as She offers forgiveness and compassion to ALL parts of you and you can then extend it toward yourself and others too.

March Clears Way For Deepening Process During April Frequencies

Feeling a deep movement that wants to go even deeper into the trust I need personally for the unfolding of the next (and higher) timeline…. I’m sure many of you can relate to this feeling too, especially as March clears and we can sort through the debris and intensity of what moved and is still moving through.

April feels like we will have some more balancing possible, yet maybe not for too long… As the burning and learning process of this past month continues to unfold. I feel like we are being expedited now, brought through what is no longer necessary for our next phases of our personal growth as we are invited to hunker down and feel within what truly needs to move, heal, and be loved UP.

I feel so much the impermanence of everything… Every relationship, geography, career/job, physical weight/look of the body, and even spiritual beliefs and what resonates. I feel how every single relationship to anything or anyone in our lives is invited to be held with this lens and we are all invited to keep holding the parts of us that are afraid of change and letting go, or even letting in deeper what is already in motion in our lives.

I’m very much feeling my own process in all of what I just offered… How much deeper I need to be able to trust what happens next and lead my parts into a deeper trust too…. In me, in the Divine, in love itself.

April is here, March is ‘over’…. It’s time to move on from what was to fully experience what IS and allow the unfolding of what will be.

Springing Into The Service Of Love Self

This has been a March for the memory banks. Shuman spikes, supermoons, retrogrades, and the like all swirling the pot of our emotions and soul trajectories. High highs and low lows came in and out like spiritual weather fronts. One of the themes that came out for me this month was “the only constant is change”.

We are changing. You are changing. Gaia is changing. It is a big global birth pang I feel we are going through. As sensitives to this growing shift in consciousness, we are becoming aware of all of it in one gestalt. This can be a LOT to be with, let alone digest. Feeling what is yours to be with as separate from others and the collective feels like a vital part of April.

Going into your own emotional body, feeling where the rumbles lie is an essential part of this continuing wave we are all riding. Self-love is more than just what you feed yourself, the exercise you do, and the rest and relaxation you take. All of that is essential too. It is also about feeling and loving all the energies/parts of you that are in this reaction to all that is occurring in this ascension of your Service of Love Self.

As this higher ‘version’ of you arises with the tide of Gaia’s path, the hidden, rejected, guilty, pained, and shamed parts are coming up for healthy and loving integration. How we are with those parts matter. I don’t feel that they can be just seen and integrated in one fail swoop. They need tender and constant caressing and compassionate feeling. Holding court for their needs and stories to unwind and be felt in the deepest wells of our loving human heart.

This includes so many ‘this life’ parts as well as ‘other life’ aspects that live in other dimensional frequencies. If you can reframe these from ‘negative’ and feel them as they are, a trauma in need of being felt, then you take a whole new direction in the journey of what you came here to do and BE. Serving love to your selves first IS the first step to serving love to others.

I encourage us all to make April be about this invitation to cultivating this inner garden of your heart and soul. There are things to unearth in that soil that become the seeds of your highest and most treasured timeline. The one you already exist on yet have needed to forget in order to learn and remember. The support is here. The energy is there. The time is always Now. The courage of choice and feeling are what can take you there.

Energy Update: Intense Catalytic Month Completes As We Move Into Digestion & Integration

Energy Update: As March is close to completing and this is our final 333 code day today, there is probably much to digest and integrate for you of the HUGE energy month that all of us experienced. This month of March offered three 333 days, strong geomagnetic storms, the Equinox passage during the Supermoon, CMEs and even SOULar flares, striking auroras, and a huge Schumann/Gaia spike wave up to 150 HZ.

These energies from Mother Gaia, from Father Sun, from Mother Moon…..they are working on us at the cellular level, at the emotional body/psyche/subconscious levels, at the galactic consciousness levels, at the Metasoul levels. These energies are inviting us to go in DEEP as needed to these places that were previously shrouded and cloaked in order to see them and digest and integrate them. In order to unanchor and let go of the denser trauma and karma energies that keep us in loop patterns in this life and other timelines/lifetimes too.

There can be very specific connections made from within in all of these areas as you allow your Protector/Gatekeeper to become the guide rather than the guard. I have seen so much more readiness in sessions lately for souls to lift their veils of amnesia to a deeper degree and go into a fuller state of remembrance from both this life (especially early infancy and childhood) and other lifetimes/timelines as well. To remember is to be empowered….to move from ‘I don’t know’ to curious self discovery that leads to receiving answers allows you to put more pieces together of your own soul’s puzzle.

All these energies seemed to have a purpose to them also of collapsing our denser timelines anchored still to 3D/lower 4D realities and moving us into our higher frequency timelines of serving love. This was in dramatic ways at times with very significant relationships completing and geographic shifts becoming obvious or happening as well. Sometimes this was in more subtle ways for which a light shifting supports a bigger transition and transformation to come. Sometimes this is mostly internal as a deeper movement emotionally and spiritually allows for outer action and choice points to become clearer.

I am letting this timeline collapse transmute whatever needs to that was rooted in fear or wounding from inside of me…..just being with parts of me in the grieving, letting go, and even waves of resentment and new dawning clarities of stuckness and shrinking. I am dissolving with love the karmic binds in the Metasoul too, in the pair bonds that are changing too as we do.

The interesting thing about this month’s energies are that while this has been going on for me, I also had my busiest and fullest month EVER in service for sessions, in person and remote. It has been a mystery at times HOW I could be going through so much loss and yet also feel my heart and soul so present to serve others. I feel that actually these timeline collapses can open you up hugely, break open your heart to another degree and you are actually MORE sensitive to others. And more intuitive as well, is what I am experiencing. This service has actually helped with the integration of all these energies and the letting go process. To experience my service of love self is a reminder of WHY these shifts are happening.

As you surrender to these timeline collapses as they appear in your life, as you go into them…..you discover NEW layers of trust and surrender in the Divine. You basically have to, in a way, as the alternative of feeling like the Divine is punishing you or making you ‘pay’ just doesn’t last long and doesn’t feel supportive to the shift that is going on.

This is now a phase of integration and digestion as the cosmic energies look to calm down for the next couple of weeks (although it is unknown what the Gaia resonance might do!) The integration process can be supported by bringing these codes/energies into all of your Ascension chakras. Salt baths, yoga, eating superfoods, anything that supports the body in vital health allows for more integration. Digestion of the emotions that come up can be facilitated by connecting with parts of yourself in a conscious way.

Introducing ‘Discover’: A New Vlog Series With Kalayna Solais

I’d been baking on this idea for a while… feeling inspired to try something new, which is to take on offering an ongoing vlog series for as long as I feel to, posting as often as I feel to and as long as it arises in a genuine way. I’m not quite ready to take on the same ’33 Day’ series that Jelelle has now done two years in a row! But maybe someday? 🙂

This first video is a very brief (about 4min) introduction and intention-setting from me as I set the stage for this. I have some topics in my heart that I’d like to talk about, including digesting some things that are often talked about and giving them a ‘SoulFullHeart-spin’. They include anxiety and depression and some new layers to discover as you feel your own; my personal process with parts/Metasoul work and how it could help you; various spirituality and Ascension-related topics, such as the different ways in which you may experience your own Ascension, awakening, and healing paths. Really the list of possibilities is endless and I’m open to requests as well, as nothing is set in stone and I very much want this to benefit and be in response to you, your parts, and your own heart and soul.

As I say in the video, I embrace fully the learning experience ahead of me with dipping my toe into the waters of holding these videos and this expression of service of love! I have clarity and wisdoms to share from my own process and experience and some that are still on the way too that maybe we will discover together.

Honoring & Grieving As We Complete Our Sacred Union Relationship: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Mar 25, 2019)

It’s been a week of digesting some waves of letting go and letting in… featured this week is a piece by Jelelle Awen and Raphael Awen too, as they transparently and vulnerably share about the completion of their 10 year marriage and beloved Sacred Union. In this writing, they share their appreciation of each other and what they had, even as they walk out a deep letting go of the romance. Their experience of Sacred Union is a powerful template for a new way to be in relationship and in a romantic bond. As Jelelle writes,

“We always held our sacred union as a moment by moment choice….not like a ‘death till us part’ vow…..not something that would bind and tie as in 3D marriages. Yet, rather we entered into each moment transacting with the bond between us that would arise to serve love to each of us…..or wouldn’t. To be in a sacred union like this is to feel always that something is ‘at stake’ even as it becomes more and more comfortable to be truly vulnerable and intimate with each other. This kind of sacred union asks you to always keep deepening the sacred union within you in order to be able to transact it with each other from a place of overflow. And sometimes, too, it also asks you to commit to that inner sacred union with complete devotion and focus for a phase of time.”

There is much NEW on the horizon as well, as Jelelle and her daughter Raianna Shai plan a major relocation to Europe in the coming months with a focus on serving love in different geographies. More details on this as it unfolds.

We will lead a guided meditation to bring in high vibrational energies to support Divine connection and emotional feeling too.
