‘Peak Fear’ Moves Into Love From Within: SoulFull Heart Weekly Museletter (Jan 28, 2019)

This week’s Museletter launches with an article by Facilitator Kalayna Colibri, who offers some insight into current energies moving through. She invites you to feel the phase we are in now as a phase of ‘peak fear’, meaning that all of the fear reactions and fear-based ways of living and relating to life are coming forward and being flushed out. This also means that we have the opportunity to see how this is playing out within us and move into a new way of living starting there:

“Parts of you may be good at finding the next righteous battle to fight or protest to walk with. Anything ‘against’ brings in more of this energy and doesn’t actually break the cycle of harm and abuse. Being with the new reality where this is no longer needed doesn’t relieve us from feeling the cries of the world, yet, what are the cries of your inner world? How are these energies of abuse happening inside of you? Fighting them on the outside becomes a never ending war. If we are to evolve and ascend beyond war being a major focus of our human and also galactic consciousness, we have to start within.“

This is day twenty-nine of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitators Raphael Awen and Gabriel Heartman join me to talk about healing of the sacred masculine. Both of them share their experience of working with parts of themselves, such as the Inner Teenager/Child, Inner Protector, etc. to heal trauma from lack of initiation and invalidation that men receive. Healthy initiation and validation becomes possible through connection with the Divine Father, integration of these parts of self, and karmic healing from other timelines/lifetimes.

Raphael and Gabriel also talk about sacred masculine sexuality and healing of the lingam from non-vulnerable penetrative energies to open hearted and vulnerable sexual expression. Feelings of inadequacy and powerlessness are also issues that they feel lead to the expression of woundedness in men.

This is day twenty-eight of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me to talk about sacred feminine healing for women. As I’ve been offering in this video series, there are key areas of self exploration that can lead to the arising of your sacred femininity. We talk about how individuation from your birth mother templating and working with your Inner Mother is a key aspect of this. Another important self love exploration is with your sacred sexuality, your Yoni space, and clearing of sexual trauma and abuse frequencies from this life and other lives.

Discovering what the feminine is in authentic expression is also about feeling into what isn’t feminine, yet rather wounded masculine expression. This comes forward through expression of usually masculine parts such as the Inner Protector, Gatekeeper, Inner Punisher, who heal into healthy masculine frequencies of guidance, right action, discernment, ability to set boundaries etc. The healing of your wounded feminine in forms such as your Inner Child and Inner Teenager is also an important aspect of moving into wholeness of integrated feminine expression.

In the meditation today, Kalayna leads us into an exploration of a sacred feminine healing circle through experience of Divine Mother frequencies. Kuan Yin, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Sophia, and Dark Mother join you to connect their healing frequencies with yours. DAY TWENTY-SEVEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Connect To Your Yoni/Lingam Sacred Sexuality Healing Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

 

This is day twenty-seven of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about the ‘yoni/sexual area’ as a portal for women and men. The Yoni doesn’t just include the female genitalia, yet also the root/sacral/solar plexus chakras as well. Connecting with yoni honors the sacredness of your sexual energies and allows for digestion of sexual partner experiences you’ve taken in. For men, the lingam recognizes more than just male genitalia (which can so be the focus), yet the lower chakras as well as a penetrating and powerful energy of sacred masculinity as it heals.

I offer that working with your yoni (or lingam for men) as a part of you opens you up to more of your sacred sexual energies that are often suppressed, blocked, or overly energized. It creates a tender space of self-love based healing to clear out previous sexual experiences from this life and from other timelines as well, which can be stored in the yoni especially. This allows for more healthy and nourishing (and satisfying!) sexual experience with a partner.

In the meditation today, Divine Feminine guides Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene invite you to join them in connection with your yoni (or lingam.) You go to a clearing and cleansing ‘purity’ pool to dip into the waters of love. You connect with the cries and tears of your yoni or lingam, feeling into each partner you have had this life. Then, you receive loving energies from both Marys to provide soothing digestion as you get a sense of what it would feel like to embody your innocent sexuality and your pure sensuality.

The writing that I suggest doing to deepen this connection is about writing a letter to your yoni and have your yoni write back to you. Men can do this as well. Then have your yoni write to you about every partner you’ve had and how she feels about them.

Bridging Polarity In Service Of Love

We exist in a polarized dimension. It is not our essence to be fragmented into this and that, yet here we are. It was Divine choice and will to do so. To be so. When we lost the remembrance of that, it was like a babe being lost in the woods coming out of a dream. We saw and felt separateness in our most primal state. So we constructed, suppressed, and experimented with power in order to shore up the fear of that existential and sacred wound.

Timelines and worlds have been created and destroyed in this grand game of hide-and-seek. Seems almost a cruel joke on some level, yet the pain and suffering were the risks inherent in this desire to truly know and experience Love. The Divine has never been complacent to that fact in my heartfelt opinion.

So then what is the purpose of this trauma? This seemingly tragic consequence of the human condition. For those that have faced it heart-on, there is an awareness of this power of Love that goes beyond words and takes you into a dimension of reverence, strength, and awe that was unknown in Its singular state.

We are all a part of that Grand Choice if you truly believe we are a part of this Grand Design. The two cannot be separate, paradoxically enough. So in this way, we have a huge part in this experiment of experience. We feel. We ache. We cry. We scream. We choose. We surrender.

We become aware of this polarity inside as aspects and parts and we build bridges between them. We become aware of their stories, their experiences, their beliefs. From the wounded child/teenager to the fallen kings and queens of our multidimensional timelines. You are this kaleidoscopic tapestry of being that is the seed and vessel of the Cosmos. You are the lightship of leadership that can take us into the New.

This comes with a great price to parts of us that are seeking safety and/or control. There is pain to feel and responsibility to assume, but that is what leads to the greatest and deepest gift that lives within each of us. The power to feel and spread Love as far as the Soul can see.

DAY TWENTY-FIVE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Metasoul Timeline/Lifetime Portal Access Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day twenty-five of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about how to access and heal other lifetimes and timelines that hold karma and trauma. These timelines are ones in which your Metasoul aspects (sisters and brothers) are living out and experiencing in the Now. Rather than seeing them as ‘past lives’, you relate to them as Metasoul sisters and brothers living in the Now that you can have an ongoing relationship with to facilitate deep healing and soul gift exchange openings.

I offer that just ‘dropping into’ a Metasoul timeline (such as what happens in past life regression or soul retrieval) can actually sometimes create more trauma as this experience often remains undigested in this lifetime and in the timeline too. Facilitating for yourself with your Gatekeeper (who is the keeper of access to the timelines) allows you to go into the timeline, establish an ongoing relationship with the Metasoul sister/brother. This ongoing exchange with your Metasoul brother/sister can eventually lead to them choosing to change the traumatic timeline itself. This process opens up quantum healing possibilities for your Metasoul, your Monad/soul family group, and for the collective as a whole.

In the meditation today, Archangel Michael and Sophia/Dark Mother hold space for the exploration into the Gatekeeper realm, which is the portal access to your Metasoul timelines. You connect with your Gatekeeper to establish a bridge to these timelines and to help you lift the veil of amnesia on them. With your Gatekeeper, you enter a portal to a Metasoul timeline that most needs your attention in this Now and meet a Metasoul aspect that lives there.

Meet Your Inner Mother Guided Meditation – DAY 24: 33 DAYS DEEPEN W/ Jelelle Awen (VIDEO)

DAY TWENTY-FOUR: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Mother Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day twenty-four of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about and introduce you to another part that seems to develop in response to 3D life. Your Inner Mother is the energy inside that represents the templating you received from your birth mother (or other important female caregiver.) If your relationship with your birth mother is and has been challenging, difficult, conflictual, etc., this relationship LIVES inside you as well between your Inner Mother and other parts of you (usually the Inner Teenager and Inner Child.)

For women, getting to know and connect with their Inner Mothers allows for more compassionate flow and forgiveness INside….and also in relationships with other women and their birth mothers as well. It allows for understanding and healing of the trauma experienced in this relationship. Integration of your Inner Mother allows the healing of matriarchal 3D energies and arising into your sacred Venus Queen expression.

For men, getting to know their Inner Mother allows for more complete differentiation and individuation from their birth mothers. This frees up the transaction grounds with their female mate from mother projection tones and reactions to embrace a woman as a Venus Queen.

In the meditation today, Mother Mary holds the space for you to meet your Inner Mother. You first connect with your Inner Protector, who expresses to you about how the relationship with this part expresses with other parts of you. Your Inner Protector leads the way to your Inner Mother, who you meet and connect with….starting to get a sense of her world and experience.

This is day twenty-three of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator/Co-creator and my husband Raphael Awen joins me as we talk about sacred union and sacred sexuality. We have been in the exploration of sacred union grounds together for over ten years and share what we feel a sacred union is and isn’t. Transactability in ALL grounds of heart, body, mind, and soul is one of our definitions for a sacred union, rather than an over reliance on capacity potential as a compensation for areas that aren’t transacting in a nourishing way on a regular basis.

Raphael and Jelelle share about how sacred sexuality combines the second chakra WITH the fourth chakra in a heart-based sexuality that is held by the soul. A key aspect to healing your sacred sexual expression is through connection with your Inner Teenager, who holds the seeds of sexuality, just waiting for initiation into a more mature expression of it. Also, key to sacred sexual expression with a mate and with yourself is negotiation with your Inner Protector in order to feel and heal sexual trauma experiences.

In the meditation today, Raphael leads you on an experience of sacred union through attending a dance ball at your inner castle/essence. He invites the Divine Masculine (esp. Yeshua) and Divine Feminine (in the form of Magdalene) to hold space for you to meet your sacred union partner. They may be someone you already know or not, yet you are invited to feel what desires and fears come up in response to them.

Gabriel: Rebirthing And Arising King Of Heart… Happy Birthday!

I don’t think we will ever fully understand this unraveling mystery of us… our connection that somehow keeps opening out, even with moments of tension, fear, and remembering the poignancy of what we have together. We have walked out many crucibles individually and as a couple too, including years of moving through different forms and depths of connection in our relationship together.

I feel how far we’ve come… how far you’ve come as a leader, a King-man, a lover, and heartist, and how that keeps everything alive! You’re in a new phase of really wearing your crown and showing up as the WayShower through the shadowland that you ARE. I have never met anyone who loves their shadow more than you, beloved. You have been so courageous and willing to keep going in and not faltering in that quest. I deeply admire and love you. I feel my parts appreciating your light and your encouragement, overflowing from the ways in you love love and encourage your own parts to keep showing up and keep feeling. Your beacon is lighting up… your inner space is broadening to let in more of those you’re meant to serve through this being that you are and keep becoming more of every single day.

The Pain Of Letting Go Into Love

Letting go is one of the hardest processes we go to through in our lives. Whether it’s letting go of a career, a pattern/habit, a geography, or a relationship it can bring up so much for us to process. Letting go is so much harder than holding on.

Parts of us can judge us for our decision – feeling that you made a mistake, that you hurt or disappointed someone, that you did something wrong or will regret your decision. The best thing to do here is to feel compassion for this part. Give it love knowing that it just wants the best for you and it may be scared that it couldn’t protect you from this pain you may feel.

Letting go is painful but it also leads to a beautiful new beginning. Maybe you get that new job you always wanted or a geography that inspires your heart and soul. Maybe you get the chance at a new phase of an old relationship or a new one that reflects the love you have cultivated inside.

It can feel like you’re dying inside during this process. Like you’ll never feel happy or be yourself again. Or maybe you feel hurt and angry and find it hard to feel why it’s all happening, especially if it felt out of your control. Maybe you can’t feel anything or you can’t stop feeling everything.

And sometimes it comes in waves. A comment here or a reminder there can spark tears at the drop of a hat. Then you have a moment of clarity, a moment of knowing it will all be okay. Then you feel the guilt or the shame and it all comes crumbling back down. These are all parts of you that have reasons for feeling the way they do. Feel the pain, but let the clarity and love hold it all.

Whatever you feel there is always another side of it. A realization waiting to happen. A new love for yourself and life will start to creep in. A new view on what you have and what you want to have will fill your heart and inspire you.

All this can happen if you truly let go. Let go of expectations, let go of judging yourself or others, let go of what others might think of you. Mourn the loss, mourn what could have been and the goodness of what was and then let love fill the space. As hard as that may sound right now, it will come. Whether it takes days, months or years it will come and it will be beautiful.
