Saying “Yes” To Love

Whatever you are saying, “yes” to in your life….you are saying “no” to something else. What is getting your yes? What is getting your no?

When you (and parts of you) are saying “yes” to less and lack and struggle and settling….this is what you will continue to draw and be drawn to. When you are saying “yes” to suffering, the patterns of suffering over suffering continue.

How conscious are you of what you are saying, “yes” to? How aware are you of what you have allowed to BE in your life? Sometimes parts of you are in a push-pull around this too….part of you saying, “yes” while another part is saying, “no”. This, too, continues to bring this push-pull dynamic over and over as a mirror. Until you are more unified from within, until you are conscious of parts of you, their divergent and polarized feelings, and begin to bring more unity within, then you can see a NEW reflection.

A consistent, boundary setting “no” to what ISN’T you, to what is based in fear, to what continues suffering becomes possible as you align with your authentic self and separate from all the differing parts inside of you. This “no” is necessary as a phase of the 3D going into 4D experiment as you differentiate what is your soul expression and what is not.

A consistent ‘yes” to what supports your HIGHEST expression here, to what is based in love, to what completes and heals suffering becomes your reality as you FEEL love with the Divine coming into your BEing.

The Divine ultimately wants you to BE your highest timeline of service of love and that can mean a crucial phase of serving love to yourself and ALL parts of you (in shadow too). Saying YES to yourself and your own needs, health, above others. Your healthiest YES is revealed in this exploration. Your healthiest (and temporary) NO is uncovered in this exploration too.

You BEcome more and more YES to love in human form serving this YES to love with others too! Β

The Gifts Of Intimacy And Sacred Union

Our biggest mirrors lie in our most intimate relationships, especially those that are romantic. That which lies in the deepest shadow places can really only ever be seen and felt in those connections whose dynamics bring us to the edge of our defenses and vulnerability. We get to Β feel the depth of our own self and what it is that we have been unaware of in the way we relate to life and love.

True sacred union is meant to offer us the means to explore and feel the ways in which we have kept our shadow and light sequestered for very reasonable reasons. It is an ongoing experiential playground in which we get to grow and learn. Each time we open our hearts to the most vulnerable of places, the parts of us that have been so timid and sensitive to bearing their deepest fears, we bring our being to a precipice or a fork in the road. How will my truth, my needs, my love, land in the person that we, and parts of us, have so much invested in?

These investments have different roots…some more wounded or authentic than others. The true sacred union continually asks questions about what is the authentic feeling ground between both partners. Is there a deepening occurring? Is there a feeling of a new arising, both in yourself and in the other, as you continue to heal all that resists real love and growth?

I have been so used to being in my own personal healing space over the years. It has been a newer experience for me to bring that into the space that is now populated with another. It is a new level of showing up for myself and a union with Kalayna. I do have parts that have had habit of coasting in relationship, both to a mate and myself. Sacred union and intimacy pokes a stick at that to keep the fire of consciousness and romance alive and in continued curiosity and expression.

The edges come when one is feeling a chasm of relationality in the space between. What needs to be felt and expressed that can open a doorway to a more authentic felt reality? The inherent risk, of course, is that there may be a difficult yet necessary acceptance that the ground between lovers and mates is no longer sufficient to keep the current inner need for More alive and transactable.

The ground of metasoul connections, sexual compatibility, intellectual alignments, or emotional dependency are not enough in and of themselves to hold together a Love that wants ALL areas of heart, body, mind, and soul to be met with passion and purpose. The more we are willing to feel and express our own needs, truths, and desires the more we are able to attract the kind of love that we feel for ourselves. The more we are willing to take these in from another, and conflict if need be to sort out what is real, the more we are able to find new places of growth and love within ourselves.

I am so fortunate to be in this with someone who cares so deeply for herself, her parts, and process, as well me, my parts, and my process. There is no way I get to stay stuck in something that may be hard for me to see. I am urged to advocate for my needs and for what I want and desire in her. She is a true gift of realness to me. She is the wind to my sails if I am willing to stick them out there. Β I get to show up for that and I am forever grateful to what she means to my continued growth, expansion, and leadership of heart for men and women in the desire for the More they have signed up for.

Guided Meditation To Activate Your Higher Heart And Self Forgiveness W/Divine Sophia And Jelelle Awen

Sharing the love! Here is a NEW guided meditation by me, recorded yesterday, spontaneously and in the moment….letting Divine Sophia energies come through, flood into my space, and into yours. I’ve been wanting to record a guided meditation with Her since the music that plays in this meditation ‘found’ me a few months ago. There is a beautiful bridge of our divinity/angelic nature in this meditation TO our sacred humanity and the BEST of what makes us human….our heart’s capacity for FEELING, forgiveness, and compassion.

These frequencies of self forgiveness that can then extend to others are SO needed right now as we journey into the depths of 4D (fourth dimensional or death/rebirth) transitional consciousness as a collective and individually too. Sophia reminds us that ‘we are already forgiven’ by the Divine as there is NOTHING that parts of us or Metasoul aspects of us are doing or being that isn’t part of Divine align.

The main energy of this meditation is creating the space to FEEL, to be with what comes up….to fall asleep with peace in your heart or to sob out what needs to come up and be released. I have always experienced that the Divine holds space for this range of my BEing and feeling and I am sharing that cocoon space with you here….

Energy Update: Solar Eclipse Offers Joy Again And Setting Boundaries

Partial solar eclipse today…visible with our third eyes mostly, felt in our hearts, registered by our souls and Higher Selves as the codes come streaming in. This eclipse offers that your SKIES can open up again….that the sun of love is meant to come in and arise again after you’ve been in shadow, in some craziness timelines, feeling parts of you in distrust and anxiety (as I’ve written about recently.)

The beaming joy of after birth; the relief of catharsis; and the exhale as tensions relax ARE needed and available in this Now. Without this experience of peace too, then parts of you are ‘suffering over your suffering’ and remaining in loops of reactivity to crisis leading to more reactivity leading to more crisis, etc. etc. Parts of you may be drawn to the comfort of the dark without balance of light and love to HOLD the next necessary exploration into shadow integration.

The eclipse also offers a showing of edges that are sometimes necessary; to see and claim boundaries that sometimes need to be set with others so that you can feel like YOU again, so that you can find inner peace again, so that you can cease the suffering loops that they produce and reflect of you to you.

You can see the overlap between your sun and their moon and feel if it still serves you and if you still want it in your galaxy or not.

Conscious choices in ALL areas of life are so important right now as so many timelines shift, collapse, and new ones, higher ones want to birth and emerge. The fear-based timelines can tug hard to keep you anchored into the old. Are you choosing from love or from habit of suffering? Are you choosing from love of yourself or from a place of self hatred and fear? Are you choosing from the newest and highest or from the known and the safe?

The planetary bodies eclipse and merge and overlap in moments such as this….and so offer us mirrors to see our own movements too. This is a time to fill up again with LOVE as the momentous journey of ascension continues on, along with the Divine align…..

Beyond Personality, Roles, Ego is the essence of YOU

Beyond personality, beyond ego, beyond conditioning, beyond what you have learned and been taught…..is the YOU that just IS. Your essence is this arising you have within. This YOU is your soul essence in expression through your human body, your ‘sacred human’ we can call it. Your higher self consciousness in embodied form. This YOU is without filters or barriers or limitations.

Beyond reactivity of emotional woundings, this YOU is free form energy blending and merging and responding and serving. Beyond the mind’s ideas and boxes and concepts, this YOU is beyond the mind yet in dance with the mental gifts you have and can offer to others. Using the mind rather than the mind using you.

Beyond the roles, beyond the duties, beyond the obligations, beyond the routines, beyond the usual, beyond the ordinary, beyond the boredom…there lives a YOU that is unknown to boredom and lives instead in the magical possibilities of every moment. SO MUCH can quell or dampen or squash or limit this magical expression, this magical experience, this magical relationship to life.

What is quelling this YOU? What have you created on your outside from your inside that is creating a shrink in this YOU? To move beyond the shrinking and quelling is to feel and identify what is causing it and what needs to be felt inside with parts of yourself to create a new reality outside.

Going inside out rather than outside in.

Beyond what you are experiencing as ‘outside’ of you is what is actually inside of you and starts THERE. Everything starts from THERE, inside first. Beyond the conditioning that outside is what matters (this is 3D conditioning) is the actual experience that ONLY inside matters because only from the inside can anything actually change on the outside. Inside is where your essence IS, where parts of you are, and the rest is formed on the outside of you.

Beyond the outside version of you is the inside, the essence, the core of who you are, which is not a you at all but love energy responding to other frequencies. Beyond the you version of fitting in is the YOU that cannot fit in because you only just fit inside of you and you ARE limitless without boxes or barriers….

This YOU is eager to be born, is ‘spring-loaded’ to express as it IS expression and yet beyond expression too. This YOU just IS and as it is embodied more and more, it is so much more natural than the conditioned you. It is so much more natural to BE this rather than what parts of you have form fitted to be.

This YOU arises, rather can conforms. This YOU responds, rather than reacts. This YOU connects, rather than is triggered.

Welcome this YOU into your world, let this YOU create a new world for you and ALL parts of you….made for love by love and with love.

Peace At The Cost Of Passion

When peace is achieved at the cost of passion, you get neither in return.

There is a bubbling, gurgling cauldron of desire that lies at the root of our Being. It is untamed and wild. It seeks to explore, experience, and express. It has curiosity and clarity both. It rages like a fire that fuels are primordial and ancient hearts. This passion has many layers of consequence in our souls infinite timeline ranging from the greatest love stories to the depths of our most difficult tragedies. This passion has created worlds majestic and inspiring, as well as destroyed them in the same turn of the page.

In your souls memory, held by what we call the Gatekeeper, there can be a bittersweet relationship to passion. It possess tremendous power and wealth of possibility. How that passion has played out in your emotional body throughout your soul’s story can have a huge impact on how your protector chooses to respond to it. This passion may have come at a cost to an inner peace. Your Protector/Gatekeeper may have experienced very traumatic experiences as a result of such passion ranging from war to intense romantic heartbreak.

It may have chosen over the course of time to seek Peace as a replacement to Passion. Due to its experiences, this was all a self-loving choice. The pain that it witnessed and felt through your heart was far too much to bear and chose a less offensive relationship to life in its defense. It may have lost its faith in something greater than itself and felt to take matters into his or her own hands by seeking emotional safety.

But as humans we are never that far removed from the fire of passion within. It is an attribute of our divine nature. It is the spark of life, love, and creativity. We can only seek to keep it at bay and find ways to cap or mute it. The peace that a part of us seeks is never truly found for the very nature of our passion is to seek expression. It knocks on our doors in ways that can be nothing short of haunting when left unchecked. Depression, anxiety, and rage may all show themselves as reactions to this suppression and distillation.

The only peace we can truly have is in the divine trust that our passion leads us to more of our authentic Self. It is in the feeling and healing of the wounded expressions of our passion, in relationship to our Inner Protector and Gatekeeper, that we can open up again to that which has been so needing to be connected with again. It is the healing of what this passion is here to offer us that can bring us to new arenas of our emotional and spiritual lives. It has the capacity to change it all on a dime when we heal the fear of what that change looks like on the other side.

The growth of your consciousness and felt reality is fueled by this passion. It is the uniqueness of You that gets to birth into the world that has been so fiercely protected in the name of Love. Beginning a relationship with this part of you is the beginning to reclaiming the gifts and joys you have always longed to embody and have just been too busy making peace to truly remember.

4D Spiritual Awakenings Illuminate Compartments

As Mama Gaia continues Her ascent into 4D reality at an increasing rate, we’re invited along for the ride, to experience the highs and lows, ups and downs, and take them inward, to experience them personally while connecting them to what’s happening globally. As we continue moving through these birth canals which it feels like are the main map and territory of 4D, we are being popped into new awarenesses and dawnings within.

The once tidy compartments held by parts of us, carefully sanctioning off this area of life from that one, separating, for example, our spirituality from our social lives and priorities, our emotional worlds, and our physical being, are all being blown apart. Sometimes the experience of these dividing walls coming down is one that happens with plenty of inner-negotiation, like with parts of you that you are actively working with and loving up, or life brings in what can feel like a sledgehammer (of love, mind you!) that seems to, in one fell swoop, bring an end to all separation. The dawningΒ illuminations of how we have held our lives or allowed parts of us to hold life, are coming in stronger now. Intuition can no longer be denied and neither can the feelings of, ‘I want that, not this…‘ – the ‘that’ being the vision, the new template for how you want to experience your life, combining all sacredly held areas, and the ‘this’ being what you may be currently experiencing, in your relationships especially, yet in all other areas as well…

There is so much to feel as we let this one in… that the invitation is to feel where our sense of spirituality has been held as a separate entity, often for safe-holding and keeping by parts of us and understandably so… yet the call to really BE what we are learning about and downloading, to really live into our ‘talk’ and take the steps necessary to embody our deeper soul purpose and service of love calling, grows stronger still and shows us where we have things to look at, some resistances inside of ourselves, to truly letting go of what doesn’t feel like it aligns with this deeper soul and heart calling.

There is nothing to take very lightly about this process, as it runs deep and is often very challenging, as letting go with LOVE means letting go with a full heart, truly feeling the letting go by feeling parts of us that have held these compartments, these safety/no-go zones in place. Feeling their tears and leading them into your vision of what you truly want for you and for them in unification and a greater experience of love in all areas of your life is what brings the waves of NEW into your Now. This is the process of truly inhabiting your 4D and higher sense of spirituality… that the nitty gritty is what leads to the profoundly beautiful arising of you that you have yet to come to know, and the mess is what leads you, ultimately, to the bliss you have been wanting.

Courage is what is needed as you walk into the illuminating lights of 4D awakening and beyond… and courage, arising Sacred Human, is what you absolutely came into this dimension with in the first place and something your soul and heart remembers how to embody if you can find a way to be with that and let it in, one step, one fully felt feeling, one part of you, at a time. ❀

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, discuss the spiritual area of life and the different ways parts of every human being may relate to it on a 3D, 4D and 5D level.

Spirituality tends to be the main focus for many as we live into Ascension, and all too often at the cost of the other areas of life that really can’t help but be connected to it. As arising and healing Sacred Humans wanting to co-create and experience a New or Golden Earth experience, grounding into our spirituality and feeling all of the different ways in which parts of us have related to it, is an important step to healing towards this new reality starting from the inside. Kalayna and Gabriel invite you to feel the different ways that parts of you may relate or not relate to spirituality, how your awakenings may play out in your life, and what can happen if you β€˜pop’ into 4D and 5D spiritual consciousness without taking steps to reconcile your wounding in other areas of your life and your spiritual or existential wounding too.

As Gaia continues her ascent into more 4D consciousness, Her inhabitants (us) are being shaken to the core and sometimes awakened without prior sense of this coming or conscious desire for it. Awakening can happen spontaneously or can be sought through other experiences, such as with psychedelics. Moving more into 4D spirituality often means asking many questions, beginning to feel that spirituality starts within and that the Divine is as much a part of us as we are a part of it. Tidy compartments put into place by parts of us that have tried to keep our spirituality separate from other areas of life are being broken open and it is becoming harder and harder to keep these compartments in place. This is all happening with love and is necessary for our spiritual evolution as a species… though the road can be long, winding, and sometimes quite dark and full of thorns too.

Sometimes the spiritual area of life is related to with so much over-focus that other areas of life are neglected and thus different parts of us are neglected too. In SoulFullHeart, we experience ever-deepening and expanding spiritual awakenings and consciousness shifts through deep-diving within and looking at all areas of life as they are meant to flow and grow together. Energy Update: Craziness Timelines Illuminate Need For Healing Of Inner Polarities

We are entering into some β€˜craziness’ timelines recently of heightened polarities and clashing dualities. These craziness timelines can bring in frequencies of distrust, suspicion, manipulation, and anxiety for us to see and feel on a collective level as they play out and yet personally too in our emotional bodies and Metasoul lines. This craziness is not judged as bad or evil by the Divine, just a reflection of the shadow that LIVES in us all as a by product of this 3D experiment into separation that NEEDS to heal and be felt. The Divine Feminine especially aches for us to heal this craziness inside of ourselves and in the collective too.

One of the ways craziness manifests is when your emotional reality inside doesn’t have a place to land in your external reality. Part of you, especially the Inner Protector, then create barriers and blocks to suppress your emotional reality, to cap your reactions from flooding into your life and with others. Part of you (what we call the Inner Punisher) can then judge your emotionality and your multidimensional capacity too as β€˜being crazy’ which DOES create a sense of being crazy inside you that is reinforced by 3D culture and relationships. You are then comPARTmentalized inside and as you relate with your life, where certain expressions are deemed acceptable or unacceptable depending on the environment as parts of you adjust yourself to β€˜fit in’ and ‘shrink in’ with 3D frequencies.

The Mother codes that recently activated with the two Supermoons in January want you to reconcile the craziness within yourself that has been created from the suppression and compartmentalization of your vulnerable feelings, authentic truth, expansive capacities, and genuine essence. She wants to hold space for your inner reconciliation of all aspects and energies of yourself WITH love.

Reconciling comes as you sometimes need to clash and bash into this craziness within relationships with others that draw these energies out, putting them β€˜in your face’ for you to respond to and digest through them. You may have noticed an increase of craziness in your relationships lately or a sudden heightening of this frequency and drawing others that project this energy on to you. There is often a lot of unconscious projection going on here, where the other person is not conscious of what you are triggering within them or who you are actually representing for them from their β€˜past’ or seeing that their reactions are a mirror of themselves. You may not be aware either of the depth of projection on your side, yet, as you connect more with parts of yourself it becomes easier to feel this and source it. You can then ask parts of you what is β€˜really going on’ at the deeper emotional body levels (and soul timelines as well) that are coming forward and being triggered by the other person.

As you become clearer about this as connected to parts of yourself, you can then hold space for yourself, separate from going onto and analyzing the other person’s β€˜side’ of things (which is usually a diversion from feeling yourself), and feel what is real for you. You can separate the craziness frequencies inside of you that are just parts of you that want and need your love and attention. You can feel if you want the other person to be in your life or not; what is healthy for you and what is not; what serves your self love process and what takes away from it. Healing the craziness polarity offers the balance of feminine frequencies of intuition, stillness, compassion, and forgiveness WITH masculine frequencies to take action, advocate, and set healthy boundaries. This is a HUGE healing that is necessary on a collective level as feminine and masculine have so long been β€˜against’ each other rather than in dance with each other. This ‘against’ on the inside is another source of craziness.

This time to be here

In this dimension

You may not understand in the moment
But know it has all been laid out
In a fashion that may not make sense….until it does.

About to shine

The light is coming in
Through all the cracks of your tired facts
