Moving From Practice To Embodiment Of Your Spirituality

“It’s time to move from practice to embodiment.” ~

I felt this multi-layered message come through yesterday, just before holding a session with a sweet soul who is definitely on a new leg of her journey with this very thing. I feel the truth of it still moving through me too and the different resistances that parts of us can have to truly embodying whatever our spiritual, healing, Ascension ‘practice’ is.

In this session, she and I felt together how there’s a new chapter opening up now for her, where it’s not so much about going in and seeking pain or even about waiting for a trigger to happen in order for an inner portal to open. Instead, it’s more about seeking the next initiations on a soul level, letting those bring up the grist that’s needed WHEN needed, but also choose to be with the celebration of what HAS moved and healed and what’s now emerging inside on the other side of that.

For her, what’s emerging is a new sense of her womanhood, seeded deeply in her cleaning-out and activating womb, integrating the work she’s been doing and everything she has felt with her parts and Metasoul aspects over the years, yet especially the last few months, of her process. It’s been an intense ride for her with much darkness to steep in at times, yet her innate soul and heart goodness and ongoing sessions have been her guiding light to this new place within.

This is what it means to move from practice to embodiment on a deeper level… when your practice, whatever it is, becomes less and less compartmentalized from the rest of your life. You start feeling the need to advocate and truth-tell from your burgeoning, heart-centered clarity, and you feel the rumbles of what you want to create and become in your life, even if/when there is a cost of some kind. Your passion ignites in ways that may surprise you.

Your emotional and spiritual maturity begins to catch up to and even surpass your physical age. Your King/Queen energy starts to feel more genuinely empowered and capable of moving into deep resonance within and in your life as a whole, with so much trust in and respect for who you’ve already healed to become. You can take grounded ‘risks’ then, socially, financially, etc, that feel less ‘scary’ and more doable, even in the potential for loss and needing to make some more challenging choices.

This invitation to embody your ‘practice’ is a constant one. It’s becoming required, actually, as we enter into higher states of consciousness and Divine Self embodiment. As we ascend, love blows out all compartments and floods them with love. We are flooded with as much love as we can physically and emotionally handle and it’s up to us how we embody that love and to claim the space we need with our parts in resistance to it as we do so.

And it can be surprising the edges that surface as this embodiment happens! Yet, it’s all sacred, even if there is loss and a need to be in a void space somehow in order to sort through it and find your way. Sobriety and realness are your companions on this journey and along with them, you’ll feel the love that’s always been there with you and within you, as you open up and keep healing…

Preface To ‘The Quest: A Men’s Healing And Ascension Journey’

I started working on a book about the quest of the sacred masculine and its healing journey about this time last year when I was apart from my soul fam in SoulFullHeart. Of course, it couldn’t help itself from being anything less than what I had learned. It was a way for me to see myself, feel myself, and hopefully help other men in the process.

I have gone back to it recently and felt a pride in what I started and feel drawn and guided to continue on. I may share excerpts along the way as they highlight themselves. Today, I felt to share the Preface as it has relevance to our current collective situation and how are huMANity and masculinity relate to it. I look forward to where this journey takes me in my leadership and service of love to the men (and women!) it is meant to land in.

“IT IS CURRENTLY 2021 and I find myself, along with all of humanity, in a very tumultuous time in history. A global pandemic of fear, psychological and informational warfare, disclosure, and governmental authoritarianism is reigning supreme in our collective drama. Those that have been ‘elected’ or determined to be the leaders of the glorious mothership we call Earth/Gaia, are showing themselves to be ‘emperors with no clothes’.

I started to write this book about the awakening, sacred masculine right around the time the world went into a frenzy of lockdowns and an ever-mounting case load of information showing that we are being hooped and reigned in by a consciousness that is dystopian, dysfunctional, and dis-integrated. There are cries that the Old Guard of the Patriarchy be taken down and dis-membered (many times expressed literally!). There is the disclosure of the ‘Deep State’ as well as the hidden hand that is its ‘Luciferian’ influencer.

I put words in quotes not to dismiss them, but to highlight that these words are portals into something more contextual and less exact. This is not a book about evidence, data, or convincing this or that. It is about feeling within the current circumstance we find ourselves in as human beings, and more specifically as the masculine side of that equation (more on what I mean by that in the following Introduction.)

The male/wounded masculine dominance of the past few thousand years is being brought to trial and exposure by the collective arising feminine as well as the awakening, healing masculine. This is not an anti-man exploration. My journey has been to find the roots of our collective wounding through my own personal healing and introspection/integration process. In my heart it is very PRO-masculine, the healed transmutation of what has not been working and the honoring and cultivation of what has.

As men on a quest for our authentic expression and embodiment in this drama, we are being called to initiate ourselves into something new that brings us face-to-face with the Shadow that is appearing right in front of our very eyes these days. We are being invited to seek our calling and purpose in this death and rebirth process known as ‘Ascension’.

We all have a huge part to play in the years to come. Yet to recreate and rebuild I feel we need to do that from a more healed and honest place within us. Who we truly are is a result of seeing and feeling what we have been through with a courageous and compassionate heart as well as passionate conviction to be the change we want to see in the world.”

Sacred Sexuality Group Meditation Call March 14 |Raphael & Jelelle Awen

Oh this should be a GOOD group call! Our sexual energy is probably the most misunderstood force in existence. One way of attempting to describe sexual energy is seeing it and feeling it as liquid love and light, the invisible force that threads all of us to each other. Sexual energy is so much more than the physical act of sexual intercourse between partners.

It is the living essence of life, creative power and the Divine embodied. And it is innocent with a strong desire to be ALIVE. It takes a lot of energy to keep it suppressed and blocked, yet we do because of traumas, shame, judgement, sexual abuse, etc. and cultural/Matrix conditioning. Whether in a sacred sexuality exploration with a partner or currently single, this group call will provide an initiation into the deeper waters of healing your sacred sexual energy that brings life to LIFE.

Raphael and I are co-hosting this group call for women and men over Zoom to provide a transmission of sacred sexuality codes from Avalon. My Heart Is Here To Serve

My heart is here to serve.

It was not a pretty sight about 10-12 years ago. I found myself in situations that felt like bottoms of barrels. A merry-go-round of anxiety, depression, and inner-punishment all while having the exterior of ‘having it all together’.

I found myself using alcohol, speed, and pornography as some sort of escape only to find myself deeper in the mud of Unworth. The maintenance of a ‘normal’ life was wearing thin and cracks were forming. I felt myself losing grip of a life of passion and joy. A part of me resigning to suffering as a way of life.

When I began my own journey with SoulFullHeart I was just looking for a means to find inner peace and a way to support myself doing something meaningful. What it turned out to be was much more. It was a calling back to Self and Service. And there I have found my roots.

The process of meeting and feeling the parts of me, stuck in what felt like a never-ending pattern of unworth and suffering, was a huge heart-opening as well as eye-opener. I started to see the ways in which I was creating a bifurcated world inside of myself. Love was some novel concept that you could see or read about, but not fully feel in my being.

As I have continued down this path of selves-discovery through parts work, and soul-awakening through Metasoul work, I have come to a new frontier in my life previously held in the shadow of my consciousness. We don’t always hide the ‘ugly’, but many times the beauty.

It has been through all my deep movements and initiations (that I didn’t realize were initiations), that I have found myself in sacred desire to serve. Serve those that feel connected my words, my heart, and my past. I may not have had quite the traumas others have had but my journey has taught me that I have a well of compassion, care, and curiosity…the three elements for this work.

Now, don’t get me wrong. There are hard places to go. There are challenges and difficulties. If we are called to heal and grow, this is the real and true path. Some of our parts weren’t baked from a Holly Hobby Oven, but rather from the grist of karma. This is the nature of our individual human story.

In all of that, there needs to be a sense of safety and trust. This is why we meet the Inner Protector first so that we get to feel and heal these places with permission and grace. I work WITH you, not for you. Ultimately, you are the sovereign in any session, I just open my heart and ask questions, offering intuitions along the way. Well, not JUST. Opening the heart is part of what I have worked so hard to get to. It is the fruit of my own inner labour. Now I want to share that fruit.

I have worked mostly with women and have had so many amazing experiences. Lots of growth for both of us. I have an affinity to work with the feminine as I have a close relationship with my own. I am guided by the Magdalene lineage of service.

I desire to serve men as well in their ache to find their own mark in the world through a sensitive and caring heart. I have been through my own sacred masculine journey and continue to do so. I am working with Raphael Awen monthly and will be offering Men’s Group calls and videos talking about men, healing, and spirituality. It is a deep calling to serve men into their Highest Heart and SoulFire Self.

I offer a free 45-minute introductory call to see how I may serve you in your healing into self-love and SoulFire. It is also to see if it is even a fit for both of us at this time. SoulFullHeart is a specific paradigm that is more than just a therapy or healing modality. It is a way of life in the end. Yet, that can be discovered and felt one session at a time.

Serving Love With Women In 1:1 Sessions

There are so many reasons why I love holding space for other women…

One is that I get to share my cultivated heart and soul gifts that I came into this life to share with those who are resonant and in need of the discovery and boost of their own. Another is that I get to share the gifts of my beloved soul family community and the intimacy that lives here with them and within me, supporting others to come closer to themselves and to us if/as that unfolds. And yet another is that I have the honour, privilege, and deep blessing of being able to witness and feel big souls like Saule Ilona Bukauskas (her testimonial is below) open up to their own bigness more and more through feeling and healing trauma in the heart and soul.

I get to learn from every soul I serve love with and I grow alongside them. It’s sometimes wild and untethered, yet it’s always gentle in many ways. Sessions with any one of us in SoulFullHeart are catalytic and heart-opening, even when we have to wade through a dark swamp together on our way back to love’s shores.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself that I’ve been called to serve love in this way! The Womb Is A Portal To The Experience Of Womanhood In All Lifetimes

As women, all of our lifetimes of experience of being able to BE a woman or not, in every sense of the word, lives in our wombs. There’s a powerful portal within each of our wombs that connects us to these lifetimes where we may have experienced immense power, yet at a cost. This portal can also open us up to lifetimes of remembering what it was like to be a mother, mate, sister, and daughter, who was treasured and loved… or used and abused, victimized, and maybe even held captive for being female.

Such is the mix for the feminine in her depths of healing. So deep is the legacy we each carry within us of our need to heal and offer healing to others too from the depths of our femininity that has been hijacked sometimes and honoured/revered other times.

I often connect with this beautiful egg stone (in the featured photo), which my beloveds and I call the ‘Mother Stone’ at Glastonbury Abbey, ever since landing here in Avalon when we arrived 6 months ago, and I’ve been on a profound inner journey of awakening and healing (supported also by Her) that I couldn’t have done without the energies here. I feel in so many ways like a totally different woman and even a whole new sort of Priestess now than I could have felt like or truly claimed before. And, I feel how all of this journeying has come from my womb and returns back to my womb for integration.

Our wombs hold and house our truest soul and heart bigness. To clear her and activate her, means to meet with what has left her rather congested and full of frequencies she is no longer meant to hold. So vast and deep is the feminine pain heard and felt around the world for centuries, that these cries live in her too. To truly hear, feel, and transmute this pain on behalf of women everywhere is to dive into it from within, from the chalice of our own soul’s experience and need for this healing.

Serving The Feminine, Connecting With The Inner Mother

In absolute awe I am, of the depth and sacred intensity in the women I serve in sessions and the women I connect with daily in community as well. Our intensity always matches that of the passion borne inside the womb, that rumbles worlds as much as She creates them.

It’s always vulnerable to lead and be led, to hold and be held, as a feminine embodiment in this and any lifetime. The strength of our inner masculines serves to protect us and our feminine essences, as well as the parts who have felt victimized by this body, by this core of who we are as a heart and soul. Sometimes the inner ‘masculine’ is also a strong and powerful matriarch/wounded Queen/Priestess energy inside that finds it challenging to be vulnerable out of necessary self-protection. Even THIS intensity needs honouring, love, and holding; a recognition of her powerful presence while also helping her learn to feel again, as challenging as that has been for her until now.

I’ve noticed in recent sessions how this matriarch energy expresses in different ways inside of different women. Sometimes we call this the Inner Mother. In one recent session with a young woman in her mid-twenties, we felt how her Inner Mother holds frequencies of being tired and overwhelmed and also victimized by life, much like her birth mother has energized. Another young woman in her early twenties has been feeling how her Inner Mother is also an Inner Punisher who also has frequencies of a Sorceress at times.

I feel, as I serve this dynamic range in women, how much love there is available to continue holding it with an open heart and open hands too, to allow whatever needs to come up in the space to do so. These energies need and deserve to felt and heard, not diagnosed or labeled, even as mirrors are held up for them to start to see their impact on themselves and other parts, as well as relationships on the outside. This is the work of transforming the False Mother into the Sacred Feminine inside, while inviting in the Divine Mother, in whatever form and face is necessary, as the template for this process.

The deep dive inside isn’t actually possible without love and also without support of the Divine Mother, who is the ultimate model for us to feel the inner False Mother and help her heal into more of the healthy, heart-open, capable, and profoundly gifted Queen. It’s Her love that holds the space, really, for which I am but a humble vessel, supporting you to become your own. There’s really no end to this process of deepening this embodiment, no ultimate pinnacle of it, and every ounce of discovery and healing is so worth the journey of diving deep into what (and who) hasn’t felt worthy of receiving, let alone becoming, this energy of sacred feminine love within.

Womb Healing & Activation Women’s Meditation Group Call March 7th | Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

Our wombs, which includes both our second and third chakras, is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and bridge to our Sacred Feminine capacities as Creatrix of life. Our wombs become filled with pain/trauma layers from this life and other lifetimes, other people’s energies, and even the collective…in this way they are ‘pain wombs’ rather than ‘love wombs’. In addition, our wombs have been hijacked by the 3D/4D Matrix since the fall of Atlantis and the rise of the wounded masculine dominance, so our access to the purity essence of our womb is often very covered over and not fully activated.

This hijacking includes how we experience our monthly menstrual cycles as ‘natural’ when they are actually a suppressive program that effectively and significantly reduces our energy levels and for many of us causes quite a lot of pain and discomfort. We can hold our period cycles with a sense of honoring to our bodies and certainly not with shame or judgement about them, yet to revere them and our menstrual blood can connect to and even draw in the lower 4D Matrix frequencies. This is often bleed through from other timelines/lifetimes where pro-feminine/anti-masculine ritual and ceremony was practiced without awareness of the darker influences that were going on at other dimensional levels.

As we activate the powerful sovereignty contained in our wombs through a personal connection with her (including a ‘naming’ of her), we can then start to clear, heal and remember our infinite capacities of choice as sacred feminine humans. Our capacity to create WHOLE universes includes choices at the personal level toward our procreation, our aging process, our hormonal levels, and ALL biological functions of our bodies. We reclaim ultimate conscious choice over our bodies on all levels, which effectively unplugs us from any Matrix programs.

Kasha and I will be sharing more about this in our next women’s meditation group call on Sunday, March 7th, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm GMT (London, UK timezone/12:00pm EST/9:00am PST). We will talk about this womb hijacking and how that impacts what we experience within our wombs during menstrual cycles, false mother frequencies, other people’s energies, aborted/still gestating/blocked creative projects and expressions, and suppression of our truth. Through a personal relationship with our wombs and supported by the Divine Mother we can heal these layers to move into activation of this powerful force within us and connect to the Cosmic Womb. We will share our personal journeys with this process and our wombs during the call.

During this call, we will also guide you in a meditative space into a safe healing dimension to allow deep connection to your womb and activation. Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene will join us as a template of Mother and Lover/Priestess energies for our wombs to template from and be supported by. The Big, Bold, Brave Choice To Be Fully Alive In These Times

The SoulFullHeart process is a wild, epic ride that is constantly blowing my mind and my heart wide open. It is intense, deep, rich and profound and I love it so much. My life is more magical when I am accessing and feeling my parts and creating deeply nourishing relationships inside of myself with them. Life becomes more alive and real in a way I cannot describe as it truly needs to be experienced for yourself. It is such an individual process because it is led by parts of YOU, there is no one outside telling you what is right or how to do it, just support to keep going in and finding your own way through any challenges, tensions or resistances to love that arise. 

It is a process that is helping me to become more human and that is what I love. It is not a spiritual practise but it is deeply spiritual. It is bridging the gap for me on what being a human and being spiritual mean. This process helps me feel and know from inside that those two aspects of who we are, are NOT separate. As I feel what is deeply human inside of me and those parts of me feel seen, met, heard and loved, then the Divine aspects of me are remembered and revealed so naturally and organically.

Our human hearts and emotions are the keys to the doorway home to the Divine essence of who we truly are. The richness in feeling this from inside and through your own experience with your parts is for me the most exquisite feeling ever. It is changing everything in my life and creating a foundation of self love and self trust in a way I have not experienced anywhere else.

This is my experience of course, not everyone will resonate with parts work and that is the beauty of all being so different and unique. This process honors and welcomes our uniqueness though, seeing the gifts that your parts and the ways they experience and feel life as adding to it, rather than taking away, or trying to make us tick boxes that make us spiritual enough to fit in or advance to the next level. There are no rules and the possibilities are endless, how liberating. 

You are endless, your parts are endless and the love that starts to arise within you as you feel parts of you is endless too. It is something to let in, feeling how big, how beautiful and how divine we truly are and have always been, and that being here in a human body is a gift we chose, not a hindrance to our spirituality but rather the doorway into deeper knowing and understanding of it.   

It is a big, bold and brave choice to choose a path of being fully alive and embodied in these times when there is so much to feel and respond to in the world. For me there is no other way through though than IN and I would not want to be going IN in any other way than with my parts, in this way of life and with the support of this beloved community.
