Higher Heart and Supermoon Activation Guided Meditation – Day 31: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 31 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I guide you in a meditation to bring in the frequencies of the Blood Blue Supermoon Lunar Eclipse of January 31, 2018 – the first one in 150 years. I guide you through in the moment integration of these codes into your chakras and especially your higher heart. The higher heart chakra is an important one connected to Unity Consciousness and ascension to fifth dimensional consciousness.

I speak light language that feels to be from my Lemurian Metasoul aspect named Rae-Na. I linger in the higher heart to guide you in feeling your higher heart; how open it is or closed; what its pains are; what is aches/desires are. The higher heart activation leads to unification with all aspects of yourself connecting in love, compassion, curiosity, ambassadorship.

I also offer about the shifting from primarily processing energy through your third chakra (personal will) and to processing from your Higher Heart (service of love self). Archangel Metatron comes in to represent the Divine Masculine (the sun). Goddess Sophia and Mother Gaia come in to represent the Divine Feminine (the moon and the earth.)

Conscious Community And 5D Money – Day 30: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 30 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, my husband Raphael joins me (along with his Star Seed part named Andy as represented in a sweet stuffie….and our dog Koda.) Raphael talks about how our draw and our push away (from parts of us) is connected to gathering together around values resonance within community. Our first experience of community is our birth families, which we have both good and difficult experiences to digest in order to let in conscious community. I offer that in higher dimensional frequencies we are used to Unity Consciousness versus 3D living that is so separate and isolated.

We share our experience of living in community for the last few years and with sharing money within our small group, which has allowed for more immersion and intimacy between us as a group with very little conflict and much less tension and anxiety. We feel that money represents love to parts of us, so the sense of abundance or scarcity of ‘money’ is really about love. We share our experience of getting down to very little money and still feeling trust and Divine holding around it.

We define what we feel is ‘conscious community’, which is about bringing the emotional reality forward through parts work, leading with vulnerability, being transparent and authentic, and emphasizing relationality.

My Awakening Journey/Story – Day 29: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 29 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I share my own awakening journey, especially over the last 15 years or so since I was introduced to the parts process through a emotional and spiritual healing group based in Ashland, Oregon. I share about my ‘make believe’ or fantasy life which actually felt more real than ‘reality’. I feel now this was a sign of my third eye especially being quite open, traveling to other dimensions, and communicating with higher selves of other people even as a child.

I also talk about my experiences in jobs and careers that reflected my soul expression coming through (as it always does in some way), such as being a medical assistant/nurse in a cancer center; a small business reporter/editor; and a life/business coach/manager. It can be interesting to look at our ‘job history’ this way and connect it to our soul purpose expression now.

My main soul awakenings really began with the parts process and have expanded and deepened over the last 15 years with dark nights, bliss and Oneness, non-dual and kundalini and cosmic awakenings, Divine Mother connection, conscious community, falling in love with Raphael, healing abduction wounding and my star seed, creating and offering SoulFullHeart, etc.

Energy Update: Inner Supermoon Illuminates And Dissolves Your Defensive Layers

As we approach the Lunar Eclipse and second Supermoon for this month, you can feel the energies ‘ramping’ up. You could call this ‘portals opening’ and certainly it can look this way with your third eye. AND, I have been taking pictures of the sun during these gateways and portal openings offering energy download and code activations in which it actually looks like a portal. The physical ‘proof’ of this portal as reflecting in our sun serves to bridge to the 3D parts of us that still want and need that kind of link to what is happening in the cosmos with physical manifestation.

Your trust may be growing lately in what exists and can be felt much beyond the mind, beyond the five senses, beyond what you have been conditioned in 3D schools to believe as ‘real’. This trust grows as you connect more with your Higher Self (or Metasoul – individuated soul source) and these higher dimensional frequencies come into your consciousness. You experience this through altered states during meditation especially as you go within to discover the WORLDS there are to explore, find, and take in that exist much beyond the five sense limiting filtering system.

You can trust more too as you feel the parts of you that have been anchored to 3D reality and WHY they have been. Your Inner Protector had to form a shield and armor in order for you to survive here. Similar to putting on an atmospheric suit if you were to go explore on the moon’s surface, you needed a protective shield of density to be here in 3D. This protective shield creates layers of dense coverings over your energy field, over your heart chakra, over your emotional body, over your physical body. It is to protect you and exists for self loving reasons. These layers of protective coverings can make it more difficult to feel a transactional heart flow of love within yourself, in relationships with others, and with the Divine.

Yet, as you awaken, cracks of light start penetrating this protective suit. Trickles and sometimes storms of love water flood the suit and start to erode it away. The guardedness drops as you let in more and more love and light ascension energies such as what are being offered in this now. As you are in relationships which support and amplify this love exchange and make it safe to drop the defenses, the Protector can let go of the protective shield and trust love more. Your 5D Self (or your Higher Self coming into your body) is able to be in multiple dimensions at the same time, vibrating in joy, being porous to all feelings that are going on, bridge for all parts of you to the present moment without the need for the anchoring ‘suit’ of protection.

The moon energies support the illumination of this protective suit and getting to know it as a separate energy…..to become intimate with it in order to invite it into love. The Divine Feminine offers compassion and forgiveness to ALL parts, including the Protector and even the Inner Punisher too (that such harsh critic sometimes). The Divine Mother provides a re-templating of the wounded frequencies that we received. Acceptance and OKness with all of our feelings, shadow aspects, karmic patterns, and holding space for them to be felt and moved with and by love.

These energies have a feeling of rumble to them as well. Rumblings of desires and higher consciousness moving through the grounds of your life. These rumblings can bring deaths and letting go, which eventually lead to rebirths. Even your Protector can want these death and rebirths as it so desperately needs and wants to rest from guarding you and parts of you. The Divine Feminine shakes your life up with love so that you can see and feel all the pieces as they scatter about and choose if you still want them to ‘land’ in the same places and the familiar configurations.

There is an allowance and necessity for letting in, for integration, for going within to digest. There is a need for goodness, softness, compassion and self care. If you have difficulty accessing and providing yourself these frequencies, you probably have a masculine part of you (again, like the Protector) that is coming in to do, to judge, to conform, to maintain. Negotiation with these parts of you can allow for the feminine to come into your BEing more…….softening, enlightening, and soothing.

Your inner Supermoon wants to shine light onto all the fields of your life and illuminate what needs your attention, focus, and choice points. Your inner Supermoon reflects the BIGness of your BEing that can hold so much more than you might realize or even imagine, plus illuminates the edges and boundaries that currently limit your soul expression. Your inner Supermoon gives you a sense of what can be revealed when you are willing to look, open to feel, and surrendered to love.

Embodying Inner Feminine and Connecting With Divine Mother – Day 27: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 27 of this 33 Days of Metamorphosis, SoulFullHeart Facilitator (for women under 30) Kalayna Colibri joins me to talk about healing the inner feminine through feeling masculine aspects such as the Protector and the Punisher. As these masculine parts of us rest, then the feminine can arise. It is usually embodied in our Inner Teenager, who is guarded over by the masculine. Our Inner Teenager holds our waiting to be initiated healthy sexuality; latent emotional maturity; soul gift expression capacity, etc. Kalayna shares about her process with her Inner Teenager and the Protector.

We also talk about the layers of wounded masculine that we’ve been conditioned to in 3D culture and receive as templating from our birth mothers. To heal these layers is about connection with the Divine Mother and receiving new templating of authentic femininity.

Healing Inner Punisher And Shame – Day 26: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 26 of this 33 Days of Metamorphosis, I talk about the Inner Punisher part of the 3D Self. This Punisher energy can show up in spirituality in terms of ‘battling’ the ego, annihilating the ego, obliterating the ego, and going to ‘war’ or against something else from inside, etc.

The Inner Punisher forms in response to the 3D culture that is polarized to going outward to judge others or turning the judgement inward or both. This is templated from caregivers/parents that hold these energies toward us.

Your Inner Punisher can be quite strong and you may not even notice it at first until you start tracking this energy and how it suppresses, judges, and pushes up shame reactions. One main suffering loop that you may experience is between the Inner Punisher and shame reactions that come up from the Inner Teenager/Inner Child usually. The feeling tones of shame are ‘I am wrong’ and ‘I deserve to be punished and judged’.

We don’t go to battle with the Punisher in the SoulFullHeart process, we actually help it transform to its higher frequency expressions of discernment, intuition, and guidance with love. It also helps to set boundaries with love; discern with love; offer guidance with love. Eventually the Punisher integrates into your growing 5D Self and is able to offer forgiveness and compassion inside and to others in an authentic way.

Parts Process, Setting Boundaries – Day 25: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen & Raianna Shai (Video)

In today’s video, Day 25 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk with my daughter Raianna, how has been engaging with the SoulFullHeart parts process for more than a year. She brings the perspective of her generation at 22 years old and how it feels to incorporate the parts perspective (and SoulFullHeart way of life) into her life.

Raianna shares about the first Protector part that she met and how she digested a process of punisher/protector-shame reaction that happened in reaction to a social setting. She talks about how hard it was to get ‘away’ from the shame reactions in order to feel why she felt that way until she could feel them as separate parts and energies and sort them through with her SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri.

She also talks about how as you feel more of your own parts, you can feel more of these energies in others, especially as an empath. She shares about her experiences in boundary setting with others and her process around that.

She shares too about living in community near us, engaging in the SoulFullHeart process, and relating with me as her ‘mother’ and more and more on a soul level rather than the ‘roles’ of mother and daughter.

Awakening To Your Self-Worth Healing Process Within

Perhaps the deepest, most powerful, most emotional and yet also the most spiritual awakening we can have, is to how our self-worth has been measured within.

We were given these measuring tools by a culture fraught with pain and unworthiness. We were led here by caregivers and confidants, mentors and leaders. We were messaged from birth (in this life and other lives too) that our worth is dependent, conditional, finite, and above all, quantifiable. We are told subliminally, unconsciously, that we need to have, be, do, say, many different things that aren’t authentically us in our hearts. We are a species in incredible pain that goes deep. Even if you seem to consciously be choosing to ignore this inside of you, it’s still there. It lingers and pricks. It perks up when the opportunity comes, when it is safe enough to truly awaken to it, feel it, make space for it to continue arising.

It doesn’t matter how often some others may tell you, ‘there is nothing wrong with you’, when there is so much living in the buried basement of your heart’s cries for love, for a connection with All-That-Is, to genuinely feel One again with yourself, with the Divine, with everyone around you. Our separation and abandonment wounding lives fathoms deep inside of us and our parts. It lives and breathes within, it pops up whenever it can, and it does certainly inform your daily experience of life.

To truly find and feel our worth again, we must be willing to feel through the process of it… to be with the parts of us, the pain, the anguish, and the anxiety which all make up our experience of not truly having our worth intact. The fact is that we could never lose our worth… yet to deeply feel it and live from it is a whole other choice that involves feeling what ISN’T it and making room to feel all there is to feel about that.

To be in this process is to slowly begin to come home to yourself in a way you’ve never imagined. And once you get there, you realize that the light was left on for you by your soul and your infinite Divine connection that never left you. YOU truly ARE the love you and your parts have been searching, waiting, aching for. And when this can really be let in, nothing else matters but making sure that you have the things, people, relationships, intentions, that truly reflect this worth and love back to you. It is worth all of the inner-mining and the years of deep-diving within. It is worth it because YOU’RE worth it and the love you are meant to serve is worth it too. ❤

Loving Your Ego Into Healing, Letting Go, And Surrender

I just read something online that offered, “Ego death is an ongoing battle. A constant war from within that you must be vigilant about.” I feel sadness when I read words such as these and feel the energy where they come from. I feel them coming from a place of, indeed, inner battling. That means there is yet another part inside that will not get the love that they are SO wanting and needing. Instead, they will be labeled by another part (usually what we call the Inner Punisher) as ‘ego’ and they will be battled, punished, judged.

All this battling inside just leads to MORE battling…how could it lead to anything else? To feel something as ‘coming from ego’ is not about the identification of that as much as it is what your relationship is to what you discover. Are you being loving toward the energy that you define as your ego? Are you feeling compassionate toward it? Are you feeling curious about the WHYs of your egos existence? Are you feeling open to FEEL what the deepest pains and hurts of what you are calling your ego have been?

Why would you treat this ‘ego’ inside with any less love than you would energies that you identify as spiritual or higher consciousness or coming from your soul? Wouldn’t this ‘ego’ actually need MORE love in order to heal? In order to let go of fear? In order to BEcome something more Divine in its expression?

To truly awaken into the embodiment of your sacred humanity is to no longer go to battle with any energies inside of yourself from this life and from your Metasoul/other lifetimes as well. This takes process, time, and healing of many layers that WANT to go to battle and just are used to it from inside of you. The inner battlefields and frontlines are the ones that cause the most damage to your worthiness growth, to the expression of your BIGness, to your capacity and ability to serve love and your passion purpose expression.

Appreciating what your ‘ego’ has had to do to survive, to help you survive, is what allows these energies to let go. This is what allows the growing trust in the Divine that allows for surrender, to detach from self image. Any places where you are responding with ‘going to war’ are places inside of you that don’t get to receive your love…and these are usually the parts of you that need it the MOST.
