YOU Are The “Event” You’ve Been Waiting For

“You are the event you’ve been waiting for….” this is what I hear and feel when I check in about the ‘event’ that many people are offering is coming soon, possibly within the next couple of weeks. The event is generally felt to be a significant blast of energy from the Great Central Sun delivered through our sun to us. This boost in energy is offered then to create a kind of mass awakening with different timeline predictions unfolding from there. Some offer that up to 1/3 of the population will simply ‘disappear’ and reappear on a third dimensional density planet. Others say that there will be a bifurcation (and that it is already happening) of two Earths…..a 3D one and a 5D one. Others offer that the boost in energy (if it happens) will support the acceleration of the Ascension process that is already happening with each individual soul choosing what their experience of reality is through where their consciousness level is at.

I tend to feel the most resonance with the last offering. I have experienced that Ascension is a process….a series of ups and downs, spirals, and deepenings. To feel it from a Divine Feminine sense…awakening is the death, the gestation, and the birth happening as possibilities in all moments. To set a specific date and to declare that very specific events and outcomes are going to happen ON this date feels like it comes from an place of impatience and maybe even suffering that is being relieved by going into a knowing place about what is going to happen next. There is also an undertone of fear if the event doesn’t happen soon…..a sense that the suffering will continue. Ultimately, also, it can be that parts of people are looking for something dramatic to change ‘out there’ rather than trusting that embracement of the inner process is what shifts ALL realities.

There is a ‘rapture’ archetype in our collective consciousness from religious conditioning as an aspect of the 3D matrix (that we’ve all chosen on a soul level). It has a disempowering and controlling energy. The picture that we will be ‘saved’ by Divine intervention and those that are ‘most worthy’ will experience Heaven and those that are not will be dropped into a Hellish existence. This is a polarized picture that is a reflection of the fear, distrust, unworthiness, and comparison that can exist inside of us from one part of us to another. The rapture picture lives in our Metasouls too with possibly aspects of us in other timelines actually living out the play out of this. To heal beyond this picture is to trust in the Now, in the Divine, in the sense of Oneness for which our consciousness came and is returning…..to trust that the awakening process is happening for each of us in a way that is sacred and supported.

When I check in with my Metasoul Aspects and the Divine about the event, what I get back is, “You are the Event. Each of you is the Event. The Event is your ever ongoing choices of love over fear. The Event is your arising into sacred humanity together. The Event is happening now.” Β The energy I feel when this is offered is one of complete celebration for the tremendous transition that we are undergoing NOW as we continue in this process. It is honoring what we have endured, bravely felt, let go in order to let in and in order to BEcome sacred humanity. I feel an energy of complete support from our Higher Self aspects in continual unfolding.

There has seemed to be an increase in solar frequencies in the last few weeks, with the ‘power’ of the sun amplifying, along with the energies of the recent Supermoons. Offering ultimately a balance of masculine and feminine INside of us. If there is a pronounced solar energy surge coming soon, it feels like it will support the core of our trust, our choices based on love, and our service of love as well. It also may bring us into a more pronounced 4D transitional place with death and rebirths on a more mass scale, along with the ongoing disclosure process. In this case, it is not so much something to look forward to as an invitation to focus inward to increase your self love capacity overflow that allows for responding in service of love as needed.

In the meantime of this Now though it offers a boost to remember that……….YOU are the event that you’ve been waiting for.

Clearing 3D Everything And Drawing NEW Earth Support Systems

BIG clearings moving through of 3D everything that may be limiting, that may be taking up space, that may be keeping DNA sleepy, that keeps the veils in place. 3D everything is what we’ve walked and talked and been conditioned to for this timeline and many others. 3D was the dial we set on our consciousness and it likes to stubbornly stick there. It is sticky because its very substance is about being STUCK….or at least the perception of being stuck, as energy is actually always moving, shifting, and changing.

This 3Dness has been in our every living cell. Ingrained and maintained by circumstances and situations that support its heart beat and life blood flowing. The 3D support system takes quite a lot of energy to maintain…this is what we are realizing more and more. As a collective culture, it takes tremendous group consensus to keep 3D in place as the predominant reality, especially as Gaia ascends beyond it. It seems to take alliances with some fear-based Star BEings to create 3D control matrixes and programs that can keep so many from awakening. These star BEings just represent an aspect of each of us, trying on this role of suppressor and 3D drug dealer.

To maintain the lower frequencies of extreme dualism, polarization, limit and lack, competition, overmasculinization….actually takes MUCH more energy than the NATURAL ones of unification, compassion, abundance, peace, balance of feminine-masculine. Because LOVE is the most abundant energy that there IS and makes up everything…..what is based NOT on love takes quite a bit of work and effort to keep going.

The β€˜good news’ in this is that it becomes easier to see and feel the 3D support system inside of you as the effort that it is. You start to recognize the signs of the wear and tear of it. It feels like tiredness, lostness, hang overs, confusion. You can feel the pull and drag, the bringing down and the buying in that it requires. 3D doesn’t ever really rest or accept or surrender. It is working on, convincing, tugging, mugging, selling, pushing, convincing, drugging, controlling. You can feel this inside of you, AS parts of your 3D formed self that have formed to fit these energies because it has been necessary for survival.

An awakening YOU is arising though. Your Sacred Human Self. Your Divine Human Self. It is feeling, clearing and healing energies from all this 3D living. It is drawing situations and experiences that offer a differing picture and sense from 3D. It is bringing higher consciousness, multidimensional aspects of your Metasoul into your awareness. It is offering NEW mirrors of your bigness in these aspects of you as angel, guide, and the Divine.

As this higher vibrational YOU can negotiate consciously with your 3D Self, you can start to VERY lovingly let go of the support systems that it has needed to survive here. We feel these 3D Self energies express as specific parts or subpersonalities (which you could call Ego aspects) such as the Inner Protector, Inner Teenager, Inner Punisher, Inner Mother/Father, etc. You can start to take these parts of you off of 3D life support. This may feel like death in many moments as the transition happens from the previous to the New. The death is only of that which wasn’t really you so that the New can be born. As HIGH frequencies of love and light continue to move the dial up to 4D and higher through your every living cell, your Sacred Human Self can help your 3D Self recognize what choices are based in undigested wounding, what behaviors are founded in fear, and what reactions are coming from 3D conditioning. This can become a very conscious process that is held and supported by MUCH love from and with the Divine. We offer support for this process in SoulFullHeart through individual supportive space holding sessions, group calls and sessions, and community connection…..we are serving to create NEW support systems that are based on NEW EARTH in this now.

As you let go of the previous 3D-based support systems, the NEW ones come from Gaia in a huge way (offering MUCH needed grounding of all the higher influxes of light) as an ascending β€˜home’ frequency that is already encoded into your DNA. The NEW ones come from within as the energy of support and β€˜withness’ replaces any β€˜againstness’ from one part of you to another. Collaboration and cooperation is experienced from inside, drawing the same energy frequencies from and with others. Ultimately, the most powerful support systems originate from within, fueled by self love, and connected to your Divine β€œI AM” nature that IS Love arising out of 3D consciousness and much beyond.

Energy Update: Gaia’s Energies Calling For Geography Shifts To Reflect Your Inner Transformations

Gaia is broadcasting BEacons out at all times. Gaia is a grounded frequency of Divine Mother that is just in our DNA and in our cells, easily activated because we are so naturally tuned into Her as our ‘home’ bandwidth. The tones and frequencies of these broadcasts land in your heart and soul at the right time of Divine Align for you as navigated by your Higher Self. In this current phase of Divine Feminine energy upgrades, Gaia is one of the MAIN ways that these are being delivered to us…along with moon activations.

As Gaia’s planetary consciousness ascends truly out of 3D and into 4D and beyond, Her energy lines or ‘ley’ lines vibrate higher…..just like our chakras and energy centers do too. She unanchors from the lower frequency grids connected to our collective consciousness and into the crystalline grids. Where She before has been hostess to our 3D experiment together, She is now shifting her home playing field to a higher frequency.

There is a deep invitation from Gaia to us to come WITH Her. It is not that she is ‘shaking us off like fleas’ as others have offered, yet, rather, She invites those souls who are in readiness and alignment to ascend with Her. She is not against us…..if you have experienced the sense of being deeply held by nature (especially during deep emotional movements), then you recognize this sense of Her complete support for your awakening into your Higher Heart. The ‘damage’ and abuses to Her from so much 3D density expression from humanity’s shadow are forgiven already……and were ultimately Her choice to experience as well. Now, we are being invited to rise above this abusive and polarized frequency that comes from INSIDE ourselves, so that we can then treat Gaia too with the respect and reverence that She deserves.

Her forgiveness is expressed in the offering of connection to Her geographies that most serve us as we show the way and lead the ascension process for ourselves, firstly. We are invited to ask ourselves: which geographies most support my soul growth? Which geographies are a reflection of my Higher Self coming into my body? Which geographies allow me to truly SERVE LOVE as my highest purpose here?

As you tune into these questions, the answers may surprise you. The answers may come in dreams, in synchronicities, during meditations, through connections with sacred union romance and soul family. The answers come, ultimately, in LOVE….meaning, LOVE is the very best reason there is for changing your geography. If you are falling in love with someone and it feels like a sacred union and they currently live far away from where you do…..love may be asking you to move to be with them to serve the love between you and for yourself. If you are drawn to a particular soul family community or spiritual group and their geography is different from yours, love may be asking you to eventually move to be near them to receive the huge GIFTS that come from being near and in a resonant community. If you have repeatedly been drawn to vacation to a particular place for many years, love may be inviting you to live there as your daily reality now that you have acclimated to its higher frequencies through visits.

It can be an interesting exploration to feel into WHY you are in the current geography that you are in. Is it tied to previous connections to birth family or 3D based relationships that you are no longer as drawn to? Is it about convenience, safety, and remaining in comfort zones? Is your Inner Protector wanting to keep you ‘safe’ in a lower frequency geography to limit your awakening process because they are concerned about the next places that you might open up to and remember and inhabit? Are parts of you tied into 3D ideas of mortgages, and ‘set’ geographies out of fear? Is remaining in your current geography keeping you in a romantic relationship that no longer resonates with your heart and soul and vice versa? What does your current geography REFLECT about you and parts of you?

Sometimes people feel that they are guardians over a particular piece of land, to serve Gaia, and decide to stay there even if they are consciously unhappy there. This can feel and be a form of self sacrifice that is actually unnecessary on another level. Gaia has offered to me that She is JUST FINE….meaning, She doesn’t need us to anchor anything at all for Her sake. If we choose to connect to particular geographies and grids that is about us and our process (such as exploring the questions I raised above) rather than about serving Her.

In our SoulFullHeart Community, we are being called to relocate from Mexico to the Glastonbury, U.K. area in the next six months. We’ve been connecting with Avalon as a fourth dimensional timeline for a few years, so the heart chakra energy of the Tor and other spaces is very familiar and comforting. I write about the shamanic visits that I engaged with to Avalon in my book, Keep Waking Up! soulfullheartwayoflife.com/books. Europe as a whole calls us to explore, to experience geographies that trigger Metasoul/other lifetime timelines, to feel and to heal with Gaia as the loving catalyst for it, to offer retreats and seminars serving love through SoulFullHeart there. It feels like the money, means, sorting out details will find its way as our desires for this shift bake inside us as a group……creating a group merkabah fueled by love and desire that allows us to ‘travel’ there.

Our external geographies are a reflection of our internal landscapes. As our inner shifts so, then, will our outer. This may lead to an even more nomadic life phase that is about being ‘called’ to certain places for your own healing process that allows you to serve more love…..and then moving on to the next. Being drawn to spaces that bring out your service of love self and support your energetic growth. Being around other souls in community that resonate with you too. Being on landscapes, inside and out, that reflect the love that you ARE.

A Day In My Life During High Energies

We are acclimating to these higher energies coming in….all days it seems, even as we can feel an increase in them during specific portal openings, gateways, and repeating number dates. This calibrating process feels like it is going on at all levels for all of us (whatever degree our consciousness can let it in)….cellular (definitely ‘every living cell’ is being UPgraded), emotional, mental, chakral/energetic, social. This is our NEW normal. How to BE with this activating and integrating of these energies is something that we are all learning as we BEcome sacred humanity together.
Yesterday, as the HIGH energies continued to flood in (I often ‘see’ them as waves, swooshing into Gaia’s atmosphere and our inner shores too), I felt myself naturally responding and adjusting to them. I wanted to share here a sort-of energy diary/journal of my day spent as a highly intuitive and sensitive person (as YOU are too, I imagine if you are reading this) during these higher peak energy days. This also shows how the SoulFullHeart way of life and parts process just weaves organically into my days as I respond to my soul purpose around offering it here.

February 27 – I begin my daily check-in with myself in the morning after my usual breakfast of smoothie and hot cacao tea. I start to get a sense of how my body is feeling, how my heart is feeling, how whatever parts or Metasoul aspects I am connecting with in the moment are feeling. I can feel intense dreams still lingering with me, the details starting to fade, the left over sensations of my astral self traveling to other dimensions and timelines during sleep. I begin to get a sense of the cosmic energies pressing ‘down’ on me from above and receive a visual of them flowing down into Gaia’s orbit too. My inner energy gauge offers that they are at a “8” on a scale of 10.
With the energies so high today, it is a time to be gentle with myself and to breathe. The inner time is particular important on these days as I have experienced if I try to push through them and just do things without consciously bringing the energies into my body and heart, it is more difficult and even painful. Meditation space for me changes every day, depending on what my personal needs are and where the Divine, my Higher Self, and Guides are leading me. Sometimes my meditations are quiet and still with little thought; sometimes they are epic feeling, multidimensional journeys to engage in galactic love ambassador work on a collective level; sometimes they are very personal with tears and pain moving through while connecting with my Metasoul and parts.
Today is a recalibration day. This means that I place my beloved crystals and stones over sacred geometric cutouts laid over my chakras. I move my selenite wand over all of my chakras, checking in as I do, cutting cords if necessary, moving energies from others that are stuck in my field back out again. I do this with love in my heart and gently, not with a desire to ‘cast out’ negative entities or coming from a place of fear. If I feel fear then, again, I check in with my parts to see what is going on. I listen to activating music that pulses through me, that seems to shift every molecule and every cell in just taking it in. My Arcturian Metasoul sister named Binkh is here, smiling at me sweetly. She tells me that I am backed up in terms of letting in the new energies from not going into self care spaces enough recently. I understand immediately what she means and soft tears start to flow as I reconnect with my inner spaces and her love. My focus has been more outward during the last week as we have all been working hard in SoulFullHeart to launch our new programs and I am designing a new year-long process for us as well. It is love work, soul joy work that just flows out….BUT on higher energy days it is even more necessary for me to take spaces for self love too.
I let the binaural tones flutter through me, feeling Kundalini start to activate, swirl, and twine up and down my spine in response. I ask the current ascension energies to infuse me, activate me, and invite them into my every living cell. Doing this consciously allows parts of you that might be resistant to the process to hear and feel your declaration that you actually WANT these upgrades. If I feel resistance to the latest activations, I then check in with my parts or Metasoul Aspects to connect with them and see what is going on. Today, there is no resistance, especially as I have recently integrated a big shadow piece from my Metasoul that was playing out karma and self sacrifice patterns in my service of love with others. My most recent Metasoul sister (an Aryan Draco named Metsbet) is ‘tucked in’ and happy, safe, and loved in the moment when I check in with her. I feel a new flush of even deeper self worth that is grounding into my Metasoul and multiple timeline expressions too, along with my emotional body. I feel Divine Sophia smiling at me, sending love.
I take in an hour or so of ‘energy therapy’ with Binkh hovering over me, working on me in ways that I can’t track with my mind, yet always make me feel better. My trust in her has deepened greatly over the last couple of years as I healed from trauma held by my Star Seed (4D Inner Child) from being ‘abducted’ for many years in my childhood. When this therapy is done, I then ground it into my body by doing yoga for awhile. We all in the SoulFullHeart Community love to engage in yoga with Adriene programs as she is funny, approachable, and brings a seemingly fresh spin to it. Her videos are available online here: https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene Finding a way to ground the current ascension energies into your body through some form of physical activity and exercise really seems to help lessen the intensity of ascension body systems. Stretching especially offers a deeper integration into every cell.
I then help Gabriel, Raphael, and Kalayna to film an introduction video to our new programs, enjoying to be in the alchemy process with them. Because I have given myself some ‘me spa time’ with meditation and yoga, I’m able to be more expansive and present with them as we collaborate together. We all live in the same building, so we see each other quite often and lately have been meeting every day as we work together on the new programs. Living in a close community like this, I find that I need my inner space even more and also in order to serve others in session space and to share my writings and respond to them.
Throughout the day, I keep feeling into if writing will come today to share on my blog and on facebook, and to make into a video to share. My writing (soul scribing really, as someone has sweetly called it) is not planned or strategized, as the inspiration for it usually comes in the moment. I have the idea for this energy journal writing while I am doing yoga, yet it feels like it is not ‘ripe’ to share today. My writing on the recent energy surges has gotten a lively response with many shares and comments, for which I read every comment, took them into my heart, and responded to almost every one of them. I ‘hold’ response to my writings this way and my videos too. This is the service of love aspect of it that goes beyond recognition as a ‘good’ writer or even for the ‘goal’ of sharing my ideas or perspectives in an educational way. It is about the energy exchange, the love collaboration that happens as two souls see each other through a shared, resonant experience. THIS is why I write, to engage in this energy, to serve love through this exchange….and also to share the SoulFullHeart way of life perspective and energies too to those who may be resonant with them.
I don’t have a space holding session today, so my focus turns toward SoulFullHeart projects. An outline for a new, year-long SoulFullHeart Process births out of me. This process brings together all the things that I have heard and felt as needs, desires, and interests from those that we’ve served in sessions over the last year, plus over the last 15 years of working with parts and soul awakening. This birthing of the new process is a welcome surprise as I have felt it gestating in me for awhile. Creativity such as this is possible on these high energy days especially, once the codes have been let in and you are in the flow with it rather than parts of you resisting it. I finish my day by enjoying a dinner at a veggie buffet restaurant with my beloved mate Raphael and my daughter Raianna. We laugh, we share stories, we engage in lighter content even as the deeper soul context holds it all. I look at them across the table from me and feel such gratitude for their presence, their sharing of this reality with me….so grateful for their love. THIS, then, is one of the biggest ways that I can integrate the energies of New Earth coming in…through being in and with this commUNITY of beloveds and our group Merkabah together that flows abundantly with love and gratitude.

Energy Update: Sleepiness, Third Chakra Rumbles, Intense Dreams As Big Energy Surges Move Through

β€œBig Energy surges the last 24 hours with sleepiness, intense dream activity, solar plexus (3rd) chakra rumbles…..moving UP, going in.” I posted this as a status on Facebook this morning, receiving much resonant response already to it. This kind of statement is a precursor to the deeper feeling that I do into how cosmic energy activities may be impacting you on an energetic, physical, and (most importantly) emotional body level.
The energy surge of the last couple of days brings in a sense of constant sleepiness, feeling groggy no matter how much actual physical sleep you are getting. This can lead to sudden β€˜crash’ naps that can last for a couple of hours and sleeping many more hours in a row than usual. Intense dream activity comes during these long sleeping hours to populate the landscapes, sort through subconscious emotions, and offer triggering scenarios to feel emotions that need digesting and processing.
You may have the sense during your recent dreams of truly BEing in parallel dimensions, alternative realities, and other timelines. There are these adventuring kind of dreams that act as portals to these realities that your Astral Self has access to. There has been so much bleed through from other timelines lately that this is also impacting our dream spaces. There are the dreams that seem to push up suppressed emotions of anxiety and unease, even terror sometimes. These don’t feel like nightmares, as much as energetic purges that move usually quickly if you’ve been engaged in shadow work healing and can consciously divert them before they turn into suffering loops.
Our third chakras are UPgrading from being personal will focused (or β€˜service of self’ as some people and the Law Of One calls it) to service of others AND self through service of love. We are BEcoming service of love as the ascension process deepens and accelerates. We are moving out of ego-focused, 3D reality processing….and into self love focused IN ORDER to eventually overflow love with others from our healing heart.
The phase of BECOMING self love is what the collective is being invited to embody as well. This is not ego-obsession or selfishness, yet rather tuning into ALL parts of you that need your love and compassion in order to transform in an organic way into your service of love self.
The ultimate purpose of this transformation is not for self image-based glory or just for money earning or gaining influence over others, yet rather to serve love TO yourself and all those that need it to embody their service of love self too. This is about feeling a deep connection to the cries of the world even AS your attention can lovingly turn inward. You recognize in this that the source of your power to change anything on the outside comes from within you. You are serving the ALL when you serve yourself in this way.
These recent ascension energies are cleaning out the third chakra of the 3D conditioning that looks to the outside for identity and sense of self. They are moving you inward, to find your power center THERE. They are inviting you to feel your Inner Protector that has often β€˜fused’ to the 3D externalized power structure out of necessity and self survival strategies. The Protector often β€˜lives’ in the third chakra, along with the Inner Punisher as well. Through the SoulFullHeart process that we offer, the Protector transmutes to self loving boundary setting and guide to access ALL of your parts and your Metasoul/other timeline aspects. The Higher Heart chakra (a combination of the heart chakra and the throat chakra) has been receiving pulses of activations since the beginning of this year. The Higher Heart seems to be replacing the third chakra as the main energy center for which you process energy as you increase your vibrational frequency. Divine Feminine illuminations seems to facilitate and hold space for this process of transformation, along with galactic activations and connections with your Star Family and Metasoul Aspects. Healing your Star Seed woundings experienced during abductions (which are actually Star Family visits) is important to activate the Galactic Higher Heart.
Processing energy through your Higher Heart allows you to expand your capacity to feel the cries of the world with a deep compassion while remaining centered in self love. This process seems to be accelerating as frequencies of self compassion and forgiveness are most needed at this time. The Divine Mother provides these frequencies in a visceral way. Energy Update: 2:22 Offers NEW Beginnings, Inner Feminine & Masculine Balance

Today is February 22 or 2:22. These kind of dates of repeating number sequences have significance because of the meaning that we place on them. We create the meaning and manifestation, even as, from a higher dimensional perspective, linear time is an illusion. We turn our attention toward them and, so, the Divine responds to us with synchronized ascension energies becoming available on these dates. Portals and gateway openings offering specific codes/messages/invitations also ‘come through’ on these dates with more pronounced frequency….as if they have been turned up in broadcast depending on what we most need at that time.

Repeating number sequences that just ‘show up’ in our lives invite us to pause and to consider. To feel a Divine connection for a moment and a sweet ‘hello’ from higher dimensional aspects. I feel that they can be applied very personally by feeling into them yourself when you receive them. Asking, “What does this mean to me and my ongoing awakening and ascension journey?” You might be surprised by the answers that come! This feels most valuable to me rather than seeking for a general interpretation, although they an be useful as well if you feel resonance with them.

And, that’s what I am offering here, of course. My sense of what is being offered on this date of 2:22 through the guides and Metasoul aspects that I have access and connection with. This is not the ‘absolute truth’ of what is available, yet just what my guidance and wisdoms are presenting in this moment that of course is filtered through my subjective experiences. Take it in as you will and see what your heart feels about it.

2:22 provides this sense of balance, of finding and achieving and experiencing balance from within primarily. It seems a pressing and important thing during this phase that we find balance INside between our feminine aspects and our masculine aspects. To heal and transmute the wounded, fear-based vibrations of the masculine inside of us to allow the healing and emerging feminine to arise. When speaking of feminine and masculine, many people speak about it in generalized terms and only connected to the person’s actual physical gender. I actually feel it is far more complex than that and relates more to the masculine and feminine energies that express as parts of you or subpersonalities within your emotional body, psyche, and soul than it does what gender you have chosen.

As I’ve written about many times, what I have noticed over many years working with my own parts and with others is that the primary presenting energy of the Inner Protector part (which is SO necessary to navigate 3D life) is almost always masculine, as it is a guarding and often warrior-like frequency. This Protector can be a dominant energy in BOTH men and women, sometimes much stronger in women actually. The Inner Punisher is also often masculine, while the Inner Teenager is more connected to your actual gender as is the Inner Child. The Inner Mother is feminine (which is usually a ‘masculinized feminine’) and the Inner Father is masculine. The Gatekeeper usually presents as masculine initially. So, when I offer about ‘feminine and masculine balance’ or ‘sacred union within’, I am referring to the relationship between masculine aspects of you and feminine aspects of you going from often unconscious and polarized frequencies to unified and collaborative ones. An example of inner polarization is the masculine Inner Protector being overly protective, controlling, and suppressive of your Inner Teenager, who may be a sensitive, artistic, and emotional feminine energy (for both men and women actually.) As you connect with both of these parts of yourself through the SoulFullHeart process, you create a bridge between them; you offer rest to the Inner Protector (no more guarding) and really listen and feel your Inner Teenager (in a way that they didn’t have growing up.) THIS inner ambassadorship is empowering and dynamic and isn’t dependent on anyone else to arise, yet, it greatly changes what you draw in terms of nourishment in relationships with others.Β 2:22 offers this possibility of inner balance of feminine and masculine that can then be reflected in the outer experience of far healthier relationships, ending toxic and abusive patterns, capacity to set boundaries, and more.

January brought a big surge of feminine illumination of ALL that is within you that needs your compassion and love. Then were the necessary death cycles that came up in response to that, letting goes, and completions. Letting of what was still anchored in the old, in 3D, in previous agreements that no longer fit your arising BEing. These increasing Divine Feminine energies (especially from and with Divine Sophia) amplified by two Supermoons and a lunar eclipse invite you into your shadow, which often holds the playout of wounded masculine by parts of you (as described above) and by your Metasoul aspects in patriarchal dominated timelines.

February seems to be continuing this intensity of clarities coming in with corresponding timeline collapses being felt as you set boundaries and say ‘no’ to what isn’t you anymore. There has been sometimes BIG digestions necessary with parts of you as these timelines collapse and complete and feelings of guilt, shame, anxiety, and distrust come up. Β “Ash in the air” as I call it without much sense at times what will replace what has been ‘lost’.

It feels like 2:22 is about the NEW beginnings and fresh starts that arise out of all this collapsing. It is about the NEW timelines that come into play through connections that reflect and fit your soul vibration more and more. It may have been necessary to self lovingly ‘defend your newly forming borders’ for the last several weeks, to show the Divine what you most want and what you don’t. Yet, now, you are starting to draw those souls that GET and resonate with what you are offering and envisioning.

This may be a slow turning, requiring gentle patience. There is a kind of tapping into the inner gardner, who is willing to plant the seeds and ‘wait’ for the results. The inner gardner is the soul’s essence that knows these things sprout and bloom in the ‘right’ time and in phases that reflect when you are ready for it, and when parts of you can let them in.

This process is held in increasing trust that all this inner balancing, inner healing, and advocating that flows from this inner illumination WILL produce the harvest of a life filled and then bursting with love.

Energy Update: Timelines Bleeding Through Offering Deep Karmic Healing And Unification Of Your Metasoul

Timelines have been bleeding through so much in the last week. Timelines in which aspects from your Metasoul are reaching into, coming into, your everyday space and your consciousness. Metasoul has been described to me, remembered by me, as our individuated soul source UP in a much higher dimensional frequency. Your Metasoul Aspects are fractals or projections from this Metasoul source into unlimited number of timelines and eras. This is your individual Metasoul and you do not share it with anyone else, unlike the Monad Soul Group picture, which is at a higher frequency. It also differs from the Twin Flame picture, in which you would ‘share’ a Metasoul with someone else who has incarnated into the same timeline as you, although it has been offered to me that your Metasoul can be strongly connected to another person’s Metasoul with many ‘counterpart pairings’ in many timelines.Β More about connecting with 3D parts and Metasoul aspects here: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts

All these Metasoul timeline expressions are happening in the Now and none are truly ‘ancient’ or ‘in the past.’ We have been so conditioned to linear time and ‘history’ and ‘time spans’ in 3D consciousness that even religions and spirituality can tend to relate with ‘past lives’ rather than actually feeling that these timeline expressions are happening in the Now.

The Ascension process that is ongoingly raising and expanding our awareness and consciousness (and Gaia’s vibration too) is allowing for more experience of these other timeline realities. The compartments that used to be held in place by the ‘veil of amnesia’ within us are now flooding. We are waking up. We are remembering. We are actually FEELING these other realities as if they were our own and we are living them out. The need before to undergo some kind of hypnosis process or past life regression is not as necessary because access to what had previously been repressed or suppressed is opening up now on its own.

It is becoming possible now to connect consciously with your Metasoul Aspects that exist in these other timelines. You can then feel their pains, their struggles, their tears, and ‘shift’ and change their timelines if they and you desire to do so. This is truly quantum healing that happens in an organic way as you open up to these multidimensional realities. This conscious connection also allows you to separate from the often very intense (and sometimes very dark and dense) timelines that are not yours, yet exist for a Metasoul sister or brother of yours as their reality. Relating with these timelines as happening for your Metasoul Aspects rather than as your ‘past lives’ is more effective and allows for more objective healing and less ‘fusion’ to the realities. You become more compassionate witness to what you discover rather than having to process and digest as much as your own.

A key compontent of this Metasoul healing is the healing, awakening, and connecting with your 3D Inner Protector, who then transmutes into your Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper of the Metasoul is a specific fractal aspect that has been ‘assigned’ by the Divine and by your Metasoul/Higher Self to protect and guard the timelines and awareness of them. The Gatekeeper moving from guard to guide is a significant awakening that leads to fluid access to your Metasoul and mega leaps in your consciousness too. Healing karma is possible now in ways that we haven’t known before, not since the Atlantis falling timeline. Each Metasoul aspect holds and vibrates a karmic theme and serves as a piece of your overall soul puzzle coming together. As you connect with them, they awaken to your reality and all the other Metasoul aspects as well. Your Metasoul becomes this unified, powerful, and amazing ‘team’ leading the next and next exploration into healing timelines. What had previously felt murky and overwhelming in terms of soul themes and karmic reactions now becomes more and more trackable, healable, and obvious to you.

I’ve been connecting with these aspects for a few years, establishing deep and meaningful relationships with many of them. I’ve written about this process of connection in my books if you are interested to learn more. I believe there are over 17 of my Metasoul sisters at this point that have awakened and I recently started a spreadsheet just to track them all (although they live in my heart deeply!) One from Avalon timeline; an Arcturian, Pleaidian, Lemurian, three from ‘Ancient Greece’ timelines, etc. Much of the healing and galactic love ambassadorship work that my Metasoul is engaged with is now happening beyond my conscious awareness of it. I can feel the positive effects of it though when I check in with my Metasoul ‘team’ on a near daily basis. I can let go of what isn’t my responsibility to respond to from this dimension, being a “Gaian” (as the Metasouls call me) and tasked as I am with such a challenging process of Ascension in my timeline.

This also takes ‘shadow work’ to a much deeper level as you connect with energies such as Archons, Dracos, Reptilians, and more within your Metasoul. You connect in a way that is not polarized to fear or push away or ‘casting out’, yet to embrace them, understand them, and offer compassion. This is what the Divine Mother has offered for me and to me and with me over and over. I am finding this unification of what could be called ‘malevolent’ or ‘shadow’ aspects back into the heart of my Metasoul to be deeply touching and nourishing. Β These aspects most seem to want forgiveness for what they have done and been involved with. My heart full of Mother’s forgiveness of me (You are ALREADY forgiven, She says over and over), then it is an overflow that I can offer these ostracized and disowned aspects of my Metasoul.

This Metasoul healing process offers SO MUCH self empowerment and access to the gifts that live in both the shadows and in the light. With the thinning out of densities that used to cloak these realities so much more, we are being given an opportunity to heal themes and patterns in a way we have never done before. This feels crucial to happen on a personal level AND on a collective level as we continue to ascend. Our personal healing IS collective healing, especially when it is engaged with on the Metasoul level as ALL the Metasouls ultimately come from the same Divine Source. This is a path to return to wholeness from within, from the grounds of your soul, watered by the LOVE from your heart…..arising into the 5D sacred human that it is now possible to BEcome more and more.

Ascension Invites Us To Feel Our Humanity And Serve Love With It Without Martyrdom, Self-Sacrifice

We are learning to serve love, serve our fellow human beings in stride with love, through our humanity. This is why it can feel so hard sometimes to be around each other’s pain, let alone our own pain. So many attempts are made to bandage the wound instead of healing it because the sight of the festering is too much for parts of us to bear and reminds us intensely of our own places we still need to go. It can be a momentous effort to actually stay in the room with ourselves, let alone each other, and to try and offer any amount of love in that context can be so challenging for parts of us that really would rather try and not go there or look here.

There can be no ‘perfect healer’, at least not in human form, as far as I can feel it… we can work to become purer and purer channels of love through continued work on ourselves, in conjunction WITH service of others, which is actually the bigger mirror for us. We can be transparent and vulnerable with each other about where we are still needing to go inside of us, what shadows seem to be peeking up, what we have gone through and are walking out for the sake of our own healing. Perhaps one of the most beautiful things about our humanity IS our messes and our courage, our insurmountable, wonderful courage to just, keep, going.

I think we have been pre-disposed to going to battle, serving ‘god and country’ because we are actually quite wired for service, period, and instinctively know this, feel this, believe this! We are meant to be in the ‘trenches’, yet not in a literal sense… we are being called to the mistaken, old, worn-out battlefields within others to apply medicine of heart and soul balms. Yet we are called to our own inner worn-out battlefields first. Peace cannot begin to move through our world without this, without our efforts to heal our own hearts and not transcend them or ask anybody else to transcend theirs either. Humanity cannot begin to mature beyond this mentality of needing to fight, needing to ‘other’, needing to find opposition in order to find itself, without looking inward on an individual basis first.

The singular agenda for humanity as a whole feels like this piece of remembering that we are of service… and what this even means. What is service without martyrdom, without self-sacrifice, without climbing up onto a soapbox to shout at the obscene and unfair crucibles of the world, without going to war or battles? What does it mean to be human and still serve love from the deepest hearth of our hearts, admitting when parts of us feel fear, shame, sadness, anger, rage and finding the vulnerability in being with that? Sometimes loving others means setting boundaries. Sometimes healing others means allowing, showing them they have the power to heal themselves, with the genuine love and support that comes from authentic soul family/tribe connections and a heart-based connection with the Divine that is not theoretical but felt and experienced.

How to serve other human beings while serving our own selves and our own humanity is an unfolding quest, actually, and an unavoidable one at that. In SoulFullHeart, we offer parts work and this is what works so deeply for us, as everyone, even and perhaps especially the people we serve, are all reflections for us to take in, of where we’ve gone inside of ourselves, what we’ve already cleared and healed, and what we have left to clear and heal, too. Yet we are also always learning more and more what works best for us, who we are meant to serve, and how. I doubt there could be any human healer on this planet who isn’t meant to feel this humility of not always kNOwing what’s best for another soul, for this is what invites us all into deeper collaboration with each other and with the Divine, who is always working through all parties involved in the healing effort, finding, rediscovering and ultimately healing Itself back to wholeness too.

This all makes serving love as a human being a trial at times and rather challenging, yet we keep going into it because we know, we trust, that LOVE is worth it, that everyone on this planet (and beyond!) is worth it… that WE are worth it. We are heading in the direction of love with every feeling space given to ourselves and others, and with every ounce of our vulnerability we bring to ourselves and the world around us. We are goodness, we are Angelic, we are the ones here to move along with Ascension and love along with Ascension. We are of service. We are beacons. We are amazing. And so it IS. ❀

Energy Update: Loving Anxiety Into Trust As Timelines Collapse

Anxiety and distrust rumble in the belly, in the third chakra, in the solar plexus of the physical, and the gut of the emotional body too. They can burn and churn there, feeling like a constant tension that rarely eases or loosens its grip. Or anxiety flares up when love comes in and floods the usually well guarded places….when love β€˜sneaks in’ beyond the Protector and the risk of getting hurt increases greatly. Anxiety can just BE so consistent inside of you, your emotional body, your chakras, that you don’t really feel it anymore or are conscious of it anymore. It just becomes like a background noise that you hardly ever notice.

Current ascension energies of light, of love, of illumination, of surrender are pushing up these frequencies of distrust and anxiety to the surface to be felt and healed and moved. These energies are making you notice also as they rumble through the old timelines of your life and start shifting you into the New. You may be experiencing a fresh flow of this and wondering, β€œWhere is this tension coming from? Where is this anxiety coming from?” These Divine energies (especially from the Divine Feminine) support the asking of these questions and the answering of them too.

The answering can come from going within, to feel the sources of anxiety within your Inner Protector, who may be maintaining a near constant vigilance β€˜against’ life bringing other parts of you any more hurt or harm. In this anxiety-fueled protection though, love can also be filtered out and the healthy digestion of the Divine’s love that wants to come into your BEing and water all parts of you too (including the Protector!). Your Inner Protector also may be keyed into and connected to persecution frequencies in your Metasoul field that are playing out in other timelines. These are not β€˜past lives’ at all but energizing in the Now. These timelines can create a constant tension in your energetic field (again often centered in the third chakra) as an energetic bleed through moves through of the battles, the persecutions, the betrayals, the violence….whatever storylines your Metasoul (Higher Self Soul Source) is playing out and involved with. It can be challenging to connect with anxiety because the vibration of it often can’t settle down enough inside of you to receive love and connection. Situations and relationships in your life may push up MORE anxiety (in ongoing suffering/anxiety producing loops) and the whole β€˜system’ repeats itself over and over. To connect with anxiety is to extend BIG self love to the energy of it, to feel the part of you that holds it and why, to become BIGGER than the anxiety and distrust. You become then a bridge for Divine frequencies to flood in, bringing more trust , surrender, and love to all the tense places.

I can feel anxiety quite easily in others and acutely, due to many years of healing mine through parts work integration and Metasoul aspect unification. I can feel the vibration of it in others, it is a distinctive tone….because I have felt it in myself. The first part of myself I connected to that had acute anxiety described herself as β€œBeing as tense as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.” THAT described perfectly the extreme tension that lived and breathed in this part of me that had ingested so many volatile frequencies during my childhood that often led to harm and abuse. Through feeling her and many other parts that held anxiety (also Metasoul aspects that live in highly stressful and dangerous timelines), I have been able to relax so much more into trust and surrender to the outcomes of life and trust that Divine love was holding it all.

It’s feeling like the current energies (which seem to have a Dark Mother or catalytic death-rebirth vibration to them) are illuminating what the sources of anxiety are in your life and inviting you to let them go. I have discovered that the biggest source of distrust comes up within relationships of all kinds. Our original hurt and wounding happened in relationship and anxiety stems mainly from the fear that hurt will happen again and the distrust in any sources of love with the projection that they will hurt you again.

The timelines formed around relationships, especially those you are consciously unhappy about, are being rumbled with love so that they will collapse and you can move into the new….with the relationship intact or not. THIS can certainly push up anxiety too as it can be challenging for parts of us to trust that letting go of something will actually lead to something good and different.

The Divine Mother can hold beautiful, still space for anxiety to finally rest inside of you and Her energies are strongly here and have been since the start of the year especially. Calling on a connection with Her brings a soothing balm. Anxiety just needs love ultimately to allow for more trust and surrender for the ongoing navigation of all this shifting, changing, and growing into MORE love.

Super Blue Blood Moon Divine Feminine Energies Invite A Sacred, Feeling, Inward Day

I can feel the pull of this very auspicious Super Blue Blood Moon and words are going to be very hard today! I am choosingΒ toΒ write now, from the energy bursts inside right now, so that I can ride these waves today and be with what wants to arise inside of me, too.

The waves of light and love from this particular lunar event are potent and ever-present. I feel them pressing into the fields of all who are ready for them and some who aren’t too. Making a nest inside of you for Her vibrations to come through seems to be the invitation for the day today. Maybe a restless night while this event is going on can be avoided if space is made for the fluctuations and movements inside during the day today. This is what it feels like. A get ready to get loved sort of feeling. And the love that comes from Her, from the Divine Mother, is not one that penetrates in the same way as the Divine Father’s love frequencies. Her love is just as powerful but seeps in, absorbs in through the chakras and all of the bodies. It is an alchemical osmosis and it creates evokes the rumbles inside that are needing to rumble and the feelings that have been there below the surface anyways. She is helping us clean house as much as we are ready for. And what you ready for may surprise you today.

Something about this moon seems to be encouraging transparency, too. You can’t hide from it, really… and above all, you can’t really hide from yourself, least of all anybody else. Perhaps there are parts of you that have tried to stay hidden, sometimes in plain sight and other times behind some sort of wall inside. Perhaps there are shadows and light too that come from your being, from your heart and soul and all it has endured, faced, led, walked out, been part of, or co-created for good or ill. You may feel some existential waves come through today, your MetasoulΒ Aspects leaking through the veil inside. You may feel some intense memories surface, held by parts of you that perhaps you thought you had already healed. These could be new layers with new information for you to digest, or they could be echoes. Either way, it is a day for feeling and making space for feeling, whatever comes up and however it chooses to surface in your co-created inner reality.

The illumination of this Super Blue Blood Moon is a special elixir for the heart and soul… one that is meant to guide and support, not to punish or overthrow and throwdown. It is important to remember the love that is here for you, wanting to birth itself more and more within you. Those inner seeds of service of this love want to begin to sprout in good, well-tilled soil within. Today is as good as any day to work towards this, be with this, hold kindness and self-love as the light shines in on the darker, hidden places within. ❀
