Practical Ascension Vlog Series: Social Area Personal Process Sharings

In this second video on the social area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their unique perspective that is based on their own personal processes in this area. They share about the ways in which parts work through SoulFullHeart helped them access and feel their pain and enter into territory of deep healing and awakening. They share about the process of setting boundaries with others and how challenging this can be, especially with birth family.

This can be a tricky ground to navigate and walk out, especially while there are many binds to still be illuminated in the relationship between yourself and others. Having the language and feeling sense of ‘parts of you’ is essential for helping you feel and move through the polarities inside of you in relationship to these different relationships and the many dynamics alive inside of them. Being able to let go of the social connections that do not match or move with you as you continue your Ascension journey is essential for being able to then draw and be in a relationship with soul family and conscious community.
As you continue your Ascension journey of healing and awakening, the social area of life can be one of the biggest, most powerful anchors into 3D reality as parts of you cling to these different relationships that aren’t growing and awakening with you. The journey through this desert land is worth it for the gifts of healing and blooming self love that come out of it, along with the possibility of drawing soul family connections… which it is necessary to make room for inside of you and inside of your life.

The Power Of A Group Healing Merkaba

Yesterday the five of us met for our monthly SoulFullHeart group circle. It is a time for us to check-in with what is currently moving inside us, share journaling, have parts felt, and seek guidance and facilitation in our processes and mateships. It was a beautifully powerful day of high vibration discussion of where SoulFullHeart is headed, what arising digestions are taking place on multiple levels and dimensions, and how we can best serve love to and with others.

We are feeling so much moving in the collective and within ourselves that is contributing to new timelines and heart openings. Being in physical proximity creates a group merkaba that intensifies the amplitude of the love frequency throughout the cosmos. You can feel it as we enter into feeling space and deep questioning and intuitive responsivity. The atmosphere in the room raises up exponentially and the outside world feels like another planet.

When in group space the heart chords among us are strengthened by the challenges and the vulnerabilities that arise from sharing and intuitions of others. Kalayna and I felt through an emerging and deepening metasoul Roman lifetime together that has elucidated so much of our past dynamics together. We were able to get guidance and support for what we are experiencing that has opened us up into new layers of our Usness. The energy that is created between us a couple. We explored a new arising aspect of our sacred humanity we are calling the Gatekeeper and the power and significance they hold to our healing and soul embodiment.

Raianna vulnerably shared about her process in her post where she had a deep emotional movement and new profound clarities around the relationship to how our parts relate to each other that created so much relief and going on places in her healing. You can read about it here.  Raphael and Jelelle digested their own process around the recent energy upgrades and how much that is shifting the way we relate to food and what real nutrition is for our arising light bodies. More digestion of the desire to bring in more of our 5D capabilties and sacred humanity while feeling what the emotional blocks are to this deep desire for manifestation and contact.

This is what we are living almost every day. This is the high-octane fuel that we experience together and would love more hearts and souls to be a part of when the time is right. It is raising the frequency of each of us individually and as a group that beacons out into the collective. It is a magical time that is usually followed by deep integrative sleep and surges of creativity. We believe this is the way we have always meant to interact together. It is the way we want all people to experience in true sacred unity. It is not THE way, but A way. One that has so much to offer the power and gift of your sacred humanity.

The Doorways IN To Your Highest Heart

The questions resound.  “Why am I the way I am? Why do I feel the way I feel?” There are just certain things that we just can’t really put a mental finger on.  It is swirling curiosity that is wrapped in sometimes serious tones of frustration and depression.  This feeling that something is just “off” inside and you are just not totally You.  But what the hell does that mean?

Relief and discovery are your doorways IN….

Maybe there IS a clear sense of who you are but still can’t seem to get that You to align with what it going on around you. Either no one or very few around you can fully grasp what it is you are going through. This need to go deeper, to understand and feel more deeply as to what it is that you were meant to BE this life.

Alignment and deepening are your doorways IN…

You have all that you felt like you wanted but still feel dissatisfied. What once made you complete and happy just isn’t working its magic anymore.  There is the growing awareness that that there is so much more to experience and not necessarily “learn” or achieve.   The magic is wanting to come from the inside out and not the other way around. There is a niggle to set fire to it all and get to the heart of what it is that sets your passion ablaze.

Curiosity and desire are your doorways IN….

You see the writing on the wall.  What used to hold all the pieces of society together are in a state of collapse.  The game on the outside is quickly finding its demise and the transition may be rough for some.  But that is for those who have given over their power. Their choice. The fight and the rage are getting exhausting and the time for something new is so wanting fresh air.  There is a need to feel a sense of a bigger vision and opportunity into the future.

Empowerment and disillusionment are your doorways IN….

You are tired of doing this life all on your own.  You so much want to be in collaboration with others with like-heart and soul resonance.  You ache for a partner that can match and meet you in your need for passion and purpose. To set you ablaze with aliveness and challenge you with compassionate honesty.  No more playing in the wounded arena.  You are aching for relationship beyond the usual and normal.

Community and sacred romance are your doorways IN….

There is something we all came here to walk out.  An experience to have based on a theme or calling that our souls signed up for.  Your current life experience is all perfectly laid out specifically for you, by you.  They create crisis and uncomfortability as a means of opportunity to learn and grow along the path we have chosen that serves our Highest calling.  The nest that we consciously created is now getting prickly.  Even if the nest wasn’t all that bad to begin with! You are getting prickly. Nudged. Poked.

The doorways are in front of you.  They are held by parts of us that were created in order to “survive” life. Even our spirituality has been used as a survival tactic in many ways. The road back to our very thrival essence is a process of exiting and entering many of these doorways, just like the proverbial layers of an onion.  But these doorways often look like walls if we are fused to the fear of what it means to walk through them.

The first step is to be honest there is a wall. A fear. A resistance. From there the door presents itself and the choice points begin.  Feeling the fear inside and where they come from helps us to make that next step down the path we know we were meant to walk. But you are not alone in this. There are those who have walked through many of those doors. They very ones you see in front of you if you can see them.  The ones that you have heard a knock on. Let us answer that call together and see what is discovered and experienced on the way to what it is you were ultimately destined to Be and feel.

The Arising Sacred Masculine Within A Sacred Feminine Offering

This is what is means to be in SoulFullHeart community.  I am inspired, awed, and amazed at what I get to be a part of.  What I have chosen to surround myself with in order to heal, grow, and create.  I see the world through a lens that is so unlike anything out there and is constantly shifting and evolving.  I get to see myself in a way that is unlike what I have seen or felt myself to be in the old dimension of consciousness.  There is not a day that goes by that some thing alive is happening to others that sparks a corroborating energy in me. It is community on HIGH and is just keeps its dedication to more, to real, and to love.  To More Real Love.

But this Love is not just bliss and sparklers.  It is about feeling the edges and depths of what is next up on the healing docket.  This is not shadow hunting but a real time bubbling up of emotion that is not supported to be repressed, but lovingly guided to arise in its own time.  As one person is feeling something there is an effect among the group as we are all connected.  As my good friend Raphael is moving through arising layers of suppressed truth-telling, it begins to activate mine.  This one entry way then opens itself up to a greater QUESTion of what it means to be masculine in a very feminine offering. It brings up some angst and curiosity along the way.  It rumbles and shakes something in to uncertainty, of which the unhealed masculine is not native to.  It has chosen certainty in the name of control.

But underneath that maintenance lies a caged animal.  A fire that is wanting to make shit happen and blow things up in an attempt to get to a bedrock of something real.  There is a violence in that when not tempered by the feminine within and without.  Hence being in community with the sacred feminine is what brings a clarity to it as well as the hashing out.  I had personally sent my animal into a quarantine when my daughter was a young age so as to not have that energy in my field as a father.  Before that I had a very huge temper and was pissed off a lot.  As a child it was an embarrassment to my family when it came up in very immature ways.  It was a soul angst and a learned behavior from my father, who had the legacy of it from his father.

The essence of this energy is passion and truth-telling.  It is about alchemizing and manifesting.  It is about being in union with the feminine to light up the Love Shack we call Gaia.  But the suppression is wounded and angry.  I chose to find a more Zen part of me to assuage the energy so that I could be more acceptable to another part of me seeking something nice and normal.  Well, as this part of Raphael has been done with this dynamic, I feel it rumbling this part of me too. It exists in many men I believe as well.  I know there are many that are more outed than others, but I feel this reverberates through all masculine hearts, both in men and women.  What we experience in community is also happening in the collective heart of humanity.

So this is a post about the arising sacred masculine, that is in a continuing birthing state in us all.  It is a journey from an old way of doing life to a new way of being in life.  It does scare some parts of me as the unleashing of the animal within does bring an concern of what will come out, but this is all held in a heart that has been working the shadow for the sake of love, so what does come out will be felt in its entirety and hold itself accountable.  It will not harm but it may just hurt.  Hurt is mendable with an sincere and open heart.  This is the reminder I give to this part of me.

This is also about community and relationship where all of this gets to be played out and realized in its fullest breadth.  I get to engage in romance that brings out different tones that go deeper that just soul friendship, as powerful as that is.  I feel like I am showcasing what it means to be in this SoulFullHeart community.  It is what is possible for all humanity.  There is a huge desire among us all for more hearts and souls to add to this incredible wealth of healing and loving.  It is why we continue to write and offer to others. We want more tribe members that just feel what it is that is possible even if there is uncertainty on what it all means.  Others are doing the same taking their questions and fears with them.  We want the passion of others who want to serve it to the world first from within and then out.

In this new era of letting in more of what I want, I want to serve this love to you.  I want to invite you experience what I experience everyday because it is out of this world…literally! I want others to reflect to me and inspire me to be more than a part of me thought I could ever be.  New hearts bring new vision that we didn’t otherwise see or feel before.  We get to play in a safe container that allows for real growth and real love, even if it may not feel that way to parts of us.  The vulnerability of that is the safety.

Okay, so that is what was in my heart today.  It is what comes through being in this incredible union of heart and souls.  It is the energy of the eclipse making its way through my veins and into my heart.  I claim me as I claim you to be a part of this epic ride called SoulFullHeart.

Redefining Family From The Heart Up

Today is the day that my daughter, Shai, comes to join us in SoulFullHeart community.  It is almost surreal, to be honest, even though she was here in February and we have been in contact quite a bit.  It is surreal because it will be her coming in her full authority and self-choice to be a part of this healing path and community.  Admittedly, she knows all of us and that makes it an easier choice but this was not always the case.

When we all decided to leave Canada nearly 3 years ago, Shai was firmly planted in her Vancouver world.  She had no desire to join us and go into the healing journey.  She was in a construction phase.  A time to individuate herself from us.  It is actually the way it really needs to be for someone in their late teens.  The difference is that we would not be in contact because the energy of our worlds would be so different and nearly impossible to relate to.  We both needed to go all into our worlds and lives and trust that if we were meant to be in healing and community together we would.  It was a very difficult process to be with as it is so not the norm in terms what is “normal” from our societal and familial conditioning.

My inner Dad had so many concerns and judgments about “leaving her behind”.  All the voices of my personal family and the collective family.  It was a codependency to self-image and also soul legacies of abandoning and being abandoned.  This provided a HUGE growth ground for both us.  She learned to navigate life on her own terms and being with her own challenges.  I got to feel very wounded aspects of myself that would be medicated with care-taking.  I got to feel myself as “not Dad”, but as a man on a journey to self-discovery.

Through our space apart we eventually got back in touch with each other sometime last year, but I couldn’t tell you how.  If we are all meant to be together in a soul family, the hows and whens just seem to arise.  We had touching and tear-laden conversations of reconnection and she began a process with Kalayna as she had been feeling a fairly empty emotional and spiritual life in Canada.  Being raised in SoulFullHeart like she was, makes it hard to really relate to a world that has a hard time feeling its own emotions, and she admitted it was hard for her to feel hers.

She eventually began to feel parts and was opening up a whole new world inside her that was not based on pleasing Mom or Dad, but about her own growth and bigness. Now, there are undoubtedly mom and dad pieces that we will be feeling together, but this is something she is taking on in  her own right.  It is a truly remarkable choice for someone at her age of 22.  She is a leader of a generation, along with Kalayna, and that is such a gift to us and the world.

Now we get to reinvent ourselves as father and adult daughter.  We get to heal the old dynamic to make way for a new more genuine one that is between two souls on a path together.  It is about teacher/student (of which she will be my teacher on many occasions), being mirrors to each other, and being in close intimacy as two human beings in reverence and soul bond.  We get to explore metasoul places together and I get to be a recipient of all her gifts, and she mine.  None of these were possible in the old ground as we were both capped in roles that we placed on each other.

This is a grand experiment as she will be reunited with her birth mother and father in a totally new dimension of experience.  Where does this happen on this planet?  It is so damn compelling and one that I am really excited to see where it leads.  There will be much to feel between us and that is what we are ready for.  Shai represents a new start for the SoulFullHeart community even as it too is all unknown how it will all develop. This is about redefining family from the heart up.   This a template for what could be for all birth families as each individual finds their own way and trusts the bond that exists to bring each back into more authentic heart and soul space if that is what is meant to be.

From Fixing To Deep Discovery: An Evolution Of Our Species

With all the current energies coming in and sending our emotional and spiritual bodies into psychic turbulence, there is a real need and desire to find a way to deal with and comprehend it all.  That feels like a big distinction to me.  To ‘deal with’ or to ‘comprehend’.  I remember when I was feeling so much emoto-spiritual pain years ago all a part of me really wanted was to find a way to feel better.  Whatever it took. Looking for band-aids.  But when there is a hemorrhaging going on at the core, a band-aid doesn’t help in the long term.  

There are so many ways that we can manage our internal earthquakes.  I don’t judge them one way or the other. It is what we are using them for that is where we get our power and ‘biggest bang for our buck’ so to speak.  This is where we move from dealing to comprehending.  Where we really want to get to a root of understanding and feeling what and who we are BOTH as emotive and spiritual beings.  

This a new frontier of our evolution.  Not just to fix ourselves to feel better, to alleviate pain, but to actually go IN to the pain.  To navigate the murky, yet beautiful waters of our deeper woundings.  This is not just therapeutic work!  It is not meant to alleviate, but illuminate and generate a new power structure withIN you.  Not just be a victim looking for solutions, but a fully empowered being that is looking for conscious sovereignty.  One who is seeking to unravel a mystery to integrate the gifts that are earned through the sometimes difficult to feel world of exploring the shadow.  

It is through the power of your own authority and the integrity of another’s experience in this journey that a co-creation can arise that brings both into a trust ground that actually brings the kinds of healing your soul is actually calling for.  The kinds of changes that are needed for real growth and sustained goodness rooted in the soil of your shadow.  By feeling the part of you that is protective of your goodies is the key to the further ground of this ever deepening awakening.  

We have all been through our own crucibles and difficult choice points.  We have discovered new vistas inside of ourselves that want to be shared with others and the world.  It is more than just feeling good, it is feeling alive and aware of the vast potential within us that is in ever growing curiosity and expansion.  I feel the amazing growth and awarenesses that have occurred in those that have been in the process of real Self discovery.  I am here to serve that as I continue to be that for myself and my own growth.  It is an open invitation to understand and become more than you ever felt possible.

It is love seeking itself through you and it just needs some help to get to where it wants to be felt, even when it might hurt like hell.  You have someone there to be there with you through it all.

This Creative, Love-Flowing Time Of Day!

Early morning is my favourite ‘time’ of day… this time of creative flow even though I’m still sleepy and full of ‘work’ with my online job. My life is incredible, it really is. There were so many years when I couldn’t imagine that I would be living this way, yet I so wanted to. I couldn’t possibly have envisioned exactly how this would go or what this life lived in service of love would look and feel like. There was always a fantasy of living amongst others who shared my level of consciousness and challenged me to keep expanding it. Retreats and spiritual conferences were great but not enough – I needed and wanted to make spirituality my life.

This time of day (early morning) is also when my beloveds in my community of SoulFullHeart and I start dialoguing over Google Hangouts. We live in the same building, more or less, yet this is our way of staying in touch and also being in our own sacred spaces. The love exchange is there underneath all correspondence, even if reactions are being shared and processed or guidance is being held and given as to where we need to go next inside of ourselves and inside of our relationships to one another. It’s something I could try and describe to you, yet it’s just a unique experience that extends well beyond ideas of ‘unconditional’ love. We love each other deeply but are so willing to let go, let be, let arise, without unfair expectations, at least after this much time and process and this many phases together. We are a close-knit group but we have done a lot of personal work to have this level of intimacy. My place in this community has had its ups and downs and times of turning sideways too. Every single minute of tension and exhilaration has been so worth it though, to be able to transact love in this way, and to FEEL so much love for myself AND for them! There is nothing I can compare this to. It is the closest thing to ‘Golden Earth’ I have ever experienced in THIS life, where love is the container, the contender, the artist and the canvas too.

I’m being moved to share this experience in this moment, because of love overflow I feel from nourishing time with Jelelle yesterday, feeling the love and care from Raphael as he helps me clean, paint and fix-up my new suite I’m moving into soon (same building, just a bit bigger for my dog and I), and the ongoing love I feel between Gabriel and I, my best soul friend who I have been through so much with. I am brimming over with gratitude and love for them and for ME too… so much so that tears are coming. I have been intensely immersed in a new chapter for myself, training and doing practicums for a new online job that will pay better and have better hours than my current one. And it’s all happening in the name and flow of love and serving love too, as this means more money to share with my community and more space in my day to serve facilitants and also through my creativity, wherever it wants to take me.

It has taken a lot of process to really see, feel and let in what I have in SoulFullHeart – the work itself, my parts, the people, and most of all the LOVE. Gratitude and appreciation of been a long time coming, and this genuine, heartfelt flow of it that I can now feel is one that truly brings tears and the warmest feeling in my heart that I have ever experienced. It is a true feeling of being held by the Divine, by my own heart and self-love and also by the love I am IN with OTHERS. There is nothing that compares to commUNITY. At least nothing I’ve experienced or can speak from!

There is nothing I want more than to share this with more people. To have more of you jump in with us, though of course this is challenging… the hardest part is the awakenings within, the stirrings of arising process, realizations that you have much to heal as a human AND a soul and that it ALL changes you and your life in big ways, though the changes may feel subtle at first in some cases. Yet, it is so worth it and that worth and reward can only be experienced personally. ❤

We are holding another group call over Zoom (online) tomorrow at 11:11 am CST (Mexico City) if you’d like to join us. You’ll be able to immerse with us for 2 full hours and even be given the space to share if you wish. Silence is okay too. It’s a lot to take in. We are a lot to take in. The Arising Journey Of Opening Your Heart

When your heart first starts to open, you can feel the edges. You can feel the aperture widening, letting more light out and in, moving love to and fro in waves and perhaps in stops and starts. You can feel the emotions that come up as part of this sacred process, the protests inside from parts of you that may have fears about your heart opening and the ride this will take them on. You will begin to FEEL your parts, maybe for the first time, and all of the storms they’ve weathered in the name of ‘love’ as they’ve ‘known’ it to be or thought it to be, or assumed it to be based on their conditioning and experience. They may be unsure that love can be clean, can be pure, can be something that keeps flowing without end.

As your heart opens more, you feel the healing that allows it to do so. You feel a celebration of the work you’ve done to get here, though it may also feel as if you have pretty far to go, especially as more oil is brought up from parts of you to be felt deeper still. You begin to trust this process more and that this flushing out is important for you and your life yet also for the world too. Your higher/Cosmic heart, your Christ Consciousness starts to become activated in this way, though it may still remain somewhat out of your reach, especially as reactions bubble up not only in your heart but in your very soul. The sacredness of this can be felt, though maybe not strongly just yet, for so much of this pain you’re feeling through can keep the programming of ‘mess is NOT sacred’ alive thriving within your being, still. This is the hardest part in a way, because the mess is what you need and on some level you surrender to that, though consciously you feel as if your world is turning upside down and you’re questioning so much about who you’ve been so far in this life and how you’ve related to everything and everyone in it. This is your emotional awakening phase, even though spiritually you may have awakened long ago. The bridge between these two strata of being can start to be made conscious, yet the lines seem stark in contrast because you are having to FEEL so much in YOU that may have long been buried and even covered over BY the spiritual…

Then the aperture of your heart widens still more… you begin to notice that your ‘messes’ created by parts of you that are needing them in order to be felt more fully and deeply, make way for more joy and that the joy seems to last longer and longer before more oil comes up to be felt and moved through, if not healed. The sacredness in every millimeter of process is becoming more obvious to you and allowing yourself to be IN process feels like the best sort of ‘me’ time you can give yourself the space to have. You feel celebrations as your movements inside of you begin to shift the world outside of you. You draw relationships that are more aligned with who you are and are becoming, though maybe these relationships don’t feel totally like ‘soul family’ just yet… or maybe they do and you’re drawn to go in deeper with them in conscious community or at least sacred bonds. They’re likely doing the same work you’re doing, feeling parts of themselves, healing deeply, taking the time and space needed in order to breathe, be, become, and above all, feel, heal and grow. You could also be drawing potential romantic partners along the way, with more heart and soul resonance with you than you’ve experienced thus far.

These new relationships are the end to your ‘lone wolf’ phase, though you still need and want the time for YOU and your parts and soul aspects that have now become so beloved to you and you to them. As you say ‘yes’ to community and intimate bonds with others, you feel this begin to widen your heart even more, sometimes to the point where it feels about to burst with colour and light and LOVE. You feel oil come up still, yet this time it feels different, because you’re noticing it more consciously, being with it sooner, and you have these relationships around you with so much powerful love transaction between you that their reflections of you go into you and really help you see where to go next inside of you at a manageable rate and pace that before this time, may have been overwhelming in moments. Sometimes the hardest processes are actually about letting more love in from and with others in this space you’re in now. You’re connecting with yourself, with guides, with your beloveds regularly and your spirituality integrates more and more with your daily life, lighting you up with soul purpose and soul gifts that have come alive for you in a new way. This leads you to more oneness experiences, that you now get to feel through a greater sense too of Conscious Duality and why we need both the dual and non-dual as our awakenings open out and our growth keeps moving forward. Ascension becomes not a struggle, but an embraced and beloved process too, intertwined with all of this, this entire process and all you ARE.

The journey never ends from here, though it always deepens as new phases of BEing open up and move you through challenges. You have become the sacred human you’ve always wanted to become, somewhere inside of you. And you wouldn’t trade this journey for the world, for it has become so YOURS to claim and you do so with a love flow in your heart that couldn’t have come to you before. Feeling and claiming your sacred YOU space brings you back to you, your true home and the one place you can ever fully belong. The one place where it ALL can heal, and where your former sense of separation and abandonment wounds can be transformed, transmuted, healed. Welcome home…. ❤

Living In Conscious Community: Teachings And Guided Meditation (Group Call Video)

Conscious Community…I have said, written, taught about this more in the last couple of months then I have in many years. Although I was living in it myself and offering it to others, the interest level to hear about conscious community didn’t seem to be there, or at least I wasn’t drawing it. Many souls seemed comfortable in their own separate lives, sometimes living in insolation with often buried deep feelings of loneliness. This seems to be a necessary and sacred lone wolf phase for some souls, as they let go of birth family conditioning, 3D-based relationships, and find then that they ARE alone when the dust clears. In this, they would rather be alone then experience a sense of shrinking or conforming to others. And, they perhaps need the space and time to discover themselves again, who they are and who they aren’t with their soul frequencies returning to help them remember.

The DESIRE for commUNITY seems to be growing though, which is also fueled by the UNITY energies available to us that are thinning the veils as we remember more what it is like to BE in unity consciousness as souls, Star BEing aspects, Angelic aspects, etc. Our connection to the Web Of Life and ALLness with each other is becoming more visceral to our consciousness in this density, where we chose as souls to forget it so we could experience what it is truly like to be individual consciousnesses.

I realized as I was teaching yesterday about this during our group call (recording above) is that the KEY piece to experiencing the higher vibrational frequencies of love and intimacy that are possible in community is through healing, awakening, and transformation of your INNER community through the maturation and healing of the emotional body. How can you have a NEW experience with others until you have had a NEW one with yourself with whole NEW levels of healthy heart frequencies becoming freed up in the process? We feel the inner community (in our SoulFullHeart way of life and process) to be aspects of parts of ourselves that are formed through undigested and unmoved energies in our emotional bodies. Personas, masks, layers are formed, consisting of tones of protection, performance, control, anxiety and many other frequencies that were modeled to us.

As you connect with your INNER community, so do you find yourself drawn to share with more self love overflow in community with others. There is more available inside you, less lack, fewer places of scarcity, and you want to SHARE this with others. At some point in your journey too, you realize that you need the mirror offered by others in soul resonant intimacy in order to SEE yourself and FEEL yourself. The opportunities for healing within community are exponential, along with the potential to serve love.

It feels like so many spiritual communities ‘fail’ or have many conflicts, issues, as the emotional body is not addressed directly and so wounded playouts are happening between the members. Unhealed father/mother projections, shame and unworthiness, control and manipulation from the leaders….all these dynamics can be present along with outright sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. Communities (just as sacred unions and relationships of ALL kinds) can SO push up our deepest shadow frequencies for healing, as they are MEANT to. If we haven’t engaged in our own process of connecting and healing these shadow places, then they come out in community in many ways as we don’t have the ability to transact in an emotionally conscious way.

Raphael Awen, Kalayna Colibri, and Gabriel Heartman have been my BEloved commUNITY for a few years now and I am so grateful and blessed for the mirror of ME that they offer of both leading and trailing edges. As I’ve mentioned before, we don’t experience conflicts, gossip, power plays, abuses or other shadow expressions playing out with each other as we are consciously connecting in ourselves to these frequencies, healing them, and also clearing these dynamics consciously as a group. We have ‘taken space’ from each other too when needed to heal any codependent grabs and also just to allow for more ‘me’ space. This feels idealistic perhaps, yet it IS our reality on an everyday basis and really does become the NEW normal. We are growing now as a community, drawing two others in the next few weeks to come live and BE with us, so NOW we get to feel what it is like to expand out in our love offerings with others and the whole new things that will be pushed up by this are exciting to feel.

Above is the recording of the group call from yesterday where I teach and share about conscious community, moving from codependence to interdependence, inner community healing, and my experience of conscious community. The others share as well about their experience in SoulFullHeart community, along with sharings from two other souls who are joining us here soon, and the process they went through in coming to that decision, letting go of birth family, relationships, geographies to follow their desires for community.

You also journey to Gaia’s orbit to take in the NEW 5D grids over Gaia and to experience swimming in the Web of Life and Oneness AS you connect to your individuality as well. This is to help you create a bridge from your ‘I’ consciousness to the collective one.

Forming Interconnected Grids Of Love

Imagine living in DEEP connection and WITH/NEAR BEloveds who resonate with you on so many levels, whether with one or with many. Feel how it would be to connect to conscious commUNITY together for which every soul is an “I” yet also part of the whole. Breathe in this sense of being seen, felt, responded to, nothing to hide, BEing truly yourself and authentic WITH others in every moment.

Our souls KNOW this is possible as we have BEEN in this unified consciousness more than the 3D one. As we integrate and access our karma experiences from other lifetimes, our soul frequency aligns to the Divine vibration that LIVES in us all.

Our hearts FEEL this is possible as our desire for connection, intimacy, bonded-ness beats and pulses there. As we heal and integrate wounded aspects within our emotional body, our heart frequency aligns to the Divine vibration that BEATS in us all.

Our minds THINK this is possible when they are deconditioned from a 3D world that teaches disconnection, separation, being overly independent and overly self sufficient too. As our minds expand and let our hearts and soul lead more and more, our mental frequencies align to the Divine Vibration that EXISTS in us all.

Merkabahs, light vehicles, are created from this energy of unifying yet independent awakening souls coming together. These group Merkabahs are a powerful force for change and transformation. These group Merkabahs allow for the transportation to OTHER dimensional consciousnesses, merging more with our star roots and origins of One Mind. They energize the New Earth commUNITY possibilities as we arise into our sacred humanity. They offer the living out experiment of choosing love over fear and serving love from this place.

The possibilities for healing go quantum and exponential as each desirous heart and soul bright light networks with another and another, forming an interconnected grid of LOVE. A vibration of resonance travels out into the Web Of Life, drawing, inviting OTHERS to respond to the call. Those that are meant to and are ready respond to this grid of LOVE, overcoming fears that may be there as they tap into the source of collective support and draw!
